Boeing is preparing this 1000 passenger Jet Liner that could reshape the Air Travel Industry. Its radical "Blended Wing & Fuselage" design has been developed by Boeing in cooperation with NASA Langley Research Centre. The mammoth aircraft will have a wing span of 265 feet compared to 211 feet of its 747, and itÔáýs been designed to fit within the newly created Air Terminals for the 555 seat Airbus A380, which is 262 feet wide.

The new 797 is Boeing's direct response to the Airbus A380, which has racked up orders for 159 already. Boeing decided to kill its 747X Stretched Super Jumbo in 2003 after little interest was shown for it by Airline Companies, but continued to develop its "Ultimate Airbus Crusher", the 797 at its Phantom Works Research Facility in Long Beach, California.

The Airbus A380 had been in the works since 1999 and has accumulated $13 Billion in development costs, which gives Boeing a huge advantage. More so because Airbus is thus committed to the older style tubular structure for their aircraft for decades to come.

There are several big advantages in the "Blended Wing & Fuselage" design, the most important being the ÔáøLift to DragÔáü ratio which is expected to increase by an amazing 50%, resulting in an overall weight reduction of the aircraft by 25%, making it an estimated 33% more fuel efficient than the A380, and thus making the Airbus's $13 Billion Dollar investment look pretty shaky.

"High Airframe Rigidity" is another key factor in the "Blended Wing & Fuselage" technology. It reduces turbulence and creates less stress on the airframe which adds to fuel efficiency, giving the 797 a tremendous 10,000 Mile range with 1,000 passengers on board cruising comfortably at Mach 0.88 or 654 MPH, which gives it another advantage over the tube-and-wing designed A380's 570 MPH.

The exact date for introduction of the 797 is as yet unclear, but the battle lines are clearly drawn in the high-stakes war for future civilian aircraft supremacy.

The 1973 oil crisis began in October 1973 when the members of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC, consisting of the Arab members of the OPEC, plus Egypt, Syria and Tunisia) proclaimed an oil embargo. By the end of the embargo in March 1974,^[1] the price of oil had risen from $3 per barrel to nearly $12. The oil crisis, or "shock", had many short-term and long-term effects on global politics and the global economy.^[2] It was later called the first oil shock, with the 1979 oil crisis being the "second oil shock."

     Not long before the oil embargo of 1973, there was a price war going on in Oklahoma where they were selling gasoline locally for 20 cents a gallon in a local price war in parts of the state. The price of gasoline elsewhere in America was going for maybe 30 cents to 35 cents per gallon before this oil embargo of 1973. Shortly after the oil embargo of 1973 had begun, President Richard Nixon nationally appealed for anyone with any answers to solve the Oil Crisis of America to immediately contact the White House. A delegation of business people contacted the White House and asked for an appointment to show their answer how to solve the Oil and Energy Crisis of America. Their answer had been worked out by brilliant technical brains in America. An appointment was made to meet with scientists for the White House about a block away from the White House. When they came to meet with the White House scientistic advisers for the arranged appointment, they were told by federal guards to leave the premises immediately or be arrested. So much for the White House commitment to look at any and all possible answers for the Oil Crisis of America!

     At the same moment, President Richard Nixon was meeting with oil executives at the White House. This was the same President Nixon who had told the nation that the government was now committed to solve the Oil Crisis (and Energy Crisis) of America within a few years. If fracking of oil unbalances pressure under the earth and sets up small and large earthquakes in the land of America by unbalancing pressures under the earth, then sounds like this is not the answer that will solve the Oil and Energy Crisis of America. So when in 2014 or after is the federal government going to seriously solve the Oil Crisis instead of building it up bigger and bigger each year by policies dreamed up by either dishonest or else dumb politicians in Wash., D.C.? Basically  70 years later Wash., D.C. maybe hasn't even seriously started solving the Oil Crisis of America! If you think the politicians in Wash., D.C. are going to solve the major problems of America, if they can't hardly even get started in 70 years, why do you trust them to solve the key problems of America now?

     The idea of the business coalition that tried to meet with Pres. Nixon once the Oil Crisis started was supply one or more good answers for America that could have potentially capped the price of gasoline potentially as low as 40 cents per gallon for even decades afterwards by answers of technology that would work for America. If you the American people had been paying low as 40 cents per gallon for 70 years afterward, the average American could have been potentially very rich in life just off the vast savings in the cost of gasoline for decades afterwards.

      The purpose of the proposed Omni Law listed below is to given an alternate door to get support from Wash., D.C. other than corrupt White House administrations and corrupt leadership in the U.S. Congress and corrupt federal agencies. Once this Omni Law is passed, full legal name is The Omnibus Civil Rights Act For America as posted on our national website, then good things start happening in America! As soon as the American people decide to regain control of the federal government which they have basically nearly totally lost, they will pass our proposed Omni Law.  The long list of good things that can happen once the Omni Law is passed include the following.

     We can through the Omni Law cap the cost of gasoline in America and pass the savings on to the  American people. This might amount to enough to buy cars for cash with these savings, buy large investments in smart offers that will make you and your family rich in life, buy houses for cash or else low mortgage payments instead of large as your savings made the difference here what you have to pay for the rest of your life if a long term mortgage. Maybe you can help your children much more with college expenses than you can now. Also, with a booming national economy, jobs become available for all citizens who want them and welfare costs begin to crash meaning your taxes also crash with them so you have more total money to spend each week of your life now. This is only the beginning of blessings for you in America.

      Wash., D.C. very intensely corrupt suppresses answers that would seriously supply us with much cheaper reliable electricity, solve the water crisis America and the world is facing before the growing water crisis bankrupts the American and world economy when water becomes a life and death issue for mankind to face. And I could go on with a long list of other things that you will have under the Omni Law which skyrockets your income in life and protects you from the stupidity shown in major federal laws and policies of Wash., D.C.

     Sometimes sophisticated answers are needed for the good of the American people. An national economic study of 1987 or close to that concluded that outlawing prayer and the Bible from the schools of America cost the American workers an annual loss of income of around one trillion dollars a year of wages they would collectively otherwise had made on their jobs if prayer and the Bible had not been outlawed from the public schools of America in the administration of President John F. Kennedy. If you think that outlawing of prayer and the Bible did not make a difference to American society, look at all the murders going on each day massively across America, all the deception in the news media of America reflects moral corruption in them to push "politically correct" lies on key issues instead of the truth you should hear, look at the mass corruption of Wash., D.C. far more interested in upholding the immoral and dishonest in America rather than the truth and real justice in society, all this stems from basically outlawing prayer and the Bible from the public schools of America. America used to teach morality in its schools as required for federal territories in the Northwest Ordinance of 1789 under President George Washington in the time of the U.S. Bill of Rights made law on Dec. 15, 1791 when Virginia finally ratified them. The U.S. Supreme Court recognized the Ordinance of 1789 as still valid law through 1851 and not a violation of the U.S. Bill of Rights in requiring territories wanting to become states must have prayers and the Bible in their public schools or else could not become states of the United States in the law signed by President George Washington in 1789 after he had pushed to have it passed as national law.

      As the Russian ruble collapses momentarily under Washington, D.C. economic war against Putin and Russia, this opens the door to settle differences between Russia and America by nuclear World War III which Obama is trying to engineer by his policies. I spent eleven calendar years in military academies and in military intelligence cracked the security of the Moscow Institute For Nuclear Studies on their nuclear plans for the annihilation of America in case of world war. THE OMNI LAW IS THE AMERICANIZED VERSION OF ANCIENT ROMAN LAW CONCERNING CIVIL TRIBUNES FOR AMERICA. THEY WILL PROTECT OUR FREEDOMS, FORCE THE U.S. GOVERNMENT TO OBEY THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND U.S. BILL OF RIGHTS, AND ENGINEER GREAT PROSPERITY FOR THE AMERICAN ECONOMY. FROM ERASMUS OF AMERICA.

   If you want to study in detail the history of the Roman Civil Tribunes and how they made national law honest and representing the will of the Roman people, read the fine historical book "When The World Was Rome" by P.S. Brooks and N.Z. Walworth and copyrighted in 1972. It did an excellent job showing how the office of civil tribune was set up and functioned in ancient Roman law. Civil Tribunes of America will release the genius and greatness of the American people like it did with the Roman people! We copy the legal rights and authority of the ancient Roman Civil Tribunes who kept the Roman Republic basically honest for several centuries until corrupt interests figured out how to overthrow this position so they could make the Roman Republic corrupt like the U.S. Republic in Wash., D.C. today! Here is a brief capsule version how tribunes forced the Roman Republic to remain honest despite the overwhelming desire of many of the Roman politicians to be corrupt "as all hell" like politicians in Wash., D.C. today! They were able to veto bad laws in the Senate hostile to the rights or best interests of the Roman people. Substitute American people in this modern application of the old civil tribune law of Rome! They could release falsely arrested citizens, stop fraudulent legal court cases we call Kangaroo Courts in modern law which means rigged in mockery of all honest law. They could initiate new laws by national referendum whereas the states now vote by majority within their states to cast their one vote per state as copied from old Roman law but back then instead used the voting tribunes of Rome to accept or else reject the proposed national tribune law! If treason was going on in government the people could not stop, they could order the arrest of the traitor or traitors and put them on trial for high treason against the nation and the people being the Americans in this modern case! They were feared! They could not be arrested nor sued under law while in office. The only way to remove this legal status was another tribune could propose a national referendum to remove them from office. If the people voted for this, they were removed from office and could then be arrested or sued under law.

     Because America is much bigger in population than ancient Rome was, I modified the civil tribune position from being elected for one year under Roman law to four years under American law. Also, in the initial code of operation to be submitted to the American people for national referendum by the first 10 civil tribunes, I want it written in that three or more civil tribunes must back the call for a national referendum to create or reject a national law or policy, not one as was practiced under ancient Roman law. In case we ever have a fool somehow get elected to a civil tribune position later on in America, he or she cannot drag America down to nonsense referendums no sensible person would call for.

     The reason why I want the newly created American Civil Tribunes to possess the same basic legal authority as the ancient Roman Civil Tribunes is to block our corrupt members of Congress and other lawyers in Wash., D.C. from trying to turn this into corrupt law as they daily practice in Wash., D.C. Instead the civil tribunes will follow the legal precedents of ancient Roman Civil Tribunes which will keep this position honestly serving the American people.

     Blocked will be the corrupt politicians in Wash., D.C. and other hidden corrupt, powerful interests who in turn control the politicians in Wash. D.C. but without your knowledge! Also, as President Ronald Reagan correctly pointed out, the U.S. Bill of Rights (First Amendment) were not written to protect people and their laws from religious values. It was written to protect those values from government tyranny.

     As President Richard Nixon said to his good friend Dr. Richard Eby of Victorville, CA who later was also my good friend, when he called Dr. Eby from the White House, he said that he ran for the White House with the intent to honestly represent the American people from the White House. But once in the White House, he found out that he was just a figurehead who had to take secret orders from secret sources the public knew nothing about! When President Kennedy suddenly decided to get too honest in the White House and not take secret orders from the secret boys who really run the Government in Wash., D.C., he was assassinated maybe 10 days after stating in a speech he was going to later expose who really ran the Government in Wash., D.C. When the secret boys with all the power over both parties in Wash., D.C. found out that President Ronald Reagan was going to be too honest and not be run by them, security was dropped on him so a murder attempt could be made on his life. President Ronald Reagan in Wash. circles suddenly talked of defeating the Soviet Union in the Cold War which was heresy to their "Chaos Theory" which is create military chaos, health, etc. so the people accept a One World Government!

PEOPLE! THIS PROPOSED NATIONAL LAW CALLED THE OMNI LAW SOLVES THE OIL CRISIS OF AMERICA PRES. RICHARD NIXON IN 1973 PROMISED WASH., D.C. WOULD SOLVE AND NEVER DID! THE CON CONTINUES ON AND ON AND ON! YOU TELL BOTH PARTIES THEY BACK THIS OR ELSE YOU WILL VOTE AGAINST ANY AND ALL CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT AGREE NOW TO BACK THIS CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT!!  BY ERASMUS OF AMERICA (PEN NAME FOR THAT AMERICAN LEADER WHO SPENT ELEVEN CALENDAR YEARS IN MILITARY ACADEMIES, STUDIED UNDER SIX OF THE MOST BRILLIANT ECONOMISTS OF AMERICA AND EUROPE INCLUDING A GERMAN ECONOMIST ENDORSED BY ALBERT EINSTEIN AS TEACHING THE ONLY TRUE ECONOMIC SCIENCE IN THE 20TH CENTURY. BREATHE FIRE DOWN THE NECKS OF ALL THE POLITICIANS IN WASH., D.C. AND ALL THE HONEST AND CORRUPT WILL GET THE MESSAGE LOUD AND CLEAR AND THEN PASS THE OMNI LAW AS THEY SHOULD REGARDLESS. OMNI LAW IS THE SHORT NAME FOR THE OMNIBUS CIVIL RIGHTS ACT FOR AMERICA AS SHOWN BELOW. PASS THIS LAW FAST AND NOW! This forces obedience of Wash., D.C. to the U.S Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights which Congress is not currently loyal to, neither federal agencies, nor the Obama White House!

                   OMNIBUS CIVIL RIGHTS ACT FOR AMERICA

     James Madison, Father of the U.S. Constitution, stated that the U.S. Constitution and all other law in America must obey the supreme authority of the national compact (American Declaration of Independence) founding America in 1776 or else not be valid law or even government in America. Therefore, the American people always retain final legal authority over all government in America whether to leave it intact, amend it or abolish it altogether replacing it with approved new government created by authority of the American people.

     We therefore authorize the creation of 10 civil tribunes for America with the same basic tested legal powers as possessed by the wisely created ancient civil tribunes of Rome. They will protect the rights of the people from tyranny in law whether legislative, judicial, or executive. They will be elected to four years instead of the one year under Roman law. They will hold referendums to create national law by states instead of by the original tribes of Rome. The first 10 civil tribunes will be appointed for 4 years by the National Institute For Inventors to keep any corrupt leaders from undermining and sabotaging the beginning of this new branch of government. These civil tribunes will propose a national plan for referendum on how to swiftly make fuel cheap again in America, restore our common law rights and 1776 declared "God-given rights" to contract and to property which were the foundation to the founding of the powerful American version of free enterprise, and break the power of corrupt interests to control politicians by making deals with them or else cannot be elected to public office without their finances. And address other national issues for the future of America. And by national referendum will propose the plan to be approved for honest future tribune elections so the people elect and control these elections, not corrupt interests. Money cannot be allowed to dominate our elections instead of the will of the American people. And the tribunes are to establish a tribune run national newspaper to print the truth. The civil tribunes will be assigned to keep the federal government honest, fair in law in courts and agencies, and serving the American people rather than any corrupt interests.

     The restoration of prayer and the Bible will be proposed for the public schools of America by national referendum. For any families not wanting this for their children in school, they can be excused by family request, but statistics indicate that children exposed to prayer and the Bible as part of the school agenda will normally be higher in grades than intended atheists for example. Study of the Bible and examining what it says is good exercise for the mind and has produced brilliant brains such as Sir Isaac Newton, Founder of Modern Science in the world. Bible trained Founding Fathers of America were brilliant in what they stood for. The Bible raises superior leaders, not dumb leaders, in brains and good character for leadership in government. I was raised by a hardcore Protestant father and a Catholic convert mother. I know both sides of the fence well and with the help of goodwill Christian scholars of both sides, we can create an effective Bible program all sides of mainline Christianity can appreciate and not be afraid of for their children. For example, we could show the Protestant and Catholic side to some Bible issues both sides have taken strong stands on. It makes the brain smarter to evaluate who makes sense and who does not in important issues. Asking and answering questions in important issues teaches the mind to think independently and look for the sound answers, not nonsense answers, to important issues. America with an educational system teaching no moral values, only paganism and barbarianism, is tearing America apart and making American streets as dangerous as major war zones in many areas. When America had prayer and the Bible in their public schools, the streets and cities were civilized and even if I were an atheist which I am not, I would like to live in a civilized nation where I do not have to worry all the time about who is out to murder me or family because we have raised a nation of pagans and barbarians who are not civilized in their thinking or actions in life. And a national economic study around 1987 concluded that it could add maybe one trillion dollars a year to the collective salaries of all workers in America to restore prayer and the Bible to the public schools of America.. That also is a trillion dollar bigger market for American business to sell to!

How competent about what is going on right now? What are your true feelings? Tony: Based on everything we have and all windows and what I just got, I’m feeling, really, really good. Up to a 90% chance it could actually happen. A lot of things moving around . . . A big event over the weekend that will push this forward. Abadhi started saying on Sat, “we are doing economic reforms now. I’m back to feeling really good. Tony: DC, If it was to happen, what time? DC: I’m on the . . . as soon as Iraq does it . . .once the compliance issues done . . . then it’s go! DC said the majority of their sources think the roll out will begin as soon as issues solved and others think it will be in the morning. IRAQ: Teams from all over the world, that were there before the weekend, are still in Iraq working to get this done. Abadhi is in United Arab Emeratis which is only a few hours away by airplane. The guys heard from 3 different contacts and they all said there were three issues but used different terminology to describe. One said it was regulations, another said laws and another said it was compliance issues. Anyway, one was taken care of last night and the others are expected to be completed most any time. They were working on it as the call began. UNITED STATES UST was behind the three issues Banks all levels have been put on notice. EXCHANGE for International rate in foreign country by US citizen: Not likely! Contract Rate: DC assumes the military will have an opportunity to get the contract rate. USA Exchanges stopped as of Thursday morning. Only one bank was exchanging all 4 currencies: ZIM, Dinar, Dong, Rupiah. CLOSING STATEMENTS: DC: So bottom line, everyone in place to do what they needed to do. Last minute US asked for more laws, regulations , compliance issues. . . . Today is Monday, December 15, 2014. I’m sorry we were late this morning. A lot of people were having issues with the links, that they don’t work, but 8,000 have figured out how to make it work on this link! It’s all Pam’s fault because she was talking to me and doing things… Good news. We are still in the window. Let’s see what DC says. I’m sending him a little Christmas present now. Read the text before you start! DC: It’s a gorgeous day here in Texas. There is little difference between Friday and Monday, so this won’t take long. Everyone is still exactly where they need to be in-country, with all the teams still there helping. Abadi, CBI and other politicians are saying they are doing the economic reform now, and tweets put that out over the weekend. The same is being put on out on radio and television – go to X to find the latest information. That’s what is happening in Iraq. The latest information we have is that three items came up at the last minute (on Sunday we found out about that) that the UST wanted. All very credible sources in and outside Iraq said that three banking laws needed to be finished up before they could announce the budget and the rate. Also, three regulations needed to be announced in a public way. Finally, there were three compliance issues to be announced. Then we heard yesterday that all these should be cleared up today and publically announced. Nobody is going on vacation until this is done, and the laws, etc., were all pretty minor by everyone’s standards. So we understand everyone in Iraq is antsy, and they are all ready to get these issues resolved right away. All except that one of our guys are saying that this will go immediately after the third regulation is implemented; one said they would wait until that evening. As of 45 minutes ago, they were on track solving these issues, both Iraqis and teams from other countries. There was a last minute request by the UST to get those three things done and they are working on all of them, and consensus is that it will go immediately after that. Tony: There are only three issues. One was dealt with yesterday. Two are being working on today. The majority think that immediately after that, this thing will start rolling out. One other group says they like to do things in the morning. That’s what we are waiting for. People who work in banks and other places have been notified. We know there was a significant agreement made in Iraq over the weekend. We are actually good and just waiting. The text I sent DC said that things are in motion. Everything is looking positive. All weekend we heard this was going forward. DC: Abadi gave several speeches over the weekend about the economic reform being in process. Right now, he is in the United Arab Emirates, and that is just a few hours away from Iraq, so he can pop back easily. He should be back in Iraq soon anyway. 559 caller: I’m expecting a fantastic week. I know the US has held this up a few times, and over the course of the last three years, you’ve said the average holding is 100K dinar. At 30%, that would put 650 billion dollars in taxes into the US government by April. Wouldn’t they like to have that sooner than later? So wouldn’t they push Iraq to get this done so that they could collect the taxes? DC: Yes! Also, the President is gone into ‘lame duck’ status, plus the Republicans are taking over both houses of Congress. They will have more power over budgets and such if they let this through now, because right now the Democrats still have more negotiation power. They really would prefer to get those tax receipts in next week than next year. Caller: [Appreciation] 832 caller: I’ve been on hold for 12 hours and 30 minutes, so I’m surprised I am not first! Tony: That’s just what I would expect a Texan to do. I’ve got to stop talking about Texas, because one listener at least is not happy with me. Caller; You say they are exchanging all four currencies are being exchanged… dinar, dong, rupiah and Zim? DC: We know that one bank was doing all four up to Wednesday night. The other banks may not be exchanging all four. There have been no exchanges since Thursday, though. Caller: DC, do you have Zim? DC: Yes, I was shamed into buying some – I just don’t like their leader. Caller: What would you ask Tony, DC? Tony, what would you ask CD? DC: Tony, what are your true feelings on this going through? How confident do you feel about what is going on right now? Tony: Based on everything we have, all the windows we’ve gone through in the past and what we’ve just got, I’m feeling 90% that it could happen. (Last time I was down to 25% confidence). There was obviously a big event over the weekend that is pushing this forward, plus Abadi went on television on Saturday saying this is happening now. So I am feeling really good, and feeling it might happen in the next 24 hours. DC: I’m on the ‘soon as these issues are resolved’, it will happen position. I don’t think they will leave any gap this time. I think this will go. Caller: I do have one direct source, and people ask if they are lying to me or misleading me, but he’s not, and I am getting almost the same information. So thanks! Tony: I’ve been picking on Texas so bad, I might have to do an event there! 717 caller: This must be a bay window, because it’s a big window and they are keeping us at bay. If we get the international rate (say, $3.58) and the bank gives us a bonus to stay in that bank, is that then taxable? DC: We still don’t the tax position. Take professional advice. They have made some tax agreements but they haven’t passed the committee yet. Caller: So if I have four currencies and not all at exchanging all four… DC: The big four banks all have their own foreign currency departments, and other banks were outsourced to the old Bank of Ireland. They had their own system (and six million dinar) so even 5/3 and Compass use the Bank of Ireland system. When Bank of Ireland started having issues, WF bought their foreign currency system. So now a division of WF runs foreign currency for most banks, and that has access to all four currency. If your local bank accepts that or not, most banks are outsourcing it to the old Bank of Ireland system. That should help you decide where to exchange. Caller: There was a little bit of negativity in chat this morning. When I wait, I like to sing songs and change the words. I have a Christmas song called I Wonder as I Wander… [singing three verses with reference to banks, TNT calls, chat and trusting Tony/DC.] 435 caller: You said on Friday if there would be somewhere to exchange in Hawaii, but we forgot to ask if there would be contract rates… DC: I would assume so because there are a lot of military folks in Hawaii, but that is only my assumption… My friends there are in Honolulu and there will definitely be exchange places there; I don’t know about the other islands. 718 caller: [cannot hear this caller] 410 caller: I’m glad everyone sounds so happy today. Tony: In anticipation! Caller: There is still going to be an 800 number, I’m sure, but you aren’t sure how long that will be up? But it could be in the middle of the night, right? How long after that would you notify us about your last call? Tony: That sounds so sad, doesn’t it? “The last call…” Caller: You guys need to rest and not have to think about doing more calls! Tony: They wanted people to make appointments two hours after the 800 numbers go out, but it keeps changing. The exchange centers have skeleton crews, and they would have ot call people in. It depends on what they want us to do. I can send out the 800 numbers in two minutes, but I don’t function on longer calls until I’ve had breakfast. We don’t ‘know how long they will let us keep up our websites after we make the notification, or if we can leave up one site with all the 9800 numbers. It’s up to DC. DC: We will able to hand out at least the 800 numbers, but there will be at least a 30 minute gap. It will be as low-key as possible. We still don’t’ know if we will just be doing the 800 numbers or if we will be making further calls to help people out and reduce anxiety. They have changed the plan so many times, frankly I don’t know at this point. 864 caller: [Appreciation] I am really playing this is it so that we can reach out to the poor, the homeless and veterans so THEY can have a great Christmas. In SC, there are only two cities with more than 100K people. I’m in the western part of the state; will there be currency exchanges there in Greensville? DC: I understand that they will – they have the capability of doing it there. Caller: Will the 800 numbers just be for the top four banks or all the banks? DC: All the banks will use their own 800 numbers – some will use their existing foreign exchange numbers, and others will have actual exchange centers. So some have just reverted dealing with this as normal foreign currency transactions. Caller: Will the tier 2 banks offer contract rates or just the big four banks? DC: All the banks that exchange will have access to the contract rates, I believe. And all areas will have exchange centers or banks. 407 caller: You’ve said that people have been exchange dinar and dong since the end of October, here and abroad. I have dual citizenship – US and Panama. My husband has dual citizenship, US and Croatia. My daughter and her husband are also dual citizens of US and other countries. We speak 3-6 languages at home here in Florida: Spanish, Italian, Serbo-Croatian, English, and I’m currently teaching them French. With all the things we go through in this country, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. The more my children travel, the more they appreciate life here in America as well. My first choice would be to exchange in Panama – do you know if I could exchange there now? DC: Only if you were invited specially by a bank. Caller: I am willing to travel to do this. Between us, we might total up to half a billion dollars, and most banks will want to work with us. In terms of leaving the country, there are limits of how much you can carry on your person. Right now, we have pretty useless bills… DC: There are many issues relating to that. They don’t want people to exchange out of country. T hey prefer for you to exchange in-country for security reasons. One reason we got rid of thousand dollar bills is because most people don’t need those large bills and they are too easy to transport. You can travel with lots of money, you just have to fill out the paperwork. IN some countries, you have to have cash, so they want there to be a paper trail to know there is nothing stupid going on. Caller: The best thing is to exchange here and wire transfer funds to other countries… DC: That is how I do that, especially with the new regulations they put out in July. It’s easy, more straightforward and less suspicious if you follow the regs and it is reported to the various agencies. Caller: Regarding the possible 50 million dinar/dong limit, we can open up a lot of LLCs and bank accounts. Do we make one phone call and exchange? Or multiple calls? DC: If it’s under 50 million, do it all as one. If you have more than 50 million, chop it into chunks and make different phone calls for each company. 323 caller: I feel like I just won the lottery… DC: Not yet, but it’s coming! Caller: We have an LLC with a number of people, and we’ve all been buying for some years, so it is a bit over 50 million. Should we give a bit back to ourselves? DC: I’m not an attorney, but what I’d do is to keep it in 50 million tranches or less. Tony: Put some in a trust, in your person trust, in your kids’ names… wherever you want it to go. Caller: Why does everyone like 5/3 bank? DC: I don’t know. They have a good rep, but so do many banks. Lots of people on the East Coast bank with 5/3. Caller: When you talk about it going, is that the RV or the full GCR? DC: it’s the whole shooting match! Caller: When the Iraq war started, I got all interested and read about Iraq. They said that Saddam Hussein drained the waterways of Iraq. DC: Iraq was the cradle of civilization because the ground is fertile between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. They have dammed and irrigated a large swathe throughout; even through it’s desert, it’s fertile because the soil hasn’t been used up. So over the centuries, they have starved towns or areas of water as political tactics. Saddam did a lot of that, but the waterways are still there, just in need of repair. The infrastructure projects are about rebuilding water and power generation across Iraq, and the farmers are excited that they will have a lot more usable land than they have now. Everyone is in place to do what they need to do. At the last minute, the UST asked for a few more things to be put in place. Once those are done, they will release this. Most think it will be released immediately, some think it will wait overnight. Everyone is planning to get this done immediately, and we have heard only positive information over the weekend. Abadi has made speeches saying the economic reform is being completed, and although he and his team are in UAE right now, they can fly home on a moment’s notice.
