The people made the Constitution, and the people can unmake it. It is the creature of their will, and lives only by their will.

Although most of the Framers of the Constitution anticipated that the Federal judiciary would be the weakest branch of Government, the U.S. Supreme Court has come to wield enormous power with decisions that have reached into the lives of every citizen and resolved some of the most dramatic confrontations in U.S. history. The word of the Supreme Court is final. Overturning its decisions often requires an amendment to the Constitution or a revision of Federal law. The power of the Supreme Court has evolved over time, through a series of milestone court cases. One of the Court's most fundamental powers is judicial review–the power to judge the constitutionality of any act or law of the executive or legislative branch. Some of the Framers expected the Supreme Court to take on the role of determining the constitutionality of Congress's laws, but the Constitution did not explicitly assign it to the Court. Marbury v. Madison, the 1803 landmark Supreme Court case, established the power of judicial review. From the modest claim of William Marbury, who sought a low-paying appointment as a District of Columbia Justice of the Peace, emerged a Supreme Court decision that established one of the cornerstones of the American constitutional system.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

From the time I was able to vote I voted republican. I am 80 and have a great deal of respect and influence with hundreds of senior ball players who also network with thousands of others around the country. 

 

I received your questionnaire and request for money and strongly agree with every question as I have since Obama was elected. Unfortunately the one question that was missing is “What has the republicans done for the American people?” We gave you a majority in the house and senate and you never listened to us. Now you want our money. 

 

You should be more concerned about our votes not our money. You are the establishment which means all you want is to save your jobs and line your pockets… Well guess what? “It’s not going to happen” You can shake in your boots when I tell you our movement is for TRUMP and he hasn’t asked for a dime.

 

You might think we are fools because you feel Trump is on a self destruct course but look beyond Washington and listen to the masses.  Nobody has achieved what he has, especially in a state of New York.

You want them gone immediately… You call the city, 4 different exterminators but nobody could handle the job… But there is this one guy and he guarantees you to get rid of them, so you hire him. 66 year old grandma wins battle against home invader!

After 66-Year-Old Woman Furiously Wrestles Home Invader, She Grabs Something That Gives Her the Upper Hand

A 66-year-old woman from Morgan County, Indiana, won a scuffle with a robber who entered her home on Wednesday afternoon after she reached for her handgun and scared him away.

Karen Long, 66, told local deputies that she was in her home with her sick 7-year-old nephew when she saw a masked man walking towards her front door, according to WXIN-TV. Acting quickly, Long lunged for her door in an attempt to lock it, but she was too late.

“He yanked it out of my hand and he bulldogged me in,” Long told WXIN. “He shoved me, I stumbled and fell there, and then he started down the hall. My little nephew is there and that’s when I attacked him. I jumped on his back, he and I went down to the floor again."

As the struggle ensued between Long and the robber, she said that she never backed down and refused to let her age get in the way.

“I am 66, a lot of people consider that elderly but that’s the new 40,” Long said, WXIN reported. “I don’t believe in being a victim."

While Long and the man wrestled on the floor, she said that she could hear her nephew crying.

“[The robber] kept saying ‘Don’t look at me, don’t look at me. Just give me your money and don’t look at me and you won’t get hurt,’” Long said.

When the masked man attempted to tie her to a table, Long knew she needed to do something more to protect her home, her nephew and herself from the intruder.

That’s when she remembered her handgun.

“I had my gun up there and I reached for it and he heard me rack it,” Long told WXIN. “I was saying a few choice words at him, let me tell you. I did tell him, ‘you picked the wrong house buddy.’”

The robber took off seconds after she grabbed her gun. Although she sustained some bruising, Long told WXIN that she and her nephew are both fine, adding that she had one final message for the robber.  “They come back to this house they will not walk away,” Long threatened.

Although the masked intruder made off with some small belongings, Long believes that with the help of her community and a $1,000 reward for any leads, the police will catch him and the robber will be brought to justice soon.

Yellowstone has been struck by a noteworthy M4.0 earthquake and the super-fracture location in Oklahoma has shown renewed movement…. the fracking operation was also struck by a M4.0.

Both M4.0 earthquakes occurred within hours of each other.

First Yellowstone was hit… then the pressure transferred Eastward, and caused an additional M4.0 in Oklahoma.

The “dutchsinse pressure transfer” theory is now proved.

The professionals said it was “impossible” for pressure to transfer across distances.

Professionals told me I didn’t understand geology OR seismology, and told me one smaller earthquake can NOT cause another smaller earthquake elsewhere.

Professionals called me a 'conspiracy theorist' for saying fracking causes earthquakes.

Professionals denied that Yellowstone's magma chamber reaches beyond the tetons to the South.

Professionals denied that the plate is moving from Northwest to Southeast.

All the aforementioned denials of my discoveries…. lol… now proved correct on all points.

Pressure IS transferring across distances. One smaller earthquake can cause another smaller earthquake very far away. Fracking injection DOES cause earthquakes of noteworthy size.

Yellowstone's magma chamber reaches South and West to mid Wyoming and West far into Idaho. The plate DOES move from the NW to the SE, proved via GPS measurements……

Oh, and they said it was impossible to forecast an earthquake, saying I was a fraud and just getting “lucky” by throwing quote “darts at a board.”

As everyone knows, we’ve nailed earthquake forecasts — last week was 17 areas hit out of 17 areas named.

Point of saying all this is:  Every concept I’ve discussed has been denied, XYZ concepts then studied, then confirmed.  Then, after it’s proved, other people show up and pretend they always knew XYZ, and even try to claim the discovery as their own.  Whatever.  What really blows my mind is that THEY ALL CAME TO ME...to my pages to harass...not just to say something...but professors personally harassing me while nothig is said to the other guy!!!
