For those who noticed the remarks regarding Freewill in the left panel, for Freewill's friends and supporters, and for those who have shown their much appreciated generosity in sending aid to Freewill, here is an update:
In jail 2 weeks now, insisting on trial by jury of his peers. OSCODA COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT (OCSD) essentially stated he was stopped for lack of STATE OF MICHIGAN's annual license plate sticker on plate. Freewill attempted to inform the OCSD law enforcement representative of applicable laws, facts and grounds which invalidate the claims which the law enforcement representative was attempting to assert (suspended/revoked driver license, driving unregistered vehicle, no security), which the law enforcement representative characterized as resisting/assault/obstruction. Freewill was taken to OCSD to "sort the matter out" (arrest). Freewill's automobile was searched and seized. Several rounds of ammo found on floorboard. Prosecutor seeking to invoke repeat offender for suspended/revoked driver license/unregistered vehicle/no security, resisting/assault/obstruction, felon in possession of ammunition (citing 20+ yr old b&e conviction, but not mentioning the b&e was aggrevated by Freewill's ex moving out while he was at work and taking with her what Freewill asserted was his property, refusing to return the property [both were in their young and dumb phase at the time, the matter was nothing more than a domestic property dispute and both behaved childish because both were young adults]). Freewill currently is at mercy of public defender who has private law practice.
Bond set at 5k, bail at 500. Have received donations to cover bail, thank you to those who have pitched in for bail. The adjacent county corporation which held Freewill 2-3 yrs ago entered a default judgement against him, attempting under landlord-tenant law to force him to pay rent for his forced stay in their jail, 580; also, while Freewill has paid cash payments to his ex for child support, the county corporation and its agency FRIEND OF THE COURT are attempting to force payment through the court, 1600, so they can turn around and file a claim for "matching federal funds" aka discharge of debt through U.S. Treasury, double-dipping their claim.
I'm trying to arrange covering the 1600, the default for rent potentially can be voided and not likely strong enough to trigger detainment by itself. I'm pitching in my own pay, though I'm behind on getting paid for work for the past few weeks. I very much welcome help with coming up with the 1600, and Freewill made it clear to me he is willing to pay back whomever helps him, telling me to pass this request on.
I can bail him out now, but the adjacent county will nab him for 90 days unless I can get at least the release of the claim for child support. I'm trying, and hoping, to have enough to cover the 1600 within the next couple days. And Freewill is placing great pressure on me to make it happen.
People, if Freewill stays locked up, he won't have freedom to gather the strongest case he can make for shooting down this Oscoda County attempt at sticking him with felonies and keeping him locked up for as long as 5-6 years on b.s. victimless "crimes" which have no basis in law. This is the crap so many of us run into, these corporations' employees and owners pissing on freedom, justice, and basic rights, it's completely and utterly wrong. Some aren't aware of what's really happening, what they are participating in and enabling to happen; but, there are those who do know, and still do it. For a payday. Or because they like it. Or both. It's exactly what Freewill has worked so hard over the past several years to put a stop to, for his children's sake, for everyone's sake who is being treated as an economic crop, slaves to be harvested over and over until nothing is left, even being beat down and thrown into dark holes to be lost and forgotten simply for saying "no". And just maybe, this is factoring into why he's being held right now, to undermine the movement for freedom from oppression and tyranny.

Nearly eight months after the Las Vegas shooting, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) will be holding an “active assailant” drill at Shadow Ridge High School.
The drill, which is being called “Operation Mustang”, will take place Wednesday, May 30, 2018, from 6:00 am to 1:00 pm PST and will include “full scale gunshots and explosions”.
While the 'drill' is described as a “training exercise”, it is unclear as to why the drill is being held at a high school and will require such a heavy law enforcement presence and utilize real life gunfire and explosions if it is just a 'drill'.
According to the details listed on the LVMPD flyer, there will be a “large number of emergency vehicles” responding to the drill, including an LVMPD helicopter.
During the 'drill', police will be blocking off several intersections, and they have asked the public to stay away from the area and to “not attempt to spectate the exercise”.
LVMPD said the high school will have a 360-degree “containment” for the safety of the participants. Police have not yet mentioned who the participants will be at the high school, but it is worth noting that the school is currently out of session for the summer.

What happens when the national anthem isn't played before a ballgame? In Fresno, Calif., first the crowd boos, then it takes it upon themselves to sing it anyway -- acappella.
In a show of patriotism before Memorial Day, the crowd at a high school softball championship game at Fresno State's Margie Wright Diamond on Friday night launched into their own rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" after it was announced that the song wouldn't be played because it had already been played before an earlier game.
“Honestly, I was shocked (when) the announcer stated, ‘There will be no anthem, let’s just play softball,’” fan Tiffany Marquez of Fowler, Calif., told the Fresno Bee. “Within seconds, you could hear people in the crowd singing and the volume of their voices building. There I was, standing in the middle of a true testament to unity and patriotism.”
Bob Kayajanian, event coordinator, told the Bee that when more than one game is played in a day, the anthem is typically played only before the first game.
“We try to follow with what normally gets done,” Kayajanian said. “It’s all a learning experience for everyone and (going forward) we’re playing the national anthem at every game.”
He added that when the crowd “all started singing,” he thought it was “obviously a wonderful thing to show off their patriotism.”
As for the title game, the Clovis High School Cougars defeated the Buchanan High School Bears, 6-3.

This is "Oldie But Goodie" information underscoring the secretive usurpation of our lawful government by the British-backed Territorial United States and the fraudulent means used to secure these deplorable results ---- again.
The article I have linked to from the Daily Pen came across my desk again today and I was inspired to forward it on because it so neatly summarizes the bulk of research that shows that Mr. Obama was, in fact, born in Kenya, a British Protectorate, and also shows where his actual birth records from the Protectorate are archived.

The [Territorial] United States office of "President" does not require that the man occupying that foreign office be natural born in these states. He is merely a corporate CEO elected by shareholders and could come from the moon. He didn't directly commit any crime because the "Office of President" he occupies, he was eligible to occupy.
That isn't really the point, though, is it?
This is basically the same dodge they used when Lincoln was elected. Bar Attorneys have been ineligible to hold the actual American presidency since 1819, so how was Lincoln elected? Simple. He wasn't occupying the 'presidential office" everyone assumed he was occupying.
As we have already appreciated (just yesterday) George Washington took two Oaths of Office. One, a Supreme Political Oath of Office to the American States and specifically, the unincorporated Federation of States known as The United States of America, and the other, a business office, to act as the CEO -- also called "President" of the Federal United States --- a Confederation of National-Level States of States exercising the Delegated Powers in international jurisdiction.
Mr. Obama, like Mr. Lincoln, occupied only the second office, "President of the United States". In Obama's case, he didn't even bear the responsibility of the actual office that Lincoln occupied because, by the time he arrived on the scene, the actual States of States we are owed had been surreptitiously moth-balled for well-over a hundred years and all their assets had been unlawfully converted into the State-level trusts that the Territorial United States and its franchises also controlled.
Thus, Lincoln didn't occupy the Presidential Office owed to The United States of America, only the Office of President of the United States --- the Federal United States exercising the delegated powers.
And Obama didn't occupy either of the Offices that George Washington swore his Oaths to but, instead, occupied the Office of President of the [Territorial] United States, a separate and foreign corporate office substituted for the both of the public offices we are owed, yet usurping upon and assuming the powers of our offices.
Pretty good scam, eh? Be President without being President? Take your Oath of Office to a completely different government and organization and wreck havoc upon the States and people you are supposed to be serving?
And we all believe that this went unknown and unnoticed by the entire federal infrastructure? The Department of Homeland Security? The FBI, DIA, CIA, the Congress, all their "National Security" apparatus?
Nah. We don't believe that for a nano-second.
They knew which office Obummer was really occupying and did nothing about it.
Once again, the British usurpers acted in Gross Negligence and Gross Breach of Trust to promote a scam that was calculated to yield supreme benefit to themselves at the expense of the American States and people.
First, they aimed to bankrupt both the Territorial and Municipal United States at the same time, and thereby completely vacate the Constitutional Agreements. (Remember that the actual Federal United States was bankrupted and pillaged and moth-balled under a similar scheme during Lincoln's Reign of Terror, so that Constitution has been gathering dust for 150 years.)
Second, having bankrupted these incorporated "government" entities, they aimed to seize upon our land and our assets as "abandoned property" in the possession of the Territorial and Municipal corporations at the time of their bankruptcy--- all purportedly chattel property available to pay off their own creditors.
Can anyone say, "Fraud!"
And kindly remember that Fraud is a crime with no statute of limitations? It truly doesn't matter if it is discovered the same day or a 150 years after-the-fact. It vitiates everything tainted by it, including the most sacred contracts.
The British Government is exposed before the entire world as a crime syndicate and the Holy See isn't a bit better, except that it has made some good faith efforts to correct. It remains to be seen what the "US" Government intends to do to clean its own dirty laundry.
And as for us, the long-suffering victims of this criminality and self-interest by our supposed friends and allies? It's time for all of us to wake up and get busy organizing our local county and state jural assemblies, so that a lawful government is re-established and there is no excuse for any "UN intervention".

The First Confederation formed by the States during the Revolution (1781) was composed of National-Level States of States: The State of Georgia, The State of Maine, The State of Connecticut..... and these States of States were business entities owned by the States called Georgia, Maine, Connecticut.....
The States own The States of States. Maine owns The State of Maine.
The States formed a Federation of States known as The United States of America to function as a Holding Company for all the assets and powers that they would agree to hold in common. The States specifically and through their Holding Company retained control of the land and soil jurisdictions of this country.
That is, the States never gave up a cubic centimeter of soil or land to The States of States.
The States of States were created to function in the realm of international trade and commerce in behalf of the States and in the global jurisdiction of the air, also in behalf of the States.
The States of States formed their original Confederation during the Revolution (1781). When the Constitution was adopted in 1787 the Second Confederation was set up to exercise the Delegated Powers.
Where the real confusion arises is the idea that the original Confederation disappeared or was "replaced" by the Second Confederation. It wasn't. All that happened was that the Second Confederation of The States of States operated the Delegated Powers under British control / influence, and the First Confederation continued to operate the Non-Delegated Powers.
And in the background, the great Holding Company of the States, The United States of America (unincorporated) was the Source of all the Non-Delegated and Delegated Powers mutually extended by the States.
So the delegation goes like this: States combine to form a Federation of States dba The United States of America to hold their international and global powers in common. They form a first Confederation of States of States to conduct their business in these realms. They split the powers into "Non-Delegated" and "Delegated" subsets and create a second Confederation to exercise the Delegated powers in 1787.
We've been hoodwinked into paying attention only to the Delegated Powers and the Federal United States government that was created to exercise these powers, and have "forgotten" about the source of all these "powers" ---- the actual government is not the Federal United States Government in any form.
