Whoa! Or We are DOOMED!

My friends, I am flabbergasted at the response via comments to the Prepare for Change Update regarding circumstances at the time of, and post-Event.

Now I understand why the archons/negative influences MUST be removed from the planet before The Event takes place—because some of us—even those who know the plan and I thought were somewhat enlightened, awake and prepared for some discomfort—are not ready.

It sounds like some would kill someone else for their money!

It sounds like some are more concerned about someone else getting more money than they get, or what might be considered that—due to circumstances, ie. whether someone already owns their home or not.

It sounds like when the banks close and people can’t use an ATM to get cash, some would be robbing and looting!

You’re getting upset about something that hasn’t even happened. You’re anticipating the worst instead of the best. What is about to happen is a bloody miracle and we chose to be here for it.

There are millions of people on this planet with no roof over their head, dying of man-made diseases, no food, no potable water, possible targets of USA’s drones at any moment, and we’re arguing over who should get more money and why isn’t it going to be more?

Get a grip, people! Listen to yourselves. I am truly shocked!

Are we a bunch of heathens? Or are we elevated souls ready to march into our future as enlightened galactic beings?

I’m questioning my earlier beliefs about that. I really am. I must be completely naive to think that we could get through The Event smoothly and civilly. You’re literally scaring me.

And if this is the response from those who are aware of our current situation and imminent liberation, HOW THE HELL ARE WE GOING TO GET THROUGH THE FIRST FEW HOURS OF “THE EVENT’ when we then have the sleeping masses to contend with as well?!

Now I understand why the Preppers are the wise ones. They can hole up somewhere away from the insanity until it’s all over and some semblance of rationality returns to the cities and towns. This is the first time I ever believed it might be smart to be a Prepper.

Is money more important than freedom for eternity and a connection to Source? Really? More important than a rejuvenated physical form with no disease or aging? Jeshua really nailed it when he said the love of money is the root of all evil.

Whatever happened to Love over gold?  When all is said and done, we will want for nothing. We will bring Heaven down to Earth.

Why have I spent over two years sharing information to prepare people for this time? It’s looking like it was a wasted effort.

I can only hope that that beam of galactic light at the time of The Event has a miraculous and deeply profound affect on every soul on this planet. If it doesn’t, I don’t think I want to be here for it at all. I’d rather check out now and watch from on high. I’m not ready for Armageddon. Never was, never will be, and it’s abundantly clear that not many Earthlings are ready for The Event.  ~ BP

India Declares Dolphins “Non-Human Persons”, Dolphin Shows Banned

This is incredible progress! Last summer India recognized that cetaceans require more respect and acknowledgement as highly intelligent, sensitive creatures.  Meanwhile, humans are treated like so much cattle, but there’s hope for us, too. 

This decision brought a lot more light to the planet and I’m glad they will no longer be required to do tricks in India. Most undignified for higher beings.  “Dolphins are non-human persons.”  ~ BP

India’s Ministry of Environment and Forests has decided to forbid the keeping of captive dolphins for public entertainment anywhere in the country. In a policy statement released Friday, the ministry advised state governments to reject any proposal to establish a dolphinarium “by any person / persons, organizations, government agencies, private or public enterprises that involves import, capture of cetacean species to establish for commercial entertainment, private or public exhibition and interaction purposes whatsoever.”

Why?

“Whereas cetaceans in general are highly intelligent and sensitive, and various scientists who have researched dolphin behavior have suggested that the unusually high intelligence; as compared to other animals means that dolphins should be seen as ‘non-human persons’ and as such should have their own specific rights and is morally unacceptable to keep them captive for entertainment purpose,” the ministry said.

I was surprised to read about this the other night, since it happened back in May and somehow escaped worldwide attention and the 24 hour media hoopla. The effort to re-categorize Cetaceans (dolphins, whales, porpoises) as non-human persons has been gathering steam since a meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in 2011 where a group of philosophers, conservationists, and animal behaviorists attempted to gather wide support for a Declaration of Rights for Cetaceans from the scientific community.

The Declaration:

1. Every individual cetacean has the right to life.
2. No cetacean should be held in captivity or servitude; be subject to cruel treatment; or be removed from their natural environment.
3. All cetaceans have the right to freedom of movement and residence within their natural environment.
4. No cetacean is the property of any State, corporation, human group or individual.
5. Cetaceans have the right to the protection of their natural environment.
6. Cetaceans have the right not to be subject to the disruption of their cultures.
7. The rights, freedoms and norms set forth in this Declaration should be protected under international and domestic law.

And what does it mean to say an animal has “rights”?

Unlike[...] positive rights, such as the ‘right’ to education or health care, the animal right is, at bottom, a right to be left alone. It does not call for government to tax us in order to provide animals with food, shelter, and veterinary care. It only requires us to stop killing them and making them suffer.

Seems reasonable enough. Considering dolphin intelligence has been long been established, this declaration doesn’t seem to be a particularly radical move. They exhibit self-awareness, use tools, cooperate to solve tasks, don’t vote Republican, and very recently it was found that they possibly communicate to each other using individual names. The major real world implications of declaring them non-human persons would be the closing of dolphin and orca shows at marine parks, setting them free from aquariums and zoos, and a prohibition against kills, such as the one documented in Academy Award winning movie The Cove. Of course, the biggest implication is the whole idea of creating a new category of non-human persons. Do we stop at dolphins and whales? And, if not, where do we draw the line? Once we give rights to some animals how do we justify our continued exploitation of others?

A coalition of scientists, animal-rights activists, and philosophers are in agreement: dolphins, second only to humans in terms of mammalian intelligence, should be considered “non-human persons” and granted due protection under law, reports The Telegraph.

At the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in Vancouver last week, the group, led by Dr. Thomas White, was canvassing for support of their “Declaration of Cetacean Rights.”

“The similarities between cetaceans and humans are such that they, as we, have an individual sense of self,” said White, an ethics expert at Loyola Marymount University, to The Telegraph. “Dolphins are non human persons. A person needs to be an individual. If individuals count, then the deliberate killing of individuals of this sort is ethically the equivalent of deliberately killing a human being. The science has shown that individuality, consciousness, self-awareness is no longer a unique human property. That poses all kinds of challenges.”

Dolphin research has show that the creatures are more intelligent than chimpanzees, they recognize their reflections in a mirror, and can even think about the future.

The scientists originally proposed the ten Declaration of Rights for Cetaceans two years ago at a conference in Helsinki. You can sign the petition at CetationRights.org.

Banks Face Ultimate Collapse

UNITED States of America   -   It can now be reported that, at this hour, there is NO liquidity left in the worldwide financial markets as Chinese banks can no longer guarantee the bad loans which affects all worldwide derivative holdings of criminal banking institutions aka JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of England, U.S. Citibank as well as NAZI German Deutsche Bank.

The libor rate (which is still being manipulated) is about to go inverted making the yield curve ass backwards.

Translation:  There is no real short term cash left for funding cross-collateralized derivatives that have been used to create commodity asset bubbles and support worldwide equity markets.

This is a real "dark pool" with no bottom.

P.S.  At this hour the U.S. Military is ready to arrest NAZI Paperclip NSA-installed Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who is playing the role of "crisis actor" in the Middle East with threats to escalate violence acting on the behalf of the Bank of Israel, U.S. Citibank and the Saudi Royal Family that are over extended in crude oil derivatives and now face a margin squeeze.

. Here's that magical number 7 again that Christine Lagarde talked about. The prophecy was written 70 years ago.. and it's absolutely mind-blowing! Peter Konstantinov Deunov, also known as Beinsa Douno, born in 1886 and who later passed away in 1944, left a prophecy that he had obtained through a trance based state. The prophecy was therefore dated as 1944, a few days before his death in December that year. The prophecy Beinsa Douno left fits right into the times we are going through right now, in relation to the shift in consciousness, the earth changes and our golden age. Back then, Douno was aware and taught that we were moving into the age of Aquarius, as per the astrological age system. The earth is now following an ascending movement and everyone should force themselves to harmonize with the currents of the ascension. Those who refuse to subjugate themselves to this orientation will lose the advantage of good conditions that are offered in the future to elevate themselves. They will remain behind in evolution and must wait tens of millions of years for the coming of a new ascending wave. The earth, the solar system, the universe, all are being put in a new direction under the impulsion of Love. Most of you still consider Love as a derisory force, but in reality, it is the greatest of all forces! Money and power continue to be venerated as if the course of your life depended upon it. In the future, all will be subjugated to Love and all will serve it. But it is through suffering and difficulties that the consciousness of man will be awakened. The terrible predictions of the prophet Daniel written in the bible relate to the epoch that is opening. There will be floods, hurricanes, gigantic fires and earthquakes that will sweep away everything. Blood will flow in abundance. There will be revolutions; terrible explosions will resound in numerous regions of the earth. There where there is earth, water will come, and there where there is water, earth will come. God is Love; yet we are dealing here with a chastisement, a reply by Nature against the crimes perpetrated by man since the night of time against his Mother; the Earth. After these sufferings, those that will be saved, the elite, will know the Golden Age, harmony and unlimited beauty. Thus keep your peace and your faith when the time comes for suffering and terror, because it is written that not a hair will fall from the head of the just. Don’t be discouraged, simply follow your work of personal perfection. You have no idea of the grandiose future that awaits you. A New Earth will soon see day. In a few decades the work will be less exacting, and each one will have the time to consecrate spiritual, intellectual and artistic activities. The question of rapport between man and woman will be finally resolved in harmony; each one having the possibility of following their aspirations. The relations of couples will be founded on reciprocal respect and esteem. Humans will voyage through the different planes of space and breakthrough intergalactic space. They will study their functioning and will rapidly be able to know the Divine World, to fusion with the Head of the Universe. The New Era is that of the sixth race. Your predestination is to prepare yourself for it, to welcome it and to live it. The sixth race will build itself around the idea of Fraternity. There will be no more conflicts of personal interests; the single aspiration of each one will be to conform himself to the Law of Love. The sixth race will be that of Love. A new continent will be formed for it. It will emerge from the Pacific, so that the Most High can finally establish His place on this planet. The founders of this new civilization, I call them ‘Brothers of Humanity’ or also ‘Children of Love’. They will be unshakeable for the good and they will represent a new type of men. Men will form a family, as a large body, and each people will represent an organ in this body. In the new race, Love will manifest in such a perfect manner, that today’s man can only have a very vague idea. The earth will remain a terrain favourable to struggle, but the forces of darkness will retreat and the earth will be liberated from them. Humans seeing that there is no other path will engage themselves to the path of the New Life, that of salvation. In their senseless pride, some will, to the end hope to continue on earth a life that the Divine Order condemns, but each one will finish by understanding that the direction of the world doesn’t belong to them. A new culture will see the light of day, it will rest on three principal foundations: the elevation of woman, the elevation of the meek and humble, and the protection of the rights of man. The light, the good, and justice will triumph; it is just a question of time. The religions should be purified. Each contains a particle of the Teaching of the Masters of Light, but obscured by the incessant supply of human deviation. All the believers will have to unite and to put themselves in agreement with one principal, that of placing Love as the base of all belief, whatever it may be. Love and Fraternity that is the common base! The earth will soon be swept by extraordinary rapid waves of Cosmic Electricity. A few decades from now beings who are bad and lead others astray will not be able to support their intensity. They will thus be absorbed by Cosmic Fire that will consume the bad that they possess. Then they will repent because it is written that “each flesh shall glorify God”. Our mother, the earth, will get rid of men that don’t accept the New Life. She will reject them like damaged fruit. They will soon not be able to reincarnate on this planet; criminals included. Only those that possess Love in them will remain. There is not any place on earth that is not dirtied with human or animal blood; she must therefore submit to a purification. And it is for this that certain continents will be immersed while others will surface. Men do not suspect to what dangers they are menaced by. They continue to pursue futile objectives and to seek pleasure. On the contrary those of the sixth race will be conscious of the dignity of their role and respectful of each one’s liberty. They will nourish themselves exclusively from products of the vegetal realm. Their ideas will have the power to circulate freely as the air and light of our days. The words “If you are not born again” apply to the sixth race. Read Chapter 60 of Isaiah it relates to the coming of the sixth race, the Race of Love. After the Tribulations, men will cease to sin and will find again the path of virtue. The climate of our planet will be moderated everywhere and brutal variations will no longer exist. The air will once again become pure, the same for water. The parasites will disappear. House rec'd a direct hit from a lightning strike. Took out the electricity, computer, modem and router. Still have components that are not functioning.

It was wild to say the least, the entire house shook and I almost got thrown out of the chair.

Gen. David Petraeus

NEW YORK – In recent weeks, both General David Petraeus and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., have woven into public speeches the theme of combining the United States, Canada and Mexico into a single, North American Union.
“After America, there is North America,” explained Petraeus, the former U.S. military commander and former head of the CIA, to a panel entitled “After America, What?” held at the Margaret Thatcher Conference on Liberty on June 18, 2014, hosted by the Center for Policy Studies in Great Britain.
In his presentation to the conference, Petraeus proclaimed the coming of the “North American decade,” a vision he explained was founded on the idea of putting together the economies of the United States, Canada and Mexico, some 20 years after the creation of North American Free Trade Agreement, or NAFTA.
“In each of these economies there are four revolutions going on,” Petraeus continued, naming the following: an energy revolution, in which the United States is leading the world in the production of natural gas and shale oil, combined with Canada’s enormous resources in the Alberta tar sands and Mexico opening up the state-owned Pemex to international oil companies; an information and technology revolution led by Silicon Valley; a manufacturing revolution; and a life sciences revolution.
“The forces unleashed by these four revolutions with all three countries being as highly integrated as they are, with Canada and Mexico being our two top trading partners, I believe we can argue that after America comes North America,” Petraeus explained.

The syllabus for a similarly themed class Petraeus teaches at the City University of New York entitled “The Coming (North) American Decade(s)” includes the following course description: “This seminar will seek to answer the question, ‘Are we on the threshold of the new (North) American decade(s)?’ To do so, we will: survey the global economic situation; examine the ongoing energy, manufacturing, life sciences, and information technology ‘revolutions’ in the United Sates; assess the implications each revolution has for the U.S. and the global economy; and determine the policies, practices, regulations, and laws needed to enable the U.S. to capitalize on the opportunities presented by the revolutions and thereby to contribute to the global economic recovery from the Great Recession.”
An examination of the assigned reading specified in the course syllabus shows Petraeus has derived much of his thinking from global economic sources in trying to project the future of North America in competition with major regional forces including China, the EU, as well as Russia, India and Brazil.
Pelosi sees U.S. and Mexico as “one nation”
Speaking at the U.S. border with Mexico on June 28, Pelosi addressed the crisis of thousands of unaccompanied children and teenagers from Central America illegally crossing into the United States.
Referring to the United States and Mexico, Pelosi said, “This is a community with a border going through it. And this crisis – that some call a ‘crisis’ – we have to view as an opportunity.
“What we just saw was so stunning. If you believe as we do that every child, that every person, has a spark of divinity in them and is therefore worthy of respect, what we saw in those rooms was [a] dazzling, sparkling array of God’s children, worthy of respect. So … we have to use the crisis – that some view as a crisis, and it does have crisis qualities – as an opportunity to show who we are as Americans, that we do respect people for their divinity and worth,” she said.

Champion of North American Union dies
In January, WND reported that Robert Pastor, a long-time professor of international relations and director of the Center for North American Studies, died at the age of 66 after a three-year battle with cancer.
On Oct. 31, 2013, just more than two months before he passed away, Pastor chaired a conference at the Center for American Studies at American University entitled “The NAFTA Promise and the North American Reality: The Gap and How to Narrow It,” a conference Pastor organized to fulfill a request made by Vice President Joe Biden a month earlier.
At the U.S.-Mexico high-level economic dialogue held on Sept. 20, 2013, at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Mexico City, Mexico, Biden gave a speech in which he commented, “You take a look at the United States, Mexico and Canada, you’d sit there and say, ‘Why? Why isn’t there even more cooperation? It’s just so natural geographically, politically, economically.”
American University posted on its website on Oct. 30, the day before his last international conference started, Pastor’s last remarks prepared for publication, including his vision of NAFTA at a crossroads nearly 20 years after being implemented.
As WND reported, Pastor’s 2001 book, “Toward a North American Community,” presented an argument that North American integration should advance through developing a “North American consciousness” by creating various institutions, including a North American customs union and a North American Development Fund for the economic development of Mexico.
Pastor also was vice chairman of the May 2005 Council on Foreign Relations task force report, “Building a North American Community,” which presents itself as a blueprint for using bureaucratic action though trilateral “working groups” constituted within the executive branches of the United States, Mexico and Canada to advance the North American integration agenda.
