May I present you with the template for Obama’s agenda? Take the two examples below, one sent by Cuz Dennis and the other by Ron Frost and add them together in your thinking. You can apply the same comparisons to any of the nation’s critical elements, like our sovereignty, safety, culture or our economy…The result is always the same.

How come all the other presidents in the past 100 years have not found it necessary to INCREASE GOVERNMENT’S POWER OVER THE PEOPLE with more than 1,000 Executive Orders? This is really very scary.

And most Americans have absolutely no idea what is happening.

YES, THERE IS A REASON THAT THIS PRESIDENT IS DETERMINED TO TAKE CONTROL AWAY FROM THE HOUSE AND THE SENATE.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 — allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 — allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 — allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 — allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 — allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 — allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare function

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 – – designates the registration of all persons. Postmaster General to operate a national registration.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 — allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 — allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 — allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 — assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 — specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 — grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 — allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency (FEMA) to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of product ion and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. Financial institution in any undefined national emergency. 

It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months. 

Feel free to verify the “executive orders” at will.   ….and these are just the major ones.

I’m sure you’ve all heard the tale of the “Frog in the Pot”… Watch Obama’s actions, not his words! By his actions he will show you where America is headed.

Obama has issued executive orders that seek to “harmonize” U.S. Economic regulations with the rest of the world. These executive orders are yet another incremental step that is pushing us closer to a North American Union and a one world economic system.   

Obama used the stage at the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s 'I have a dream' speech to announce two new executive orders infringing on your Second Amendment rights..

The American people need to understand that Barack Obama is constantly looking for ways to integrate the United States more deeply with the rest of the world. The globalization of the world economy has accelerated under Obama, and this latest executive order represents a fundamental change in U.S. Economic policy. Now federal regulators will be required to “harmonize” their work with the international community.

If you look at the history of world-wide martial law, you see there are several components that are crucial to its initiation:

1. First, there has to be a level of national unrest demonstrated by riots and attempts to disrupt.
2. Secondly, there has to be rumors and plots to overthrow the government.
3. Third, there has to be some kind of unified message that drives the unrest.

In America we have spots of unrest but not the level of dissatisfaction such as we see in Venezuela. Many countries have spots of unrest based on various factions dissatisfied with their  government’s actions or inaction.  Such isolated incidents do not constitute a general rebellion.  They are usually handled by local law enforcement and quelled.

Rumors and plots and yes, conspiracy theories of possible government overthrow abound in any society where government becomes invasive in individual lives.  Theses are shadow desires that don’t reach beyond the imagination of the discontented.  They don’t trigger the reaction they dream about.

A unified message is the spark that creates the kind of pandemonium that can trigger a coup attempt which then may require a declaration martial law.  In America there is no unified message, only grumbling and discontent.  In Russia the Communist’s had a united message based on an ideology that people bought into and the implementation came quickly.  The government was overthrown and a miserable substitute implemented.  The martial law of the Czar was ineffective because the message was compatible with the discontent of the masses.  Thus martial law only fueled the rebellion.

In America there is discontent.  There is discontent with the Obama administration’s disregard for the law and the Constitution which by the way government  officials took and oath to uphold and protect. No wonder there is discontent. When a former Secretary of State is investigated by the FBI and the Director of the FBI points out she showed carelessness in handling classified documents and then recommends no indictment by the Justice Department discontent is natural response.  When the Justice Department announces before the findings by the Director of the FBI they will accept whatever he recommends. 

There is discontent with a Department whose major job is justice. This demonstrates corruption of the highest order.  Yet this is not what can trigger martial law.
An election is on the horizon and the option America has is a peaceful transition of power as has been her method for over 200 years.  Americans realize this is how you punish corrupt politicians and their actions.  You vote them out and replace them with people who recognize the flaws exhibited and vow to remedy them.  We have such an election coming up.

To declare martial law in America at this stage would require what is commonly referred to as a false flag attack.  It would require an attempted coup and an organized mob that would present a resonating message. If President Obama attempted to create a false flag attack his dilemma would be the issue of whether the military would support him or the opposition.  He has no SS troops, no unified military and cannot rely on the citizens he is attempting to disarm to be his defenders.  He has only the future peaceful displacement that will place him in the same ineffectual showcase of all former presidents.

Martial law is a desperate measure for a despot who has unlimited tenure and stands to lose it by rebellion.  Obama has no unlimited tenure and no means to implement martial law.  His declaration would mean nothing if the troops to enforce it denied his orders.  This is not a danger to the union that Lincoln faced.  This is only a misguided president who tried to make America into something she could never be. America is not ripe for any rebellion or martial law as long as the Constitution is intact and peaceful transfer of power is possible. 

You can see the level of disruption and despair that brought Venezuela to her knees and the need for martial law.  Contrast that with a country that is tossing an incompetent “leader” who draws red lines and steps back.  There is also another component for martial law that Obama doesn’t have and never will have.  He fears the ire of the American people and realizes any false flag attempt would in all probability end in him being deposed.  There will be no martial law in America.  Our Constitution and way of life rejects such an imposition.

This has been brewing for months, matter of fact July 4th 2015 when the Chinese rolled on us to allow the Cabal to stall the Global Currency Rest (revaluation) and the Global Rest (debt forgiveness)!

The united States of America has a new currency, it’s backed by Gold and the US Treasury is in charge of the money once again and the contract with the Federal Reserve has come to completion. Another words the Cabal banking system is shut down, so where is the announcement? Elders and China seems to control the announcement?

Here we are stalled again, with the Monday – Friday Syndrome again, again, and again.

Reply to "American Lawyer"--- by Judge Anna

This is a reply to an article in RumorMill News by "American Lawyer" in which he asks why "the Big Bad Wolf" is bothering to pick on poor little David Crayford.  Mr. Crayford got picked on because he accused "America" of counterfeiting trillions of dollars overseas, when in fact the culprit was the UNITED STATES, INC. and America was the target/victim of the crime.

The better question is why would anyone take anything "American Lawyer" has to say seriously?

1. He doesn't even stand behind what he writes with his actual name.  People who want to stand in the dark and throw sand probably are not trustworthy sources of opinion or information.
2. He throws a lot of self-aggrandizing "higher than Thou" sounding crap into his dialogue designed to do one of two things--- (1) invite the reader to stand around feeling intellectually superior with him, or (2) intimidate the reader into bowing down to this supposed superior knowledge and intellect.   I find both of these ploys to be very obnoxious. In the first place, that is precisely what the Beltliners in DC do when they talk about all us "Little People" and call us "livestock".  In the second, if he right about anything, where is the need to intimidate anyone?

3. He asks why people bother to attack David Crayford?  So far as I can see nobody attacked David Crayford as a man. There were no insults, no name-calling, no labeling, nothing like that. Nobody called him a liar. Several people did however call him out on his interpretation of the facts he was presenting. Most importantly, I called him out for making derogatory (and defamatory) accusations against "America" when America has nothing to do with the criminal activities of the "United States" and is in fact the chief victim of these activities.

Correcting this is a simple matter of sanity and justice---unless of course you are trying to blame the victim of a crime for committing that crime.

4. He labels me "Totally Fake Judge Anna" but doesn't have a shred of anything to back up his label-- aside from the fact that I am NOT a Bar Member and never would be.  The Truth is that one cannot practice American Common Law and be a Bar Attorney, so I am not a Bar Attorney.  Simple enough.  The further Truth is that Bar Members both hate and fear me because I won't join their "club" or support their closed Union shop or put up with their corruption.  The final Truth of the matter is that IF I were doing anything improper, unlawful, or at all questionable, I would be arrested for impersonating a judge and all the Bar Attorneys of his ilk would cheer the day--- but I am a judge.  And they are stuck with it and with the Truth.

5. While it has gone unreported by the Mainstream Press, the United States Treasurer, Rosa Gumataotoa Rios quietly resigned on July 8, 2016. This is because the UNITED STATES, INC. is under liquidation. And part of this circumstance brings us full circle to David Crayford's article about the counterfeiting of US currency.  Wake up, people.  Just stop listening to self-interested idiots, and wake up!

American States and Nations Bank Update

I have established the American States and Nations Bank--- actually three banks--- (1) a repository bank, (2) a sovereign international bank and (3) a state bank operated under Article X. These serve different purposes, but overall serve the same end of securing American assets, expediting trade, and promoting the use of lawful money---- basically all asset-based currencies.

My concern is that over half the world either currently is or will soon be trading in currencies backed by precious metals. Only 1% of Americans have any gold, which leaves them unable to trade with all the countries that are or will be using gold. It also concerns me that the abuse of legal tender may lead to problems that leave Mom and Pop and the Kids back home unable to purchase simple things at the grocery store.

I have recommended (not because I am a "Gold Bug" but because I am practical) that everyone invest in at least a small amount of gold and silver sufficient to pay for basic needs for 1-6 months, or however much people can set aside. And although Karatbars is relatively expensive on a per piece basis because of the cost of packaging small amounts of gold, assaying it, etc., I have recommended it as a good idea because frankly, if things go South, the price of gold will rise astronomically. That could lead to a situation where a one ounce gold coin could be valued at $5000 or more.

Anyone who has had trouble cashing a $100 bill at a store can appreciate the problem. Can you imagine the cashiers biting the coin to make sure it is real gold, as they used to do back in the days of the Gold Rush?--- before they will sell you a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk? Or having the store manager tell you, I am sorry, but we can't "break" your $5000 gold coin into some other form of currency?

Crazy making and scary as this proposition is, it is what it is, and Americans have been told that it is coming for a long time. Silver is also our saving grace and our traditional lawful money and I advocate everyone getting some silver set aside, too.

Question About Affects of Tribal Membership on Political Status

The question has been asked--- "But, if you and your husband were adopted by the Winnebago and Tlingit tribes respectively, doesn't that make you U.S. citizens?"

The short answer is, "No, it does not."

There has been an effort in recent years to muddy the waters as the UNITED STATES, INC. has tried to claim anyone and anything with a pulse as one of its citizens.  The fact is that Reservations are Federal Enclaves and anyone born on a Reservation is deemed to be a "United States Citizen" for that reason.

The further fact is that citizenship as I have reiterated numerous times is a political status quite apart from the issue of nationality.

I was born on the land of Wisconsin, therefore am a Wisconsinite. That is my nationality.  My husband was born on the land of Washington State, therefore he is a Washingtonian. That is his nationality.

Absent a formal and fully consensual process of expatriation and naturalization the details of which were spelled out by the Seventh Congress, Session 1, Chapter 28, Naturalization Act, April 14, 1802----no change in our nationality to that of "United States Citizen" can be presumed and in the face of our expatriation from any assumed status as a "citizen of the United States" nothing like that can be alleged, either.

As far as the Winnebago Nation is concerned, I am considered to be a Winnebago and cared for accordingly.  As far as the Tlingit Nation is concerned, the same applies to my husband.  These are agreements of brotherhood among corporeal people, equivalent to treaties among foreign sovereign states, not contracts of political allegiance among persons. 

Just as the "State of Wisconsin" cannot claim us, neither can an incorporated tribal organization claim us.  Same thing with incorporated churches.  I may be a member of an American Lutheran congregation, but that does not make me a chattel of the American Lutheran Church, Inc.

Personage is a crime.  Anyone practicing it or advancing claim based upon a practice of personage is a felon involved in identity theft, copyright infringement, and criminal trespass.

A man is not equivalent to a thing named after him.  This is the difference between corporeal and corporate.

Above and beyond all that, our actions as American State Nationals and as independent sovereigns last November cured once and for all any claim that American Indians are not owed their natural standing on the land jurisdiction of the United States.  We pierced any corporate veil pretending otherwise.

For many years those evil-doers in Washington, DC----foreign and incorporated entities pretending to "represent" the actual states and actual sovereigns--- have committed personage and fraud against the people of these United States and have practiced deceit and genocide against the Native Nations while also pretending to be their protectors and benefactors. 

Those days are at an end.  Let a new world governed by men and not by things begin.

The National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA) defines a number of categories of regulated firearms. These weapons are collectively known as NFA firearms and include the following:

Machine guns
This includes any firearm which can fire more than 1 cartridge per trigger pull. Both continuous fully automatic fire and "burst fire" (e.g., firearms with a 3-round burst feature) are considered machine gun features. The weapon's receiver is by itself considered to be a regulated firearm. A non-machinegun that may be converted to fire more than one shot per trigger pull by ordinary mechanical skills is determined to be "readily convertible", and classed as a machine gun, such as a KG-9 pistol (pre-ban ones are "grandfathered").
Short-barreled rifles (SBRs)

This category includes any firearm with a buttstock and either a rifled barrel less than 16" long or an overall length under 26". The overall length is measured with any folding or collapsing stocks in the extended position. The category also includes firearms which came from the factory with a buttstock that was later removed by a third party.

Short barreled shotguns (SBSs)
This category is defined similarly to SBRs, but with either a smoothbore barrel less than 18" long or a minimum overall length under 26".
Suppressors

This includes any portable device designed to muffle or disguise the report of a portable firearm. This category does not include non-portable devices, such as sound traps used by gunsmiths in their shops which are large and usually bolted to the floor. Destructive Devices (DDs)

There are two broad classes of destructive devices:

Any firearm with a bore over 0.50 inch except for shotguns or shotgun shells which have been found to be generally recognized as particularly suitable for sporting purposes. According to one of the heroes of Benghazi, special operators will leave military and government service if Hillary Clinton becomes president, because they do not believe she would have their backs.
Former CIA operative and Marine John “Tig” Tiegen told The Daily Caller that sentiment is based both on her actions during the Sept. 11, 2012 attacks in Benghazi, and her treatment of highly classified information. 
“There’s guys leaving now just because of that,” Tiegen said during an interview Tuesday. “because they don’t know if the call for help is going to be heard.”
“Her leadership that night on 9/11 (2012) shows what kind of leader she would probably end up being as a president,” the Benghazi survivor contended.
He noted what the Select Committee on Benghazi discovered in its investigation: Much of Clinton’s time during the two-hour meeting in the White House Situation Room as the attacks were unfolding was spent discussing the false internet video narrative that she and others the Obama administration would claim was the cause of the attack.   
“Instead of making sure … the Americans she sent there come home safe … she goes home. That’s it,” he stated. “If you’re going to be a leader and your employees are under attack, you should be in the Situation Room watching it.”
Based on her actions that night, “I don’t see how anyone can trust her as a commander-in-chief,” Tiegen said. 
The former CIA operative was also troubled by Clinton’s handling of highly classified material.
“Her lack of respect for security information, top secret information, that just puts lives in jeopardy, not just American lives, but our foreign assets. Who wants to work with us, if you have somebody like that?” he wondered. 
“Espionage is such a big thing because information kills people, it destroys countries … Her lackadaisical attitude towards it, blows [special operators’] minds,” Tiegen added, pointing out if any of them did what Clinton has done, they would be hauled off to jail, not permitted to run for president of the United States.
As reported by Western Journalism, Tiegen and fellow Benghazi hero Mark “Oz” Geist endorsed Donald Trump for president in February.
Speaking at the GOP convention in Cleveland Monday night, Geist echoed Tiegen’s sentiment of how important it is to know the commander-in-chief will support those sent into harm’s way.
“As Americans we have an opportunity to elect somebody who will make this country safe again,” Geist said. “We have to elect someone who will have our backs. Someone who will bring our guys home. Won’t leave anybody behind.”

Saddled with a corporate media that marches in lockstep with the government, elected officials who dance to the tune of their corporate benefactors, and a court system that serves to maintain order rather than mete out justice, Americans often feel as if they have no voice, no authority and no recourse when it comes to holding government officials accountable and combating rampant corruption and injustice.

We’re impotent in the face of SWAT teams that break down doors and leave toddlers scarred for life. We’re helpless to prevent police shootings that leave unarmed citizens dead for no other reason than the police officer involved felt “threatened.” We shrug dismissively over the plight of fellow citizens who have their heads cracked, their bodies broken and their rights violated for failing to jump to attention when a police officer issues an order. And we fail to care about the thousands of individuals who have been punished with extreme sentences for nonviolent offenses and are forced to spend their lives as modern-day slaves in bondage to private prisons and the profit-driven corporations they serve.

Make no mistake about it: virtually anything and everything is a crime nowadays (feeding the birds, growing vegetables in your front yard, etc.) to such an extent that if a prosecutor, police officer and judge were so inclined, you could be locked up for any inane reason.

This is tyranny dressed up in the official garb of the police state. It is the self-righteous, heavy-handed arm of the law being used as a decoy to divert your attention to the so-called criminals in your midst (the fisherman who threw back small fish into the ocean, the mother who let her child walk to the playground alone, the pastor holding Bible studies in his backyard) so that you don’t focus on the criminal behavior being perpetrated by the government (bribery, cronyism, electoral fraud, slush funds, graft, pork, theft, and on and on).

In the face of such abject injustice, outright corruption and overt inequality, it’s hard to feel empowered to believe the average citizen can make a difference. It’s hard to persuade anyone to stand against tyranny when all you can promise them as a reward is persecution, prosecution and a one-way trip to the morgue. And when the outcome seems to be a foregone conclusion—the 'government' always wins—it can seem pointless, even foolhardy, to dare to challenge the system. As such, it’s far easier to buy into the political process, even though 'elections' amount to nothing of consequence.

There are also those who subscribe to the notion that an armed revolution is the only thing that will save America. These armed resistors are making themselves easy targets and will be the first to be taken down by militarized police who are trained to kill and armed to the teeth with every kind of weapon imaginable, from grenade launchers and sniper rifles to armored vehicles and Black Hawk helicopters.

So how do you not only push back against the police state’s bureaucracy, corruption and cruelty but also launch a counterrevolution aimed at reclaiming control over the government using nonviolent means?

You start by changing the rules and engaging in some (nonviolent) guerilla tactics.  Employ militant nonviolent resistance and civil disobedience, which Martin Luther King Jr. used to great effect through the use of sit-ins, boycotts and marches.

Take part in grassroots activism, which takes a trickle-up approach to governmental reform by implementing change at the local level (in other words, think nationally, but act locally).

And then, while you’re at it, nullify everything the government does that is illegitimate, egregious or blatantly unconstitutional.

Various cities and states have been using this historic doctrine with mixed results on issues as wide ranging as gun control and healthcare to “claim freedom from federal laws they find onerous or wrongheaded.”

Where nullification can be particularly powerful, however, is in the hands of the juror.
As law professor Ilya Somin explains, jury nullification is the practice by which a jury refuses to convict someone accused of a crime if they believe the “law in question is unjust or the punishment is excessive.”

According to former federal prosecutor, Paul Butler, the doctrine of jury nullification is “premised on the idea that ordinary citizens, not government officials, should have the final say as to whether a person should be punished.”

Imagine that: a world where the citizenry—not the government or its corporate controllers—actually calls the shots and determines what is just.

In a world of “rampant over criminalization,” where the average citizen unknowingly breaks three laws a day, jury nullification acts as “a check on runaway authoritarian criminalization and the increasing network of confusing laws that are passed with neither the approval nor often times even the knowledge of the citizenry.”

Indeed, Butler believes so strongly in the power of nullification to balance the scales between the power of the prosecutor and the power of the people that he advises:

If you are ever on a jury in a marijuana case, I recommend that you vote “not guilty” — even if you think the defendant actually smoked pot, or sold it to another consenting adult. 

As a juror, you have this power under the Bill of Rights; if you exercise it, you become part of a proud tradition of American jurors who helped make our laws fairer.

In other words, it’s “we the people” who can and should be determining what laws are just, what activities are criminal and who can be jailed for what crimes.
Not only should the punishment fit the crime, but the laws of the land should also reflect the concerns of the citizenry as opposed to the profit-driven priorities of Corporate America.

Unfortunately, for thousands of Americans who are serving life sentences for nonviolent crimes as a result of harsh mandatory sentencing laws passed by “tough on crime” politicians, the punishment rarely fits the crime.

As I point out in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, with every ill inflicted upon us by the American police state, from over criminalization and surveillance to militarized police and private prisons, it’s money that drives the police state. And there is a lot of money to be made from criminalizing nonviolent activities and jailing Americans for nonviolent offenses.

This is where the power of jury nullification is so critical: to reject inane laws and extreme sentences and counteract the edicts of a profit-driven 'governmental elite' that sees nothing wrong with jailing someone for a lifetime for a relatively insignificant crime. Of course, the powers-that-be don’t want the citizenry to know that it has any power at all. They would prefer that we remain clueless about the 'government’s' many illicit activities, ignorant about our constitutional rights, and powerless to bring about any real change. Indeed, so determined are they to keep us in the dark about the powers vested in “we the people” that the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 1895 that jurors had no right during trials to be told about nullification.
