The signs are undeniable that some sort of historic event is imminent. The latest economic news makes it certain that the Western financial system as we know it is about to end. The question is, will
there be a controlled implosion followed by a phoenix like revival or, will there be revolution, chaos, anarchy, bloodshed and misery. The answer now lies in the hands of the military forces of the West because the political world, especially in the United States, is dysfunctional.

To understand how serious the situation is, please look at the following chart.
http://davidstockmanscontracorner.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/financialization3.png

It shows there is about $80 trillion worth of financial products in the United States that has no basis in the real world. During the Japanese bubble I used a similar chart to show the bad debt in the
banking system was worth 200 trillion yen at a time when the Japanese government was saying there was only 3 trillion yen worth of bad debt.
Another way of putting it is that US asset prices will have to fall by about 80% before they hit the ground of reality. Japanese real estate prices fell 90% after the bubble burst there. The American bubble is 49 times larger than the Japanese bubble was. It is not a question of if it will burst but when. Denying reality does not make it go away.
There is also evidence coming from indexes based in real world transactions that cannot be manipulated by financial trickery. One is the Baltic Dry Index, the price of shipping goods, mostly raw materials like oil, metals, grains etc. It is at a record low now.

Another is the China Containerized Freight index, which measures the cost of shipping finished industrial goods out of China. It is also at a
record low.

Perhaps you have noticed your e-mail spam filter is now featuring more Chinese enterprises desperately seeking customers than Viagra ads
or Nigerian scams. Clearly something big is about to happen in the worlds’ markets.
There are a lot of people figuring this out now. The American Association of Individual Investors survey shows that in May of this year individual investors dropped the percentage of money they invest inshares to 57.8% from 67.9%. This is an astounding dumping of over 10% of their shares in exchange for cash in just one month. The Greeks are also bailing out of the Greek banking system at a rate of over 500 million Euros per day. This sort of thing is usually referred to as a bank run or as rats deserting a sinking ship. Insiders say the most likely candidate to play role of Lehman Brothers in the upcoming crisis is Deutschebank. Deutschebank has had its S&P rating dropped to BBB+, which is lower that the AA- that Lehman had before it collapsed. Furthermore, Deutschebank’s derivatives book has a nominal value of 54.7 trillion Euros, compared to an EU GDP of 9.6 trillion Euros and a German GDP of 2.74 trillion Euros. The basis for a lot of those derivatives is Greek debt and the Greek government de facto defaulted on June 5th.

Japanese imperial family and Chinese government sources both say German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s recent visit to Japan and China was to ask for money to help deal with this problem. However, both sources confirm she returned empty handed.

Investigations by non-corrupt US authorities have revealed that much of the money taken from US tax-payers after the collapse of Lehman Brothers was leveraged 100 times and used to bail out European financial institutions.

This time, this is not going to be allowed to happen, according to multiple sources in the US agencies and Pentagon. Instead, some sort of showdown can be expected, Pentagon and other US agency sources say.

The attempt to start World War 3 in the Ukraine has blown up in the face of the Khazarain mob because it prompted a Russian intelligence dump. Here is some more of the information sent to us by Russian Intelligence in response to the recent Khazarian mafia attempt to portray Russia as a menace:

“We did not blow up the WTC on 9/11/2001 with W-54 Davy Crockett Nuclear Pitts. We did not steal 350 decommissioned W-54 Davy Crockett US Nuclear Pitts from the backdoor of Pantex, Texas, USA, which were manufactured at the Hanford Nuclear Plant. We did not bring these stolen W-54 Pitts to Israel. We did not recondition them in Israel, and it was NOT US who brought these nuclear Pitts back through Houston, Texas to be stored in various Israeli Embassies, including the Israeli Embassy in New York, and we DID NOT take these nukes to the Twin Towers by using Israeli Urban Moving Systems.”

In other words, the Russians are giving the Pentagon white hats detailed, actionable intelligence about Khazarian mass murder inside the United States.

The Russians also say the crash of the “Malaysian Air Flight 17” was Vanguard (the Khazarian mob’s corporate front) retaliation against both Germany and France in response to their plan to create European Army and drive Vanguard criminals from Europe. It was also a reaction to Angela Merkel’s and Francois Hollande’s request to Ukrainian President Poroshenko to “kick out Vanguard’s representative Igor Kolomoyskyi, to fire him from his position as a governor of Dnepropetrovskiy County of Ukraine and take from Kolomoyskyi’s banks all of the government money in order to separate fake Vanguard’s dollars and real dollars that Ukrainian government has.” In response the Europeans, according to the Russians, one of the leaders of Khazarian mafia, Henry Kissinger, became extremely angry, saying that “beautiful France can expect a regime overthrow!”

The Russians also provided detailed intelligence on exactly how Vanguard subsidiary Raytheon, and two other companies, manufactured and used equipment to remotely hijack airplanes.

Furthermore, the Russians have provided the Pentagon white hats with a detailed list of the Khazarian agents involved in the destruction of the World Trade Center Buildings on September 11th, 2001. Related The FBI is Responsible for More Terrorism Plots In the United States Than Any Other Organization

Pentagon officials expect a limited civil war inside the United States starting as early as this summer in order to deal with the Khazarian fifth columnists.

The Pentagon officials also cited many signs of progress so far against the Khazarian mob. The first was the defeat of the TPP and TTIP Khazarian power grab in the US congress and EU parliament. Labour union action and massive street protests helped in the defeat of these bills.

The other thing they said was that US Secretary of State John Kerry was shot by Khazarians because of his peace-making efforts with Iran and in the Ukraine. The bullet missed his heart by two inches, the sources say. They now expect payback against Israel, Victoria Nuland and her Khazarian bosses.

Also, in another attack against Khazarian influence in the State Department, Under-Secretary for Latin America Roberta Jacobson was demoted to Ambassador to Mexico because of her failed coup attempt in Venezuela.

The Supreme Court is expected to take a decisive role in curbing Khazarian power over the coming months, the sources say. They expect rulings against Obamacare, gay marriage and many other issues being pushed by the Khazarians. The Supreme Court is now apparently under the influence of the pentagon, the P2 freemason lodge and Pope Francis.

There is also increased military action against Israel and her ISIS proxy in the Middle-East, the sources say. The Russians have been selling advanced missiles to anti-Khazarian forces in the Middle-East while the pentagon has been supplying anti-tank weapons to Iran and its allies in the region.

Also, Russia has been engaged in military maneuvers with Egypt that featured US F-16 fighter jets coordinating with the Russian navy.
http://tass.ru/en/russia/800380

Also, the death of the head of the Saudi Air-force, plus the missile attacks against Saudi Arabia have weakened Khazarian King Salman, who may soon be forced to resign “because of dementia,” the Pentagon sources say.

The American military are also picking a fight with China. The pentagon sources say the death toll from the cruise ship sinking in China was 444, a very bad omen for the Chinese. In response the Chinese send Fan Changlong, vice-chairman of China’s Central Military Commission, to meet with Pentagon top brass last week, the pentagon sources say. A tense four-hour meeting ended badly because the Chinese refused to promise to stop building on the disputed reefs, claiming they were located on undisputed Chinese territory. The Chinese would only sign agreements on disaster relief and army cooperation, they said.

The pentagon sources say China can expect more “tornadoes, sinkings, quakes etc.” until they stop their construction of military bases on disputed islands. The pentagon is also now going to push for further militarization of Japan.

At the end of the day, though, this is all just table thumping by the Americans as negotiations for new international structures and rules to replace the crumbling post-war order continue.
The White Dragon Society, for its part, is still pushing for the creation of a meritocratically staffed future planning agency with an initial budget of $7 trillion to start a massive campaign to end poverty, stop environmental destruction and prepare for an exponential expansion of earth life into the universe.

Samsung Galaxy hack: SwiftKey vulnerability lets hackers easily take control of phones

600 million phones might be hit by the problem, which lets hackers look through the camera and read text messages
Hackers can easily break into Samsung Galaxy phones and spy on the entire life of their users.
A vulnerability in software on the phones lets hackers look through the phones’ camera, listen to the microphone, read incoming and outgoing texts and install apps, according to researchers. Until Samsung fixes the problem, there is little that owners of the phone can do beyond staying off unsecured wifi networks.
The hack works by exploiting a problem with the Samsung IME keyboard, a re-packaged version of SwiftKey that the companyputs in Samsung Galaxy keyboards. That software periodically asks a server whether it needs updating — but hackers can easily get in the way of that request, pretend to be the server, and send malicious code to the phone.
It doesn’t matter if Samsung users are using the keyboard or not, because it is still making the requests. But users of SwiftKey on other Android phones seem to be safe, because the problem appears to be isolated to Samsung’s version of the software.
There are usually protections in place that stop hackers from performing what is called a “man in the middle attack”, by encrypting communication with the server, as well as ones to stop any malicious code from getting too deep into the phone. But Samsung has given its version of the software special permissions, which means that hackers can get through the protections in Android that stop third-party apps from tampering with other bits of the device.
Though staying away from unsecured wifi networks will make users less likely to be hit by the problem, it doesn’t mean that they’re safe. Hackers could still get in the way of the messages during the course of normal browsing.

Researchers have confirmed that the exploit works on versions of the Samsung Galaxy S6, the S6 and Galaxy S4 Mini. But it may also be active on other Samsung Galaxy phones, since the keyboard software.
Samsung is reported to have provided a patch to mobile network operators, who must push Android updates out themselves. But it’s unclear whether any networks have done so yet, and they are often slow to push out both incremental Android updates as well as security fixes.
SwiftKey has confirmed that the problem doesn’t affect the version of SwiftKey that’s available to download for any Android or iOS device from their app stores.
"We supply Samsung with the core technology that powers the word predictions in their keyboard," a SwiftKey statement said. "It appears that the way this technology was integrated on Samsung devices introduced the security vulnerability. We are doing everything we can to support our long-time partner Samsung in their efforts to resolve this obscure but important security issue."

According to United Airlines, this last-minute chaos held up the flight for 46 minutes.
Who were they? No one seems to really know. But on flight UA-83 of United Airlines, passengers were curious. The two mysterious men were embarked, at the cost of a 46-minute delay even after the Delhi-Newark flight had begun taxiing, after the plane returned to the boarding area of the international terminal of IGI Airport on June 13 night.
It was 11.35 pm when the passengers of flight UA-83 were all aboard the aircraft, waiting to take off for the American destination. The aircraft had begun taxiing -- moments away from the sky.
Then came a phone call. The pilots had to abort the take-off. The airline was allegedly called up by an Indian government agency demanding that the aircraft return to the boarding area for these two men.
"After getting clearances from ATC, customs, etc, the doors of United Airlines flight UA-83 were closed and the staff removed the jetty. As the flight started moving towards the runway, a senior official of the United Airlines got a call to abort the take-off as they had to take two passengers. After a few seconds, the pilots made a Uturn and came back to the area where the passengers board flights. This is shocking as no airline is allowed to take passengers the way United Airlines did," a senior aviation official told Mail Today.
The airline has confirmed the incident. According to United Airlines, this last-minute chaos held up the flight for 46 minutes. According to an estimate, this 46-minute delay must have burnt extra fuel of around 1.5 to 2 tonnes.
After returning to the boarding area, the aircraft had to go through a re-run: jetties had to be attached and all the clearances had to be taken once again. The two mystery men boarded the flight, took their seats even as questions floated through rows of seats about their identity.
United Airlines has refused to reveal the identity of these two passengers and told Mail Today that these passengers were handed over to them by the Immigration as they were denied entry into India.
"Flight UA-83 on June 13, 2015 returned to the gate briefly to enable the embarkation of two customers after United was informed by the Indian Immigration authorities that the customers had been denied entry into India and would have to be returned to the US. We did not accommodate any late-arriving customers on the flight. The flight departed at 12.21 am, 46 minutes behind schedule," Kevin Johnston, Head of Press, Europe, Middle East, Africa and India told Mail Today.
But who were these two men? Were they spooks of some foreign spy agency? Why were they unwanted in India? The questions are unanswered. However, officials of the civil aviation ministry have questioned the argument made by the airline.
"The aircraft reached IGI Airport around 9.30 pm and given A-03 parking bay as per record. If the Immigration had deported much before the scheduled time as they had almost three hours. Also, if the Immigration delayed it then United Airlines could have refused to accept the passengers in the same flight as without Immigration departure clearance it is not possible for any flight to start operations," a senior ministry official told Mail Today. According to the ministry, an inquiry has to be ordered to understand why the flight got delayed.
And as to who were these men actually? So it was 11.50 pm when the pilots sought the start-up clearance once again. However, the take-off was still many minutes away. There were procedures to be followed. While the mystery men and other passengers remained seated inside the aircraft, the clearances from the airport officials followed one by one. It consumed time and possibly tested patience of the passengers.
In the end, the flight did take off. However, there is discrepancy in the timing of Two mystery men force US plane's U-turn take-off and other procedures as claimed by the United Airlines and the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC). While the airline claimed the flight took off at 12.21 am, the AOCC said it took off at 12.12 am.
A senior AOCC official confirmed that UA-83 had arrived at 9.30 pm at Gate A-03 and was scheduled to take off at 11.35 pm. But it all went haywire at the last moment. The flight's start-up clearance was pushed back at 11.50 pm and finally the aircraft took off at 12.12 am. New H-1B rules allow employers to displace and replace U.S. workers with foreign tech workers, saving them up to $40,000 per employee.

H-1B rules allow employers to displace and replace U.S. workers with foreign tech workers, saving them up to $40,000 per employee.

Corporate lobbyists have convinced legislators of both parties that America needs more guest workers in high-tech jobs. Leading the charge in Congress to do their bidding is Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch, who has introduced legislation to double or triple the number of non-immigrant tech workers who can be hired annually on H-1B visas. But his proposal won't fix the H-1B program's flaws, which allow American and foreign workers alike to be exploited and underpaid.
A program that brings skilled, smart people from abroad to work in the United States can be a very good thing — but only if it's done fairly, and after giving U.S. workers a chance to be hired. Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Fla., wrote recently that the H-1B program "was created to help fill jobs when there were labor shortages, not to take jobs away from anyone." The reality is that employers aren't required to search for or offer jobs to U.S. workers first, and the H-1B program has been used repeatedly by corporations to fire and replace skilled and educated U.S. workers with cheaper, indentured, temporary foreign workers. This is done to increase corporate profits, but it's at the expense of the livelihoods of thousands of American workers.
Thanks to reporting from The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and Computerworld, the American public is getting a glimpse of the H-1B's primary purpose. Recent, egregious examples took place at Disney and Southern California Edison (SCE) — two companies that earned billions in profits last year — where hundreds of information technology workers were laid off and replaced with H-1Bs. But first, the U.S. employees were required to train the H-1B workers who would soon be sitting at their desks, doing their jobs.
H-1B rules allow employers to displace and replace U.S. workers with foreign tech workers. The only restriction applies to companies where more than 15 percent of the workforce are H-1Bs: They are permitted to replace U.S. workers only if the H-1B holds a master's degree or is paid over $60,000. Hatch recently suggested increasing this displacement exemption to $95,000, rather than prohibiting displacement altogether. Hatch's proposal falls short, because companies will still be allowed to replace workers, as well as vastly underpay H-1Bs compared to U.S. workers in the same occupation and geographic region.
While employers must pay H-1B workers the legally defined local "prevailing wage" — a rule intended to prevent undermining U.S. wage standards — employers have the option of paying the Level 1 "entry-level" wage, or the Level 2 wage, both of which are well below the average wage local employers pay for workers in similar jobs. In theory, the wage level must correspond to the H-1B worker's education and experience, but in practice, the employer gets to choose, and the government isn't checking. Unsurprisingly, the Government Accountability Office reported that 83 percent of H-1Bs are certified to be paid below-average wages (Level 1 or 2).
How do corporations benefit from this? Major savings: Many of the workers laid off at Disney and SCE earned $100,000 a year or more. Government data indicate the H-1B workers replacing them earn around $60,000.
The companies that usually do the actual replacement — offshore outsourcing firms like HCL, Infosys and Tata — are the top recipients of H-1B visas, and get about half the allotted visas every year. Their business model is based on replacing U.S. workers and shifting jobs overseas. Their clients that replaced U.S. employees with guest workers include companies like Fossil, Pfizer, Northeast Utilities, Harley Davidson and Cargill.
Instead of expanding the H-1B program, Hatch should work to fix it, to prevent the kinds of abuses that occurred at Disney. The law should be changed so that it's illegal to replace U.S. workers with H-1Bs. Employers should be required to recruit and hire qualified U.S. workers before hiring an H-1B, and be required to pay their H-1B workers no less than the true local average wage for the jobs they fill. Requiring a higher wage would be even better, because it would ensure that employers use the H-1B only when they can't find local talent, and to hire highly skilled individuals that complement and add value to the workforce, rather than as a way to cut labor costs.

ITALIAN FAMILIES PROTEST FORCED CROSS-DRESSING OF SCHOOLCHILDREN

ITALIAN FAMILIES PROTEST FORCED CROSS-DRESSING OF SCHOOLCHILDREN

Parents from the north of Italy have organized a massivedemonstration, called “Defend Our Children,” against gender ideology in schools, which will be held this Saturday in the Saint John Lateran Square in Rome. The demonstrators will be protesting Italian educational programs that are meant to blur the sexual identity of children.

In the northern Italian city of Trieste, parents are in uproar over a taxpayer-funded elementary school program that includes dressing little boys as girls and girls as boys to overcome so-called “gender stereotypes.” Schools are calling the exercise “the game of respect,” which purportedly adopts many guidelines from the European standards on sex education, attributed to the World Health Organization.
The so-called “game of respect” consists in a box containing several cards, presenting the figures of different working roles: male and female housewives and husbands, male and female plumbers and firefighters, with the figures represented in exactly the same way to show that males and females are completely interchangeable.
There is also a card with a game called “If he were she and she were he,” where boys and girls are expected to exchange the clothes they are wearing: the boy dresses as a girl and the girl as a boy, and they discuss how they feel in that new “role.”
Parents are especially up in arms over the school district’s attempt to conceal the program and its contents from them. The father of one of the children, Amedeo Rossetti, said that in early February, he attended a PTA meeting where the program for the second semester was presented. When Rossetti posed specific questions on issues of gender, school administrators categorically denied the presence of gender-based activities at the school.
One of the goals of the protesters is the enforcement of European art. 26 regarding “informed consent,” whereby parents can ask the school to be informed before their children are introduced to courses with themes like those regarding gender theory.
Parents are also protesting a sex education program for kindergarten students intended to highlight the similarities and differences between boys’ and girls’ bodies. The program involves one child lying down and the others placing their hand first on the child’s heart to feel how it beats, then on the diaphragm to feel it rise and fall. The text reads that “obviously in the genital area children can see that they are made differently from one another.” Though the text does not specifically state that the children are to touch each other in the genital area, parents are complaining that it is “understood.”
Rossetti says that the upcoming demonstration in the Italian capital is “absolutely essential,” since it is “up to us as parents” to defend our right to oversee the education of our children. The primary responsibility for our children’s upbringing and education “depends on us and we cannot delegate it,” he said.
The spokesman for the protest, Prof. Massimo Gandolfini, said that Saturday’s demonstration was organized “to protect our children from the propaganda of gender theories that are appearing surreptitiously and in an ever more worrying way in schools.”
The event, he said, will defend the institution of marriage as composed of a man and a woman, the child’s right to have a mother figure and a father, without having to suffer as kindergarteners the propaganda of gender ideology that Pope Francis has defined as “an error of the human mind.”
Just this past Sunday, Pope Francis spoke out yet again against gender ideology and the right and duty of parents to guide their children’s education, telling them that they are the ones “primarily responsible” for their children’s formation.
The Pope said that children today “are beginning to hear strange ideas, a sort of ideological colonization that poisons the soul and the family: we must act against this.”
Francis cited a recent case where a good Christian couple with children in the first and second grade had to “re-catechize” their children in the evenings, to counteract what they were receiving “from some teachers of the school or from the textbooks that they were using.”
“This ideological colonization,” he said, “does great harm and can even destroy a society, a country or a family.”

Mount Everest moved 1 inch Southwest in a few minutes time during Nepal Earthquake

New post on Dutchsinse

6/17/2015 — Mount Everest moved 1 inch Southwest in a few minutes time during Nepal Earthquake

by Michael Janitch

New measurements show the whole of Mount Everest was moved 1 full inch Southwest during the Nepal Earthquake.
This is PROOF POSITIVE that pressure is transferring from the EAST to the WEST across Asia and the Sub-continent of India, resulting in movement (earthquakes) along the plate boundaries as the pressure transfers from the Pacific plate towards Europe.
I ventured a hypothesis several years ago, and have worked to prove that indeed movement is occurring from the East to the West across the region.  Most recently talking about the pressure transfer in a video made 1 day BEFORE the Kathmandu / Nepal earthquake.
See the video here:

Now we come to find out that ALL of Mount Everest has moved 1 inch to the Southwest during a large earthquake.
Movement to the SW from the NE means the plate was moved by earthquake activity, and the movement occurs in this East to West direction.
This newly proved place movement direction turns much of geologic / seismic teaching on its head, however, we cannot deny the movement is occurring in this direction.
________

Mount Everest Moves 1 Inch After Earthquake

"The incredible energy unleashed by the magnitude-7.8 earthquake that hit Nepal on April 25 moved Mount Everest more than an inch.
The world's tallest mountain shifted 1.18 inches (3 centimeters) to the southwest during the quake, according to the state-run China Daily newspaper, which cited a new report by China's National Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geo-information.
The shift was a small leap back for the mountain, which has been creeping northeastward at a rate of about 1.5 inches (4 cm) a year, the agency reported. The mountain also rises about 0.1 inch (0.3 cm) each year. This motion is caused by the slow, grinding collision of the Indian and Eurasian tectonic plates, which pushes the ground upward.
mount-everest-after-earthquake

But Everest's movement during the quake was small potatoes compared with the shifting of regions around Kathmandu, Nepal's capital during the quake.
"Everest is kind of like a distraction from the whole story," said Richard Briggs, a geologist at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) in Golden, Colorado.
Major motion
Near Kathmandu, the quake lifted the ground by about 3 feet (1 meter), according to preliminary data from Europe's Sentinel-1A radar satellite. Damage from the quake covered more than 5,600 square miles (over 14,000 square kilometers). More than 8,000 people died.
The earthquake deformed the ground into a sort of a welt, Briggs told Live Science. Areas above the slipping fault, where the stress of the continental collision finally gave, pushed upward. This happened, for example, to Kathmandu. Meanwhile, farther north, behind the fault slip, the ground abruptly dropped.
"Everest is way out on the edge of that possible downward trough," Briggs said. Preliminary satellite data from Sentinal-1A had suggested the mountain dropped an inch (2.5 cm) during the quake, but the Chinese agency reported no loss of height. Everest aside, the Himalayas were undeniably affected, Briggs said: About 60 miles (100 km) of mountain range north of Kathmandu dropped significantly.
"What moved this time was closer to Kathmandu," Briggs said. "And those peaks, which are just a little bit smaller than Everest, moved over half a meter [more than 1.6 feet]."
Active region
A 7.3-magnitude aftershock rocked the region on May 12, triggering new landslides and killing dozens of people. That aftershock did not shift Everest, according to China's mapping agency. Hundreds of smaller aftershocks have continued in the region, according to the USGS.
The quakes in Nepal are not unusual, geologically speaking. According to the USGS, the Indian plate is crunching into the Eurasian plate at a rate of 45 millimeters (1.8 inches) per year. The Indian plate slides under the Eurasian plate at a very shallow angle, Briggs said. The arrangement is similar to the undersea subduction zones off of Alaska and Japan, where one continental plate pushes under another. Lessons from those regions, as well as geological evidence of past quakes in the Himalayas, reveal that the fault is capable of quakes larger than magnitude 7.8, Briggs said. [In Photos: Hiking the Himalayas]
It's impossible, however, to predict when such a quake might occur, or whether April's quake influenced the chances of a later temblor.
"Movement on this fault will have affected nearby faults, and some of the faults will be promoted closer to failure [causing a quake], and some will be pulled farther away from failure," Briggs said. "The trouble we have is the timing part. We don't know where all these faults are in their kind of 'clocks' and how close they were to kind of going anyway."
Complicating the guessing game is the lack of geological evidence. The type of quake that shook Nepal doesn't necessarily leave a strong trace in the rock record, Briggs said. Imagine a hand pushing on a metal ruler until the instrument bows. When the ruler finally springs back against the pressure, as the Eurasian plate did against the pressure of the Indian plate, it changes shape. But the overarching pressure of the hand (or Indian plate, in this case) continues, deforming the ruler back into its bowed shape.
"Kathmandu is going to go down, and it's going to move back in the direction of Asia, and the Himalaya [region] is going to come back up," Briggs said. The changes in the Earth are elastic, he said, and "they're mostly canceled out in between the big earthquakes."
The quake was also what is known as a "blind rupture," meaning there was no visible fault line or cracking at the surface. That makes it harder to see how many times such a quake has happened before, and how likely it is to happen again."

Meat sale sparks near riot in Tesco

17 June, 2015

An ugly scene broke out in a Tesco store as customers milled around staff merchandising reduced price meat.
Filmed and put on Youtube by a concerned shopper, customers were repeatedly asked to give the staff space and allow them to move out of the way. Once the staff had finished stocking the reduced price area, customers then piled in, grabbing meat products and pushing each other out of the way.
There were no reports of any injuries in the incident.
A Tesco spokesperson said: “The safety of our customers and colleagues is of paramount importance to us. The manager of the store has conducted a thorough investigation and will take steps to prevent a similar situation happening again. We are continually trying to improve the way we deal with surplus food, this includes making better reductions earlier in the day to make it easier for customers and colleagues in the evening."
