Government officials have the "human right" to refuse their duties, including the issuing of same-sex marriage licenses, if they feel it violates their conscience, the Pope says. The pontiff made the comment to reporters on his flight back to Rome as he reflected on his 10-day trip to Cuba and the US.

Asked specifically about Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis, who was jailed for refusing to issue gay marriage licenses, Pope Francis said he did not know the details of her case, but he upheld conscience objection as a human right.
He said: "It is a right. And if a person does not allow others to be a conscientious objector, he denies a right."
Ms Davis was thrust into the spotlight for her refusal to grant marriage licenses to any couples - gay or straight - in the wake of the US Supreme Court ruling in June that effectively legalized same-sex marriage.
The 49-year-old has cited her religious beliefs in refusing the requests, sparking a heavy mix of both outrage and support.
Francis said he supported individuals, including those working for the government, who refuse to abide by some laws.
He said: "Otherwise we would end up in a situation where we select what is a right, saying: 'This right has merit, this one does not'."

Expect the Japanese gov't to whitewash the news

To the extent the memory of Fukushima had faded over the last several years, the “fallout” (no pun intended) from the nuclear-like blast that tore through an industrial complex at the Chinese port of Tianjin last month served to remind the world of how far-reaching and unpredictable the consequences can be when disaster strikes at a site that houses potentially toxic materials.
For those unfamiliar, the explosion at Tianjin set the stage for an apocalyptic scenario whereby water soluble sodium cyanide could interact with incoming thunderstorms creating cyanide rain and while that doomsday-ish scenario didn’t play out in as dramatic a fashion as some feared, there was an eerie white foam covering the streets following the first rains that fell in the wake of the explosion.
In case Tianjin didn’t satisfy your thirst for potential cataclysms, just a few days after the explosion, Japan warned that Sakurajima (one of the country’s most active volcanos) was set to erupt. That was notable in and of itself, but what made the story especially amusing (if worrisome) was that just days earlier, Tokyo had greenlighted the reopening of the Sendai nuclear power plant which is located just 50 kilometers from Sakurajima. The reopening at Sendai marked the first nuclear reactor to be restarted in Japan since the Chernobyl redux at Fukushima in 2011. 
As The Guardian noted at the time, some experts claim “the restarted reactor at Sendai [is] still at risk from natural disasters,” despite the fact that it was the first nuclear plant to pass new regulations put in place by the country’s Nuclear Regulation Authority on the heels of the disaster in 2011.
Well, don’t look now but experts now say the No. 2 reactor at Fukushima may have suffered a complete meltdown. Here’s RT with more:

Fukushima’s reactor No.2 could have suffered a complete meltdown according to Japanese researchers. They have been monitoring the Daiichi nuclear power plant since April, but say they have found few signs of nuclear fuel at the reactor’s core.

The scientists from Nagoya University had been using a device that uses elementary particles, which are called muons. These are used to give a better picture of the inside of the reactor as the levels of radioactivity at the core mean it is impossible for any human to go anywhere near it.
However, the results have not been promising. The study shows very few signs of any nuclear fuel in reactor No. 2.
This is in sharp contrast to reactor No.5, where the fuel is clearly visible at the core, the Japanese broadcaster NHK reports.
TEPCO has used 16 robots to explore the crippled plant to date, from military models to radiation-resistant multi-
segmented snake-like devices that can fit through a small pipe.
However, even the toughest models are having trouble weathering the deadly radiation levels: as one robot sent into reactor No.1 broke down three hours into its planned 10-hour foray.
Despite TEPCO’s best efforts, the company has been accused of a number of mishaps and a lack of proper contingency measures to deal with the cleanup operation, after the power plant suffered a meltdown, following an earthquake and subsequent tsunami in 2011.
Recent flooding caused by Tropical Typhoon Etau swept 82 bags, believed to contain contaminated materials that had been collected from the crippled site, out to sea.
“On September 9th and 11th, due to typhoon no.18 (Etau), heavy rain caused Fukushima Daiichi K drainage rainwater to overflow to the sea,” TEPCO said in a statement, adding that the samples taken “show safe, low levels” of radiation.
“From the sampling result of the 9th, TEPCO concluded that slightly tainted rainwater had overflowed to the sea; however, the new sampling measurement results show no impact to the ocean,” it continued.

Yes, “no impact to the ocean,” other than this:

Much like how Chinese authorities swear that the Tianjin disaster has had no effect on sea life off China’s shores – unless you count the massive fish die-offs…

Congress moves closer to preventing a shutdown

Congress appears to be on the glide path to passing legislation to avert a government shutdown later this week as conservatives eager for a funding fight have now set December as the best time to confront President Obama on spending levels and abortion policies.
A stop-gap spending bill that would fund the government at current levels through Dec. 11 cleared a key procedural hurdle in the Senate Monday on a 77 to 19 vote — and the upper chamber is expected to pass the measure as soon as Tuesday.
If all goes according to the plan hatched by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnnell (R-Ky.) and Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio), the House could clear the stop-gap funding bill on Wednesday, averting a shutdown with hours to spare before the Oct. 1 deadline.
The only potential speed bump standing in the way of quick consideration of the bill in the Senate was Sen. Ted Cruz, but Senate leaders took procedural steps to limit the Texas Republican’s options.

Cruz railed against Planned Parenthood and the Iran deal on the Senate floor following the vote Monday, saying he believes the “votes are cooked” in Congress. He said a spending bill without any policy restrictions is “essentially a blank check” to Obama.
“That’s not very clean to me – it actually sounds like a very dirty funding bill,” Cruz said.
He and other conservatives for weeks have been calling on GOP leaders to confront Obama over abortion policies by using the spending bill needed to avert a shutdown this week to cut off funding for Planned Parenthood.
But they are now focusing their attention on December.
This turnabout occurred following House Speaker John Boehner’s (R-Ohio) announcement on Friday that he will resign at the end of October rather than continue to battle with the most conservative members over how aggressively to confront Obama over issues such as spending, abortion and the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare.
Conservatives now view December as the better time to challenge the president because there will be a new House GOP leadership team in place that they will pressure to take a tougher approach.
Republican leaders are moving ahead with a separate strategy for confronting Obama over Planned Parenthood and Obamacare by using the fast-track budget reconciliation process, under which bills can not be filibustered in the Senate. This would allow Republicans to pick a veto fight with the president.
Three House committees on Monday announced plans to begin the process of attempting to repeal parts of the president’s health care law and defund Planned Parenthood through the reconciliation process.
The House Ways and Means, Energy and Commerce and Education and the Workforce Committees will markup bills this week to start the reconciliation process. Once those bills pass the House, the Senate is expected consider them as well.
It is not clear that the reconciliation strategy will satisfy Cruz and other conservatives and cause them to abandon their argument that a government spending bill is the best way to challenge the president.
“This fight certainly isn’t over. We’ve got to remember that this is a short-term funding, a sort of patch, so we’ll likely be back here in December,” the Cruz ally said. “December will be a similar fight. It’s a new bite at the apple.”
Many GOP senators and moderate Republicans in the House are wary of conservatives attempts to force a government shutdown over Planned Parenthood or other differences with Obama. They worry Republicans will be blamed for a shutdown, hurting the part in advance of the 2016 elections.
For instance, Sen. Kelly Ayotte (R-N.H.) wrote to Cruz earlier this month asking him to detail his political strategy for defunding Planned Parenthood.
Ayotte wrote that she voted for a bill to redirect funds from Planned Parenthood to other women’s health providers but that legislation didn’t have enough votes pass, let alone enough votes to reverse a veto from Obama. She asked him to explain how he planned to overcome those hurdles.
“During the last government shutdown, I repeatedly asked you what your strategy for success was when we did not have the votes to achieve the goal of defunding Obamacare, but I did not receive an answer,” she wrote. “I am again asking this question and would appreciate you sharing your strategy for success with all of us before any damaging government shutdown becomes imminent.”
Similar tensions could arise again in December if threats of a shutdown fight resurface.

Perhaps I shall be able to defeat them and drive them out of the land, for I know that he whom you bless is blessed, and he whom you curse is cursed.” And the elders of Moab and the elders of Midian departed with the rewards of divination in their hand; and they came unto Balaam, and spake unto him the words of Balak (Numbers 22: 1-7).

satan was horrified that the people were about to enter the Promised Land, so he told Balak to send to Pethor in Mesopotamia for the Pontiff of the ancient world–his vicar on earth at that time!!

Pethor was by the Euphrates River in Mesopotamia.

Pethor in Mesopotamia was the Vatican of the ancient world and Balaam was the Supreme Pontiff of his day.  For a substantial fee, Balaam, riding on a humble donkey, was on his way to curse Israel when his own ass spoke with a man's voice.  Balaam was permitted to go with the princes of Moab, but he could only speak the words that JEHOVAH put in his mouth.

As the top religious leader of his day, Balaam could afford to make the long journey via camel or chariot. He could even be carried on men's shoulders if he wished. Instead, feigning humility, he made the journey on a humble ass. 

The dumb animal saw the angel of JEHOVAH standing in the way to block his journey, so Balaam beat her with his stick: 

Then JEHOVAH opened the mouth of the ass, and she said to Balaam, “what have I done to you, that you have struck me these three times?” And Balaam said to the ass, “because you have abused me. I wish there were a sword in my hand, for now I would kill you!” (Numbers 23:28-29). 

That story was placed in the Bible to show that an ASS can talk. satan spoke through a serpent in the Garden of Eden to tempt Adam and Eve. 

Saint Paul–the founder of true Christianity at Rome–said that all the events that happened to Old Covenant Israel were meant to preview the history of the New Covenant Israel:

Now all these things happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come (I Corinthians 10:11). 

When the center of world empire moved west from Babylon, Persia, and Greece, the Peter of Mesopotamia also moved west to Rome. 

The Vatican is the modern day Pethor or Peter!!

The name 'Vatican' is from the Latin vatic and means a place of fortunetelling, sorcery, and divination. Centuries before Christianity, Rome had a PETER . . . that is JU-PETER (Zeus-Peter).

The whole superstructure of the Church of Rome is built on the legend that an Apostle of Christ named 'Simon Peter' founded Christianity in the imperial city....To question it is to be dammed to hell forever.... Here is that dogma from the Canons and Decrees of the Council of Trent:

I recognize the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Roman church as the mother and mistress of all churches; and I promise and swear due allegiance to the Roman pontiff, successor of St. Peter, prince of the apostles, and successor of Jesus Christ. (Canons and Decrees of the Council of Trent, Of the Oath of the Profession of Faith). 

To buttress that claim, they quote two verses of Scripture from St. Matthew Chapter 16:

And I (Jesus) say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give to thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind upon earth, it shall be bound also in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth, it shall be loosed also in heaven (Matthew 16:18-19, Douay-Rheims Version). 

Everything in the Vatican is based upon the myth of a man named 'Simon Peter' founding a church at Rome. 

No Apostle of Christ named 'Simon Peter'!!

The real name of the Apostle who was given the keys of the kingdom of heaven was Simeon bar Jonah (Simeon son of Jonah). Simeon was a common Jewish name like Joshua, and it means HEARING in Hebrew:

And he (Andrew) brought him to Joshua. And when Joshua beheld him he said "thou are Simeon the son of Jonah, thou shalt be called CEPHAS," which is by interpretation, a STONE (John 1:42, Scrivener translation). 

Cephas is just one of 2 words for a STONE in Koine or common Greek. The real name of that Apostle was Simeon Cephas. Simeon Stone in English.
Here is that same verse from the Douay-Rheims Version: 

And he brought him to Jesus. And Jesus looking upon him, said: Thou art Simon the son of Jona. Thou shalt be called Cephas, which is interpreted Peter (John 1:42, Douay-Rheims Version). 

The Jewish Messiah absolutely prohibited calling anyone on earth a 'PATER' OR 'PETER':

And call none your father (Gr. pater) upon earth; for one is your father, who is in heaven (Matthew 23:9, Douay-Rheims Version). 

The ancient Greeks had 2 words for FATHER. A pater or peter meant a spiritual leader or head. The other word is now lost. Here is how that verse should be translated:

And call no man upon the earth your PATER, for one is your Abba who is in heaven (Matthew 23:9, Scrivener translation). 

Saint Paul–the founder of true Christianity at Rome–knew that there was no such apostle as Simeon or Simon Peter:

Do we not have authority to lead about a sister, a wife, as well as the other apostles, and as the brothers of JEHOVAH, and as Cephas? (I Corinthians 9:5). 

Here that very same verse from the Douay-Rheims Version:

Have we not power to carry about a woman, a sister as well as the rest of the apostles and the brethren of the Lord and Cephas? (I Corinthians 9:5, Douay-Rheims Version). 

After Simeon Cephas had a miraculous escape from prison (Acts Ch. 12), he went eastward to preach the Gospel to the Jews in Babylon and Mesopotamia:

The Congregation that is at Babylon, elected together with you, salutes you, and so does Marcus my son (II St. Cephas 5:13). 

The Peter in Mesopotamia was still in existence at that time, and that is how the legend of Simeon Peter or Simon Peter began. 

No sorcery or divination against Israel!!

Even though his dumb ass spoke to him and warned him to go back, Balaam was absolutely determined to collect his wages:

Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; but was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbad the madness of the prophet (II St. Cephas 2:14-15). 

Our great JEHOVAH turned the tables on him and he could not collect his fee. Balaam said:

How shall I curse whom Elohim hath not cursed? or how shall I defy whom JEHOVAH hath not defied? (Numbers 23:8). 

Martin Luther answered that question by saying "ask the Pope!" 

The false prophet Balaam uttered one of the most famous prophecies in the Bible:

Surely their is no sorcery against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel, according to this time is shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath Elohim wrought! (Numbers 23:23). 

Even though Balaam uttered fantastic prophecies which all came to pass, and spoke directly with JEHOVAH, he was still a COUNTERFEIT who died by the sword of the Israelites that he had come to curse:

And they slew the kings of Midian, beside the rest of them that were slain; namely, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five kings of Midian: Balaam also the son of Beor they slew with the sword (Numbers 31:8).

Don't let the "Peter" of Rome make an ASS out of you. Believe in Christ the Messiah today because he only is the Rock of Ages. King David said:

There apparently is no “Iran Deal”

The ‘Iran Deal’ Was Not Signed by Iran or Anyone Else!

Neither Iran nor any other party has signed the 'Iran Deal.' That means there is no formal agreement. That means nothing bars Iran's race to nuclear weapons.

The Nuclear Iran Deal that is at the epicenter of a Congressional battle and the focus of so much attention for months is not actually any deal at all, as not one of the parties, including any representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has signed the Agreement.

This morning, Sept. 18, Cong. Mike Pompeo (R-KS-04) sent a letter to Secretary of State John Kerry. In that letter Pompeo informed the Secretary that while reviewing the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (Nuclear Iran Deal), he noted that there are no signatures on the so-called final Agreement.

Without signatures, there can be no legally binding contract.

There apparently is no “Iran Deal.”

Pompeo asked Kerry to provide a copy of the JCPOA with signatures and signing authority, so that members of Congress and the rest of the American people know that the parties to the agreement have “confirm[ed] each country’s commitment to the agreement” and that “makes clear precisely who the parties to the agreement are and the authority under which that nation entered into the agreement.”

International affairs scholar and Iran expert Michael Ledeen pointed out more than two months ago that Iran’s Ayatollah Khameini would not allow his country to sign the JCPOA. Ledeen’s point then, and today, is that the desperation exhibited by the Obama administration made clear to the Iranian leader that “there is no reason for him to approve a hated deal with the devil. It’s much better to keep talking until all the sanctions are gone, and Iran’s ‘right’ to pursue its nuclear projects is fully recognized.”

It appears that Ledeen’s prediction was dead-on. If there is no signed agreement, even the feeble conditions placed on Iran by Team Kerry’s negotiators are unenforceable.

When asked what then, is the current status of the JCPOA, assuming the administration did not just, oh, forget to distribute to Congress the signed version, Ledeen told the Jewish Press: “It’s a verbal agreement. It means the diplomats meeting in Vienna thought it was a good agreement, but that is all. It is not enforceable.”

Ledeen said he could not think of any other major international agreement, certainly not any of the portentous nature of the Iran Deal, where lawmakers moved forward to begin implementation without having a signed agreement in place.

“Anyone who has read in the media that the ‘Iran Deal’ was signed has to now know they were lied to, it has not happened.”

So what next?

Congress could, conceivably, pass a law forbidding the lifting of sanctions. That’s been tried, you say? True, but will the same members of Congress who support the deal, the same ones who never read significant portions of the deal, and who had those portions explained to them by people who themselves never read the deal are willing to once again vote against or even bar a vote on a stay on the lifting of sanctions when they know there is nothing preventing Tehran from violating any of the purportedly agreed-to conditions? Will they really?

Cong. Pompeo’s letter to Secretary Kerry follows:

Dear Secretary Kerry:

I have reviewed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) between the P5+1 and Islamic Republic of Iran – or at least the parts of the agreement that were provided to Congress by the administration.  As you know, pursuant to H. Res. 411, the House of Representatives considers the documents transmitted on July 19, 2015 incomplete in light of the fact that the secret side deals between the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Islamic Republic of Iran were not provided to Congress.  I look forward to seeing the entire agreement – including the two secret side deals that are part of the JCPOA – so that Congress may continue to evaluate the JCPOA and, depending on the outcome of the vote under the relevant provisions of the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act, potentially end the current and continuing prohibition of the lifting of sanctions on Iran.

During that review, I found that the copies provided to Congress of the JCPOA are not signed by any of the P5+1 members nor by Iran.  Having never seen an international agreement of this magnitude not signed by the parties or an agent of the parties, I assume this is simply an oversight or an administrative error.  That is, Congress must not have the final version of the agreement that would necessarily be signed.  I request that you provide us with copies of a final, executed copy of the JCPOA.  In the event that the JCPOA has not yet been signed by the parties, please inform us (a) when signatures will be placed on the agreement, (b) what parties will be signing, and (c) which person you anticipate will sign on behalf of each of those parties, including on behalf of the United States.

I am confident that you intended for the JCPOA to be signed by each of the P5+1 participants.  I can find no international agreement of this “historic” nature that was not signed by the parties.  Each of the past five major nuclear agreements to which the U.S. is a party – SALT I, SALT II, START I, START II and the 1994 Agreed Framework between the United States and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea – were signed by representatives of each nation that was party to the agreement.  This is not a mere formality.  Those signatures represent the commitment of the signatory and the country on whose behalf he or she is signing.

A signature also serves to make clear precisely who the parties to the agreement are and the authority under which that nation entered into the agreement.  In short, just as with any legal instrument, signing matters.

This is particularly important with respect to JCPOA.  Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has made clear that he does not believe that JCPOA is legally binding on his nation, saying, “If the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action is sent to (and passed by) parliament, it will create an obligation for the government.  It will mean the president, who has not signed it so far, will have to sign it.  Why should we place an unnecessary legal restriction on the Iranian people?”

Given the many benefits that will accrue to the ayatollahs, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, and other unsavory elements of the Iranian regime, I believe that Iran should, at the very least, bind itself to the few requirements placed on it under the JCPOA by signing the agreement.  I also believe that the United States and its P5+1 partners on the JCPOA should execute the agreement on behalf of their countries.  I look forward to your response.

President Obama’s plan to “internationalize” the Internet may be unconstitutional, key members of Congress are claiming.
The group of lawmakers sent a letter to the Government Accountability Office last week, saying the plan to relinquish oversight of Internet domain name functions to a global, multi-stakeholder body raised questions about the administration’s “authority to transfer possession and control of critical components of the Internet’s infrastructure to a third party.”
The letter was signed by the chairmen of both congressional judiciary committees, Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va; presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif. Issa is also a former chairman of the House Oversight Committee.
The lawmakers point out that the Constitution says “Congress has the exclusive power ‘to dispose of and make all needful rules and regulations respecting the territory or other property belonging to the United States.'”

Although the big Vatican/Rothschild love-fest at the United Nations is continuing even as this weekly goes out, it is already clear that the hopes for massive changes in how we run this planet have not been realized. What we saw instead was theatrics, the reopening of old wounds and vague promises to do good things by 2030. The biggest insult to the intelligence of people around the world was Chinese President Xi Jinping’s promise to spend $1 billion a year until then on fighting poverty. On a global scale this is less than chickenfeed and amounts to about 0.0003 cents per day for the world’s poorest people.

Then there was the agreement announced by so many countries, including China, the United States and Russia, to take action against “global warming.” This made it clear the “global warming” Rothschild faction was on the ascendant and the perpetual “war on terror” Bush/Netanyahu/Neocon faction was losing the cabal power struggle.

Another sign the Bush/Neocon/Netanyahu Zionazi faction is losing was the fact Bush/Netanyahu allies such US House Speaker John Boehner and “ISIS tsar” General John Allen were both forced to resign last week. Boehner was told by Pope Francis to resign because he sponsored the trip in March by war criminal Benyamin Netanyahu to speak to the Congress, according to CIA sources. General Allen was forced to quit because he was “cooking intelligence,” “sabotage,” and supporting ISIS with airdrops, according to Pentagon sources.

The White Dragon faction supports the removal of these individuals but believes the military industrial complex needs to take much bigger, bolder action on behalf of the people of the planet. Marine General Joseph Dunford was sworn in last week as top military honcho and is expected to give the WDS a big boost in its efforts to take control of the financial system, and thus the world’s future, from inbred families and return it to the people.

If the new leadership at the Pentagon takes action against the Federal Reserve Board criminals, they can return $300,000 in stolen funds to each and every man, woman and child in the US and have plenty for the rest of the world too. The WDS will be happy to explain exactly how this can be done.

For now though, the most visible and dramatic changes continue to take place in the Midde-East where Israel is being liberated from Zionazi fascist control.

Fear of the Confederate battle flag led to the lockdown of a Georgia high school last week.

A sophomore student in Polk County, Georgia, walked through his high school’s cafeteria Sept. 23 with the Confederate flag on his backpack. The school went on lockdown status just hours after the white teenager had an altercation with two black students.
“They wanted to confront him about what he had on his backpack. What did they say? ‘Hey man, why you doing that?’” Principal Wesley Cupp of Rockmart High School told the Fox-5 Atlanta Sept. 25.
The school decided to conduct a lockdown drill after rumors spread of additional students having the flag at school, Fox-5 reported.
“We just did that as a precautionary situation to help maintain and control what could have been a bad situation,” Mr. Cupp said, the network reported. “When you become a distraction where students can’t learn because of a distraction, then that needs to be removed.”
Cupp said all three students involved in the incident were suspended.
National sensitivity to the Confederate flag spiked over the summer when Dylann Roof, 21, was arrested and charged with the June 17 Emanuel AME Church massacre in Charleston, South Carolina. Police apprehended him July 18 in Shelby, North Carolina.
An online manifesto written by Roof included images of him posing with the Confederate battle flag.
Six women and three men died during the Emanuel AME Church shooting.
Paul Marshall, Lela Gilbert and Nina Shea have collaborated to create “Persecuted: The Global Assault on Christians,” which confirms that groups like Pew Research, Newsweek and The Economist also identify Christians as “the world’s most widely persecuted religious group.”
Circuit Judge J.C. Nicholson has set Roof’s trial for July 11, 2016.
Roof faces nine counts of murder by the state of South Carolina along with 33 federal counts including hate crime charges, NBC News reported July 22.

A federal court in this border city dropped all charges against a Syrian woman and her brother in law, a U.S. Citizen, who were arrested as they attempted to enter the U.S. from Mexico.
As reported by Breitbart Texas, U.S. Customs and Border Protection arrested 27-year-old Walaa Alrehawi and her brother-in-law 46-year-old Mohammad Ziad Alzalam last week in the border city of Hidalgo on the charge of misusing a U.S. passport.
Court records obtained by Breitbart Texas revealed that Ziad traveled to Beirut, Lebanon, to pick up Alrehawi and the two allegedly used a U.S. passport belonging to Ziad’s wife to fly to Frankfurt, Germany. From there, the two flew to the Mexican resort town of Cancun and then made their way to the Mexican city of Reynosa, where they arrived at the international bridge and split up as Ziad tried to enter as a citizen while Alrehawi arrived trying to request asylum.
CBP officers had charged the two with misuse of a U.S. Passport, however, the very next day the U.S Attorney’s Office filed a motion to dismiss all charges “with prejudice”  stating that the move came “in the interest of justice.”
