In the Matter of The People v. Bergoglio et al (Case Docket No. 18072014-002) The Judgement of the Magistrates of the Court, including the majority decision with with one dissenting opinion Issued in Chambers Friday, 18 July, 2014 The unanimous Judgement of the Court is that the three primary defendants Jorge BERGOGLIO, Adolfo PACHON and Justin WELBY have been convicted and are guilty as charged of aiding and abetting Crimes against Humanity, including murder and human trafficking, and of personal involvement in those crimes. Their guilt has been ably presented and proven beyond any reasonable doubt by the Prosecution. The refusal of the Defendants to respond to a lawful Summons, to deny or refute the charges against them, or to present a counter case in their own defense, compelled the Court to consider their silence as a de facto pro confesso plea in which their guilt was established by their refusal to enter a plea. Precedent has established that pro confesso – which is the refusal of a defendant to plea in a case of profound importance – provides the basis for the lawful conviction and deposing of rulers and responsible heads of church and state. (The People in Parliament v. Charles Stuart, January 3, 1649) In this precedent, the High Court established by the Parliament of England ruled that the silence of heads of church and state when accused of crimes against their own people amounts to a confession by the accused of all of the charges made against them (January 22, 1649). One of our colleagues offers a dissenting opinion. While concurring with the judgement that all three Defendants are guilty as charged, the dissenting Magistrate argues that pro confesso applies only when no other means exist to prevent such rulers from perpetrating tyranny and wars of aggression on their own people and their liberties, as was so in the historical case cited. The dissenting colleague argues that by convicting the Defendants primarily under a pro confesso precedent, their actual guilt for the crimes cited can be construed to have been established according to a legal technicality. To quote our colleague’s statement, “The overwhelming guilt of these leaders for unspeakable crimes demands that we convict them not simply on the basis of a technicality but according to the evidence alone, so that their guilt is crystal clear to the world and to posterity.” The Court has taken into account this dissenting opinion in formulating its final judgement. Accordingly, it is the unanimous judgement of the Court that: 1. The Defendants Jorge BERGOGLIO, Adolfo PACHON and Justin WELBY are guilty as charged on two counts: of organizing, aiding and abetting Crimes against Humanity, including murder and human trafficking, and of personally participating in the routine and ritual rape, torture and murder of children. 2. The Defendants are sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole or pardon, and to the forfeiture of their assets, property and authority. 3. The sworn Sheriffs of the Court and their affiliated Direct Action Units, established by the Court on June 1, 2014, are ordered to immediately arrest and imprison the Defendants at facilities provided by the Court, and to seize their property and assets. The public is asked to assist the Sheriffs in this task. An open ended International Citizens’ Arrest Warrant will be issued by the Court against the convicted persons within 48 hours of this judgement. 4. The Court will produce a full public statement making it clear that the basis for its conviction of the Defendants lay entirely in the hard evidence of their guilt, and that their refusal to plea, and hence the pro confesso judgement, was a contributing factor but not the basis of the guilty sentence. 5. In addition, to emphasize that this conviction is not a limited one aimed only at the top figureheads of murderous regimes, as of September 1, 2014, the Court will establish an ongoing Permanent Inquiry to investigate and prosecute others involved in the crimes proven in this case and contained in the permanent Court record. This Inquiry shall be entitled The Permanent Commission into Child Trafficking and Ritual Sacrifice and will have the power to subpoena and arrest, and adjudicate cases before the Court. The Commission will be international in scope, have no time restriction, and will seek cooperation from governments, international agencies and police forces with the aim of prosecuting and stopping forever the trafficking, ritual torture and murder of children. 6. To protect this Commission, its witnesses, officers and evidence, the Court record from the case of The People v. Bergoglio et all will remain sealed for now, along with the identity of the witnesses and Court officers, with the exception of that permitted by the special and unanimous authorization of the Court. The Jury members who were involved in proceedings thus far are relieved of their duties and thanked for their efforts. 7. This concludes the case of The People v. Bergoglio et al. I am trying to figure this out, but something seems to be amiss.

Obviously the press is mum about a shootdown, but it is all to obvious and, if Russia shot it down, I do not think they would be mum. FULL STORY HERE . This could end up being big.

Usually the media will scrub body pics from crash photos.  Not true with this photo , and I beg to question why? Thousands of Iraqi Christians today poured out of Mosul after ISIS jihadis gave them an ultimatum - convert, pay or face death. 

The Islamic State terror group declared that Christians must either convert to Islam, pay a special tax or leave the city, around 250 miles north-west of Baghdad.

If they did not do so by noon (9am GMT) today, there would be 'nothing for them but the sword', it said.

As militants attempted to break government defences in strategic areas and edge closer to Baghdad, Christians fled to join hundreds of thousands of Shiite and other refugees in the neighbouring autonomous region of Kurdistan.

Their escape to the safety coincided with the expected homecoming of Iraq's Kurdish president, Jalal Talabani, after 18 months of medical treatment in Germany.

 

Chaldean patriarch Louis Sako, who heads Iraq's largest Christian community, said the terrifying ultimatum had been relayed by mosques in ISIS-controlled Mosul. 

He told AFP: 'Christian families are on their way to Dohuk and Arbil [in Kurdistan]. For the first time in the history of Iraq, Mosul is now empty of Christians.'

Most Christians in the northwestern Nineveh province fled in terror after jihadist-led militants enforcing an extreme version of sharia - or Islamic law - launched an offensive on June 9.

But many of the poorest families returned when the fighting stopped and ISIS started administering the city.

Mr Sako said the number of Christians who were still in Mosul on Thursday was around 25,000.

Today, Human Rights Watch said the Islamic State 'seems intent on wiping out all traces of minority groups from areas it now controls in Iraq.'

Other minorities rooted in the same province of Nineveh have suffered even more than the Christians, according to crimes HRW documented against the Yazidis, as well as the Turkmen and Shabak Shiite communities.

The mass displacement was the latest in six weeks of turmoil which has forced more than 600,000 people from their homes, left thousands dead and brought Iraq to the brink of collapse.

IRAQ'S CHRISTIAN POPULATION

Iraq's Christian population includes Chaldean, Assyrian, Armenian and Syriac communities.

Some of these are among the world's oldest and speak a form of Aramaic, a language thought to have been spoken by Jesus Christ.

Chaldo-Assyrians follow eastern rites of the Catholic Church, while Syriacs consider themselves Eastern Orthodox.

The Christian population once numbered more than a million nationwide, with upwards of 600,000 in Baghdad alone, but now there are now fewer than 400,000 across Iraq.

This is largely because since the 2003 U.S.-led invasion, sectarian attacks against them have been mounting.

Iraq is also home to a small community of Mandean Sabeans. They are not considered Christians and practice one of the world's oldest surviving Gnostic religions, but they worship John the Baptist as their central prophet.

Now-executed president Saddam Hussein's deputy prime minister Tareq Aziz is from a Chaldean Catholic family and is one of Iraq's best known Christians. 

Mr Talabani's return to his native Kurdistan today was likely to spark celebrations among supporters from his Patriotic Union of Kurdistan party.

He is widely celebrated as a skilled negotiator, who enjoys good relations with both the United States and Iran and has repeatedly mediated between Iraq's fractious politicians in recent years.

But some observers warned there was little the avuncular 80-year-old head of state could do to ease spiralling ethno-sectarian violence and rhetoric and roll back the Islamic State's expansion.

'I really do think this is a post-Talabani era. I've stuck my neck out there, but I haven't heard any Iraqis talking about him in any way being president,' said Toby Dodge, director of the London School of Economics' Middle East centre.

Federal forces collapsed, in some cases abandoning uniforms and weapons in their retreat, when fighters under the command of IS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi launched their assault.

The army has since regrouped, received intelligence, hardware and manpower from Washington, Moscow and Shiite militias, but nonetheless struggled to regain lost territory.

Security analysts have said Baghdad remains too big a target, but militants have in recent days repeatedly attacked targets that would expose the capital if captured.

On Thursday night, a jihadist commando stormed the Speicher air base north of ex-president Saddam Hussein's hometown of Tikrit, sparking a fierce battle.

'Last night, gunmen infiltrated the base. There were snipers and suicide bombers among them, they managed to reach the runway,' an intelligence officer who survived the attack told AFP.

'The new government should have broad national acceptance and be capable of solving the crisis in the country and correcting the mistakes of the past,' he said.

Parliamentary blocs have until Sunday to submit nominees for the post of president, whose election is the next step in what has been a protracted and acrimonious process to renew Iraq's leadership.

Despite his unexpected return, there is little expectation that Mr Talabani, who has been president since 2005, will seek another term.

It comes just weeks after a video emerged showing ISIS militants taking sledgehammers to centuries-old tombstones in Mosul in Ninevah province.

We have found huge support for our efforts not only among our regular readers but the international Intel community itself concerned with the prospect of certain parts of US government operations having been penetrated and subverted to the control of what for today I will call a "shadow government", again...something that is not new to our readers.

We did not hunt this material down. It hunted us down because we have a reputation for having the balls to publish what no one else will, which is one reason what our phone never rings from corporate media.

We are the last people they want to talk to because they know "we know" how they have failed America miserably in terms of their 4th estate duties to keep the public informed.

You can call it corny all you want, but we have a lot of respect for the warning our Founding Fathers gave us that once we had been given a Republic that the next trick was going to be in keeping it.

And being informed about what was really going on was the bottom line in terms of whether government was really serving you, or had you been morphed into serving it. These men were all classical scholars going back to Athenian days, and they knew the history of deception practiced by those in power against their subjects.

How would you like to wake up one day as a nuclear weapons designer to realize that after having worked on “boutique” new weapons to provide America a wider array of nuclear options to destroy certain targets with limited collateral damage, only to find they had been used against your own country, killing your own people, effectively as part of a coup which is really the only way to describe it?

Sure…you would be pissed, but what would you do? And if you looked around and saw legions of top government people, military, civilian…including top Intel people doing nothing, what would you do? You would be scared because you saw everybody else was, so you would not feel so bad about that.

But then you start thinking about those who did the last one, how they will do the next one with much less fear and trepidation of the first, and that your doing nothing has made you part of aiding and abetting in the next attack. The child abuse analogy here is that when you know a kid is being abused and do nothing, you are charged with the same level of felony as the physical abuser.

One of the main motivations we feel we are getting this material now is that some brave folks want to stand with those who tried to stop the next one. And until we hunt down all of those involved in the first, the clock will keep ticking on the rest of us on borrowed time until someone decides to flick the switch. Personally, I am a bit uncomfortable with than scenario. How about you?

If the public does not respond to having been given this opportunity to know what happened on 9-11 enough to force what should have been done way back when…hunt down those who really did it, then they will become owners of their fates.

So to those in the denial mode who will claim we are betraying our country by publishing his material, I have some bad news for them. We feel they are the betrayers, and we have nothing but contempt for them.

And for all the combat vets out there who have been in God awful situations where you saw no way out of it, you know how wonderful having “a chance” is being placed before you.

It’s time for the whining and “why me” to be set aside, grab the chance, and make the best of it that you can. That is exactly what we are doing, and I wanted to make sure you all understood that…Jim W. Dean ]
