Boyle, answers questions for tvxs.gr and reveals that USA have been using West Africa as an offshore to circumvent the Convention on Biological Weapons and do bio-warfare work. Is Ebola just a result of health crisis in Africa – because of the large gaps in personnel, equipment and medicines – as some experts suggest? That isn’t true at all. It seems to me, that what we are dealing with here is a biological warfare work that was conducted at the bio-warfare laboratories set up by the USA on the west coast of Africa. So, I think these laboratories, one or more of them, are the origins of the Ebola epidemic. US government agencies are supposed to do defensive biological warfare research in these labs. Is there any information about what are they working on? Well, that’s what they tell you. But if you study what the CDC and the Pentagon do… They say it is defensive, but this is just for public relation purposes than anything. It’s a trick. What it means is what they decide at these bio-warfare labs. They say, “well we have to develop a vaccine”, so that’s their defensive argument. Then what they do is to develop the bio-warfare agent itself. Usually by means of DNA genetic engineering. And then they say, “well to get the vaccine we have to develop the bio-warfare agent” – usually by DNA genetic engineering – and then they try to work on the vaccine. So it’s two uses type of work. I haven’t read all these bio-warfare contracts but that’s typical of the way the Pentagon CDC has been doing this since at least the 1980’s. I have absolute proof from a Pentagon document that the Center of Disease Control was doing bio-warfare work for the Pentagon in Sierra Leone, the heart of the outbreak, as early as 1988. And indeed it was probably before then because they would have had to construct the lab and that would have taken some time. So we know that Fort Detrick and the Center for Disease Control are over there, Tulane University, which is a well-known bio-warfare center here in USA – I would say notorious for it – is there. They all have been over there. In addition, USA government made sure that Liberia, a former colony of the USA, never became a party to the Biological Weapons Convention, so they were able to do bio – warfare work over there – going back to 1980’s – the USA government, in order to circumvent the Biological Weapons Convention. Likewise, Guinea the third state affected here – and there is an increase now – didn’t even sign the Biological Weapons Convention. So, it seems to me, that the different agencies of the US government have been always there try to circumvent the Biological Weapons Convention and engage bio-warfare work. Indeed, we had one of these two lab bio-warriors admit in the NY Times that they were not over there for the purpose of either screening or treating people. That’s not what these labs are about. These labs are there in my opinion to do bio-warfare work for different agencies of the US government. Indeed, many of them were set up by USAID. And everyone knows that USAID is penetrated all up and down by the CIA and CIA has been involved in bio-warfare work as well. Are we being told the truth about Ebola? Is that big outbreak began all of a sudden? How does it spread so quickly? The whole outbreak that we see in the west coast of Africa, this is Zaire/Ebola. The most dangerous of five subtypes of Ebola. Zaire/Ebola originated 3500 km from the west coast of Africa. There is absolutely no way that it could have been transmitted 3500 km. And if you read the recently published Harvard study on the DNA analysis of the west Africas’ Zaire/Ebola there is no explanation about how the virus moved there. And indeed, it’s been reported in the NY Times that the Zaire/Ebola was found there in 1976, and then WHO ordered to be set to Porton Down in Britain, which is the British equivalent to Fort Detrick, where they manufacture all the biological weapons for Britain. And then Britain sent it to the US Center for Disease Control. And we know for a fact that the Center for Disease Control has been involved in biological warfare work. And then it appears, at least from whatever I’ve been able to put together in a public record, that the CDC and several others US bio-warriors exported Zaire/Ebola to west Africa, to their labs there, where they were doing bio-warfare work on it. So, I believe this is the origins of the Zaire/Ebola pandemic we are seeing now in west Africa. Why would they do that? Why would they do that? As I suggested to try to circumvent the Biological Weapons Convention to which the US government is a party. So, always bio-warriors do use offensive and defensive bio-warfare work, violating the Biological Weapons Convention. So effectively they try to offshore it into west Africa where Liberia is not a party and Guinea is not a party. Sierra Leone is a party. But in Sierra Leone and Liberia there were disturbances which kept the world from really paying attention of what was going on in these labs. USA sent troops to «fight» Ebola. None of us like to receive bad news.  All of us are hoping for positive change, for healing, for prosperity and a new beginning FREE of the enemy's control over our lives and over this nation. Dream/Vision of October 15, 2013 EARTHQUAKE CALIFORNIA

Each night before going to bed I pray and turn over all my dreams, visions, Words, insights to FATHER GOD asking that He govern anything I receive.

This morning while asleep I found myself outside of Los Angeles (to the North) gathering buckets of water. Why? I didn't know. Next, I was in Los Angeles that had just been hit by a major earthquake. Standing outside of what was a library, the entire building was a heap of broken concrete and brick.  Books were scattered all over the place, most of it under the debris.

Then I awoke. The dream was so stark, so real, it stuck in my thoughts throughout the day. Aware that I'd asked FATHER GOD to govern any dream I might have told me it was a revelation from God.

I'd pray on and off about this dream/vision and wondered when, where and any other details the Lord might give. Today I got His Answer. JESUS said this:

Sager :Central Bank Governor: Budget will be sent to parliament during the next two days

Revealed the central bank governor on the Keywords, Monday, that the state budget will be sent to the House of Representatives during the next two days to read it and vote on it.

Alak said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", "budget bill will be completed during the next two days," noting that "The draft budget will be sent to the House of Representatives after the completion of the reading and vote on them."

The head of the House of Representatives confirmed Saleem al-Jubouri, on Sunday (19 October 2014), that the state budget is not included in Parliament, pointing out that it the second case for the presidency of the Council.

It is noteworthy that the state budget has become the stuff of debate and an exchange of accusations between all the political blocs, was returned to the Council of Ministers to make adjustments to some of its clauses.

It does not mean .86 cents, that is the multiplier for the 1166 dinar per dollar...the term dropping the zeros means bringing the value of the currency to an rv'ed rate.  The thing to remember is a dinar is worth what a dinar is worth no matter the size of the note. Comment

10-19-14 Debbie: I love presents and people keeping their promises.  Yesterday Abadi stated he was going to be bringing a present to Parliament..and told us last week he promised to seat the Ministers.   And he did not let us down....He gave us the best present yesterday and kept his promise.   What an exciting day to remember.

Yesterday History was made and a very important day for the Iraqi People.

What was accomplished was so much more than all of us realize.

Abadi has achieved in a short period time what some could or did not want to accomplish~~The New Government of Iraq was formed yesterday all in one day...

Al-Abadi, has proven himself to be a leader and that it is about the People of Iraq....

With the help of Barzani, Hakim, and countless others, he has accomplished so much in a very short time.

Now we move on to the NEXT STEP....I, for one have every confidence in this government and Abadi running it and look for things to happen quickly.......The Budget, all the of Laws we have discussed so many times on our calls to move forward (remember that Guillotine Process I always talk about), HCL etc.

Goldman Sachs now to Prohibit Bankers From Buying Stocks - conflict

... Employees at the New York-based firm were notified yesterday
of the change, which takes effect immediately, said the person,
who requested anonymity because the matter isn't public. They also
aren't allowed to invest in activist or event-driven hedge funds,
the person said. Previously, bankers needed approval before they
could invest in individual stocks.

The change came on the same day that a former Federal Reserve Bank
of New York examiner's recordings of her ex-colleagues' dealings
with Goldman Sachs were featured in reports by public radio and
ProPublica.  The former examiner, Carmen Segarra, sued the New
York Fed last year, alleging that she was fired in 2012 because
she refused to change her finding that Goldman Sachs didn't have
a conflict-of-interest policy. Her case was dismissed in April and
she's appealing.

      To my surprise, I found out a few days ago of brilliant research by one health researcher and I think that he has got a third answer which can knock out the Ebola Virus and like lightning! Putin Warns Of Nuclear War Over Obama Ebola Apocalypse

A new report from the Office of the President (OP) circulating in the Kremlin today states that President Putin’s warning of a potential nuclear war crisis with the United States is based upon reports from the Federal Security Service (FSB) seeming to show that the Obama regime deliberately caused the spread of the ebola virus in the West African nation of Liberia and then embarked upon a massive cover-up to conceal this crime against humanity.

Putin’s warning, this report says, was contained in an interview this past week with the Serbian newspaper Politika in which he decried the Obama regimes suspension of the Russia-US Bilateral Presidential Commission wherein he stated, “We hope that our partners will realize the futility of attempts to blackmail Russia and remember what consequences discord between major nuclear powers could bring for strategic stability.”

The “critical importance” of the Russia-US Bilateral Presidential Commission (established in 2009) to Putin’s nuclear war warning, this report continues, was its Health Working Group that had begun working on protocol and procedures to combat the ebola virus outbreak in West Africa this past spring.

The Russia Chairperson of the Health Working Group is Minister of Health Veronika Skvortsova, while her American counterpart was Admiral-Doctor Nicole Lurie of the United States Commissioned Corp of the US Public Health Service (USCCPHS), until her dismissal from this posting by Obama on 11 September when he announced new sanctions on Russia.

Important to note about Admiral-Doctor Nicole Lurie, this report states, is her position as leading the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) that was created by the 2006 US law called the Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act (PAHPA) [Public Law No. 109-417] which makes her the United States top official during times of disease outbreaks or other such emergencies. 

Without “logical explanation”, however, this report notes, Obama not only “sidelined” Admiral-Doctor Nicole Lurie from performing her legal duties during this current ebola virus outbreak, along with the nearly 7,000 other Commissioned Officers under her command, including 840 of them at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), but appointed Ronald A. “Ron” Klain to replace her.

Klain, this report shockingly notes, not only doesn’t have any medical experience whatsoever, he’s a high-powered lobbyist who helped the corrupt Fannie Mae to overcome “regulatory issues” in 2004 and is a “fixer” who is well-connected and knows his way around the executive branch whose skill is fixing PR problems, not logistics.

Along with losing Admiral-Doctor Nicole Lurie, this report grimly continues, the American people also lose the expertise of her forces tiered system of response to disease outbreaks described as:

“Tier 1 response teams ready and able to respond to an event within 12 hours, and Tier 2 teams ready and able to respond within 36 hours. Officers not on Tier 1 or 2 teams are Tier 3 responders, ready and able to respond to an event in 72 hours. Tier 1 teams are primarily made up of Rapid Deployment Force (RDF) teams that are made up of over 100 officers with multiple specialties, and are focused on providing acute clinical care of disaster-exacerbated chronic conditions.”

Most shockingly to note, this report continues, were the agreements made by Admiral-Doctor Nicole Lurie and the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-Being (Rospotrebnadzor) this past August to deploy both Russian and US RDF forces to the West African nations of Liberia and Guinea to jointly fight the ebola virus outbreak that were scuttled by Obama.

Where in August, this report explains, Guinea welcomed Rospotrebnadzor RDF forces, Liberia rejected them with confidential sources stating “the rejection did not meet the will and pleasure of the Liberian government, as it was constrained to do so because of alleged pressure from Uncle Sam.” [Uncle Sam is pseudo-political appellation used in referring to the United States, world's only Super Power and Liberia's reliable ally.]

Though the Obama regime on 16 September (5 days after suspending the joint Russian-US Health Working Group) did announce that it was preparing to deploy 65 Commissioned Corps officers of Admiral-Doctor Nicole Lurie’s forces to Liberia to manage and staff a previously announced Department of Defense (DoD) hospital to care for healthcare workers who become ill, this report notes, it further ordered them to not have any contact with their Russian counterparts in Guinea.

With Liberian deaths from the ebola virus outbreak that are under US supervision now described as “far higher than reported”, this report says, Guinea's President Alpha Conde expressed this week his deep gratitude to the Russian Federation for the help it is providing in fighting ebola. According to him, “the level of organization and the performance … of Rospotrebnadzor's team in the Republic of Guinea are very high and hold out a hope that the joint effort will help to overcome the current crisis caused by the outbreak of Ebola virus.”

What can be said about the ebola fight in Guinea though, this report continues, cannot be said of the US itself as the Obama regime continues to ignore the mounting evidence of the ebola virus rapidly mutating and that its 21-day quarantine is grossly insufficient, as new studies confirm at least 31-days or more are needed to ensure patients are free of this disease.

But perhaps the most alarming information in this report is its detailing that the Obama regime has been conducting “Pandemic Drills” over the past year during the current ebola crisis that are eerily similar to the June 2001 Bioterror Exercise that foreshadowed 9/11 and the Anthrax Attacks upon America.
