Speakers at the anti-Sharia rallies set for Saturday are receiving death threats and an American patriotic group has responded by agreeing to provide private security for the event.

ACT! For America is sponsoring the anti-Sharia, pro-freedom rallies in 28 cities in 19 states Saturday beginning at around 10 a.m. in most venues and continuing until about 2 p.m.

At least two of the featured speakers, including Lauren Morris in Austin, Texas, and Delicia Dawn in Dallas, have received death threats (Richardson, TX office for CAIR)  WND has learned, and Oath Keepers has asked its volunteers to come armed to the rallies to protect the speakers.

Morris and Dawn are both survivors of female genital mutilation and are scheduled to go public with their stories at the rallies in Austin and Dallas.

Stewart Rhodes, president and founder of Oath Keepers, said both Morris and Dawn are “incredibly sympathetic examples of victims of Shariah” and that is why the pro-Shariah forces are trying to intimidate them into backing out of their speaking engagements.

“The national office of ACT for America contacted me and asked for our help, and we answered the call,” Rhodes told WND. “Because of death threats against speakers, we are taking it very seriously.”

Oath Keepers’ members are made up of retired cops and military veterans.  “We are concerned about the very real threat of radical Islamist terrorism at one of these events tomorrow, and we have encouraged our volunteers to be armed,” Rhodes said.

Rhodes said Oath Keepers has issued a national “call to action” for patriotic Americans to attend the June 10 rallies and “help defend free speech.”  “We are answering the call to defend free speech against those who would use terrorist violence or the threat of violence to shut it down,” Rhodes said.

ACT! For America president Brigitte Gabriel believes Sharia is incompatible with Western democracy and the freedoms it affords, not only because Sharia is often the catalyst for violent jihad, but because of the brutal treatment of women, homosexuals and other minorities in Muslim societies where Shariah prevails.  

There is already evidence that Shariah rules are being privately enforced in some Muslim enclaves in the U.S., such as the Cedar Riverside community of Minneapolis, where police have been made aware of a team of “Sharia cops” and yet have made no arrests, as previously reported by WND. Even some Muslims have complained about the Shariah cops to Minneapolis police, to no avail.

Examples of Shariah in America include not only FGM, which is now known to be practiced throughout the Muslim communities in Minnesota, Michigan and possibly other areas of the U.S. with heavy Muslim populations, but also honor violence and honor killings, examples of which are presented [with photos of American victims] on the ACT! For America website.

The U.S. Department of Justice recently announced the cases of FGM to be prosecuted in America, with charges filed against two doctors in the Detroit area. The two doctors are believed to have mutilated the genitals of an estimated 100 or more girls, most between the ages of 6 and 8, according to a story Thursday in the Detroit News.

The attorney for one of the doctors has already argued in a pre-trial hearing that her client, Dr. Jumana Nagarwala of Northville, Michigan, was not violating any laws because she was merely practicing her religion under the protection of the First Amendment. (So with this reasoning, beheading muslims AND non-muslims, burning at the stake, pouring acid, burying alive, stoning and other atrocities are also OK because they are part of merely practicing their religion?)

According to the federal criminal complaint filed in Michigan, the surgery is performed “to suppress female sexuality, reduce sexual pleasure and curb promiscuity.” (And family or 'doctor' has the 'right' to make this decision on behalf of mere babies? How ridiculous and how cruel.)

The procedure has been illegal in the U.S. since 1996 and there are no health benefits for girls and women, according to the World Health Organization.

Pundits are drooling over former FBI Director James Comey’s testimony before Congress.

They believe this is the moment that will sink Donald Trump.

But Comey is hiding something and it’s an awful secret involving Barack Obama.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is also eager to hear from Comey.

Both Republicans and Democrats sent seven questions to Comey they would like him to answer.

Circa reports Comey refused to answer their questions or testify before their committee:

“Former FBI director James Comey is formally refusing to answer questions submitted to him by a bipartisan group of senators, suggesting he no longer must do so as a private citizen.

Comey sent an email from his private account last week rebuffing the seven questions that had been submitted to him by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley and the committee’s ranking Democrat Dianne Feinstein after Comey’s final testimony as FBI director to the panel last month. Comey was fired by President Donald Trump shortly after his appearance.

Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., and Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., joined in the request in a show that lawmakers in both parties believed the questions were important enough to demand answers.

Comey’s short email specifically cited his status as a private citizen as a reason for declining to answer the questions.

The “private citizen “excuse was considered unusual by the senators since numerous former government officials have testified before Congress in recent weeks.”

Comey’s testimony is centering on if he believed Trump was trying to pressure him to drop the Russia investigation and if he thinks he was fired as a result of not doing so.

The press breathlessly reported that Comey had memos about these conversations.

But the Senators on the Judiciary Committee want to know if he also had similar memos about conversations with Barack Obama or anyone in the Justice Department about the Russia investigation, Trump associates or the Clinton email inquiry.

Many observers have questioned Comey’s motivations.
Leaks about his memos only appeared after he was fired.
Did he have legitimate concerns about being influenced or is he rewriting history now that he is a bitter ex-employee?

Others also wondered what memos the supposedly obsessive note taker kept about the Clinton investigation or conversations with Obama officials about the Russia investigation.

Is he hiding something?

Why else would he duck the Senate Judiciary Committee’s request?

Comey tried to brand himself as the last honest man in Washington.

And he had much assistance in this campaign from willing allies in the press who were eager to cast him as the perfect foil to Donald Trump.

But the more information comes to light about Comey, the quicker his facade as a straight shooting truth teller melts away and reveals a slick political operator who says what he needs to in order to advance his agenda.

If there’s one state left in America that that gives little craps about political correctness and the hurt feelings of Muslims, it’s Texas. They recently passed a law to eliminate Sharia Law from being recognized inside Texas borders, sending these local idiots into a collective rage. But following the terror attack in Manchester earlier this week that took the lives of 22 innocent concert goers, Texas has decided to ramp up their fight against Muslims even further, after what one Texas Sheriff blasted out right after the terror attack.
“This is what happens when you disarm your citizens,” Sheriff Tracy Murphree stated. “When you open your borders without the proper vetting. When you allow political correctness to dictate how you respond to an enemy that wants to kill you. When you allow these radicals to travel to Afghanistan and Iran and simply let them back in.”

While most people with half a functioning brain cell get behind the sheriff’s truth-filed rant, Muslims in Texas immediately began blasting the sheriff as being an Islamophobe, even enlisting the assistance of the radical terrorist-ridden group CAIR to bully the sheriff back into submission. CAIR immediately tried to intimidate the sheriff, demanding he retract his statements, all because they realize that their little game of infiltrating America with their vermin terrorists is finally up.

But Sheriff Murphee is not only an outspoken American badass, but a fearless leader as well. Refusing to give into the hurt feelings of these Muslim snowflakes, he doubled down on his statements, telling NBC 5 that he isn’t about to back down.

“I stand behind it,” said Denton County Sheriff Tracy Murphree to NBC 5. “We need to be realistic about the world we live in.”
Author George Orwell, the famous author who wrote the novel 1984, eerily predicted in his book how one day we would live in a day and age where the truth would be considered hate speech. “Truth is the new hate speech. During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act,” he said in his famous quote.

Perhaps more than any other time in our history, these words ring true. It’s truly amazing how this sheriff’s statement about Muslims and terrorism plaguing our country could be any way considered “hate speech” or “Islamophibic,” yet we see how he’s being savagely demonized by American Muslims all for speaking the truth.

“A lot of folks want to make it a race issue, and to me, it’s not a race issue,” the sherrif went on. “It’s a public safety issue.”

Ramadan is in full swing now, and since it started there have been multiple attacks across the globe proving that the so-called “religion of peace” is anything but that. People simply going about their business are being attacked and stabbed for simply living a normal life and not adhering to the barbaric Sharia Law. Texas, however, is not having any of it and decided to take a stand. What they decided is leaving Muslims in a tizzy.

Texans have long held their own beliefs and are no stranger to standing up to what is wrong. Texas is a shining example for the rest of the country and always has been. Just in time for Ramadan, they recently passed a law to eliminate Sharia Law from being practiced in the state. One Sheriff in the lone-star state gave a dire warning to Muslims that is sure to piss them off to no ends. The other 49 states, take note!

Sheriff Tracy Murphree believes the best policy to fight off Islamic terrorism is an armed populace. He is taking his message to the streets trying to inform people of the dangers of open border policies and people are starting to listen. He recently went on record to say this.

While many praised the Sheriff for his efforts, others went on to blast him for being “Islamaphobic”. He has received numerous threats but being the man he is, will not back down from these threats and continues to spread awareness.

Paul Harvey and the Reign of Heavens

This is a reply to the article published by the "Reign of Heaven" group (see below)-- first my response to their queries and suppositions, then "The Rest of the Story" from the immortal Paul Harvey, and then the article from the Reign of Heavens Society, so you can see what Paul and I are replying to and why this is a sad state of affairs:

My Reply:

The unincorporated entity known as The United States of America and the incorporated entity also calling itself "The United States of America" are NOT THE SAME entities just because they appear to have the same name.  They are fundamentally different in nature, jurisdiction, and law.  Trying to obfuscate this in any way just slows down any solution to the problem this country faces.

It will also be seen that the quasi-military offices such as "Postmaster General" were NEVER  part of the lawful government of the actual United States and have instead existed in the Territorial United States and Municipal United States -- that is, in international jurisdiction of the sea prior to the Civil War and afterward usurped upon the land as part of the Territorial United States' administration.

But if you don't know that there are three versions of "United States"--- our version, the Territorial United States and the Municipal United States (both of which routinely just refer to themselves as "the United States" also) --- it's nigh on unto impossible for people to wrap their heads around which entity and which offices of which entity you are talking about.  

This is just another example of "similar names deceits" being used by lawyers to create deliberate confusions and wrong assumptions and keep us all at each other's throats and unable to square off and deal with the actual problem.

It leaves people like the Reign of Heavens spinning their wheels in actual fact, contributing all their effort to a hopeless cause and ranting and accusing those of us who DO see the whole deceit of "telling lies".  But then, they are confused and not rightly understanding or replying to what I actually said, and maybe they have a right to be confused, because after all, they have been misled by professionals. The Rest of the Story from Paul Harvey:

If there is a stain on the record of our forefathers, one dark hour in the earliest history of the American colonies, it would be the hanging of the so-called “witches” at Salem.

But that was a pinpoint in place and time, a brief lapse into hysteria.

For the most part, our seventeenth century colonists were scrupulously fair, even in fear.

There was one group of people they feared with reason – a society,  you might say, whose often insidious craft had claimed a multitude of victims, ever since the Middle Ages in Europe.

One group of people, hated and feared from Massachusetts Bay to Virginia.

The magistrates would not burn them at the stake, although surely a great many of the colonists might have recommended such a solution.

Our forefathers were baffled by them.

In the first place, where did they come from?

Of all who sailed from England to Plymouth in 1620, not one of those two-legged vermin was aboard.

“Vermin.”

That’s what the colonists called them.

Parasites who fed on human misery, spreading sorrow and confusion wherever they went.

“Destructive,” they were called.

And still they were permitted co-existence with the colonists.

For a while anyway.

Of course, there were colonial laws prohibiting the practice of their infamous craft. Somehow a way was always found around those laws.

In 1641, Massachusetts Bay colony took a novel approach to the problem. The governors attempted to starve those “devils” out of existence through economic exclusion. They were denied wages, and

thereby it was hoped that they would perish.

Four years later Virginia followed the example of Massachusetts Bay, and for a while it seemed that the dilemma had been resolved.

It had not.

Somehow the parasites managed to survive, and the mere nearness of them made the colonists’ skin crawl.

In 1658 in Virginia the final solution:

Banishment. Exile.

The “treacherous ones” were cast out of the colony.

At last, after decades of enduring the psychological gloom, the sun came out and birds sang and all was right with the world. And the elation continued for a generation.

I’m not sure why the Virginians eventually allowed the outcasts to return, but they did.

In 1680, after twenty-two years, the despised ones were readmitted to the colony on the condition that they be subjected to the strictest surveillance.

How soon we forget.

For indeed, over the next half-century or so, the imposed restrictions were slowly, quietly swept away. And those whose treachery had been feared since the Middle Ages ultimately took their place in society.

You see, the “vermin” that once infested colonial America, the parasites who preyed on the misfortune of their neighbors until finally they were officially banished from Virginia, those dreaded, despised and inevitably outcast masters of confusion were - LAWYERS!

And now you know THE REST OF THE STORY.

This particular document was posted on the Anna Von Reitz website called ” Let’s Settle This Hash……”: LINK  on 04-26-2017
Wherein it states the following:
“The de jure government of this country is called The United States of America (Unincorporated). It has to be unincorporated to serve as a sovereign government, because if it held a corporate charter granted by some other government, it would be subservient to that government. Okay? Everyone got that?”
We can agree upon that statement because The United States of America and the Government of The United States of America is not incorporated. Embassy: LINK
“During the so-called American Civil War the rats in Congress created a doppelganger entity incorporated in Britain called “The United States of America, Inc.”. This is called “The United States of America” but it is not your de jure government. It is just a corporation granted a charter like any other British corporation.”
Where is the evidence of this claim? There are no links or documents, nothing….. This is the first time that the Government of The United States of America has ever heard of such a claim or the subject matter.
“Now we have Keith Livingway running around claiming that he basically went to a bankruptcy trustee sale and “bought” the office of “Postmaster General” out of a claim on abandonment. He is telling everyone that this abandoned office is the land jurisdiction trustee office once held by Benjamin Franklin and that it is the land jurisdiction de jure government that he is representing.”
Keith Livingway never claimed that he attended a bankruptcy trustee sale, nor did he ever claim to have bought the office of Postmaster General. Where is the evidence? Where is a publication of the claim? There isn’t any because it is a complete lie. The whole scenario was completely made up by Anna Von Reitz and Paul Stramer.
“But here’s the kicker—- Franklin held the office of Post Master (land) not Postmaster (sea) —- and on top of that, none of these quasi-military offices like “Lieutenant Governor” and “Attorney General” and “Postmaster General” even existed prior to the Civil War.”

Everyone can see that “Postmaster General” did in fact exist before the civil war, and here is the link to the successor of Ebeneezer Hazard:LINK The Postmaster General credentials are towards the bottom of the page.  The National assembly did create a department of the General Post Office to operate as a Government agency, however that was done to protect the original General Post Office of 1775 from foreign powers when doing business with them. The National assembly has that right and power to create such agencies when doing business with foreign powers. Further, everyone can see that Benjamin Franklin did in fact hold the office of Postmaster General and not this made up difference in spelling and land/sea jurisdiction garbage. All surveys require both, metes and bounds and seaward boundaries in order to be legitimate.  No one can land lock a country.
“Therefore— is Keith Livingway filling Franklin’s vacated office? No. He is claiming to own an office in a defunct British corporation that was bankrupted in 1907—- The United States of America, Inc. He is not occupying Franklin’s [land] office which was as a “Post Master” –two words, notice? And not a “Postmaster” and not a “General” anything. The de jure government of this country has never been incorporated and never can be incorporated. Period.”
True, the dejure Government of The United States of America cannot be incorporated in another country and it isn’t incorporated anywhere. As a matter of fact, corporations are required to be registered with the Government of The United States of America when doing business within its metes and bounds and seaward boundaries. Benjamin Franklin never vacated his office, it was succeeded as written in the Declaration of Chain of Title:

IT IS DECLARED THAT; the office of the Postmaster General of the Confederacy of The United States of America of 1775, first held by Doctor

Benjamin Franklin on 26th of July 1775, was succeeded by Richard Bache on November 7th, 1776, succeeded by Ebenezer Hazard on the 28th

day of January, 1782, and died in the year of 1817 without naming a successor. The office of the Postmaster General of the Confederacy of

The United States of America of 1775 was vacant from the year 1817 until the year 2010.” as published April 2nd, 2012 at the link above. 

Keith Livingway is not and has never claimed to personally own any office, however he was appointed successor of Ebeneezer Hazard as stated in the Declaration of Chain of Title here: LINK  by the National assembly to the office of the Postmaster General and or Post Master General of the General Post Office of the original Confederacy of 1781 back to 1775 and now the Government of The United States of America. The appointment is for life or until succeeded to keep chain of title to the country known as The United States of America.
These facts as stated in blue may be a source of distress, jealousy, embarrassment or otherwise to Anna Von Reitz and Paul Stramer.  Those emotions do not give them the right to print lies, deceive people, or slander people. Neither of them have the right to attack people personally with lies and deceit. Neither of them called to verify the facts of their documents, ever…That is called libel and others that are parroting these lies and twisting the facts are also libel. All of this back and forth really needs to end because it is beginning to have the look and feel of high school all over again.
The office of the Postmaster General of the Government of The United States of America will never be vacated or released into the hands of proprietors seeking to use Patriot tricks to gain control of the country on behalf of foreign powers. Upon the death of the current aforesaid office holder, the chain of title reverts back to the National assembly to appoint a new successor and further there exists other protections of said office that is privileged information. Further, it is a vary serous crime to attack the General Post Office of the country.
