You might be surprised to know that all of you have acquired dual citizenship - sort of.  You see, recently a new country with a new government was created in which You and I are citizens.  It just so happens this new country is coextensive with the one in which I always thought I resided, i.e., The United States of America.  This new country, which was created by the superior minds of -- well. smarter people than I, because I didn't know you could just create a new country to replace your old one anytime you like -- is called The Republic for the united States of America (hereafter "The Republic"), and it has at least one former State Senator of Iowa who has joined it as a member of its new, alternative Senate:  Randi Shannon

A Republican state Senate candidate in Iowa has decided to bow out of the race and become a U.S. senator of an alternative form of government.

In a letter released Friday, Randi Shannon informs supporters of her new position as “U.S. Senator in the Republic of the United States of America.” You see, according to Shannon, the U.S. government has been acting unlawfully as the “‘official government,’ which clearly it is not!”
Actually, things may get a little dicey, since The Republic doesn't recognize the Federal Government of United States of America. In addition, I have to assume the Federal Government is unlikely to roll over and disappear, despite the announcement by The Republic's Founders that the Federal government and all its agencies, powers, military forces, etc., doesn't lawfully exist, and hasn't for a very long time, i.e., since 1871:

In concern for all of humanity, “We the People” re-inhabited our lawful de jure (meaning “by right of legal establishment”) government on March 30, 2010, by serving notice on the de facto corporation, known as the “UNITED STATES”.   (USC 28 Section 3002, No. 15(a) “United States” means a Federal Corporation.)   The United States was incorporated February 21, 1871 (16 Stat. 419, Chap. 62, 41st Congress, 3rd Session), the purpose being “an Act to provide a Government for the District of Columbia, reorganized June 8th, 1878, (20 Stat. 102, Chapter 180, 45th Congress, 2nd Session) as “an Act providing a permanent form of government for the District of Columbia” aka US Inc.  Uniform Commercial Code, UCC9-307 (h) states “Location of United States.  The United States is located in the District of Columbia.  A lawful grand jury in each of the fifty republics created a new Declaration of Independence that was lawfully served on the corporate UNITED STATES informing them that the original de jure government was restored.   We have claimed our right to exist as a free and independent people on our land, thus exercising our God-given unalienable rights as defined in our Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

On July 21, 2010 “We the People” of the de jure government proclaimed worldwide and made our “Declaration of Sovereignty for the Republic for the united States of America” to The Hague (a.k.a. the International Court of Justice), the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the United Nations (UN).  On September 23, 2010, the first session of congress was convened by the united free Republics of the re-inhabited united States of America.  The seating of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the Republic government were successfully established.  This was completed by more   than the required two-thirds majority vote of “We the People” on the land of the independent Republics. Delegates from more than 42 free Republics (States) attended, and officers for all three branches of our government have been officially sworn into office, lawfully electing interim President James Timothy Turner and interim Vice President Charles Eugene Wright, along with other established cabinet members with a presiding majority vote of 94% approval.  Thus, the Republic government is officially re-inhabited and staffed for the first time since 1868 by the will of “We the People”.
The de facto UNITED STATES CORPORATION was unlawfully established by the forty-first congress in 1871 by deceptive means and without proper consent from “We the People”.  The American people were placed under involuntary servitude by a “Legal” system of laws that have continually violated the “Constitution for the united States of America”, “Bill of Rights” and the “Declaration of Independence”.  The corporate constitution was changed from the original form, wherein Amendments were unlawfully added and removed without the people’s consent.  Since 1871, the abuses of this corporation upon both the international community as well as the American people are inestimable and unconscionable.  De facto Congress has repeatedly violated their Oaths of Office, fiduciary responsibilities, and in many cases, committed treasonous acts against “We the People” of the united States of America and the world.
So, according to The Republic, Barack Obama is not the "real" President of our country, just the head of some public corporation known as the United States of America (hereafter for convenience the "USA").  And though I never had any vote in the matter, apparently our real President is someone named James Timothy Turner, duly elected by a bunch of delegates (people I also never had any say in selecting) who restored the "Real America" after it was deposed by the evil Federal Government after 1860:

The United States exists in two forms: The original United States that was in operation until 1860; a collection of sovereign Republics in the union. Under the original Constitution the States controlled the Federal Government; the Federal Government did not control the States and had very little authority.

The original United States has been usurped by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and it’s territories, and which is actually a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The United States Corporation operates under Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law.
The original Constitution was never removed; it has simply been dormant since 1871. It is still intact to this day. This fact was made clear by Supreme Court Justice Marshall Harlan (Downes v. Bidwell, 182, U.S. 244 1901) by giving the following dissenting opinion: “Two national governments exist; one to be maintained under the Constitution, with all its restrictions; the other to be maintained by Congress outside and Independently of that Instrument.”
How could we have been so blind all these years?  The good thing is we don't have to abide by any constitutional amendments passed after 1860, or any federal laws or Supreme Court decisions interpreting those laws.  In fact we aren't really citizens at all!  We are each of us individual "Sovereigns."  Now I'm not exactly sure about the specific details regarding the difference between being a "citizen" (although being a "citizen" of the USA is apparently nothing more than a corporate fiction by which you assigned all your rights and freedoms over to the USA) and a "sovereign" of the Republic (the founders of the restored Republic are a little vague on specifics) but apparently sovereigns have all sorts of cool rights and powers that citizens don't.  Well, except that we sovereigns haven't yet been allowed to elect or ratify the actions of the "Real Americans" who took it upon themselves to restore our nation to us from the so-called clutches of that nefarious corporation known as the USA.  Minor stuff really in the grand scheme of things.
In fact, of you'd like to read the timeline by which the Federal Government literally enslaved you by ratifying the 14th amendment in 1868, please check out The Republic's timeline of events.  The short version?  Basically it's all Lincoln's fault, which I'm sure will make the people who celebrate their Confederate "heritage" mighty happy, with a heaping side of FDR (naturally), International Bankers, the UN, the World Bank and the Federal Reserve.
Now for the bad news.   If you are a "sovereign" of the Republic well, no social security or medicare for you, buckos.  Those programs were created illegally by the USA.  No agricultural or oil and gas subsidies either, I imagine, and no FDA, SEC, FBI, USDA or EEOC.  Furthermore, you can forget about individual protections under the Civil Rights Laws, Anti-Discrimination laws, Health Care Reform, or the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Federal Highway Program, etc., to name but a few illegally authorized entities, laws and government programs put in place by the USA.  I'm willing to bet the military has to go as well, to be replaced by well regulated militias pursuant to the Second Amendment.  Maybe  we could hold a giant going out of business sale for all those unlawfully produced weapons systems.  Sure, we won't get all our money back thanks to cost overruns, but I';m sure we could make a few hundred million dollars off the sale of our aircraft carriers and nuclear weapons alone.  Heck we could even televise it and sell the rights to the networks as the world's biggest reality show - something along the line of Auction Kings but bigger and better.
Now, I suppose some of you might think this is just a satirical parody site such as The Onion, but cross my heart and hope to die, it's all perfectly true.  Frankly, I believe we ought to promote the heck out of these folks and encourage like minded people to join The Republic, because if the "USA" isn't real, why then no god-fearing libertarian "sovereign" should participate in federal elections.  I mean, if they believe all this crap, what difference does it matter to them if Mitt "the Outsourcer" Romney or Barack "the Not Born in the USA" Obama is elected President of the Federal Government?
It would make a great DGOVP ("Don't Get Out the Vote Program").  I can see the ad campaign now, can't you?  "Support the Real America! Boycott The Election!"
A boy can dream can't he?

Thousands Of Firms Trade Confidential Data With The US Government In Exchange For Classified Intelligence

The rabbit hole just got deeper. A whole lot deeper.
On Sunday we predicated that "there's one reason why the administration, James Clapper and the NSA should just keep their mouths shut as the PRISM-gate fallout escalates: with every incremental attempt to refute some previously unknown facet of the US Big Brother state, a new piece of previously unleaked information from the same intelligence organization now scrambling for damage control, emerges and exposes the brand new narrative as yet another lie, forcing even more lies, more retribution against sources, more journalist persecution and so on."
And like a hole that just gets deeper the more you dug and exposes ever more dirt, tonight's installment revealing one more facet of the conversion of a once great republic into a great fascist, "big brother" state, comes from Bloomberg which reports that "thousands of technology, finance and manufacturing companies are working closely with U.S. national security agencies, providing sensitive information and in return receiving benefits that include access to classified intelligence, four people familiar with the process said."
The companies extend far wider than the legacy telcos, such as Verizon, that launched the entire NSA-spying scandal a week ago: "Makers of hardware and software, banks, Internet security providers, satellite telecommunications companies and many other companies also participate in the government programs. In some cases, the information gathered may be used not just to defend the nation but to help infiltrate computers of its adversaries."
Many of these same Internet and telecommunications companies voluntarily provide U.S. intelligence organizations with additional data, such as equipment specifications, that don’t involve private communications of their customers, the four people said.
And since what goes on behind the scenes is confidential, literally anything goes: "Along with the NSA, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and branches of the U.S. military have agreements with such companies to gather data that might seem innocuous but could be highly useful in the hands of U.S. intelligence or cyber warfare units, according to the people, who have either worked for the government or are in companies that have these accords."
Some of the back and forth is innocuous, such as Microsoft revealing ahead of time the nature of its exposed bugs (ostensibly providing the government with a back door into any system using a Microsoft OS, but since it's don't ask, dont' tell, nobody really knows). However the bulk of the interaction is steeped in secrecy: "Most of the arrangements are so sensitive that only a handful of people in a company know of them, and they are sometimes brokered directly between chief executive officers and the heads of the U.S.’s major spy agencies, the people familiar with those programs said."
More on this "company within a company":
Typically, a key executive at a company and a small number of technical people cooperate with different agencies and sometimes multiple units within an agency, according to the four people who described the arrangements.

If necessary, a company executive, known as a “committing officer,” is given documents that guarantee immunity from civil actions resulting from the transfer of data. The companies are provided with regular updates, which may include the broad parameters of how that information is used.
Remember how they say conspiracies are impossible because too many people know about them, and the information always eventually leaks? Well not if you contain it to a handful of people in any organization, and force them to sign a bloody NDA, pledging one's first born in the case of secrecy breach.
An example of a company that is happy to "communicate" with tht the government is Intel's McAfee internet security unit, which in addition to everything is one giant backdoor entrance for the government. If need be of course:
Intel Corp. (INTC)’s McAfee unit, which makes Internet security software, regularly cooperates with the NSA, FBI and the CIA, for example, and is a valuable partner because of its broad view of malicious Internet traffic, including espionage operations by foreign powers, according to one of the four people, who is familiar with the arrangement.

Such a relationship would start with an approach to McAfee’s chief executive, who would then clear specific individuals to work with investigators or provide the requested data, the person said. The public would be surprised at how much help the government seeks, the person said.

McAfee firewalls collect information on hackers who use legitimate servers to do their work, and the company data can be used to pinpoint where attacks begin. The company also has knowledge of the architecture of information networks worldwide, which may be useful to spy agencies who tap into them, the person said.
Google, another participant in PRISM, already lied about its participation in the covert-op:
Following an attack on his company by Chinese hackers in 2010, Sergey Brin, Google’s co-founder, was provided with highly sensitive government intelligence linking the attack to a specific unit of the People’s Liberation Army, China’s military, according to one of the people, who is familiar with the government’s investigation. Brin was given a temporary classified clearance to sit in on the briefing, the person said.

According to information provided by Snowden, Google, owner of the world’s most popular search engine, had at that point been a Prism participant for more than a year.

Google CEO Larry Page said in a blog posting June 7 that he hadn’t heard of a program called Prism until after Snowden’s disclosures and that the Mountain View, California-based company didn’t allow the U.S. government direct access to its servers or some back-door to its data centers. He said Google provides user data to governments “only in accordance with the law.”
Ah yes, the law that no mere mortal can observe in action, and which has zero popular checks and balances. So what specifically does Google provide to the government? "Highly offensive information" it appears.
That metadata includes which version of the operating system, browser and Java software are being used on millions of devices around the world, information that U.S. spy agencies could use to infiltrate those computers or phones and spy on their users.

“It’s highly offensive information,” said Glenn Chisholm, the former chief information officer for Telstra Corp (TLS)., one of Australia’s largest telecommunications companies, contrasting it to defensive information used to protect computers rather than infiltrate them.
Going back to Obama's promise on live TV that nobody was listening in to any conversations, one wonders: why did the major telecom companies "ask for guarantees that they wouldn’t be held liable under U.S. wiretap laws." Because if the companies demanded a waiver, they obviously were wiretapping, i.e., eavesdropping, and doing so on US citizens, or those protected by US laws. And that's why Obama should have just kept his mouth shut, instead of having to explain what he meant and that he never said what he said.
Before they agreed to install the system on their networks, some of the five major Internet companies -- AT&T Inc. (T), Verizon Communications Inc (VZ)., Sprint Nextel Corp. (S), Level 3 Communications Inc (LVLT). and CenturyLink Inc (CTL). -- asked for guarantees that they wouldn’t be held liable under U.S. wiretap laws. Those companies that asked received a letter signed by the U.S. attorney general indicating such exposure didn’t meet the legal definition of a wiretap and granting them immunity from civil lawsuits, the person said.
Ah, the US Attorney General - because what is another Obama scandal that doesn't involve his primary henchman Eric Holder...
Mark Siegel, a spokesman for Dallas-based AT&T, the nation’s biggest
phone carrier, declined to comment. Edward McFadden, a spokesman for
New York-based Verizon, the second-largest phone company, declined to
comment. Scott Sloat, a spokesman for Overland Park, Kansas-based
Sprint, and Monica Martinez, a spokeswoman for Broomfield,
Colorado-based Level 3, didn’t immediately respond to requests for
comment.
No need to comment - it's quite clear.
The last question remains: what do companies get out of this proactive betrayal of their clients? Well, in some cases, such as those of IBM and Amazon as we described yesterday, they get lucrative government (CIA) contracts for billions of dollars. But that's just taxpayer cash. Where it gets worse is when the kickbacks are yet more secrets.
In exchange, leaders of companies are showered with attention and information by the agencies to help maintain the relationship, the person said. In other cases, companies are given quick warnings about threats that could affect their bottom line, including serious Internet attacks and who is behind them.
In other words, what is going on behind the scenes is nothing more than one vast, very selective, extremely secretive, symbiotic and perfectly "legal" giant information exchange network, which allows corporations to profit off classified government information either in kind or in cash, and which allows the government to have all the information at its disposal, collected using public and private venues, in order to protect itself, to take out those it designates as targets, or simply said - to get ever bigger.
The loser in all of this?

The Restore America Plan reclaimed the de jureinstitutions of government of the 50 State Republics in order to restore Common Law that represents the voice of the people and ends Corporate Law that ignores the voice of the people while operating under Maritime/Admiralty/International Law. This occurred when warrants were delivered to all 50 Governors on March 30, 2010. The Governors refused to return to the de jureConstitutional Republican form of governance. We the People then elected officers and legislators to fill the vacant seats that were abandoned in 1871.
The rewritten 1871 Constitution of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION bypasses the original Constitution for the United States of America, which explains why our Congressmen and Senators don’t abide by it, and the President (CEO) can write Executive Orders to do whatever he/she wants. They are following corporate laws that completely strip sovereigns of their God given unalienable rights. Corporate/Commercial Law is not sovereign (private), as it is an agreement between two or more parties under contract. Common Law (which sovereigns operate under) is not Commercial Law; it is personal and private.

Governmentdejure. A government of right; the true and lawful government; a government established according to the constitution of the nation, and lawfully entitled to recognition and supremacy and the administration of the nation, but which is actually cut off from power or control. Dejure. Descriptive of a condition in which there has been total compliance with all requirements of law. Of right; legitimate; lawful; by right and just title. It may also be contrasted with degratia, in which case it means “as a matter of right,” as degratia means “by grace or favor.” Again it may be contrasted with deaequitate; here meaning “by law,” as the latter means “by equity.”

HOW THE CONSTITUTION WAS USURPED BY THE CORPORATION
The UNITED STATES CORPORATION has no obligations or accountability to “We the People” except to make a profit as a corporation. The corporate interest does not benefit the people but uses the people and their labor to make profit for the corporation. This corporation is in concert with the corporate courts and banks to accomplish the theft of the people’s wealth. The unlawful transfer of the Constitutional money authority over to a private foreign bank (Federal Reserve) has completely devastated all of our lives. This crime of taking the money authority away from “We the People” must be corrected and restored back to the Constitutional Republican form of governance. This is the only way our country can become prosperous once again.
From a speech in Congress in The Bankruptcy of the United States Congressional Record, March 17, 1993, Vol. 33, page H-1303, Speaker Representative James Trafficant Jr. (Ohio) addressing the House states:
“…It is an established fact that the United States Federal Government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, 48 Stat. 1, Public Law 89-719; declared by President Roosevelt, being bankrupt and insolvent. H.J.R. 192, 73rd Congress m session June 5, 1933 – Joint Resolution To Suspend The Gold Standard and Abrogate The Gold Clause dissolved the Sovereign Authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States Governmental Offices, Officers, and Departments and is further evidence that the United States Federal Government exists today in name only.
The receivers of the United States Bankruptcy are the International Bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States Offices, Officials, and Departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War Powers. With the Constitutional Republican form of Government now dissolved, the receivers of the Bankruptcy have adopted a new form of government for the United States. This new form of government is known as a Democracy, being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America. This act was instituted and established by transferring and/or placing the Office of the Secretary of Treasury to that of the Governor of the International Monetary Fund. Public Law 94-564, page 8, Section H.R. 13955 reads in part: “The U.S. Secretary of Treasury receives no compensation for representing the United States…
Prior to 1913, most Americans owned clear, allodial title to property, free and clear of any liens of mortgages until the Federal Reserve Act (1913) “Hypothecated” all property within the Federal United States to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, in which the Trustees (stockholders) held legal title. The U.S. Citizen (tenant, franchisee) was registered as a “beneficiary” of the trust via his/her birth certificate. In 1933, the Federal United States hypothecated all of the present and future properties, assets, and labor of their “subjects,” the 14th Amendment U.S. Citizen to the Federal Reserve System. In return, the Federal Reserve System agreed to extend the federal United States Corporation all of the credit “money substitute” it needed.
Like any debtor, the Federal United States government had to assign collateral and security to their creditors as a condition of the loan. Since the Federal United States didn’t have any assets, they assigned the private property of their “economic slaves,” the U.S. Citizens, as collateral against the federal debt. They also pledged the unincorporated federal territories, national parks, forests, birth certificates, and nonprofit organizations as collateral against the federal debt. All has already been transferred as payment to the international bankers.
Unwittingly, America has returned to its pre-American Revolution feudal roots whereby all land is held by a sovereign and the common people had no rights to hold allodial title to property. Once again, We the People are the tenants and sharecroppers renting our own property from a Sovereign in the guise of the Federal Reserve Bank. We the People have exchanged one master for another.”

HOW CAN WERE PAIR OUR COUNTRY RIGHT NOW?
The Constitutional Republican form of government has been re-inhabited with office and legislative seats filled. As the Republic for the United States works hard to re-install this government, the knowledge and truth about what has happened needs to be told. All Americans need to know the history  of this tragedy but with the good news about how it has been brought back. Much help is needed to correct all the unconstitutional laws, codes, and programs that plague our country today. The Republic for the United States of America is not a movement, it is the lawful government of the United States. Become part of the re-inhabitation process and get involved with the Republic for the United States of America.

The link above sent to me by two different people as was the one I forwarded yesterday, is Glenn Beck’s latest message.  If he is correct and I believe he is we will soon be seeing the changes we have been waiting for.  I know a number of you are waiting for the Dinar to pay out, or the Farm Claims, or the programs.  Most don’t care which just something.  I understand you desire and your need, but my biggest concern is eliminating this crooked system and returning to the Constitution.

Having said that there are many that do not even know that we are presently not operating  with the Constitution as our Governments guide; and if they have heard it do not believe it.  Just do a search using whatever search engine you choose and put United States Corporation in as your search parameters and read all of the law that comes up.  You will see that the United States has been incorporated and at present we are operating as a Corporate Government and using UCC/Contract law as the law of the land, not the Constitution.  Those who are presently running the Country know this, they just don’t want you to know it.  That is what makes restoring our Constitution as our law so important, I believe the most important part of what is happening.

However, we all need to survive and that takes funds.  I know many will not believe this, but I have always tried to tell you as best as I can what I have been told and believe is correct and my sources have been adamant that all payments will be done through the Farm Claim and will use no other method.  Does that include the RV’s on the various currencies?  I cannot say for certain as that was not a method of payment discussed when I was last updated. We did , however, talk about the program payments and the individual updating me was certain that the only way that those payments would be made is if they were on the Farm Claim when it was submitted for payment.  I was told the reason for this was to prevent anyone who had subverted our freedoms from also being paid, as  the receiver of the bankruptcy of the Corporate Government, who is the paymaster of these claims and that individual can determine who does and who does not get paid.  It seems to me that the payments on the RV events are no different than the payments on the programs would be and as we have all seen those payments have not been made to date, although we hear every day they will be the next day, or the day after that.  Further, we constantly hear that Obama has stopped it, or someone else has, it changes depending on the day.  Could Obama be stopping it?  It is certainly possible, but if he is then he is helping us not the other side.  If payments are made now I believe that no one other than the other side, the cabal would get anything as the big banks would take the money from your accounts and you would get nothing.  Despite what people believe, the big banks do have the power to do that and you would not live long enough to win the civil case you could file on their theft.  If all the changes are made first, then how do you pay those who should be and not those who have destroyed millions of lives.  The only way I know of is to have the receiver control it and that suggests to me that the only way that can be done is on the farm claim. However it goes we should soon know the answers if what Beck says on this video is true.  We will soon know.

Obama's Snooping Excludes Mosques, Missed Boston Bombers

Homeland Insecurity: The White House assures that tracking our every phone call and keystroke is to stop terrorists, and yet it won't snoop in mosques, where the terrorists are.

That's right, the government's sweeping surveillance of our most private communications excludes the jihad factories where homegrown terrorists are radicalized.

Since October 2011, mosques have been off-limits to FBI agents. No more surveillance or undercover string operations without high-level approval from a special oversight body at the Justice Department dubbed the Sensitive Operations Review Committee.

Who makes up this body, and how do they decide requests? Nobody knows; the names of the chairman, members and staff are kept secret.

We do know the panel was set up under pressure from Islamist groups who complained about FBI stings at mosques. Just months before the panel's formation, the Council on American-Islamic Relations teamed up with the ACLU to sue the FBI for allegedly violating the civil rights of Muslims in Los Angeles by hiring an undercover agent to infiltrate and monitor mosques there.

Before mosques were excluded from the otherwise wide domestic spy net the administration has cast, the FBI launched dozens of successful sting operations against homegrown jihadists ­ inside mosques ­ and disrupted dozens of plots against the homeland.

If only they were allowed to continue, perhaps the many victims of the Boston Marathon bombings would not have lost their lives and limbs. The FBI never canvassed Boston mosques until four days after the April 15 attacks, and it did not check out the radical Boston mosque where the Muslim bombers worshipped.

The bureau didn't even contact mosque leaders for help in identifying their images after those images were captured on closed-circuit TV cameras and cellphones.

Jeff Duncan questions IRS rifle usage

Rep. Jeff Duncan wants to know why IRS law enforcement agents are training with AR-15 rifles.
As chairman of the House Homeland Security oversight subcommittee, Duncan (R-S.C.) toured a federal law enforcement facility in late May and noticed agents training with the semi-automatic weapons at a firing range. They identified themselves as IRS, he said.
“When I left there, it’s been bugging me for weeks now, why IRS agents are training with a semi-automatic rifle AR-15, which has stand-off capability,” Duncan told POLITICO. “Are Americans that much of a target that you need that kind of capability?”

While Duncan acknowledges that the IRS has an enforcement division, he questions if that level of firepower is appropriate when they could coordinate operations with other agencies, like the FBI, especially in a time of austerity.
“I think Americans raise eyebrows when you tell them that IRS agents are training with a type of weapon that has stand-off capability. It’s not like they’re carrying a sidearm and they knock on someone’s door and say, ‘You’re evading your taxes,’” Duncan said.
Given the increased scrutiny amid the agency’s targeting of political groups and excessive spending, Duncan said, he intends to seek answers from the IRS.
“We’ll ask the questions and hopefully they can justify it. And if not, we’ll bring them in front of the committee for a hearing and ask the questions on the record,” he said.
In a statement, the IRS defended the training.
“As law enforcement officials, IRS Criminal Investigation Special Agents are equipped similarly to other federal, state and local law enforcement organizations. Special Agents receive training on the appropriate and safe use of assigned weapons. IRS Criminal Investigation has internal controls and oversight in place to ensure all law enforcement tools, including weapons are used appropriately,” the IRS said.

The agency included a link to its enforcement website, where annual reports show IRS investigations and convictions of crimes ranging from offshore bank accounts, to Medicare fraud, to money laundering and drug trafficking operations.

Following is a very good article regarding the young man who "blew the whistle" on all the current government snooping. I AM ASKING FOR PRAYER FOR THIS YOUNG MAN.

Once before recently I sent out an alert. I asked people to pray. In a dream I saw a decapitated head in the back seat of a car. This was someone  the government had "cut off". I had no idea who this individual was, only that the individual could be murdered.   A few days later Andrew Breitbart, another "whistleblower" in the news industry had a "sudden heart attack" and died instantly at night on a  California street.

A day or two ago I was shown another potential death. In this instance I saw a young man thrown over a balcony at night in a high rise apartment building. The building could have been in the USA. It could also have been overseas. It was a big city.

To put it bluntly, this young man (the whistle blower in the link below)  was murdered. The death would be arranged to appear to be a suicide.  Besides "cutting this young man off," it would also be  a WARNING to other potential whistle blowers to reconsider  their potential fate if they don't  keep quiet and "play the game."

PLEASE PRAY FOR PROTECTION FOR THIS YOUNG MAN AND OTHERS WHO MIGHT BE CONSIDERING  EXPOSING THINGS THE ENEMY DOES NOT WANT EXPOSED and otherwise as the Lord leads you.
