What the disclosures of former CIA contractor Edward Snowden show perhaps above all else is just how petrified the leaders of the United States have become – of ordinary citizens both in the US and around the world. When we say “leaders” we mean the ruling elite – the top one percent of the financial-corporate-military-industrial complex and its bought- and paid-for politicians. The international manhunt by the US authorities for Snowden, which has accelerated with his flight to Moscow to evade extradition from Hong Kong, is indicative of the desperation in Washington’s elitist establishment to quash him and what he is revealing about their despotic rule. Today, the US has evolved into a dystopia, not a democracy, where obscene wealth and privilege stand in the face of massive poverty and misery. One indicator of this abysmal inequality is the fact that the 400 richest Americans have more material wealth than 155 million of their fellow citizens combined. Another datum: some 50 million Americans – a sixth of the population – are surviving on food handouts. Unemployment, homelessness, suicide rates, prescription drug addiction, rampant gun crime all speak in different ways of social meltdown. American society is collapsing from the sheer weight of its decrepit capitalist economy. The social system is unsustainable. It is like a distended rotten sack that is coming apart at the seams from inexorable burgeoning pressure. This is not unique to the US. All around the world, people are rebelling against the inequity of crony capitalism – there is only one form of capitalism – from Europe to the Arab Middle East, from Turkey to Brazil. But the US is a phenomenal case in point of collapsing capitalist society. It’s hard to believe that not so long ago, within living memory; the US was regarded as the economic paradigm of the world. Now it more and more resembles a giant sprawling ghetto of unremitting poverty that is interspersed with a few gated rich communities, the latter populated by the top one percent of society. This is the historical context for fully understanding the significance of gargantuan state surveillance by the elite against the citizenry, as revealed by the NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden. The American ruling class, as with their elite counterparts around the world, are figuratively sitting within their privileged niches and petrified by the mounting discontent “outside”. Through their criminal ransacking and rigging of wealth, the powers-that-be have through their own insatiable greed created a powerful potential enemy -virtually the entire population, both in the US and around the world. In this highly unstable situation of elites and masses that bankrupt capitalism has furnished, “democracy” can no longer be tolerated by the rulers. That is why the rulers have embarked on massive information gathering, monitoring, spying and surveillance. It is all about maintaining “control” of a precarious and explosive disequilibrium. One basic duty of any state is to protect its citizens from foreign enemies. Enemies are conventionally understood to be state militaries or non-state terrorist groups. But from Snowden’s revelations of US government surveillance of telecommunications, the vast bulk of America’s spying is on civilians. The phone calls, emails, cyber chats and photos of billions of people all around the world are vacuumed up and stored for analysis. Snowden disclosed in one instance how Chinese hospitals and universities – not military installations – were among the many international civilian targets for American government snooping. US national security officials defend this global dragnet method as a necessary way to trawl for terrorists. Last week, the chief of the National Security Agency, General Keith Alexander told the American Senate that more than 50 terrorist plots against the US had been foiled by the NSA’s interception of civilian communications. The evidence for the alleged thwarted terrorist attacks cited by General Alexander was sketchy at best, so we are obliged to accept the NSA’s dubious word on its self-serving claims of success. Even if we accept this claim on face value, an alleged terror threat numbering 50, gleaned from billions of communication files, is a negligible ratio, akin to a needle in a haystack. That means two things. First, the statistical terror threat against US citizens is likewise negligible to the point of being virtually non-existent. As Snowden himself pointed out, the chances of Americans dying from slipping in their bathtub are far great than from terrorism. The second thing is that the official pretext for global, industrial-scale infringement of privacy – that is, national security of its citizens – is grotesquely disproportionate, and therefore unjustifiable. In the aftermath of these revelations, US President Barack Obama and his security officials are claiming that the infringements of individual privacy are minor. “No-one is listening to your phone calls,” said Obama. He also added that there must be a trade-off between national security and what he called “minor breaches” of civil liberties. These assurances from Obama and US National Intelligence Director James Clapper, among others, are rejected by Snowden and other NSA whistleblowers, as well as by the American Civil Liberties Union, which is litigating against the American government over the recent revelations. Official claims of limited surveillance and breaches are also repudiated by various digital privacy advocates, such as the Electronic Frontier Foundation, as well as by common knowledge of American constitutional rights. Edward Snowden says that when he was working at the NSA, he had clearance to hack into anyone’s email “including the president’s”. That is far from “minor”. Another former senior employee of the NSA, Thomas Drake, who was prosecuted under the US Espionage Act for similar whistleblowing in 2011, says that the American government and its secret agencies have systematically “subverted the constitution” by arrogating the power to tap into all and any communications that they desire. In a narrow sense, Obama may be right that “no-one is listening to your phone calls”. Not yet, at least, but the executive powers and technology are in place for this totalitarian system of eavesdropping to be switched on. Drake writes, “The supposed oversight, combined with enabling legislation – the [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] court, the congressional committees – is all a kabuki dance, predicated on the national security claim that we need to find a threat. The reality is: they [the US government] just want it all, period.” He added: “They have this extraordinary system: in effect, a 24/7 panopticon on a vast scale that it is gazing at you with an all-seeing eye.” It seems an incredible lack of judgment among some alternative commentators who have dismissed Snowden’s revelations as trivial. Worse still, some commentators have even insinuated that the former NSA analyst is a witting or unwitting player in an elaborate CIA hoax aimed at intimidating citizens from using mass communications. Such views badly underestimate the extent of American government criminality towards its own sacrosanct constitution and the deeply corrupting implications that has for democracy. Guardian journalist Glenn Greenwald, who broke the Snowden story earlier this month, has said, “The people who have learned things they didn’t already know are American citizens who have no connection to terrorism or foreign intelligence, as well as hundreds of millions of citizens around the world about whom the same is true. What they have learned is that the vast bulk of this surveillance apparatus is directed not at the Chinese or Russian governments or terrorists, but at them.” Greenwald adds, “And that is precisely why the US government is so furious and will bring its full weight to bear against these disclosures. What has been ‘harmed’ is not the national security of the US but the ability of its political leaders to work against their own citizens and citizens around the world in the dark, with zero transparency or real accountability.” Since the US Espionage Act was instituted nearly a century ago in 1917, there have been a total of 10 prosecutions against American government employees deemed to have broken the law and compromised national security through whistleblowing. One of those was former State Department staffer Daniel Ellsberg who released the Pentagon Papers to The New York Times in 1971, revealing the spurious legal grounds for the American genocidal war on Vietnam. Seven out of the total 10 prosecutions against whistleblowers – 70 percent – have occurred under the Obama administrations. That figure alone tells of a growing anxiety within the American ruling class. That anxiety is related to their increasingly criminal secret powers and the ongoing subversion of democracy. The American rulers are jealously guarding their criminal behaviour and that is why they are hunting down with a vengeance people like Snowden who are seen to be exposing this criminality. It is something of an irony that this week Snowden had to flee to Russia (the former “evil empire” in the words of late American President Ronald Reagan) in order to avoid extradition to the US where he is charged with felonies under the Espionage Act. Former NSA employee Thomas Drake says that when he was working as an analyst during the Cold War he was assigned to monitor the espionage activities of Stalinist East Germany and its secret Stasi police. Drake says that the Stasi had an obsession to “knowing everything” about its citizens and kept a huge archive of paper files. However, this voluminous archiving is a fraction of what is stored and accessible by American secret services owing to the internet and digital technology. Drake describes the American NSA as “a Stasi on steroids”. In the 1970s, US Senator Frank Church led a groundbreaking investigation into illicit American government covert operations. Church warned then that if the secret powers of the NSA were to ever become deployed against the American public – as opposed to “foreign enemies” – then that country’s democracy would be finished. That is precisely the present abysmal outcome of secret US state powers. There are two corollaries of the imploding capitalist system, for which the US still remains the lynchpin for historical reasons. The first is the increasing militarism of the US and its Western allies to compensate for this economic demise. This militarism has evolved over the past decade since the purported 9/11 terror attacks on the US in 2001 to become a condition of “permanent war”. The present US-led covert war in Syria and underway against Iran are part of a continuum of imperialist war-making that connects Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, as well as Pakistan, Somalia, Yemen and Mali. This state of permanent war is needed by the waning capitalist powers to try to assert control of natural resources, markets, finance and investment against perceived rivals, such as Russia and China. The other corollary of the historic failure of capitalism, and in particular in the US, is the imperative to assert control over social meltdown and rebellion. That is why the growth in militarism abroad has gone hand-in-glove with the intensification of surveillance powers and repression against citizens at home. American, and Western, democracy is, for all intents and purposes, a dead corpse. Only criminal wars and repression of its citizens are keeping the moribund system on a life-support system. Michael Hastings was really only interested in writing stories someone didn’t want him to write — often his subjects; occasionally his editor. While there is no template for a great reporter, he was one for reasons that were intrinsic to who he was: ambitious, skeptical of power and conventional wisdom, and incredibly brave. And he was warm and honest in a way that left him many unlikely friends among people you’d expect to hate him.

Michael, who died at the age of 33 in a high-speed wreck in Los Angeles early Tuesday morning, wasn’t like any reporter I’ve ever worked with. He found conflict constantly, but never by accident. We fought, first, over the adjectives in his stories — “discredited” was a favorite — and then over his theories, which were typically the opposite of whatever I was hearing from my Washington sources. In the meantime I marveled at his talent and at the thing I hadn’t particularly expected: his generosity.

The talent first. That is the reason Michael’s death was news to so many people who didn’t know him personally, the reason his stories hit a nerve almost without fail.

Michael’s journalistic roots were in the 1970s, in gonzo writers like Hunter S. Thompson who flung their bodies at the story, and often got hurt. He had been badly hurt once: His fiancée was killed in Baghdad in January 2007, when he was a Newsweek reporter there, and her death was still utterly raw to him when he published his first book, I Lost My Love in Baghdad.
And then the other part: He knew how to tell it. He knew that there are certain truths that nobody has an interest in speaking, ones that will make both your subjects and their enemies uncomfortable. They’re stories that don’t get told because nobody in power has much of an interest in telling them — the story, for instance, of how a president is getting rolled by his generals.
There is perpetual handwringing in journalism about how to make Worthy topics interesting to a broad audience. The simple fact is that Michael had discovered the answer: Make it about power and sex and personality and conflict (because, by the way, it usually is) and — and here’s the real trick — draw a straight and clear line between the vibrant reporting and the point. His most vivid scenes, set in the carnage of Baghdad at its worst days, or in the grim light of pay-per-view in an Iowa hotel room, were never gratuitous. Michael’s most famous story, the one that got General Stanley McChrystal fired, was a great yarn, but it was also about something: a military leadership that had turned its tactical sophistication inward, and trapped a president it disdained into a war he didn’t want to fight. The story helped push the American government to pull out of Afghanistan, not because a general said some bad words, but because those words conveyed the general’s sense of superiority to his civilian masters.

Michael found those stories because he never forgot his job. It is so easy, and so basically human, for journalists to want the people around them — including their sources — to be their friends. Michael cared about friends and was good at making them; it visibly pained him when, late in the 2012 campaign, the reporters around him made little secret of their distrust for him. But he also knew what he was there — in Denver, or Paris, or Hollywood — for. He was there to tell his readers what was going on.

Michael made people nervous — he made me nervous — with his jittery energy and what Tim Dickinson, in his obituary of Michael, called his “enthusiastic breaches of the conventions of access journalism.” (He also knew this about himself: When we started emailing, in January 2012, about his coming to work for BuzzFeed, he included this codicil: “I’d need a clause somewhere in the contract that says if BuzzFeed fires me for saying or writing something controversial or offensive on BuzzFeed or on Twitter or elsewhere, there will have to be some kind of severance payment. I have a demonstrated ability to really piss powerful people off, and I would need some kind of assurance that BuzzFeed has my back, 120 percent.”) That intense sense of responsibility was to his readers — “friends,” he typically began his tweets — not to his sources, and so he had no time for implied off-the-record agreements or of the clubbiness of the traveling press corps. It takes an enormous level of tolerance for awkward social situations to infuriate the small group of people with whom you are traveling, eating, and sleeping for weeks on end. He did that, mostly for good reasons, with the protection only of a pair of giant headphones.

Michael had made no secret of his lacerating views of much of the political press — his 2010 GQ article on the experience was filled with self-loathing, too, for having been part of the machine. (“Jacking off in a hotel room was not unlike the larger experience of campaign reporting.”) But he also couldn’t control his curiosity. When we began talking that January, he wrote that while “I have a pretty good gig … the pull of the campaign trail is always very real,” he had an instinct that we were doing something “fairly unique/hot/exciting.” And so he somehow persuaded his Rolling Stone editors to let him dive into the campaign for BuzzFeed, while persuading me to let him, somehow, amid the 96 pieces he wrote for us, to complete a powerful story about “America’s Last Prisoner of War” for Rolling Stone.
And this time out on the trail, he ran in the other direction. He infuriated his peers by breaking unwritten rules: He wrote about events that were presumed, though not stipulated, to be off the record; he wrote about what reporters said and did; and he wrote that the president had joined a cocktail hour with the press, though he respected his agreement not to report on the substance of the conversation. He knew his role was to tell his readers what he knew — not to hold things back. He liked to quote an old Newsweek colleague, Peter Goldman: “Journalists’ behavior is always on the record.”

His own certainly was. He is the anti-hero of his campaign book, Panic 2012, and included a scene of his own intemperate, drunken rage at another reporter, as well as a familiarity with “my cooler than thou persona,” which backfired when he found himself about to meet Obama, “dressed like a beachcomber” in shorts and a pink T-shirt. He scrambled to put on a suit.

Great journalists take themselves and their work seriously because it is serious; they know the power they wield. Michael knew how good he was, how much damage he could do. He was shy of playing gotcha games with junior staffers — his target was always the principal.

He cared about his image — he worked out hard, looked good in clothes and in pictures, and enjoyed it — but he always cared more about the story. One day last fall, he had a furious exchange with a spokesman for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. His impulse, and mine, was to print the back-and-forth, the crucial exchange of which was:

Reines: Why do you bother to ask questions you’ve already decided you know the answers to?

Hastings: Why don’t you give answers that aren’t bullshit for a change?

But there was a problem: Michael had not exactly conducted himself as well-mannered professional in the exchange. “You will look,” I pointed out to him, “like an asshole.”

“Everyone knows I’m an asshole,” he said. “The point is that they’re assholes.”

Michael had a great nose for conventional wisdom and conventional taste, and a visceral, irresistible urge to run the other way. If every reporter in Washington knew that Valerie Jarrett, President Barack Obama’s close aide and friend, is a disaster — the view of her internal enemies, who happen to be closer to the press — Michael’s impulse was to find the other narrative: The “Revolt of the White Male Ego” (capital letters Michael’s). If the problem with reporting on an Afghan hospital scandal was that the images were simply too horrifying to print, Michael wanted to use a new medium to display them all.
Michael’s curiosity took him to Hollywood, his last beat. There, he saw the same thing he had seen in Washington and Afghanistan: power and its abuse and its devastating effect on a man’s life.

Michael’s large sense of himself and of his abilities could, and perhaps should, have made him into that feared caricature, the egomaniacal bigfoot magazine writer. But unlike most ambitious and successful reporters in their thirties, Michael was also intensely interested in the younger people around him. I didn’t particularly expect him to show up to work at BuzzFeed — he was one of those magazine writers who did their own thing — but during the spring and summer of 2012, before he encased himself in giant headphones for the mortal combat of the Obama campaign charter — he was there most days. He gaped at the exotica an editor sitting beside him collected from dark corners of the internet. He invited the whole office to his apartment after our holiday party. He was obsessed with online animal culture and with the corgi, Bobby Sneakers, he shared with his wife, Elise Jordan. He was more obsessed, only, with Elise, whose thoughts, plans, and prospects he couldn’t stop talking about when I last saw him in New York two weeks ago.

Michael always had time for advice to young reporters, many of whom really got to learn from him. He handed out scoops to the kids around him — sometimes based on complicated calculations about his own byline, sometimes out of pure generosity. He gave great, sensible advice: “Go to D.C. for a couple of years, it’s money in the bank, source-wise, even if you hate it.” A half-dozen young reporters walked away with a bit of his fairy dust.

Perhaps most to Michael’s credit, though, is the esteem of his enemies. I asked Michael’s advice not long ago for who to call for a story about David Petraeus’ comeback, expecting a list of haters. Michael’s definitive story on the former general and CIA director had, after all, begun, “The fraud that General David Petraeus perpetrated on America started many years before the general seduced Paula Broadwell…”

Instead, Michael gave me the emails of some of Petraeus’ closest friends and allies. “I shouldn’t mention your name, right?” I asked. “Actually,” he said, “I should”; and his name, of all things, prompted people devoted to Petraeus to talk openly and freely to me. I still haven’t quite figured that one out.

Tuesday night, one prominent defense intellectual whose views on counterinsurgency operations, among other factors, had meant Michael never much liked him, messaged me.

“I was struggling to explain to my wife why the death of Michael Hastings made me sad. He didn’t much like me, and I didn’t much like him,” he wrote. “But I respected his pluck and his courage, even when I disagreed with him.”

Some of that was Michael’s warmth, charm, and charisma. Some of it, I think, was the opposite: His anger and fearlessness made working with him, or against him, something more than the usual journalistic transaction. There’s a relief in dealing with someone and knowing where he stands.
In a way, Michael was born too late: He wrote with the sort of commitment of the generation of reporters shaped by the government’s lies about Vietnam, not by the triumphalism of the 1990s or the reflexive patriotism of the years after 9/11. He was surer than most of us that power is, presumptively, not to be trusted. Writers of his courage and talent are so rare, and he was taken way too soon. There are few like him. We will miss him terribly.

      I have had two sources tried to assert to me that the U.S. Constitution grants no legal authority to impeach the President of America. Article II Section 5: "In case of the removal of the President from office (called impeachment), Congress may then declare (whom they want) to be President of America." Back then before Amendment XXV which updates how a President may be removed from office (by understood impeachment authority of the U.S. Constitution), Congress once removing a claimed President from office, they could have picked John Doe walking the streets of America and declared him President of America until the next election if they wanted to!

       But with all the embarrassment of NSA getting caught spying on all Americans in America as to their phone calls and emails Wash., D.C. seems to forget the most important U.S. Supreme Court decision declaring what was legal or else illegal acts of Wash., D.C. during the "Civil War" which ended in 1865. I refer to the U.S. Supreme Court decision in 1866 in Ex Parte Milligan; "The Constitution of the United States is a law for rulers and people, and covers with with the shield of its protection all classes of men, at all times,and under all circumstances. No doctrine involving more pernicious consequences was ever invented by the wit of man that any of its provisions can be suspended during any of the great emergencies of government." For our legal dummies in the U.S. Justice Dept.,NSA, C.I.A., F.B.I. which sometimes uses a very stretched version of what is allowed to cancel the U.S. Bill of Rights, and our claimed professor of law who calls himself President in the White House, citizens not serving in the military retain all their legal rights under the U.S. Constitution which includes the U.S. Bill of Rights and their legal rights cannot be suspended or ignored even during times of war. For our legal dummies in Wash., D.C., you cannot spy on the private records of American citizens according to the U.S. Bill of Rights without a court order each time you want to see their records they have not voluntarily consented to you to see otherwise. When you look at their phone records or listen to their private phone calls or look at their email records or read their emails without their consent, you have to have a court order first before legally you can do this under the U.S. Bill of Rights.You do not use terrorist threats as the basis for the suspension of the U.S. Bill of Rights for all citizens of America in the name of "national threat," etc. That is the same trick tactic used by Adolf Hitler to suspend all the legal rights of Jews and other targeted groups in Nazi Germany and Stalin used to suspend all the legal rights of declared "enemies" of the Soviet Union Communist government. If you disagreed with the Communist dictatorship over Russia, then you were automatically "an enemy of the state."

      As for the claimed neutrality of NSA, CIA, White House, etc. and they respect our legal rights while spying on all of us in America with every phone call we make in America and every email we make in America, I consider that legal hot air and legal double talk. I had from June 1, 2013 through June 19, 2013 sent email reports to one of the richest men in America per his request and NSA trickery or else CIA trickery, he got none of the email reports sent to him when my computer by NSA electronics was tricked into thinking these email reports were delivered to him when they were not. This rich man was burned that Wash., D.C. would pull such dirty trick operations against him. He had twice talked to me that he was considering backing me with $10 million to $100 million. I would have used this to back the Omni Law Drive in America and setting up the Vatican endorsed trade secret food industry that once established in America might become the biggest world industry set up in America in our national history. Obama does not want this for America along with the potential of millions of jobs it might create in America and enormous new national wealth for America as a nation. This rich man and I have alternate ways to make sure that he gets any reports from me that he wants now, but to test to see if Wash., D.C. meaning Obama in the White House would dare try to do these dirty trick operations against him and me any longer, I have sent more email reports now after we exposed these illegal dirty trick operations of Obama through his federal operatives carrying out his orders from the White House. My first report "Impeach Obama Now!" posted last week with Nesara News exposed these dirty trick operations by those working for Obama to put legal heat on them to stop these criminal acts and now! I am curious to see if Obama would dare have more dirty trick federal operations like this to continue being done after he got exposed in the impeachment report posted before the 29 million view blog of Nesara News last week. I did get word which amazed me as to their federal nerve. One woman was using a shared phone line we both use and for one hour she kept getting busy signals this last Saturday trying to call a best friend of hers. Her best friend kept trying to call her at the same time of day and also got busy signals every time she tried to call this woman. This woman asked me after both of them later confirmed that they were not talking with anyone else then and each got busy signals for the other's phone when trying to call either one from their phones."Is this phone tapped?" More NSA or CIA dirty trick operations but by mistake pulled on two women in SC who just wanted to social gossip with one another. Obama is playing with legal fire as this type dirty trick operations means that Obama, NSA, etc. are lying like hell that they are only recording records and not listening in or interfering with phone calls or emails of ordinary American citizens at this time.

      One dirty trick I especially did not appreciate from federal operatives for Obama. I carefully prepared a statement in my report "Impeach Obama Now!" report of last week. I clearly stated that the Colonial Office for the British Government recently posted as public records over the internet birth records for Kenya while under British rule. It clearly showed that Obama was born in Kenya, not America. So NSA or CIA personnel probably hit me while I took a lunch break and scrambled this statement while I was gone on a lunch break and they saw what every word was I was putting into this report to be posted later that day with Nesara News. I may once in a while make a small typing error, but I don't write an entire lengthy sentence with everything scrambled and nothing makes sense. Don't forget that NSA technology automatically can read every email as you write it if they want to. You have no privacy nor legal respect for your private legal records under their apparent national policy applied to all citizens of America. This just reaffirms my legal charges raised in the first "Impeach Obama Now!" report posted worldwide last week. 

     Attach this second part of the report "Impeach Obama Now!" to the first main report and send to all members of the U.S. Congress calling for immediate impeachment of Obama from the White House who is not even an American citizen which Nesara News yesterday June 24, 2013 had the actual recording of Obama before running for the White House telling a number of Americans that he was born in Kenya, not Hawaii, and was not an American citizen then. If Russia sees the American people back me, they will judge that America wishes to live in peace with Russia rather than a pending likely nuclear World War III as Obama is pushing America into as he is not the smart leader for America to have in the White House now. And Russian intelligence would read this as a sign that the fanatics are no longer running Wash., D.C. now if the federally stolen $525,000 from me was promptly returned to me. Until that $525,000 of federally stolen money is returned to me, Wash., D.C. is a criminal gangster government in the eyes of Putin and other leaders advised by Russian intelligence. Russian intelligence knows that I was going to use this $525,000 to reestablish my father's Vatican endorsed trade secret food process in America and Wash., D.C. being dominated by gangster criminals as Russian intelligence evaluates it is why Obama was stonewalling so strongly that Wash.,. D.C. must not return to me the federally stolen $525,000 which was my money and federal operatives threatened to murder me if I tried to stop them from stealing this money. They did not realize it then, but they created a witness who can testify to Congress how I was threatened by federal operatives.       If Russia will call off its secret plans to annihilate America shortly, I am willing to share half of this world food industry based upon the Vatican endorsed with Russia. Also, I require Russia to treat with total national security of Russia how the Vatican endorsed food process works the same as I require the Camelot Project proposed to be built in America would treat this as a  national security secret so important that I will not share this trade secret with Wash., D.C. which I consider too corrupt to trust such a trade secret with. By keeping the trade secret to the industrial food process totally secret in Russia and America, both nations participate in great world trade and profits this represents for both nations. I refuse to trust legal systems by patent filings to represent the trade secrets involved, so this will be protected by extreme national security both nations as to a totally trade secret food process for the good of mankind across all nations on earth. 

     Get Obama out of the White House. He serves no further good use for America and is only a liability to the future and prosperity of America if allowed to stay in the White House. “One of the more shocking revelations discovered in reference to IRS systematic misapplication of federal employment taxes is a federal statutory scheme which allows the federal government to pay undisclosed sums of cash awards to federal officers, including federal attorneys, magistrates, and judges, out of an Imprest Fund Account set up for the express purpose of rewarding those who assist with IRS prosecutions.”

Let’s say your child was seriously injured or killed by a careless delivery truck driver, and you are suing the company that operated the delivery truck. You engage an attorney to represent you in the case, but your attorney is having great difficulty getting the necessary documents and witness depositions necessary to present your case in court.

Moreover, in motions before the court to compel testimony from witnesses, the judge has been issuing strange rulings which are extremely adverse to your case and in apparent conflict with standard judicial procedures. Ultimately, your case goes to trial, but again adverse rulings by the judge during the trial severely restrict the ability of your attorney to present your case. In the end, you are awarded damages far less than would be normal and justified by the facts of your case.

Later, as a result of unexpected developments, you learn that the judge, court officials, and other government officials involved in your case have apparently received substantial cash payments from the defendant company. The clear and incontrovertible effect of these payments was to corrupt the judicial process and to deny you the justice to which you were entitled. Yet you are unable to prove the existence of these illegal payments.

How would you feel? You would surely be justifiably outraged.

Now what if you were to learn that the IRS itself is engaged in such corrupt practices when attempting to pursue taxpayers in the courts?

How can this be?

Well, the IRS has a little-known internal account called the “IRS Imprest Fund Account” intended to fund the costs associated with IRS criminal investigations. It now appears that the IRS has been using the Imprest Fund Account to undermine the judicial process in tax litigation.  If this is true, then the criminal behavior of the IRS has exceeded even the almost unimaginable bounds previously suspected of this rogue agency.

Folks, I could go on, but do I really need to???  I plead, with all that is with in me for you NOT TO SEND YOUR DINAR TO ANYONE, PERIOD!  You have waited so long for this, do not do something foolish like falling into a scam like this!
