I listened today for a couple of hours as the last of the four who were held up at the Oregon Wildlife refuge left. It was an intense time as David Fry, after almost two hours, came out with his friends. However, behind the scenes, things are taking a very strange twist.

 

In an exclusive interview with Jason Van Tatenhove, media director for Oathkeepers, he told Freedom Outpost that there have been reports of 68 warrants against Americans who stood alongside Cliven Bundy in Nevada in 2014 and several involved in standing between the Bureau of Land Management and the Sugar Pine Mine. 

 

Van Tatenhove said that Oathkeepers were in the process of seeking to confirm the number of indictments and may have that information available later on Thursday's broadcast of NorthWest Liberty News with Jim White and Tim Brown at 4pm EST.

 

"We are trying to verify this information through intelligence sources with deep contacts DHS and whatnot… there are 68 new warrants stemming back through Bundy Ranch and the other mine operations," Van Tatenhove said. "We're trying to reach out to the FBI to confirm."

 

Van Tatenhove has an interest in these warrants as he stood at Bundy Ranch in 2014 against the BLM siege with the Bundys.

 

Additionally, during our interview, Jason was able to provide me with current information. In addition to Cliven Bundy being arrested in Oregon on Wednesday evening, Blaine Cooper was also arrested on Thursday morning in Springdale, Utah. Cooper, as you may recall, referred to Senator John McCain as a traitor during a townhall meeting.

 

If that was not enough, reports are that Victoria Sharp's family's house has been surrounded by agents. Sharp, as you may recall, provided eyewitness testimony of the murder of LaVoy Finicum and also said that over one hundred shots were fired into their vehicle in an attempt to kill the occupants.

 

Two other persons were arrested in Mesquite on Wednesday. From the information that Van Tatenhove shared with me, "Skipper," who has been at Bundy Ranch as Cliven Bundy's bodyguard since October and another man referred to as "Joker Jay" met in a Wal-mart parking lot around 9:10pm on Wednesday. Sources tell us that the men arrived in separate vehicles and were tackled by FBI agents.

 

According to the information passed onto me by Van Tatenhove, "They were handcuffed and put in separate vehicles and taken to the Holiday Inn parking lot where there were more FBI cars. Agents in full tactical "battle rattle" were present. Skipper was questioned and gave as short answers as possible."

 

Skipper was released, but Jay was charged with impeding officers at the Oregon refuge. Jay was then transported to Las Vegas Metro and is currently being held in the Henderson, Nevada detention center, according to a message Skipper received from Jay's sister.

 

All of this is coming down pretty fast as Cliven Bundy's flight into Oregon on Wednesday was prefaced by his call for the American people, patriots and militia to "wake up!" because "it's time!"

HARNEY COUNTY COURT & FEDS AGREE ON OREGON WILDLIFE 'OCCUPATION':

"THESE PEOPLE WERE COMMITTING A 'CRIME', NOT THE DC GOVERNMENT!"

In a statement released by Harney County Court on the end of the 41 day Oregon Wildlife occupation, the court claimed that the protesters acted criminally, but said nothing of the criminal usurpation of controlling land by the federal government. To no one's surprise, the unconstitutional agency known as the US Fish & Wildlife supported that claim. 

 

Following the occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, the Harney County Court issued the following statement: 

 

Statement from @HarneyCountyGov on the end of the armed occupation. 

 

 

"The occupation at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge is over," the statement read. "Law enforcement will now be able to begin the process of clearing booby traps and processing the crime scene.

Let's be clear, armed occupation of 'federal property' is a crime.  It is not a peaceful protest, and the illegal taking of federal property is a matter rightly dealt with by the FBI."

The problem is that, according to the few remaining holdouts (listen below), not only did they clean up the place that they occupied but they also discovered that it had not been taken care of properly and numerous documents were found which, according to sources who have contacted this writer, have been photographed and moved outside the refuge area. That information is said to be "damning" to the 'federal government'. 

There were not "booby traps" laid. There is no "crime scene." The only crime I've witnessed in the entire matter was when government employees gunned down an unarmed man in cold blood in the middle of nowhere.

Noticeably missing from the court's statement was the fact that the actual criminal act is by the 'federal government' itself.

As has been pointed out before, that land does not lawfully belong to the DC government, but rather to the people of the State of Oregon, as well as any other federal land that is outside the ten square miles authorized in the Constitution, or has been purchased with authorization by the state legislatures for appropriate buildings per the Constitution.

The Constitution is clear about what land the federal government may possess and for what purposes. Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2 of the US Constitution states:

The Congress shall have Power to dispose of and make all needful Rules and Regulations respecting the Territory or other Property belonging to the United States...."

However, that power is limited immensely in Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 about 'federal' control of land..

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of Particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings– (Emphasis added).  

So, the only people who are actually violating the law are the feds, period. 

Being armed is not a crime. It's protected under the Second Amendment. 

Protesting your government is not a crime. It's protected under the First Amendment. 

The people of Harney County should see to it that every judge in the kangaroo court in Harney County be impeached for bad behavior by siding with the criminals rather than those who have been violated.

The unconstitutional (not authorized by the US Constitution) agency wrote, "We are relieved that the 'illegal occupation' of Malheur NWR is over."

Sadly, the only relief they feel is that the apparent silencing of voices of those pointing out their crimes, but there are literally thousands of us openly declaring the same thing. They can't shut us all up!

WHAT ALL AMERICANS NEED TO KNOW ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON’S ALLEGED SAP COMPROMISE--MAJ ED COET, USA (RET)

<<<< My name is Ed Coet. I am a retired US Army Intelligence Officer. In my last job in the army I was the Chief of the Human Intelligence Branch for the US European Command in Stuttgart, Germany. In that capacity I was also the Designated Program Manager for a Special Access Program (SAP) like the SAP that Hillary Clinton is alleged to have compromised in the most recent State Department Inspector General report to Congress and which has been widely reported in the news. Here is what I personally know about SAP’s and what I can attest to in an unclassified forum:

 

1. The name of each SAP is itself classified Top Secret because the information within the SAP is far and above Top Secret.

 

2. SAP’s are so sensitive that even people who have security clearances giving them access to Top Secret Sensitive Compartment Information (TS SCI), an enormously high security clearance level, cannot have accesses to a SAP unless they receive a special indoctrination into the SAP based on an operational “must know” that exceeds all other “need to know” standards.

 

3. Being “read on” for a SAP is far more than acknowledging in writing that you have been briefed on the SAP.  It is an in-depth “indoctrination” into the given SAP, and each SAP is itself compartmented separately from other SAPS. Having access to one SAP does not give you access to another SAP, and in fact rarely does. Only a tiny handful of people have knowledge of all SAP’s. SAP’s are the most stringently compartmented and protected information in the entire US government.

 

4. Unlike Top Secret SCI which is maintained in highly secure Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilitates (SCIF’s) managed by specially trained Special Security Officers (SSO’s) at various levels of command, every single SAP is managed by an individually designated Program Manager for each individual SAP covering an entire theater of operations. In other words, SAP Program Managers are far fewer in number than there is SSO’s. SSO’s are not cleared to even know about SAP’s or to maintain information about them in their already enormously secure SCIF’s. How SAP’s are secured cannot be discussed because of the sensitive beyond Top Secret nature in which it is done.

 

5. Unlike individuals with the highest Top Secret SCI access security clearances, who must undergo a special background information with periodic “bring-up” background investigation, those tiny few who have access to SAP’s must also endure periodic polygraph tests in addition to the most comprehensive of special background investigations. I used to have to schedule four-star generals and admirals to be polygraphed in order for them to maintain their access to my SAP. Many generals and admirals who obviously have the highest security clearances still did not rate being indoctrinated into my SAP. In fact, they didn’t even know the SAP existed.

 

6. Compromise of a SAP is the single most dangerous security violation that can ever happen to the USA. Even the enormously damaging revelations of the Edward Snowden’s TOP Secret SCI security compromise does not reach the level of a SAP compromise.

 

7. To put SAP information in to an unsecured sever like Hillary Clinton’s unsecured server is a class one felony that could, in some cases, result in life in prison. That is because such a compromise is so dangerous that it could and likely will result in the death of people protected by and within the scope of the SAP.

 

As a former SAP Program Manager I believe it is inconceivable that if it is verified that Hillary Clinton’s server actually had SAP information on it that she could possibly escape indictment and criminal prosecution. As hard as it is to imagine, that would even be worse than electing to not prosecute a mass murdering serial killer because even they could not inflict as much damage on our country as the compromise of a SAP. Compromise of a SAP not only could -- but without doubt would -- cause serious damage to our national security.

 

If it is true that Hillary Clinton had SAP information on her unsecured server, whether it was marked or not, you can be sure that the FBI will strongly recommend that charges be brought against Hillary Clinton and continue in an exhaustive investigation to trace back to every single person that had even the tiniest role in this unbelievable security compromise.

 

If the Attorney General, through “proprietorial discretion,” elected not to prosecute this crime, I believe congress would have no alternative but to impeach her, and the FBI would then have no choice but to conduct a criminal investigation of her for a deliberate cover up –- so grave is this security violation.

 

If President Obama were to pardon Hillary Clinton for a compromise of this magnitude he would render himself in the historical record as an “enemy of the state,” and could himself face criminal prosecution –- so grave is such a security compromise. Nobody, not even the POTUS could get away with something like this in our system of government. If anyone could escape persecution for compromising a SAP, we are deep trouble as a nation. No president who loves this country and is true to his oath would ever allow anyone, not even his or her closest and most loved relative, to get away with a SAP compromise. It is simply unimaginable that this could ever happen.

 

If the ongoing investigation finds that Hillary Clinton compromised a SAP, then we all should know with certainty, regardless of political persuasion, that she is entirely unfit to hold public office of any kind let alone President of the USA -- and ALL Americans should never tolerate it. Compromising a SAP is an absolute “disqualifier” for public office and access to our nation’s most sensitive information - period. >>>

Appearing on ‘The Empire Files,’ retired U.S. Army Col. Lawrence Wilkerson told Abby Martin that the Abu Ghraib torture photos inspired him to speak out against U.S. imperialism.

WASHINGTON — Disgusted by the infamous Abu Ghraib torture photos, an assistant to the Bush administration now speaks out against the excesses of American empire.

“I knew that the United States had been involved in heinous activities,” explained retired U.S. Army Col. Lawrence Wilkerson, during a Dec. 11 interview with journalist Abby Martin on her TV show, “The Empire Files."

“I never knew in any time in our history where those bad things had not only been authorized by the highest levels in the land, but encouraged by the highest levels in the land."

In addition to his service in the military, Wilkerson was an assistant to Colin Powell, when Powell was the national security advisor during the Reagan administration. When Powell became secretary of state in the George W. Bush administration, Wilkerson served as his chief of staff until the news of the impending leak of torture photos caused a break between Wilkerson and the administration.

After a lengthy legal battle, on Friday the ACLU forced the Pentagon to release 200 more photos of torture and war crimes by U.S. military personnel, but thousands more remain classified.  Under President Barack Obama, many of Bush’s policies have expanded, with the U.S. military now involved in local conflicts or stationed at bases in over 100 countries, including throughout Africa.

In his interview with Martin, Wilkerson asserted that the military-industrial complex, which President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned Americans about in his famous 1961 farewell address, sustains the U.S. economy and has permeated every facet of American government and society. “We aren’t going to correct this until something serious happens to correct the ship of state, which might also sink the ship of state,” Wilkerson warned.

“Today, the purpose of U.S. foreign policy is to support the complex in the national security state that is fueled, funded, and powered by interminable war and the ramifications thereof,” Wilkerson explained, later noting: “Capital is the driving force of the world."

According to his analysis, corporate and commercial interests are steering the “ship of state” in the direction of unsustainable growth, which in turn requires an ever-expanding war machine. Even when military officials retire, they frequently become lobbyists or even members of the media, where they continue to promote an agenda that leads to endless war.

U.S. intelligence agencies also serve this corporate agenda, Wilkerson added, bending their reports to fit the needs of Wall Street to create more military action. As examples, he cited the falsified reports of weapons of mass destruction that led to a deadly, genocidal war in Iraq.

Similarly, Wilkerson cited the controversial, disputed reports that Syrian President Bashar Assad used chemical weapons on his own population.

In his own investigation of these reports, Wilkerson personally interviewed a variety of intelligence officials, but found that none could confirm that Assad had used chemical weapons.

In fact, he said, “the evidence looked more strongly for other parties than the president,” such as rebel forces.

Wilkerson told Martin that U.S. actions in Ukraine and the Middle East are driven by a proxy war between the United States and Russia, and a similar cold war-style conflict with China.

The conflict in “isn’t about al-Qaida or the Taliban anymore,” he explained, but rather conflict with these other superpowers over control over resources like oil and water.

Chillingly, he added that, “The U.S. presence in Afghanistan, I will predict right now, will not go away for another half century … And it will grow."

The former military leader argued that little short of a revolution can change the destructive growth of U.S. empire. “Empire never has enough, that’s the nature of imperial power,” he said.

A true Medicine Man will only use "pure" herbs with no chemical additives.

What does it mean to "Come Full Circle"?

A Medicine Man's herbal formulas will repair the damage done to one's body caused by holding negative emotional energy from within; which overtime will manifest into disease. But one must then "Come Full Circle" to heal what has created the disease or otherwise in time it will only return. One must bring back BALANCE. It has been scientifically proven that DNA weakness such as "albinism" is caused by emotional pain & these weaknesses can even be transferred through ancestral lineage. Please note that the trees, plants, & animals carry the exact same DNA markers as humans;
therefore they are too entitled to separate & equal station here on Earth or otherwise it will fall.

For example:

Diabetes means that "One has lost the sweetness in life". Therefore the emotional weakness has created a crack in the Aura of the body which has allowed a "parasite' to enter. Most diabetics also suffer from vision loss which means "One can no longer see joy in their future."

Therefore one must take a "spiritual journey" from deep within and look at what has created the imbalance in their life and created the emotional weaknesses. We are all given "Free Will Choice" therefore we can either take a left path & stay in the darkness (or some choose to just pop a pill & just check out) or take a right path & find a way back to the light. Therefore, a Medicine Man must always respect the choice of which path a person choices for to interfere could result in taking on another's Karma. So taking the recommended herbal formulas with discipline is a responsibility of the individual.

How does one begin a "Spiritual Journey"?

It begins by one choosing to walk away from their "old" life in order to begin a "new"; which this includes walking away from the world of materialism & possessions. For most people will tell you that it is when their world is consumed with materialism & money that they begin to be enslaved and lose their dreams & passions in life. As the word clearly states these possessions begin to "possess" you. It is O.k. to have possessions as long as there is no emotional attachment such as arrogance, or envy for they make us only think of "I" and remove us from the family of humanity as "WE". We must also take a look at ourselves to see if we have are out of BALANCE with Mother Earth - what is one's carbon imprint on the planet? Please note that people who suffer from massive heart attacks have lost all love & joy in their lives & only care about money, wealth, & power.

Why is "Holistic Medicine" a way of life?

For it is our belief that one must connect mind, body, and spirit. Therefore when your body is giving you pain or sickness, it is only communicating that you have an imbalance taking place within your spirit. It will even communicate to you that the foods you eating are not good for you; therefore one must "Come Full Circle" to change their diets or addictive bad habits in order to maintain ultimate health.

Why is the Body's Aura (Energy Field) so important?

When you learn to practice Shamanism as a Medicine Man does and live in that highest vibration of love; you will find that sickness and pain will become almost non-existence other than the negative energy that is transferred by others when they throw out anger or jealousy. A true Medicine Man can sense a person's aura and tell them exactly where the negative energy of pain or disease is located. Most people who have X-rays or lab results are shocked for without disclosing the results they are amazed at how accurate and even more precise a Medicine Mans findings are.

How do you clear the negative energy you get from others?

It is referred to as being "Spiritually Clean"; which doesn't mean you have to be a saint, for I know a few Shaman who use curse words like sailors. It is accomplished through meditation, spiritual smudging (usually with sage & sweet grass) and by taking ancient herbal clearing baths on a regular basis which consist of meditation & prayer; detoxing on a regular basis is a must! Many people who claim to be healers are usually very sick for they do not practice spiritual clearing, but rather transfer negative energy is passed from one person to another by touch. "GROUNDING" with Mother Earth daily through Nature is very important.

What are methods of "Grounding" with Mother Earth?

By taking off those rubber sole shoes that prevent you from grounding. Get barefoot in the grass or the dirt and meditate. Sit by a tree or on a boulder for their energy will ground you as well. Medicine Men also perform "Spiritual Clearings" using crystals, and other stones that are charged with LOVE energy that remove all negativity from the body. People complain that the price is high for the clearing, but a Shaman is at risk of taking on another person's demonic possession including death when the entities are cleared from the body.

Is it true that Medicine Men heal from the "Spiritual Realm"?

It is what is referred to as "Leaving in Spirit". Most people who have had this experience state that the Medicine Man will come to them in their sleep & that they become so relaxed that they felt semi-paralyzed. It was then said that it felt like a digital scanner moving across the affected area. The next day all pain and sickness was gone and the person's energy level boosted. A few red marks appeared at the site, but was gone within 24 hours.

Why is there so much pain & suffering in the world today?

Maybe it is our Creator's way of showing us that we are truly the Creators of our own misery; and maybe we need to feel what it is that we have done to one another by choosing hatred rather than love. And maybe this is all necessary so that we realize just how fragile LOVE is:

My discussion with Archbishop George was much to this point.  If we allow criminals--- acting as bankers and lawyers----to undermine a people's lawful government and thereby convert its purpose to evil ends, it doesn't matter how the people vote or who occupies a political office. The result of running a guillotine is always the same. 

The result of worshiping graven images and idols of gold is always the same, too.  When the same criminally commandeered Machine forces us to value pieces of paper and metal above love, health, or justice--- then insanity and death are the only outcomes, both for governments and men. 

The theft of labor from people without their consent via the sale of CUSIP Bonds is enslavement and peonage, both of which were outlawed  in 1926.  So, why are we still mired down struggling over this?  

The creation of incorporated "personas" to entrap and enslave living people together with the practice of personage and barratry that goes with it is the rankest kind of  substitution fraud known to man. 

Again, why are we mired down in this, when it has been outlawed for two hundred years? 

Press-ganging has also been outlawed since the Napoleonic Era, so how is it that Americans and Canadians and so many others have been kidnapped off the jurisdiction of the land and plundered by members of the Bar Associations acting in gross criminality? 

Again, Francis, why are we mired down in this, and inland piracy, too, when all of this has been outlawed worldwide for hundreds of years? 

War was outlawed in 1928 by the Kellogg-Briand Pact, but we are still fighting wars all over the world as "police actions"--which is just another euphemism for the same old crime. 

Innocent people are being killed in Oregon by commercial mercenaries acting under color of law on our soil, impersonating employees of our lawful government operating under an an old familiar brand name -- "FBI"-- so as to make people think that they have authority they don't have and motives they don't have, either.  

There is nothing so difficult to understand about any of this. 

It is all crime, top to bottom, front to back, obvious, observable, undeniable CRIME and it has been properly reported to the authorities without appropriate resulting prosecution of the criminals, because the criminals have been allowed to run the Justice system. 

There is nothing so difficult about the solution, either.

Hear us when we say that we repudiate the odious debt that the IMF doing business as the UNITED STATES piled up "in our names".

Hear us when we say that the FEDERAL RESERVE is nothing but a glorified crime syndicate that worked gross fraud against the American people in 1933 and is trying to work the same basic fraud again. 

Hear us when we say that we do NOT accept the offer of the  FEDERAL RESERVE doing business as THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to act as Successor to Contract to The Constitution for the united States of America or any pretended successor "constitution". 

Hear us when we say that we are not obligated to pay for any services received under conditions of monopoly inducement, and that we don't recognize any contract with THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Hear us when we say that the "Global Debt Facility" is just a Drop Box for guilty banks to try to off-load purloined assets that belong to the Priority Creditors of  governmental services corporations these same banks bankrupted back in the 30's. These banks--- the World Bank and IBRD and Federal Reserve-- came in as Secondary Creditors and bare-faced claimed that the Priority Creditors had "abandoned" their property and were "unknown". 

We know who the Priority Creditors are and so do you.  

We are right here where we always were, and always easy enough to find when the perpetrators of all these crimes wanted to send us a misrepresented bill for their services or send their private debt collectors--- also operating under color of law---to harass us and bring false claims against our private and public property assets. 

Hear us when we tell you that the free sovereign and independent people of the United States are presenting ourselves in this matter, not working through any "representative" government, not allowing for any legal presumptions whatsoever.  

We have arranged for the Native American Nations to pick up the federal side of the Original Equity Contract known as The Constitution for the united States of America.  You have received our Sovereign Letters Patent and our Joint Declaration of Sovereignty.  

There is only one way to end the evil of the machine that 150 years of criminal misadministration has built and fostered--- and that is to convert it back to its original function--- the protection of the people and of their organic states and of their unincorporated States of America.
