THEY DELIVERED! WE HAVE SEEN THEM JUMP INTO AMENDING THE INVESTMENT LAW AND ADDRESSING CONCERNS OF THE ECONOMIC SECTOR.

NEXT WE SAW THEM ADDRESS THE JUDICIAL LAWS BY EVIDENCE OF STARTING WITH A ROAD MAP OF NATIONAL RECONCILIATION.

WE ARE SEEING THE EARLY SIGNS OF THAT ROADMAP BEGIN TO UNFOLD. FIRST WE SEE THE CORRUPT HEAD JUDGE THAT MALIKI WOULD ALWAYS GO TO IF HE WANTED TO FALSELY IMPRISON SOMEONE BE EXPELLED! WOW!

NEXT, MALIKI’S SON IS DEALT WITH AND CUT OFF FROM THE PURSE STRINGS!! LOVE THAT ONE!  HEE HEE

WELL, I THINK THE LOWER OIL PRICES GO THE HIGHER THE DINAR VALUE WILL BE WHEN OZ DELIVERS A RATE! THIS WILL HELP IN THEIR PURCHASING POWER AND ALSO STEM THE DECLINE THEY ARE EXPERIENCING IN THEIR OIL REVENUE! MMMMM

The Washington Post used a Freedom of Information Act request to get an inside look at just what it takes to get Hillary Clinton to come speak at your university. First of all, there’s the matter of cash: a cool $300,000, which is apparently the “special university rate.” That is the answer UCLA received when it asked whether the public university could get some sort of discount. Undeterred by the price tag, the university moved forward with booking the former secretary of state. Yet the cash was hardly all the university had to put forward as booking the presidential hopeful involved a string of requests that kept organizers busy until she delivered he Luskin Lecture for Thought Leadership speech on March 5, 2014. The university had decided to award the former secretary of state the UCLA medal. But in a clear example of how carefully Clinton’s people stage-manage her appearances, they asked that the medal be presented in a box rather than draped around her neck. Other demands included: On the stage: lemon wedges, room temperature water, a carafe of warm/hot water, coffee cup and saucer A computer, mouse, printer and scanner Spread of hummus Chairs with two long, rectangular pillows and two cushions to be kept backstage in case the former secretary of state “needed additional back support” A teleprompter and “2-3 downstage scrolling monitors” A special podium (her team rejected the podium that had been set up for her use) Coffee Tea Room-temperature sparkling and still water Diet ginger ale Crudité Sliced fruit Approval for any promotional materials Recording is permitted “for archival purposes” and only a two-minute highlight video can be uploaded to YouTube “Prestaged” group photos so that Clinton doesn’t have to wait “for these folks to get their act together.” The former secretary of state “doesn’t like to stand around waiting for people.” A Clinton spokesman refused to comment on the demands.

Susoni ******************************************** Signed over the last few weeks, the secret order permits American forces to continue to battle the Taliban and other militants that pose a threat to either the Afghan government or US personnel. According to the Times, US jets, bombers, and drones will be able to aid ground troops – be they Afghan or US forces – in whatever mission they undertake. Under the order, ground troops could join Afghan troops on missions, and airstrikes could be carried out in their support. If true, this marks a significant expansion of America’s role in Afghanistan in 2015. Previously, President Obama said US forces would not be involved in combat operations once the new year begins. He did say troops would continue training Afghan forces and track down remaining Al-Qaeda members. Obama signed the secret order after tense debates within the administration. The military reportedly argued that it would allow the US to keep the pressure on the Taliban and other groups should details emerge that they are planning to attack American troops. Civilian aides, meanwhile, said the role of combat troops should be limited to counter-terror missions against Al-Qaeda. The Times said an administration official painted the secret order's authorization as a win for the military, but another said the US would not carry out "offensive missions" against the Taliban in 2015. “We will no longer target belligerents solely because they are members of the Taliban,” the official said. “To the extent that Taliban members directly threaten the United States and coalition forces in Afghanistan or provide direct support to Al Qaeda, however, we will take appropriate measures to keep Americans safe.”

The crowd screamed and applauded with jubilance, and it was unclear whether they were screaming because they aware of the hand symbol he was making, or whether they were simply excited to see the actor after a short stint away from Hollywood in recent years. In the video (seen below), Carrey spends an extended period of time making the triangle hand symbol while protruding his tongue from the center, while a curious but humored Kimmel watches from behind at his desk. The audience finally calms down after Carrey takes a seat at Kimmel’s desk, after which Kimmel asks, “What Is that exactly? Is that a gang sign?” Carrey shoots Kimmel a look of surprise, “Oh like you don’t know what it is,” he jokes. Kimmel answers “No I don’t.” “So you don’t know what it is, Jimmy Fallon doesn’t know, David Letterman doesn’t know what it is, all the comics in show business don’t know what this is?” he states while making the triangle hand gesture once again. For those who aren’t sure what Carrey is referencing, the triangle with a symbol in the middle (typically an eye) represents the Illuminati, a hidden governing force which has ties in all of today’s biggest industries, including financial, entertainment, military, and religious. Illuminati references have become ubiquitous throughout Hollywood, as seen in a number of films, television shows, music videos, and even live performances. After Kimmel continues to deny knowing what Carrey is doing, Carrey finally reveals, “Come on Jimmy, I’m here to blow the whistle off of this whole thing. I’m sick and tired of the secrets and the lies, it’s the secret symbol of the Illumi-nutty, and you’re a part of it. It’s the all mocking tongue.” Carrey boasts to a laughing audience. Carrey goes on to explain (with a not-so-serious undertone) how many people in the entertainment industry have been hired by the government to distract the masses by making us happy and docile, so that we don’t know what’s really going on. Carrey also adds that they decide these things “out in the woods in a circle, naked.” Next he reveals that the Illuminati is trying to turn the masses into “consumer drones,” after which he receives a fake phone call which he answers. We watch as his face immediately turns serious, and a curious Kimmel asks who it was. Patriarch Kirill has honored the groups leader, openly anti-Semitic monarchist Leonid Simonovich, for his services to the Orthodox Church. Although Mr. Putin has never made a secret of what he says is his deep Christian faith, his first decade in power was largely free of overtly religious rhetoric. Little or no attempt was made to impose a set of values on Russians or lecture to the West on morals. However, since his inauguration for a third presidential term in May 2012, the increasingly authoritarian leader has sought to reach out to Russia conservative, xenophobic heartland for support. It has proved a rich hunting ground. A senior at Cascade High School in Everett, Washington, is in danger of being expelled because of his Christian beliefs and his conviction that it’s his responsibility to share them with others.

The Pacific Justice Institute, which has gone to court seeking protection for student Michael Leal, says it’s fighting the district’s “egregious” speech restrictions in its lawsuit against the Everett School District.

Leal has been suspended and threatened with expulsion for communicating about his faith with other students through printed tracts and his own testimony.

School officials have claimed that Leal’s tracts, such as one called “How to Know God,” and other Christian messages, may be offensive.

PJI attorneys said they were shocked to discover that the school allows students to distribute “literature” to other students only at the school entrances and exits before and after school, and the literature must be written by a student.

They pointedly noted that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in the Tinker case two generations ago that students do not shed their constitutional rights at the schoolhouse gate.

“It is troubling to see a school district dig in its heels on a policy that is so clearly unconstitutional,” said Brad Dacus, president of PJI. “We are eager to vindicate Mr. Leal’s rights and prevent him from being expelled for simply sharing his deeply held beliefs.

“We need more high school seniors, not less, who have strong moral convictions and are concerned about their fellow students.”

District officials refused to respond to WND’s request for comment.

Mike Patterson, who said he is an attorney who represents the school, said the school is following Supreme Court precedent.

“We have policies and procedures that tell M.L. what he can do and when he can do it,” he told WND. “He has been disruptive, and we have responded.”

Conrad Reynoldson, who is serving PJI as local counsel on the case, said the policies and procedures challenged in this case would prevent students from handing out not only Gospel tracts but also copies of the Constitution.

“This is an egregious violation of student rights that should concern people of all faiths and philosophical persuasions. We simply cannot allow the government to impose these types of sweeping speech restrictions,” he said.

Along with the district, the complaint names as defendants Supt. Gary Cohn, Cascade High School principal Cathy Woods and Cascade assistant principals Robert Aguilar and Laura Phillips.

The court filing, in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, seeks a change in school policy and damages for the alleged violations of the First and 14th Amendments.

The complaint admits Leal has been known to hand out Gospel tracts to fellow students and to engage them in conversation during lunch breaks. He also spoke about his faith at a bonfire for the school, at a school open house and at a volleyball game.

The school responded with a Notice of Disciplinary Action that charged Leal’s “boisterous conduct of religious material impinged on rights of other students and failure to comply with multiple administrative requests to stop activity.”

The dispute escalated to further notices and ultimately a series of suspensions.

According to the complaint, the principal, Woods, “instructed Leal that she must give him permission to hand out tracts, and further that she needed to monitor him.”

“She attempted to justify her position by stating that if she allowed Leal to ‘hand out tracts and to talk about Jesus she would be breaking the law.’ Attempting to understand the principal’s position clearly, Leal asked to confirm that ‘if you allow me to hand out tracts and to talk about Jesus, then you would be breaking the law?’ Woods’ response was an unqualified ‘yes,’” according to the complaint.

The complaint said the school responded by stating a rule that gives the principal “unbridled discretion” to restrict the student’s speech.

“They have prohibited him from distributing literature outside of the narrow confines [of a policy rule], even when performed during non-instructional time and in a non-disruptive manner. Further, they have meted out punishment against Leal for exercising his speech rights,” the complaint explains.

A pig landed on a US Airways flight out of Connecticut on Wednesday, but was taken off the plane after it became disruptive, a spokesperson told ABC News.
Jonathan Skolnik, a professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a passenger on the flight, told ABC News today he thought the woman with the pig was carrying a duffel bag when she got on the plane and headed straight for the empty seat next to him.
"But it turns out it wasn't a duffel bag. We could smell it and it was a pig on a leash," he said. "She tethered it to the arm rest next to me and started to deal with her stuff, but the pig was walking back and forth."
"I was terrified, because I was thinking I'm gonna be on the plane with the pig," Snolnik added, saying he guesses the pig weighed between 50 and 70 pounds.
But the flight didn't take off with the pig. The woman and the animal eventually deplaned.
American Airlines, the parent company of US Airways, confirmed to ABC News that a passenger brought the pig aboard as an emotional support animal. After the pig became disruptive, she was asked to leave, a spokesperson said.

Amnesty Will Force Layoffs

Obama’s amnesty for illegal immigrants will produce a disaster of unparalleled magnitude when the ObamaCare employer mandate kicks in.

Those granted amnesty will not be eligible for ObamaCare. The amnesty will merely keep them safe from deportation. It won’t make them legal. And ObamaCare can only go to citizens and legal noncitizens living in the U.S.

But the employer mandate in ObamaCare requires large companies to offer insurance to each of their full time workers or pay a hefty fine to the government for failing to do so.

Combine these two programs and you have a huge incentive for employers to dismiss any blue collar workers on their payroll and replace them with illegal immigrants covered by amnesty. These folks are allowed to work but not to get ObamaCare. An employer can’t be fined for failing to offer ObamaCare to employees who are ineligible to receive it!

An employer’s dream!

Some argue that the anti-discrimination provisions of ObamaCare will bar employers from offering insurance to some of their workers (citizens and legal immigrants) and not to others (illegal immigrants). That argument seems farfetched since the illegal immigrants cannot enroll in ObamaCare.

But, even if the argument holds water, what is to prevent an employer from simply refusing to insure any of his workers at all? Then he could replace the citizens and legal immigrants on his payroll with illegal immigrants (legal to work but not to get ObamaCare). He couldn’t be fined for not insuring a workforce that cannot accept the insurance!

By creating a pool of work-legal/ObamaCare-illegal workers, Obama will make the incentive to replace citizens with illegal immigrants practically irresistible.

As Democrats bemoan the loss of blue collar whites who voted with Republicans in the midterm elections, wait til the now amnesty/ObamaCare mandate combo kicks in. You ain’t seen nothin’ yet!

As the 2016 elections approach, this conflict between amnesty and the employer mandate will likely become a major campaign issue. It calls into question the two hallmarks of the Obama presidency and puts them on a collision course. Even the strongest defenders of either policy have to concede the problem and come up with solutions. But they may be hard to come by.

Obama cannot solve the problem by giving illegal immigrants legal status by executive order. If he felt he could, he would have done so already in his huge executive power overreach. And Congress is not likely to cooperate in changing the employer mandate or in making the newly amnestied immigrants eligible for ObamaCare. Republicans will be more inclined to let the Democrats stew in the brew they have concocted.

The dimensions of this problem are enormous. One wonders if any of Obama’s crew spotted it during the run-up to his executive order. It is hard to imagine President Clinton failing to notice such a conflict between his two major programs.

Already, the Center for Immigration Studies points out that the Census Bureau figures indicate that three out of four new jobs created under Obama’s tenure have gone to non-native born Americans (a category the Census says covers legal immigrants, illegal ones, and naturalized US citizens). Out of eight million new jobs created since 2008, six million have gone to people who are not native born American citizens. Now, the desire of employers to find a way out from under the expensive mandate in ObamaCare will accelerate the process. It will be a great line to feature on your resume that you came here illegally and are not eligible for ObamaCare. It will go a long way toward guaranteeing a job.

This time, a bipartisan effort headed by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Republican Rep. Dave Camp is under fire from the White House for ostensibly providing too many tax benefits for businesses.

“The president would veto the proposed deal,” confirmed White House spokesperson Jennifer Friedman, “because it would provide permanent tax breaks to help well-connected corporations while neglecting working families.”

The benefits being discussed have been implemented in the past, though they have recently lapsed. The lawmakers behind the current proposed deal simply wanted to see them reinstated.
