It’s no secret that FBI Director James Comey is somewhat clueless
about encryption — to the point that he doesn’t even realize that
stronger encryption will actually better protect Americans. But it seems
to go beyond that. Apparently he’s so clueless about encryption that he
doesn’t realize that it will help protect FBI agents. Lorenzo
Franceschi-Bicchierai has a great story over at Vice Motherboard
concerning key parts of our government that should understand the
importance of keeping emails secret, that have failed to take the most basic steps in securing email communications.
And the FBI is one of the agencies that has not done so. Ditto with the
CIA. Or most branches of the military (the Air Force — which used to
run the US cybersecurity efforts — is the one exception).
Specifically, the article focuses on the use of STARTTLS, which is
used to encrypt emails in transit between service providers (it’s not
nearly as secure as doing full end-to-end encryption of the messages
like PGP — in which case the email providers can’t read your email — but
it’s a key tool for at least protecting your messages in transit
between those providers). Most email systems use STARTTLS these days.
Gmail has offered it since it launched over a decade ago. And for
STARTTLS to work, both sides of the email provider chain need to be
using it. Google has published stats on how much of the emails sent via
Gmail are able to be sent with STARTTLS for a little while now and it
keeps going up, such that these days, it’s pretty rare for email
providers not to offer STARTTLS — with 80% of outbound
mail and 61% of inbound mail using it. Yet the US military, the CIA and
the FBI don’t use it (the NSA does, because they’re no dummies about
encryption). Google and others in the tech industry have been begging
email providers to use STARTTLS for a while, but apparently the US
government, including agencies that you’d figure would want to protect
secrets, apparently still hasn’t figured this out. When Franceschi-Bicchierai asked the Defense Department why most of
the military doesn’t support it, he got a nonsensical answer:
In a statement emailed to Motherboard, a spokesperson
for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the Pentagon’s
branch that oversees email and other technologies, said the DISA’s DOD
Enterprise Email (DEE) does not support STARTTLS. “STARTTLS is an extension for the Post Office Protocol 3 and Internet
Message Access protocols, which rely on username and password for
system access,” the spokesperson wrote. “To remain compliant with DOD
PKI policy, DEE does not support the use of username and password to
grant access, and does not leverage either protocol.”
The spokesperson did not respond to several follow-ups, asking to
clarify the statement. Michael Adams, an information security expert
who served more than two decades in the US Special Operations Command,
said that DISA’s explanation is “an unacceptable and technically inept
answer,” and criticized the Pentagon for not taking security seriously
and implementing STARTTLS.
“I can’t think of a single technical reason why they wouldn’t use it,” he told Motherboard in a phone interview. “It’s absurd.”
That opening sentence of the statement from the DOD reads like
someone who is just discovering the technical details of email. It’s
stating something that is (1) meaningless to the question and (2) stated
in a manner different than any knowledgeable person would say things.
Someone who deals with this stuff would just say POP3 and IMAP rather
than spell them out — and again, that’s totally unrelated to the
question of STARTTLS. So is the use of PKI (public key infrastructure)
for emails.
In the past, I’d mainly assumed that when the FBI spoke out
against encryption, it was mainly a smokescreen to try to get more
backdoors to make its own life easier. But could it actually be that the
FBI (and the CIA and the DOD) don’t even realize how important
encryption is to protect their own information?

KABUL, Afghanistan — In his last phone call home, Lance Cpl. Gregory Buckley Jr. told his father what was troubling him: From his bunk in southern Afghanistan, he could hear Afghan police officers sexually abusing boys they had brought to the base.
“At night we can hear them screaming, but we’re not allowed to do anything about it,” the Marine’s father, Gregory Buckley Sr., recalled his son telling him before he was shot to death at the base in 2012. He urged his son to tell his superiors. “My son said that his officers told him to look the other way because it’s their culture."
The practice is called bacha bazi, literally “boy play,” and American soldiers and Marines have been instructed not to intervene — in some cases, not even when their Afghan allies have abused boys on military bases, according to interviews and court records.

The policy has endured as American forces have recruited and organized Afghan militias to help hold territory against the Taliban. But soldiers and Marines have been increasingly troubled that instead of weeding out pedophiles, the American military was arming them in some cases and placing them as the commanders of villages — and doing little whenthey began abusing children.
“The reason we were here is because we heard the terrible things the Taliban were doing to people, how they were taking away human rights,” said Dan Quinn, a former Special Forces captain who beat up an American-backed militia commander for keeping a boy chained to his bed as a sex slave. “But we were putting people into power who would do things that were worse than the Taliban did — that was something village elders voiced to me.”
The policy of instructing soldiers to ignore child sexual abuse by their Afghan allies is coming under new scrutiny, particularly as it emerges that service members like Captain Quinn have faced discipline, even career ruin, for disobeying it.
After the beating, the Army relieved Captain Quinn of his command and pulled him from Afghanistan. He has since left the military.
“The Army contends that Martland and others should have looked the other way (a contention that I believe is nonsense),” Representative Duncan Hunter, a California Republican who hopes to save Sergeant Martland’s career, wrote last week to the Pentagon’s inspector general.
In Sergeant Martland’s case, the Army said it could not comment because of the Privacy Act.
When asked about American military policy, the spokesman for the American command in Afghanistan, Col. Brian Tribus, wrote in an email: “Generally, allegations of child sexual abuse by Afghan military or police personnel would be a matter of domestic Afghan criminal law.” He added that “there would be no express requirement that U.S. military personnel in Afghanistan report it.” An exception, he said, is when rape is being used as a weapon of war.
The American policy of nonintervention is intended to maintain good relations with the Afghan police and militia units the United States has trained to fight the Taliban. It also reflects a reluctance to impose cultural values in a country where pederasty is rife, particularly among powerful men, for whom being surrounded by young teenagers can be a mark of social status.
Some soldiers believed that the policy made sense, even if they were personally distressed at the sexual predation they witnessed or heard about.
“The bigger picture was fighting the Taliban,” a former Marine lance corporal reflected. “It wasn’t to stop molestation.”
Still, the former lance corporal, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to avoid offending fellow Marines, recalled feeling sickened the day he entered a room on a base and saw three or four men lying on the floor with children between them. “I’m not a hundred percent sure what was happening under the sheet, but I have a pretty good idea of what was going on,” he said.
But the American policy of treating child sexual abuse as a cultural issue has often alienated the villages whose children are being preyed upon. The pitfalls of the policy emerged clearly as American Special Forces soldiers began to form Afghan Local Police militias to hold villages that American forces had retaken from the Taliban in 2010 and 2011.
By the summer of 2011, Captain Quinn and Sergeant Martland, both Green Berets on their second tour in northern Kunduz Province, began to receive dire complaints about the Afghan Local Police units they were training and supporting.
First, they were told, one of the militia commanders raped a 14- or 15-year-old girl whom he had spotted working in the fields. Captain Quinn informed the provincial police chief, who soon levied punishment. “He got one day in jail, and then she was forced to marry him,” Mr. Quinn said.
When he asked a superior officer what more he could do, he was told that he had done well to bring it up with local officials but that there was nothing else to be done. “We’re being praised for doing the right thing, and a guy just got away with raping a 14-year-old girl,” Mr. Quinn said.

Village elders grew more upset at the predatory behavior of American-backed commanders. After each case, Captain Quinn would gather the Afghan commanders and lecture them on human rights.
Soon another commander absconded with his men’s wages. Mr. Quinn said he later heard that the commander had spent the money on dancing boys. Another commander murdered his 12-year-old daughter in a so-called honor killing for having kissed a boy. “There were no repercussions,” Mr. Quinn recalled.
In September 2011, an Afghan woman, visibly bruised, showed up at an American base with her son, who was limping. One of the Afghan police commanders in the area, Abdul Rahman, had abducted the boy and forced him to become a sex slave, chained to his bed, the woman explained. When she sought her son’s return, she herself was beaten. Her son had eventually been released, but she was afraid it would happen again, she told the Americans on the base.
She explained that because “her son was such a good-looking kid, he was a status symbol” coveted by local commanders, recalled Mr. Quinn, who did not speak to the woman directly but was told about her visit when he returned to the base from a mission later that day.
So Captain Quinn summoned Abdul Rahman and confronted him about what he had done. The police commander acknowledged that it was true, but brushed it off. When the American officer began to lecture about “how you are held to a higher standard if you are working with U.S. forces, and people expect more of you,” the commander began to laugh.
“I picked him up and threw him onto the ground,” Mr. Quinn said. Sergeant Martland joined in, he said. “I did this to make sure the message was understood that if he went back to the boy, that it was not going to be tolerated,” Mr. Quinn recalled.
There is disagreement over the extent of the commander’s injuries. Mr. Quinn said they were not serious, which was corroborated by an Afghan official who saw the commander afterward.
(The commander, Abdul Rahman, was killed two years ago in a Taliban ambush. His brother said in an interview that his brother had never raped the boy, but was the victim of a false accusation engineered by his enemies.)
Sergeant Martland, who received a Bronze Star for valor for his actions during a Taliban ambush, wrote in a letter to the Army this year that he and Mr. Quinn “felt that morally we could no longer stand by and allow our A.L.P. to commit atrocities,” referring to the Afghan Local Police.
The father of Lance Corporal Buckley believes the policy of looking away from sexual abuse was a factor in his son’s death, and he has filed a lawsuit to press the Marine Corps for more information about it.
Lance Corporal Buckley and two other Marines were killed in 2012 by one of a large entourage of boys living at their base with an Afghan police commander named Sarwar Jan.
Mr. Jan had long had a bad reputation; in 2010, two Marine officers managed to persuade the Afghan authorities to arrest him following a litany of abuses, including corruption, support for the Taliban and child abduction. But just two years later, the police commander was back with a different unit, working at Lance Corporal Buckley’s post, Forward Operating Base Delhi, in Helmand Province.
Lance Corporal Buckley had noticed that a large entourage of “tea boys” — domestic servants who are sometimes pressed into sexual slavery — had arrived with Mr. Jan and moved into the same barracks, one floor below the Marines. He told his father about it during his final call home.
Word of Mr. Jan’s new position also reached the Marine officers who had gotten him arrested in 2010. One of them, Maj. Jason Brezler, dashed out an email to Marine officers at F.O.B. Delhi, warning them about Mr. Jan and attaching a dossier about him.
The warning was never heeded. About two weeks later, one of the older boys with Mr. Jan — around 17 years old — grabbed a rifle and killed Lance Corporal Buckley and the other Marines.
Lance Corporal Buckley’s father still agonizes about whether the killing occurred because of the sexual abuse by an American ally. “As far as the young boys are concerned, the Marines are allowing it to happen and so they’re guilty by association,” Mr. Buckley said. “They don’t know our Marines are sick to their stomachs.”
The one American service member who was punished in the investigation that followed was Major Brezler, who had sent the email warning about Mr. Jan, his lawyers said. In one of Major Brezler’s hearings, Marine Corps lawyers warned that information about the police commander’s penchant for abusing boys might be classified. The Marine Corps has initiated proceedings to discharge Major Brezler.
Mr. Jan appears to have moved on, to a higher-ranking police command in the same province. In an interview, he denied keeping boys as sex slaves or having any relationship with the boy who killed the three Marines. “No, it’s all untrue,” Mr. Jan said. But people who know him say he still suffers from “a toothache problem,” a euphemism here for child sexual abuse.

The Inspector General of the Commerce Department has found blatant corruption in the Census Bureau office that is supposed to screen Census Bureau employees.
Falsified time records totaling $1.1 million, graft, and threats against whistleblowers were pervasive in the office of less than 80 employees.
This comes at a time when a new Gallup poll shows that 3 in 4 Americans perceive “widespread corruption” in government.
According to Gallup:
While the numbers have fluctuated slightly since 2007, the trend has been largely stable since 2010. However, the percentage of U.S. adults who see corruption as pervasive has never been less than a majority in the past decade, which has had no shortage of controversies from the U.S. Justice Department’s firings of U.S. attorneys to the IRS scandal.
Americans now have another scandal to add to their long list of reasons to distrust Uncle Sam.
The shenanigans of the Census Hiring and Employment Check (CHEC) office characterize how many government employees view their job. Taxpayer money is an endless river and it doesn’t matter if you steal from it by lying and cheating. The boss is not concerned because it’s not his company; it’s just a leviathan.
More than half of the CHEC employees reported hours that they never worked, with one of them misreporting 160 full work days that costed $64,600. A higher-ranking employee claimed 890 non-existent work hours, billing taxpayers $85,170.
The lost time and attendance amount to over $1 million in theft of taxpayer money. At least one employee abused his position to hire friends and gain sexual favors.
These bureaucrats felt so bold about their actions that they threatened anyone who reported misconduct. One of the employees who falsified timesheets made a stabbing motion while cutting cake at an office party, saying, “This is for who went to the OIG.”
John Thompson, the director of the Census Bureau, is apparently outraged and said he would pursue legal action to reimburse taxpayers.
Any employees who allegedly falsified timesheets and betrayed the trust of the American public will be held personally accountable to the fullest extent of the law, including possible termination.
How on earth are they facing only “possible termination”? They were caught defrauding the very people who employ them through committing theft. They should not only have been fired immediately, but they should be rotting in a jail cell.
However, there does not appear to be any interest in pursuing justice or even getting rid of the bad actors. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has already declined to prosecute the case, and the thieving employees are still on the job at CHEC.
To comply with the 2005 Real ID Act, which the U.S. government has been slowly implementing for the past decade, citizens in a number of different U.S. states will now be forced to obtain a passport if they want to board an airplane - even for domestic flights. The Department of Homeland Security and representatives with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection have declined to comment on why certain states have been singled out, but starting in 2016, residents of New York, Wisconsin, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and American Samoa will need a passport to fly domestically. All other states will still be able to use their state-issued driver’s licenses and IDs — for now, at least.
“The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on December 20, 2013 a phased enforcement plan for the REAL ID Act (the Act), as passed by Congress, that will implement the Act in a measured, fair, and responsible way.
Secure driver’s licenses and identification documents are a vital component of our national security framework. The REAL ID Act, passed by Congress in 2005, enacted the 9/11 Commission’s recommendation that the Federal Government ‘set standards for the issuance of sources of identification, such as driver’s licenses.’
The Act established minimum security standards for license issuance and production and prohibits Federal agencies from accepting for certain purposes driver’s licenses and identification cards from states not meeting the Act’s minimum standards. The purposes covered by the Act are: accessing Federal facilities, entering nuclear power plants, and, no sooner than 2016, boarding federally regulated commercial aircraft.
States and other jurisdictions have made significant progress in enhancing the security of their licenses over the last number of years. As a result, approximately 70-80% of all U.S. drivers hold licenses from jurisdictions: (1) determined to meet the Act’s standards; or (2) that have received extensions. Individuals holding driver’s licenses or identification cards from these jurisdiction may continue to use them as before.
Individuals holding licenses from noncompliant jurisdictions will need to follow alternative access control procedures for purposes covered by the Act. As described below, enforcement for boarding aircraft will occur no sooner than 2016.”
According to the fine print, not all 50 states have driver’s licences that meet the Real ID requirements, which could possibly explain why the aforementioned regions will not qualify in 2016. However, there is no specific mention of what the requirements actually are. The Real ID act has been controversial since its initial proposal over ten years ago and is seen by many as a massive violation of privacy. One of the primary reasons it has taken the government so long to roll this program out is that the program is wildly unpopular and creates heavy backlash every time it appears in the news.
The tightening of the Real ID restrictions are seemingly intended to push people towards attaining the newly issued “enhanced ID,” which adds more unnecessary paperwork and bureaucracy to the already tedious process involved in identification applications.
The next few weeks should reveal if radical changes in how this planet is run are going to be announced or if it will be the same old criminals trying to keep in power by putting on a nice face. The interesting event to watch in the near future is the lunar eclipse on September 28th. That is because the cabalists who have been running this planet claim to time their manipulation of geopolitical events to the movements of the heavens.
This sounds like crazy talk until you realize that Presidents Xi Jinping of China, Vladimir Putin of Russia, Barack Obama of the United States, Francois Hollande of France, Hassan Rouhani of Iran etc. are all due to be speaking at the UN on that date. The question is will they be announcing the birth of a world government or a new age, or will they simply spout platitudes before going back to business as usual?

The creator (be it God or Nature) might well be wondering if it is time to do to humans what was done to the dinosaurs. Maybe this time the cockroaches will be given a chance to see if they can do better.

The biggest and most chaotic activity continues to be seen in Europe and the Middle East. The flood of millions of refugees into Europe and the threat of tens of millions more arriving has prompted serious infighting in Western power structures.
The German government has commandeered community centers, sports facilities, parks and the like to accommodate millions of refugees, according to British MI6 intelligence. This prompted Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, to fly to Germany and Turkey to deal with the situation, according to Pentagon sources. He told the Germans to impose border controls and stop the flood of refugees. He also told the Germans, Turks and Nato brass to align with Russia in Syria against ISIS and their Israeli and Gulf Cooperation Council backers, the sources said.
To make sure their message was being heard, the 33-year old Sheik Rashid of Dubai, one of the top ISIS supporters, was killed by heart attack, according to US intelligence sources.
Furthermore, the US military told Pope Francis, Germany’s Angela Merkel and other European power brokers to stop their big social engineering project aimed at flooding Europe with Muslims in order to force a union between Islam and Christianity.
US special forces have also begun sealing off the Turkish border with Syria in order to put an end to this social engineering project, the Pentagon sources said. “If Israel and Saudi Arabia won’t take these refugees, why should anybody else have to?” the Pentagon brass asked rhetorically.
War criminal dictator of Israel and senior Satanist Benyamin Netanyahu has so alienated the US military that Israel has now lost all US protection. Netanyahu was also denied a meeting the Russia’s Vladimir Putin at the UN. For that reason Netanyahu has been forced to go to Russia and offer it control of Israel’s gas fields as compensation for war crimes and as protection money, according to CIA sources.
Furthermore, US Defense Secretary Ashton Carter was forced by the brass to call on Russian defense minister Sergey Shoigu to urge joint action against Israel, the sources said. Furthermore, the Pentagon brass are making Carter ask for a joint Russian/US stance vis a vis China ahead of the Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to the US starting September 22nd.
The Xi Jinping visit is aimed at building a strategic relationship between China and the US, according to Chinese government sources. The US government, including its’ military, are reliant on Chinese money to keep themselves solvent. In what was almost certainly a move aimed at strengthening their bargaining power, the Chinese have dumped $184 billion worth of US treasuries in July and August and have probably kept up the dumping in September.
The US government has been issuing fake debt numbers since March 15th and has resorted to the fiction that some “hedge fund” has been buying all the bonds the Chinese sold in order to pretend they are not bankrupt.
The key thing that will be negotiated during Xi’s US visit will be the US China bilateral investment treaty. Since the United States is the most indebted nation in the history of the world, and China is the world’s largest creditor nation, what this treaty is really about is what parts of the US real economy the Chinese will be allowed to buy and what will be off limits.
The Chinese have $21 in savings they could pour into the US real economy so, it is in the interests of the United States to make sure this money arrives in a manner that is beneficial to the average American as well as to the Chinese investors. The deal for the Chinese to build a super-fast train linking Los Angeles and San Francisco is an example of the sort of investment that should be welcomed.
Of course the US military industrial complex is not without cards to play in their negotiations with China. They have just forced the Shinzo Abe puppet government in Japan to pass laws that effectively make the Japanese military part of the Pentagon. They have also negotiated a strategic military relationship with Vietnam and, as mentioned above, are hard at work getting the Russians on board too.
The other cards the US military industrial complex has to play are the threat to cut off oil exports from the Middle East to China and the threat to use their weather and earthquake weapons against China.
What the Chinese, the US military industrial complex, the Russians and others need to realize is that, as mentioned above, we are facing a planetary crisis that requires planetary solutions.
Part of the solution, of course, involves removing the Khazarian gangsters who ruined not just the US economy but also much of the planet. There has been more progress on that front as well. Richard Grasso, the former head of the New York Stock Exchange publicly admitted last week the market was rigged.
What the US military and justice authorities need to make sure of is that these institutions are punished under the RICO laws aimed against organized crime. Making these institutions pay fines is meaningless because all they have to do right now to pay a fine is to make an accounting entry in their books. These people need to be hauled away in handcuffs and have all their personal assets confiscated if there is to be any hope of restoring function to the financial markets.
The real thing the US military industrial complex needs to do though, if the US is to remain on par with China over the long term, is to do what the Chinese have done and nationalize the central bank. The power to create money belongs to the people not to some Khazarian Mafiosi.
In a final note, there was an unusual event in this writer’s life last week. On September 15th at around 10PM I left my house to go to the convenience store. Standing outside my door were reporters and camera-people from all the major Japanese TV networks and Newspapers. It turns out my next door neighbor was arrested for a series of sophisticated arson attacks against Japanese train stations and railroad facilities.
I ended up being on all the TV shows and newspapers expressing surprise at having such a neighbor (he kept well hidden). The suspect’s name is Isaia Noda and he claims to have been an anti-nuclear activist since the 311 nuclear and tsunami attack on Japan. It is very unusual for Japanese to use names from the Old Testament and furthermore, this Isaia character does not look like a typical Japanese.
Isiah is known to refer to the “Wrath of the Lord,” as in Isaiah 9:19 which states, “Through the wrath of the Lord of hosts is the land darkened, and the people shall be as the fuel of the fire.” Call me paranoid but, I find it hard to believe that this character was living a few yards from me simply by coincidence.
A former C.I.A. officer with experience in Turkey wrote a provocative essay this summer about the “deep state.” The phrase refers to a parallel “secret government” embedded in the military and intelligence services, whose purpose is to provide a check on electoral democracy.
But Turkey wasn’t the target of the essay, written by Philip Giraldi. He was aiming, as his headline declared, at “Deep State America.”
Mr. Giraldi, executive director of the Council for the National Interest, a foreign-policy advocacy group in Washington, called the American deep state of today an “unelected, unappointed, and unaccountable presence within the system that actually manages what is taking place behind the scenes.”
In contrast to Turkey, where Mr. Giraldi said a covert “deep state” had taken root in the security realm, the American deep state of his description consists of visible people like the Clintons and the former C.I.A. director David H. Petraeus, concentrated around New York and Washington, who live at the fertile nexus of government and corporate power: Capitol Hill aides and legislators who cash in as lobbyists; former politicians who earn millions speaking to banks, or landing sinecures with them; technocrats who ricochet between Goldman Sachs and the Treasury Department; billionaire kingmakers dangling political donations; thinkers whose tanks are financed by corporations with a financial stake in their research.
Now if this sounds like the rant of a lefty conspiracy theorist, consider the article’s home: a magazine called The American Conservative, a contrarian thorn in the side of the establishment right.
The “deep state” metaphor seems to be ascendant as a way to explain present American realities. The writer Peter Dale Scott, professor emeritus of English at the University of California, Berkeley, last year published a similarly minded book called“The American Deep State,” which emphasized the role of security contractors, oil companies and financial firms. Meanwhile, Mike Lofgren, a Republican who spent 28 years as a congressional aide before quitting in 2011, has used “deep state” to describe a subterranean cross-party consensus on issues like “financialization, outsourcing, privatization” — a consensus, Mr. Lofgren has written, from which the public is distracted by above-ground debates over “diversionary social issues such as abortion or gay marriage.”
It is possible, and perhaps wise, to dismiss the “deep state” idea as misguided. Theories about shadowy forces are always to be taken with much salt.
Yet, as America witnesses the dual political phenomena of Donald Trump on the right and Senator Bernie Sanders on the left, and now the very public efforts by the establishment to step in and hinder either from going too far, the deep-state idea has renewed currency.
“Talk in G.O.P. Turns to a Stop Donald Trump Campaign,” read the headline in this newspaper this month. It described Republican donors uneasy with the billionaire businessman’s unorthodox, even antibusiness views on issues like trade and the taxation of financial elites. Operatives apparently felt no embarrassment in publicly declaring a consensus among party elites that “something must be done to stop” Mr. Trump, in what is supposed to be a democratic primary process.
Then came the Democratic Party companion piece, a report that its leaders, fearing the insurgency of Mr. Sanders, a self-described democratic socialist, are developing “Plan Bs” to draft into the race should Hillary Rodham Clinton falter. All the Plan Bs mentioned are white, male, graybeard Democrats who have run for president before and are far safer to corporate donors than Mr. Sanders.
Mr. Trump and Mr. Sanders have tapped into swelling populist sentiment in American life today — the former because he is a billionaire who boasts of independence from the corrupting sway of billionaires, the latter because he seeks to sharply reduce inequality.
That both men have surged in tandem this election season, against the predictions of most, is telling. What will be more telling still is how far — or “deep” — supposedly open and democratic political parties are willing to go to provide a check on democracy.
The

States v. Miller 307 U.S. (1939) case that the US Supreme Court has
ruled that the 2nd Amendment is your obligation to protect yourself.

when ANY Government at ANY level Bans your 2nd Amendment right to
have guns to protect yourself the Government just told the US Supreme
Court that their government will NOT Comply with ANY US Supreme Court
decision. The
way the State down to Local Government tells you is that you are
Required to Protect yourself without Firearms, but even speaking out
to Law Enforcement is a threat to them to use theirs!

to the passage of 'Organic Act of 1871' the USA Federal Government
became a Corporation in which it should have been just like all the
others we have today, thus the President is the CEO and can act like
a Dictator, which is in direct violation of the US Constitution.

to the passage of 'Bank Conservation Act' of 1933 THE UNITED STATES,
INC. was declared as being a Bankrupt Corporation in which it had to
find other means to survive as the Government.
According
to the passage of 'House Joint Resolution 192 of JUNE 5, 1933' THE
UNITED STATES, INC. did have most of the people in the 48 States to
become US citizens and become the Collateral for the Corporation,
thus all Debts were to be Cleared as We The People become their
Creditors even when you were not born then, so still Legal today.

to any Government Official that claims that the People never became
the Collateral for THE UNITED STATES, INC. then those Officials are
to provide other evidence as to how the Corporation came out of
Bankuptcy in 1933 without using the Credit of the People.

to the banks today requesting our signature for any loan and then the
customer is to make a monthly payment with interest then the banks
have committed Fraud as they complied with the HJR 192 yet they made
money out of thin air for us to pay back for which ALL Debts were to
be Paid Off then and there when we requested them Cleared at the
Signing.

to the Sheriff or any Law Enforcement Official that does not take
actions to correct this for the Debts to be Cleared, yet the banks
can continue as usual not clearing our Debts, then the Law
Enforcement Official has committed a Felony for which is Theft and
Accessory to all other crimes as not complying with the Congressional
Laws set down.
According
to the passage of 'Trading with the enemy Act' of 1917, then the
requirement of us people having to have a License of any type, would
Mandate that the people are an Enemy of the Government at any level
and not a Freeman.

to the UCC LIEN of July 15, 2011 on THE FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM as the
Debtor, the -E PLURIBUS UNUM- THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA as an

to the actions taken for the Sheriff or any Law Enforcement Official
to make a person go to prison, then they have committed an Accessory
of a crime on that person to the American BAR Association to collect
on the Trust fund set down by the HJR 192, and it is known that the
Judges are well aware of this.
