. . Good morning “God”. So...first of all, thank “you” for all you do, for everything. By me having a thankful attitude, life is easier, for I am not upsetting my body, mind, emotions and spirit (nor others, except maybe some who think opposite of the way I look at things) so there is a definite benefit from receiving all things with thankfulness. That alone is enough reason to do it. Next....I don’t know very much. I can use logic and reason and try to figure things out, but in the end, unless I’ve experienced something first hand, I don’t know what I’m talking about, so I discount most of what I write and say. However...I can look around me at this beautiful world and see a loving hand in the making of it. Why are there peaches and honey, and nuts and other delectable foods if there isn’t the hand of love in it? It is a beautiful and wonderful world. Thank you. Then I look at people, and most are really caring, even in a troubled world. Certainly most parents love their children, and that is proof of love in the world, among many other proofs. As to some bigger issues, like free-will, I have found no such thing, but I have found motive for actions, and those are implanted or innate in our human nature, which is to serve-self, and self-service always involves serving others in some way so that they in turn serve others back. If our primary directive or motive or intent is joy, pleasure and happiness, which it is, then we are not free to choose otherwise, thus the world is as it is because THERE ARE DIFFERENT FEELINGS OF WHAT JOY, PLEASURE AND HAPPINESS ARE. SOME PEOPLE GET PLEASURE FROM HURTING OTHERS, FROM HAVING POWER OVER THEM, FROM LIVING “OFF OF” THEM. Did such personalities make themselves to be that way? I do not think so. In the allegory: Why did Cane slay able? Why was he able to be convinced to do it, while another person under the same conditions would not do it. There are Cain like beings on earth. Who put them here? Why are they here? And there are degrees of Cain like people, who may not do a really hurtful thing, but still cause others pain. Who put them here? Why are they here? Life would be a lot more peaceful without them. Some people seek power, wealth and glory at the expense of others. Why are they here, and why do the rest of us have to suffer their doings? It would be a lot more peaceful planet if there were only people here with a “live and let live” attitude, who know that their rights stop where another’s nose begins. Why aren’t there more of them? Selfish people also make this world more difficult. Why are they here? Mean people make up a lot of people here. So do people who like to kill, steal, lie, cheat, take advantage, etc. Why are they here among those who do not do those things? Why must the majority suffer the doings of very small minorities? Why is it so easy to dupe most of humanity? Trust is given so easily. Must be a maturity issue. I suppose the allegory of the garden of eden and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil explains the WHYS: Without experiencing both sides of a coin, there would be no coin to experience. So we learn to go after REAL joy and avoid the things that bring sorrow. That’s a good reason to be on earth, though the question is, what are we that we even need these experiences to learn things? Certainly it means we are not very mature, not very learned, not very advanced, thus, we must be EVOLVING BEINGS who need to learn by counsel or by the things we suffer. So that’s cool. We are evolving conscious nesses, which means we had a beginning, which means there was a time when we didn’t exist. So that means we are children growing up, which begs the question, growing up for what purpose? Why? What are we really? At some point we didn’t exist; we got “born”, we have experiences to learn things, and then, after we’ve learned what brings joy and what brings sorrow, what’s next? Certainly the above helps explain why there’s “heaven and hell” on earth: We’re mostly a bunch of immature children discovering ourselves through experiences, and finally, at some point, we stop doing the things that make us and others suffer, but then what? I pay for telephone service. Why is it seen as right that I should have to field calls from telemarketers I don't want to hear from? I maintain a mailbox. Why is it seen as right that I should have to receive and dispose of as trash the 'junk mail' that someone wants to send me? In the case of junk mail, how can it be right that I'm made part of something that eats up a bazillion trees each year? I expressly _don't_ want that - so why is it seen as right that it's being imposed upon me? The idea of embedding audio ads in the window glass on trains is so wrong-headed I almost don't know how to say it. :) The inventors of that apparently think weary travelers in window seats (but not in the aisle seats?) are theirs to do with as they will. The following article explains how the original
"Constitution for the united states for America"
was in 1871, changed to the
"THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".

If this impostor is the source of our modern day problems, repealing it could be the simple solution as well.

I am a neophyte of this topic but find it most interesting. Hopefully, some other DPs will help confirm the accuracy of this historical event and bring additional understanding to the fore.

The Congress realized our country was in dire financial straits, so they cut a deal with the international bankers — (in those days, the Rothschilds of London were dipping their fingers into everyone's pie) thereby incurring a DEBT to said bankers.

If we think about banks, we know they do not just lend us money out of the goodness of their hearts. A bank will not do anything for you unless it is entirely in their best interest to do so. There has to be some sort of collateral or some string attached which puts you and me (the borrower) into a subservient position. This was true back in 1871 as well.

The conniving international bankers were not about to lend our floundering nation any money without some serious stipulations. So, they devised a brilliant way of getting their foot in the door of the United States (a prize they had coveted for some time, but had been unable to grasp thanks to our Founding Fathers, who despised them and held them in check), and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed.

In essence, this Act formed the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Note the capitalization, because it is important. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, moved right in and shoved the original "organic" version of the Constitution into a dusty corner. With the "Act of 1871," our Constitution was defaced in the sense that the title was block-capitalized and the word "for" was changed to the word "of" in the title. The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner:

'Rightful' King of England dies in NSW "Australia’s own heir to the British throne has died. The 14th Earl of Loudoun and Jerilderie councillor Michael Abney-Hastings died on Saturday morning at the age of 69, the Wagga Wagga Daily Advertiser reports. Mr Abney-Hastings is well known in the Jerilderie Shire but is most famous for the 2004 documentary Britain’s Real Monarch, which suggests he should be the King of England in place of Queen Elizabeth II. Mr Abney-Hastings had been battling a debilitating illness and had been in and out of hospital in the lead-up to his death. But he continued to serve Jerilderie Shire Council to the end and council general manager Craig Moffitt yesterday paid tribute to the “much-loved guy”. Advertisement “It is very sad,” Mr Moffitt said. “He was quite a character around the town.” Mr Abney-Hastings was born in Sussex in 1942 and attended a private school in Yorkshire before moving to Jerilderie with his family. Federal Reserve is preparing a major margin call on the too-big-to-fail banks in the US

This week's biggest news is not the Nonfarm Payrolls, or the European Central Bank or even Portugal's government falling. No - this week's big deal is the openness with which the Federal Reserve is preparing a major margin call on the too-big-to-fail banks in the US. 

This has been a long time coming since the introduction of the Dodd-Frank law back in 2010 but it is a game changer. Remember all macro paradigm shifts come from policy impulses, often mistakes.

Fed approves step one in a three step plan

Under the final rule, minimum requirements will increase for both the quantity and quality of capital held by banking organisations. Consistent with the international Basel framework, the rule includes a new minimum ratio of common equity tier 1 capital to risk-weighted assets of 4.5 percent and a common equity tier 1 capital conservation buffer of 2.5 percent of risk-weighted assets that will apply to all supervised financial institutions. The rule also raises the minimum ratio of tier 1 capital to risk-weighted assets from four percent to six percent and includes a minimum leverage ratio of four percent for all banking organisations. In addition, for the largest, most internationally-active banking organisations, the final rule includes a new minimum supplementary leverage ratio that takes into account off-balance sheet exposures. I know you are thinking: Wow, this is the most interesting thing I have seen in years :-) but alas it is - because it is in fact a major margin call on the US holding banks.

Note how this adoption is only the first set of a series of new rules. Let me introduce you to: Daniel Tarullo, The Federal Reserve Governor in charge of regulation after the implementation of the Dodd-Frank law in 2010. (As a consequence of Dodd-Frank, the Fed got a permanent regulatory governor.) 

I had nothing else to do so I read his latest speeches which are surprisingly clear (considering that he's a policy guy).

May 3, 2013 Evaluating Progress in Regulatory Reforms to Promote Financial Stability

The speech considers the "additional charges" which are coming and today's Basel III was only item number one:

First, the basic prudential framework for banking organisations is being considerably strengthened, both internationally and domestically. Central to this effort are the Basel III changes to capital standards, which create a new requirement for a minimum common equity capital ratio. This new standard requires substantial increases in both the quality and quantity of the loss-absorbing capital that allows a firm to remain a viable financial intermediary. Basel III also established for the first time an international minimum leverage ratio which, unlike the traditional US leverage requirement, takes account of off-balance-sheet items.

Second, a series of reforms have been targeted at the larger financial firms that are more likely to be of systemic importance. When fully implemented, these measures will have formed a distinct regulatory and supervisory structure on top of generally applicable prudential regulations and supervisory requirements. The governing principle for this new set of rules is that larger institutions should be subject to more exacting regulatory and supervisory requirements, which should become progressively stricter as the systemic importance of a firm increases.

This principle has been codified in Section 165 of the Dodd-Frank Act, which requires special regulations applicable with increasing stringency to large banking organizations. Under this authority, the Federal Reserve will impose capital surcharges on the eight large US banking organizations identified in the Basel Committee agreement for additional capital requirements on banking organisations of global systemic importance. The size of surcharge will vary depending on the relative systemic importance of the bank. Other rules to be applied under Section 165—including counterparty credit risk limits, stress testing, and the quantitative short-term liquidity requirements included in the internationally-negotiated Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR)—will apply only to large institutions, in some cases with stricter standards for firms of greatest systemic importance.

An important, related reform in Dodd-Frank was the creation of orderly liquidation authority, under which the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation can impose losses on a failed systemic institution's shareholders and creditors and replace its management, while avoiding runs and preserving the operations of the sound, functioning parts of the firm. This authority gives the government a real alternative to the Hobson's choice of bailout or disorderly bankruptcy that authorities faced in 2008. Similar resolution mechanisms are under development in other countries, and international consultations are underway to plan for cooperative efforts to resolve multinational financial firms.

A third set of reforms has been aimed at strengthening financial markets generally, without regard to the status of relevant market actors as regulated or systemically important. The greatest focus, as mandated under Titles VII and VIII of Dodd-Frank, has been on making derivatives markets safer through requiring central clearing for derivatives that can be standardised and creating margin requirements for derivatives that continue to be written and traded outside of central clearing facilities. The relevant US agencies are working with their international counterparts to produce an international arrangement that will harmonise these requirements so as to promote both global financial stability and competitive parity. In addition, eight financial market utilities engaged in important payment, clearing, and settlement activities have been designated by the Financial Stability Oversight Council as systemically important and, thus, will now be subject to enhanced supervision.

A margin call is coming...

To illustrate the case, here's  several quotes and links from today's media:

Industry groups are lobbying to lessen the potential impact of the rules.

See also USA Today: Most banks are already in compliance with the rule, according to the Fed, though it estimates about 100 banks will need to raise roughly USD 4.5 billion in capital by 2019.The new rules simplify the risk calculations for mortgages, a process that community lenders had argued was too complex and would limit their ability to provide home loans. Community and regional banks comprise more than 90% percent of US lenders, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp (FDIC). The Fed unanimously approved the 792-page set of standards, which were mandated by the 2010 financial overhaul law. The FDIC and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency are also expected to approve the new standards

Conclusion

Why is this important? Because part of the Fed's new remit since Dodd-Frank makes it responsible for bubbles in banking — it is even more interesting because clearly, to me at least, this is a major part of why Bernanke and Dudley at the FOMC are willing to ignore the lower inflation. This low inflation has both monetarist and Keynesians up in arms, and as it is often the case, the REAL reason for major macro paradigm shifts comes from policy mistakes in this case pro-cyclical regulation.

Prepare yourself and please do read the above. If not we are doomed to focus on QE-petering while Fed gives the whole banking industry a major margin call.

The Bottom Line (as Jakobsen comments) is that banks run on "leveraged" / borrowed money - Now the Fed is going to reduce their ability to use leverage which technically equates to a margin call - put more money up or reduce position.

Is the global economic downturn going to accelerate as we roll into the second half of this year?  There is turmoil in the Middle East, we are seeing things happen in the bond markets that we have not seen happen in more than 30 years, and much of Europe has already plunged into a full-blown economic depression.  Sadly, most Americans will never understand what is happening until financial disaster strikes them personally.  As long as they can go to work during the day and eat frozen pizza and watch reality television at night, most of them will consider everything to be just fine. 
Unfortunately, the truth is that everything is not fine.  The world is becoming increasingly unstable, we are living in the terminal phase of the greatest debt bubble in the history of the planet and the global financial system is even more vulnerable than it was back in 2008.  Unfortunately, most people seem to only have a 48 hour attention span at best these days.  They don't have the patience to watch long-term trends develop.  And the coming economic collapse is not going to happen all at once.  Rather, it is like watching a very, very slow-motion train wreck happen. 
The coming economic nightmare is going to unfold over a number of years.  Yes, there will be moments of great panic, but mostly it will be a steady decline into economic oblivion.  And there are a lot of indications that the second half of this year is not going to be as good as the first half was.  
The following are 19 reasons to be deeply concerned about the global economy as we head into the second half of 2013...
#1 The velocity of money in the United States has plunged to an all-time low.  It is extremely difficult to have an "economic recovery" if banks are not lending money and people are not spending it...

#2 The fall of the Egyptian government threatens to bring even more instability to the Middle East.  In response to the events in Egypt, the price of oil rose to more than 101 dollars a barrel on Wednesday.
#3 Every time the average price of a gallon of gasoline in the United States has risen over $3.80 in the past three years, a stock market decline has always followed.
#4 As the world becomes increasingly unstable, massive citizen protest movements have been rising all over the globe...
The protests have many different origins. In Brazil people rose up against bus fares, in Turkey against a building project. Indonesians have rejected higher fuel prices, Bulgarians the government’s cronyism.

In the euro zone they march against austerity, and the Arab spring has become a perma-protest against pretty much everything. Each angry demonstration is angry in its own way.
#5 The European sovereign debt crisis is flaring up once again.  This time it is Portugal's turn to take center stage...
From Greece to Cyprus, Slovenia to Spain and Italy, and now most pressingly Portugal, where the finance and foreign ministers resigned in the space of two days, a host of problems is stirring after 10 months of relative calm imposed by the European Central Bank.

Portuguese Prime Minister Pedro Passos Coelho told the nation in an address late on Tuesday that he did not accept the foreign minister's resignation and would try to go on governing.

If his government does end up collapsing, as is now more likely, it will raise immediate questions about Lisbon's ability to meet the terms of the 78-billion-euro bailout it agreed with the EU and International Monetary Fund in 2011.
#6 It is being projected that Italy will need a major EU bailout within six months.
#7 Bond investors are starting to panic.  In fact, even prominent firms such as Pimco are seeing investors pull massive amounts of money out right now...
In June, investors pulled $9.6bn from Bill Gross’s flagship fund at Pimco, the largest single month of outflows at the fund since Morningstar records began in 1993, the investment research firm said.
The outflows came after investors pulled $1.3bn from the fund in May, which marked the first outflows since December 2011.
Overall, a whopping 80 billion dollars was pulled out of bond funds during June.
#8 Central banks are selling off staggering amounts of U.S. Treasury bonds right now.
#9 U.S. mortgage bonds just suffered their largest quarterly decline in nearly 20 years.
#10 We continue to buy far more from the rest of the world than they buy from us.  The U.S. trade deficit for the month of May was 45.0 billion dollars.
#11 The severe drought that the western half of the United States is suffering never seems to end.  What will it do to food prices if ranchers and farmers out west have to go through another summer like they did last year?
#12 European car sales have fallen to a 20 year low.
#13 Unemployment in the eurozone is at an all-time high.
#14 Could the paper gold Ponzi scheme be on the verge of crumbling?  There are reports that there is now a 100 day delay for gold owners to take physical delivery of their gold from some warehouses owned by the London Metal Exchange...
We’re told that bullion-buyers in London must now wait more than 100 days to take delivery of the bullion for which they have already paid.

The comedic drones at Bloomberg, and officials of the London Metal Exchange itself would have us believe this is due to “warehouse queues.” While precious metals bulls undoubtedly appreciate the imagery implied of a 100-day line-up of armored cars waiting to load their bullion – in the middle of this “bear market” – the implication is fallacious.

In an era of just-in-time inventories; the notion that there can be a 100-day backlog to load bullion into armored cars with the metal already sitting in the warehouse is ludicrous. Clearly what the LME is really reporting here is a greater-than-three-month delay to refine the gold (or silver) being purchased here – and then ship it to their warehouse.

In other words, the “bullion” which traders believe they are purchasing today is in fact merely ore which hasn’t even been dug out of the ground yet.
#15 The number of mortgage applications in the United States is falling at the fastest rate in more than 3 years.
#16 Real disposable income in the United States is falling at the fastest rate in more than 4 years.
#17 The percentage of companies issuing negative earnings guidance for this quarter is at a level that we have never seen before.
#18 Is the dark side of derivatives trading about to be exposed?  EU officials claim that 13 major international banks have been colluding to control the trading of derivatives...
The European Commission says many of the world's largest investment banks appear to have colluded to block attempts by exchanges to trade and offer more transparent prices for financial products known as credit derivatives.

The commission, the executive arm of the European Union, said Monday it has informed 13 banks — including Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley — as well as the industry association for derivatives itself, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, ISDA, of the preliminary conclusions of an investigation that began in March.

#19 There are 441 trillion dollars of interest rate derivatives sitting out there and interest rates have risen rapidly over the past few weeks.  What is going to happen to those derivatives if interest rates keep going higher?

Legal Fictions

Legal fictions - such as that of corporations - being artificial persons, are lawfully restricted from "entering into contracts" with "live flesh-and-blood human beings," and are lawfully restricted to using only "UPPER-CASE" letters with regards to their title identification upon all contracts and legal papers. This is to legally/lawfully distinguish them from live flesh-and-blood "people" so to prevent them from ever imprisoning human beings as slaves. This has remained well-grounded, well-established mandate for hundreds of years. An early landmark Supreme Court case from the year 1795 further defined this grounded fact very well…

Penhallow v. Doane's Administrators (3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed 57; Dall. 54), defines goverments succently:

"Governments are Corporations." Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary having neither actuality nor substance - is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. therefore, can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and contracts between them"

Fictitious Name defined; “A counterfeit, alias, feigned, or pretended name taken by a person differing in some essential particular from his true name (consisting of Christian name and patronymic [surname]), with the implication that it is meant to deceive or mislead.” Black’s Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition (page 624).

The use of, by implication, mistake, or otherwise, of fictitious names within any lawful and even “legal” document renders said document/instrument fatally flawed for simple fraud. And, since no man or woman in the Private Domain can be held accountable for the same crime twice, by guarantee, then if initially one is charged in the wrong name, and that mistaken identity at any stage of the proceedings renders the present proceeding null, void and dismissed. This renders the above “statute” also null, void, and never written, for this fatal error cannot be corrected and one must, secondly, face the same charges. Mistaken Identity cannot be used as a correctable error merely because one cannot be charged twice for the same cause, even if the first charge was mistaken.

Fictitious Plaintiff defined: “A person appearing in a writ, complaint, or record as the plaintiff in a suit, but who in reality does not exist, or who is ignorant of the suit and of the use of his name in it.” ‘It is a contempt of court to sue in the name of a fictitious party.” Black’s Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition (page 624). 

Fictitious Action defined: “An action brought for the sole purpose of obtaining the opinion of the court on a point of law, not for the settlement of any actual controversy between the parties.” Black’s Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition (page 624), 

Fictitious defined: Founded on a fiction; having the character of a fiction; pretended; counterfeit,’ “Feigned, imaginary, not real, false, not genuine, nonexistent,’ “Arbitrarily invented and set up, to accomplish an ulterior object,” Black’s Law Dictionary Sixth Edition (page 624).

American Jurisprudence

In general, it is essential to identify parties to court actions properly. If the alleged parties to an action are not precisely identified, then who is involved with whom or what, and how? If not properly identified, all corresponding judgments are void, as outlined in Volume 46, American Jurisprudence 2d, at “Judgments.”

Sec. 100 Parties – A judgment should identify the parties for and against whom it is rendered, with such certainty that it may be readily enforced, and a judgment, which does not do so, may be regarded as void for uncertainty. Such identification may be achieved by naming the persons for and against whom the judgment is rendered. Technical deficiencies in the naming of the persons for and against whom judgment is rendered can be corrected if the parties are not prejudiced. A reference in a judgment to a party plainly liable, followed by an omission of that party’s name from the language of the decree, at least gives rise to an ambiguity and calling for an inquiry into court’s real intention as reflected in the entire record and surrounding circumstances.”

When the handwriting is on the wall you'd better give it a long hard look. If you were going to take over a country like Hitler did and lead and ammo might become short wouldn't you be stockpiling it for your 'buds'? Also, if the armed thugs of today who murder even the elderly in their homes and on the streets were recruited and given badges and more guns and ammo, how emboldened would they then be? Would there be any stopping them? I wouldn't count on just local cops to do the job of stopping them.

On July 4 there was no big Obama confession.  this rent a sooge hired front for the cabal is going to have to be removed by directy action;  The Dragon people know it;  the U S military know it;  and the agency knows it, the longer he is there by fraud increases the chances for all out war, get him out of there to reveal the truth of his massive fraud and save many lives and establish real justice Obama is a war criminal under current international l;aw.  And obtaing oggice by massive fraud is treason under U S law the U S military has the lawful authority to act in instances of clear and gross treason
