Black ‘Moorish Nation’ claiming ‘squatter’s rights’ to homes across the nation

Free homes. Free license plates. Free everything. That is the plan of the black separatist group called Moorish Nation.
You may have missed this chapter in Black History Month: In 1787, a bunch of people signed a bunch of agreements — secret and otherwise — that say black people are not required to obey American laws because they are not really citizens of the United States.
Today, descendants of this group, who call themselves the Moorish Nation, claim that their heritage entitles them and all black people to move into empty houses (don’t call it squatting!), create their own license plates, issue their own drivers licenses, print their own property titles and claim sovereign immunity when they get arrested.
All without success. But they keep trying.
Moorish Nation made its biggest national impression last March, when Abka Re Bey and her six children moved into a $3 million, 10,000 square-foot mansion in Memphis. Abka Re Bey — whose given name is Tabitha Gentry — even filed paperwork with the local Register of Deeds, saying she was taking ownership of the property “in the name of Allah, the most high,” said NewsOne, a TV network “for Black America.”
The Washington Post, CBS News, and others outlets neglected to mention the religious connection to Islam in their reports on these racially separate squatters.
Abka Re Bey stayed in the mansion a week before a SWAT team came and arrested her for trespassing, burglary, and theft. “She’s Moorish-American,” said Jarrod Batts to Action News in Memphis after her arraignment. “Why y’all saying she’s a squatter?”
The Washington Post tracked down two officials who say this group is responsible for a lot of mayhem that never makes the newspapers: “I can promise you that every state has had their challenges with these guys,” said Carol Foglesong, a land records official in Orange County, Fla., and past president the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks.
Kory Flowers also talked to the Post. “It’s going on in every state,” said Flowers, an investigator with the Greensboro, N.C., police and a national expert on sovereign groups. In Bethesda three months later, three members of the Moorish Nation tried the same thing when they moved into a $6 million house with 12 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms and two saunas.
“When police showed up to haul them off, they said they were members of “the Moorish Nation and had the right to claim the property,” said the local sheriff. In Tampa Bay, police found Zuri Akila Betiti Matawala Zurj-Bey, a grand sheikess in the Moorish Temple of Science of the World, driving with an usual license plate that read “Moorish American Republic 070117-004.”
That didn’t work out too well either. “I’ve been kidnapped,” she told the Tampa Bay Times in December 2012 at the Pasco County jail where she was incarcerated for a variety of traffic offenses. She added:
I don’t belong here. When you belong to another government, you’re not subject to someone else’s rules and laws. I’m just a missionary. This is a misunderstanding.
That misunderstanding continues today in Wilmington, Delaware, where MN followers have a lot to choose from: 1,387 of that city’s 22,576 homes are empty. And that does not count houses for sale.
Last month the group invaded one of those houses, a large home on the tree-lined, once majestic and now slightly worn Baynard Boulevard. “They just moved in liked they owned the place,” said Ralph Malatesta, the next-door neighbor.
That’s what they said to me anyway and I believed them. A few of them look like they just got out of prison. There were a lot of kids in there too.
Not for long, however. A SWAT team moved in on the trespassers soon after.
The Moorish Nation is hardly the only black separatist group in America. As reported at LU, on July 1, Chokwe Lumumba was sworn in as Mayor of Jackson, the capital of Mississippi. He is a former leader of a group called the Republic of New Afrika that seeks to turn the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina into an independent black nation.
Even Al Jazeera was impressed: The network called Lumumba “America’s most revolutionary mayor.” “Free the Land” is the group’s slogan. In his inauguration address, one of the first things Lumumba did was raise his hand in a clenched fist and proclaim to loud applause from 2500 people: “Free the Land.”
Neither is Moorish Nation the only group of black people squatting. In Detroit in February, a homeowner gone for a few days returned to find her neighbors had moved in, stolen her property, eaten her food, and turned her home into their chill pad where they could use drugs.
Adrea Isom of Fox News in Detroit could hardly contain her incredulity when speaking to the family and friends of the squatters:
Three men had helped themselves to all of her gin and her Seagram’s happy juice. They cooked up crab legs, shrimp and they even had a turkey in the oven. Can you believe it? And while they were fixing their feast they she says they were high as a kite….

Two of the suspects lived next door. The locals were unapologetic and blamed the owner for leaving the house unguarded:
It was like a chill spot. Somebody going to invite you over to smoke some weed and we right next door. Somebody was squatting in that house, the guy that was in there was squatting already, so he was inviting people over, because he was living there.
This is Detroit and we will come squat in your house if you’re not home. Stay in your home before your copper come up missing.

Recently celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary, royal couple Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall is allegedly going to have a divorce by the Queen's order. Reportedly known for swinging random threats at the royal family, Prince Charles was told by Queen Elizabeth to go ahead with the divorce and to stop pacifying his alcoholic wife, according to the July 14th print edition of Globe Magazine. The Duchess of Cornwall is reportedly furious that the Queen prefers to give the throne to Prince William and Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, if she decides to abdicate her post next year. So her plan is if she is not going to be queen then she could lock down a $350 million divorce settlement by threatening the palace to divulge family secrets. But the queen has no intention paying the Duchess a dime and declared Charles' wife a disgrace and want her gone. "She also summoned Camilla to the palace and had a nifty chat with her, telling the duchess that she's a complete disgrace and that the family needs to be rid of her," Celebdirty Laundry reports. Romantically involved for more than three decades before they decided to make it official, Charles and Camilla tied the knot on April 9, 2005 and reports indicate that Charles public perception improved since he married Camilla. "The public perception of the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall has certainly improved with the passage of time," according to Robert Jobson, author of "The New Royal Family: Prince George, William and Kate, The Next Generation" on his interview with Today. "But their wedding and the hard work both have put into their royal duty since those dark days has, in my view, transformed their public image," Jobson added. Now living on his grandmother's former home, the Castle of Mey, Prince Charles is paying £2,000 a week to stay there while other visitors are paying £50,000 a weekend. "The charge... reflects that we do not have any fishing or shooting at the castle, and that the Prince brings his own staff," Ashe Windham, of the Mey Trust, which runs the property, told Daily Mail. ‘Moorish American national’ charged with trying to take mansion

Like many people excited about a new home, Lamont Butler invited friends over to check his out. He had a lot to show them. The Bethesda mansion is among the largest in the region and featured floors of imported marble, 12 bedroom suites, six kitchens and a history of playing host to political gatherings, including ones during which Bill Clinton and Al Gore helped plant trees out back.
But the personable 28-year-old, known to wear a red fez, didn’t own the mansion; he had simply slipped inside and claimed it. Taking part in an odd and perplexing phenomenon popping up in cities across the country, Butler said the Bethesda mansion belonged to him because he is a Moorish American National. He’d drawn up paperwork that he said proved it all, with references to a 1787 peace treaty and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations.
Montgomery County police call Butler’s stay in the mansion, which lasted only a few hours, something entirely different from a legitimate claim: breaking and entering, fraud and attempted theft. They say it is one of the most audacious local cases in what law enforcement officers called a growing national trend where self-
described “sovereign” nationals try to move into homes they don’t own.
This month in Memphis, a woman saying she was a Moorish American was evicted after a SWAT team moved in on a 9,000-square-foot mansion she said she owned. Tabitha Gentry was charged with trespassing and burglary, but in court she denied the legitimacy of the charges, repeatedly interrupted the judge and invoked her sovereign rights.
Similar cases have occurred around the nation, where sovereign nationals have slipped into empty houses, sometimes going unnoticed for a week or two, authorities say.

“It’s going on in every state,” said Kory Flowers, an investigator with the Greensboro, N.C., police and a national expert on sovereign groups.
Police in the Washington area say they have not seen nearly as many sovereign cases as other states, notably California, North Carolina and Georgia. In terms of the property’s value, the Bethesda mansion incident appears to be unprecedented in the area.
Moorish American sovereigns get their name in part from the Moorish Science Temple of America, a religion formed in the early 20th century that preached obeying laws and had an uplifting message for African Americans: Be proud of who you are, said Spencer Dew, an expert on Moors and professor of religious studies at Centenary College of Louisiana.
But in the years since, a series of Moorish offshoots have twisted some tenets for their own gain — notably the idea that black people lived in what is now the United States long before the arrival of Europeans, Dew said.
Sovereign nationals, law enforcement officials say, use that tenet to justify the assertion that land instruments such as mortgages are not valid and that local laws do not have to be obeyed.
Moving into foreclosed or unoccupied houses is one of the more visible ways sovereign nationals break the law. The gambits are rarely successful, often ending within hours or days when neighbors call the police after noticing unusual activity or “No Trespassing” signs in the windows of the large residences sometimes targeted.
Sovereigns break other laws, too. They sometimes don’t register their cars with the local motor vehicles department, driving around instead with self-styled license tags. And they cause headaches for those who investigate them, targeting officials for retaliation by filing million-dollar liens on their properties. Police officers, judges and other public officials have had to take time off work or turn to lawyers to untangle their land records, several public officials said.

States have begun making it a felony to knowingly file a false lien. Virginia’s General Assembly passed such a bill this year, and a similar measure is pending in Maryland. “They have a right to express their beliefs,” said state Sen. Jamie B. Raskin (D-Montgomery), a sponsor of the bill in Maryland. “But they don’t have a right to abuse public processes or harass public officials.”
Rashid Chaudary wasn’t thinking about sovereigns in 1995 when he moved into his new Bethesda home, which was worthy of the most lavish Washington occasions. The cosmetics company millionaire’s guests mingled on two levels. On warm nights, they could walk onto a series of limestone terraces with sweeping views of a hillside of trees.
Several years ago, after Chaudary’s children were old enough to leave home, he and his wife moved to Chicago, where his company, Raani Corp., is based. They put the mansion on the market. “If only a palace will do,” one of the online real-state listings said, “this is your home.”
It was a well-publicized target for Butler, a resident of Charles County who by last year was calling himself Lamont Maurice El, police say. Butler appeared in court last week, where he said that the charges against him are only allegations and that he is not a criminal. He also invoked his status as a Moorish national.
“I only have one free national name. That is Lamont Maurice El,” he said.
District Judge Eugene Wolfe ordered Butler held on $20,000 bond, which Butler posted shortly after the court hearing. He was released last week.
Butler’s effort to claim the mansion goes back to Dec. 17, when, dressed in a fez, white shirt and khaki pants, he presented himself at the front counter of the Montgomery office of Maryland’s Department of Assessments and Taxation, according to court records and Marie Green, the supervisor of the office. He rolled out a historic map, presented documents and requested that tax records be updated to reflect his ownership of the mansion. Green told him that without a proper deed showing a transfer, she couldn’t do anything.
Jan. 3 was a crisp 38 degrees on Natelli Woods Lane, which is lined with million-dollar homes.
Shortly before 4 p.m., a resident drove by the mansion and saw cars out front. She walked up to the front door. Butler came out and launched into a “history lesson” on his rights to the place, according to police reports. The neighbor called Chaudary, the owner, in Chicago. Several police cars pulled up, but by then, the house was empty, according to court records.
Officers found a rear door open and went inside. They found no damage and nothing missing. But there were clear signs that people had been there: The stereo was on, and there were strawberries in one of the refrigerators, party napkins in a trash bag and “No Trespassing” signs in the windows. How the people got inside — past the locked doors and alarm system — wasn’t clear.
Two days later, the alarms did go off, and police returned to find four men, including Butler, in the driveway. With no clear sign they had entered the house, officers issued trespassing warnings and let them go.
To Butler, everyone else was trespassing — a point he made in subsequent e-mails to Jordan Fainberg, the real estate agent selling the house.
“Even though,” Butler wrote, “there was no false arrest made on Jan. 5, 2013, by the Public Servant Trustee Police Enforcers for the private foreign corporate-for-profit entity styled as Montgomery County Police Department, and conversations ended on peaceable terms, I, as well as others, will be coming to the land property estate this week.”
Fainberg called the police, who by this time were amping up their investigation of Butler. They learned that he had been charged with identity theft in Alexandria late last year and with concealing a dangerous weapon in Prince George’s County for allegedly carrying a knife with an eight-inch blade tucked inside a sheath attached to his belt.
Butler also tangled with police last summer, when a Prince George’s officer pulled him over going 68 mph in a 55 mph zone. The officer cited him for speeding, driving around with a Moorish American license plate and other offenses, according to court records. Butler’s response was to demand $1.05 million in gold coins from Maryland’s attorney general, two judges, three police officers, the owner of a towing company — and all of their spouses. U.S. District Judge J. Frederick Motz labeled Butler’s claims “speculative and frivolous.”
By Jan. 24, detectives had tracked Butler to a house in Charles County. Officers allegedly found him holding a shotgun, but the incident ended peacefully with Butler’s arrest, authorities said.
The breaking-and-entering case involving the Jan. 3 incident ultimately could turn on his stated beliefs. The paperwork he filed with Montgomery officials carries no legal weight, authorities say. And Butler has indicated to police that he wanted the house as an embassy for the Moors and was entitled to be inside it. By doing so, he may have admitted that he broke in.
“Stand up for your Rights (Birthrights)!” he wrote on his Facebook page before his arrest. “You may be surprised that you’ve been paying for something that already belongs to you.”

The recent brutality by Israel in the Gaza strip, the emergence of the ISIS caliphate in Iraq and the troubles in the Ukraine can now be traced to the same source: the Nazionists.

Let us start with the ISIS campaign. Here is what MI5 and other intelligence agencies have been able to put together recently: ISIS is controlled by the CIA/RAND Corporation from headquarters in the US Embassy in Ankara, Turkey. This supports earlier claims from separate sources that an outfit known as the Jamestown Foundation runs CIA training bases in Turkey. ISIS also has its own nuclear capability outside of any formal government control, the sources say. In addition, it has been determined that the satellite communications used by ISIS are controlled out of Jerusalem. At the same time, the ISIS drones are run out of the US military base of Fort Huachuca in Arizona.

Furthermore, genuine Muslims in Iraq are saying the ISIS fighters “do not look like Muslims and do not act like Muslims.” The locals are also very suspicious of the American SUVs and American equipment they are using, according to Green dragon society sources. So, ISIS is beginning to look suspiciously like a re-branding of the Nazi affiliated Muslim Brotherhood and an attempt to seize Middle Eastern oil the Arab spring failed to seize.

Now let us take a look at the situation in Israel. Here we have a campaign that started with mutual kidnapping and murder (either real or faked) between Palestinians and Israelis. Next we have Mossad’s Hamas subsidiary firing missiles at Israel to reignite

the long nurtured paranoia among the brainwashed Jewish population of Israel. Then we have the Israeli army attacking the Gaza strip in much the same way as the Nazis once attacked the Warsaw Ghetto.

Now let us go to the Ukraine. There, as our sources in Russia point out, an English speaking mercenary army kicked out a legitimate government and installed a puppet regime that immediately began provocations against Russia and Russian speakers inside the Ukraine. The mercenaries further threatened to cut off the gas pipeline linking Russia to Germany. They, like ISIS, also claim to have non-government controlled nuclear weapons. This campaign is also being run by the Rand Corporation, according to multiple sources.

It is no surprise then that the German government has ordered the head of the CIA Nazi/Bush faction in Germany out of the country and has begun a purge of CIA assets in Germany. Furthermore, a Russian intelligence source told the WDS they had issued a warning they were going to attack the Crimean capital of Kiev with Nuclear weapons

if the puppet regime took over the Russian speaking Ukrainian city of Donetsk. The WDS then informed the Russians there would be no sanctions if they went ahead and annexed the Russian speaking portions of the Ukraine.

In addition to this, the White Dragon Society received e-mails believed also to originate with the same Nazionist Rand Corporation threatening to “magnetic pulsing and nuclear false flags South of Beijing and in South East Asia, courtesy of the CIA.”

So, apart from grabbing key energy pressure points, what is the Nazi Rand Corporation trying to accomplish with nuclear threats in the Ukraine, the Middle East and China? Why has Israel begun such a vicious campaign?

We need to go back a few years to the February 2011 when Admiral Thad Allen of the Rand Corporation, together with a large group of Congressmen, visited New Zealand to ask for use of either the South Island or Tasmania as a residence for a group of about

1 million Sabbatean mafia members who wanted to escape from the United States.

New Zealand refused and was hit by a massive earthquake just after Allen and the Congressmen left.

Japan was also hit by a massive tsunami and earthquake on March 11, 2011 when they refused to allow these same would be refugees to live in the Northern Island of Hokkaid, according to Japanese military intelligence and other sources.

Remember, Thad Allen was in charge of the hurricane Katrina weather warfare attack on New Orleans that was run as an exercise to see if a natural disaster could be used as a way to get Americans (in this case almost exclusively African Americans) into a concentration camp.

Fortunately for us, it seems that Thad Allen and his like are not the only ones with weather warfare weapons. Last week a “once in decades super-typhoon” was headed for Tokyo when it suddenly vanished. It never hit. Something wiped it out.

Leaders of the five BRICS nations fueling global economic growth will discuss strengthening ties within the bloc and rallying emerging economies to play a greater role in world affairs, economic and political.

The theme of the 2014 summit is “inclusive growth: sustainable solutions”. According to Brazilian Ambassador Graça Lima, one of the goals of the summit is to highlight the achievements the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in the five BRICS countries, aimed at eradicating poverty, improving health and education as well as gender equality.

During the BRICS summit, agreements for the establishment of a new $100 billion development bank and the creation of a $100 billion Contingency Reserve Arrangement (CRA) will be signed.

The CRA will provide an additional line of protection to the BRICS countries during difficult balance of payment scenarios and the new development bank will finance infrastructure and sustainable development projects.

In Fortaleza, the focus on the streets was on Brazil’s woeful performance against Germany in the semi-final and then its loss against the Netherlands in the third place match on Saturday evening.

“It is good for business that we are hosting the BRICS summit, as that takes us beyond the Soccer World Cup final, but my preference would have been for Brazil to be the champions and somebody else could have hosted the summit,” one hotelier said.

Some hotel websites have not kept up with the changes to the BRICS leadership and still feature former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, rather than current Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The BRICS summit will be Modi’s first multi-lateral diplomatic engagement.

The BRICS leaders summit will be preceded by a number of events which will see finance ministers and central bank governors meet. In addition there will be meetings of the BRICS Business Forum and Business Council; as well as the BRICS Financial Forum, which groups the existing development banks of BRICS member countries.

The BRICS Business Council, which was launched at the Durban summit last year, would table a report on how the five governments could make it easier for BRICS businesses to thrive in these countries.

The council, headed by South African billionaire businessman Patrice Motsepe, would also discuss trade opportunities that BRICS businesses can explore.

On Tuesday the leaders of the BRICS will discuss international political, economic and financial issues. The session will be followed by the event’s official photo and a working lunch. The afternoon begins with the official signing ceremony, followed by a plenary session.
