With an asking price of £8.5 million, an uninhabited island in northern Maldives has hit the market, giving a wealthy entrepreneur an ideal opportunity to build a luxury resort from scratch.

The pancake-shaped tropical island of Orivaru comes with permits for a hotel and spa, according to luxury real estate firm Debutesq Group, which listed the 34.6-acre property.

Located 45 minutes by seaplane from the capital Male, Orivaru is one of 71 islands that form the Noonu Atolls and a haven for anyone who is seeking privacy.

Only 13 of the islands are inhabited and the closest one – Minaavaru, which is home to a Hilton resort and spa – is three miles away.

The island is held on a long leasehold from the Maldivian government but Debutesq Group said such leases are frequently renegotiated and extended.

Ringed by a white sand beach that is lapped by crystal clear water, Orivaru is a blank canvas for its future owner or owners.

Mr O’Connor said permits issued by the Ministry of Tourism have paved the way for some inland development and guest rooms on the shore.

Debutesq Group said inland development would include restaurants, guest lounges, pools and a wellness spa, while permits allow for nearly 100 private rooms and water villas that would have exhilarating views of the Indian Ocean.

The island has a natural port allowing boats and seaplanes to berth without interfering too much with the natural landscape.

For the last two years, Orivaru has been owned by a Maldivian registered company led by a property investor from the Czech Republic.

 There are some war scenarios that reflect itself over Iraq, but they are caused by a certain group of rich folks who do not wish for the world and it's people to progress by no means,

 They are furnishing these dilemmas but counting with God and the 50 countries who will battle and get rid of these evil forces all what is expected will pull through.

A stunning new report by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) circulating in the Kremlin today states that the Obama regime was behind the horrific 12 September attack that utilized the much feared “Jericho Weapon” on The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations in Lagos, Nigeria (SCOAN) that left over 40 Christian men, women and children dead.

According to this report, Nigerian authorities have become “greatly alarmed” over the unprecedented rise of the Ebola virus in West African and have “strongly advised” all Christian churches to stop their communion rites over fears this practice will spread the disease.

The SCOAN, however, not only refused to stop their communion rites, this report continues, but also began operations to help the victims of Ebola in other neighboring countries, which the joint US-Nigerian Army Special Operations Command (NASOC) deemed a “national security threat”.

In response to SCOAN refusing to comply with its governments Ebola directives, this report says, Russian military intelligence analysts on 11 September detected a “highly secretly armed” US Navy Lockheed C-130 Hercules aircraft [photo bottom left] assigned to Fleet Logistics Support Squadron SIX TWO (VR-62, nicknamed the Nomads) depart from its Florida base at Naval Air Station Jacksonville (NAS Jacksonville) and land at the US Naval Expeditionary Base Camp Lemonnier located at Djibouti's Djibouti-Ambouli International Airport, which is the primary base of operations for the US Africa Command (AFRICOM) in the Horn of Africa.

After refueling/rest, this report continues, this US Navy C-130 departed Camp Lemonnier in the early hours of 12 September and flew to Lagos, Nigeria where from 11:30-11:54 [Central European Time Zone (UTC+01:00)] it circled the SCOAN compound [Photos 2^nd and 3^rd left] then departed after the church was destroyed in what is described as an “implosion-type” event occurring at 12:44 as evidenced by security camera video. [See video below or HERE]

This SVR report notes that the implosion of the SCOAN compound was “nearly identical” [See video below or HERE] to the destruction of the infamous Building 7 on 11 September 2011, thus bringing to fears that the US Navy in its Nigerian attack last week used they same type of “directed weapons technology” to kill these innocent Christians.

To the exact destructive power of the “Jericho Weapon” [The Battle of Jericho is a battle in the biblical Book of Joshua where “sound” was used to destroy the enemies fortress walls.] believed to have destroyed these Christians, this report says, have been best described by US Doctor-Scientist Judy D. Wood, who in compiling her evidence of a directed energy weapon being used to destroy Building 7, described its horrific ability to turn solid matter into nanoparticles.

As the Obama regime has ordered an additional 3,000 of its troops to Africa to fight the Ebola virus, this report concludes, the killing of these Christians in Nigeria on 12 September clearly shows the deadly lengths this much feared government will go to in order to protect its empire.

The International Swaps & Derivatives Association said it postponed the biggest overhaul to the $18 trillion credit derivatives market in more than a decade to give investors more time to prepare for the changes.

New rules governing credit-default swaps will take effect Oct. 6 rather than Sept. 22, ISDA said in a statement yesterday. The changes seek to fix flaws in sovereign and bank insurance that prevented some contracts from paying out as intended during the financial crisis.

As part of the overhaul, the list of events triggering swaps is being expanded to include bail-ins, where investors are forced by regulators or governments to contribute to bank rescues. The new definitions also explicitly insure against debt writedowns, bond exchanges or conversions of debt into equity.

   Parliament has been meeting, and all the ministers are seated and done.  Cards 

are loaded, and the rates have changed a little bit.  We understand the numbers may 

have been adjusted downwards just a little bit in line with earlier budgets.  Those are 

the numbers with which they are loading some of the cards. Everyone is ready 

across the world, so I think it looks phenomenally good right now.  Iraq is ready, 

waiting on CBI to do its stuff, waiting on them to have their procedures all right and 

tight, and from there it will be 2-15 minutes to go around the world.  We are highly

Stockholm, Major economies should invest in infrastructure and take more steps to lift domestic demand, so that the world has multiple growth engines.

It said the United States Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew on Wednesday, according to Bloomberg News.

G20 keeps meeting of finance ministers and central bank governors on 19-21 September.

"To stimulate demand in the short term is a part of the solution," he said.

"It is obvious that some of these questions really need more attention and more discussion. There is no doubt that there is a problem with the growth and demand in many parts of the world," he continued.

He said that growth in the United States is "quite strong".

To a question about the dollar, he said that "a strong dollar has always been good for the United States."

Regarding China, he noted that the country is going in the right direction by letting the currency strengthened. But he criticized the use of an anti-monopoly law to crack down on American businesses and create barriers to doing business.

"What we have to do with China is to talk about how we can remove barriers, not imposing barriers. They need competition in their economics," he said.

For those readers who have not followed the uproar and the begging of the banksters and their political lackeys in London, there is lots of rhetoric on both sides to analyze as the polls close a few hours from now... -------------------------------------------------------- Scotland votes on independence from the United Kingdom [today]. I’ll be rooting very hard for a yes vote. The primary reason I strongly support Scottish independence is because it will serve as a beautiful illustration of how civilized unions respond when a geographic territory votes to secede. During all the debate leading up to the vote, no one has suggested that England should or will invade Scotland to keep them in the United Kingdom. A military invasion is, in fact, unthinkable. Hmmm… How are all the neo”cons,” Straussians, Jaffaites, American nationalists, Declarationists (there is much overlap among these) and assorted other Lincoln idolaters going to explain this away? The clear demonstration that territorial secession can happen without bloodshed will serve as a stark reminder to modern day Unionists that our own bloody clash didn’t have to be that way. Some may think this a petty and spiteful reason to support Scottish independence, but as a long time veteran of the intra-conservative internet Lincoln wars, I relish the opportunity to give the other side a great big “Uh! In ya face!” But beyond my possible spitefulness, there are good reasons for conservatives to support ethnic independence movements, Scotland and beyond. Smaller ethnically based states represent a more authentic basis for shared governance vs. the modern nation state which is supposedly organized around some proposition or largely imagined bond, such as the largely imagined bond that says Sunnis, Shiites, Chaldeans, Kurds, etc. all belong together in some figment on a map called Iraq. Early on in the debate over Scottish Independence, I recall something Tony Blair said because I felt he had inadvertently stumbled onto the truth. I have scoured the internet looking for the exact quote without success. As you can imagine, Googling anything with “Scottish independence” in it these days produces a lot of noise. But in essence Blair suggested that a vote for Scottish independence would be a return to an ancient form of government and a rejection of the modern state. (If anyone knows the quote I’m referring to, please send me a link.) Bingo! Spoken like a true Davos Man. And this is precisely why conservatives should support it. The people opposing Scottish independence tell us a lot about why authentic conservatives, as opposed to globalist Homo economicus ideologues, should support it. George Soros opposes Scottish independence in thisFinancial Times op-ed because it would be a blow to “the prevailing international order.” Once again, you’re darn right it would. What he doesn’t say of course, but what he means, is that it would make things more difficult for the prevailing international order of corporatist bankster plutocracy. Soros, echoing his fellow globalist Blair, says Scottish independence would be a “retrograde” step. Amen Brother Soros! Preach on! Additionally, neo”con” guru David Frum opposes independence. Frum lists five reasons why a yes vote will harm American interests as he defines them. All but the fifth reason are outcomes to be celebrated, not bemoaned, by true conservatives. In fact, his article serves as a virtual primer for why right-thinking US conservatives should support Scottish Independence. It will decrease England’s ability to aid the US with our world policing. It will make British withdrawal from the EU more likely. It will paralyze the EU. Well please, please don’t throw me in that briar patch. Some conservatives have pointed out that the Scottish independence movement is largely leftist in character, and this is true to an extent. Unfortunately, independence movements around the globe (America being an interesting exception) have trended toward the left as they were more likely to be embraced by leftists who presumably saw them as a way to strike a blow against the established order. (For those who astutely observe that that is similar to the argument I’m making, keep in mind that I’m inclined toward restoring an older order, not ushering in a new one.) The new Scottish state would clearly have generous social benefits. In fact, both sides of the independence campaign have been promising voters the Moon. But an Independent Scotland would also be more chauvinistically Scottish. Hopefully this would influence the matter of immigration, which is out of control in Britain. Whether they say it or not, independence may be one way of keeping Scotland from turning into Londanistan, like much of England is fast becoming. Also, since Scotland is a leftward influence on British politics, a free Scotland would possibly make the election of a more rightist party, such as the UKIP, a possibility in what remains of the UK. So clearly authentic American conservatives should be cheering on Scottish independence. And after that Basque independence, and Catalonian independence, and Flemish independence, and Russian separatist independence (American conservatives have really bungled this one), etc. And when they’ve had enough of Blue State domination, maybe they’ll wise up and look toward Red State independence. Informed sources indicate that the dilemma of choosing security ministers with more complicated attempts to monopolize Shiite parties portfolios of defense and interior.

Iraqi parliamentary sources revealed on Thursday that the vote of confidence in the ministers of defense and interior was postponed for two weeks.

The MP for the mass citizen Hashim al-Musawi, in a press statement, that the vote was postponed on security ministers to two weeks, and that the postponement decision was taken after a meeting of the National Alliance Shiite.

Moussawi said that "the National Alliance decided at a meeting late on Wednesday evening, to postpone the vote on the candidates for the ministries of defense and interior, so as to provide an opportunity for the prime minister Haidar al-Abbadi for the selection of qualified candidates."

The Iraqi Council of Representatives to raise its regular 15, which was scheduled to be completed during the vote on the ministerial cab, to Thursday, after the rejection of most of the members of the House of Representatives, choose all of Riad Ghraib, Jaber al-Jabri to fill positions in the security ministries.

The decision affirmed the parliament Mohammad Niazi Ihsanoglu, said the hearing on Thursday will be the deadline for Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to provide the names of candidates for security.

9-18-2014   Intel Guru DC   [via Adept1]  Parliament has been meeting, and all the ministers are seated and done.  Cards are loaded, and the rates have changed a little bit.  We understand the numbers may have been adjusted downwards just a little bit in line with earlier budgets.  Those are the numbers with which they are loading some of the cards. Everyone is ready across the world, so I think it looks phenomenally good right now.  Iraq is ready, waiting on CBI to do its stuff, waiting on them to have their procedures all right and tight, and from there it will be 2-15 minutes to go around the world.  We are highly optimistic that this is coming to an end.

9-17-2014   Newshound Guru Tlar   I concur with everything [Guru]  Randy [Koonce] has said.  I am hearing the exact same information.  Our admin caused this delay by putting the stipulation in that the Security Minister must be assigned to activate the currency change and they got the IMF to go along even though their first response was against it.  In order to fight ISIS there should be a head of the military so it is a defensible move to coerce the Iraqi's to move on this ministerial position now.  The CBI has made some important moves today that bode well for a currency change.  They are able, ready and willing if the Minister is seated but best of all, they have the desire and the permission to move if he is.  This thing is close.   [reference Randy Koonce's post below...9-17-2014]

I know it looked different but it was from me I was traveling in Kansas City and could not send it out. We sent it out for a two purpose goal... First to let people know that the Pres was interfering with something that he did not need to be messing with.. and the other to let people know how fragile footing we were on...After saying that the Winds have changed in our favor and now we are in a window until Tuesday next week to see this thing come out. The last thing that we are looking for is the Defense minister to show... The Defense should have shown last Tuesday but internal bickering within the Shia group so it was resolved a few hrs after the postponement of the Parliament. Four local bank tellers and an alleged accomplice were arrested and charged with stealing customer's personal data and using it to remove money from their bank accounts, authorities said Tuesday. Gus Rosendale reports

Four local bank tellers and an alleged accomplice were arrested and charged with stealing customer's personal information and using it to remove money from their bank accounts, authorities said Tuesday

Over four years, the defendants allegedly stole more than $850,000 from unsuspecting customers at branches of Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, HSBC, TD Bank and Wachovia in Westchester and Orange counties and the Bronx, Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said.

The tellers allegedly stole Social Security and account numbers from hundreds of customers and used that information to create fake IDs and documents that they used to withdraw money from their accounts at branches in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts, Schneiderman said.

Among the New York bank branches whose customers were victims of identity theft are:

The bank tellers arrested and arraigned worked at the following branches:
