Subject: TNT CALL UPDATE/HIGHLIGHTED AREAS
call 18-June-2014 Notes
Tony: Good
morning, TNT! Today is Wednesday, June 18th, 2014. [missed a bit]
DC: … where you
are, get as many details as we can. Maliki says that we are doing it Friday
morning.
Tony: We’ll get
into the background, why it didn’t happen on Saturday or last night, and why
today is significant. We know it’s difficult to believe – I’ve heard
stuff in the last 48 hours that I can hardly believe.
DC: This is what
happened. M basically told everybody he would do it just before the government
had it’s last power. At the last minute, the US came in with security
problems and saying it was not great for us right now. They blamed security and
a lot of other issues in terms of planning, plus internal political stuff for
the US. In essence, they worked out a deal. Bottom line, M got
what he wanted, and President Obama got what he wanted – more security in Iraq,
more ability to do what he wants in the US. Meanwhile, a lot of people
said that this was the most stabilizing thing we could do.
Tony: On Saturday,
M’s last day of official power, and he always said he wanted this to be part of
his legacy, and at the last minute. That had to be a good deal for him to
give up his power and authority. It had to be one hell of an agreement.
DC: It was a great
agreement.
Tony: I want
people to understand what M had at stake to NOT do it on Saturday.
DC: It was a good
deal for both Maliki and President Obama. Everyone started kicking the
wall. The agreement was to allow the government to be dissolved and then
stability in Iraq. All military from all sides, US, Iraq and others, want
two things: to announce the government and…
Tony: so all the
way up to the last point, when things start going bad in Iraq, who was behind
this? That all led up to Saturday, and what happened on Sunday. Who
was behind all that? What we see on television is not what is happening on the
streets over there. One day this will make one hell of a book.
DC: Yes, indeed.
So Iraq needs two things to stabilize things: to seat the government and
to revalue the currency. We knew from the election results that the
seating would have a calming effect with everyone represented. Then they
could announce the currency revaluation. They seated the government
yesterday, and everyone threw down their arms and started to party. Also,
a lot of the fundamentalists and fringe people backed down. It calmed everybody
down. That basically went through. They announced the seating
of the government and also several guys said that they have 200+ votes, and
Chalabi said he would be the next Prime Minister.
The imams and religious
authorities said that they would form a new militia to fight the extremists.
The Sunnis then said that this is not about religion, and they would
support the government. The US State Department also told them to take
actions towards unification, which is not Maliki’s approach. He is
hard-core and doesn’t get along with the other side. The US and everyone else
said, Okay, you are all going to get together and do announcements, calling for
peace, unity and religious tolerance so everyone will calm down. They
basically forced all the top leaders from all sides, especially from the old
government and they said to calm down. They did that on television.
Maliki was front and center acting like he was still the Prime Minister,
telling everyone to calm down, and that was effective.
Meanwhile, the CBI said,
we are tired of all this, we don’t’ like the agreement, and we are doing it now
that the government has been seated. They notified the BIS , and the BIS
notified all the other central banks. That was yesterday. The US said, “Wait,
hold on!” (naturally)
Tony: Yesterday
there was a scheduled time for this to happen, they geared up to do it, and
they were stopped once again.
DC: So the US
stopped it again for various reasons. But the CBI said they calmed
everyone down, and it’s our country and we’re doing this. That fight went
back and forth several times last night. CBI is still geared up to get this
thing out. Now M is no longer the PM although he is acting like it. M
said, “If I can get this RV done here, today, what about making me PM again?”
A lot of the folks came back and said, “If you get it done, sure.
Good luck.” He got smacked down last night, so how could Maliki get
this accomplished?
Then he came on the news
and announced (with the CBI) that we are doing this based on prior agreements.
We are going to the RV on Friday, with a specific rate and time. Now Maliki has
gone to his people and said, “See, we are doing it.” They announced it
everywhere in Iraq (if not in the US). The CBI is going-- Okay, we’re
going, even though Maliki is not the PM. As
the former PM, Maliki had it all set it up with the CBI. The US wanted many
positions filled beyond him, so they are unhappy. But they have done all
the agreements and have announced it will be on Friday. So how much
would you spend to get more dinars, if this is for real. It’s forcing the
issue on the world, and the banks are going ‘holy crap’. He has announced
it throughout the entire world and throughout Iraq. Most of Iraq know
that Maliki wants to be PM again.
The US mainly wants a
stable Iraq, so instead of power-sharing, they are trying to get other
positions filled by others than Maliki, to form a more inclusive government.
In essence, M has thrown down the gauntlet to everyone. Everything looks phenomenally good.
Tony: M had an
offer, he got greedy, they snatched the offer away, M created a state of
emergency to extend his rule for 30 days; that didn’t happen, so M saw
the light at the end of the tunnel, and realized he made a major mistake.
They said they would give him one more opportunity. He started a
fire and it turned into a wildfire that got out of control, and now he wants
help putting the fire out. They made an announcement that effectively
tamed the fire, and now they have made a second announcement that has put it
out, more or less. There are still reasons for a force to be there, but so
far as the citizens are concerned, everyone is headed home and it looks like a
good thing unless it doesn’t happen on Friday.
DC: Someone said, “In
two days, this is going to be done.” Would you please stop spending money?”
That is causing a stall to the economy, with a bully issue and other
fears. This sounds a lot more serious than before, so let’s see what
happens.
Tony: The
difference is that Maliki has said THIS is the date and THIS is the rate, and
that has never happened before. We have to wait and see. In the
meantime, any intelligent person is not going to spend money If they don’t
happen, because they are spending 10K for a loaf of bed! The smarter ones
will wait until Friday to find out. This will shut down the Iraqi economy for
48 hours, and that could be disastrous.
DC: Yes. The
fervour has died down, but there are still bad guys out there affecting the
cities and the infrastructure. The CBI is still pushing, Maliki is saying he
has fulfilled his agreements, and we’ve got to get this done now. He
has to make sure everyone else gets their act together, because he wants to be
PM again, and he could if he ends up with an RV on the timeline he said, or
before.
Tony: This time,
they are saying “You do it before we will let you be sworn in, so we won’t have
to worry about this again.” They want Iraq to be adults, with
power-sharing.
DC: Did this
outmanouver the US? It doesn’t really matter. The US gets a stable
Iraq. Some still want to push it back to 1. July, but it doesn’t matter because
everyone wins.
Tony: Even Chalabi
is happy with the position he’s been offered. You can’t just say you’re
going to change the economy in two days; they have to do it before that
time line.
Tony: The US is getting
what it wants, with a unified government, and that means Iraq wins as well,
because the people get the benefit of a democracy, with Sunnis and Shi’ites AND
23 women in the parliament, plus M doesn’t hold all the positions this time
round. Everyone comes out well in this agreement. I don’t know everything,
but I am open-minded. In this last 49 hours we found out things I would not
have believed possible – why would they do that? But they do, and here we
are.
DC: It’s a very
good day. This is great! Common sense says they’ve got to get it
done before that time.
Tony: We don’t
dictate anything here, we just tell you what we hear from boots on the ground,
people involved in the process. There are only a few ways this can work out if
you look at it logically or with common sense, although it doesn’t always work
that way! We don’t know everything; I can only go by what I know.
We’re in a good place, it’s a good day, and we wait.
513 caller:
Everything sounds good! And Happy Anniversary, RayRen. What about
TRNs?
Tony: I’m not
going to explain that to you. I will tell you a story, though. For years,
I did not believe in the prosperity packages, but I have had contact with folks
in DC who say that it’s true. They have the
names and will send out the checks. I didn’t believe that, although I
know some bought their way in while other names were put in for free. I
didn’t believe in the groups, although there is one group that is legit; the
group rates blew me away, and I didn’t believe in those rates until I was
convinced otherwise by those in the know. Once it was explained, I said,
Okay. For one group, I read the contracts and I understand from … missed
a bit… I wouldn’t touch those with a barge pole. But then it was
explained by people who know, and I got it. The TRNs I understand to be
notes like mortgage notes, not currency notes. I have never seen the
currency itself change without there being widespread announcements and plenty
of notice. Am I going to walk into the bank, get a pink $50 note and
think it’s real? Well, I might believe in what the bank tells me, but if I try
to pay for anything, they are not going to accept that unknown bill. That’s why
it doesn’t make sense to me. They may do it a different way I haven’t
heard about. On the other hand, there may be new notes that pass country
to country, but the other way just doesn’t make sense to me.
Caller: How does that
affect us, having an asset-baked currency or not?
Tony: How could
our money suddenly be worthless and they are trying to take ours because we are
the only ones with real asset-backed currency?
Caller; You said
you created a security blanket for those of us in TNT…
Tony: The prosperity
packages are different, and the lists are closed now. The security
blanket for TNT members came up because we were hearing some negative things,
and I wanted to make sure 40,000 people would be protected, because I was
upset. A bank said they could put something together for us, then came
back and said we don’t need it any more. It’s not relevant any more,
though if it ends up being necessary, we will figure something out. I am
hearing that we are not getting thrown under the bus. Everyone’s on the
same page. We have so many people supporting us now, that even changes in the
rates are about us – it was adjusted for the people.
Caller: We’re
counting you guys.
Tony: I know
you are, and we feel a sense of responsibility to make sure the right thing
happens. There are people in our government, in our system, who fully
support us in what we’re doing. They are making sure we are treated fairly.
DC: There are a lot of
very good people rooting for people on this call, to make sure we are treated
fairly. There are a few bad apples, but most of those have been
addressed, and will have to call it a win.
Tony: We
don’t control this, but they have made a lot of changes, and we are giving you
the current information as we have it today. I don’t know what will
happen when we hang up!
843 caller: I’m
super-fantastic. If we take China contract rate, will that money be
asset-backed?
Tony: All of your money
will be asset-backed because we are going Basel III compliant. Even if it
says Federal Reserve, dinar will be asset-backed in Treasury dollars. The rest wiil be traded for FR dollars, until we change
over. For us, though, a dollar is a dollar. At this moment, we are
told we don’t need that security blanket. There are bunch of groups out
there, but we have gone over this so many times in terms of what I wouldn’t do,
and now they are starting to notify people these groups are not legitimate.
Caller: If we are
in a group, how do we know if it’s legitimate or not.
Tony: You
shouldn’t be giving your dinar to anyone, or signing over power of attorney…
Caller: I am the
same one who called last week who couldn’t complete my application to the
forum, so I would love to talk to Pam… I’m sure she has many other things
on her mind.
Tony: Pam didn’t call
you back? I’ll write down your number again and send it to Pam.
352 caller: What’s
the plan between now and Friday if the things going to pop?
DC: I’m keeping my phone
on really loud!
Caller: They should have
had the packages in your hands.
DC: I had hoped
so. We’ve had a lot of conflicting information concerning the packages. Tony
and I want to help, but maybe the right hand and left hand aren’t talking to
each other.
Caller: Friday
it’s supposed to happen, and then we will be in the banks on Saturday, Sunday?
DC: I can’t
think they will actually wait until Friday, but if they do, big deal. Our
understanding is that most people will exchange within the first three days.
Caller: You talked
about the protection and escape thing that Tony put together. Let’s say they
call you in Friday morning, offering to cash you out at a fantastic rate if you
sign this NDA…
DC: The left hand is
saying “thank you for taking this on yourselves to inform people; we’d
like for you to do 7-14 calls walking people through the process.” After that,
we would sign our NDAs and just having acceptable talking points like suitable
IDs and such. That will speed the process and decrease stress on the
system and the banks. That’s what we are supposed to do as soon as this
goes through. The right hand is saying “No way on earth; you sign
these NDAs and keep your mouths shut”. So we don’t know what’s going to
happen because these are diametrically opposed positions, and one side doesn’t
know what the other side is saying. I cannot fathom why they would do
that.
Tony: One side is
all about personal preservation, and the other is about helping others.
They should let us help; it will go more smoothly and we’ll all
feel good.
Caller: If you do
the 7-14 days, I hope they hold the high contract rate for you.
Tony: DC, I’m
sending you a text. What I tried to put together was a guaranteed rate
for you guys, because I was hearing something different and I wanted to make
sure you were taken care of. Now I’m being told I don’t have to worry
about that. Hopefully they’re right!
972 caller: have
you ever heard of the House bill 2847to take affect 1. July; it’s
something about gold and how much you can spend out of your account…
DC: Iknow there
are restrictions about where you can put gold, but those are the only
restrictions I know about.
Tony: I thought
that wasn’t until January. There are restrictions of how much gold you
can have and exactly where you are keeping it, with penalties if they came to
inventory it and it wasn’t there. There was some stuff I really didn’t
like, but they passed it in ObamaCare.
Caller: I heard on
a call the other day about hypothetically going to X bank with my dinar and Y
bank with my dong. How would I even set up a contract rate in two different
banks like that.
Tony: You do your
contract rate at one bank and wire you funds to the other bank.
Caller: RayRen,
your wife must be heaven-sent to deal with you!
617 caller: if this does
go through on Friday, will it be a few days before we get to the banks? I
have a training but I’m willing to cancel it if necessary.
Tony: I wouldn’t
tell you to cancel your training. Even if it goes on Friday, I can’t tell
you when you would get to the bank.
DC: If you find
the 800 numbers, that’s a decision you’ll have to make on your own. We
don’t know if the right and left hands are talking, so that we can give you the
800 numbers and the rest of the information. If not, remember what we’ve
already told you and make a decision.
505 caller: Are
both hands at least telling you that we will get an 800 number from you?
Tony: Whether I get it
directly from them or elsewhere, I will send out the 800 numbers. I’ll
send out a tweet before they can shut me down. I don’t think they have a
problem with that. They just don’t want me to advise you on how to beat the
system. I’m not an advisor, and all I can do is give you information, briefing
and educating you as best I can. If we don’t do the training call, at
least you have everything from the site, and everyone should be happen.
Caller: I still
have it in my head that in order for the government to me set (in Iraq), for it
to be official, their constitution calls for parliament to vote on seating the
people voted in.
DC: Yesterday they
officially seated the government, then they announced the seating.
Tony: That was
completed yesterday, although there is pomp and circumstance on Sunday.
They tend to put out articles on what they are going to do AFTER doing
whatever.
Caller: So has it been
announced who the Prime Minister will be?
DC: It has been
announced, but not formally seated. One person came from way behind and
is now up in front.
Caller: We all
know that news not what’s really happening, however, I cannot get it through my
head that no one has ever mentioned anything concerning the government. It’s
all about M. We understand the news is controlled, but surely some
reporter will have the full knowledge…
Tony: Hold on for
a second. DC can tell me when to stop. You know that the government
controls the news. The government has to figure out way to get the people
to support them in what they are doing, and certain things are manufactured or
created to get you prepped for that mindset, or to distract you until
certain things are accomplished. So many things were done during the last week
that many won’t recognize for another ten year, and many of them were
negotiated for the last ten or twenty years… or things that they thought would
never happen, did happen over night, and most don’t even realize what happened.
On our news is what they thing we need to know to accomplish what they
want, such as putting troops back in Iraq.
DC: Newsmakers
choose what is going on out of a million events at any given time. Sometimes
there are leaks and the press secretaries are doing their jobs to make their
bosses look good. That’s their job, to help influence, tell their side of
the story, etc. There are also security concerns, where a reporter or
blogger can screw up something that then gets people killed or tortured.
Also, there are many cases where the press repeats itself, taking news
feeds from 2-3 different angles. If there is only so much information
coming out, and reporters get lazy. For instance, the seating of the
Iraqi parliament is not classified, and it’s all over the Iraqi papers, but the
US newspapers don’t even mention it. Today was the first time I read in
my usual spread of newspapers that they even hinted that Iraq is forming a
coalition government.
The politicos want there
to be emphasis on what benefits, and the journalists get to choose which
stories they want to print. But it is outside most people understanding
how they do that. There is so much information and so many angles…
Tony: It’s
important to know that not everything needs to be public. We are picking
it apart because we are involved in it, and we get additional information.
The public doesn’t need to know everything, and they don’t always
understand what they do find out. The information we gave you today about
Iraq was cleared to be given out.
DC: Yes. WE
talked to our folks and got multiple confirmations from various sides of the
arena. When we have sensitive information, oftentimes we run it by our
folks. It’s not about there being a politburo, but just about being
sensitive.
Tony: The only thing
they said we couldn’t talk about was the rates. We are not calling the
RV; we are letting you know what happened in Iraq today. We left
out the best part.
DC: Pam just sent
us a message. We referred to the packages, and those are the cash-in or
exchange process and how this works. We want to help in that process, and
one side wants us to do that for 7-14 days. Another sides is saying
“don’t talk about anything!” There is a lack of coordination about how
they want the public to be updated. They need to sort that our between
themselves.
Tony: We are just
going to talk about the procedures so you can make your own decisions with yoru
own attorneys. AT that time, we will all be so happy and the rate will be
great, so it may not be an issue. Just because I know how to do something
doesn’t mean that it’s right for everyone else. They will have people in the
bank to advise you, and for most people that will be the best way to go.
Even if I tell you what I might do, you wouldn’t have the details to make
it work. What I hope we can tell you is how to go to the bank; that
is the purpose of the calls, and I think we can all live with that.
DC: If we end up
doing those calls, that’s all we were going to do, to help people get to the
bank and have everything running smoothly.
727 caller: DC,
you said that M and Obama were pleased, but things were not as pleasing
for the rest of us; will we be okay?
DC: What we hoped
was that the RV would occur last Friday, with the process occurring last
Saturday. Due to bigger concerns, they wanted to move this around.
That is a choice they get to make. Obama wanted stability and a
little more time, and M wanted certain things, too. They agreed to move it a
few days, and we are all happy now.
609 caller: When do you think you will receive the 800 numbers after
the RV on Friday?
Tony: We don’t
know that it will wait until Friday or not. It could come up in the next hour. All we know is that this
is what Maliki did today. We were told that they want people in the banks two
hours after the RV. The left hand is saying this, the right hand is saying
that, and we don’t know. We’re just as confused as you.
Caller: Will this
just be tier 1 banks or tier 2 banks as well?
Tony: It should be both;
it’s easier for the tier 2 banks to bring their people in.
Caller: Will we
still have a call on Friday morning?
Tony: I know what
I want to do, and what I’ve heard I will do, but…
Caller: If it RVs
on Friday, will we see that on Forex or Bloomberg?
Tony: I don’t
think so.
DC: There is a big
Forex contingent, and they think it can only happen while Forex is trading.
Because this is such a massive currency change, rules have been changed
or bent. It will be off Forex for a time, could be days or even weeks.
I’m not as connected as some, and I knew it would change that much. On
the Forex-Fed applications, on your phone, some will not get updated until
Forex gets updated, which could be up to a few days after. I don’t know.
If anyone is upset about the information we gave out first, we just
got a fifth confirmation from a completely different direction that the
announcements have been made with dates given.
Tony: This was
from three-letter agencies in other countries.
832 caller: So the
government says that 97% will be broke within two years.
Tony: They say
that 90% of those who win the lottery are broke in five years. They know
that because they track it. The numbers of the
people here, well …
DC: Numbers
without reserves, they say this: most people have a single 25K note.
About 80% have less than 100K. The average is 250K dinar, adding in
the guys with billions. There are fewer than 10,000 who have over a
million. There are fewer than five thousand who have over ten million.
So you aren’t talking about that many people. The UST has done the
math and applied the same logic of the lottery winners to this, because it’s a
similar mentality of “money from heaven and I’m going to blow it.”
Hopefully you have all been listening and learning about investing and
taking ownership of that money. That is the main reason Tony and I spend all
this time on the phone with you. So if we have affected 80% of those
people, that’s great.
Tony: 200K have
maybe a million dinar. If they set aside 500,000 for taxes, and spent
250,000, and invest 250,000, that would be good. There are people who have
never seen that amount and they will just spend, spend, spend on cars and flat
screens and all the rest. I hate it, but that’s what happens. If
lottery winners and multimillionaire athletes go broke with 10-100 million, how
much more likely is it that people will less money will go broke.
Caller: I’m happy
you will get these packages, and I trust you. There is one guru that is
saying the dong will not revalue, and I’m worried if that guru is getting the
package. The first thing I will do is to sign the NDA and get this moving. I’m
concerned about these people going to the groups, and being led down the garden
path. It bothers me that we might not get these packages and therefore
not know what to do.
Tony: I agree, but
apparently some people don’t want you to know beforehand. We have done all we
can do. For four years, I’ve been giving out the best information and
guidance I can give, based on what I know about money. If people listen to
someone else, and sign a power of attorney and send them all their dinar, there
is nothing I can do about that. I’ve done the best I can do! I bet
Pam has something to say about that:
Pam: Not everybody
is supposed to be filthy, thinking rich. Some are supposed to lose their
money and learn those lessons. Hopefully, our people are not amongst
those.
Caller: I would
probably have been one of those 90%, so I’m glad that we’ve had this grace
period so that I can prepare myself mentally. So… this thing is happening
Friday?
DC: I’m going to
be my ass kicked on this one.
Tony: We have ONLY
told you what HE said over there. [DC: sixth confirmation
now]
Caller: I’m hoping
this is the last time I’m on this call; you still have an invitation to
Dallas.
Tony: I see I have
a whole new bunch of nephews to day congratulating Ray on his anniversary.
830 caller: Is
there some reason you are not bringing yourself to Texas? DC is here…
Tony: If DC will
promise to come to the event in Texas, I will be in Texas!
DC: I may have
some operational and security issues, so we’ll see.
Caller: If he made
an announcement about rate and date, why can’t you tell us?
DC: I have been
told by people I respect that it will mess things up is I announce the rate.
I trust their ability to read the wind, so… It’s about what we would
expect anything, so it doesn’t matter. We don’t want to influence
anything here.
DC: Some folks are
saying they want us to educate you all, and you are part of that. We are
happy to help; it’s what we are doing now. The other hand has
changed their mind this week, and they are saying “you will not say anything.”
They need to talk.
Tony: We want to
know who is in charge! We have told you what has happened in Iraq, that
several other countries have accepted it; we have NOT told you the US
has, either way.
303 caller:
[chitchat] Assuming the Iraqi government announces the RV on Friday, what
can the US do to block it?
DC: They can try a
lot of different things. It depends on how much pain they are willing to
go through vs how much momentum is out there to get it done. AT the
moment, the wind is blowing strongly to get it done. But even last night, they
brought us three blocks.
Caller: So is the US
the only thing blocking this?
DC: There are many
in the US who do want this, with only a few very powerful people who are trying
to convince others to wait.
Caller: So we have to
wait for you guys to announce this, not just rely on Maliki announcing it.
Tony: The bigger
question is “Can he do it without the US?” He can do it over there and
everywhere else, and still not have it here. If it doesn’t happen by
Friday, M will have bigger problems to deal with
Caller: Some think that
because I am on stage3alpha I must be connecting to you. If we cannot
join your forum at this late date, please figure out a way to do a tweet for
any important news that would be on your forum and no one else’s forum.
Tony: A year ago,
people thought we were connected, and they were signing up over there thinking
that connected them with TNT. People from different forums come onto our calls.
I’m sorry you’re sitting over there like that, but all those forum
questions are on Pam; that’s her area of expertise. Talk to her nicely,
and see if she will let you in. We don’t control this. We heard
yesterday it was supposed to happen, and it didn’t. There are still
issues and negotiations going on right this minute, even though Maliki has
announced it. M is making is harder and harder for anyone to say no, but
we don’t control it. All we can do is give you the information that we
are hearing, that we are involved in. In the last 48 hours, I’ve been amazed
myself, that they did this and that. We’re not in charge; they are.
DC: You’ve nailed
it. I would like to talk about the banking process. I’m going to
address something we’ve talked about before. During the banking process,
if we don’t get to talk to you, remember the bankers didn’t know about this.
Be kind and compassionate; they didn’t know or were told that is
was a scam. Remember to dress and act appropriately for a major business
deal. Appearance matters; people naturally judge you on that.
I was working for a
business consulting company right before 9-11. I was living in Dallas and
going to New York through Nashville. It was a Sunday afternoon and I had to be
there for a meeting on Monday morning. In the Nashville airport, I see this guy
who looking like a slob, with a paper bag with duct-tape, sauntering down the
corridors in the airport. I couldn’t believe how he looked! Son of
a gun, it turned out to my brother! I thought he was in the Pacific and I
hadn’t seen him in a long time. I walked up to him and said hello. The point
is, this was my own brother, and I thought he looked like trash. \
Your appearance does
make a difference to how you’re treated, so dress correctly.
Tony: They will
not allow groups, so you can only bring your spouse and a practicing attorney.
Dress like you’re about to get a million dollars. Act like it,
too. Okay, it’s 2pm.
DC: have a good
day. We have confirmed that Maliki has made an announcement that the RV
is going through on Friday, and that’s a great thing, guys.
Pam: If we are not
here, TNT does sell anything or ask for investments – we would never do
anything like that.
Ray: Now can we
finally say good-bye? Have a good evening, everyone!
Tony: All we did
was pass along what Maliki said and what they are trying to get accomplished.
We hope it will come to an end. We just give you the info we
received. We are feeling good about it. It's a win-win for everybody.
We're not saying this is over. We all know that this has come close
before and someone has tipped over the applecart. Hopefully the next call will
be about the procedures for when you go in.
