Brussels and Rome:

Four common law Sheriffs who were assaulted by Vatican officers acting under the orders of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, have filed a criminal lawsuit in European courts that names Bergoglio and eleven other officials as participants in a “monstrous criminal conspiracy”.

The claim was filed on July 11 in the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels and in the civil court of an undisclosed European nation. Subpoenas were issued the same day to Pope Francis and eleven other men, all of whom are named as defendants in the lawsuit and as active members and participants in “a centuries-old Catholic child sacrificial cult known as the Ninth Circle”.

The defendants are also named as co-conspirators in the disappearance of eight children from Catholic facilities in Switzerland, Belgium and Italy.

Besides Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, the named defendants in the lawsuit are:

- Elio di Rupo, former Prime Minister of Belgium

- Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Vatican Secretary of State

- Cardinal Sean Brady, former head Catholic prelate of Ireland

- Count Georges Jacobs, Belgian Catholic businessman, head of UCB Biopharmaceuticals and Director of the Cercle Lorraine or "Club van Lotharingen" , Brussels

- Count Luc Jacques Bertrand, Belgian Jesuit banker, Director of the Cercle Lorraine

- Paul De Keersmaeker, Belgian Catholic businessman, former European Union Parliamentarian, member of the Cercle Lorraine

- Kees van Korlaar, Criminal underworld member of “Ndrangheta”, Belgian businessman, member of the Cercle Lorraine

- Archbishop Diarmuid Martin, Catholic Prelate of Dublin diocese

- Bishop Charles Morerod, Catholic Prelate of Geneva

- Rev. Dr. Olav Fykse Tveit, General Secretary, World Council of Churches

- Bishop Mark MacDonald, Prelate, Anglican Church in Canada and North American Executive Officer of the World Council of Churches

These twelve subpoenaed defendants have thirty days to respond to the Summons and appear in person or through their lawyers in Court Examination for Discovery proceedings.

In related news, a secret conclave of the Vatican Curia, or College of Cardinals, continues to debate who will replace Jorge Bergoglio as the Bishop of Rome. According to a source in the Vatican, the conclave has been in session since July 5 and is deadlocked in their choice of a successor to the controversy-plagued Bergoglio.

According to the source,

"Either (former Pope Benedict) Joseph Ratzinger will be given the Papal crown again or more likely, an African Cardinal will be chosen, probably Arinze of Nigeria or Napier of South Africa. What is certain is that Bergoglio is finished. It's just a matter of time.”

Catholic Church Exonerated; Bankers Implicated

 Let me explain why I -- a card-carrying Lutheran since 1963 -- don't jump on the bandwagon and decry the Roman Catholic Church. 

Part of it is because of my own experience as a critic of the Church's secular administration.  When we brought forward evidence of the vast corruption and criminality infesting the incorporated governments, Pope Benedict took immediate, actual, practical steps to deal with the problems we exposed.  

He responded as any honest and good man would. He got out his mop and bucket and went to work. 

Later, Francis continued the work Benedict began, albeit, in his own fashion, and with an obvious concern to protect the Church and its interests.  Given that the Pope is the head of the Roman Catholic Church, his concern in that regard did not surprise me or seem inappropriate. 

So, although I could wish for faster responses or actions taken in a different order, I can't criticize the Church for lack of response or inappropriate response to the issues raised.  

Francis, like Benedict, has picked up his mop and bucket and soldiered on. 

My Shinola Sensor also takes note of other indicators--- for example:  

What other human institution has taken a stand against the wholesale murder of babies, deceitfully disguised by the word "abortion" as if that magically transformed murder into something else?  

What other institution blocks and guards the slippery moral slope that, having once discounted human life on the basis of age, prevents the next logical mis-step and permits the murder of the elderly and infirm?  

Lest we forget, Obummer's Secretary of Education suggested that we should be able to "cull" children up until the arbitrary age of six, and get rid of any that, in our obviously omnipotent opinion, don't measure up.

The Roman Catholic Church is the firewall against that kind of thinking.  It is the ultimate bulwark against moral "relativism" and the one solid defender that unborn babies have in this twisted world. 

Now, given that fact--- and fact it is--- do you smell something rotten in Switzerland when the same Church is accused of child trafficking and child molestation and even child sacrifice?  

Nothing, absolutely nothing, could be farther removed from actual Church teaching and doctrine.  It is in fact that exact opposite of what the Church stands for.  

To me, it looks like a typical Satanic set up: pretend to be a Catholic the same way Satanists pretend to be Jews or Muslims, do their ugly criminal work while wearing a nun's habit or a priest's robes, and then let the Church take the fall for their evil doing.  

That is, after all, the known modus operandi of the Satanists and always has been: mirror everything.  Steal the identity of your enemies.  Commit your crimes and shove the blame off onto them, while you put on another costume and exit stage left.  

While acting under the guise of being "US Citizens" the same Bad Actors have done the same kind of hatchet job on Americans. 

So I don't get all excited and jump up and down when someone makes claims of genocide and ritual sacrifice. I sit back and take in the view and I ask myself -- who is who? 

What's to keep a Satanist from pretending to be a saint?  Why wouldn't a criminal put on the face of a prosecutor?  Haven't we been told that Satan himself appears as an "angel of light"?  

It has been ten years and though there has been plenty of gossip and many cases of reported sexual abuse by the clergy --- some of it actual and some drummed up to get money --- and even some sworn eye-witness testimony, there still isn't a shred of actual evidence of ritual sacrifice on the record. 

None.  Not a single bone.  Not a single bloody rag.  Nothing.  

And bear in mind, that Satanists spin lies like a spider spins webs. 

Every lie is a prayer to Satan in their worldview, so what is "eye-witness testimony" from such witnesses worth?  Sworn false testimony is just a bigger lie --- more points if you don't get caught.  

This latest attempted arrest of Pope Francis, purportedly on his way to officiate at a ritual child sacrifice, presents the important question --- if these idiots knew that such a sacrifice was scheduled to happen, why didn't they simply wait until the "Ninth Circle" convened, and catch the whole lot of them in the act?  

No, I'm sorry.  My Shinola Sensor is beeping.  Loudly. 

Why is it that Kevin Annett and the ITCCS showed up at exactly the same time that Pope Benedict moved to correct the banks?  

Why is it that when you look at the actual, proven genocide and human trafficking records, it all stacks up against the governments?  And the banks behind the governments? 

Like the Nazis killing off their Priority Creditors, so they wouldn't have to pay them back?  

Like the "U.S. Trustees" copyrighting the Given Names of children as  property belonging to foreign investment corporations?  

Like the Bush and Obummer Administrations militarizing our police and setting up FEMA Camps---planning to get rid of their Priority Creditors, just like the Nazis. Again. 

The actual motive for all the killing and kidnapping and identity theft is money, not religion.  Unless, of course, like the Satanists, your religion is idolatry and money is your idol.  

Let's give everyone some clues here:   

It wasn't the Roman Catholic Church running the US Patent and Trademark Office as a criminal enterprise.  It was Serco, formerly RCA, a British conglomerate, and behind Serco, it was N.M. Rothschild.  These are the entities actually responsible for perpetuating and enforcing the institutionalized fraud, racketeering, and identity theft that has engulfed the entire world. 

And it surely wasn't the Roman Catholic Church setting up a giant owl statue -- an idol known since pre-Canaanite times as "Molloch, the Devourer" at the Bohemian Grove in California.  Molloch was originally an iron furnace, which the Babylonians and later, Carthaginians, would heat up red hot, and then throw their living first-born infants into its gaping mouth. 

This is what the bankers and politicians were playing at and memorializing in California with their "Cremation of Care" ceremonials. Like abortion, making sacrifices to "Molloch" was another way of getting rid of the unwanted babies resulting from their orgies and perverse, hedonistic life-styles.  

And this is also what was going on in the Valley of Hinom, which caused it to be a place of horror. 

The doctrines and trappings of this ancient and profane religion in the modern era are on display at the Bohemian Grove and in the words and intentions of Agenda 21 and the Genocide Treaty.  It's also self-evident in the practice of declaring everyone to be "dead" and subject to the statutory law. 

Remember that I told you that religion is the source of law?  

So it will not seem so strange to you, when I tell you that Satanism is the source of codes, regulations, and statutes--- all those things that deceptively appear to be "law" --- but aren't.  This is a deception of the Father of All Lies, carried out by his servants, the members of the Temple Bar. 

And what is the "Bar"?  The Bar is also called the "Veil".  It is the demarcation between the jurisdiction of the land and the sea, and also between life and death.  

Remember the scene from "The Pirates of the Caribbean" where Captain Barbossa says something like, "Oh, so, Missy, you don't believe in ghosts or ghost stories?" And a flash of lightening shows that he and his crew are all walking skeletons. "Well, you'd best be believing, because you are in one!" 

According to the Bar Attorneys responsible for these heinous acts and fraud against the living people---including the act of kidnapping and trafficking us into the jurisdiction of the dead in the first place --- we are all ghosts.

Lucifer has come to murder and enslave and destroy, and to do it under color of law, under a pretense of benefiting and enlightening the people he is preying upon.

Trump Releases Letter from Kim Jong Un

North Korean leader calls summit the ‘start of a meaningful journey’

 

U.S. President Donald Trump released on Twitter Thursday a letter from North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

In the letter, dated July 6, Kim thanks Trump for attempting to improve relations between Washington and Pyongyang.

“The significant first meeting with Your Excellency and the join statement that we signed together in Singapore 24 days ago was indeed the start of a meaningful journey,” the letter begins. “I deeply appreciate the energetic and extraordinary efforts made by Your Excellency Mr. President for the improvement of relations between the two countries and the faithful implementation of the joint statement.”

Kim also discusses the potential for future trust building as the two countries attempt to work towards the goals outlined at the summit in Singapore last month.

“I firmly believe that the strong will, sincere efforts and unique approach of myself and Your Excellency Mr. President aimed at opening up a new future between the DPRK and the U.S. will surely come to fruition,” Kim said. “Wishing that the invariable trust and confidence in Your Excellency Mr. President will be further strengthened in the future process of taking practical actions, I extend my conviction that the epochal progress in promoting the DPRK-U.S. relations will bring our next meeting forward.”

Trump’s release of the letter comes as the future between the U.S. and North Korea still remains uncertain.

Just this week the Trump administration asked the United Nations to reprimand China and Russia for allegedly defying sanctions by selling oil products to North Korea.

North Korea also accused the U.S. of “extremely troubling” behavior earlier this month after a U.S. delegation led by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo allegedly pushed for unilateral denuclearization during two days of talks in Pyongyang. Pompeo was also kept from meeting with Kim during the talks.

South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency also reported Thursday that North Korean officials failed to show up to a planned meeting with U.S. officials at the DMZ to discuss returning the remains of deceased U.S. soldiers from the Korean War.

While the Trump administration has pushed for North Korea to denuclearize up front, the Kim regime has been adamant in carrying out a phased process in which both sides make concessions.

And although Kim voluntarily ceased nuclear weapons testing and long-range missile launches, after declaring both no longer necessary, North Korea still remains unbound in terms of weapons production.

Commercial satellite imagery captured before and after the Singapore summit shows North Korea has continued to expand both the Yongbyon Nuclear Research Facility and a key missile production site.

U.S. intelligence assessments also claim Pyongyang is still building support equipment and launchers for ballistic missiles while nuclear weapons fuel production remains ongoing at multiple secret sites.

Trump remains optimistic that the summit will produce a lasting and peaceful outcome on the Korean Peninsula.

The president stated on Twitter last week that he has “confidence that Kim Jong Un will honor the contract we signed…”

The online battle for the truth

False information is saturating political debate worldwide and undermining an already weak level of trust in the media and institutions, spreading further than ever on powerful social networks.

US President Donald Trump has popularised the term "fake news", using it mainly as an accusation levelled at the media, and it is increasingly used by politicians from Spain to China, Myanmar or Russia.

"Fake news" has been generalised to mean anything from a mistake to a parody or a deliberate misinterpretation of facts.

At the same time, the proliferation of false online information is increasingly visible in attempts to manipulate elections, notoriously surrounding Trump's 2016 victory.

- Misinformation -

Nearly two years after Trump's shock win, debate is still raging on the impact of "fake news" on the presidential campaign.

The build-up saw numerous examples of hoaxes and false news stories -- one about Hillary Clinton's alleged links to a child sex ring, another about the Pope purportedly endorsing Trump -- which were shared massively and some believe could have swung votes to tip Trump to victory.

Misinformation had "a significant impact" on voting decisions, according to Ohio State University researchers, who questioned voters about whether they believed certain false stories.

The researchers said it was impossible to prove that false information had changed the course of the election but noted it would have required a change in just 0.6 percent of voters, or 77,744 people, in three key states, to alter the electoral college outcome.

Since the election, Trump has denounced as "fake news" any information that displeases him while his aides have offered a mixture of truth and distortions, sometimes described as "alternative facts."

This has hurt the credibility of the US news media and led some to describe the current period as a "post-truth era" -- an age without a shared reality.

"The truth is no longer seen as important," said John Huxford of Illinois State University, whose research focuses on false information, adding that "lies and fabrication even seem to bolster one's reputation and political prowess among their core supporters."

Some studies suggest that more people are willing to believe falsehoods as partisanship has risen. A 2017 survey, for example, showed that 51 percent of Republicans believed that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, despite the hoax being debunked dozens of times.

Many people reject accurate information which is "discomforting to their self-concept or worldview," noted a study by Professor Brendan Nyhan of Dartmouth College in the United States and Jason Reifler of the University of Exeter in the UK.

"Some misinformed individuals may already be at least tacitly aware of the correct information but (are) uncomfortable acknowledging it."

- Eroding trust -

In 2018, the average level of trust in the news, across 37 countries, remained relatively stable at 44 percent, according to a poll by YouGov for the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism.

But Reuters Institute research associate Nic Newman warned in text accompanying the report: "Our data show that consumer trust in news remains worryingly low in most countries, often linked to high levels of media polarisation, and the perception of undue political influence."

This is exacerbated by the spread of false information by authority figures. In some countries this can go far. For example in Ukraine, where authorities staged the death of Russian journalist Arkady Babchenko at the end of May. Kiev said the move was justified to foil a real plot to assassinate Babchenko.

The staging, broadcast in good faith by media worldwide, "is a godsend for paranoid people and conspiracy theorists. At a time when confidence in news is so low, a state playing with the truth in this way makes things even more complicated," said Christophe Deloire, secretary general of journalism watchdog Reporters Without Borders.

Political agendas also affect the credibility of the media. Recently, the French media regulator CSA issued a warning to RT's (formerly Russia Today) French office, accusing it of misrepresenting facts in a news bulletin about Syria.

The following day, Russia's communications watchdog said it might strip the France 24 TV channel of its Russian operating license, accusing it of violating a Russian media law introduced in 2015 which restricts foreign ownership of media companies in Russia to 20 percent or less.

Trust in traditional media remains higher than for social networks, according to the YouGov poll. Only 23 percent of those polled said they trusted the news they found on social media.

More than half (54 percent) agreed or strongly agreed that they were concerned about what is real and fake on the internet.

"The very fact that so many people are circulating a piece of misinformation gives it credibility," said Huxford, of Illinois State University.

A study released by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in March found that false news spreads more rapidly on Twitter than real news does.
- Social networks in crisis -

Many see Facebook as being the main vehicle for spreading false information in recent years.

The Cambridge Analytica public relations disaster, in which Facebook admitted that up to 87 million users may have had their data hijacked by the British consultancy firm, came on top of widespread criticism of the social network's propensity to spread and accentuate large amounts of completely false information.

In the US, many Facebook accounts and private pages that were managed by the Internet Research Agency, a Russia-based "troll farm", were targeted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Trump's campaign links with Russia.
Facebook acknowledged on July 3 that it was facing multiple inquiries from US and British regulators about the Cambridge Analytica user data scandal, after its boss Mark Zuckerberg was grilled by the European Parliament and the US Congress earlier this year.

Under growing pressure, the US giant in 2018 stepped up efforts to communicate and improve technology for tackling false information. A third-party fact-checking programme, started in December 2016, now has more than 25 partners in 14 countries including Argentina, the US, the Philippines and Indonesia.

It aims to "identify potentially false stories" circulating on Facebook and send them to fact-checkers to review. If an article is rated as false, it appears lower in the platform's News Feed and reduces "future views by over 80 percent on average".

One country where Facebook has invested in the battle against false information is Brazil, where there was a giant truckers' strike last May.

"While the strike was ongoing, a lot of audio was recorded with a lot of false information saying, for example, that in Rio it was impossible to find meat," Cristina Tardaguila, founder of the Brazilian Agencia Lupa fact-checking organisation.

"There was audio recorded by people supposedly connected to the organisation of the strike, but they were not."

As in a growing number of countries, most of the messages during the strike were not spread on Facebook, but on WhatsApp, a messaging service with more than one billion global users, owned by Facebook.

The rise in the use of messaging apps for news was noted in the YouGov report, which said that WhatsApp was now used for news by around half of the sample of online users in Malaysia and Brazil and by around a third in Spain and Turkey.

"WhatsApp will be the platform of the fakes during the election," Tardaguila said, referring to Brazil's presidential polls in October.

WhatsApp is also accused of circulating false information, sometimes with tragic consequences. The messaging service has been under immense pressure to curb the spread of misinformation in India, the company's largest market, after the lynching of more than 20 people accused of child abduction in the last two months.

WhatsApp is starting to announce measures to tackle the problem. It has taken out full-page advertisements in Indian newspapers offering "easy tips" to identify fact from fiction, and will soon launch a new feature that will clearly identify whether a message has been forwarded or written by the user.

But the company is unlikely to go much further since it stands firmly by its policy of protecting the privacy of its users with encryption technology.
Like Facebook and Twitter, Google has also come under fire for its role in spreading misinformation.

In March, the tech giant announced a series of projects to tackle false information and support "credible" media organisations, promising to dedicate $300 million to the efforts over the next three years.

Its search engine also promotes verifications carried out by fact-checking organisations.

- Looming dangers -

Despite the creation of dozens of fact-checking initiatives in recent years and first steps to tackle the problem from the internet giants, efforts to stem the proliferation of false information remain weak.

Meanwhile techniques to create false information are growing more sophisticated with the development of deep fakes -- manipulated videos that appear genuine but depict events or speech that never happened.

For now, deep fakes are technically difficult to create and have not yet had a big impact, but with progress they may further blur the online line between true and false.

Following a spate of violent attacks by masked members of Antifa, four GOP members of Congress are taking matters into their own hands.

Introduced to the House Judiciary Committee by Rep. Dan Donovan (R-NY) and co-sponsored by Peter King (R-NY), Ted Budd (R-NC) and Paul Gosar (R-AZ). H.R. 6054, the "Unmasking Antifa Act of 2018" states:

Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, while in disguise, including while wearing a mask, injures, oppresses, threatens, or intimidates any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 15 years, or both.

The bill also includes 2 years of jail time for "Destroying buildings or property" while wearing a mask or disguise.
One of the more notable incidents of Antifa violence was an assault on a Trump supporter by Bay Area professor and anarchist, Eric Clanton, who was "unmasked" by users of popular internet forums and arrested and charged with four counts of assault with a deadly weapon. Clanton remains free on bail, while his trial has been postponed several times.





Meanwhile, a large skirmish broke out at a Portland conservative rally between masked members of Antifa and conservatives - which led to a viral video of a Proud Boy known as "Rufio" knocking out an Antifa member. (Knockout at 7:35)

Predictably, the left has called the bill dystopian, while those on the right are urging people to call their representatives in congress.

The "Unmasking Antifa Act" is very concerning and reflects a willful misunderstanding of what "Antifa" is, but I have also been saying that the risks of fascism are not just in the streets.

Trump Pardons the Hammonds ---- Another Step Forward

An elderly couple who should never have been addressed nor arrested by federal "citizens", two Americans out of millions who have been railroaded under unconscionable contracts merely "presumed" to exist, put through courts that are by definition incompetent --- have finally been pardoned by President Donald Trump:

It's long overdue, and a very sad statement about the conditions of lawlessness and ignorance in this country that a President has to use clemency to do simple justice and enforce the actual Public Law.

Let me also draw attention to the plight of Steve Curry in New Mexico, another victim of Territorial and Municipal over-reach and false legal presumption.  Curry's case is extremely exacerbated and involves what can only be described as a "double identity theft". 

Steven Duane Curry, a native Coloradan, exercised his reversionary trust interest in 2014, published his "return" to the land and soil jurisdiction of Colorado, and peaceably set about the business of restoring his State as a Justice of the Peace and one of those voluntarily enforcing the Public Law owed to this country. 

Now, enter "Stephen Duane Curry", a willo-the-wisp Whistleblower in the Uranium One scandal, officially "born" in another state in and on another day, but nonetheless confused with Steve Curry of Colorado.  Nobody knows who he is or where he is, thanks to being in the Federal Witness Protection Program.

Now, enter the brain-dead illegally operating STATE OF NEW MEXICO police.

Six "brave" officers acting on a warrant for "Stephen Duane Curry" attacked Steven Curry on his way home to Colorado.  He was just passing through New Mexico with his wife on a vacation trip. 

The ignorant pigs slammed Steven Curry, a sixty-plus year-old unarmed Senior American to the ground and even though he was not armed and not resisting, put him in a choke hold so severe that he passed out and suffered a stroke.  They also crushed fingers and bones in his hand and wrist by stepping on them ---- and they carted him off to jail, congratulating themselves on having apprehended "Stephen Duane Curry".  And they lied through their teeth in their reports afterward, claiming that they apprehended a dangerous felon resisting arrest. 

And they proceeded to deny Steven Curry medical care, refused to listen to the simple fact that he isn't the "PERSON" they had a warrant to arrest, and have instead attempted to claim that he is mentally incompetent. 

He is mentally incompetent? 

They can't tell the difference between "STEPHEN DUANE CURRY" and "Steven Duane Curry" ---- and he's the mentally incompetent one in this story?

Every single one of those six arresting officers and their supervisors and the judges and clerks responsible for this outrage deserve to be fired, not eligible for rehire, fined for 3 times all the damages suffered by Steven Duane Curry and his wife, jailed for not less than ten years, and publically shamed for their performance.

And the victim of all this unconscionable fraud and abuse most certainly does deserve a "Pardon" as in "Pardon, me, Sir,  we made a dreadful, inexcusable mistake...." from Donald Trump.   

It isn't Steven Duane Curry or the Hammonds that need a "Pardon" --- its the employees of the Territorial and Municipal United States corporations that are in desperate need of a pardon. 

To date, this outrageous case of mistaken identity, false arrest, and abusive mistreatment has still not been straightened out despite objections addressed to the Governor of New Mexico, the Adjutant General, the Provost Marshals, and others responsible for this incredible Foe-Pah----most likely because those responsible are seeking to avoid the inevitable exposure of their incompetence and liability.   

Ditto that with the "Colorado Nine" --- Stephen Nalty, Bruce Doucette, and Company.  These men also exercised their reversionary trust interest and published the fact in 2015; thereafter, there can be no reasonable cause to "presume" that they were acting in the capacity of "federal citizens". 

Yet that is precisely what the STATE OF COLORADO and State of Colorado have contrived to presume against native Coloradans.

Imagine the situation.  Suppose  that you hired the French corporation dba  "Target, Inc." to provide you with a security service (police) and street cleaning service and vendor operations service. 

Now imagine that they screwed up royally, and attempted to enforce their own foreign law on you, didn't clean the streets, and messed up all your vendor contracts. 

Now imagine that you went to them in Good Faith to draw their attention to the situation and issue a complaint --- which is all that the Colorado Nine intended to do --- and though you acted honorably and peacefully, they continued in their false presumptions, failed to recognize your status as their employer, arrested you under false pretenses, railroaded you through their foreign private corporate court system, and now propose to keep you incarcerated for thirty years or so? 

Can you figure out who in this scenario needs a "pardon"?  Or else a mental competency hearing? 

Well, it isn't Stephen Nalty and it isn't Bruce Doucette, though Mr. Trump could speed up his clemency and reduce the liability of the corporations he is trying to clean up by immediately pardoning the Colorado Nine, too. 

These men were wrong in that they had a misunderstanding about who and what they were dealing with and didn't quite grasp "territorial jurisdiction"---- so they trespassed against my advice and reaped the consequences, but in truth and in fact, both the Territorial United States and the Municipal United States are guilty of far, far greater transgressions against us in general and against the Colorado Nine in particular.

It's the STATE OF COLORADO and the State of Colorado that need to be pardoned for gross criminal Breach of Trust and violation of commercial contract, violation of international law and treaties, and willful violation of the constitutional guarantees these men are owed. 

If Mr. Trump is the competent executive I believe he is, he is not going to miss the points being made in terms of corporate liability.  And corporate bottom lines.

Every day that goes by, the Colorado Nine are each owed a minimum of $1500 of "involuntary service time" in addition to damages for all that they have already suffered --- the loss of their homes and assets, their time on Earth wasted, their physical injuries, the slander against their Good Names and reputations -- all suffered simply for delivering a complaint against the service vendors in Colorado. 

Let's see, the guy who cuts your lawn does a lousy incompetent job of it, mows down your prize rose bushes, whacks your herb garden, grossly overcharges the expense account you gave him at the local lawn and garden center --- and when you complain, he arrests you and shoves you into a cheap hotel for foreign laborers and pretends that you are some other guy who just happens to be impersonating you and using your name? 

Hello?  Earth to America!  Earth to Donald Trump!  Hey, we've got a real problem here, Houston.... 

There are millions of pardons to sign and millions of people these corporations have wronged--- but as CEO of the Offending Entities, President Trump might as well start with these men who declared their political status on the public record prior to these false arrests and bogus trials being foisted off on them-- because in these cases there is no doubt that they were not acting in the capacity of Federal Citizens and there can be no excuse for any presumption otherwise.  

The Purpose of the National Assembly and Continental Marshals

Once again, confusion reigns supreme.  I suppose that is what our enemies cherish most of all, when they can muck things up so badly with their word-play and their deceptions that we are all left chasing mirages and our tails.

So, once again---- the purpose of the State Assemblies is to restore the Federal State of State organizations which are supposed to be running "our" Federal Government. 

The Federal Government operates exclusively in international jurisdiction under delegated power. 

Say that sentence over and over until you all have it embedded in your brains as a permanent point of reference. 

The Federal Government operates exclusively in international jurisdiction under delegated power. 

The Federal Government is composed of Three Branches: Federal, Territorial, and Municipal. 

(Not what you were taught --- the branches of our Federal Government are not "executive, legislative, and judicial".)

Say that one over and over, too. 

The Federal Level of our Federal Government  was usurped by the Territorial Level of our Federal Government beginning in 1863. 

Say that over a few times, too. 

So, what we are doing by summoning the States to assemble is to conduct long overdue business and restore the Federal Level of our Federal Government. 

This Federal Level of our Federal Government acts exclusively in international jurisdiction and under delegated power. 

It is supported by Federal State of State organizations. 

The States own and operate the Federal State of State organizations. 

The Federal State of State organizations operate under names styled as "The State of Georgia", "The State of Maine", "The State of Vermont" and so on.

The Territorial State of State organizations operate under names styled as "the State of Georgia", "the State of Maine" and so on.

In our system of government, the Federal Level of the Federal Government is meant to control and direct the operations of the Territorial Level of the Federal Government, but it has not been doing that since the 1860's. 

So the purpose of assembling the States (notice I said "States" not  "State of States") and the National Assembly is to restore the Federal Level State of State organizations which were improperly moth-balled during the so-called "Reconstruction" that was left incomplete after the (also so-called) Civil War.

We mean to take care of business and settle hash that has been left hanging for 150 years. 

But only people acting as living people and not as businesses and not as incorporated entities can do this work, so it is necessary for those who participate in this process to reclaim their "reversionary trust interest" and correct the falsified political status records associated with their names in Territorial United States Registries as a first step. 

The second step is to assemble together at the County level, then the State level, and then, yes, the National Assembly level. 

The entities now being assembled are the organic States of the Union, members of The United States of America (Unincorporated) federation of states.

These States are the owners, operators, comptrollers, and creators of the Federal, Territorial, and Municipal United States and all the "state of state" franchises.

So, part of the work to be done by the States being assembled now is the "reconstruction" of the original Federal States of States, the re-direction of the Territorial United States, and the limitation of the Municipal United States according to their respective charters.

Other urgent tasks include officially enrolling the western states as States of the Union, updating the laws to include people of color and women as full participants in all electoral processes, helping to negotiate settlement of claims, helping to direct an end to the abusive practices of the Territorial and Municipal Levels of the Federal Government against the people these entities are supposed to serve "in Good Faith". 

As the Federal Level of the Federal United States Government is "vacated" and has until recently been thought to be held "in abeyance" and as the Territorial Level of the Federal Government has been operated in Gross Breach of Trust and as the Municipal Level of the Federal Government has operated far outside the limitations of its charter, the delegated powers granted by The United States of America (Unincorporated)---the Federation of States--- have been "left open to the four winds" and have been abused by successive generations of thieves and interlopers. 

This has resulted in mammoth criminality infesting those delegated international jurisdictions and the gradual disappearance and de-funding of the land jurisdiction officers known as the "Federal Marshals".  These peacekeeping officers have been replaced surreptitiously with law enforcement officers operating as Territorial "US Marshals". 

Upon becoming aware of this gigantic fraud upon the American States and People, The United States of America (Unincorporated) commissioned a new force of international land jurisdiction peacekeeping officers: The Continental Marshals Service, effective May 25, 2015. 

The Continental Marshals Service is an official, public, peacekeeping force commissioned by The United States of America [Unincorporated] and operating within the international jurisdiction owed to the States. 

These are the only "Continental Marshals" commissioned by the lawful government of this country and anyone else operating in any other jurisdiction of the law or claiming to be a "Continental Marshal" without a Commission, Oath, and Bond from The United States of America (Unincorporated) is infringing upon our Copyright in the same way that these Territorial Usurpers have done in the past. 

Accept no "look alike" imposters.  That's how we got into this mess in the first place, and correcting our errors is the only likely way of getting out of it. 

The "Secret" of 1954....

Once again, the hive is buzzing and people are astonished by the revelation that in 1954 all the courts in America effectively shut down and stopped hearing Common Law Pleas and instead started hearing only Statutory Pleas--- which means that they are not our courts and that the "Defendants" and "Plaintiffs" in such courts can only be business entities or incorporated entities, not people at all. 

So let us briefly review what happened in 1953-54 and why this happened.

In the aftermath of the Civil War a group of Territorial United States (British Sympathizers - Tories) Congress members conspired to overthrow the actual United States Federal Government via the use of legal chicanery, similar names deceits, unlawful conversion and "other means of art" to replace the Federal States of States with Territorial States of States, and to also convert from the use of lawful United States Money to Corporate Fiat Currency.

They infringed upon our Common Law Copyright to the name "The United States of America" and created a Scottish-chartered corporation merely calling itself "The United States of America, Inc." which they then substituted for our lawful government and used as a device to promote the idea that this foreign entity "represented" us and our assets and had permission to access our credit.

This is, of course, merely identity theft on steroids, a crime, and a fraud.

By 1907, this Scottish cuckoo bird was bankrupt.  The International Bankruptcy Trustees (named by the banks responsible for knowingly extending credit to the interlopers)  "took title" to our land as "surety" for the pay off of the Scottish Corporation debts in Chapter 11.   All property public and private was annexed, labeled -- that is, given a "title" and description, and placed in trust subject to property taxes ear-marked to pay off the debts of this Scottish imposter.  Generations of Americans labored to pay off debts they never owed.

In 1953, this initial "government" bankruptcy settled and the land and the titles should have been returned to the actual states and people they belonged to, but the cretins in the US [Territorial] Congress pretended that too much time had elapsed and it would be too difficult to determine who the land actually belonged to.  So they gratuitously rolled the released land assets into "state trusts" doing business under names styled like this:  Ohio State, Idaho State, Wisconsin State.  These trusts have been operated by the perpetrators for their own benefit ever since.

This is what caused our land jurisdiction to "disappear" behind the veil of the Territorial State of State organizations pretending to act as the Trustees of our States, and which in turn forced the switch from American Common Law to Statutory Law in 1954.  If you don't have a land jurisdiction, you can't have land jurisdiction courts---- unless of course, the actual owners of the State "come home" and operate them. 

Which is what we are doing now. 

The Territorial States of States don't have a Common Law jurisdiction available to them, unless you indulge the deceit of calling martial law a form of "common law"---which they have done often enough, in their efforts to maintain control and to deceive the American Public. 

The end result of this that there has been nobody but volunteers enforcing the actual Public Law of this country for decades. 

See Mack and Prinz v. USA, Inc. --- a Supreme Court case brought by then-County Sheriff Richard Mack and another officer, which forced the [Territorial] United States Supreme Court to admit that, yes, Sheriffs could --- if they wished to do so -- enforce the requirements and honor the guarantees of the Constitution(s).

But only if they wished to do so.  As "law enforcement" officers, their real job is to enforce whatever is "legislated" --- regulations, codes, and statutes. They are not, strictly speaking, responsible for enforcing the Public Law. 

See another clear example and sign post telling you what game they have been playing:  Thompkins v. Erie Railroad.  In this infamous case (which many patriots know is important--- but apparently don't know why) the Territorial United States Supreme Court admitted that no "general" Federal Common Law exists. 

There is no secret to this.  The Federal Government was never given any land or soil jurisdiction, so has never had access to any form of Common Law --- except for the noted euphemistic claim of "Martial Common Law" as a "special" ---not general --- form of common law.   

What the [Territorial] Federal Government was doing in Thompkins v. Erie Railroad was effectively serving notice that if we wanted to live under Common Law and have local control of our property and our lives, we would have to provide it for ourselves, because they were incompetent to do so by definition.

The only actual international  "Common Law" --established by Treaty -- that the Federales are responsible for knowing and obeying is embodied as the three Constitutions establishing the Federal, Territorial, and Municipal United States Government(s).  And they do their best to evade and avoid even that.

Common Law by its nature is messy and localized.  People within a land and soil jurisdiction make it up as they go, picking and choosing those "laws" that they accept and rejecting or amending those that they disagree with by a process of Jury Nullification. 

Jury Nullification is the "check" built into our original American Government to "balance" federal and state-of-state legislatures and keep them from establishing a monolithic and unaccountable despotism.  But Jury Nullification --- the direct rejection of such legislation by the people serving as jurors sitting in judgment of the law and the facts-- only takes place in our Common Law Courts, so once the Common Law Courts ceased to function, the people were deprived of their ability to reject or amend legislation. 

The people and actual owners of this country thus became pawns to their purported "representatives" without a means to check the endless flow of rules and regulations and "Public Policies" of these usurping commercial corporations and their private, foreign, corporate boards of directors masquerading as public officials. 

There are now over eighty million "federal regulations" and "administrative code" rules that you are purportedly responsible for knowing and obeying.  Even such a ho-dunk backwater as the State of Alaska Legislature passes an average of between 200 and 300 new statutes per year that subscribers are supposed to know and support and which the police are supposed to enforce. 

The insanity built into this situation is self-evident and the need and means to stop and overcome it is also self-evident. 

"Return" to your own lawful birthright political status now that you realize that you have been cheated out of it via a process of unconscionable contracts. Assemble your counties and your States to control the land and soil jurisdictions you are heir to.  Elect and otherwise staff your own Courts and establish your qualified jury pools. Take up the task of nullifying literally millions of "federal regulations" being imposed on your people and your soil. 

The means to put an end to this ugly and crime-infested system is already provided and standing on the books.  Just become aware and do your part to restore the government of the people, for the people, and by the people. 

Cancel and Revoke all Powers of Attorney related to you and your name(s)/NAME(S) however styled.

Trump pardons Oregon ranchers whose case led to refuge occupation

(Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday pardoned Oregon cattle ranchers Dwight Hammond and his son after both were convicted on arson charges, sparking the 2016 occupation of a wildlife refuge, according to a White House statement.

The Hammonds' case led to the armed 41-day occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. The takeover was the latest flare-up in a decades-old conflict over federal control of millions of acres of public land in the Western United States.

Dwight Hammond, 76, and his son, Steven, 49, were convicted in 2012 for setting a fire that spread onto public grazing land. The two were initially sentenced to less than the legal minimum five-year prison sentence for their crimes, but a federal judge in 2016 ordered the pair returned to serve the full five years, after the father had spent three years in prison and the son four.

The order to return to prison inspired the refuge occupation. The White House in a statement on Tuesday called the order to return the two to prison "unjust."

The leaders of the 2016 Malheur standoff, including activist Ammon Bundy, in October 2016 were cleared of federal charges for their role in the protest. One of the occupiers, Robert "LaVoy" Finicum, was shot dead by Oregon State Police during the takeover.

Ammon Bundy and his father Cliven also orchestrated a 2014 standoff in Nevada between scores of armed ranchers and supporters and law enforcement agents over cattle grazing rights.

Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, encompassing 292 square miles (75,628 hectares), was established in 1908 by President Theodore Roosevelt as a breeding ground for greater sandhill cranes and other native birds.
