Belmont Drive Missionary Baptist Church’s reader boards certainly
have people talking, with a few local Jewish and Christian leftists
expressing outrage. Designated terrorist group CAIR has yet to weigh in with threats of a lawsuit or demands to re-educate what they call the “ignorant” Baptists about Islam. WSBT: The
reader board now displays two messages. The first reads, “Wake up
Christians. Allah is not our God. Muhammad not greater than Jesus.”
The second says, “Only the Bible is God’s word. ‘Holy book.’ Koran is just another book."
“I literally had to stop and back up and make sure I saw what I saw,
and I was profoundly offended and upset by it,” Eric Cohn said. Cohn, a
leftie Hood River resident, first spotted the message while he was out
for a bike ride. He couldn’t believe what he was reading, and he isn’t the only one.
“I was really annoyed and sad,” Hood River leftist mayor, Paul
Blackburn, said. “I am annoyed that in this political season there’s a
solid case of ugly going on. I think it norms up this kind of behavior
like ‘oh it’s okay to be a bigot now.’”
Both men are concerned the sign sends the wrong message about their
town. Cohn was so worried that he even wrote a letter to the editor of
the local paper. “This one guy wrote in here that I’m a terrorist
almost. You ought to see what he put in here!” Pastor Michael Harrington
said, as he read from the letter.
Harrington spotted the letter and is now defending the messages he
put on the sign. He says everyone is overreacting. “I’m not politically
correct. I’ve never been politically correct, but I think I’m biblically
correct, and that’s what matters to me,” Harrington said.
Harrington doesn’t plan to take the messages down until the first of
the month, when he was planning to put new messages up anyway. He says
anyone is welcome to come by his church to discuss the matter over
coffee and doughnuts.

This is a list of Chris Kyle's

those who may not know, here are a list of Chris Kyle's awards:
•2

Marine Corps Commendation Medal with Combat Valor... •2 Navy and Marine Corps
Achievement Medals with Combat Valor •2 Combat Action Ribbons •Navy

War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal •Global War on Terrorism Service
Medal •Sea Service Deployment Ribbon with 3 Service Stars •Rifle
Marksmanship Medal •Pistol Marksmanship Medal • United States Navy SEALs
Insignia
.
Here
is a description of his funeral, definitely worth reading:
Chris
Kyle: This
is apparently from a wife of one of the Navy Seals in attendance... it makes
interesting, disturbing, but hardly surprising reading.
Chris
Kyle
became the US armed services number #1 sniper of all time. Not something he was
happy about, other than the fact that in so doing, he saved a lot of
lives.
Three
years ago, his wife Taya asked him to leave the SEAL teams because he had a huge
bounty on his head by Al Qaeda. He did and wrote the book "The American Sniper"
and 100% of the proceeds from the book went to two of the SEAL families who had
lost their sons in Iraq .
That
was the kind of guy Chris was. He formed a company in Dallas to train military,
police and I think firemen, how to protect themselves in difficult situations.
He also formed a foundation to work with military people suffering from PTSD.
Chris was a giver not a taker. He, along with a friend and neighbor, Chad
Littlefield, were murdered trying to help a young man that had served six months
in Iraq and claimed to have PTSD.
Now I needto tell you about all of the funeral
blessings:
SouthwestAirlines
flew in any SEAL and their family from any airport to the funeral... free of
charge. The employees donated buddy passes and one lady worked for four days
without much of a break to see that it happened. Volunteers were at both
airports in Dallas to drive them to the hotel.
The
MarriottHotel
reduced their rates to $45 a night and cleared the hotel for only SEAL's and
family.
TheMidlothian,
TX Police Department paid the $45 a night for each room. I would guess there
were about 200 people staying at the hotel, 100 of them were
SEALs.
Twolarge
buses were chartered (an unknown donor paidthe bill) to
transport people to the different events and they also had afew
rental cars (donated). Thepolice and secret
service were on duty 24 hours during the stay at our hotel.
At
theKyle house,the Texas
DPS parkeda large motor home in front to
block the view from reporters. It remained there the entire five days for
the SEALs to meet in and so they could use the restroom there instead of the
bathroom in the house.
Taya, their two small children and both sets
ofparents were staying in the home.
Only a hand full of SEALS went into the home as they had different duties and
meetings were held sometimes on an hourly basis.
It
was a huge coordination of many different events and security. Derek was
assigned to be a Pall Bearer, to escort Chris' body when it was transferred from
the Midlothian Funeral Home to the Arlington Funeral Home, and to be with Taya.
A tough job. Taya seldom came out of her bedroom. The house was full with people
from the church and other family members that would come each day to help. I
spent one morning in a bedroom with Chris' mom and the next morning with Chad
Littlefield's parents (the other man murdered with Chris). A tough job.
George
W.Bush and his wife
Laura, met and talked to everyone on the Seal Team one on one. They
went behind closed doors with Taya for quite a while. They had prayer with us
all. You can tell when people were sincere and caring.
NolanRyan sent his cooking
team, a huge grill and lots of steaks, chicken and hamburgers. They set up in
the front yard and fed people all day long including the 200 SEALs and their
families.
The
nextday
a local BBQ restaurant set up a buffet infront of the house and fed
all once again.
Food was plentiful and all were taken care of. The family's church kept those inside
the house well fed.
JerryJones,
the man everyone loves to hate, was a rock star. His wife and he were just
making sure everyone was taken care of....Class... Hedonated the use of Cowboy Stadium
forthe services because so many wanted to attend. The
charter buses transported us to the stadium on Monday at 10:30 am. Every car,
bus, motorcycle was searched with bomb dogs and police. I am not sure if kooks
were making threats trying to make a name for themselves or if so many SEALs
in one place was a security risk, I don't know. We willingly obliged. No
purses went into the stadium!
Wewere taken to The Legends
room high up and a large buffet was available.
Thatwas for about 300 people . We were growing. AMedal of Honor recipient was
there, lots of secret service and police and Sarah Palin and her
husband. She looked nice, this was a very formal military service.
The
service started at 1:00 pm and when we were escorted onto the field I was
shocked. We heard that about 10,000people had come to attend
also. They wereseated in the stadium seats behind
us.
It
was a beautiful and emotional service. The Bagpipe and drum corps were wonderful
and theTexas A&M men's choir
stood through the entire service and sang right at the end. We were all in
tears.
The
nextday was the
200-mile procession from Midlothian, TX to Austin for burial. It was
a cold, drizzly, windy day, but the people were out.
We
had dozensof police motorcycles riders,
freedomriders, five chartered buses and lots of cars.
You had to have a pass to be in the procession and still it was huge.
Twohelicopters
circled the procession withsnipers sitting out the side door
for protection. It
wasthe
longest funeral procession ever in the stateof
Texas.
People were everywhere. Theentire route was shut down ahead of
us, thepeople were linedup on
the side of the road the entire way. Firemen were down on one knee,
police officers were
holding their hats over their hearts, children waving flags, veterans saluting as we went by.
Everybridge had fire trucks with large
flagsdisplayed from their tall ladders,
peopleall along the entire 200 miles were
standing inthe cold weather. It was so heart warming.
Taya rode in the hearse with Chris' body so Derek rode the route with us. I was
so grateful to have that time with him.
The
service was at TexasNational Cemetery.
Very few are buried there and you
have to apply toget
in. It is like people from the Civil War, Medal of Honor winners, a
few from the Alamo and all the historical people of Texas.
It
was a nice service and the FreedomRiders surrounded the
outside of the entire cemetery to keep the crazy church people from Kansas that
protest at military funerals away from us.
EachSEAL
put his Trident (metal SEAL badge) on the top of Chris' casket, one at a time. A
lot hit it in with one blow. Derek was the only one to take four taps to put his
in and it was almost like he was caressing it as he did it.
Another
tearful moment.
After theservice Governor Rick
Perry and his wife, Anita, invited us to the governor's mansion. She stood
at the door, greeted each of us individually, and gave each of the SEALs a coin
of Texas . She was a sincere, compassionate, and gracious hostess. We were able
to tour the ground floor and then went into the garden for beverages and
BBQ.
So many of the Seal team guys said that after
they getout they
are moving to Texas.
They
remarked that they had never felt so much love and hospitality. The charter
buses then took the guys to the airport to catch their returning flights. Derek
just now called and after a 20 hours flight he is back in his spot, in a
dangerous land on the other side of the world, protecting
America.
We
just wanted to share with you, the events of a quite emotional, but blessed
week."
Tothis day, no

To the many gullible souls out there who truly think that Barack Obama is "legacy building" in his all-out assault on America, I implore you to bow out of the conversation because you are not seeing clearly.
The term legacy carries positive connotations of something bequeath that is to the receiver's benefit. Everything that Barack Obama does is calculated to destroy America, which he despises.
This man no more cares about legacy than he fears being properly
prosecuted by the white political leaders whose responsibility it is to
remove him from office.
I
focus on white leaders, because whites are still in the majority and
they fill the majority of political offices. If the majority of
political operatives were of some other ethnicity, I would lodge my
complaint against that group.
Ethnicity is an issue only because Obama is half-black and he uses that
fact to intimidate guilt-conflicted white people. Otherwise, he would
have been impeached and likely in prison for treason by now.
Barack
Obama's sole aim has been, since he first entered politics and
continues as he winds down this presidency, the complete destruction of
America as it was founded.
It
is an insult to the intelligence of all Americans who must listen to
elitist pundits on Fox news and elsewhere, and political drones in
either party endeavor to make Obama's behavior fit a pattern of
normalcy. Attributing his destructive policies to "legacy building" is
either self-delusion on the part of the people who make that claim or
cowardliness.
This is my take.
Obama's
nuclear deal with Iran has nothing to do with legacy but rather to
enable a Muslim nation to wage nuclear war with America and Israel the
two nations that he most despises.
Does anyone wonder why Russians praise Vladimir Putin despite what the
rest of the world might think of him? Putin cares about his country,
that's why.
Obama
despises the American military because traditionally it has been a
mainstay of America's strength, and our strength infuriates him.
Imposition
of a polluting homosexual, anti-Christian agenda upon the military
ranks destroys unit cohesion and literally terrorizes male members with
the prospect of sodomy rape. Such rapes have increased since the forcing
of open homosexuality in the ranks, against the will of a majority of
members I might add. Couple
that with an infiltration of women, for whom all standards of strength
must be reduced, and Obama attains his goal of emasculating and
demoralizing the forces.
He could not care less about a legacy of making the forces more diverse. Besides, President Truman diversified the military as much as it should be when he integrated it. Obama's objective is its destruction.
Obama
reopened relations with Cuba because Cuba is Communist. Legacy is not
his concern here either, but rather to scuttle America's attempts to
keep Communist influence out of the Americas. That Cuba has major issues
with human rights does not matter. Like his Marxist African father before him, he despises the West and all that it represents.
Obama
lawlessly declares open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens, because
he wants to overrun America with third-world people who bring little
more than dependency with them. This tactic not only does not ensure a legacy, but rather it guarantees the eventual conversion of Americaitself into third-world status, if it is allowed to continue.
Bill
Clinton started the travesty of increasing the numbers of third-world
immigrants at the expense of culturally more suited immigrants from
European and European-influenced nations, but Obama
has taken the trend to lawless, destructive extremes. He is fully aware
that many of these invaders have no intention of assimilating.
It is only the outcry of a majority of Americans that holds back this hateful invasion scheme, and Donald Trump's entry onto the political scene to oppose that scheme is a saving grace for our nation.
These
are but a few instances of behavior that display the loathsome
character of Barack Hussein Obama. And he is allowed to roam freely
through the American landscape poisoning and polluting as he goes, sure
in the realization that no one will stop him because he is "black."
The day that we no longer have to hear the prattle about his "legacy building" will not be soon enough for me.
Many,
many Americans are thoroughly fed up with Barack Obama and the
spineless crop of political leaders who ignore his criminality.
It is yet unknown whether Republicans will ever garner the backbone to
become a true opposition party and hold him accountable. Promising signs
are the House conservatives' getting rid of establishment types John
Boehner and Kevin McCarthy as House Speaker and Speaker hopeful,
respectively, and
Donald Trump's entry into the 2016 presidential race with enough money
and testicular fortitude to tell the Establishment and the Left where to
shove it.
Should
these positive trends not continue and the 2016 election cycle yield no
movement to counter all the harm that Barack Obama has done to this
nation, I think there will be massive disruption. Those folks in the
National Rifle Association ads currently running on television seem very
serious to me, and that is a good thing.
NOTE: Well said and, sadly TRUE. Please keep forwarding...
This is coming out of South Dakota's Ellsworth Air Base, out of the 28th Maintenance Squadron:
The
U.S. Air Force is now short 4,000 airmen to maintain its fleet, short
700 pilots to fly them and short vital spare parts necessary to keep
their jets in the air. “We have only 20 aircraft assigned on station
currently. Out of those 20 only nine are flyable,” Pfrommer said.
------------------
EXCLUSIVE:
It was just a few years ago, in March 2011, when a pair of U.S. Air
Force B-1 bombers – during a harsh winter storm – took off from their
base in South Dakota to fly across the world to launch the air campaign
in Libya, only 16 hours after given the order.
Today, many in the
Air Force are questioning whether a similar mission could still be
accomplished, after years of budget cuts that have taken an undeniable
toll. The U.S. Air Force is now short 4,000 airmen to maintain its
fleet, short 700 pilots to fly them and short vital spare parts
necessary to keep their jets in the air. The shortage is so dire that
some have even been forced to scrounge for parts in a remote desert
scrapheap known as “The Boneyard.”
“It's not only the personnel
that are tired, it's the aircraft that are tired as well,” Master Sgt.
Bruce Pfrommer, who has over two decades of experience in the Air Force
working on B-1 bombers, told Fox News.
Fox News visited two U.S.
Air Force bases – including South Dakota’s Ellsworth Air Force Base
located 35 miles from Mount Rushmore, where Pfrommer is stationed – to
see the resource problems first-hand, following an investigation into
the state of U.S. Marine Corps aviation last month.
Many of the
Airmen reported feeing “burnt out” and “exhausted” due to the current
pace of operations, and limited resources to support them. During the
visit to Ellsworth earlier this week, Fox News was told only about half
of the 28th Bomb Wing’s fleet of bombers can fly.
“We have only 20 aircraft assigned on station currently. Out of those 20 only nine are flyable,” Pfrommer said.
“The
[B-1] I worked on 20 years ago had 1,000 flight hours on it. Now we're
looking at some of the airplanes out here that are pushing over 10,000
flight hours,” he said.
"In 10 years, we cut our flying program
in half," said Capt. Elizabeth Jarding, a B-1 pilot at Ellsworth who
returned home in January following a six-month deployment to the Middle
East for the anti-ISIS campaign.
On an overcast day in the middle
of May with temperatures hovering in the low 50’s, two B-1 bombers were
supposed launch at 9:00 a.m. local time to fly nearly 1,000 miles south
to White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico for a live-fire exercise.
On
this day, though, only one of the two B-1s that taxied to the runway
was able to take off and make the training mission on time. The other
sat near the runway for two hours. It eventually took off but was unable
to participate in the live-fire exercise and diverted to a different
mission, its crew missing out on valuable training at White Sands.
Anna wrote this note late last week, and I thought you should all know so you don't worry.

If flooding the country with millions of
migrants wasn’t enough, our leftist government now wants to make white
communities more “multicultural” by flooding suburbs with Section 8
housing to “punish them for being too rich and white.”(Not HIS neighborhood - but yours and mine.)
At least that is
according to President Obama’s Housing Secretary, Julian Castro, who
plans to issue vouchers to help urban poor afford higher rents in pricey
areas, such as Westchester County, all while assigning them government
agents they are calling “mobility counselors” to aid in the process. (The - 'refugees' and illegals, will live in million dollar plus homes at our expense in Westchester County and other middle to upper income locations while the financially hurting white Americans continue to be forced to live in the cockroach and bed bug infested low low rent inadequate housing projects.)
The new plan is called “Small-Area Fair Market Rents”
and it will likely be signed by President Obama this October before
leaving office, and no congressional approval will be necessary.
'Trial runs' for done in 1994 and 2012 this
exact initiative have failed twice in history past, proving there’s a
bigger agenda in play.
The video below reveals all that and more….
After all according to our leftist government:
“We must all be 'equal' in all ways, even when it comes to the culture and appearance of our communities.”
(so are we each READY to be 'equal' - at some point - each one of us reduced to a permanent 'vacation' at a FEMA camp? Or to a 10 X 10 room in a multiple occupants apartment in a 'gov apartment' complex where we can be readily surveiled and controlled? Either arrangement to be MADE FOR YOU by the Wash DC criminals posing as your 'gov.' )
So what's the real agenda considering all other attempts at similar initiatives have failed?
This isn’t just about sending the poor
into wealthy neighborhoods like the left likes to claim. It’s about
breaking up former communities and turning America into a third world
country, desegregating inner cities and integrating outer suburbs.
The CIA inspector general’s office — the spy agency’s internal watchdog — has acknowledged it “mistakenly” destroyed its only copy of a mammoth Senate torture report at the same time lawyers for the Justice Department were assuring a federal judge that copies of the document were being preserved.
Although other copies of the report exist, the erasure of the controversial document by the CIA office charged with policing agency conduct has alarmed the U.S. senator who oversaw the torture investigation and reignited a behind-the- scenes battle over whether the full unabridged report should ever be released, according to multiple intelligence community sources familiar with the incident.
The deletion of the document has been portrayed by agency officials to Senate investigators as an “inadvertent” foul-up by the inspector general. In what one intelligence community source described as a series of errors straight “out of the Keystone Cops,” CIA inspector general officials deleted an uploaded computer file with the report and then accidentally destroyed a disk that also contained the document, filled with thousands of secret files about the CIA’s use of “enhanced” interrogation methods. (If you believe this BS, I've got an ocean front condo in the desert for sale cheap for you)
“It’s breathtaking that this could have happened, especially in the inspector general’s office — they’re the ones that are supposed to be providing accountability within the agency itself,” said Douglas Cox, a City University of New York School of Law professor who specializes in tracking the preservation of federal records. “It makes you wonder what was going on over there?” (YA TINK SO?!)
The incident was privately disclosed to the Senate Intelligence Committee and the Justice Department last summer, the sources said. But the destruction of a copy of the sensitive report has never been made public. Nor was it reported to the federal judge who, at the time, was overseeing a lawsuit seeking access to the still classified document under the Freedom of Information Act, according to a review of court files in the case.
A CIA spokesman, while not publicly commenting on the circumstances of the erasure, emphasized that another unopened computer disk with the full report has been, and still is, locked in a vault at agency headquarters. “I can assure you that the CIA has retained a copy,” wrote Dean Boyd, the agency’s chief of public affairs, in an email.
The 6,700-page report, the product of years of work by the Senate Intelligence Committee, contains meticulous details, including original CIA cables and memos, on the agency’s use of waterboarding, sleep deprivation and other aggressive interrogation methods at “black site” prisons overseas. A 500-page executive summary was released in December 2014 by Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the committee’s outgoing chair. It concluded that the CIA’s interrogations were far more brutal than the agency had publicly acknowledged and produced often unreliable intelligence. The findings drew sharp dissents from Republicans on the panel and from four former CIA directors.
But the full three-volume report, which formed the basis for the executive summary, has never been released. In light of a U.S. Court of Appeals ruling last week that the document is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act, there are new questions about whether it will ever be made public, or even be preserved.
After receiving inquiries from Yahoo News, Feinstein, now the vice chair of the committee, wrote CIA Director John Brennan last Friday night asking him to “immediately” provide a new copy of the full report to the inspector general’s office.
“Your prompt response will allay my concern that this was more than an ‘accident,’” Feinstein wrote, adding that the full report includes “extensive information directly related to the IG’s ongoing oversight of the CIA.” (CIA spokesman Boyd declined to comment.) (3 full volumes of documents)
The incident is the latest twist in the ongoing battle over the report, and comes in the midst of a charged political debate over torture. Likely Republican Party nominee Donald Trump has vowed to resume such methods — “and a lot more” — in the war against the Islamic State. “I love it, I love it,” Trump recently said, describing his views on waterboarding. “The only thing is, we should make it much tougher than waterboarding.” )
The CIA allegedly tortured two terror suspects, Abu Zubaydah and Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, in its secret facility in Poland. Shown here in this 2005 photo is a watchtower near the Polish intelligence school just outside of Stare Kiejkuty, Poland.
Ironically in light of the inspector general’s actions, the intelligence committee’s investigation was triggered by the CIA’s admission in 2007 that it had destroyed another key piece of evidence — hours of videotapes of the waterboarding of two “high value” detainees, Abu Zubaydah and Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri.
According to a brief by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which is seeking release of the full report under the Freedom of Information Act, the document “describes widespread and horrific human rights abuses by the CIA” and details the agency’s “evasions and misrepresentations” to Congress, the courts and the public.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein discusses a newly released Senate
Intelligence Committee report on the CIA’s antiterrorism tactics on
Capitol Hill in December 2014.
To ensure the document was circulated widely within the government, and to preserve it for future declassification, Feinstein, in her closing days as chair, instructed that computer disks containing the full report be sent to the CIA and its inspector general, as well as the other U.S. intelligence and law enforcement agencies.
Aides said Feinstein specifically included a separate copy for the CIA inspector general because she wanted the office to undertake a full review. Her goal, as she wrote at the time, was to ensure “that the system of detention and interrogation described in this report is never repeated." But her successor, Republican Sen. Richard Burr of North Carolina, quickly asked for all of the disks to be returned, even threatening at one point to send a committee security officer to retrieve them. He contended the volumes are congressional records that were never intended for executive branch, much less public, distribution.
The administration, while not complying with Burr’s demand to return the disks, has essentially sided with him against releasing them to the public. Early last year, Justice lawyers instructed federal agencies to keep their copies of the document under lock and key, unopened, lest the courts treat them as government records subject to the Freedom of Information Act. Weeks later, in an effort to head off a motion for “emergency relief” by the ACLU, a Justice Department lawyer told U.S. Judge James Boasberg that no copies of the report would be returned to Congress or destroyed; the government “can assure the Court that it will preserve the status quo” until the Freedom of Information Act lawsuit was resolved, wrote Vesper Mei, a senior counsel in the Justice Department’s civil division, in a February 2015 filing.
But last August, a chagrined Christopher R. Sharpley, the CIA’s acting inspector general, alerted the Senate intelligence panel that his office’s copy of the report had vanished. According to sources familiar with Sharpley’s account, he explained it this way: When it received its disk, the inspector general’s office uploaded the contents onto its internal classified computer system and destroyed the disk in what Sharpley described as “the normal course of business.” Meanwhile someone in the IG office interpreted the Justice Department’s instructions not to open the file to mean it should be deleted from the server — so that both the original and the copy were gone.
At some point, it is not clear when, after being informed by CIA general counsel Caroline Krass that the Justice Department wanted all copies of the document preserved, officials in the inspector general’s office undertook a search to find its copy of the report. They discovered, “S***, we don’t have one,” said one of the sources briefed on Sharpley’s account.
Sharpley was apologetic about the destruction and promised to ask CIA director Brennan for another copy. But as of last week, he seems not to have received it; after Yahoo News began asking about the matter, he called intelligence committee staffers to ask if he could get a new copy from them.
Sharpley also told Senate committee aides he had reported the destruction of the disk to the CIA’s general counsel’s office, and Krass passed that information along to the Justice Department. But there is no record in court filings that department lawyers ever informed the judge overseeing the case that the inspector general’s office had destroyed its copy of the report.
The episode was viewed among intelligence committee aides as another embarrassment for the inspector general’s office. Months earlier, a CIA accountability board had overruled the IG’s findings that agency officials had improperly searched computers used by Senate investigators working on the report. Sharpley has been serving as acting inspector general since his predecessor, David Buckley, resigned in January 2015. The White House has yet to nominate a successor.
CIA headquarters in Langley, Va.
A Justice Department spokesman said on Friday that, since the inspector general’s office is, by statute, a “unit” of the CIA, and the agency still had its copy, “the status quo … was preserved.” But Feinstein, in a separate letter to Attorney General Loretta Lynch last Friday, took a different view: She asked that the Justice Department “notify the federal courts” involved in the Freedom of Information Act litigation about the destruction.
At issue in the ongoing legal dispute is whether the report is subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The administration says no, and a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals last week agreed, ruling that it is a congressional document not subject to FOIA, under the terms of a 2009 letter by which the Senate panel had received access to CIA files. The judges did write, however, that the executive branch does have “some discretion to use the full report for internal purposes.” The ACLU said on Friday it was “considering our options for appeal”; CIA spokesman Boyd said the agency’s copy of the report would be retained “pending the final result of the litigation.” But he pointedly made no mention of what would happen to the CIA’s copy of the report after that.
In the meantime, Feinstein, joined by Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy of Vermont, has taken a different route, petitioning David S. Ferriero, the chief of the National Archives, to formally declare the report a “federal record” that must be preserved “in the public interest” under a law known as the Federal Records Act.
In a letter last month, the senators expressed concerns that federal agencies might destroy their copies of the report. “No part of the executive branch has ruled out destroying or sending back the full report to Congress after the conclusion of the current FOIA litigation,” they wrote in an April 13, 2016, letter. A similar point was raised by more than 30 advocacy groups who noted in a separate letter to Ferriero last month that the archivist had a duty to act whenever there was a threat that government records are at risk of “unauthorized destruction.”
Ferriero on April 29 wrote back to Feinstein that he would not rule on the question until the FOIA court case is concluded. And last week, Burr renewed his call to have all copies of the report sent back — presumably a way to ensure they are never publicly released. Citing the new Court of Appeals ruling, “Sen. Burr anticipates the return of these full reports to the Senate Intelligence Committee,” a spokeswoman said.
NOTE THIS!! — Not only do the banks make money out
of nothing for free, but banks EXCHANGE that money they make out of
nothing for free for the promissory notes that their borrowers
unknowingly GIVE them for free to secure their alleged “loans”.
The Banks GIVE NOTHING for the COLLATERAL they stand to receive for
free WHICH IS FRAUD!!! The banks GIVE NOTHING to Legally Bind their
“loan” contracts; as proven by the hidden law suite Daly v First National Bank of Montgomery below!

Question -- What is the goal of this website? Why do we share different sources of information that sometimes conflicts or might even be considered disinformation?
Answer -- The primary goal of Nesaranews is to help all people become better truth-seekers in a real-time boots-on-the-ground fashion. This is for the purpose of learning to think critically, discovering the truth from within—not just believing things blindly because it came from an "authority" or credible source. Instead of telling you what the truth is, we share information from many sources so that you can discern it for yourself. We focus on teaching you the tools to become your own authority on the truth, gaining self-mastery, sovereignty, and freedom in the process. We want each of you to become your own leaders and masters of personal discernment, and as such, all information should be vetted, analyzed and discerned at a personal level. We also encourage you to discuss your thoughts in the comments section of this site to engage in a group discernment process.
