Police in Baltimore have pepper-sprayed a protester in the face as he
approached them in a “F**k the police” T-shirt after the curfew. The
incident comes amid protests over the death of Freddie Gray while in
police custody. The man walked towards
the officers, saying: “Arrest me, I’m right here.” The
incident happened after 22:00 local time, past the curfew imposed
by city authorities on Saturday night, according to AP.
Police officers sprayed pepper at him at a near point-blank
range. The man was then pulled to the ground by the hair and
dragged away by three law enforcers. The man didn’t appear to be
resisting the police.
Officers were later seen pouring water into his eyes to try to
ease the effects of the pepper spray.

The US has been gripped by protests over the death of Freddie
Gray in police custody. The latest series of riots are part of
the “Black Lives Matter” protests that have rumbled in
the nation in the wake of the murders of African Americans at the
hands of police in Ferguson, New York, and Cleveland.
On Friday, Maryland State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby announced
criminal charges against all six police officers involved in the
arrest of Freddie Gray, which she declared "a homicide"
and “an illegal arrest.” Five of the officers have been
arrested.
“The findings of our comprehensive, thorough and independent
investigation, coupled with the medical examiner’s determination
that Mr. Gray’s death was a homicide ‒ which we received today ‒
has led us to believe that we have probably cause to file
criminal charges,” she said.
Trapped by the Beast
I dreamed I was walking on my lane, just as it was dawning, to go up to the
main road to the mailbox and get the newspaper. Just as I got to the road, I
saw one of my neighbors getting into his truck. He drove up to me and said,
"You'd better get to Walmart quickly! They are giving away free food,
water, medicine and gas!"

I said, "My
husband is asleep, so I will have to wait until he wakes up." My neighbor

left. I went on over to the mailbox and got the newspaper. I got halfway back
down the lane when I heard a voice say to me, "It's a trap; it's a trap.

I asked, "What's a trap?" The next thing I knew, I was standing in a
Walmart parking lot. The lot was packed like it always is, so I asked what was
wrong. I heard that same voice say, "Look at the people." So I looked
at the people. They were coming out of the store with grocery carts full of
items and getting into their cars and leaving. I asked again, "What's
wrong?" The voice said, "Look closer at the people." So I zeroed
in on the people and all of a sudden I noticed they were all wearing dog tags.
Then I found myself inside the store. There was a long line at the left of the
store against the wall. They had it set up like at the airport with the roped
lines, so the flow of people would be orderly. The store was full of products
and people were shopping, so everything looked normal to these people in line.
However, I noticed that the people shopping had on dog tags like the people in
the parking lot. My oldest brother had been in the military years ago, so I
knew what these dog tags were. I said to myself, "These are soldiers
dressed up as civilians."
All of a sudden, I was standing at the back of the store.The store manager was
standing in front of a set of doors marked ‘Personnel Only’. I noticed he had
on dog tags as well. He was telling the people that only four people could go
with him at a time to be processed in to get their vouchers for the free stuff.
He had them line up two on the left and
two on the right behind him. As they went through the first set of doors, there
was a breezeway area, then another set of metal doors. He was telling these
people that when they went through the next set of doors, there would be two
women sitting at a desk and to go up to the desk and wait. As soon as these
people got up to the desk and the second set of doors closed, four very large
men (they looked like sumo wrestlers) came up behind these people, put their
hands over their mouths and gave them some kind of a shot. Then these soldiers
took their drivers license and car keys from them. (I believe the drivers license
represents taking away their identity or place in Christ and the car keys
represent taking away their freedom; they NOW belong to the beast -- lock,
stock and barrel!)
The two women sitting at the desk stamped these people on their right hands.
(Rev.13:16) And he causeth all, the small and the great, and the rich and the
poor, and the free and the bond, that there be given them a mark on their right
hand, or upon their forehead. I got closer so I could see what the stamp read;
it read, Bus #1, Section A. Then these people were led out the back door on to
a waiting bus. These peoplecouldn't put up a fight, as the shot they were given
made them like zombies and they could barely walk. These people or victim's
drivers license were placed in a box that read,Bus #1, Section A, as well. I'm
sure this was so they could keep track of just exactly where they were taking
them. Their car keys were given to some soldiers standing close by.
I decided to follow these soldiers with the keys to see what they were going to
do. They found these people's cars and drove them off the parking lot. I
decided to go back to the bus to see what was happening there. I noticed they
were taking people to the back of the bus and working their way forward. When
they would get two people in a seat, there was a large harness that came over
these people's shoulders. Then the soldiers reached down and grabbed another
harness that went through their legs and it all joined together at their waist
and locked. There was no way these people could get up.
Then, again, the next thing I knew, I was standing in a large field off of a
dirt road. This field was full of empty car carriers. I watched as the soldiers
drove onto the field and up onto the car carriers. When the car carriers were
full, they drove away. I lost count of how many there were, as there were so
many. I just stood there trying to digest everything I had just witnessed. I
closed my eyes and when I opened them again, I was back home on my lane.
I
stood there thinking how clever that whole process was. They didn't have to go
to the people. They
devised such a clever way to have the people come to them without putting up a
fight, like lambs to the slaughter.
Also, I thought to myself, they have been planning this for a long time. Walmart would
be a very logical staging area, as they provide, food, clothing, supplies,
water, medicine and gas. They are always advertising it as a one-stop shop; now
we know why! I took another look at Walmart. For some reason, I looked at it in
reverse from the dash out, and it reads "Mart law," or could it be
martial law! Then I woke up.
It was back in the 1990's when you
were on c-band that I remember the dream I had about the new Walmart Super Center
that was being built near 41501. I remember (in the dream) being in a room with
schoolhouse like chairs inside the new building and all of a sudden the windows
and the doors were automatically locked and covered somehow and the gas (like
steam) started coming in through the ceiling. It was a chilling dream. I spoke
to my mother about it and she said I had been listening to too much
"stuff".
But a couple years back or so, I recall thinking about how and the ways that a supercenter could be
turned into a "detention" area. If you look at it, there
are only two or three ways in or out of these facilities coming in from the
front. The garden centers most always also has a high fence.
The security cameras are already there and it wouldn't take too many guards
with m-16s to contain the detainees.

If enough people truly believe that things will get better, will that actually cause them to get better? There is certainly something to be said for being positive and thinking that anything is possible. And as Americans, optimism seems to come naturally for us. However, no amount of positive thinking is ever going to turn the sun into a block of wood or turn the moon into a block of cheese. Any good counselor will tell you that one of the first steps toward recovery is to stop being delusional and to come to grips with how bad things really are. When we deny reality and engage in irrational wishful thinking, we are engaging in something called “hopium”. This is a difficult term to define, but the favorite definition of hopium that I have come across so far goes like this: “The irrational belief that, despite all evidence to the contrary, things will turn out for the best.” In hundreds of articles, I have documented how the U.S. economy is mired in a long-term decline which is about to get a lot worse. But most Americans see things very differently. In fact, according to a brand new CNN/ORC poll, 52 percent of Americans describe the U.S. economy as “very” or “somewhat good”, and more than two-thirds of all Americans believe that the U.S. economy will be in “good shape” a year from right now. But if you asked most of those people why they are so optimistic, they would probably mumble something about “Obama” or about how “we’re Americans and we always bounce back” or some other such gibberish. Well, it’s wonderful that so many people are feeling good and looking forward to the future, but are those beliefs rational?
We witnessed a perfect example of this “hopium” on Wednesday. Sales at McDonald’s restaurants have been in decline for quite a while, and the numbers for the first quarter of 2015 were just abysmal…
The ubiquitous burger-and-fries chain said US sales, the largest share of global income, fell 2.6 percent from a year ago for comparable outlets.
Sales in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region dropped 8.3 percent, helping bring overall global sales down 2.3 percent, “reflecting negative guest traffic in all segments,” the company said.
Total revenue sank 11 percent to $5.96 billion in the quarter to March 31, and net income plunged 32.6 percent to $812 million, or 84 cents a share (-31 percent).
So you would think that the stock price would have tanked on Wednesday, right?
Wrong.
Thanks to news that a “turnaround plan” would be announced on May 4th, McDonald’s stock actually skyrocketed…
McDonald’s closed up 3.13 percent after spiking more than 4.5 percent in early trade as investors cheered a turnaround plan expected on May 4. However, the fast food chain’s earnings missed on both the top and bottom lines.
This is pure hopium. Why don’t McDonald’s executives just tell us what the plan is now? But instead, the mystery of a “secret turnaround plan” gives people just enough hope to keep the stock from tumbling – at least for the moment.
And of course there are all sorts of other stocks that are being massively inflated by hopium right now.
Many years ago, when I was an undergraduate, I was taught that a price to earnings ratio of more than 20 was really, really high.
But these days that is the norm on Wall Street, and at the moment there are quite a few stocks that actually have price to earnings ratios that are greater than 100…
There are 10 stocks in the Standard & Poor’s 500, including industrial giant General Electric, video-streamer Netflix and oil and gas explorer Cabot Oil & Gas that are trading for 100 times their diluted earnings the past 12 months excluding extraordinary items, according to a USA TODAY analysis of data from S&P Capital IQ.
And if you can believe it, General Electric has a PE on its training earnings of more than 200…
Take General Electric, the industrial giant that’s swiftly selling off banking assets so it can return to its manufacturing roots. GE sports a PE on its trailing earnings of 227, says S&P Capital IQ.
This is completely and totally irrational. General Electric is a giant mess and is being very badly mismanaged. But investors continue to pay a massive premium for GE stock because they hope that things will turn around eventually.
Look, hope will get you a lot of things in life, but it won’t put money in your pockets or dinner on the table.

United States Steel Corporation issued layoff notices to 1,404 workers in the latest sign of struggle for the American steel industry. The missives went out in recent days to workers producing pipe and tube products that are used in the oil and gas sector. Job cuts could come as early as June for 17 to 579 employees at a plant in Lone Star, Texas, 166 at a factory in Houston, 255 at a mill in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and 404 managers across the company’s tubular operations nationwide.
Since last June, the company has informed 7,800 employees of potential job cuts, a tally from Pittsburgh Business Times indicated. U.S. Steel spokeswoman Sarah Cassella said the ongoing layoffs are the result of “challenging market conditions and global influences in the market including a high level of imports, reduced prices for oil and natural gas and reduced steel prices.”
Unfortunately, most Americans have no idea what is going on out there. WASHINGTON (AP) — The chairwoman of the Federal Election Commission
says she's largely given up hope of reining in abuses in raising and
spending money in the 2016 presidential campaign and calls the agency
she oversees "worse than dysfunctional."
In an interview with The
New York Times, Ann M. Ravel says she was determined to "bridge the
partisan gap" and see that the agency confronted its problems when she
became its chair last December. She said she had now essentially
abandoned efforts to work out agreements on what she saw as much-needed
enforcement measures.
Instead, Ravel said she plans on
concentrating on getting information out publicly, rather than
continuing what she sees as a futile attempt to take action against
major violations, the Times reported in a story posted to its website
Saturday night. She said she was resigned to the fact that "there is not
going to be any real enforcement" in the coming election, the newspaper
reported.
"The likelihood of the laws being enforced is slim," said Ravel, a
Democrat. "I never want to give up, but I'm not under any illusions.
People think the FEC is dysfunctional. It's worse than dysfunctional."
The
six-member commission is divided evenly between Democratic and
Republican appointees. Tie votes along party lines on key issues are
common and reflect disagreements over the agency's mission, its
interpretation of rules and their enforcement.
In the wake of the
2010 Supreme Court decision in the Citizens United case — it allowed
corporations and unions to spend unlimited funds in support of political
candidates — the lines drawn by campaign finance laws have become
blurred and bent.
Commissioners disagree over Ravel's views, the Times reported.
"The few rules that are left, people feel free to ignore," said Ellen L. Weintraub, a Democratic commissioner.
"Congress
set this place up to gridlock," said Lee E. Goodman, a Republican
commissioner. "This agency is functioning as Congress intended. The
democracy isn't collapsing around us."

Lyndon McLellan has spent more than a decade running L&M Convenience Mart, a gas station, restaurant and convenience store in rural Fairmont, North Carolina. Then, one year ago, without any warning, 'agents' from the IRS seized his entire bank account, totalling more than $107,000. This is an example of America's little guy trying to eke out a living for his family while providing valuable services for his community.
In recent years, America’s absurd civil forfeiture laws have been facing heavy criticism from the public, especially for the effect they have on small businesses that deal in cash. If you withdraw or deposit more than $10,000 into your bank account, your bank has to report it the government; and if you do the same with less than $10,000 (the law doesn’t state how much exactly) they can accuse you of trying to avoid the law. When that happens, you can say goodbye to every penny you own.
Lyndon McLellan learned this hard way when the IRS confiscated $107,702 from his business account. He runs a convenience store in North Carolina, which as you can imagine, deals heavily in cash. And being a convenience store (which are robbed at a higher rate than other businesses), it’s not a good idea to have thousands of dollars lying around. It’s safer to make frequent small deposits. Despite how logical this would appear to a normal, sane person, the IRS took his money, and now it’s up to him to prove his innocence (so much for innocent until proven guilty).
It is not the 'wealthy' that the IRS targets - it is mid America who has the attention of these thieves, crooks and murderers known as the 'IRS.'
Looks like the next 'step' will be seizing the piggy banks and arresting tots for depositing pennies found on the ground (along with their chewed gum, bugs and parts of cookies) or, worse yet pennies GIVEN to them by their parents, siblings and grandparents.

One of the main challenges of running a power grid is that supply and demand have to be in balance at all times. This means that electricity has to be consumed when it is generated. This makes it harder to integrate sources of energy over which you don't have control, such as wind and solar power.
That's the problem that having more energy storage connected to the power grid could solve.
Tesla publicly launched a new division last night, Tesla Energy, and unveiled the Tesla Powerwall storage system for homes and businesses.
It does three main things: First, it can store solar energy if you have solar panels, second, it can store energy from the grid off-peak when power is cheapest (in places where utilities have time-of-use dynamic pricing) andrelease it when power is most expensive, saving you money and smoothing out the demand peak, which is good for the grid overall. Finally, it can act as a backup power source if there's a power failure.
Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott ordered the Texas State (not 'National') Guard to monitor a joint U.S. Special Forces training taking place in Texas, prompting outrage from some in his own party.
Since General Sam Houston executed his famous retreat to glory to defeat the superior forces of General Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna, Texas has been ground zero for military training. We have so many military bases in the Lone Star State we could practically attack Russia.
So, when rookie Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced he was ordering the Texas State (Not 'National') Guard to monitor a Navy SEAL/Green Beret joint training exercise which was taking place in Texas and several other states, everybody here looked up from their iPhones. What?
It seems there is concern among some folks that this so-called training maneuver is just a cover story. What's really going on?

Let's walk over by the fence where nobody can hear us, and I'll tell you the story.
Don't take my word for it. That comes directly from a Texas Ranger who seems pretty plugged in if you ask me.
You and I both know President Obama has been waiting a long time for this, and now it's happening. It's a classic false flag operation. Don't pay any attention the mainstream media; all they're going to do is lie and attack everyone who's trying to tell you the truth.
That includes a Mexican army officer and Mexican federal police inspector. Not sure what they're doing there, but probably nothing good. That's why the Special Forces guys are here, get it? To wipe out ISIS and impose martial law.

It's true that the paranoid world-view of right-wing militia types has remarkable stamina. But that's not news.
What is news is that there seem to be enough of them in Texas to influence the governor of the state to react — some might use the word pander — to them.
That started Monday when a public briefing by the Army in Bastrop County, which is just east of Austin, got raucous. The 'poor U.S. Army colonel' probably just thought he was going to give a regular briefing but instead 200 patriots shouted him down, told him he was a liar and grilled him about the imminent federal takeover of Texas and subsequent imposition of martial law. "We just want to make sure our guys are trained. We want to hone our skills," Lt. Col. Mark Listoria tried to explain in vain.
One wonders what Listoria was thinking to himself as he walked to his car after two hours of his life he'll never get back. God bless Texas? Maybe not.
The next day Gov. Abbott decided he had to take action. He announced that he was going to ask the Texas State Guard to monitor Operation Jade Helm from start to finish. "It is important that Texans know their safety, constitutional rights, private property rights and civil liberties will not be infringed upon," Abbott said.
The idea that the Yankee military can't be trusted down here has a long and rich history in Texas, but that was a while back. Abbott's proclamation that he was going to keep his eye on these Navy SEAL and Green Beret boys did rub some of our leaders the wrong way.
Former Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst tried to put it in perspective for outsiders when he explained, "Unfortunately, some Texans have projected their legitimate concerns about the competence and trustworthiness of President Barack Obama on these noble warriors. This must stop."
Another former Republican politician was a bit more pointed. "Your letter pandering to idiots ... has left me livid," former State Rep. Todd Smith wrote Gov. Abbott. "I am horrified that I have to choose between the possibility that my Governor actually believes this stuff and the possibility that my Governor doesn't have the backbone to stand up to those who do." (Here is a traitor in the making - need to keep a watch on this guy.)
There's no argument that after the 2014 election, Texas politics took a further step to the right. The 84th session of the state legislature has given ample proof of that. But the events of this last week have been an eye-opener for Texans of all political stripes.
You will find the names of Texans etched into marble at war memorials from Goliad to Gettysburg, from Verdun to the Ardennes and Washington, D.C. The governor's proposition that these soldiers and sailors constitute a potential threat and need watching as they go about their duties certainly stakes out some new political ground for the leader of the Texas GOP to stand on.
NOTE: These 'soldiers and sailors' are hired by the corporate UN/NWO/USA private corporation military and do NOT work for the American people. They were lied to. Contrary to what you want to believe, they swore an oath NOT to the united States but to the NWO / UN / corporate USA. They cannot have one leg on one side of the fence and the other leg on the other side of the fence - it is either one or the other.
