Authorities in El Paso County said they are focusing on a very tiny spot in their hunt for the reason the flames erupted in the mature stand of Ponderosa pines. The fire moved quickly out of control and incinerated homes and people alike with temperatures up to 2,500 degrees.

“One thing that my investigators have given me the authority to state is that they have all but ruled out natural causes as the cause of this fire,” said Sheriff Terry Maketa. “I can’t really go any further on that, but I can say we are pretty confident it was not, for instance, a lightning strike.”

The causes for most forest fires are limited to electrical problems, campfires or grills that get out of control, accidents such as a car fire and sparks from chain saws or other back-country tools.

Those causes, to an expert investigator, are readily identifiable.

But authorities said they were focusing on a 28-foot square patch where they believe the fire started, examining some portions with a magnifying glass.

While I am writing this, our skies once again are so filled with smoke from forest fires that we can’t even see our beautiful Rocky Mountains. I am a native along with my dad and we have never seen anything like what we have seen the last couple of years in Colorado (always starting in June like clockwork). No matter what the media is saying…it’s more than…windy,hot and extreme drought that’s causing these extreme outbursts of fires in our beautiful state…IMHO. A friend of mine that works in the medical field was sharing a couple stories with me last night. First, she told me that her medical director works closely with Northcom and this person believes there is strong indications of terrorism in regards to the fires.  Second, she has friends just last week after the Black Forest Fire was started that experienced a very strange event outside their foothills home at 3:30am. They were getting up at this time to catch a flight and when they looked out the window they noticed a very suspicious vehicle that was not familiar to the area. They watched for a few minutes, when suddenly someone in the vehicle threw out something unidentifiable but what they knew for a fact is it created smoke(fire). Her friend use to work for fire dept and rushed to put it out. They called the fire dept and gave their story. How chilling to think there are people out trying to start these fires.  These people doing this definitely have an agenda. MARY FROM COLORADO

JUST GOT A CALL FROM ROSEMARY THE WOMAN YOU SENT HELP TO. SHE SAID SHE WAS UP IN AROUND THAT AREA YESTERDAY AND SHE AND HER DAUGHTER SAW A BIG PLUME OF BLACK SMOKE AND THEN A WHILE PASSED AND SHE SAW BLACK SUV’S GOING INTO THE BLACK FOREST.

Colorado Media Censoring Fire Coverage  June 13, 2013

I live in the Denver Metro Area, about 40 miles north and west of the Black Forest Fire. We are getting spotty tv coverage of the Black Forest Fire. Lots of interviews, mostly with the Elbert County Sheriff (containing lots of “jargon” ..type 1 tankers, type 3 crisis management team, etc.), very little aerial overview.

The overview I have seen, shows (apparently) unconnected pockets of fire. Houses burning with surrounding vegetation un scathed. The “talking heads” have no comment about the anomalous nature of the fire. TV coverage of the actual burn is very limited, and appears edited to show tankers, smoke in the distance, etc., but not sufficient detail for an average viewer to draw his/her own conclusions. The governor was on-site last night. He didn’t appear to know quite what to say, and had a look on his face like a man who had just found something repulsive in his drink.

Most recently, I have received information from a retired senior commander who is in a network of “old school” senior officers evaluating the known intelligence concerning a two front combat theater of operations.
The “second” front is America itself. Combat troops from Russia and 14 nations, air assets, armor and artillery, fighter suppression through anti-aircraft batteries on movable platforms that can respond to changing air response grids as well as logistics, hardened communications and transportation hubs, compliment a training contingent that has masqueraded as “friendly forces.” The apparent use of some type of advanced accelerant in the massive western fires defies understanding or previous experience by firefighters in that region. “Almost nuclear” in its ability to spread fire and not be quenched by normal fire suppression methods suggests, but cannot yet be confirmed by scientific testing in labs,that intentional human complicity in the fires is virtually certain. Specific battle plans in war call for the destruction of natural and man-made infrastructure by fire, specifically calling for great monetary, human and technological assets to be used fighting the fires as both a distraction and a planned reduction of the area involved to produce or exist on a “normal” basis.

There have been numerous events around Colorado in the current weeks. Recently, here in my area. A good friend was at a shooting range on 7-21-12. He was there only a short time, and called me. He said there were 3 very “buffed” men at one end of the range, and that they were speaking both perfect English and Russian at the same time! (As I understand it, from talking to a gentleman who knows, you would have to start a child at 5 yrs. old to accomplish that.)
My friend spent quite a bit of time with them. Asked them what they were doing in the States. Said they were ”mechanical engineers” . My friend, former military and and an armorer, said he had never seen pistol shooting like that. 2 and 3 inch groups at 25 yards, rapid fire. He said, “You guys shoot pretty darn good for “mechanical engineers”! The younger of the 3 asked my friend if he would like to shoot his rifle. He said, “Sure”! After picking up the piece, he said he noticed it had a Red Star on the scope! He told the ‘ENGINEER”, “Hey! This is Russian military!” The Man said,” Really?” He also told me the ammo was not sold in the States. It WAS Russian military issue. He said the reticle was as good as he had ever seen. He then said, “You guys sure you aren’t Russian military!” At this point they got somewhat upset. He asked where they had been, The told him they been up in Canada, the younger of the 2, that is. They shot a little more, then left. Headed for the range office to check out.
Upon arrival at the range office, told the young lady in the office, “That was kinda weird, shooting with Russian guys with military gear. She said, “Oh, there’s lots of them!” My friend being stunned, said “What!’ She said, “Oh Yeah, there’s a lot of them that shoot here!”
Having said that, it appears we have a “Spetnatz Nest” in No. Colo. Very rural and isolated at this range. Not much out there.
Upon making some contact calls, appears I might have a possible place for where they are placed. Will do a little “road trip” soon.
Also, a longtime friend has been doing some “vacation time” in SW Colo. Spotted Russian troops, In Uniform down in Creed Co. 12 with European style motorbikes. Spotted a local Deputy, walked over to him. Said, “What are these “Foreign troops doin’ here?!”. The Deputy just rolled his eyes and walked off! My friend walked over to them and said, “Things are a little different here than in Mother Russia” They looked at him and just walked away.
A couple of days later, he was down by Wolf Creek, going to see the falls there. This was along Highway 149 going to Pagosa Springs. There about 3 mins., a Russian helo flew over their heads at treetop level, moving fast. We have seen 4 different Russian helos here in No. Colo.
Also, during the “Exercise” at Ft. Carson, a friend of 20 yrs. who is a documentary maker called live from the base. Said, “Guess what I’m Looking at” I said, “What?”. He said, “Black C-130′s with Red stars on the tails, doin’ touch and go’s”

A week ago I was at Fort Carson on business picking up surplus equipment for the town I represent under a government program that gives surplus military equipment to local law enforcement agencies.
We’re going into what is commonly referred to as a boneyard as a group of soldiers were coming out through a small gate. I accidentally bumped into one of the soldiers and he turned and apologized in Russian, I took a quick look at his uniform and noticed that there were no insignias of any type or name tags.

• With Capital then fully protected, they pay our taxes, underpinning our nations. Helping reduce budget stresses and borrowing.

• Their Profits will be used to create community Homes, Schools, Hospitals, infrastructure, rail track systems.

• Profits used to deliver lost cost energy to all, reducing stress of escalating debt and exploitation of the masses, energy poor and disenfranchised from care.

• A whole new focus on education and citizenship.

• They create jobs, dignity for families and communities. They regenerate community funding and innovation. 

• New Scientific projects funded, across multiple nations and shared for all. Inclusion not subjugation.

• Technological investment and Genetic research to cross repair our so many faulty DNA structures. Re splice faulty genes, so children need no longer be born with crippling and terminal genetic disorders. We can give life and a better life to many.

  

• Or Tax Havens and bolt holes in Paraguay for the Bush, Cheney, Soros Neo Nazis. Oh hell, you mean they left the Clinton's behind?

These next 2 weeks are a cross roads for our societies. 

If they honour Redemptions being tracked right now, in the right hands, 2 roads then open up for the journey and evolution of man.

Did you know that you are involved in the most massive Ponzi scheme that has ever existed? To illustrate my point, allow me to tell you a little story. Once upon a time, there was a man named Sam. When he was younger, he had been a very principled young man that had worked incredibly hard and that had built a large number of tremendously successful businesses. He became fabulously wealthy and he accumulated far more gold than anyone else on the planet. But when he started to get a little older he forgot the values of his youth. He started making really bad decisions and some of his relatives started to take advantage of him. One particularly devious relative was a nephew named Fred. One day Fred approached his uncle Sam with a scheme that his friends the bankers had come up with. What happened next would change the course of Sam's life forever. Even though Sam was the wealthiest man in the world by far, Fred convinced Sam that he could have an even higher standard of living by going into a little bit of debt. In exchange for IOUs issued by his uncle Sam, Fred would give him paper notes that he printed off on his printing press. Since the paper notes would be backed by the gold that Sam was holding, everyone would consider them to be valuable. Sam could take those paper notes and spend them on whatever his heart desired. Uncle Sam started to do this, and he started to become addicted to all of the nice things that those paper notes would buy him. Fred took the IOUs that he received from his uncle and he auctioned them off to the bankers. But there was a problem. The IOUs issued by Uncle Sam had to be paid back with interest. When the time came to pay back the IOUs, Uncle Sam could not afford to pay back the debts, pay the interest on those debts, and buy all of the nice things that he wanted. So Uncle Sam issued even more IOUs than before so that he could get enough notes to pay off his debts. As time rolled on, this pattern just kept on repeating. Uncle Sam repeatedly paid off his old debts by taking out even larger new debts. Meanwhile, since the notes that Uncle Sam was using were backed by gold, everyone else in the world decided to start using them to trade with one another. This was greatly beneficial to Uncle Sam, because the rest of the world was glad to send him oil, home electronics, plastic trinkets and anything else that Uncle Sam wanted in exchange for his gold-backed notes. Eventually, however, the rest of the world started to suspect that the number of gold-backed notes that Uncle Sam was issuing far exceeded the amount of gold that Uncle Sam actually had. So the rest of the world started to trade in their notes for gold. And by that time Uncle Sam definitely did not have enough gold to back up his notes. Realizing that the scheme was starting to collapse, one day Uncle Sam announced that his notes would no longer be backed by gold. But he insisted that the rest of the world should continue using his notes because he was the wealthiest man on the planet and everyone should just trust him. And the rest of the world did continue to trust him, although it wasn't the same as before. As Uncle Sam got greedier and greedier, he started to issue IOUs and spend notes at a rate that nobody ever dreamed possible. The great businesses that Uncle Sam had built when he was younger were starting to decline, and Uncle Sam started buying far more stuff from the rest of the world than they bought from him. The rest of the world was still glad to take Uncle Sam's notes because they used them to trade with one another, but they started accumulating far more notes than they actually needed. Not sure exactly what to do with mountains of these notes, the rest of the world started to loan them back to Uncle Sam. It eventually got to the point where Uncle Sam owed the rest of the world trillions of these notes. Even though the notes were losing value at a rate of close to 10 percent a year, Uncle Sam somehow convinced the rest of the world to loan him notes at an average rate of interest of less than 3 percent a year. One day Uncle Sam woke up and realized that the amount of debt that he owed was now more than 5000 times larger than it was when Fred had first approached him with this ill-fated scheme. Uncle Sam now owed more than 16 trillion notes to his creditors, and Uncle Sam had already made future financial commitments of 202 trillion notes that he would never be able to pay. Meanwhile, the notes that Fred had been printing up for Uncle Sam were now worth less than 5 percent of their original value. Uncle Sam was becoming concerned because some of his other relatives were warning that this whole scheme was about to collapse. Sadly, Uncle Sam did not listen to them. Uncle Sam knew that if he admitted how fraudulent the financial scheme was, the rest of the world would quit sending him all of the things that he needed in exchange for his notes and they would quit lending his notes back to him at super low interest rates. And if the rest of the world lost confidence in his notes and quit using them, Uncle Sam knew that his standard of living would go way, way down. That was something that Uncle Sam could not bear to have happen. When a financial crisis almost caused the scheme to crash in 2008, a desperate Uncle Sam went to Fred and asked for help. In response, Fred started printing up far more notes than ever before and started directly buying up large amounts of IOUs from Uncle Sam with the notes that he was creating out of thin air. Fred hoped that the rest of the world would not notice what he was doing. It seemed to work for a little while, but then an even worse financial crisis came along. Once again, Uncle Sam started issuing massive amounts of new IOUs and Fred started printing up giant mountains of new notes to try to fix things, but their desperate attempts to keep the system going were to no avail. The rest of the world started to realize that they had been sucked into a massive Ponzi scheme, and they lost confidence in the notes that Uncle Sam was using. Suddenly nobody wanted to lend notes to Uncle Sam at super low interest rates anymore, and people started asking for far more notes in exchange for the things that Uncle Sam wanted. Uncle Sam's standard of living dropped dramatically. Since he could no longer flood the world with his notes, Uncle Sam could not continue to consume far, far more wealth than he produced. Uncle Sam sunk into a deep depression as he watched the scheme fall apart all around him. Uncle Sam had once been the wealthiest man on the entire planet, but now he was a broke, tired old man that was absolutely drowning in debt. Unfortunately, once he was down on his luck the rest of the world did not have any compassion for him. In fact, much of the rest of the world celebrated the downfall of Uncle Sam. All of this could have been avoided if Uncle Sam had never agreed to Fred's crazy scheme. And once Uncle Sam made the decision to stop backing his notes with gold, it was only a matter of time before the scheme was going to collapse. Does this little story sound crazy to you? It shouldn't. The truth is that you are involved in such a scheme right now. In case you haven't figured it out, "Uncle Sam" is the United States, the "notes" are U.S. dollars, and "Fred" is the Federal Reserve. Please share this story with as many people as you can. Supreme Court Bombshell: No Right to Remain Silent

The Supreme Court handed down a decision on June 17 that has been ignored by most media outlets, despite its devastating effect on one of the most fundamental rights protected by the Constitution.

In a 5-4 ruling, the justices ruled that a person no longer has the right to remain silent as guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment. In relevant part, the Fifth Amendment mandates that no one “shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself.”

Thanks to the Supreme Court’s decision in Salinas v. Texas, that part of the Bill of Rights has been excised — and has joined the list of so many other fundamental liberties that now lie on the scrap heap of history.

Here’s a little background of the circumstances of the Salinas case, as told by Slate:

Two brothers were shot at home in Houston. There were no witnesses — only shotgun shell casings left at the scene. Genovevo Salinas had been at a party at that house the night before the shooting, and police invited him down to the station, where they talked for an hour. They did not arrest him or read him his Miranda warnings. Salinas agreed to give the police his shotgun for testing. Then the cops asked whether the gun would match the shells from the scene of the murder. According to the police, Salinas stopped talking, shuffled his feet, bit his lip, and started to tighten up.

At trial, Salinas did not testify, but prosecutors described his reportedly uncomfortable reaction to the question about his shotgun. Salinas argued this violated his Fifth Amendment rights: He had remained silent, and the Supreme Court had previously made clear that prosecutors can’t bring up a defendant’s refusal to answer the state’s questions. This time around, however, Justice Samuel Alito blithely responded that Salinas was “free to leave” and did not assert his right to remain silent. He was silent. But somehow, without a lawyer, and without being told his rights, he should have affirmatively “invoked” his right to not answer questions. Two other justices signed on to Alito’s opinion. Justice Clarence Thomas and Justice Antonin Scalia joined the judgment, but for a different reason; they think Salinas had no rights at all to invoke before his arrest (they also object to Miranda itself). The upshot is another terrible Roberts Court ruling on confessions. In 2010 the court held that a suspect did not sufficiently invoke the right to remain silent when he stubbornly refused to talk, after receiving his Miranda warnings, during two hours of questioning.

Consider the ripple effect of the Salinas decision. Specifically, imagine how this ruling will alter the entire landscape of rights — including Miranda — and how they are applied (or not applied) to those accused of serious crimes. Here’s one potential application singled out by the Atlantic:
You know what's a much more recent wrinkle to the potential precedent effect of today's ruling? A case like that of the younger Boston Marathon suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who reportedly sat through 16 hours of questioning before he was read his Miranda rights. Had Tsarnaev, who was recovering from serious injuries at the time, remained silent during questioning without explicitly invoking his Fifth Amendment, prosecutors could, under the Salinas ruling, now use that silence to their advantage.

Guilty or not, suspects in the United States no longer have the right to remain silent. If they remain silent, moreover, that silence will now be interpreted as guilt and will indeed — despite what you see on television court and cop dramas — be used against that person in a court of law. Even, in fact, the highest court in the land.

Another terrifying twist to the Salinas decision is that it imposes on a suspect the necessity of invoking specific language before law enforcement will honor the basic civil liberties of a person who is (or historically, was) innocent until proven guilty.

Justice Breyer recognized how this novel necessity places a nearly insuperable barrier to invoking one’s right to remain silent. Writing for the dissent, Justice Breyer asked, “How can an individual who is not a lawyer know that these particular words [“I expressly invoke the privilege against self incrimination”] are legally magic?”

Breyer goes on to propose a “far better” way to protect a person’s right to not incriminate himself.
 

Can one fairly infer from an individual’s silence and surrounding circumstances an exercise of the Fifth Amendment’s privilege? The need for simplicity, the constitutional importance of applying the Fifth Amendment to those who seek its protections, and this Court’s case law all suggest that this is the right question to ask here. And the answer to that question in the circumstances of today’s case is clearly: yes.

In the black-is-white-up-is-down world that we live in, it is no longer surprising to see constitutionally protected liberties being championed by the “liberal” bloc of justices, while the so-called “conservatives” chisel away at the bedrock of freedom.

Our Founding Fathers understood how vital the right against self-incrimination was to the pursuit of justice. Consider the following defense of that right offered by imminent Founding Era jurist Joseph Story:

This also is but an affirmance of a common law privilege. But it is of inestimable value. It is well known, that in some countries, not only are criminals compelled to give evidence against themselves, but are subjected to the rack or torture in order to procure a confession of guilt. And what is worse, it has been (as if in mockery or scorn) attempted to excuse, or justify it, upon the score of mercy and humanity to the accused. It has been contrived, (it is pretended,) that innocence should manifest itself by a stout resistance, or guilt by a plain confession; as if a man's innocence were to be tried by the hardness of his constitution, and his guilt by the sensibility of his nerves. Cicero, many ages ago, though he lived in a state, wherein it was usual to put slaves to the torture, in order to furnish evidence, has denounced the absurdity and wickedness of the measure in terms of glowing eloquence, as striking, as they are brief. They are conceived in the spirit of Tacitus, and breathe all his pregnant and indignant sarcasm. Ulpian, also, at a still later period in Roman jurisprudence, stamped the practice with severe reproof.

In one day the Supreme Court of the United States now dispenses with a right defended by Cicero over 2,000 years ago.

Finally, read the warning issued by Abraham Holmes during the Massachusetts ratifying convention in January 1788:

There is nothing to prevent Congress from passing laws which shall compel a man, who is accused or suspected of a crime, to furnish evidence against himself, and even from establishing laws which shall order the court to take the charge exhibited against a man for truth, unless he can furnish evidence of his innocence.

I do not pretend to say Congress will do this; but, sir, I undertake to say that Congress (according to the powers proposed to be given them by the Constitution) may do it; and if they do not, it will be owing entirely — I repeat it, it will be owing entirely — to the goodness of the men, and not in the least degree owing to the goodness of the Constitution.

In the Salinas case, it was as Holmes wisely predicted: The goodness of the Constitution was not enough to protect one of our most fundamental and cherished liberties from the assault by an almost all-powerful federal government.

The firestorm set off by Edward Snowden's leaks about National Security Agency surveillance programs has fueled much hand-wringing about executive branch power in the post-9/11 era. On Monday, though, the Supreme Court agreed to consider a case that could have a much larger impact on presidential authority. The case -- National Labor Relations Board vs. Noel Canning -- should define just how far the Constitution allows the president to go in appointing government officials without the Senate's advice and consent. And if the justices accept a lower court's reasoning, recess appointments by the president may be a thing of the past. Not just for vacancies at the NLRB but for any post that requires Senate approval. Noel Canning is a soda bottler in Washington state. After it became embroiled in a dispute with the Teamsters, the NLRB ruled that the company had improperly refused to honor a verbal agreement struck in contract negotiations. The company then sued, alleging that the board shouldn't have acted on the case because it didn't have a quorum. Three of its five members got onto the board via recess appointments that President Obama made while the Senate was not in session. At issue was the meaning of this phrase from Article II of the Constitution: "The president shall have power to fill up all vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate, by granting commissions which shall expire at the end of their next session." Before Obama took office, it was common practice for presidents to make recess appointments whenever the Senate was on break. Late in President George W. Bush's second term, however, the Senate's Democratic majority kept the chamber in session continuously -- albeit occasionally in "pro forma" mode with no legislative business conducted -- to stop Bush from making appointments without their approval. Obama continued his predecessors' practice, with one twist. When the NLRB was down to two members and couldn't function, the president appointed Democrats Craig Becker and Mark Pearce while the Senate was taking a break in March 2010. Becker had been blocked by a GOP filibuster, and the Senate refused to confirm him after he was appointed; Pearce, whose nomination was not controversial, was confirmed. When the board's membership again fell to two in January 2012, Obama made three more recess appointments. Notably, he did so even though the Senate was still in pro forma session because the House GOP leadership refused to adjourn. The White House argued that the Senate was in recess because it wasn't conducting legislative business. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit agreed with Noel Canning on two important points. A three-judge panel held that the constitutional power to make recess appointments applied only to the recess that occurs after Congress formally adjourns at the end of an annual session and before the next one begins. Limiting the president's power even further, it also held that the only vacancies that could be filled through such appointments were those that arose during such an inter-session recess. Other appeals courts disagreed, as did the Obama administration (naturally). And as The Times' editorial board opined, the court's opinion effectively enables a minority in the Senate to kill off regulatory agencies they don't like -- and nullify the laws that created those agencies -- by filibustering any attempt to fill vacancies, and relying on their allies in the House to keep Congress in pro forma session with no inter-session breaks. That's been the strategy behind the Senate GOP's opposition to Richard Cordray, the well-regarded recess appointee leading the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Republicans have praised Cordray as an evenhanded and responsible leader, yet have refused to allow the Senate to vote on his nomination unless Congress rewrites the law and robs the bureau of its independence. And unless the bureau has a director, by law it can't enact rules. Every independent agency would be vulnerable to the same kind of partisan spat, including such vital regulatory bodies as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. Their staffs could continue to enforce existing rules, but they'd be unable to adopt new ones -- or eliminate old ones that were no longer needed. Yet the D.C. Circuit's reading of the Constitution makes sense; although there's no definition of "recess," the fact that the document says "the" recess and not "a" recess strongly implies that it's referring only to the formal break between sessions. On the other hand, the interpretation invites the sort of gamesmanship that keeps Congress in pro forma session for long periods, conducting no business. The justices announced they would consider both elements of the D.C. Circuit's ruling: whether the recess appointment power applies only to formal recesses between sessions, and whether it applies only to vacancies that arise in those recesses. According to Bloomberg, about 1,000 rulings and orders by the NLRB may be affected if the justices uphold the Noel Canning ruling.
