The Empire of Rome was conquered by the Law of Christ, the Keys to this empire and all the Rights of Caesar were left to the Bishop of Rome by Our Lord and Master, Jesus Christ. One Christ, Our Father in Heaven⁹⁴ is the settlor, the living Apostolic successor, the Bishop of Rome is the trustee.

The ancient Kingdoms of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland are trusts, The Bishop of Rome is the settlor, Her Majesty The Queen of England is the current living Trustee.

We have already discussed how Almighty God rebuked The Bishop of Rome for failure to transmit the Law of Christ to the people in the 1500s.

The people of England, the beneficiaries of the King of England trust, replaced their trustee for failure to maintain their liberty by the Declaration of Rights 1688. This is an Act of Almighty God⁹⁵.

The United Nations is a trust, the Bishop of Rome is the settlor and Her Majesty The Queen of England is the trustee. The formal corporation if a fig leaf.

It is the same with the European Union.

Great Britain is the most Christian country⁹⁶. She retreated before the Law of Christ as it expressed itself in India. When Mahatma Gandhi picked up salt from the beaches, he sent a Christian message. The astounding fact is that Governor-General understood it:

God’s substance is there to feed His people.

Almighty God has explained Himself – the ever new Law of Christ is available to living Masters of Contemplation. We have declared the Law of Christ to you.

To expect that finance can change the laws of physics is to expect the impossible. It is our mind that controls physics – take for example, a journey from London to Edinburgh – we could walk (labour) or get in our horseless carriage (car) and twiddle our toes, pressing the accelerator, etc. The substance of God powers the car, the mind of the engineers is what has made it possible – down to the catalytic converter that has banished the thick automotive smog of the prior era.
Every commercial transaction is self inflicted theft by fraudulent conversion. This is what has to stop for the world of the Cult of Money is not in accordance with the Law of Christ which is what results in our karma. The karma the West is building will destroy it – unless men and women of goodwill act now.

The way of the Cult of Money to exchange substance is that we have 100+ imaginary quantities (world currencies), each a pyramid of fraud. To exchange Brent Crude for Brazilian Iron Ore required a cast of fraudsters and idiots who would make Mammon blush.

The legal idiots who are into “high frequency” forex trading facilitate the movement of money between banks. Forex is a zero sum game. What one person loses, another gains. The forex market is a currency pump that can drain or add ‘liquidity’, move funds from place to place (go long at this broker in one place and short at the other broker). If the trend is with you, the ‘money’ is moved.

The regulators “have no teeth” as we already know from Her Majesty The Queen. The bankers cannot help us, nor the International Monetary Fund. They all know nothing but fraud as a means of population coercion. No one trusts them.

Settlement of Law and Money – what has to be done

What is to be done is this – there are long term ratios that are relatively stable. Any oil company would be willing⁹⁷ to sell light crude oil at 20 Gold Globals⁹⁸ a barrel. Today, using computers we track the 100s of commodities and 100s of currencies. Let us drop the void currencies – one more day spent running this circus is one more blight against our name (all living men and women) in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Major standardised commodity producers are the natural issuers of God’s substance as money. The software for issuance and circulation has been functioning in the small community of the Global Settlement Foundation for the last three years.

Petrol, diesel, kilowatt hours … to eggs … have a wholesale and retail value. In between the two is the room for the discount marketplace – the traders in Bills of Exchange of old. Hook up these ‘currencies’ that are redeemable for God’s substance to the trading software in use for currencies and we are ready to go. That software too, a ‘bridge’ is available and is proven in the currency market.

The top dozen commodities and their producers – from being destroyed first by inflation and then by deflation – will become the destroyers of the destroyers – Caesar and Shylock. The process we have outlined is guaranteed to work by the Laws of Physics and the Law of Christ.

The sheep in finance and politics shall return to Little Bo Peep⁹⁹ … with their tails behind them.

Mobile phones become the natural replacement for credit cards. SMS messages are sufficient to transfer retail payments. Smart phones will become ‘trading platforms’.

The commodity vouchers will perform the function of money: as the tokens backed by petrol are exchanged for petrol, the supplier will know exactly how much to send to which location.

As producers can sell their production forward immediately, they can ‘finance’ their working capital directly from the market. The self-liquidating credit involved is similar to the Bills of Exchange marketplace of old.

The gold that has gone into private hoards will come tumbling out of the closet. Yield will become the watchword in the markets again as the gold chases the stocks of the producers and to operate in the discount marketplace.

The cross ownership of private property via a true stock market results in peace, since there is no urge to destroy the property of ‘others’ because everyone owns and manages for themselves a little bit of everything in private. There is no incentive to steal when all you have to do is collect dividends. The stock market based on deliverable money ensures that the most productive businesses get the most capital.

True stock markets are far more efficient than money markets, because failed projects do not result in additional wasted time, chasing defunct debts.

Practically everything the public in the educated First World knows about the world they live in is falsified by the perverse ingenuity of a century of false money and false law.

The culture of complaining, has pervaded the West. Rational thinking – the simple act of taking of ratios¹⁰¹ and the scientific method – has all but disappeared. When blatant violations of the laws of physics and engineering occur in the ‘media’, there is no one to speak up. Woe unto them who suppress the Truth!

Far from being the era of reason where religion has become unimportant, the worship of false knowledge – take your bank statement as an example – has replaced worship of Almighty God which is but a symbol for Truth.

The Fear and Force dazzled see Caesar victorious; those with eyes to see, see the God One dismantling the foolishness of humans and the Goddess Zero voiding all the debt and ‘carbon credits’. There is plenty of time in God’s mind, for god is Ananta, the endless One. The descendants of Roman Warriors, worship Caesar, whilst creating storms and earthquakes on a scale unimaginable to ‘infants’, who are led on to fret about climate change. Those who have faith in God see vast new continents emerge. ... and people move to higher ground. The ‘unscientific’ say that trees grow ‘from the ground’; those who see deeper see that the carbon in the trees comes from the air. Accept only the Truth

This is a Letter Rogatory to all lower courts – inspired by the contemplation of the neutral Court of Record of the Almighty One – that the tribunal shall take the best course of action in all lower courts, on behalf of plaintiffs, the Children of Our Lord.

A copy of this letter is sent to Her Majesty The Queen and the Bishop of Rome, living lawful Sovereigns, that they may sanctify that in this letter which is good and censure that which is not. We have no dispute with The Sovereign.

The contemplative choices faced by true Sovereigns are not for the faint hearted.

The caste system of the West and ‘touchability’

The ancient Indians divided the population into four natural categories – those whose chief virtue is that of Mind (Brahman) who were the Priests (Brahmins), those whose chief virtue is Action (Warriors/Kshatrias), those whose chief virtue is skill in production and trade (Vaishyas) and those left with the work of scavenging (disposing waste) and disposing dead bodies (Sudras).

The last category were considered ‘untouchable’ for they dealt in the unclean products of civilisation. During Indian independence, great efforts were made to remove ‘untouchability’.

Witness this fragment of conversation¹⁰³ with Chakravarti Rajagopalachari, last Governor General of India:

Rajaji was a staunch supporter of removal of untouchability. At an A. I. C. C. session someone asked him, “Must we touch every scavenger in filthy clothes? Would you do it yourself?” Rajaji replied: “I would not mind touching even you, my friend. But that does not mean that I must stop to touch every scavenger that passes by.”

Today a few generations later in Great Britain, it has been alleged repeatedly in the media, that one cannot get ahead in the formal corporate (dead) government world or initiation in Church without ‘touching’. You can be sure that great efforts will manifest to remove ‘touchability’.

State ‘Public’ Schooling¹⁰⁶ and transmitting Wisdom through Time

Bismark conceived State Public Schooling to destroy the Church. He noted the methods of Ignatius of Loyola - ‘Give me the child and I will give you the man’. With perverse ingenuity the system of State Public Schooling was invented – drill the students, make them look to civil authority for ‘every wee act’. The resulting tragedy was Hitler. Yet we are unconscious of how education has dumbed down society where the tragedy is you cannot get anyone to do anything. It might be shocking but there are plenty of ‘nice people¹⁰⁷’ in the world (with nice cars, cell phones and access to the internet) who cannot find Germany or even Europe on a map or who have no idea that World War II occurred.

Even the Roman Catholic Church has a resulting crisis – Latin is a dying language – ancient wisdom may be lost forever. The administrative geniuses of the East India Company, trained in the classics are no more. The Foreign Office has lost its library, we have heard – a tragedy that shall be reversed. Do some spiritual idiots think that the utopia of William Morris from News from Nowhere is about to manifest?

In engineering we know that retired experts in the design and manufacture of gears, for example, have to be brought back because the next generation is so immersed in computer aided design that they cannot debug the flaws – they have no idea that they could use a wire brush to examine surfaces for a crack, for example. The English language and its American cousin have been dumbed down by deliberate removal of the functional elements and replaced with its unpacked imperative form. When we started this contemplative project we wondered if there were people left in England who will be able to read what we write – we are frequently asked to explain ourselves ‘in plain English’. The post-911 world of media and communication is unbelievable. We leave you with a startling proposition, some forms of English are more powerful than others, a restatement of the ‘blub paradox’.¹⁰⁸

We refer you to mises.org for the economic consequence of free health care: all the unhealthy who receive free health care are dead. When the doctor gets the same pay regardless of outcome, people die. Witness Hitler and the culling of the ‘mentally disabled’. Think this cannot happen in England? We are sure that it is and even have evidence in our little circle of the methods in use. The best minds in England before World War II thought that the idea of a National Health Service was a terrible idea. Some truths are unalterable.

The Lower Courts refer to all Courts where Administrative Law is practised – these include Her Majesty’s Courts, all courts of the United States, United Nations and the European Union. The colour of law fraud is exemplified by the actions of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, a private corporation masquerading as a Sovereign Tax Authority. What is true of the IRS is also true of the Town Councils in the ‘United Kingdom’.

Although I can show you the law, just showing you the law is not sufficient.  You must understand the system that produces that law.  Below you will find a brief outline of that system and how it leads to a law requiring one to do whatever the IRS wishes.

Here's the chain of logic:

In the USA there are two systems of law:  Roman Civil Law and Common Law.  Roman civil law is the law of the legislature.  Common law is the law of the people.

Attorneys are well trained in Roman civil law, but they have near-zero training in common law.  However, the common law trumps Roman civil law.  Even the Supreme Court of the USA may not second guess a decision of the common law.

A court is defined as "the person and suit of the sovereign."  That means that the plaintiff is the sovereign and owner of the court.  In any action at law, legally speaking, the plaintiff is the king and retains all powers for himself, including the power to make court judgments.  A judge of a court only has those powers which are delegated to him by the plaintiff king.

"The very meaning of 'sovereignty' is that the decree of the sovereign makes law."

A court of record is the only fully empowered [superior] court in America.  All other courts are inferior courts.

Ask any attorney and he will explain that a court of record is a court that keeps a record of the proceedings and has the power to fine or imprison for contempt.  That's only half the story.  The rest of the story is that it is a court that proceeds according to the common law (no statutes), and the tribunal (the one doing the judging) is independent of the magistrate (the judge).  Notice that in a court of record the judge is not allowed to do any judging; judging is reserved to the tribunal.  In a court of record there are only two entities that are true tribunals:  the sovereign of the court (the plaintiff), and the jury (if present).  Several times I have fined judges for contempt of court when they refused to obey the law of the court.

The IRS strategy is simple.

The IRS opens a court of record.  In the accusatory papers the sovereign accuser decrees the law:  "Defendant is required to file."  Right there, believe it or not, is the sovereign decree that creates the law in accordance with the rules of the common law.

Defendants are famous for demanding that the law be shown to them.  The "law" is contained in the accusatory papers, decreed by the sovereign plaintiff. 

The defendants do not recognize the law when they are looking straight at it.  Because defendants don't see it, their entire strategy is not relevant to the accusation.  A perfect example of this was in the Dick Simkanin case.

Defendants are correct when they claim that there is no statutory requirement to file.  But, that is not the question before the court.  The real question is, "Did you, or did you not, file your papers as required by the common law decree of the sovereign plaintiff in this court of record?"

The defending strategy is equally simple.

The proper tactic is to do a counterclaim which challenges jurisdiction.  Just as in football, the best defence is a good offence.  It is in the counterclaim that the legitimacy of the plaintiff's sovereignty may and should be challenged, because no government entity in the USA has sovereignty.  The defendant becomes the sovereign counter-plaintiff, and the plaintiff becomes the questionable counter-defendant.  Because no sovereign can legislate against any other sovereign, it follows that the counter-defendant has no legitimate authority to decree any law applicable to the counter-plaintiff.

Allegedly, a woman in family court regarding a divorce issue was ordered alone into another room where a male court marshal searched her for drugs, touching her in a way that could be considered 'sexual assault'. When she complained of this to the female 'hearing administrator' (apparently not quite a judge?), she was moved upon to be arrested unless she recanted her charges on the record. The female administrator rather pointedly ignored her, her charges, and her arrest. The Court of Parliament is directed by this Writ of Abatement and Writ of Mandamus to release all incarcerated prisoners on a worldwide basis who have not been charged with violent crimes or substantial and material losses by the plaintiff within 40 days as provided for by the Magna Carta.
