Due to many distractions last night ... I missed some significant points ... so I took notes while I listed to the replay today.

Heaven knows my notes can't compare at all to BullDogFord65's style ... but for those who missed the call ... or need a quick glance about last night's CONFERENCE CALL ... here's the notes I took. Hope this helps ...

FRANK – They are manipulating the markets.

Wall Street Journal says the US economy is great. (yeah, right … LOL!).

If that the case then.............

Why has oil production in the US has literally been shut-down?

Why have food stamps gone up across America?

Why are kids moving back into their parents homes?

Why are there no jobs?

Why are utilities being shut-off in record numbers?

Our US economy is devastated!

IQD and VND holders are looking good.

Prince of SA says $100 per barrel … never again!

Oil will start to slowly go back up as of the 3rd week of this month.

The SA prince is telling the world (and the “12”) that the mission is accomplished. Basically telling the AOP that we have invested into Iraq. We have an embassy there again. We’ve invested billions/trillions. We just kissed somebody that we hate. The path to Article 8 is more than accomplished.

Can you please release the rate now?

The rate of 1166 is in the budget … but also language that says they can change that rate at any minute they deem necessary.

30 Trillion was bought and invested in Iraq bonds? LOL -- That’s like investing in the ISX at 1166. There’s no reason for it.

The ISX is closed … there is a reason for that.

Oil prices may start to go back up now.

The coordination and cooperation of the GOI and the CBI is incredible … these guys are working well together … moving forward. (The road to Article 8).

Delta believes that the President has already signed-off on the budget.

iTeam says “forget the budget … they’re just B.S.ing you with it” – it’s in the top right hand drawer of someone’s desk, and when they want it, they’ll reach in a grab it.

DELTA – We are on the verge of a big change.

Because of the oil prices, a lot of things moved faster in our direction.

Budget – how it works based on their constitution.

The budget gets passed by the GOI (Council of Ministers - they vote for it).

It then goes to the parliament.

Parliament usually reads it 2 times (not 3) and then they have open-discussion to see if any further ideas need to be implemented.

After that, they put the budget up for voting.

After the parliament votes for the budget it goes right-away to the President.

When the President receives the budget (according to the constitution) he has about 15 days to sign it or not to sign it.

If he doesn’t sign it, we start from square-one again … but that is not going to happen that way. The President does NOT have to wait the whole 15 days to sign the budget. He can sign it right away.

After the President signs it, it goes to the Gazette (which is the official newspaper of the Iraqi government.

From the Gazette it takes about 2-3 days which then becomes law.

Parliament met today (Monday) and they did read it the 2nd time and allowed time for open discussion.

Next Tuesday (Jan. 20th) they should vote on the budget. If not, it should be passed before the end of this month! And will be effective retroactive to January 1, 2015.

The good news is that for the 1st time in 11 years they have a budget that will pass.

For the first time they don’t have any political issues, all united, etc.

For the 1st time we see the three Presidencies (Parliament, President of Iraq, Prime Minister) they are all working together on one-page and basically agreeing virtually on everything … (unlike past GOI) … with exception of one issue … oil prices … because they keep bouncing back and forth affecting the budget – hence the delays.

About 3 or 4 weeks ago Delta translated an article … suggesting they are about to change the Monetary Policy … which gave a huge confirmation of Abadi talking for 30-40 minutes to the Parliament … about oil prices and what they are trying to do to benefit out of the Central Bank Reserve.

Legally, they cannot touch the CBI reserves … but they plan to help the local banks, give loans to citizens, and the GOI will take care of the interest to the CBI. Abadi said … “we are going to activate the Monetary Policy and Economic Reform.”

They must increase the value of the IQD which will allow Iraq to pay all of their debts (to the IMF, Kuwait).

On Wednesday of last week a meeting took place and the committee directors of Economic Issues said they are going to boost the economy and attract investors.

What a coincidence … what happened on the 7th and 8th? The CBI implements the payment system. The CBI asked each bank on the 7th & 8th not to do any electronic transactions.

The ISX went offline and said they would come back on the 11th. Some people speculated they were going to change the rate.

Everyone is waiting for the rate.

Waiting for the CBI to plug-in the new numbers. If you visit the ISX website, you will see that they still have an “issue” with the “feed.”

They need to go international. They have the platform. They have renovated the system. They did meet (the committee to do so) and we believe that they are finished and ready to do that.

The GOI, the CBI and the Parliament and the Financial Committee are all in agreement.

The only solution to cover the deficit is to change the Monetary Policy of the CBI.

Indirectly they are telling you that the CBI has to increase the value of the Iraqi Dinar to cover the deficit.

It’s that crystal clear family!

This is great news for us!

Some of us were thinking that they could drag this out till March or April or June of 2015 … but I have to tell you that in my opinion … based on the evidence that we got … that January 2015 we might see the rate change!

As a budget … we all know it’s ready. They could vote for it on Thursday.

I believe that the solution they are waiting for from the CBI (that could come up before they pass the budget) … all of the members of the Parliament are asking the same question … “how are we going to fix the deficit?”

The financial committee assures everybody that with the help of the CBI that change is coming.

The only help … the only savior that will save the GOI is the CBI – (which just happens to be working together in a coordinated way).

Remember, the CBI said a year ago … we can implement a deletion of the zeros and increase the value … with the right timing and the coordination of the GOI.

It’s all over the news. They’d like to activate the private sector and get everyone to invest into Iraq. But just one important thing is missing … the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar … and Article 8.

IMO … we all know that 1166 is not going to help them at all. They have to come out very high. Because of the oil prices … and the deficit … they will have to come up to $1.49 to $1.50 … at the lowest at $1.00.

IMO - They are going to listen to the IMF and increase the value of the IQD.

 

 FRANK –I don’t care about the budget. The media cares about the budget. The reality is A and S are working together to lift the value of the IQD.

The 12 that own this planet … own the oil of this planet. They are pleased with Abadi.

At 1166 no one wanted to invest in the ISX. What they did do was bought secured bonds.
They are finding trillions of dinars that were smuggled from the past government officials. They have gazillions to back-up their currency!

Am I dreaming Delta or am I awake? Somebody pinch me! LOL!

DELTA – this committee … they researched how much value they had to give the IQD to go international.

Will 1166 attract investors? No.

Fact … they are about to increase the value of the IQD (not because of us) but because it will help them. The only choice they have to bring investors into Iraq is to change the value of their currency.

FRANK – IMO … Dr. Shabbi has been watching what the CBI is doing. The solution for the Monetary Policy is not to decrease the value of the currency, but to increase it.

This is the solution to everything (pay debts, etc). It’s not a mysterious thing.

Ok, no one seems to want to bring up what was discussed last night....wonder why.....crazy good news it was....crazy

Am I excited...well to put it one way.....YES!!

We are seeing the GOI and the CBI coming together.....they have committee work that is going on to tweak the MR (Monetary Reform) or the ER (Economic Reform) which ever you want to call it.....they are meeting, they met last week on Wednesday....that was reported here if you remember.....

The CBI is ready....but we know they have been ready for a long time.....
....

But now they are ready to do their duty....their platform is ready.....they stand poised.....for once....once....the CBI....the COM....the Parliament and even within the Parliament the Fin Committee are all stacking hands on one thing....changing the MR.....is key to overcoming their economic crisis right now.....

So what does this mean....according to Delta, they need to change the currency rate to make this MR happen to deal with the deficit they claim is in the budget.....no deficit no economic crisis.....Delta also believes this could happen any day....and may not drag out to the end of the first quarter.

The key here lies with the CBI....as we've said all along the CBI holds the EASY button.....watch what they do....but also listen to what they say.....it will come from them....that is why I believe Frank is saying....forget the budget.....the budget will change when the CBI gives the word....but the message will first come from the CBI....

What are they looking for.....the correct timing and the coordination with the government....well from what we've been telling you for weeks....the coordination with the government has been an ongoing, ever growing process for some time now....the timing is coming....soon.

Russian President Vladamir Putin signed a GMO Labeling Liability Law, backed by Prime Minister Medvedev who stated, "the government will not poison their citizens.”

 

Good news: Russia’s President Vladamir Putin has signed the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences into law, including a new article which establishes liability for the violation of mandatory requirements for the labeling of food products that contain GMOs.

 

The bill was signed on the last day of 2014, according to TASS news agency.

 

First submitted by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor), the bill imposes fines for vague or unclear labeling on food products containing genetically modified ingredients.

PARIS (INTELLIHUB) — Remarkably U.S. President Barack H. Obama is nowhere to be found after over 40 leaders and top heads of State gathered in Paris to express solidarity for the victims of the Charlie Hebdo shootings and recent attacks on civilians.

Although French President Francois Hollande, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, British Prime Minister David Cameron, “set aside their differences” to give support, America offered no representatives to attend.

Could this be because Obama is actually Muslim? Some say yes.

In fact Obama has even previously bowed to a Muslim Saudi king, signifying “that Islam is superior to and other master, king, or president in the world”, according to Brigitte Gabriel on a previous Fox News broadcast.

Moreover Obama openly admits coming from a “Muslim country”, giving credence to his “Muslim faith”, as he pointed out himself with his own words.

Islam is “an important part of promoting peace”, said Obama in a previous address, going on to say, “I consider part of my responsibility as President of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they appear”. A statement such as this make one question which side is the President on?

Additionally the traitorous President mentioned, “We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation”, pointing out how “Muslims have enriched the United States”. Are you kidding me?

You see, according to Obama, “There are over 1200 mosques within our borders” and “if you actually took the number of Muslims [...] we would actually be the largest Muslim nation in the world”. The man seeks to empower Muslims, pushing aside Christians.

In fact Obama, during his Presidential campaign even removed his Presidential Pin, the American flag, saying “I will not wear that pin on my chest”, fully denouncing America in disgrace.

Why is this man in office?

To top it all off some, like the late Joan Rivers, say Michelle, the First Lady, “is a tranny”.

Public School Forces Girls to Follow Islamic Dress Code!

A school district in Colorado is coming under the wrath of the community for telling school girls that they may have to submit to sharia-compliant rules regarding covering their heads and ankles on a field trip to a Muslim mosque.

 

According to WND, Douglas County School District confirmed that such Islamic law will be enforced on the trip.

 

Rocky Heights Middle School (RHMS) Principal Mike Loitz appeared on January 6, 2015 on KNUS 710 radio and was interviewed about the trip.

 

Peter Boyles of KNUS reported on the rules the school system issued to students in order to notify parents, which were as follows:

The world religions field trip is next Tuesday, January 13. We will be visiting the Denver Mosque, the Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral, and the Rodef-Shalom Synagogue. We will then eat lunch at Park Meadows Food Court. Students must either bring a sack lunch or money to purchase lunch at the food court.
THERE IS A DRESS CODE FOR THIS TRIP: All students must wear appropriate long pants. Ankles must be covered. Girls must bring wide scarves or hooded sweatshirts for the mosque. 

 According to Boyles, "Public schools are forbidden from holding girls to different standards than boys," Boyles notes. "They're holding these girls to a different standard – it's a religious reason."

"Islam dictates many, I believe – personal belief – repressive practices against women and Islamophobia will trump women's rights," Boyles said. "Animal rights every time, and the environment. That's their belief – that's wonderful. But don't apply it to public school kids."

He also went on to talk about the difference of visiting a place of worship on one's own initiative and comply with the rules versus a school requiring students to comply.

 

  After a firestorm had erupted over forcing girls to submit to sharia, the school thought it best to provide a statement of clarification.

 

"For the past ten years, RHMS seventh-grade students take a social studies course that is partially focused on world religion," the statement reads. "In the Douglas County School District (DCSD), we provide authentic learning experiences to all students. We teach students how to think, not what to think."

 

So, if the school district is trying to teach students how to think and not what to think, why is there an imposing of sharia on these girls?

 

"The social studies course includes a voluntary field trip to a Greek Orthodox Church, a Jewish Temple, and a Mosque. As with any field trip, our students and families are offered the choice to participate in the field trip – it is not mandatory," the statement continued. "If the decision is made to not participate in a field trip, alternative educational opportunities are provided. This is true for any DCSD field trip, including the RHMS world religion field trip. Students who choose to attend the RHMS world religion field trip are expected to respect the dress code of the host facility, but again, they may choose not to participate. Information shared with RHMS parents stated: "All students must wear appropriate long pants. Ankles must be covered. Girls must bring wide scarves or hooded sweatshirts for the mosque."

 

Additionally, the school said that the course is not part of Common Core and stated that Common Core "does not include social studies."

 

It is true that the trip is voluntary and not mandatory. However, Islam has been making advances into America's public schools and the ideology of Islam is poisoning the minds of our young people. Why is it that Americans must make way for Islam, but it will not make way for America?

 

Here's just a couple of stories over the past year where Islam is making inroads in the public schools of America:

Additionally, designated terrorist group Hamas-CAIR forced observance of Islamic Holidays in Maryland schools in 2013. Students in Kansas were met with the five pillars of Islam on their first day of class in 2013. In the same year, Hamas-CAIR blasted the handing out of permission slips for Bible study classes, which took place off campus while at the same time putting pressure on Dearborn Public Schools to implement a policy which fully accommodates student-led Islamic prayer in all the schools, as well as unexcused absences for students who leave early on Fridays for Jumu'ah prayers.

Pamela Geller wrote concerning this issue, "The subjugation and oppression of women are enshrined under the sharia. Young school girls should not be forced to "respect" a dress code that represents honor violence, female genital mutilation, forced marriage, child marriage, et al…. The islamization of our public schools is well-documented in my book Stop the Islamization of America: A Practical Guide to the Resistance."

On Sunday, Pamela Geller highlighted the fact that Selena Gomez and her friends visited a mosque in Abu Dhabi and enjoyed themselves, laughing and even taking pictures. They all had on Islamic garb and in one of the pictures, she is seen lifting her burka and showing a bare foot and ankle. For this she was labeled as "disrespectful" because she violated the rules that forbid, "displays of interpersonal affection…exposing skin and openly laughing."

As I often encourage parents, take your children out of the public indoctrination centers where they won't even be exposed to this nonsense. Teach them the law of God in your own home and equip them to be those that honor the Lord. You can even begin your homeschool journey at no cost if you have children K-5. If you want to stop the islamization of America's children, start in your own home.
