Pushing to 'Normalize' Pedophilia!

Horrible! After Gay Marriage - Liberals Now Pushing to 'Normalize' Pedophilia!

Salon.com recently posted an article on their website titled, "I'm a pedophile, but not a monster." It included the byline "I'm attracted to children but unwilling to act on it. Before judging me harshly, would you be willing to listen?"

Todd Nickerson is the author and yes, he honestly and openly admits to being a pedophile.  "My name is Todd Nickerson, and I'm a pedophile," he wrote. "Does that surprise you?  Yeah, not many of us are willing to share our story, for good reason.  To confess a sexual attraction to children is to lay claim to the most reviled status on the planet, one that effectively ends any chance you have of living a normal life.  Yet, I'm not the monster you think me to be.  I've never touched a child sexually in my life and never will, nor do I use child pornography."

One can hope that at least Nickerson is honest that he has not engaged in the activities which he claims he has not. His claim to "orientation" and comparing it to sodomites is interesting though. He doesn't claim to be born that way, but recognizes a "sexual preference" around the age of puberty. Clearly, as has been discussed by Shea Bernard, everyone is born to be heterosexual. There is no gene or scientific evidence to prove anyone is born anything other than that. (Almighty God does NOT make mistakes!)

However, as you read his account of sexual abuse at a young age at the hands of a German man and his grandparents covering it up, there is a part of you that does feel sorry for him as a child. He was confused, vulnerable and such. However, though he could recall his sexual abuse at a young age, he claims that he hardly felt it warranted what his father said should be done to a criminal who sexually abused a girl: "They should take people like that and place weights on top of their genitals until they smash."

Jesus actually went further:
But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. – Matt. 18:6
After Nickerson tells his life story, he ends up telling others who thinks as he does to seek help for their perversion, and it is a perversion of mind. As a man thinks in his heart, so is he (Prov 23:7).

stop abuse 2  Confessing one's sins, and make no mistake thinking about engaging little children in sexual intercourse or sodomy is sin and does need to be repented of, especially concerning this matter is something that needs to be handled before God and in a setting where there is true Christian accountability to counsel from the Scriptures and point such a person towards Christ, the law and repentance towards God. It should not be aired out in a lengthy article telling people they are not a "monster" and not to judge them too "harshly."

And this is the point. I think Steven Crowder tried to deal fairly in his piece on the article. He wrote:
Here's the problem with the title and the byline: it's misleading. The article is written by a pedophile who says he's never touched a child and never would. The man, who identifies himself as Todd Nickerson, agrees that it's wrong to both be attracted to children and to act upon that attraction. He then goes on a long diatribe about his past, the abuse he's encountered, why we should be understanding in place of judgmental, blahblahblahblahblah. Finally, At the end of the long article is a call to action for pedophiles to get help, to seek advice and to find a solution to their sexual attraction to children. That's not the argument here. It's good that Nickerson wants other pedophiles to get help for their sexual desires. Not arguing with that. Okay? Okay.
BUT, the call to action of getting help for pedophilia is after Nickerson recounts his childhood disability, the time he was molested, and about being an outsider. Nickerson paints himself a victim in hopes of garnering your sympathy, and if you didn't finish the entire article, the impression your left with is simply this: Salon.com is trying to normalize and de-stigmatize pedophilia.
...
My entire problem with the article isn't with Nickerson so much as it is with Salon.com, for allowing the article to be framed in a misleading way, and titling it "I'm a Pedophile, But I'm not a Monster," with a byline that calls for understanding and admonishes its readers for pre-judging someone who just admitting to being a pedophile. That's one of the problems with this article.

If the first and only goal was for pedophiles to seek help, the article should've been titled: "I'm a Pedophile, I'm a Monster and I Got Help," with the byline I've never once touched a child and never would. And neither should you. With the first paragraphs of the article beginning with the last paragraphs of the existing piece.
To make the point further, Crowder wondered if Salon would have run the article, but instead of pedophilia, the issue was racism. "Would Salon.com run this article? 'I'm a Racist, But I'm Not a Monster: I've never discriminated against a black man and I never would. Before judging me harshly, would you be willing to listen?'"

See how that works? He then offered another suggested title, "I'm a College Fraternity Brother and I Have Rape Fantasies, But I'm Not a Monster."  I'm guessing Salon wouldn't run either of those articles.

Crowder echoed the teachings of Biblical law and the words of Christ when he added, "I still have a steadfast rule: touch a kid sexually and you deserve a bullet."
"This shocks you?" he continued. "Well, let me ask this? If a pedophile touching a kid doesn't warrant a red-line… what the hell does? The left wants us to be more concerned with inanimate objects like guns than the incredible liability of pedophiles. If I sound harsh, it's deliberate. There's a certain point you cross where I no longer care about your past, the injustices you've experienced or how little daddy hugged you."

I one hundred percent agree. When the thoughts become actions, justice must be administered.

Those who think in a manner such as pedophiles, rapists, sodomites, murderers, racists and others need serious help. Of that there is no doubt, but that help is not found in psychiatry because it is based in humanism. The kind of help those who are pedophiles, racists or rapists in their thinking, I'm not talking about actions yet, comes through holding up the standard of God's law to condemn their sinful thoughts. Then they need to be shown a Savior from such sin, which is found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

If left to themselves, they will inevitably act on their thoughts. Then the issue is no longer between just them and God. Now, someone else is involved and justice in this life must be meted out.

I do hope those who think this way, including Mr. Nickerson, will indeed discover the kind of freedom that Christ provides to sinners who desperately seek to be delivered from their sin, not be encouraged to think it is somehow the 'new normal'.

Boehner fallout: 'D.C. status quo is crumbling'

(The private meeting with the Pope made Boehner make this decision, but is it for the Republic or the Jesuit NWO that is coming!)

Boehner fallout: 'D.C. status quo is crumbling'

Triumph, relief and worry over successor to House speaker

House Speaker John Boehner
House Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio

WASHINGTON – “Christmas came early,” was the dry but joyous first reaction of former Rep. Steve Stockman, R-Texas.
“Speaker Boehner correctly read the tea leaves,” was the succinct summation of former Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn.
As leading conservatives, Bachmann and Stockman often locked horns with House Speaker John Bohener, R-Ohio, who told fellow Republicans on Friday morning he will resign from Congress at the end of October.
“The people no longer wanted what he had to sell: being told yet again that he couldn’t, or wouldn’t, fight Obama,” Bachmann told WND. “People wouldn’t stand for that answer anymore because too much is at risk for America.”
She asserted, “The decision today from Boehner tells me people are fighting back so loudly, the status quo is crumbling in DC.”
But, as for a likely replacement, Bachmann lamented, “Unfortunately, a Speaker McCarthy represents more of the same.”
Next in line in the power structure, House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., was immediately viewed as Boehner’s likely successor. He is considered part of the GOP establishment, often at odds with House conservatives who want to fight Obama administration efforts more vigorously.
Conservatives attempted to oust Boehner during speaker elections, held just after the historic landslide Republican victory in the House in the 2014 midterm election.
An aide to Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, reminded WND that “Mr. King started this fight” and the weakening of Boehner when he nominated Rep. Daniel Webster, R-Fla., in January and got the most votes for him, out of all the no votes against the speaker.
In July, Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C, offered a motion to oust Boehner, a measure that still technically looms over the speaker’s head, but apparently is now moot.
Meadows was gracious in his reaction to the news, releasing a statement that read, “Speaker Boehner has served honorably during a difficult time for Republicans when the threat of a veto from the White House constantly impedes our legislative agenda. At times I differed with Speaker Boehner on policy or procedural positions, but I commend him for his honorable service, his humility, his undeniable love for his country and his desire to serve this great nation.”
“I look forward to an open and inclusive discussion as the House pursues new leadership,” he added. “There are critically important issues the House must address in the coming months. It is of the utmost importance that our new leadership reflect the diverse makeup of the House Republican Conference and, ultimately, that the voices of the American people are heard through their elected representatives.”
Referring to the sudden race for a successor, Stockman quipped, “Let’s see who pulls this off – hopefully not another liberal.”
“As I said yesterday,” he added, “when your allies are looking for the exit doors that’s never a good sign.”
That was a reference to WND’s current story describing the great political dilemma Boehner had been facing: whether to defund Planned Parenthood in the upcoming budget bill or face a conservative revolt.
Stockman predicted Boehner will not go out with a bow to conservatives, suggesting, “His last act will be to stab us one more time in the back and pass with (House Minority Leader) Nancy (Pelosi, D-Calif.) a Democrat budget.”
Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, who often strategizes with House conservatives, told reporters, “I do hope that the next Speaker of the House will stand up and lead, And will be a strong conservative, committed to honoring the promises we made to the men and women who elected us. For a long time, that’s what I’ve been urging leadership in both houses to do.”
Asked if he was pleased, the senator replied, “This has never been about one person. This is about whether Congress keeps its word to the men and women who elected us. Any speaker who does so, I will celebrate. And any Speaker who doesn’t will not be doing his or her job.”
And, asked whether he had any advice for his conservative colleagues in the House, Cruz reflected, “I hope that they select a strong conservative who will take seriously the promises we made to the men and women who elected us.”
Speaking to the crowd at the 10th annual Values Voter Summit, a conservative group, in Washington this morning, Cruz quipped, “Yesterday, John Boehner was speaker of the House, and then you come to town.”
After pausing for cheers and applause, Cruz added, “Can you come more often?”
The crowd had already erupted into a wild celebration when the news of Boehner’s resignation was broken by Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla.
Mark Meckler, president of Citizens for Self-Governance and co-founder of Tea Party Patriots was triumphant, exclaiming in a statement first sent to WND, “The media, and the political establishment said we wouldn’t last. But Boehner is gone, and we are still here. Long live the tea party movement.”
He added, “Today, with the announced retirement of John Boehner, we turn the page on five years of wasted conservative opportunity in the United States Congress. For five years, Speaker Boehner has heard loud and clear from the people who gave him a Republican majority that they wanted conservative leadership, and for five years, he has practiced surrender, capitulation, and compromise of conservative principles. Today, that wasted era of conservative opportunity comes to an end. This morning, the tea party movement celebrates”
And, Meckler warned the Senate Majority LEader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., he could be next.
“We will not relent until principled, conservative leaders control both houses of Congress. Speaker Boehner is out, and now it’s time to make sure conservative leadership is in. Hopefully this serves as a strong hint to Mitch McConnell. Time for him to fade into the sunset of his career, side by side with John Boehner. The tea party movement will continue to work to make that happen.”

(The Best Years in Life) In 2012, five pharmaceutical companies agreed to pay nearly $5.5 billion to settle allegations of fraud, including promotion of medicines for uses not approved by the FDA. The settlements represent the continued trend of record-breaking fines, settlements and lawsuits which have become a routine part of doing business for Big Pharma.

Ray Stevens Destroys Obama in Brilliant Song!

SingerComedian Ray Stevens Destroys Obama in Brilliant Song!

The brilliant and very funny Ray Stevens released his latest album “Here we go Again” earlier this year to much fanfare.
One of his songs on the new album is a biting commentary directed at our economically illiterate President and his foolish notions about building businesses.
The song is called “You didn’t build that” and I’m willing to bet you’ll love it.
You may have swung the hammer.
You may have poured the slab.
You may have put in all your time, muscles, brains and sweat…but you didn’t build that!

“Call Off” His “F***ing Dogs!”

Bombshell Report! Hillary Exploded at Obama, Told Him to “Call Off” His “F***ing Dogs!”

Wow. It would appear that things are not all well in the land of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. While no one has ever considered the two politicians to be close personal friends.  We at least thought that they were probably amicable partners in America’s destruction.

Apparently, we were wrong.

A new book by Edward Klein called “Unlikeable: The Problem with Hillary” outlines the details of one particularly explosive confrontation between Hillary Clinton (then Secretary of State) and President Obama.

“The former first lady was furious at what she believed were damaging leaks by Obama aides that led to investigations of her use of a private email server as secretary of state, so she went right to the top to settle the matter.

Clinton requested a meeting with Obama against the advice of hubby Bill Clinton, believing “she was being persecuted for minor, meaningless violations,” author Edward Klein writes.

Clinton initially took a friendly approach during the meeting and Obama reacted as if he didn’t know what she was talking about, the book claims.

“He was almost being deliberately dense,” a Clinton source said. “It really angered her.”

Clinton lost her temper and called the 'president' by his first name in an emotionally driven break with White House decorum, according to the book.

“What I want for you to do is call off your f–king dogs, Barack!” Clinton allegedly barked at Obama according to Klein’s account, which cited sources close to Clinton and Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett.

The 'president' was so stunned by Clinton’s disrespectful demands, he needed a moment to compose himself, the book claims.

Obama then responded, “There is nothing I can do for you one way or another. Things have been set in motion, and I can’t and won’t interfere. Your problems are, frankly, of your own making. If you had been honest ...”

Klein reports Clinton interrupted, “There are always haters out there to get the Clintons.”

This probably won't make Team Clinton very happy. They've already had to deal with enough problems over the last few weeks and months and adding this new twist is just going to make life harder for them. The nation already thinks of Clinton as a humorless, terrifying force for the liberal establishment - this anecdote just proves that point.

Can you imagine any other 'president' experiencing a similarly disrespectful scene with a member of their own administration? Especially when that person has designs of furthering their own political career? There's just no way.

This latest little story will only solidify every terrible preconceived notion that people have of Hillary Clinton.

And you know what... it's because all of those preconceived notions are accurate.

ISIS Works with Saudi Arabia to Kill Yemeni Women and Children

ISIS Works with Saudi Arabia to Kill Yemeni Women and Children

Saudis and ISIS share hatred of Shia "rejectionists"

ISIS Works with Saudi Arabia to Kill Yemeni Women and Children
by Kurt Nimmo | Infowars.com | September 24, 2015

On Thursday an Islamic State suicide bomber disguised as a woman killed ten Muslim worshippers performing Eid al-Adha prayers in a Houthi mosque in Taiz, a city in the southwest of Yemen.
The ISIS group in Yemen said the terror attack was intended to kill “rejectionists,” a term Sunni Wahhabists use to describe Shia Muslims.
“In a security operation facilitated by God as part of the acts of revenge for Muslims from the rejectionist Houthi, brother Abu Omar al-Hadidi waded into a crowd of apostate Houthis at al-Balili temple, detonated his suicide belt causing dozens to perish or to be injured,” the statement said.
Ten Houthi worshippers were killed and medics at the scene reported at least 25 were wounded. A Reuters photo showed a man carrying a child injured by the explosion.
In March ISIS suicide bombers killed nearly 140 worshippers in coordinated attacks at two mosques during Friday prayers in Sanaa.
Another attack in September killed 28 people at a Houthi mosque during Friday prayers in Sanaa.
Sunni Elite Support and Fund ISIS Terror
While Saudi Arabia claims to be fighting against the Islamic State, it shares the goal of the group in Yemen — terrorizing the Shia population and mass murdering civilians.
In August Colonel Sharaf Luqman, the official spokesman for the Yemeni armed forces, said “Saudi Arabia is the great ISIS” because it supported the group.
There is little evidence the Saudi government directly funds ISIS. It has officially condemned the Islamic State along with Jabhat al-Nusra, the Muslim Brotherhood, Yemen’s Houthi rebels, and Saudi Hezbollah.
Wealthy Saudi and Qatari citizens, however, continue to fund and support Sunni Wahhabist groups in the Middle East, including ISIS, al-Nusra, Liwa al-Tawhid, Ahrar al-Sham, Jaish al-Islam and other jihadi fighters in Syria.
The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists notes “a good portion of the funding for the ISIS — and similar terror groups, such as the Al Qaeda-affiliated Jabhat al-Nusra — comes from Sunni elites located in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the Gulf states, countries that are ostensibly US allies.”
There is evidence the United States also supports the terrorist organization.
In August, former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency Michael Flynn told al-Jazzera the rise of ISIS was a “willful decision” by the United States.
“I don’t know that they turned a blind eye, I think it was a decision. I think it was a willful decision,” he said.
US Defense Intelligence Agency documents declassified in 2012 also show support for ISIS and an effort to establish a Sunni Wahhabist principality in Syria.
War Crimes Supported by the U.S.
“Yemen is the worst country for civilian deaths and injuries from explosive weapon use in the first seven months of 2015,” writes Robert Perkins in a report on British arms sales.
“Much of this chaos is due to the use of explosive weapons with wide area impacts in populated areas across the country,” he writes, adding that “millions more have suffered from additional devastating consequences in the country, including poverty, malnutrition, insecurity, and limited access to health and sanitation,” largely a result of the illegal Saudi war against the Shia Houthi.
The war is supported by eight other Arab dictatorships and the United States.
In March National Security Council spokesperson Bernadette Meehan admitted the US is supporting the illegal Saudi war in Yemen.
“President Obama has authorized the provision of logistical and intelligence support to (Gulf Cooperation Council)-led military operations,” she said.
“The US-led naval blockade, an act of war, has cut food imports to Yemen, which is not capable of growing enough food to feed its population. The head of the UN World Food Program reported on August 19 that Yemen is on the verge of famine, making the US naval blockade a potential crime against humanity,” writes William Boardman of Reader Supported News.

I believe this will help clear up any misunderstandings as to who is running your show. I have located fourteen counties and cities that are using this method in Georgia but I’m certain this will be the case in ALL counties in one form or another. The people elect them, the attorneys hijack them and business continues unabated. If you think that’s bad, you should see what we’ve uncovered about the state judiciary, the courts, the State itself and your good friends the Attorneys. They will have regionalization and the complete dismantling of any Republican form of government. If this video doesn’t convince you its already here then may God have mercy on your intellectually challenged soul.
I give you the enemy within. Will you now come with me as we begin the process of arresting all those fraudulent criminals? I will be happy to lead the charge should no one be brave enough to volunteer but I’m sick and tired of watching Americans find every excuse they can muster up to avoid being put in harm’s way.
Fight for what’s right or enjoy your flight. All will be remembered for which side they now choose. Corporate slave handlers or American Patriots.

Dave Hodges: Jade Helm Will End When World War III Begins

While the mainstream media redirects the public's attention to Pope Francis and his itinerary in the US, the aftermath of Jade Helm 15 continues in the background in the warm-up to WW3...
Jade Helm Will End When World War III Begins
Dave Hodges | The Common Sense Show
Sep 24, 2015
http://bit.ly/1LzP1q5
[snip]
The “Red List” extractions, under Jade Helm, will be carried out by Special Operations Forces. In order to re-establish social control, martial law would be implemented with a vengeance through the use of convention military forces such as the 82nd Airborne. In a nutshell, this is Jade Helm and the troops are waiting for the collapse.
“Never Let a Good Crisis Go to Waste”
As would any entity, the central bankers of this nation, the Federal Reserve, will do what is necessary to survive and that includes the continued plundering of the dollar, while not crashing the dollar beyond the point of not being to resurrect the dollar. For this Petrodollar scheme to continue, the BRICS anti-Petrodollar strategy must be eradicated and that means war against Russia and China and this is what the American military is preparing for.
All Wars Require Mobilization of Military Assets
Americans have been awestruck at the massive movement of troops around the country. The massive movement of troops seems out of proportion to the Jade Helm drill. Every state in the country is experiencing unprecedented military activity and now we are seeing foreign troops become part of the landscape (e.g. Russians, Danes, Canadians, et al.).
The Final Purpose
When the aerial assets of Pope AFB were moved, I became suspicious that Jade Helm was ultimately serving a larger purpose. Further, when we witnessed the recent announcement of sending our most sophisticated nuclear weaponry to Germany, I knew the final purpose of Jade Helm was to provide cover for the mobilization and the military buildup of assets needed to fight World War III.
Most journalists who have followed the horrific details of Jade Helm know that Jade Helm will eliminate all resistance to World War III through the removal of dissidents and the imposition of martial law. Now we are seeing the pre-positioning of military assets under the guise of Jade Helm for the purpose of fighting World War III which is a war of survival for the Federal Reserve and the Petrodollar. In actuality, this world war will be a war of depopulation and planetary unification and will be fought for the globalist banking interests in Basil.
Isn’t Jade Helm Over?
September 15th is only a date on a calendar and only a moron would believe that Jade Helm is over. The movement of men and material, under Jade Helm continues at breakneck speed and in ever-increasing volume. Consider the following email that I received last last week.
Hi Dave:
…traveling northbound on 49 just leaving Alexandria, Louisiana, I saw a convoy parked on the side of the highway. Didn’t get a good look at it because I was taking pictures as fast as I could at 70 MPH with the delay in my phone’s digital camera.
…I would estimate that unit to be at least battalion size. Again, because of the camera’s delay I wasn’t able to photograph the entire convoy. However, I did get the tail, point, and two samples in between.
Uniform of personnel on foot was ACUs with soft caps…
Thanks for the work you’re doing.

Jailed marriage clerk gives powerful testimony

Jailed marriage clerk gives powerful testimony

Tells Megyn Kelly: 'I have been redeemed ... that's available to anybody that wants that'

Megyn Kelly and Kim Davis
Megyn Kelly and Kim Davis

Kim Davis, the Kentucky county clerk who spent nearly a week in jail for defying a federal judge’s order to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, shared her Christian faith in a powerfully moving interview with Fox News host Megyn Kelly Wednesday night.
Responding to allegations from many on the left that she is motivated by bigotry and hatred toward homosexuals, Davis said, to the contrary, her actions have nothing to do with hate, but rather, stem entirely from her decision to give her life to Jesus Christ.
To violate the Bible’s millennia-old definition of marriage as the union of one man and one woman, she said, would be literally to deny her faith.
She revealed to Kelly that, anticipating the Supreme Court’s possible ruling on same-sex marriage, she had spent the entire year, since January, entreating her state’s legislators to fashion an accommodation for her and others but was ignored.
“I wrote every legislator and senator that we have in our state,” she said, “begging them, beseeching them, to get legislation on the floor to protect clerks like myself and many others who have religious objections, moral conflicts with this issue. I got one response.”

Watch Video:

Did she ever think she would end up jailed by U.S. District Judge David Bunning, who in previous rulings had sided with late-term abortion and homosexual clubs for kids?
"In America in 2015? No," she said. "Have we come to a place that we can't accommodate everybody? We cannot agree to disagree and still have respect for each other?
She continued: "It's never been a gay or lesbian issue for me. It's been about the word of God, (who) defined marriage from the beginning of time."
"Outlasting the Gay Revolution" spells out eight principles whereby Americans adhering to traditional, biblical moral values can counter ever-growing attacks on their freedoms of religion, speech and conscience.
Davis said the confrontation – which resulted when homosexual couples, who could have obtained a marriage license from other nearby locations, insisted she grant them one – was a setup.
"There was a media swarm around them. That's what it was all about," she said.
Knowing jail might be the consequence, why did Davis decide not to comply with the judge's order?
"The Christian faith, God's Word, states that a marriage is between one man and one woman. That's what rules my faith," she told Kelly.
"I've not judged anybody. I have given my life to Christ. I have been redeemed by the blood of Christ. That's available to anybody that wants that," she said.

Watch Video:

"You have millions of Christians who object to this whole same-sex marriage ... issue. Are their rights worth nothing?" she asked.
When Kelly mentioned President Obama's comments supporting religious freedom, Davis responded: "In 2015, when a county clerk can go to jail because she is upholding her religious beliefs, I'll have to question his statement."
In the big picture, she said, it didn't matter that the judge sent her behind bars for refusing to violate her faith.
"When I gave my life to the Lord, I vowed to serve him with my whole heart, mind and soul, every bit of strength I had.
"It's a heaven or hell issue for me," she said.
She also said she doesn't watch the news reports of her critics, including some who mock her looks and call her a "monster."
"I'm going to keep it that way," she added.

Watch Video:

"What people say about me does not define who I am, doesn't make me the person I am," she said.
WND reported when three judges on the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals refused Davis' request for an injunction against the Kentucky governor in her effort to obtain additional accommodations of her Christian-based objections to issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples.
But judges John Rogers, Bernice Donald and Damon Keith left alive her legal action, which will be assigned to a panel.
Although Davis is now removing her name from marriage licenses issued by her deputies, the judge and the governor both have declared the licenses to be fully valid.
That was not good enough for the ACLU, though, which is now demanding that Davis go back before the judge and possibly back to jail.
Davis is represented by the nonprofit Liberty Counsel.

Native Americans, Wyoming Officials Clash Over Devil’s Tower
by Sputnik | September 24, 2015

Over a dozen Native American tribes are calling for a Wyoming rock formation known as Devil’s Tower to be renamed, as they believe the name implies that Indian rituals performed there for centuries were devil worship.
Chief Arvol Looking Horse, spiritual leader of the Great Sioux Nation, is leading the effort, writing letters to US President Barack Obama as well as the US Board on Geographic Names. The petitions request that the formation in the Black Hills be renamed Bear Lodge, after a forest nearby.
The 1906 naming of the formation was based on a mistranslation. During an expedition in 1875, an interpreter had mistakenly told a US Army colonel that the term meant “Bad God’s Tower.” The phrase was later shortened to Devil’s Tower.
So far, the tribes are not having much luck, and are facing major pushback from Wyoming politicians as tourism officials claim that the name is an important part of their branding campaigns.
“We’ve worked very hard to make sure some of the state’s assets are easily recognizable to both domestic and international audiences,” Chris Mickey, spokesman for the Wyoming Office of Tourism, told Yahoo! News.
The request was supposed to be heard by a panel next year, however last week a state congressional delegation floated a bill that would block any name change, and federal legislation barring their request is pending.
Last month, Obama made headlines when he changed the name of North America’s highest peak, Mount McKinley in Alaska, back to its original name of Denali.
Looking Horse hopes that Obama will consider an executive order following suit in Wyoming.
