When a new administration takes office all departments under federal control start reflecting the political and ideological agenda of the party in power.  That is to be expected, but one shouldn't expect, nor tolerate, that agenda being pushed in a relation between a doctor and their patients, a relationship that should be sacred and protected by ethics and patient confidentiality.

This article is in response to concerns expressed in our comment section about readers that are disturbed about their doctors and/or clinics asking them and their children if their household has firearms.

CWSK commented "Yesterday my wife took our oldest daughter to the doctor. The doctor asked her all kinds of questions and this is one of them. "Are there any firearms in your house?" Our daughter didn't know how to answer that question, so she just shrugged her shoulders. Then he asked my wife the same question, and she said "Yes".  I don't know what color list that put us on but I'm sure we are on one of them now.  Wake up folks it is coming soon."

Definitely the "red list," along with others the Obama administration and their merry band of liberals have labeled "dangerous," and "extremists," such as constitutionalists, Veterans, Christians, preppers, patriot groups and the alternative right.

PG responded "Yes, CWSK, the last time I went to our local health clinic I was handed a form to fill out and noticed that up in the left hand corner was the words "Dept.of Health And Human Services." I knew right away it wasn't info that my MD was requesting. The first page was info that was already on my medical records but when I got to the second page it asked " Do you ever feel depressed? Do you feel safe?"  is anyone threatening you? Do you own a gun?--- that's when I folded up the paper and put it in my purse. I noticed that there was an "opt out " section at the end where you could sign that you refused to answer the questions! That in itself was a red flag. Yep, if they want to know that info, let them go digging in state gun registries, because I'm not willingly supplying it."

While gun control supporters are quick to point out that some medical associations recommend treating gun violence as a "public health issue," claiming that it is an industry debate, not the pushing of Obama and liberals' gun control agenda, we note the NRA has addressed this issue previously and highlights the following:

Pursuant to the 2009 Obama "stimulus," patient records are now being digitized. Physicians are rewarded with up to $44,000 for adopting Electronic Medical Records (EMRS). If they do not adopt, they are penalized by reduced Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements. (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub. L. No. 111-5, § 4101, 123 Stat. 115; 42 U.S. Code § 300jj-11(c)(3)(A)(ii).)

That is a critical point because during the Obamacare debate, the NRA pushed a clause that, while not banning doctors from asking about firearm ownership, did forbid them from "documenting the information and using it for research purposes," also stating that the information "cannot be used to keep and maintain records of individuals’ firearm possession, nor can it be used to track ammunition."

Furthermore, the NRA reports "On Jan. 16, 2013, President Barack Obama issued a host of executive actions about gun control. Eight days later, the U.S. Department of Labor issued an FAQ about Obamacare implementation (dol.gov/ebsa/faqs/faq-aca11.html). Question five was, "Does PHS Act section 2717(c) restrict communications between health care professionals and their patients concerning firearms or ammunition?"

The Obama administration’s answer: "No. … The statute prohibits an organization operating a wellness or health promotion program from requiring the disclosure of information relating to certain information concerning firearms. However, nothing in this section prohibits or otherwise limits communication between health care professionals and their patients, including communications about firearms. Health care providers can play an important role in promoting gun safety."

In order to bypass that Obamacare clause the NRA made sure was inserted, the 'federal government' pushed for the Electronic Medical Records, rewarding doctors for adopting it and punishing those that would not use them.

It’s this: we have little idea what’s in those electronic records, who sees the data, where it goes, and what they do with it. While the debate over whether physicians should routinely question patients about firearm ownership is quiet for now, that does not mean that healthcare professionals cannot or would not be encouraged, with a wink and a nod, to record gun ownership information in an electronic health record as it emerges in the course of routine conversation with a patient.

The lack of transparency about the evolution of EMRs and EHRs has been appalling. Why is it that patients are encouraged to access primarily their PHR? Why can’t they easily see their EMR and EHR, despite the 'government’s' chest thumping over their Blue Button initiative? Even more to the point, why don’t I, as a citizen, have the right to see who has looked at my EHR data or the entities to which it has been sold or transmitted (in a de-identified manner, we are assured)? I can log on to my credit report any time and see who has requested it. Why can’t I do the same for my EHR and EMR? Why don’t I have the right to correct the records by removing information that is not medically relevant or opt-out of having my data shipped to federal agencies or academic institutions?

In other words, while Federal law prohibits the doctors from compiling information that has nothing to do with your medical health, such as gun ownership, in the Personal Health Records,  nothing stops them from using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or the Electronic Health Records (EHRs), which can be shared (just not with you, the patient!)........ we just don't know with who or what 'government' agencies. 
What is extremely concerning is that many adults, especially Second Amendment supporters, might very well tell a nurse, or a doctor it is none of their business and a question about firearms in their own homes has no place in a conversation between a doctor and a patient, but examples found across the web indicate they are abusing the fact that they are authortative figures by asking children these questions.

For example, on January 29, 2014, on Ol' Buffalo Blog, an image was shown with a note that stated "Read questions 11 and 12. This was a questionnaire at my daughter's cardiology appointment!!"
 

  Guns Save Lives also published a photo of part of a form that was associated with a physical to play sports given to their child in California.

In January 2013,  Rural Revolution published a copy of "Teen Questionnaire, 13 to 18 Years Old," they found in a comment section of a WND article titled "Homeschooler's Neighbor Sparks Social Services Case."

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO PROTECT YOURSELF?

One of the first things to do is make sure your child, if under 15, is not left alone with the doctor unless you know that particular medical professional does not unethically commit "boundary violations." If your child is older, have a discussion with him/her on what is and what is not appropriate for the doctor to be asking and what your child should or should not be answering.

If your doctor does violate those boundaries, find another doctor if at all possible... if not then the following steps are provided by Ammoland, steps to take after you politely, or not so politely, tell your doctor what he can do with his inappropriate questions and they incude the following:

2) If the gun question(s) appears on your health plan’s routine health assessment questionnaire, file a formal written complaint with the health plan. Every health plan has a member complaint process, often prescribed by law. Your complaint will be registered and the health plan will respond.

3) If the health plan responds with the excuse that their questions about your guns are standard medical practice that they must follow, you can take the complaint to the next step—file a written complaint with your state agency that regulates health plans. For example, in California you would follow the complaint procedure on the Department of Managed Health Care web site. It’s your right as a patient under California law.

4) If your doctor persists in asking intrusive questions about guns in your home, you can also file a complaint specifically against him or her with your health plan. Such complaints are taken seriously, and the doctor will be called to account for it. Having one or more complaints about ethical boundary violations on her record will make her think twice about doing it again.

5) Internet consumer rating sites have created another way doctors can be publicly rated on the basis of service, attitude, and behavior. Some commonly used rating sites are Yelp.com, Healthgrades.com, Vitals.com, and RateMDs.

6) Increasingly, doctors’ pay from Medicare and insurance companies is tied to how they score on patient satisfaction surveys. These are often sent randomly to patients, but you can request one to fill out. You can have a powerful impact on a doctor’s conduct by reporting the doctor’s unethical questioning about your guns.

7) If the doctor’s conduct is especially offensive, as was the case with this Florida pediatrician, you have the right to submit a complaint to the doctor’s licensing board. This is an agency in your state government that holds the ultimate power of licensure over your doctor. A quick internet search for “medical board” in your state should take you to the official form for filing a complaint. This is a step that should not be taken lightly.

Emphasis on number 6 is mine, because if doctors are going to sell out their patients by basically working as a government mole, for monetary rewards or simply to push their own political agenda, then it seems a type of ironic justice to hit them where it hurts, their wallets.

David Rockefeller - replacement body parts, Chase and Bilderbergers

101  YEAR  OLD  DAVID  ROCKEFELLER  JUST  RECEIVED  7TH  HEART  TRANSPLANT  THIS  MORNING

The 101 heir to the Rockefeller fortune, David Rockefeller, just successfully completed his 7th open heart transplant after the last one failed earlier this week. This would mark more heart transplants than any other human being that’s ever existed.

David’s net worth is 'estimated' at only $3 billion, a small number compared to the many new tech startup billionaires that make the exclusive Forbes list (yeah, right!). However, he is the most wealthy billionaire of old money in the Forbes Billionaires club. 

David stared as an American banker who served as chairman and chief executive of Chase Manhattan Corporation. He is the oldest living member of the Rockefeller family and family patriarch since July 2004. Rockefeller is also the only surviving child of John D. Rockefeller, Jr. and Abby Aldrich Rockefeller, and the only surviving grandchild of John D. Rockefeller and Laura Spelman Rockefeller. 

Rockefeller was born in New York City, New York, in 1915 and grew up in a nine-story house at 10 West 54th Street, the tallest private residence ever built in the city. The home contained rare, ancient, medieval and Renaissance treasures collected by his father—with some, such as the Unicorn Tapestries, held in an adjoining building at 12 West 54th Street. On the seventh floor was his mother’s private modern art gallery. The house was subsequently donated by David’s father as a site for a sculpture garden that is now part of the Museum of Modern Art. 

He spent much time as a child at the family estate Kykuit where, in his memoirs, he recalls visits by associates of his father, including General George C. Marshall, the adventurer Admiral Richard Evelyn Byrd (whose Antarctic expeditions had been funded by the family), and the aviator Charles Lindbergh. 

Summer vacations were spent at the Eyrie, a 100-room house in Seal Harbor on the southeast shore of Mount Desert Island, in Maine. The house was demolished by the family in the early 1960s to make way for Museum of Modern Art. This was conceived and planned for by his mother Abby.

In 1946, Rockefeller joined the staff of the longtime family-associated Chase National Bank.  Rockefeller started as an assistant manager in the Foreign Department. There he financed international trade in a number of commodities, such as coffee, sugar and metals. This position also maintained relationships with more than 1,000 correspondent banks throughout the world.

He served in other positions and became president in 1960. He was both chairman and chief executive of Chase Manhattan from 1969 to 1980 and remained chairman until 1981. He was also, as recently as 1980, the single largest individual shareholder of the bank, holding 1.7% of its shares.

In 1954, Rockefeller became chairman of the committee charged with deciding the location of the bank’s new headquarters. The following year his decision to erect the building in the Wall Street area was accepted.  It was subsequently seen as a decision that directly revived the City’s downtown financial district. 

In 1960 the headquarters was completed under his direction at One Chase Manhattan Plaza, on Liberty Street in downtown Manhattan, directly across from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. At 60 stories, it was at that time the largest bank building in the world.  It also had five floors below ground, the largest bank vault then in existence.

In the 1960s, Rockefeller and other businessmen formed the Chase International Advisory Committee (IAC) which by 2005 consisted of twenty-eight prominent businessmen from 19 nations throughout the world, many of whom were his personal friends. Rockefeller subsequently became chairman until he retired from that position on the IAC in 1999. 

After Chase’s merger with J. P. Morgan, this committee was renamed the International Council, and contains prominent figures such as Henry Kissinger, Riley P. Bechtel (of the Bechtel Group), Andre Desmarais, George Shultz, and Tony Blair, the current chairman. 

Historically, prominent figures on the IAC have included Gianni Agnelli (a long time associate, who spent thirty years on the Committee), John Loudon (Chairman of Royal Dutch-Shell), C. Douglas Dillon, David Packard, Lee Kuan Yew and Henry Ford II.

Under his term as CEO, Chase spread internationally and became a central pillar in the world’s financial system. Chase has a global network of correspondent banks that has been estimated to number about 50,000, the largest of any bank in the world. 

In 1973, Chase established the first branch of an American bank in Moscow near the Kremlin, in the then Soviet Union. That year Rockefeller traveled to China, resulting in his bank becoming the National Bank of China’s first correspondent bank in the United States.

In November 1979, while chairman of the Chase Bank, Rockefeller became embroiled in an international incident when he and Henry Kissinger, along with John J. McCloy and Rockefeller aides, persuaded President Jimmy Carter through the United States Department of State to admit the Shah of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, into the United States for hospital treatment for lymphoma. This action directly precipitated what is known as the Iran hostage crisis and placed Rockefeller under intense media scrutiny (particularly from The New York Times) for the first time in his public life.

In a private capacity Rockefeller has met with and advised every American President since Eisenhower and has even at times served as an unofficial emissary on high-level diplomatic missions. Additionally, he serves as the only member of the Advisory Board for the Bilderberg Group.

As of September 2015, his net worth is estimated to be US $3.0 billion, ranking him among the 200 richest people in the world. Initially, most of his wealth had come to him via the family trusts that his father had set up, which were administered by Room 5600 and the Chase Bank.

Though David’s body continues to age, the ability to replace body parts that fail with young and youthful ones could hypothetically keep Mr. Rockefeller running for a very long time.

Japan scientists detect rare, deep-Earth tremor

Scientists who study earthquakes in Japan said Thursday they have detected a rare deep-Earth tremor for the first time and traced its location to a distant and powerful storm.

The findings, published in the US journal Science, could help experts learn more about the Earth's inner structure and improve detection of earthquakes and oceanic storms.

The storm in the North Atlantic was known as a "weather bomb," a small but potent storm that gains punch as pressure quickly mounts.

Groups of waves sloshed and pounded the ocean floor during the storm, which struck between Greenland and Iceland.

Using seismic equipment on land and on the seafloor that usually detects the Earth's crust crumbling during earthquakes, researchers found something they had not detected before -- a tremor known as an S wave microseism.

Microseisms are very faint tremors.

Another kind of tremor, known as P waves, or primary wave microseisms, can be detected during major hurricanes.

P waves are fast-moving, and animals can often sense them just before an earthquake hits.

The elusive S waves, or secondary waves, are slower, and move only through rock, not liquid. Humans feel them during earthquakes.

Using more than 200 stations operated by the National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Prevention in Japan's Chugoku district, researchers Kiwamu Nishida and Ryota Takagi "successfully detected not only P wave microseisms triggered by a severe and distant North Atlantic storm, known as a weather bomb, but also S wave microseisms, too," said the study.

"The discovery marks the first time scientists have observed... an S wave microseism."

Microseism S waves are so faint that they occur in the 0.05 to 0.5 Hz frequency range.

The study in the journal Science details how researchers traced the direction and distance to the waves' origins, and the paths they traveled.

The discovery "gives seismologists a new tool with which to study Earth's deeper structure," said Peter Gerstoft and Peter Bromirski of the University of California, San Diego in an accompanying Perspective article.

Learning more about microseismic S waves may "add to our understanding of the deeper crust and upper mantle structure."

• He also said that Hillary's medical condition was 'dangerous' and 'concerning,' basing this on an eight-paragraph letter from her doctor 
• The letter Pinsky based his claims on was written by Clinton's doctor of 15 years last July, declaring her 'fit to serve as President of the United States' 

Dr. Drew Pinsky is checking out, with CNN announcing that his HLN show Dr. Drew On Call will air its final episode on September 22, a little over five years after it first premiered on the network.

The sudden cancellation of the current affairs program comes just eight days after Pinsky made a number of controversial claims about Hillary Clinton's health while appearing on a radio show, including that she was suffering from brain damage. 

Pinsky, 57, also stated that he and another physician were 'gravely concerned' about the 'health' and 'health care' of Clinton.

These conclusions were not reached after an extensive review of Clinton's medical records or following a conversation with an individual who has treated the Democratic nominee for president, but rather after Pinsky read an eight-paragraph letter that was written by Clinton's doctor of 15 years.

That letter, which was publicly released last July, states that Clinton is 'in excellent physical condition and fit to serve as President of the United States.'

Professional-ish opinion: The news comes eight days after Pinsky said that he is 'gravely concerned' about presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's health in a radio interview (Clinton above on Thursday)

Pinsky's comments about brain damage came from a line in the letter detailing the concussion suffered by Clinton in December 2012 when she fainted and hit her head while suffering from a stomach virus.

The letter mentions that after the incident, Clinton seemed to benefit from wearing Fresnel prism glasses, which she was seen in a month after her fall while testifying before the Benghazi committee in Congress. 

'When she hit her head, she had to wear these prism glasses when she came out,' said Pinsky.

'That is brain damage, and it’s affecting her balance. Now clearly, it hasn’t affected her cognition, but tell us a little more about that. That’s profound.'

DR. DREW PINSKY'S COMMENTS ON HILLARY CLINTON'S HEALTH

Dr. Pinsky: But the fact is she released her medical records some time ago, and if you listened to my show last week, I just called a friend of mine, Dr. Robert [name unclear], who’s an excellent internist-pulmonologist, and we just dispassionately sat and evaluated the medical record that she had released. And based on the information that she has provided and her doctors have provided, we were gravely concerned not just about her health, but her health care.

Radio host: Why?

Dr. Pinsky: It’s hard for people to understand. Both of us concluded that if we were providing the care that she was receiving, we’d be ashamed to show up in a doctor’s lounge. We’d be laughed out. She’s receiving sort-of 1950-level care by our evaluation. So we took a look at her record, and here are the basic facts. She had two episodes of what’s called Deep-Venous Thrombosis. Common problem. Blood clots in the leg. She also has hypothyroidism, and she’d been treated for hypothyroidism with something called Armour Thyroid, which is very unconventional and something that we used to use back in the ’60s. And both he and I went, “Hmmm, that’s weird.” And by the way, wow, Armour Thyroid sometimes has some weird side effects.

Oh well. OK. So she goes on Coumadin. That’s weird, because Coumadin really isn’t even used anymore. Now we use Eliquis or Xarelto, things like this. Certainly the presidential candidate would get one of the newer anti-coagulates. Then she falls, hits her head, and as a complication of that has something called a Transverse Sinus Thrombosis. This is an exceedingly rare clot. I’ve only seen one of these in my career, which is a clot in the collecting system for the cerebral spinal fluid, and it essentially guarantees that somebody has something wrong with their coagulation system. Well, she’s had two clots, a Transverse Sinus Thrombosis.

What’s wrong with her coagulation system? Has that been evaluated? And oh, by the way, Armour Thyroid associated rarely with hyper-coagulability. So the very medicine the doctors are using may be causing this problem, and they’re using an old-fashioned medicine to treat it. What is going on with her health care? It’s bizarre. I got to tell you. Maybe they have reasons, but at a distance, it looks bizarre. There ought to be some sort of standard for people that are going to lead the country or are going to making these important decisions. Again, Hillary may be fine with all of this. I mean, it’s dangerous and it’s concerning, but you can see—and by the way, there were two other things that gravely concerned us. When she hit her head, she had to wear these prism glasses when she came out.

Radio host: Right, right.

Dr. Pinsky: That is brain damage, and it’s affecting her balance. Now clearly, it hasn’t affected her cognition, but tell us a little more about that. That’s profound. And then number two, when they screened her for heart disease, again, they did an old-fashioned screen. It just seems like she’s getting care from somebody that she met in Arkansas when she was a kid, and you’ve got to wonder. You’ve got to wonder. It’s not so much that her health is a grave concern. It’s that the care she’s getting could make it a concern.

Pinsky previously made mention of Clinton having an issue brought on by a 'brain injury' this past January.

He claimed that a 'strong source' from the website Breitbart had informed him that Clinton was late returning to the stage at the Democratic debate because of an incident related to this past injury. 

It was ultimately revealed that Clinton had in fact been using the restroom, and Pinsky was forced to apologize on-air, closing out his statement by saying: 'I regret the error and will make sure, in the future, to apply the rigorous editorial standards we have in place here. I apologize to our viewers and Secretary Clinton for falling short tonight.'

Donald Trump and a handful of his most fervent supporters, among them the former mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani and Fox News host Sean Hannity, have also called into question the mental and physical health of Clinton in the past few weeks as a way of implying she is possibly unfit to serve as president.

Trump's attacks seemed to amp up around the same time he brought Steve Bannon onto his campaign team, who is the executive chairman of Breitbart, the website that made the January claim about Clinton's brain injury that Pinsky picked up and reported.

The claims of Trump and his polotical pals are far more general though than the ones being made by Pinsky, who is an American board-certified internist and graduate of the University of Southern California School of Medicine. 

'Dr. Drew and I have mutually agreed to air the final episode of his show on September 22,' said CNN executive vice president Ken Jautz in a statement on Thursday.

'Dr. Drew and his team have delivered more than five years of creative shows and I want to thank them for their hard work and distinctive programming.' 

He then took some time to applaud the work of Pinsky and his team, saying: 'Their audience-driven shows, in particular, were innovative and memorable TV. And Dr. Drew has been an authoritative voice on addiction and on many other topical issues facing America today.'

No mention was made however about the comments made by Pinsky the week prior while he appeared on the KABC show McIntyre in the Morning. 

During the radio interview Pinsky also stated that he had issues with the medicines that Clinton was taking for her hypothyroidism (Armour Thyroid) and her anti-coagulate (Coumadin), claiming both medications are outdated and not used by most doctors.

From there, he suggests that the transverse sinus thrombosis which Clinton suffered as a result of her 2012 concussion could be the result of one of these medications. 

He then says it is 'dangerous and it’s concerning' that this 'old-fashioned medicine' was prescribed to Clinton.

Towards the end of the interview he also takes issue with the method used for when Clinton was tested for heart disease, calling it an 'old-fashioned screen.'

Pinsky then closed out by going after those individuals who have treated Hillary, saying: 'It just seems like she’s getting care from somebody that she met in Arkansas when she was a kid, and you’ve got to wonder. You’ve got to wonder. 

'It’s not so much that her health is a grave concern. It’s that the care she’s getting could make it a concern.' 

The letter declaring that Clinton had a clean bill of health came from Lisa Bardack, an internist in Mount Kisco, New York.  

The cancellation of Pinsky's show is the latest setback for the polarizing media personality, who in April ended his long-running radio show Loveline after three decades.

He began work on the HLN show shortly after he wrapped production and filming on the sixth and final season of his incredibly controversial VH1 program  Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.

Pinsky walked away from Celebrity Rehab after saying he was tired of the criticism he faced from members of the public and media, who called into question his methods and abilities after five people who were treated on the program died.

Jeff Conway of Grease fame, Alice in Chains guitarist Mike Starr, country singer Mindy McCready, MTV reality star Joey Kovar and Rodney King all died shortly after appearing on the program.

He also hosted one season of Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew on VH1 as well as two seasons of Celebrity Rehab Presents Sober House, which also featured King before his death.

Pinsky himself regularly snorted cocaine in the 1980s, a DailyMail.com investigation discovered last June, with the host revealing his drug past on his HLN show when questioned about his past. 

In fact Dr Drew became so enamored by the illegal white powder it is alleged he; told close friends, 'I really love cocaine'; snorted the drug from album covers and mirrors in the studio of famous LA radio station KROQ; and even snorted lines of coke with a patient  who is now a prominent member of the Republican Party - he was treating for an injury.

The drug allegations came from several sources who knew or worked with Dr Drew - whose real name David - in the early 1980s.  

The drug revelations - which have been touched upon over the years on the back pages of gossip mags and on internet blogs raise serious questions about the honesty of a man who has made millions of dollars from dishing out advice to celebrity drug addicts and alike on TV, while also asking that they come clean about their own drug past. 

Rehab has been a booming business though for Pinsky, who lives in a multimillion Pasadena mansion with his wife Susan and triplets Douglas, Jordan and Paulina, who are in their 20s.

The time has come to be honest with the world and with the people in it.

.

The old British Empire was rotten to the core.  It used press-ganging, enslavement, and inland piracy — otherwise known as “colonialism”— to cheat the entire world.

.

In the wake of World War II, the United Nations was established to keep the peace and the Trusteeship Council was established to end colonialism, and to an extent, it has succeeded while ignoring the very much larger problem of continued British colonialism in the UK, Canada, Australia, the US, South Africa, New Zealand, and even mainland Europe where most countries have been severely impacted.

The very short history in the United States is instructive and parallels similar developments and practices throughout the world.

.

We were coerced into a misrepresented war (Step One) known as the American Civil War (1861-1865) and our government was overthrown (Step Two) and surreptitiously replaced by a government services corporation (Step Three) owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Church and calling itself The United States of America. (Step 4).  This was a “private religious non-profit service corporation”.

.

In 1907, the move began to sell off The United States of America, Inc., to an international banking cartel known euphemistically as a the Federal Reserve. This organization took over, very subtly renamed the governmental services corporation — changing it from “The United States of America” to “the” United States of America (Incorporated)— and spun off the Federal Reserve System establishing an all-powerful Central Bank (Step 5). 

.

The Federal Reserve set up a fiat money system which among other things forced “US Citizens” to use commercial debt notes instead of real money. They could side-step the actual Constitution of this country because “US Citizens” were never protected by the Constitution. 

.

This confusion between the “US Citizens” who were British Subjects and the actual Americans who are nationals of the fifty American States would later be milked under conditions of duress, extortion, and non-disclosure to create false claims in commerce against the 50 States of America and the American People.

The same or similar practices were employed by the IMF.

.

This fraud scheme proved so profitable that it was soon deployed worldwide. Instead of England, Ireland, and Scotland, we suddenly had the UK.  Instead of Germany, France, and Italy, we had the EU.  Instead of Canada, we had CANADA.  And so it went around the Brave New World. 

.

The con-artists simply drummed up new names for entire nations, forced fiat currencies down our throats, and proceeded to steal title to everything of value in sight by fraud.  (Step 6). 

.

In America, because “US Citizens” were not protected by the Constitution, an all-out effort was made to redefine everyone as a “US Citizen”—- the better to coerce us and plunder our assets. (Step 7).

.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt, acting as the CEO of the private, mostly foreign-owned “United States of America, Inc.” had his franchise managers operating “state of States” —– “State of Washington” for example— pledge the “good faith and credit” of their “states and the people thereof” as sureties for the debts of the bankrupt “United States of America, Inc.”

.

He also gratuitously redefined the Trade Names of millions of Americans to be the names of Foreign Situs Trusts, owned and operated by the bankrupt United States of America, Inc., and standing as sureties for its debts.

.

Thus, the perpetrators endeavored and succeeded in stealing the identity and high-jacking the credit of our entire nation. 

.

For the next 66 years, Americans paid for the debts of the United States of America, Inc. out of one pocket, and paid for the “services” of the IMF sponsored UNITED STATES, INC. out of the other. 

.

When the bankruptcy of the United States of America, Inc. finally settled in 1999, the international Trustees responsible should have released and re-conveyed the names and proper titles owed to the American States and the American People back to us.  Instead, they left everything adrift in the foreign international jurisdiction of the sea, and our Trustee on the High Seas and Inland Waterways, the Queen of England, sat on her duff and did nothing.

.

Our Honorable Trade Names which are and always were our private property, have been labeled “disregarded entities”.  This is your big wake up call from the Disregarded Entities—- the modern day victims of Commercial Colonialism— and the greatest fraud and breach of trust violation in world history. 

.

As we write, the Second Round of this fraud scheme is ticking down.  The IMF-sponsored UNITED STATES, INC., pulled its own version of the scam by creating Cestui Que Vie Trusts named after each and every “Missing American”, creating bogus titles to our assets including our labor and our land, and using this mechanism as a means of borrowing against our assets—all unknown to us.

Having hijacked our credit—-again—-they have charged our credit cards into the stratosphere, paid no debts, and partied down since 1944 on our ticket, all without the trusting Americans ever realizing or being told what was going on.

.

And now, because of their utter, reprehensible irresponsibility and criminality, the UNITED STATES, INC. and all its purported “franchises” are not only bankrupt, they’ve been forced into liquidation.

.

Which brings us to the Main Topic of this letter.  Yesterday, we received word that Mr. Obama is preparing to declare “Martial Law”.  We are wondering how he can propose to do this, since the “United States” has been at constant war and operating under martial law since 1863? 

.

Also yesterday, we received word that over 6000 innocent American Homeowners have received “tax bills” often greater than the value of their homes along with eviction and sale notices. 

.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out.  The UNITED STATES, INC., sponsored by the IMF is under liquidation.  So they are having their corporate franchises—- the STATE OF MAINE and STATE OF FLORIDA—- bill the Cestui Que Vie Trusts they created and named after the living Americans.

.

The Sin of Omission of the “US Trustees” who failed to re-convey our Names and our Property back to the land jurisdiction has resulted in this situation and we know exactly who those Trustees are.  So do you. 

.

All these “tax bills” are being presented in DOG-LATIN and are utterly fraudulent on their face—-yet the IMF and its minions are clearly preparing to use armed force and legal pretense to seize the property of innocent Americans.

.

Let’s make this very clear—except for the nineteen enumerated services our States contracted to receive—none of these expenses charged off against these bogus ESTATE trusts are ours. Neither are we “United States Citizens” nor “citizens of the United States”.  We, Americans, are the victims of gross Breach of Trust and mischaracterization and identity theft and fraud—but we are not alone.

The same basic conditions have been set up in the UK, EU, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and other countries around the world.

.

The IMF is a French Corporation.  The French Government is responsible for oversight of its activities—-including its criminality in this matter.

.

We, the American People, are all owed the protections of the actual Constitution for the united States of America and are owed the re-conveyance of our good names and the return of our property titles and interests from our international Trustees—- the Pope in the Air Jurisdiction and the Queen of England who is our Trustee on the High Seas and Inland Waterways.

.

It is well-known and proven already that Americans have been falsely claimed to be “United States Citizens” and that all these acts of  systemic fraud have taken place. The Curia has already declared that we are tax exempt and our vessels in commerce are tax prepaid.  Trillions of dollars are sitting in our ACCOUNTS as credit and these “Prepaid” tax bills are purposefully not being paid so as to excuse the seizure of our land and our other assets.

.

Since the French Government chartered the IMF, the French Government is responsible for its operations— including this ongoing deliberate mismanagement and criminality against Americans. 

.

Pope Francis, we have returned to our land jurisdiction and it is past time to balance the books— or pull the IMF Charter and leave it with no basis for doing business, no funds and no ability to continue presenting bogus “tax bills”, harassing innocent people or paying for commercial armies operating under color of law as “government” agencies. 

.

Secretary Ban Ki-Moon, if you value your mission of keeping world peace, we suggest that you encourage and assist Pope Francis to do the right thing and apply appropriate pressure to the Obama Administration and whatever comes after it, to respect the Will of the American People in this matter, and to seek the cooperation of the French Government.

.

We have already named new federal contractors to take over the role of providing us with essential governmental services in international jurisdiction and we have properly organized our counties and states to receive back our funding and resume proper operation of our nation-states.  We have more than a million Federal Marshals trained and sworn in to provide for peace keeping, with more coming on board every day. 

.

There can be no excuse for allowing the IMF or any of its bankruptcy liquidation operations related to the UNITED STATES, INC. to continue under these false pretenses on our shores. 

.

The bill collectors must be advised of the fraud against Americans and told to cease and desist their false presumptions and fraudulent billing practices. What we owe, we have offered to pay and have instructed our Trustees to pay.  The rest of the odious debt racked up by the IMF doing business as the UNITED STATES, STATES OF STATES, and  JOSEPH QUINCY PUBLIC stands repudiated as fraud.

You are both fully advised that vast numbers of Americans have been deliberately and non-consensually press-ganged and mischaracterized as “US Citizens” in order to promote fraud against them and their material interests. This was attempted by the perpetrators of the 14th Amendment to the corporate constitution known as The Constitution of the United States of America.  It was attempted by FDR via means of identity theft and commercial fraud.  And now it is being attempted again by the IMF dba “UNITED STATES”.

Enough is enough.

.

The assets held under color of law must be returned to the Americans.  Our Trade Names must be re-conveyed to the land jurisdiction en masse, just as we were originally illegally press-ganged off the land.  The assets held under title and color of law in these bogus ACCOUNTS must be returned to the people and the States of America without further obfuscation or delay. 

.

This situation is the result of mismanagement, mischaracterization, and Breach of Trust on the part of the British Monarch, former Popes, and the French Government which has failed to maintain oversight on the IMF and its operations.

It is not the fault of the peaceful, trusting, hard-working American People who have been the victims of all this international corporate fraud.
