This is official, however for obvious reasons the courts or actions where these are ongoing will not be disclosed right now. One of them where this evidence is now on record is the high court of Nevada, as it relates directly to

Of course, we have given GEORGE BUSH Jr. a much harsher sentence than most of you god-fearing flock would have gave because we hate his attitude and not much else.
 
We officially cannot stand that insufferable twit GEORGE BUSH Jr so we ordered he face a full-on firing squad, or approximately twenty years in the Guantanamo bay prison system. We think this might be the only thing that straightens him out, but rest assured he received one of the harshest sentences of all.
 
Of course we aren't making the decision, we're giving GEORGE BUSH Jr. a fifty-fifty chance. The same fifty-fifty chance they gladly gave nearly all of us, where it concerns five years in jail or instant death.
 
So our hands are now clean of the matter, the Military can opt to do one of two things:
 
->X.1) They can order GEORGE BUSH Jr. face twenty years behind bars in Guantanamo style conditions.
 
->X.2) They can order GEORGE BUSH Jr. face an instant firing squad.
 
Some think GWB could never be as evil as his father, and those people have a point. Of course the military and the army also has their own points. The choice as always, is up to them and is out of our hands.
 
 
OBAMA also has no defense for his official crimes now concerning Uranium One. To plead ignorance of consequences is no defense in court. It will certainly not help any of them now!!
 
 
Perhaps nearly all of them face a reckoning of the death penalty. There is no coming back from the nationally recognized crime of treason, as it's serious enough to warrant disdain for the very word.

BREAKING: Bus mows down pedestrians in Moscow, Russian.




5 dead as of now.

My question is why did the bus do this? Or did it have anything to do with the driver?


Five people died when a bus crashed into an underground passage in western Moscow, police said.
The incident happened on Kutuzovsky Avenue, near the Slavyansky Bulvar metro station in the western part of the Russian capital. At least five people were killed and more than 10 injured in the crash, police told media.

 Footage released on social media shows the bus pause for some time before accelerating into a crowd of pedestrians. The 25-second video was published by public Telegram channel Mash.

Causes for Peace

I was recently asked my opinion about the situation in the Middle East.  This was carefully couched with all sorts of historical and political considerations and rationalizations.  To me, it all comes down to scripture, and whether or not you believe it. 

If you believe scripture then there is no mystery whatsoever involved in the situation in the Middle East. 

It says that if the Hebrew people (both Jew and Israelite from the Ten Tribes qualify) obey and follow the Law and precepts given to them, they will be blessed and will flourish and have abundance and peace and all good things. If they don't follow the Law and precepts, they will be cursed in equal measures, and the scriptures then go on and describe what these curses will be.

Carrot and stick. It was the way the Lord had of dealing with stiff-necked people.

You want it this way, or you want it that way, and it's your free choice. 

Now, nothing the Lord does is happenstance.  And nothing He does changes unless He changes it. So you can be sure that the same choice is there for them today.  You want peace...... you want war..... it's up to you. 

As for the Arabs, the sons of Abraham by Hagar, they are not cursed and they are not prohibited from living in the land of Israel, but the land of Israel is not promised to them.  They have all the land outside of Israel, and nothing to complain of, because their own land is or can be as fair as anything in Israel. All they have to do is stop being jealous and stubborn and make use of modern technology to make the desert bloom again.

The entire region can be a garden.

They have all the energy they could ever need and with all the new tech that is available now, they can have all the fresh water they need.  Throw in some vegetable seeds and tree seedlings and the entire Middle East will bloom.  Imagine olive groves and cedar groves and apples and oranges and pecans and every kind of good growing thing taking root and growing where there are bare rocks and sand dunes now. 

Today, we can do this. 

All that is needed is for the different "sides" of this one family to wake up and heal their differences and stop being jealous of each other.  What was given to one is not given to the other, but look at what is possible? 

When my Father died and it came time for my Sister and I to split up the property I gave her whatever she wanted.  Freely.  She had first choice of everything.  So she can never complain with me for the choices she made, but as the years have gone by, she has found that she regrets some things. She feels bad for having taken things she knew I liked and wants to give them back.

The fact is that we all have our blessings, things that are hand-tailored for us and given to us, and if someone else takes those things they bring them no joy. Why?  Because in some special way, those things belong to us, and no force or fraud or happenstance can chance that.  What God gives, He gives.

So it isn't even generosity on our parts to give back what is not truly ours. It is wisdom, instead.  It is by being happy with all those very special things that we have been given--- recognizing and cherishing our own blessings which are ours in the same way, that peace and joy and contentment come.  When the Arab nations read the Old Testament and see what it says, they have cause to know the truth.  They should know from the words of their own Father and from the True God to their Mother what to expect and what to do.

Leave Israel.  Just leave it, and concentrate instead on all the fantastic glories that have been given to the other sons of Abraham. They can and should put their time and energy and love into rebuilding their own cities and their own lands, to cherishing their own gardens and their own people.  This is the wise thing to do, because nobody can change what God has given or question what He has not given.

What is yours is yours, in the realm of Heaven and on Earth.

The Arab nations have more than enough power and energy and money to give every Muslim now living in Israel lands and fortunes far in excess of anything they now have, simply by moving home and living among Muslim neighbors and not having this strife anymore.  Why not do so?  Open up their inheritance, and they won't want someone else's. They will look back on their hovels in Israel and laugh with joy. 

The same thing with the Muslim immigrants fleeing to Europe.  These people are in dismay.  They are facing prejudice and anger.  They are confused and unhappy.  They may not being bombed or attacked by drones anymore, but they are among foreigners and trying to adjust to a strange climate and hostile neighbors who feel that they are being imposed upon. 

Arab nations?  Among the most wealthy of the wealthy on Earth?  Open your borders and your arms to your own people.  Welcome them home and put them to work rebuilding your lands and building the fresh water projects and farms that will make your nations blossom like Eden again.  Put aside this senseless warring and jealousy.  You cannot gainsay the God of your Fathers, but you can pay attention to your own blessings.

As she has grown older, my older Sister no longer feels so needy.  Things are not wanted just because they are lovely or useful or valuable.  They have to be hers.  They have to feel right.   They have to have that special sense of belonging to her.  Everything else she gives away and sends these blessings on their path, hoping that they find their way to those they do belong to. 

Whatever she kept of mine long ago no longer matters. Times change, people change, needs change. What was mine twenty years ago and which should have gone to me to enjoy at that time, is no longer mine, either.  It belongs to someone else now.  And that's all right. 

As for the fights in the Middle East, they could be over in five minutes.  All that is required is that men look for and find their own blessings, and decide to themselves that it is better to look for the causes for peace than to search out the causes for war. 

There will always be mistakes.  There will always be "sins"--- which is just another name for mistakes.  There will always be "debts" --- which is just another name for mistakes.  But we have the ability to correct our mistakes most of the time, and we always have the opportunity to learn from them and do better next time.  We don't have to keep on butting our heads against Divine Laws, like children determined to conquer gravity.

In truth, if we were all letting go of all the things that don't belong to us, but which we have mistakenly latched onto, and instead, paying attention and accepting and caring for those things and people that do belong to us, this would already be a happy and abundant world. 

So how to bring peace to the Middle East?  Read the Old Testament.  Understand what it says.  Accept it.  And be happy. 

Go on and celebrate all that God has given to all of us--- life and love and enough and more to come.  Let the Arab nations wake up to their own blessings at last.  Let the people of Israel read their own choices--- to be blessed or cursed, as they will, and let them have peace from the outside world.

My Sister and I are close now, closer than we have ever been.  The things that stood between us because they were mine and she wanted them no longer stand between us.  Likewise, the hurt she felt because she took them from me and had no pleasure in them, no longer matters, either.  She learned a very hard lesson and realized that life moves on, and sometimes when we take things that belong to others, you can't just give them back.  That moment is gone.

What remains is her growing wisdom and thankfulness for all the blessings that are hers, including my steadfast love.

And that is what must ultimately remain festering in the hearts of the people of the Middle East, because somewhere someone realizes that at the bottom of this is love---and nothing is more troublesome than love denied.  The Jews and the Israelites and the Muslims secretly love each other, which is why they are jealous of each other and fight with each other, because they are all brothers from the same stem, the same family tree, still scrapping all these generations later over what belongs to whom and which blessings are theirs. 

When the nations seek the causes for peace, there will be peace.  When they look at their neighbors and see themselves, there will be peace.  When they question their hearts and ask--- is this mine?  They will know the truth.  And there will be peace and gladness, too, for when men embrace their blessings and take right action for the right reasons, God shines through.

“He added, "that he had heard too much upon the subject of war, both in this and some former discourses. There was another point, which a little perplexed him at present. I had informed him, that some of our crew left their country on account of being ruined by law; that I had already explained the meaning of the word; but he was at a loss how it should come to pass, that the law, which was intended for every man's preservation, should be any man's ruin. Therefore he desired to be further satisfied what I meant by law, and the dispensers thereof, according to the present practice in my own country; because he thought nature and reason were sufficient guides for a reasonable animal, as we pretended to be, in showing us what he ought to do, and what to avoid."
I assured his honor, "that the law was a science in which I had not much conversed, further than by employing advocates, in vain, upon some injustices that had been done me: however, I would give him all the satisfaction I was able."
I said, "there was a society of men among us, bred up from their youth in the art of proving, by words multiplied for the purpose, that white is black, and black is white, according as they are paid. To this society all the rest of the people are slaves.
For example, if my neighbor has a mind to my cow, he has a lawyer to prove that he ought to have my cow from me. I must then hire another to defend my right, it being against all rules of law that any man should be allowed to speak for himself. Gulliver's Travels, 1726 by Jonathan Swift


It can be a bit daunting at times to be entering into a profession that is loathed by so many people. I can only say that I entered law for, what I believe to be, the right reasons.

I remember my first day of University and our tutor asking about 20 of us why we wanted to be a Solicitor, I was the only one who didn't say "for the money".

I decided to be a Solicitor because I wanted to help people, to stand up for the vulnerable and to speak out for those without a voice. That's why I choose to specialize in subjects like Family and Criminal law rather than the more lucrative property and commercial subjects.

I have always believed that "the law" is the preserve of those with money. You can always buy "justice" when you have the money to do so.

As I am not yet admitted to "the roll" I have to be careful with any advice I give, I can't present myself as a solicitor just yet. As a result any advice which I give, free of charge, will always be accompanied with the proviso that they go and see a Solicitor to back up what I have said.

Just to give an example of this, I recently had a person come to me for advice in relation to a Family problem. I advised them on some of the suitable Section 8 Orders that would help. I should also say that this person has limited financial means and a family to feed and even if I was fully qualified I would never have charged them.

Now, the f*cker of a Solicitor they went to gave them some very suspect advice, advice that would make the situation worse but which would line their pockets. As a result of this advice which lasted a half hour they charged this person £175.
Is it any wonder so many people hate Lawyers!!

Christmas Thoughts - From Anna Von Reitz

I came downstairs this morning to survey the wreck of my house.  Months of ceaseless work and frequent travels have taken their toll: dust everywhere (even some cobwebs!), tall stacks of paperwork waiting for correspondence and filing, more stacks of mail and dispatches, 53 phone calls to return, 53,000 emails but-who-is-counting, and somewhere, somehow, I am supposed to have a life, keep my housekeeping in order, be present for my family and my community, pay the bills, and last but not least, create a Christmas out of this chaos..... 

Slumping down on the last chair in the house that was not piled high with packages or mail or abandoned winter coats and sipping my coffee gratefully, my eyes fell on two small books, almost booklets, isolated and alone on the one bare expanse of gleaming table top left: The New Testament and The Constitution for the united States of America.  
They seemed so small, so tiny laying there in a pool of winter sunshine. 
Yet, a century and a half ago, these were the foundations of every American's education.  The most slovenly wretch in the most impoverished circumstance had access to these two slim volumes, and in them, he had the essence of all education needed to live a good and self-respecting life.  
You can do without advanced algebra in most professions, and without calculus, too.  You can circumscribe the globe from a Biblical atlas.  And with the actual Constitution, you can overthrow any throne.  Is this not power enough for any man?  
By knowing the social obligations and having a code of ethics to rely on, a man and his country can flourish in peace--- and both of these small books provide that certainty and code.  They tell us who we are and who we are called to be.  They set forth the parameters of life and decency, of self-respect and respect for others. 
If we had no other education now, I had to stop---- if we learned no other useful thing in all our days in school, would we not be better off than we are now, when we are lost and groping for any common understanding?  
My home in Alaska is built like a Viking Hall, with one large room, and other rooms branching off it, here a pantry, there a bathroom, there a stairway going to the second story, or down to the basement.... or out to the Arctic Entry that buffers the indoors from the cold. 
The adornments are simple and useful in the Nordic way, faintly tinged with things Norwegian and Swedish and German.  Old silver spoons.  Hand-carved chairs made of oak and maple.  Oil paintings of snow-capped mountains.  Tall bookcases filled with books.  A central fire in a well-worn stove with an open glass front where the flames are visible, and the dogs and cat love to loll away their winter nights content to know that the family is here and all together. 
Always, though I didn't plan it that way, there is a faint smell of cinnamon and apples and coffee in the kitchen, and a smell of lavender or roses or balsam fir depending on the season of the year wafting around the rest of the household.  It is, I think, even in its state of disrepair and chaos, a blessed and peaceful place, where the stress of modern life has been held at bay.  
My husband calls it my "magic bubble", as if I waved my hand and created my own world.  
This time of year, there are bouquets of greenery and fresh flowers and tall white candles and outside, there is snow and white birches and tall dark spruce trees as far as the eye can see into the woods.  This afternoon as we got started on the clearing and cleaning rituals, I saw a yearling moose, soft dark brown, his velvet muzzle raised up scenting us and no doubt wondering about the brightly lit windows. 
Scrub-a-dub-dub, I plodded merrily along, and the old vacuum cleaner roared to life and the broom and the dust mop and a roll of paper towels began to work their own magic. 
The paper tide was turned and recouped in the office, and my precious little things of Christmas Past, a tiny framed picture of an angel, a crystal star wandering toward Bethlehem and scattering a thousand tiny rainbows in its wake, a mysteriously luminous ivory statue of Mary and her baby, all came forth from their tissue paper and boxes and settled once more in their places like old familiar dinner guests.  
And the Spirit of the Season, gainsay it as some people will, came into the old neglected house with its plain-spoken ways, and transformed it into something magical.  Though there is winter all around, dark and snowy and deep, in this house there is warmth and beauty and spring.  
I smiled at the two pairs of boots standing side by side on the doormat.  Father and son.  Just as it always was and is and should be.  I smiled at the two dogs settled at the feet of their respective men, and at the cat, curled up in a large, warm, fluffy ball waiting for me to put the pie in the oven and come join her in front of the fire. 
It has been a hard year for many of us, and yet, simple as this is, old-fashioned as this is, it's Christmas after all.  
Please join me in being grateful for all the blessings we have, for what we have been able to give, for all that we have been able to learn this past year, for the fellowship of those who travel with us on this road, for the rich heritage that belongs to each of us, for the joy of being present right now.  
Say a prayer of gratitude and then, a prayer for all our brothers and sisters who have suffered foreclosure and prison and injuries of all sorts as a result of a government gone mad, and then, give thanks again for the changes we have seen and the efforts being made to make America great again.  
May all our efforts prosper and come to fruition in the New Year.  Let the Thousand Years of Peace begin.  May the blessings we are heir to rest upon us. May the joy taking root in our hearts last forever.

Mysterious bright light over Palm Springs is from SpaceX rocket launch

A flash of bright light over Palm Springs had social media buzzing Friday evening, but don't fret, it's not an alien attack. 

All indications are that the light is coming from the launch of the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket that took off from Vandenberg Air Force Base near Santa Barbara. 
Many in the desert took to Facebook and Twitter to show images of the bright white light that illuminated the clouds over the San Jacinto Mountains. 

SpaceX began tweeting around 5 p.m. about the launch, which was aired lived on their website. Falcon 9 launched around 5:30 p.m., according to tweets from the SpaceX Twitter account.

Around 5:45 p.m., the engine was cutoff and the stage separation was confirmed and the second stage engine burn was underway.

Less than 10 minutes after that, the second stage engines cutoff and the satellites are now in coast phase.

SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket will deliver 10 satellites to low-Earth orbit for Iridium, a company focused on data satellite communications, according to a SpaceX press release.

This launch is the fourth set of 10 satellites out of 75 total satelites that will form Iridium’s “next generation global satellite constellation,” called Iridium NEXT.





The satellites will be deployed from the rocket about an hour after the initial launch.

SpaceX will not attempt to recover Falcon 9’s first stage of the rocket after launch.

SpaceX confirmed via their Twitter account that the launch was successful. Eva Behrend, SpaceX spokeswoman, said the company would not be issuing any other statements about the launch aside from what was posted on Twitter.

Iridium NEXT plans to replace the world’s largest commercial satellite network of low-Earth orbit satellites for a “tech upgrade.”

Iridium is a communications company that hopes to deliver “fast speeds and higher throughputs for…aviation, maritime, Internet of Things, terrestrial and government organizations,” according to the press release.

The company hopes to improve aircraft tracking and surveillance systems. When the full satellite system is completed, Iridium hopes that air traffic control companies and aircraft operators will purchase the service which will provide real-time, global visibility of aircrafts that are equipped with automatic dependent surveillance – broadcast technologies.  

The webcast can be found at www.spacex.com/webcast. According to the SpaceX Twitter account, the webcast will be back around 6:15 p.m. for the second stage engine restart and deployment of 10 satellites.

IT'S THE LAW! TRUMP SIGNS TAX CUT BILL...



Washington (AFP) - President Donald Trump on Friday signed into law a sweeping overhaul of the US tax code, two days after the Republican plan was adopted by Congress in a major political victory.

Making good on a vow to push through the tax cuts before Christmas, Trump endorsed the bill shortly before departing for a year-end break at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, pulling forward a formal signing initially planned for January.

"I watched the news this morning and they were all saying, will he keep his promise, will he sign it by Christmas?" Trump told reporters gathered in the Oval Office.

"And I called downstairs and said 'Get it ready, we have to sign it now.'"
Trump this week celebrated his first major legislative victory since taking office a year ago as Congress passed the $1.5 trillion overhaul, set to impact every corner of the economy through dramatic tax cuts for corporations and temporary reductions for individuals.

"As you know, $3.2 trillion in tax cuts for American families," Trump said. "And they're going to start to see that because we're signing today."

He added that "we're going to bring back probably $4 trillion from overseas," and said corporations "are literally going wild over" the prospect.

"This is something that Republicans wanted for years and Democrats wanted for years and yet it never got done. Now it's being done."

Opposition Democrats have branded the tax plan a giveaway to the wealthiest that risks blowing a hole in the national debt, and a CNN poll showed that 55 percent of Americans oppose the tax reform.

But House Speaker Paul Ryan thinks they will be won over once they start to reap the benefits. He proclaimed immediately after Trump's signing: "The biggest tax reform in a generation is now the law of the land.

"As promised, the American people will begin the new year with a new tax code."
- 'Working in Florida' -

Trump -- who did not hold a traditional year-end news conference before departing Washington -- seized on the occasion to speak at length to reporters, enumerating the achievements of his first year in office.

"We have more legislative victories than any other president," he said -- an assertion not supported by facts. He has signed into law fewer than 100, mostly minor, pieces of legislation, fewer than his nine predecessors according to the GovTrack website.

"This is the capper, because this is again the biggest tax cut, the biggest reform of all time," he said, while vowing that infrastructure reform would be a domestic priority for 2018.

Trump left the White House right after the signing, for what he told reporters would be a working holiday.

"We'll be working in Florida, I'll be working very hard during that Christmas because we have many things we're talking about, including North Korea, including a lot of things happening in the Middle East as you know."

The US leader also signed into law a short-term funding bill that will keep the federal government running until January 19, averting a looming shutdown.
The temporary funding extension gives more time to lawmakers from both parties to reach an agreement on funding for the remainder of the 2018 fiscal year, which ends September 30.

The bill adopted by Congress on Thursday also unlocks four billion dollars to build a new missile base in Alaska, and to repair US Navy ships damaged in recent accidents.
