It is great to hear of a County Sheriff in northern California with the guts to stand up to the Feds knowing it is essential if America expects to resist the increasing intrusion and assumption of top down authority by federal agents.  The Sheriff and the County commissioners are the two top officials of any county.

Sheriff John D'Agostini has exercised his authority as the duly-elected chief law enforcement officer (CLEO) in his county to stand up to the threatening behavior of federal agents in his county.               Here is the article. Federal agents are not law enforcement and do not have police powers, yet they act like they do, showing up with guns and bullet-proof vests at meetings and peoples' homes. They carry guns only with the consent of the sheriffs. Sheriffs, as a courtesy, have routinely provided this permission, despite the increasingly threatening and hostile behavior of federal agents. Sheriff John D'Agostini is doing his duty by requiring federal agents to behave properly or lose this privilege. He is taking the big step of leading by example. Now is the time to act in unison. Sheriff John D’Agostini is taking the unusual step of pulling the police powers from the federal agency because he says he has received “numerous, numerous complaints.” In a letter obtained by CBS13, the sheriff informs the federal agency that its officers will no longer be able to enforce California state law anywhere in his county. “I take the service that we provide to the citizens of El Dorado County and the visitors to El Dorado County very seriously, and the style and manner of service we provide,” D’Agostini said. “The U.S. Forest Service, after many attempts and given many opportunities, has failed to meet that standard.” The sheriff won’t give specifics, but he says he’s concerned about the number of complaints his department’s received against the federal officers. We asked law professor John Myers if the sheriff’s actions can supercede the feds. “Looks to me as though the sheriff can do this,” he said. “They don’t have state powers in the first place, but essentially the sheriff can deputize individuals to have authority in his or her jurisdiction.” The U.S. Forest Services wouldn’t comment beyond this statement: Advertisement “The U.S. Forest Service Law Enforcement has not received this letter yet, but we have valued our partnership and good working relationship with the county over the years.” But with limited resources and such a large area to patrol, some may be concerned that public safety may be compromised. It's probably safe to say that you don't leave your doors and windows wide open 24 hrs a day, correct? Of course not, silly Sherry. Doing so would let OUT the things you want to keep IN--like heat, pets and small children. And at the same time you'd be letting IN undesirable things like insects, rain, snow, dust and possibly a burglar! Well, I have news for you... Something as potentially dangerous may be going on inside YOU right now. It's a phenomenon called leaky gut syndrome. Let's take a quick look at what your gut's SUPPOSED to look like...and how it can turn into an ugly monster that wreaks absolute havoc with your health. The sentinel--your small intestine Your small intestine is truly your body's "sentinel." When it's working properly, it carefully scrutinizes every single tiny particle passing through your intestinal tract and decides its fate. When it detects properly digested fats, proteins and starches, it "opens the door," allowing those nutrients to seep out, get absorbed into your bloodstream and be assimilated by your body for energy and cell growth. On the other hand, when it senses the presence of "danger"--like harmful bacteria, viruses, toxins and poorly digested food molecules--it "shuts down" its passageways and "traps" those enemies. This prevents the dangerous substance from getting into your bloodstream and making you sick. Instead, your "sentinel" keeps it contained until it can safely be eliminated with a bowel movement.   Leaky gut -- the sentinel is sleeping on the job Leaky gut syndrome is basically when your intestinal wall becomes damaged and too porous. When this happens, dangerous things that shouldn't be allowed to pass into your bloodstream bully their way through past the sentinel. Once the harmful substances get into your bloodstream, heaven help you. Since your blood vessels go EVERYwhere in your body, so can the toxins, and therefore they can cause a wide variety of problems from head to toe. Just received credible information on a large staging of UN troops from Germany, Italy, Sweden, Poland, and also from Ukraine and Mexico at Ft. Eustis, VA.

Friday Facebook announced the fix of a bug it said inadvertently exposed the private information of over six million users when Facebook's previously unknown shadow profiles accidentally merged with user accounts in data history record requests.

The personal information leaked by the bug is information that had not been given to Facebook by the users - it is data Facebook has been compiling on its users behind closed doors, without their consent.

A growing number of Facebook users are furious and demand to know who saw private information they had expressly not given to Facebook.

Facebook was accidentally combining user's shadow profiles with their Facebook profiles and spitting the merged information out in one big clump to people they 'had some connection to' who downloaded an archive of their account with Facebook's Download Your Information (DYI) tool. [source ZDNET]

What is life but the threshold to eternity.  It is also the rehearsal that leads into true reality.  It is the battle for the victory that has already been won.  It is the season that leads into the dimension of Truth that lasts forever.

What I am saying to you is that the battle is won or lost in your mind about why you are living and what you are living for.  You remain on earth for a season of time and then you live for eternity.  How you live your life now determines whether you live or die spiritually.  Life is important but it is not the final goal so do not feel that it is the ultimate dimension.

To live or die in Christ determines whether you live forever.  So do not hold on to the earthly temple that is but dust but prepare for the heavenly realm that will take over.  Yes, prepare for the realm where you will live with Me experiencing My presence face to face, hand in hand, no more sorrow, no more pain.

Eternal bliss is your gain if you would trust Me now with your life.  No matter what you may face today live for tomorrow.  It doesn't matter what leads you to the other side.  Just do not lose focus of My face for I will lead you on.  Do  not be afraid of the arrows that fly by day or of the evil that stalks by night, the pestilence or the plagues for I am with you.

I have conquered them all for I reign over death and have victory over it all.  I am the King over all kings, the Lord of all lords, and I reign Captain of the hosts of heaven.  If I am for you, who can be against you?  Who can separate you from My love for you will be with Me forever.

It doesn't matter whether you live or die this day for I will make sure that the number of  your days will be complete.  I see the value of your days here on earth, and I will make sure that your purpose will be accomplished before I take you home.

So I tell you this day to rest in Me.  Fear not for I am with you.  I will strengthen you.  Yes, I will help you.  I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.

The two parts of MOL Comfort, the forward and aft portions, are drifting in the Arabian Sea after the containership broke apart two days ago during heavy weather en route to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, the Indian Coast Guard reports.
Another MOL operated vessel is at the site monitoring the situation of MOL Comfort’s parts. Both parts are laden with containers and drifting in an east-northeast direction, MOL said.
“Today, we arranged a patrol boat which has already departed from Port of Jebel Ali, U.A.E. to monitor the state of the vessel and the cargo and to undertake preparation of tow operations. The boat is expected to arrive at the ocean site on the 23rd of June if it goes smoothly. In parallel, we are arranging tugboats to tow the MOL Comfort.
”Yesterday afternoon, according to a report from our-operated vessel, which passed nearby the site, the MOL Comfort was floating stably even under adverse weather. It has not been acknowledged that a fire has occurred nor a large volume of oil has leaked. All crew members were safely rescued when the incident occurred,” MOL said in a press release.
MOL Comfort shipbuilder, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and operator jointly started an investigation on the cause of the incident.

Your Car is Spying On You

Think about your morning: You gather the last of your belongings before

heading off to work.

As you exit the house, you unlock your car. It beeps, the headlights flash,

you approach your vehicle and get behind the wheel.

You start the engine, back out of the driveway and drive down the road.

Whether that drive is one mile or one hundred miles, there’s something

that you should know…

You’re being tracked.

You see, inside your car there’s a “black box” similar to the ones found in

airplanes. And it logs all of your information from startup to shutdown.

And the government has mandated that every new car sold by

September 1, 2014 must have a black box on board.

In fact, 96% of all 2013 vehicles have these black boxes.

But a couple members of Congress are introducing legislation that would

require a user-friendly “off switch.”

Origins of Intrusion

If you happened to read your owner’s manual cover-to-cover, you’d probably

know what I’m talking about. But, if you’re like the vast majority of people on

this planet, there’s a strong chance that this is the first you’re hearing about

these black boxes.

Inside most of today’s vehicles, a recorder the size of a deck of cards is lodged

in unspecified locations. This “black box” is called an Event Data Recorder (EDR),

and it was initially intended to track “crash data,” which consists of

moment-by-moment statistics of the events leading up to a collision.

Tracking things like vehicle speed, engine speed, throttle position, braking status,

steering angle, force of impact, seatbelt status and airbag deployment.

This type of data was initially designed for motor vehicle safety enhancements.

But now it’s being used as key evidence in civilian and insurance court

cases…

The sheriff's council has now established an International Commonlaw Court of Justice

which is based out of California! www.Nsea.us is the website.  This is very exciting! They will take your court case and bring it before a fully seated grand jury to rule on it. Then your local sheriff is notified to convene an article 3 court in your area.(we need more people to join the grand jury pool in America! You will receive an ID that gives you status that cannot be argued!)  The only thing we need to do, is have 25 people who can convene when called...it does not matter what state they are in as long as they can convene on the grand jury when summoned.*** Important!THESE PEOPLE CANNOT BE REGISTERED VOTERS!

The man assigned by the sheriff's council  is educating people that when you become a registered voter you give up your right as an American national.

I am attaching the form you need to send to each county your have ever been registered in to rescind it (deactivation is not enough, you need to rescind) and become a restored American National. Then fill out the pg 9 sign up form to join the Grand Jury pool. We aim to get 25 jurors in each district...so far we have around 200 in the pool.

Once your have mailed in the form, then fill out & email the Grand Jury sign up to the sheriffs grand jury "pool" stating you are willing to sit on the jury when called.   The spokesman for the sheriff's association, Tom: Murphy, who was appointed by the sheriff's council, has agreed to come on our next  Tonight call and share/educate us in restoring real law/common law in our states. There are sheriff's on board with the oath keepers movement who are working desperately to save America!  They need we the people as WE are the only voice that can be heard! So, fill out the Letter of Termination of Voters Registration and mail it via cert. mail with return receipt as soon as possible...THAT IS THE FIRST & FOREMOST STEP! (if you have never registered, skip this step...you are ready to fill out pg 9) When you get your green return receipt back and they remove you from the roll, you are then restored as an American National. Fill out the Grand Jurer sign up pg 9 (see the sample) and email it to  info@nsea.us   We are then ready to use the sheriff's article 3 court & Grand Jury for any cases we may have.
