   ... According to the U.S. Drought Monitor, 82  percent of the state of California currently falls in the "Extreme Drought"  category

     I have two engineering processes which potentially could make it cheap to convert ocean water to fresh water for use by farms, industries, towns and cities in America. Also, could be used in other nations also. With such an answer to solve much of the water problem starting to pop up across America, we don't need to lose our inexpensive water purification costs by expensive water delivery systems to the inside of America (or to other nations if used there!) I studied with an engineering school and worked with many engineers in many engineering angles which could be used in America or elsewhere. I understand the potential of what engineering can do for America. However, such a massive water purification system set up by ocean fronts in several locations across America would likely take some serious time to set up. If America is hit by too hard of a national drought before such a water system is set up in America, then serious enough droughts right now could even throw America into a potential national famine especially since a food crop like corn is heavily used to make fuel instead of be supplied as food for the people. 

     Two tricks of engineering might give a temporary edge to America until the permanent water purification systems are set up once the Omni Law is passed in America. Dew ponds could be set up in America like used in England during medieval times. During droughts then, these dew ponds were able to collect enough water from moisture in the air to keep the cows, etc. supplied with water until more regular rains, etc. restored adequate water supplies to England. I have the design for how these dew ponds were made during the Middle Ages. I also have information on how to mass extract water from the air by more modern means and in heavy quantities to help keep communities from collapsing due to lack of water. This costs more and the public does not at this time know about this more modern technology for heavily supplying water from the air as a supplement for community water during hard times of drought. 

     

         There are charges that HAARP has been used by Wash., D.C. to break the will of the people so they will accept a total federal police from Obama led Wash., D.C. HAARP engineers the water droughts until the people are driven to national starvation. If Congress had integrity which it does not, then it would investigate and confirm or else disprove these charges raised about federal use of HAARP to force the people to finally accept a total federal police state in America. Once the Omni Law is passed, we will investigate HAARP and accessory operations to it to either prove or else disprove these charges. 

     However, in the meantime we need to supply the people an ace or two how to protect their health during a severe drought in America maybe or maybe not engineered by traitors working for Wash., D.C. in a secret federal project. Alaska State Troopers are investigating allegations that a Village Public Safety Officer (VPSO) used a stun gun or Taser on two young boys after they asked the officer to do so.
The mother of one of the boys, Terry Ward, said the incident occurred last December when a group of about eight or 10 children were getting ready to play a game of kickball outside the Boys and Girls Club in Kake, Alaska, local media reported.
The club is situated next to the VPSO office. When one of the officers walked by the boys, Ward’s 11-year-old son and one of his friends reportedly asked the policeman to use his Taser on them.
“They were talking about being Tased, and my son did ask to be Tased, and he Tasered him on his arm or his wrist,” Ward told the local Juneau Empire newspaper.
She said she didn’t know if the weapon he used was a Taser or a stun gun. A Taser shoots barbs into a person’s skin, whereas a stun gun is just put next to the skin.
Although the boy wasn’t harmed in the incident, Ward worries that there may be a lasting psychological or emotional effect, and says that a VPSO officer should know better than to Taser a child.
“I’m just not happy about the situation. To me this is considered child abuse,” she said.
Ward is also concerned about the fact that she was not properly informed of the incident by the authorities. She only found out about the incident from a friend about a month later.
“She was asking me how my son was doing after the incident, and I was like, 'What is she talking about?'” Ward said.
Alaska State Troopers, who supervise the VSPOs, are now investigating the incident. Kake is a small remote community about 100 miles south of Juneau, the capital of Alaska.
The VSPO is the only permanent law enforcement presence in the town.
A spokeswoman for the Alaska State Troopers, Megan Peters, based in the city of Anchorage, told the Juneau Empire that the VSPO officer concerned is Mac McGonigal, who was assigned to Kake in 2013.
The Empire reported that it attempted to get his side of the story, but that no one was at the office on Friday despite multiple visits.
However, Peters maintained in an email that the “Parents or the guardians of the involved children were contacted.”
Ward says this was not the case, claiming she was only contacted a week ago by the head officer in Kake, James Smith, who asked her to come to the office. She refused unless a lawyer was present.
VSPO officers are trained to deal with public service emergencies and basic law enforcement. They do not carry firearms.

Surveillance Kills - Richard Jewell Developed Diabetes and Heart Disease = Surveillance Victim

Of the main problems people have with the electronic spying and eavesdropping are the ill health effects and fatal conditions it causes.

Security guard, Richard Jewell, was initially hailed as a hero for his assistance at the Olympic Park Bombing incident, but later came under investigation before being cleared. Unfortunately, investigation generally goes hand in hand with electromagnetic surveillance, aka electronic surveillance, aka electronic spying and eavesdropping, and, the subsequent effects of such frequency saturation appears to often be fatal. Jewell was diagnosed with diabetes after undergoing investigation(s) and finally died of what is considered diabetes heart condition. All the settlements Jewell received from the lawsuits he had to file were of little good to him in death. Lawsuits after-the-fact, after the damage suffered are of no compensation is such cases.

Electronic surveillance is therefore the equivalent of judgment - judge, jury and executioner. You are guilty until proven innocent in today's putrid excrement United States, a place long advertised as freedom, truth, justice, and all that phony crap.

Jewell's short life is testimony to but one of probably zillions of such cases. The so-called authorities have literally burned people up with this electronic crap over decades of abuse.

The world is awash with more debt than before the global financial crisis erupted in 2007, with China’s debt relative to its economic size now exceeding US levels, according to a report.

Global debt has increased by $57tn since 2007 to almost $200tn — far outpacing economic growth, calculates McKinsey & Co, the consultancy. As a share of gross domestic product, debt has risen from 270 per cent to 286 per cent.

McKinsey’s survey of debt across 47 countries — illustrated in an FT interactive graphic — highlights how hopes that the turmoil of the past eight years would spur widespread “deleveraging” to safer levels of indebtedness were misplaced. The report calls for “fresh approaches” to preventing future debt crises.

“Overall debt relative to gross domestic product is now higher in most nations than it was before the crisis,” McKinsey reports. “Higher levels of debt pose questions about financial stability.”

Overall, almost half of the increase in global debt since 2007 was in developing economies, but a third was the result of higher government debt levels in advanced economies. Households have also increased debt levels across economies — the most notable exceptions being crisis-hit countries such as Ireland and the US.

“There are few indications that the current trajectory of rising leverage will change,” the report says. “This calls into question basic assumptions about debt and deleveraging and the adequacy of tools available to manage debt and avoid future crises.”

Countries that McKinsey warns face “potential vulnerabilities” because of high household debt include the Netherlands, South Korea, Canada, Sweden, Australia, Malalysia and Thailand. “It is like a balloon. If you squeeze debt in one place, it pops up somewhere else in the system,” says Richard Dobbs, one of the report’s authors.

One “bright spot,” McKinsey says, is evidence of deleveraging by banks. Financial sector debt relative to GDP has declined in the US and a few other crisis-hit countries, and stabilised in other advanced economies.

China’s total debt, including the financial sector, has nearly quadrupled since 2007 to the equivalent of 282 per cent of GDP. That was higher than in the US — although China is lower if financial sector debt is excluded to avoid double counting. McKinsey warns of risks in China’s property sector, local government financing and a rapidly expanding “shadow” banking system.

The country’s overall debt “appears manageable”, McKinsey says, but its indebtedness would restrict its ability to compensate for slower long-term growth in advanced economies.

“Before the [post-2007] crisis there was one area where debt was very low and stable, and that was China,” says Luigi Buttiglione, head of global strategy at hedge fund Brevan Howard and co-author of a report in September on global indebtedness. “When there was a crisis in the west, China could lever up. Now that is not the case.”

The report is likely to fuel debates among economists about what is an appropriate level of debt in an economy. McKinsey argues much of the expansion in developing countries has reflected the healthy development of financial markets, but in advanced economies high debt could constrain growth and create fresh financial vulnerabilities.

High debt levels could make it harder for central banks to “normalise” monetary policy without disrupting the real economy — the US Federal Reserve plans to raise interest rates this year for the first time since 2006. “High debt levels are an outward sign of structural problems,” says Charles Dumas, chairman of Lombard Street Research.

The report comes as Greece this week has pushed for a radical rethink by its creditors of ways of tackling its debt and economic problems. Among the “fresh approaches” McKinsey suggests are innovations in mortgages and other debt contracts to better share risks between borrowers and creditors. Other steps it discusses to prevent future crises include debt reschedulings and even writing off debt bought by central banks under “quantitative easing” programmes.

If debt held by government agencies and the central bank were excluded, Japan’s government debt to GDP ratio would fall from 234 per cent to 94 per cent. But such quick-fix “deleveraging” could itself cause financial turmoil, McKinsey acknowledges.

McKinsey’s conclusions echo warnings by the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, which acts as a think-tank for central bankers. BIS research had found that “when private sector credit-to-GDP ratios are significantly above their long-term trend, banking strains are likely to follow within three years”, Jaime Caruana, BIS general manager, said in a speech late last year.

As Pastor Faces Lifetime in Prison, Supporters Argue Persecution....

Pastor Kent Hovind (shown), a powerful advocate of biblical creationism who has already served almost 100 months in federal prison as part of what his supporters say amounts to a ruthless government campaign of religious persecution, is now potentially facing up to 100 years behind bars. As federal prosecutors prepare to make their case for keeping Dr. Hovind incarcerated for the rest of his natural life, however, a growing grassroots campaign across America is demanding that he be set free — and that those responsible for allegedly railroading him be held accountable, including potentially the judge, who has developed a reputation among those following the case as having a strong anti-Christian bias.  

With the IRS now embroiled in escalating scandal surrounding politically motivated attacks against conservatives and Tea Party groups, analysts say Hovind’s case is now especially important and ought to be probed by Congress. There are also a number of irregularities in every step of the process that resulted in the pastor landing behind bars, his supporters say. Meanwhile, a Justice Department attorney who helped secure Hovind’s original conviction was arrested for attempting to rape a child shortly after he won the case against the pastor. Critics of the prosecution cite that, and other facts, as further evidence that Hovind was targeted for his beliefs and his effectiveness in challenging the evolution theory and other key elements of the secular faith, rather than for actual tax violations.    

Dr. Hovind’s original case, which resulted in the first 10-year prison sentence, had raised eyebrows nationwide long before the latest twist in the ordeal. After reportedly going through multiple grand juries to finally get to a trial, with a judge whom critics said displayed blatant hostility against Christians, Hovind was convicted of a number of “financial crimes.” Taxation-focused analyst Peter Reilly, following the case in Forbes, suggested Hovind may have followed bad advice from a “tax protester.” Hovind, though, has consistently maintained his innocence throughout the ordeal, and growing numbers of supporters across America agree with him. Even if he were in fact guilty of the charges, which Hovind and his supporters deny, critics of the prosecution and court case have been pointing out that the average jail time for those convicted of tax-related crimes in 2013 was 14 months. Many simply pay a fine.

Obama ally and race-monger Al Sharpton, for example, who still owes millions in back taxes, has visited the White House dozens of times in recent years. Timothy “TurboTax” Geithner, who failed to pay his taxes despite signing an agreement indicating that he needed to and understood that, was even selected to be Obama’s Treasury Secretary. Democrat Representative Charlie Rangel, who for years served as the chairman of the congressional committee in charge of writing the federal tax code, came under major fire after failing to pay taxes on rental income from a villa he owned in the Dominican Republic. As of September 2013, over 318,000 federal employees owed some $3.3 billion in back taxes. Not one of them is in prison for failure to pay.     

However, Pastor Hovind, often referred to as “Dr. Dino” due to his passion for dinosaurs, has been behind bars in 20 different prisons for over eight years so far on seemingly far less serious charges — and could remain there until death if prosecutors and the judge get their way. The latest charges surround an effort Hovind made from prison to contest the liens that were allegedly improperly placed on his ministry’s property by the federal government. He is being accused of “contempt of court” and alleged “mail fraud” for using the prison mail system to fight back against having the ministry’s assets seized by filing what has been described as a notice that litigation on the property was ongoing. The upcoming case to determine Hovind’s fate was supposed to take place next week, but has again been postponed by officials, this time until March, due to “family issues.”

“We need bold Christians to make a statement,” said Rudy Davis, a friend of Pastor Hovind who speaks with him daily and is working to raise awareness of what he says is relentless government persecution against Dr. Dino. “Mainstream media is ignoring Dr. Kent's case.... We desperately need to speak up now.” According to Davis, who describes himself as a Bible-believing follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, the spiritual answer for why Hovind is being persecuted boils down to this: “Kent was exposing Satan's kingdom and Satan's deceptions.” Numerous Hovind supporters, including popular firebrand Reverend James David Manning and Southern Baptist leader Reverend Wiley Drake, have expressed similar sentiments, indicating that Hovind is indeed being persecuted.  

“I along with so many others are deeply grieved in our hearts when we hear that they are trying to keep Kent Hovind in prison for the remainder of his life as people were looking forward to him being released in 2015,” Davis, one of Hovind’s most passionate supporters, told The New American. “I truly believe this is an innocent man in prison and a POW (Prisoner of War) in the spiritual warfare of Good vs Evil. In an e-mail to The New American about why the federal government would persecute Hovind, Davis pointed to a video where the pastor explores some of the horrifying atrocities perpetrated under cover of the evolution theory. Hovind, a former science teacher, firmly rejects the theory as an attack on the Bible and the Christian faith. For years, he traveled the nation exposing flaws in school textbooks on the issue. In the introduction to the video, Pastor Hovind declares that the evolution theory is “not only dumb, it’s dangerous.” Prior to being thrown in prison, the pastor was among the nation’s leading advocates for creation science. His seminars and debates against evolutionists had been viewed countless times online by people around the world, and supporters say he was quickly changing hearts and minds.   

Then, the federal government launched its campaign to lock him up on tax charges. The first 12 counts surrounded Hovind’s alleged failure to withhold taxes from employees of his Christian ministry. “First of all, we didn’t have any employees,” Hovind explained in a recorded interview posted on YouTube, adding that all the missionaries and volunteers were independent contractors responsible for their own tax filings. “Churches are not obligated to withhold anyway, and I showed all the laws in a 2005 affidavit.” He also said he asked the IRS what he should do. The agency never responded, until showing up to arrest him with a heavily armed SWAT team in what critics say was extreme overkill — to put it mildly, considering that his wife was dragged out of bed at gunpoint and not even allowed to get dressed. One video urging Hovind’s release cited 20 attacks on the pastor that “North Korea would welcome.”         

The second set of charges involved “structuring,” which, as Hovind put it in the online interview, “I had never heard of,” just like the overwhelming majority of Americans. Essentially, the controversial statute in question — written primarily for drug dealers and organized crime syndicates, not churches or pastors — makes it a crime to take out over $10,000 per day from a bank account in multiple rounds, if the intent is to prevent the creation of federally mandated records used for spying on Americans’ financial activities in violation of the Fourth Amendment. Hovind says he did no such thing.

“After trial, the judge changed the jury instructions and told the jury ‘if you find out that the Hovinds took out less than $10,000, you have to find them guilty,’ which is not what the law says,” Hovind explained from prison, suggesting that the judge misled the jury. “The law says over $10,000. So the jury, of course, confused by all that, said, ‘yeah, they took out less than $10,000, that’s obvious.’” Then, using drug statutes, the Justice Department’s pedophile attorney on the case demanded that the church’s money be forfeited, and so sought to seize the ministry’s property under asset forfeiture schemes also designed for drug dealers and crime bosses.       

Shortly after attempting to seize all of the ministry’s property, one of the U.S. government lawyers involved in prosecuting Pastor Hovind was arrested by the FBI in a sting operation in Detroit for trying to have sex with a five-year-old child. Assistant U.S. Attorney John David “Roy” Atchison, after being charged with “enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity using the Internet,” “aggravated sexual abuse,” and “traveling across state lines to have sex with someone under the age of 12,” ended up committing suicide by hanging himself in jail. The other assistant U.S. attorney on Hovind’s case, Michelle Heldmyer, was in the news in the early 1990s after her husband was reportedly found to be on the same mailing list for obscene pornography as a judge who killed himself after getting caught.

The final charge against Hovind, according to critics of the prosecution and the court, is also perhaps the most outlandish. According to prosecutors, Hovind allegedly “threatened” an IRS agent while the agent was doing his "duty." The name of the agent and the nature of the threat have never been publicly revealed, but Hovind thinks he might know. “The only thing we could figure out, there was never anything on that, other than that I prayed for the guy on the radio after they raided the ministry,” Hovind said in the interview from jail posted on YouTube. “I was doing a radio program and I prayed for him, I said, ‘Lord, I’m your child, I want you to handle this’.” Hovind says he was essentially given three additional years in prison for praying on the radio.     

While the prosecution was suspicious enough to critics, Hovind supporters also say U.S. District Judge Margaret Casey Rodgers improperly played a crucial role in helping the Justice Department lock Hovind away. Across the Internet, websites and videos dedicated to freeing Hovind declare the judge to have a strong “anti-Christian bias.” Among other evidence, they point to a 2009 case in which the judge threatened two school officials with prison time for saying a prayer before a meal at an athletic banquet. In Hovind’s trial, meanwhile, the judge was accused in multiple sworn affidavits by witnesses to have declared the pastor’s alleged crimes to be “worse than rape.” Even more troubling, perhaps, is that the transcripts were allegedly altered to remove the extreme biased-revealing statement, and the audio transcript has still not been released despite repeated requests, according to supporters. The same judge is scheduled to hear the upcoming trial, despite requests for a different judge.

Pastor Hovind, who still sounds upbeat and full of joy in phone interviews posted online, despite spending over eight years in federal prison, thinks a proper inquiry would be appropriate — and that a definite judgment will come eventually, even if it’s in the next life. “I welcome a full investigation before Congress,” said Hovind, who has always been open about his refusal to accept 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS because he believes it unconstitutionally interferes with his right to speak freely. “There will be a full investigation before God one of these days.”

With Hovind set to be back in court next month on charges that could send him to prison for the rest of his life, supporters are encouraging Christians and all Americans to take action. Among other options, Hovind's friend Davis urged people to pray, watch Hovind’s videos on YouTube, get educated about the case, sign petitions, donate to and support the Free Kent Hovind movement, write to or even visit Hovind in prison in the Florida panhandle, and educate others on the case. Other supporters are urging Americans to contact their elected representatives about the case and demand a thorough, impartial investigation. Islamic Tolerance - I couldn't resist this one.

Jiggs McDonald, NHL Hall of Fame broadcaster speaking in Ontario, says, “I am truly perplexed that so many of my friends are against another mosque being built in Toronto. I think it should be the goal of every Canadian to be tolerant regardless of their religious beliefs. Thus the mosque should be allowed, in an effort to promote tolerance.  

 

That is why I also propose that two nightclubs be opened next door to the mosque; thereby promoting tolerance from within the mosque. We could call one of the clubs, which would be gay, “The Turban Cowboy,” and the other, a topless bar, would be called, “You Mecca Me Hot.” 

 

Next door should be a butcher shop that specializes in pork, and adjacent to that an open-pit barbecue pork restaurant, called, “Iraq of Ribs.”  

 

Across the street there could be a lingerie store called, “Victoria Keeps Nothing Secret,” with sexy mannequins in the window modeling the goods and on the other side a liquor store called, “Mo’ Hammered.” All of this would encourage Muslims to demonstrate the tolerance they demand of us. Yes we should promote tolerance, and you can do your part by passing this on.”

THE CHICKEN GUN (pic)

This is an old article but still worthy of being posted today.

Scientists at NASA built a gun specifically to launch a standard 4 pound dead chicken at the windshields of airliners, military jets and the space Shuttle, all traveling at maximum velocity. The idea is to simulate the frequent incidents of collisions with airborne fowl to test the strength of the windshields.

British engineers heard about the gun and were eager to test it on the windshields of their new high speed trains. Arrangements were made, and a gun was sent to the British engineers.

WHEN THE GUN WAS FIRED, THE ENGINEERS STOOD SHOCKED AS THE CHICKEN HURLED OUT OF THE BARREL, CRASHED INTO THE SHATTERPROOF SHIELD, SMASHED IT TO SMITHEREENS, BLASTED THROUGH THE CONTROL CONSOLE, SNAPPED THE ENGINEER'S BACK-REST, AND EMBEDDED ITSELF IN THE BACK WALL OF THE CABIN, LIKE AN ARROW SHOT FROM A BOW.

THE HORRIFIED BRITS SENT NASA THE DISASTROUS RESULTS OF THE EXPERIMENT, ALONG WITH THE DESIGNS OF THE WINDSHIELD AND BEGGED THE U.S. SCIENTISTS FOR SUGGESTIONS.

Variations:

Depending upon whom you hear the story from, the FAA, NASA, the Air Force, or "an American aircraft company" lends its chicken gun to engineers in another country.

The most common telling says those engineers were British, but other versions of the story say they were French or American. Likewise, what's being tested varies, with train windows, jet engines, and cockpit canopies mentioned.

In my favorite version, a cat sneaks into the barrel of the gun and is helping itself to a cold chicken dinner when the contraption is fired. (Then again, I just like saying "catapoultry.")

Origins: There is at least one shred of truth in this tale — the story did run in the November 1995 issue of Feathers, the California Poultry Industry Federation's newsletter. That doesn't mean the CPIF vetted it, though. They had picked it up — the same way everyone else had — from a friend of a friend. Further adding to the confusion over the validity of this tale, army Lt. Gen. Wes Clark has claimed the story is real on a number of occasions and is fond of using the anecdote in speeches.

Much as we hate to disagree with anyone with an army behind him, we just have to. The basic story (frozen bird fired by nincompoops) has been around for years, with the details always in flux. One researcher spotted a 1990 version, except in it those foolish British train
engineers were said to be American jet engine designers, thus the frozen chicken was fired not at a train window but at a jet engine. A 1988 book about Australian urban legends contained our chicken cannon tale — in that version, once again American engineers testing a jet engine mistakenly fire a frozen chicken at it with disastrous results. That 1988 sighting of our legend describes it as "an old legend of uncertain origin" which "re-emerged briefly in Australia after the space shuttle disaster of January 1986."

The chicken gun (also known as the chicken cannon, turkey gun, or rooster booster) has been around since 1972. It's used for the "chicken ingestion test," one of a series of stress tests required by the Federal Aviation Administration before a new jet engine design can be certified. The tests take place in a concrete building large enough to enclose an entire jet engine. With the engine operating at full speed, the cannon uses compressed air to shoot chicken carcasses into the turbine at 180 mph. (The Air Force is known to launch its poultry projectiles at 400 mph into F-16 canopies.)

Bird strikes can cause extensive damage to aircraft and serious injuries to their crews. At worst, they can be deadly confrontations. The Air Force estimates that planes hit about 3,000 birds every year, causing damages of $50 million and sometimes loss of human life. In a bird-strike accident in September 1995, 24 AWACS crew members were killed after takeoff from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska.

Some engineers prefer to go for realism in these tests and thus buy still-feathered firing fowl from game farms. (Er, at this point I should mention the birds are dead when cannonized.) Others, however, buy their catapulting poultry at the supermarket. Those who favor using thawed birds keep the carcasses frozen until just before test time, when a session in the microwave restores the avian missiles to a more natural condition. Not everyone fires thawed birds: before switching to fake birds, the U.S. Air Force traditionally launched frozen ones. (Sensitive to the concerns of animal-rights activists, they now fling birds made of clay and plastic at canopies and engines.) The way the Air Force had it figured, if a canopy could survive an impact with a frozen bird, it would certainly live through a chance introduction to one that could still fly under its own power. They further believed cold chickens provided a better simulation of a bird that had tensed to prepare for the impact.

That at least one high profile group of chicken flingers has used frozen poultry in its cannonizations puts this legend's punch line — and thus the legend itself — into the realm of lore, not that of reality. Clearly, it's not all that intuitive to use thawed poultry in these tests. Just as clearly, firing a frosted pullet bullet at something to be impact-tested isn't all that unreasonable an action to take.

The legend's appeal lies in its aura of smug superiority that "we" are smarter than "them." We, says the legend, would have known to use thawed birds. Moreover, when the other country screwed up, its engineers couldn't figure out the error on their own. We thus earned even more of a mental pat on the back in that it was our engineers who had to explain the "obvious" to these brainless foreigners.

Power Plant Explosion Accompanied By Strange Lights In American City Near Canadian Border Reeks Spetsnaz

(All News Pipeline) An All News Pipeline reader contacted us yesterday about a mysterious explosion at a power plant in Escanaba, Michigan that has left much of the area still in the dark. Our reader was concerned that a coverup was ongoing as the US govt has taken a strange interest in the city near the Canadian border recently, a city where the biggest employers are the hospital and the ore mining industry. The explosion was accompanied by a light that one reader said “shot straight down from the heavens.” While the local media attempted to explain away the light as an oncoming train, most readers weren’t buying it.

Back on August 22nd, 2013, All News Pipeline friend Bobby Powell from The Truth Is Viral made a post to Facebook in which he warned that Russian troops were in Alpena, Michigan. He told us: “I know for a fact that Russian Spetsnaz troops are right here in Alpena, ‘training’ at the Alpena Combat Readiness Center…I know they were Spetsnaz for a couple of different reasons, the first clue being their bearing. When I was in the Marine Corps we trained specifically to fight these scumbags and were taught quite a bit about them…”

Alpena, Michigan is another Canadian border city, a short 4-hour drive and merely 240 miles away from Escanaba where this mysterious power plant explosion, also seen in the additional pictures and videos below, happened.

We have been warned that our power grid is at risk of being taken down in its’ entirety, leaving American in the dark ages, and have been told by experts that taking out power stations is one of the job descriptions of the Russian Spetsnaz and we’ve heard from Free Republic (confirmed by Savanah Now) that Spetsnaz were allegedly arrested near a power plant near I-95 in Georgia back in 2010 according to the very interesting outtake below. (A side note: the three men were sent back to Russia according to the FBI. Story screenshot below videos.)
