Pope fears for Christian presence in Mideast
BARI (ITALY) (AFP) -
Pope Francis on Saturday voiced concern that Christians will disappear from the Middle East amid "murderous indifference," as church leaders from Syria and Lebanon called on Western states to help return Syrian refugees.
The Argentine Pope was addressing the leaders of almost all the Middle Eastern churches gathered in the port city of Bari to pray for peace in the region.
"The Middle East has become a land of people who leave their own lands behind," Francis said.
"There is also the danger that the presence of our brothers and sisters in the faith will disappear, disfiguring the very face of the region.
"Indifference kills, and we desire to lift up our voices in opposition to this murderous indifference."
Lebanese cardinal Bechara Rai, the patriarch of the Maronite Church, said governments should from now on encourage Syrian refugees to return to their country, because "bombings are extremely localised".
States must "financially help people driven from their lands to repair their homes," he said, instead of "repeatedly saying that there is no peace".
More than 350,000 people have been killed since Syria's brutal civil war began in 2011, with millions more displaced.
Lebanon, a country of cultural and religious diversity, has taken in some 1.75 million refugees.
On Saturday, a ceasefire deal in the south between the government and rebels allowed thousands of displaced Syrians to return home. The accord follows a string of similar deals with rebels for other areas of Syria, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring group said.
- Islamic regime fear -
The Melkite Greek Catholic archbishop of Aleppo Jean-Clement Jeanbart said he has launched a campaign to return Syrians, called "Aleppo is waiting for you" funded by Swiss benefactors.
Of the 170,000 Christians in the city before the war, around 60,000 remain, he said. Those who have sought refuge in neighbouring countries are expected to return, unlike those who have fled to the West.
"Now that security has returned, help us at home," he said, adding that the Syrian regime is "credited with emphasising secularism, diversity and equality for all citizens".
The only alternative is a fundamentalist Islamic regime, he warned.
The Syrian-Orthodox Patriarch Ignatius Ephrem II, who lives in Damascus, echoed that "our greatest fear is to replace a secular regime with probably an Islamic one".
According to the Chaldean bishop of Aleppo, Antoine Audo, half of Syria's 1.5 million Christians have fled the country since the unrest broke out.
Churches have been damaged or destroyed, and large numbers of Christians have been murdered or abducted.
Also attending the ecumenical meeting in southern Italy are the patriarch Bartholomew of Constantinople, the spiritual leader of the eastern orthodox church, and metropolitan Hilarion of the Russian orthodox church which is powerful in Syria.
Patriarch Tawadros II is representing Egypt's orthodox Copts alongside six patriarch of eastern Catholic churches.
Francis described the Middle East region as "the crossroads of civilisations and the cradle of the great monotheistic religions".
"Yet this region ... has been covered by dark clouds of war, violence and destruction, instances of occupation and varieties of fundamentalism, forced migration and neglect.
"All this has taken place amid the complicit silence of many."

Child Trafficing, Cabal, Blood Sacrafices, Genocide, Vatican, Opression, False Flags, etc..
Trump, Q, alternative media, and many others are exposing the corruption, rape, murder and theft of the people of Earth, all while fake news agencies cover it up and lie. Poisons in our air, food, water, and electronics is killing us. Cern, Haarp, Nasa, and many others are harbingers of many evils that will bring more death upon us. Hidden good technologies and medical advances are withheld that can help the people. Courts bare totally corrupt practices and work for the cabal aka crime syndicate. These entities are destroying our home we call Earth. They are destroying everything good. They have indoctrinated and enslaved most of the population. False Flag attacks to move their agendas forward. Disarm the population so they will have no fear or resistance to genocide.
Who can put a stop to this? Millions are awake to what is going on but it seems like millions are awaiting someone else to do it for them. People are expecting Trump and Military tribunals to take care of the problem. That's not going to happen. Here is why. The population of America is well over 300 million. If only 1% is guilty of crimes against the other 99% then that makes 3 million criminals who need to go to trial for their crimes. Each criminal can have several days of deliberations before verdicts are handed down. If we are lucky enough to have 30 military courts on the large bases we may have what? 30 military courts? That will make around a hundred thousand cases per military court.
3031 counties in all 50 states. Each with at least one court. That makes around 990 criminals to be tried per court. That is a little closer to reality. Now imagine the numbers if 11% of the population is guilty and to be put on trial. With that in mind, who the hell has the ability to handle that? The only answer is the people! There is no way Trump or the military can hold those trials. Impossible!
Then the next question is who can clean up the mess they created? Only answer is the people. The people must be assembled and coordinated to make all this work. Trump, Q, and many others have alluded to this but most of the people are blind to it. Trump promised to return the power back to the people. Q posted the people are strong together and don't forget how to play. Newt Gingrich tipped his hat to the assemblies on the Hannity show. Enoch, Revelations, Daniel, and many other passages within the bible have referenced this. Our creator calls for us to seek his name. We are created in his image and he commanded no false gods before him. When the people are assembled in a body politic there are no false gods before them.
The military can detain a few of the worst ones but the people must step up to handle it. Trump and the military await the people to take back their counties and states. Without the people, Trump and the military cannot do it.
Less than a thousand people have stepped up to reclaim their assemblies. That is just a start. At least 13 per county for all 3031 counties is a minimum of 39,403 people needed. The big question is this: Are you just going to gripe and complain about the criminals and the arrests not happening until their death devices take your life? Or do something about it?
Time to get off yer butts and follow in the footsteps of our founding forefathers and recreate history just as they did it. Time to join us and inscribe your names in the scrolls of history by forming your jural assemblies so that we may redress our grievances against the de facto corporation, instruct the military to unseal the indictments and commence with arrests, so that we may make Earth the heaven that our Great Divine Creator intended.
Doesn't get more simple than this.

Germany: Migrant Decapitates Baby, Government Tries To Cover It Up
Authorities raid home of man who posted video
0
3
Authorities in Germany tried
to cover-up the brutal murder of a German woman and a 1-year-old baby
girl in Hamburg by an illegal immigrant from Niger by raiding the
apartment of the man who posted a video of the incident online.
On April 12, 33-year-old Mourtala
Madou stabbed his German ex-girlfriend, identified as Sandra P., and
their one-year-old baby daughter, Miriam, at a Hamburg subway station.
The woman’s 3-year-old son was also a witness to the carnage.
A gospel singer named Daniel J. who
arrived at the subway moments after the attack and filmed the bloody
scene on his phone witnessed that the baby had been almost or completely
decapitated.
“Oh my God. It’s unbelievable. Oh
Jesus, oh Jesus, oh Jesus. They cut off the head of the baby. Oh my God.
Oh Jesus,” he is heard saying in the clip.
It subsequently emerged that Madou,
whose attack was motivated by losing a custody battle, had been making
threats against the woman and her baby for months but police didn’t take
them seriously. A judge also revoked a restraining order Sandra P. had
taken out against Madou, after which he directly threatened her, “I’m
going to kill our daughter, and then I kill you!”
A blogger named Heinrich Kordewiner
who found the video on Daniel J.’s Facebook page uploaded the video to
YouTube, which then made him a target for authorities.
“A few days later, a team of state prosecutors and officers of the cybercrime unit of the Hamburg police arrived at Kordewiner’s apartment with a search warrant, and confiscated his computer, mobile phone and other electronics, allegedly to find “evidence” of the “crime”. He was — and still is — accused of: uploading the video,” reports the Gatestone Institute.Kordewiner and his flatmate told Gatestone about the raid, which took place at 6.45 a.m. They recounted that when they first refused to open the door, police forced it open — and even searched the flatmate’s room, although it was apparently not covered by the search warrant.“The police officer said that he could also search for SD (secure digital) cards,” the flatmate told Gatestone. “While he fumbled through the books on my shelf, he suggested that he could turn my whole apartment upside down. He told me to relax.”
Kordewiner was accused of having
“invaded the private sphere” of the murder victim, an obscure and barely
used law that has been criticized for jeopardizing freedom of the
press. Daniel J.’s home was also raided by authorities.
Ulf Bornemann, head of the “Hate and
Incitement” department of Hamburg’s public prosecution office and also
part of the team that raided Kordewiner’s apartment, defended the law
for having helped tackle, “hate crime in social networks.”
The implication here is that
Kordewiner was committing some kind of hate crime by posting the video
of the murder scene because it showed migrants in a bad light.
The stated reason for the raid — a breach of privacy rights — is flimsy. Only the victim’s feet can be seen in the video, and even those for only a brief moment. As the daily newspaper Hamburger Abendblatt pointed out, the footage “is blurred, taken from a distance and doesn’t allow the identification of any person.”Meanwhile, the German publication Welt online posted a video that shows close-up footage of the victim — something that did not spur state prosecutors into action. The main difference between the two videos seems to be the verbal comment on the beheading in Daniel J’s video. The alleged breach of “privacy rights,” then, would appear to be a pretext.
In summary, authorities likely used a
flimsy pretext to raid both the man who filmed the footage and the
individual who posted it online to send a message to other German
citizens and to oversee a cover-up of what happened, specifically in
relation to the child being beheaded, which authorities still refuse to
confirm.
The video has now been deleted from all German websites and YouTube channels.
“If it was indeed the authorities’
plan to censor the news and keep the information of the beheading under
wraps, then it backfired. Due to the reports about the raid, thousands
of people have seen the video, and hundreds of thousands have heard
about the botched censorship attempt. Even worse for the would-be
censors, they unwittingly revealed the very detail that they wanted to
keep from the public,” writes Stefan Frank.
Attempts by the anti-immigration party
Alternative for Germany (AfD) to confirm whether or not the child was
beheaded were rebuffed when Hamburg’s government, in breach of its
constitutional duty, refused to answer, while also blacking out large
sections of a report about the murders that related to the beheading.
Hamburg’s ministry of justice
concluded its investigation by declaring, “the double murder is a crime
of passion that must not be of any interest to the public.”
The entire story underscores the
Orwellian state that Germany finds itself in whereby the country’s huge
and growing problem with migrant crime is being swept under the rug and
citizens who dare draw attention to it are being tracked down and
persecuted.
According to new figures from the German Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA), migrant crime targeting German citizens has soared by over 23 per cent in a single year.
As Reuters acknowledged
earlier this year, Germany has suffered a “two-year increase in violent
crime,” rising 10 per cent in 2015 and 2016. 90 per cent of that
increase was attributed to “young male refugees”.
As we previously reported,
in 2015 Germany’s top public broadcaster ZDF said that they would
self-censor when reporting on migrant crime because, according to editor
in chief Ina-Maria Reize-Wildemann, “We don’t want to inflame the
situation and spread the bad mood. [The migrants] don’t deserve it.”
As we document in the video below
(which is banned in Germany), rather than directly address the multitude
of problems that importing around 2 million “refugees” has caused the
country, German authorities appear more intent on brainwashing and
coercing their population into accepting the new reality with passive
compliance.
For All Attorneys Through Larry Becraft:
By Anna Von Reitz
Larry-- the Law of these United States is the American Common Law. As
of 1954 the courts that we now deal with stopped accepting Common Law
pleas and started accepting only statutory pleas. There is no more sure
or binding proof of the nature and jurisdiction of these courts than the
nature of the pleas being heard by them. So we may conclude with
ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that: (1) these are not the courts the people of this
country ordained and are owed and (2) that these are Maritime Courts.
Larry,
you need to have a fire hose of truth applied up your ass and if you
keep raising your head around me or in reference to what I am telling
people, that is what you are going to get each and every time you open
your mouth. So if you really want to protect the trade secrets of the
Bar Association I suggest you be quiet and not give me such an obvious
platform for exposing everything you say and do.
From
these facts then we can conclude that every "Plaintiff" and
"Defendant" being addressed by these courts is not a living "Person" and
that our most basic identity as one of the living people has been
unlawfully and unconscionably converted to that of a business. We have
been "impersonated"-- literally. And when we face charges in these
courts we are suffering barratry because of these false presumptions.
Both
the Territorial United States and the Municipal United States are
foreign entities with respect to us and both have created "franchises"
for themselves named after us. These franchises created by infringing
upon our Common Law copyright to our own given names are what are being
addressed as Defendants and represented as Plaintiffs in these various
courts.
The
more typical cases are being addressed to franchises of the Municipal
United States. These PERSONS are slaves as defined in the 14th Amendment
to the Municipal Constitution and they are guilty and liable for the
Public Debt by definition--- so Eazy Pickens for the COURTS and their
OFFICERS who put on a show and an
appearance of justice when in fact they are only deciding how much the
poor bugger will be fined and how long he will be jailed.
This
is the reality and this is the shameful, deceitful, deplorable estate
to which your profession has sunk in this country: institutionalized crimes of knowing impersonation and barratry based on equally purposeful and malicious falsification of public records.
I
call down the wrath of Heaven on the worshipers of Ba-El who have done
this. I expose them as the frauds and charlatans they have been and
have willfully become.
That
includes you, Larry, because you have cause to know all these things
and yet you are dishonest about them and try to obfuscate the facts.
It's
perfectly true that Admiralty Law is the creature of the High Seas
jurisdiction. It is perfectly true that it only applies on the "High
Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways" in this country.
But
it is also true that since 1933 we have all been "presumed" to be
"inhabiting" that watery jurisdiction and to be "missing, lost at sea",
so that, conveniently, all that remains are ESTATES and Public Trusts
named after us, which the members of the Bar Associations seize upon and
"administer" for "salvage" purposes.

A Tragic "Misunderstanding" -- Number 2
By Anna Von Reitz
The second great error that we are heir to, is thinking that the United States Supreme Court is the Supreme Court for the Union States. It's not. It never has been. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania holds that honor --- and notice that I said "Supreme Court of Pennsylvania" not "Supreme Court of the State of Pennsylvania".
The
United States Supreme Court is the Supreme Court for the Federal
Government --- all three branches: Federal, Territorial, and Municipal.
It's job is to tell the President and the Congress when they have
overstepped the limitations imposed by the constitutional agreements.
They are present to "interpret" the Constitutions and render their
"opinion".
It
is important to realize that although these people are presumed to be
highly skilled and experienced, at the end of the day, they give their
opinions like anyone else. There is nothing sacrosanct about the whole
process nor its end result. Supreme Court decisions have later been
overturned by different Supreme Court opinions.
Whether
or not the United States Supreme Court does its job and how well it
performs is highly dependent on the temperament and dedication of the
Justices as a group. Some Supreme Court groups are wise and dedicated.
Others are petty and incompetent or politically motivated to the point
that they no longer serve reason nor justice.
The
retirement of Justice Kennedy has opened up a flurry of controversies
and general excitement, as President Trump will have the opportunity to
recommend another new Justice.
We
should all be concerned by the flaw in our process which allows a
President to choose and a Congress to approve their own judges.
We
should also note that the power of the United States Supreme Court is a
negative power. It offers its opinion and guidance to stop (hopefully)
abuses in contradiction to the constitutional agreements, but has no
ability to mandate or provide good legislation or appropriate executive
orders. It can only say --- yes, this works or no, this doesn't work
--- and here's why.
Thus, all these rulings
of the United States Supreme Court tell the President, the Congress, the
Departments and the Agencies what they can and cannot get away with.
They provide direction and guidance for Federal employees in the
accomplishment of their duties.
That said, the
United States Supreme Court --- especially when acting as the
Territorial or Municipal Supreme Court --- is totally unable to tell us
what to do when we are not acting in the capacity of a Federal employee,
dependent, or corporation.
So long as we
properly declare ourselves and the capacity in which we are acting, our
private lives remain private. And so do the affairs of our republics
and States.
Notice again, I said "States"
like Vermont ---- not "States of States" like the State of Wisconsin or
"STATES OF STATES" like the STATE OF OHIO.
The
States of States and STATES OF STATES are foreign Territorial or
Municipal entities with respect to us and our States of the Union
Federation, and they are subject to the rulings of the United States
Supreme Court because they are operating as state franchises of the
Territorial United States and Municipal United States, respectively.
In
this manner, the Territorial and Municipal levels of the Federal
Government have contrived to extend their power and influence --- and
the power and influence of United States Supreme Court decisions ---
down into our daily lives and to secure control over local government
via undisclosed proxy.
This
is why United States Supreme Court decisions seem to be so very
important and to have such drastic impact --- for good or ill. Rulings
that should concern only the Federal Government have usurped into the
daily lives of Americans who aren't even direct Parties to the
constitutional agreements allowing the Federal Government to exist.
Both
the Territorial and Municipal levels of the Federal Government have
gone into business for themselves and set up shop in our States of the
Union and have used false advertising and similar names deceits to fool
people --- passing off the "State of Hawaii" or the "STATE OF HAWAII" as
Hawaii ---and subjecting Hawaiians (in this example) to laws and powers
that are, and are meant to be, totally foreign to them.
So,
all those United States Supreme Court rulings are important, but they
are supposed to be important to Federal Employees, Dependents, and
Corporations --- not to Joe Average American, who is supposed to know
and be operating his own court system.
Comment on "Natural Law" and "Indigenous" Claims
By Anna Von Reitz
The "Natural Law" is that we are all here NOW, and we are the current proprietors--- all of us, black, white, brown, copper, yellow, pink---- and it doesn't matter where our ancestors came from or how long ago they arrived on these shores. All these "indigenous claims" are just more bullshit and excuses for one group of people to claim a hammer over other groups of people and I am sick of it.
We
are ALL "indigenous" to this soil who were born here. Our Mothers all
took up the nutrients and atoms to form our bodies from this same soil.
How dare anyone pretend otherwise?
For a Young(er) Lawyer
By Anna Von Reitz
Our courts have not, generally, operated in any of the States of States since 1954. The pleadings all changed from Common Law to Statutory at that point. You are not old enough to remember that, but numerous members of my team lived through it. Nobody much questioned it at the time, but now we know how and why it was done to our eternal detriment.
For more information on this I suggest you read Melvin Stamper, JD., The Fruit From a Poisonous Tree.
Dr.
Stamper was an early researcher into these matters and he got some of
the history and implications wrong, but for the most part, he accurately
describes what happened to convert our courts into THEIR courts.
Milligan
Ex Parte, then, does not apply, because Milligan Ex Parte is talking
about how we may get rid of the usurping quasi-military tribunals by
restoring and running our own courts, but instead of restoring our own
Common Law courts we let them slip away and "vacated" them, so that all
that typically now remains are statutory courts and military tribunals.
Thus you can now see how your quote "martial rule can never exist when the courts are open..."
does not apply; our courts--the Common Law Courts that the Justices
assumed to exist in Milligan Ex Parte-- are not open. They closed in
1954.
Our
courts still exist --- on paper --- and we are free to operate them, so
long as we give up or never accept Bar Association membership and
correct our own political status records. That said, there are precious
few of us who have seen through the Roman deceit [ Maxim of THEIR law
-- "Let him who will be deceived, be deceived."] and have made those
necessary corrections. There are only a few Common Law Courts operating
in this entire country, and most of them are operated by old people
like me who have the knowledge and skill to do it with a skeletal set of
elected officers and the help of volunteers.
We
are the ones who can use Milligan Ex Parte to shut down military law
oppression in our States of the Union. Everyone else's turf is up for
grabs.
You
can see how the "closed union shop" practices of the Bar Association
diminish the potential for restoration of our court system, because most
lawyers now do not understand the difference between a "Counselor at
Law" and an "Attorney at Law" and they firmly but wrongly believe that
they "have to have" a Bar Card to practice law. Even many judges now
assume that.
We
are leading the effort to teach people the truth about these matters
and restore our lawful court system. The Living Law Firm is overwhelmed
with work and everyone involved here has torn up their Bar Card for
cause and learned how to operate as Counselors at Law. We have also
learned how to reopen and operate our lawful courts accepting Common Law
pleadings.
But
all of that is in the civilian world --- and the military courts I am
talking about with respect to the sealed indictments are not the
quasi-military tribunals which are the subject of Milligan Ex Parte. I
am talking about true military courts under international Admiralty,
which is what Joe Average accused under those indictments will
face---specifically, civilians will stand trial under The Law of Peace
mandated by the Hague Conventions [Lieber Code in this country.] People
like Hillary Clinton, who were actually working for the government,
will stand trial under the Code of Military Justice and may be executed
for treason.
It's
apparent that you are knowledgeable and well-intended and support the
rule of law and the concept of Public Law. I sincerely encourage you to
learn more and help restore the Public Law and the Public Law Courts
that Americans are owed.

So, take a few minutes while enjoying your 4th of July

Remember: freedom is never free!
I hope you will show your support by sending this to as
many
people as you can, please. It's time we get the word out that patriotism
is NOT a sin, and the Fourth of July means more than beer,
picnics, and baseball games. True "reflection" is a part of this country's
greatness. Please be a participant.
