It was passed to allow the military to enforce law but the 1902 Dicat and the constitution gives the authority to call up the military. So Putin etc. can be used to solve problems by using overseas troops to deal with areas that are owned. • FEMA Camps or military detention facilities. Originally was said these would be used against the US people – look online there are 800 pages in the Army Field Manual – ‘Capturing and Detaining of People’ and the use of multiple theatres of operation. Multiple meaning - multiple countries. The manual tells how to identify ID badges, the country the person is captured in and location. It is not for citizens but to deal with the corrupt. The UN have stood up to these people (he can’t disclose how he knows). Interpol have been fighting in Europe for decades and getting their butts kicked. So O’B asked the UN the help as allies (including Russia and China) in order to prevent WWIII. After all a war of this magnitude would be bad for world health and business. • Camps have 3 facility types: 1 for criminals and having a court inside – Bankers and the like. 1 as a temporary holding facility to calm people down but not to hurt them just contain them and lastly 1 as a refugee camp for the families of the people that get arrested...when this blows up and soon..the families will be in danger of being lynched and will need to be kept safe. • Some people from foreign countries including the US, bankers etc. have already been arrested by Interpol and are in camps. The police work for private corporations so they cannot be relied upon or trusted – there was a need to bring someone else in. • O’B passed an order to create a civilian army (that was propagandized) and this got blocked so had to look to the alternative. • DC doesn’t care if you have a gun – it is the states that are in rebellion against Congress and their oath against the constitution. He could come and arrest every governor and local cop on the street for treason and espionage, rebellion and insurrection under the Patriot Act and pick them all up. • No normal people going to camps. The military have said no....otherwise the ‘tanks will be rolling’ and if 50,000 tanks start coming at you let’s see what happens’. • They have recalled a bunch of people in the military generals etc. and this started around 2 years ago roughly. It has been noticed that there is no-one on the golf courses and O’B is weeding out the ones that won’t stay on message. He is taking others and placing them where he can use them. Apparently a group of military have just been on 2 weeks’ training (rumor not confirmed) these being the US Army Rangers, Green Berets and Reconnaissance Marines who came back with Uniforms for the Dept Of Justice, US Marshalls. • When this goes down there will be a need for people to step in where state governors are removed and an Agitant General Command Grade Officer might be put in place. • The Rumors of Nukes being moved are false – the protocol for nukes to be moved around is too tight without major paperwork. • Caller Question: I have sons and daughters in the military who were told at a big meeting that they would be getting rid of [black?] military officers so it has to be true?...another caller answered and said I am from a black family and I don’t think it’s true. The south remains Greek and is recognized internationally and by the EU – the north is not]. • There are people that he knows have trained with the International troops, if they were coming after the US as a country, the International troops do not have enough force, e.g. 65,000 Russian troops would mean 1,000 per state and that wouldn’t go very far. What the hell, I am so tried with all these intel messages. This is the third X-mas that has come and gone where we were told it is happening. What makes this X-Mas worse, my wife and I was going to the use the exchanged RV money to help out my parents and other family members who is hurting physically.

To add more crap about these delays from this administration “O”, “Lew”, “B SR” … impacts our Vets. On a personal note, these vets are my Father, Father-In-Law, Brother, Brother-In-Law, Friends, etc. They need help and have gone to the VA and VA said we will help but they continue to delay.

This administration continues to shows they really do not care to support our vets. This just pushes me over the top, I am so mad that these fine men gave their life to protect our ways and the administration just abused them. To make it worst, this Administration and past continued to manufacture WARS for financial gain for their banker friends, themselves and others. They cared less if our Vets or their family got injured or not.

To all the Vets active and inactive, why the hell are you standing for this continued delay of currency exchange and the mistreatment from this Administration and past? To the Pentagon, you seem to be useless leadership with skirts, no leadership, no guts, no nuts, you girly B’s. The Declaration of Independence tells us:

And the warden is obsessed. Ask anyone in DHS. No one trusts anyone else and whatever sources might be left are shutting up. The threats that have been made far exceed anything I’ve ever seen. Good people are afraid for their lives and the lives of their families. We’ve all been threatened. They see the writing on the wall and are leaving.  After reading this code I decided that it was my duty to investigate further and get to the bottom
of why we have a medical code in the United States for “Legal Execution.”

Below are my results.

According to reports, more than    68,105 new   medical codes are being added due to the Obamacare monstrosity. Doctors all across the nation have been complaining due to the overwhelming burden it places upon them. Just the time consumption alone, making sure these codes are accurate, will inevitably take time away from the doctor/patient relationship creating a barrier of paperwork while destroying the personal experience with your doctor.

While these doctors are correct to state it will be even more of a burden, they are not correct to state this has come out of Obamacare itself. Let me explain.

These codes were not created by Obamacare, however Obamacare is trying to implement every American citizen under international codes to link us to the “international” system. These codes were actually created by the WHO (World Health Organization) . The WHO is a specialized agency of the United Nations.

    Why has the United States been subjected to “International Medical Coding” without our knowledge?
    Why are we allowing “coding” that goes against our principles and constitution?
    Why do we have a code for "Legal Execution" which is illegal in America? With the exception of those given the death penalty after trial by jury.
    When did the Department of Homeland Security find out about this coding? Why haven’t they addressed this (since they are supposed to protect the people)?

    Why would we allow forced medical coding through congressional bills to come from an organization that supports UN Agenda 21, Millennium Development Goals, and supports the eradication of “sprawl” (which is average people like you and I)?
    Is law enforcement aware of this specific code? If so why haven’t they brought this to the attention of the American people?

[my question are they referring to ET?] • Nuclear arsenals in the Middle East are not working – no access codes are working or targeting facilities • Prosperity Packages (PP’s) are ‘in the hat’ – and have been reassigned to the Provost Marshall of the US military in Virginia – so unusual move that the military are now in control of the PP situation • Sudan: US troops there [because?] bankers are trying to start WWIII – which will not be allowed to happen. They planned to use any or a combination of Chemical/Bio/Nukes and other countries said not acceptable. • Federal Reserve – as of midnight all $ notes became counterfeit – really not a rumor true. No need to panic the US economy is still accepting them and they will be taken in and exchanged when the new currency is put into the banks. The only thing that would create a problem is if someone turned up at a bank with huge amounts of cash not commensurate with their standing and income otherwise ok to exchange for new currency when arrives. • The ‘big boys’ – trillion dollar people [Bankers and Congress] – cashed out large quantities of Dinars • NESARA – he has been hearing that they are trying to bring this on-line if not directly, ...but quietly There have been high level meetings in the Indian Ocean (British Indian territory) at a tiny atoll named Diego Garcia – nothing there, only a landing strip. O’B has been holidaying a lot for extended vacations to Hawaii... said to have been going to Diego Garcia as first priority before vacations. • Nov 2009(?) O’B passed an executive order for every alphabet agency (?) except NDAA and US DOD issuing orders to regulate the banking system. People have been mad at the NSA – but in actual fact the surveillance has not been to deal with the ordinary people, but to get the Bankers. Not just the CIA, FBI, Dept of the Feds, Navy intel, but everybody involved to nail the bankers. • O’B has been passing executive orders and putting Czars in place – he is not a dictator but has been strategically moving people around to clean up the system. In 1991 George Bush sold the infrastructure of the USA under executive order and O’B has passed an order to re-nationalize the infrastructure. The NDDA is to deal with those in power under Section 802. ‘those that intimate and cohort with Judges and prosecution’... etc. of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and Prosecution – who have been lazy and behaving unethically. The latter have been trying to minimize events in case they are charged with aiding and abetting. So trying to protect themselves. There has been 10 million records seized covering every judge in the state of California. • The Pope’s decree has eliminated immunity so that now we can go retro-actively and deal with them. • There exists online an abridged copy of the Patriot Act – everyone needs to read this to see there is nothing in there to do with the American people but to deal with money laundering, RICO and depopulation programs. • We can now go to foreign countries and ask them to hand over illicit money or be dubbed terrorists and receive a military response. Switzerland, Cayman Isles, Jamaica, Bahamas and the Caribbean banking havens have been forced by a military presence around the shorelines. The Cayman Isles were entered and they couldn’t explain account holders...found to be belong to dead people and even in dog’s names. Lots of bank accounts were cleaned out – 10’s of 1000’s – and bankers in Switzerland committed suicide. • A report last week from Bloomberg detailed that pressure was being put on Swiss Bankers who had been put on notice by the IRS and the Govt. to turn over all questionable US citizens’ bank accounts. Other banks (Rothschilds) had assigned 450 lawyers to fight the request. The Rothschilds were told if there are irregularities and hidden money from the US Govt. They must hand over or else they would be penalized with fines and jail sentences. The Swiss bankers are still debating the choice but they have little time left now to decide. • It must have been something huge because the Rothschilds answer to no one and don’t usually respond to Govts. This Govt. Has 12 of the 22 aircraft carriers that exist worldwide and sail the oceans. The smallest is twice the size of anyone else’s. So if the Rothschilds don’t comply they will be responded to as terrorists under the Patriot Act – the military can go in and there will be backs against the wall. Bankers have been dealt with in China and Vietnam but the details differ (1 executed and 3 in prison in China and 2 shot in Vietnam...or alternatively all executed). • Karen Hudes had stated that there were underground banks in Hawaii with 70,000 tons of gold to back the new $, and at Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado Springs – Russian troops were guarding another gold deposit. Fort Knox – has seen large troop movement during the last 12 months. So there is gold in 3 locations in large amounts to back the new $ so don’t worry about money. This has been a grand 5 years plan in the making [circa 2008 collapse?] • The Federal Reserve cessation is not in writing yet it is taking place as we speak so you will not find evidence of it until it gets on TV or in Wall St Journal. It’s breaking news. All the new money will not be on the street at the same time but the 12 central banks are full of money. • Under the ‘Trading with the Enemy’ Act Section 6 – O’B could deal with all the ‘big boys’ who have cashed in the Dinars. There is a chance he could seize this money under the Act. These people have been running amok and have become the enemy of the country. The US has been under a state of emergency since 1933 so he can do that. This would solve the US’s financial problems right now. Apparently there is a cap in place for the elite of $1 trillion. • Caller comment: Troops are landing in the USA ‘armed and ready for bear’ – is this indicating martial law? Answer: Firstly, the US has been under Martial Law since 1877 with the Reconstruction Act and a state of emergency. Secondly in 1933, the bankruptcy situation invoked a second state of emergency and the US has been under martial law since that. • The influx of foreign military are from friendly military governments and the troops are out in the community enjoying football and watching baseball. They are guarding the Colorado Springs gold reserves. There is a need to take people down because of DC passing Posse Comitatus. It was passed to allow the military to enforce law but the 1902 Dicat and the constitution gives the authority to call up the military. So Putin etc. can be used to solve problems by using overseas troops to deal with areas that are owned. • FEMA Camps or military detention facilities. Originally was said these would be used against the US people – look online there are 800 pages in the Army Field Manual – ‘Capturing and Detaining of People’ and the use of multiple theatres of operation. Multiple meaning - multiple countries. The manual tells how to identify ID badges, the country the person is captured in and location. It is not for citizens but to deal with the corrupt. The UN have stood up to these people (he can’t disclose how he knows). Interpol have been fighting in Europe for decades and getting their butts kicked. So O’B asked the UN the help as allies (including Russia and China) in order to prevent WWIII. After all a war of this magnitude would be bad for world health and business. • Camps have 3 facility types: 1 for criminals and having a court inside – Bankers and the like. 1 as a temporary holding facility to calm people down but not to hurt them just contain them and lastly 1 as a refugee camp for the families of the people that get arrested...when this blows up and soon..the families will be in danger of being lynched and will need to be kept safe. • Some people from foreign countries including the US, bankers etc. have already been arrested by Interpol and are in camps. The police work for private corporations so they cannot be relied upon or trusted – there was a need to bring someone else in. • O’B passed an order to create a civilian army (that was propagandized) and this got blocked so had to look to the alternative. • DC doesn’t care if you have a gun – it is the states that are in rebellion against Congress and their oath against the constitution. He could come and arrest every governor and local cop on the street for treason and espionage, rebellion and insurrection under the Patriot Act and pick them all up. • No normal people going to camps. The military have said no....otherwise the ‘tanks will be rolling’ and if 50,000 tanks start coming at you let’s see what happens’. • They have recalled a bunch of people in the military generals etc. and this started around 2 years ago roughly. It has been noticed that there is no-one on the golf courses and O’B is weeding out the ones that won’t stay on message. He is taking others and placing them where he can use them. Apparently a group of military have just been on 2 weeks’ training (rumor not confirmed) these being the US Army Rangers, Green Berets and Reconnaissance Marines who came back with Uniforms for the Dept Of Justice, US Marshalls. • When this goes down there will be a need for people to step in where state governors are removed and an Agitant General Command Grade Officer might be put in place. • The Rumors of Nukes being moved are false – the protocol for nukes to be moved around is too tight without major paperwork. • Caller Question: I have sons and daughters in the military who were told at a big meeting that they would be getting rid of [black?] military officers so it has to be true?...another caller answered and said I am from a black family and I don’t think it’s true. [I didn’t understand this reference and the sound quality wasn’t good] • There is a major international incident going on now in the US – people have volunteered to assist from overseas. We cannot go on much longer with bankers actively trying to start WWIII and they must be stopped and this will need Russian and other troops to do so. • Caller Question: If O’B is so the good guy and a white hat or something, we need to judge a fruit by its tree... Why did he pass the NDAA to make people disappear and has offered no transparency that he had promised? Second question what if the troops are here to take over the US. Answer: O’B made a statement in a video where he said ‘there are terrorists out there that cannot be tried because their crimes are beyond comprehension’ and that there is no way to try such as Rockefellers, JP Morgan, Rothschilds et al. as no one will testify against them. So he enacted the NDAA to give authority to do so. Another thing; there is a military base in Cyprus that can be used. [My comment: if he means North Cyprus that would be because they are not recognized as a country after the ‘military coup in 1974 in the north of the island by Turkey. The south remains Greek and is recognized internationally and by the EU – the north is not]. • There are people that he knows have trained with the International troops, if they were coming after the US as a country, the International troops do not have enough force, e.g. 65,000 Russian troops would mean 1,000 per state and that wouldn’t go very far. The speaker lives in a city with 21,000 people for example. There has been propaganda to scare people that O’B is coming after you and the biggest weapon against the people has been the fear mongering. • In 2011 the US sold near on 49.5 million hunting licenses, along with 38 million guns too and that’s just registered. Foreign troops would have no chance against the people...In 1941 it was said ‘there would be a rifle behind every blade of grass’...so think of the scale now. • Suggest that people go and read O’B’s executive orders and see what he is intending as a military operation to secure infrastructure. DECEMBER 26, 2013 Dave Hodges More details are being revealed with regard to the nature of the weather wars false flag attacks coming against America. This is breaking news and new details are still coming out. In speaking to many of my alternative media colleagues, many of them are surprised at the pace that the country is seemingly on as we race towards what appears now is an inevitable civil war in the US in response to a total martial law plan being planned for as I write these words. In the decade that I have been covering the nefarious activities of the globalists, there has not been this much chatter about what is coming. Seemingly, another day goes by and more credible sources come forward with similar information which serves to enhance and add to previously released information. As I attempt to sift through the newly released information, I believe it is important that we keep the core values and goals of the globalists in mind in determining what is fact and what is fiction, what is a primary goal and what is a secondary goal. Globalist Goals The first and foremost goal of the globalists is to establish a technocratic, scientific dictatorship over the planet. All representative government in which the people are sovereign must be eliminated. The backbone of the country, the family and its inherent parental authority, must be destroyed. The absolute control over all currency and mediums of exchange must be secured. The movement of people into large megacities (i.e. slave encampments) in which people are forced to live impoverished lives devoid of the technology we enjoy today, will be accomplished and enforced by strict cap and trade policies which favors the elite. Fulfillment of Agenda 21 policies is of paramount importance if the globalists are going to be successful in the pursuit of their goals. For the globalists, to be successful, the United States must be destroyed, totally destroyed. The destruction must be so devastating, that it will be impossible for any of us to go home again. When this objective is obtained, the surviving Americans will have nowhere to turn but to preplanned living conditions as mandated under Agenda 21 policies. Traditional American values are antithetical to the mission of the globalists in which the enslavement of humanity is a primary goal. Values such as free enterprise, spiritual fulfillment and self-determination are an anathema to the collectivist, totalitarian views of the globalists. As a result, there will be nowhere on the planet where people will be made to suffer as Americans will be forced to endure. When George Bush said the terrorists hate us because of our freedoms, he was partially right. The real terrorists reside in places like Goldman Sachs and the Federal Reserve as well in the banking empires of the Rothschild’s and the lovely Queen of England, and they do hate us and seek to destroy us for our freedoms. As I have just stated, I have concluded that for the globalists to achieve their goal of full spectrum dominance, America cannot just be conquered, America must be totally destroyed along with the Constitution and its Christian heritage. American ideals of freedom and independence are viewed by the globalists as a type of virulent outbreak which cannot be allowed to spread to the rest of the world. The memory of what America was and what made us great must be obliterated from the pages of history. The new F word for the globalists is freedom. America provides hope for freedom self-fulfillment. This cannot be allowed. All hope and desire for freedom on this planet must be eradicated and the destruction of America is at the heart of this plan. Americans Will Soon Be a Negative Example for the World America must also be made an example of in order to intimidate the world into complete acquiescence to the New World Order. If the globalists get their way, our citizens will suffer the most horrific loss of life in human history. Ask yourself a question. If this is not true, then why would over 200+ command level military officers throw their careers away along with risking their lives in opposition to this rogue administration? Most, if not all of these officers know precisely what the stakes are. My sources tell me that many of these officers are planning for a guerrilla war against the occupation forces of the Russians, Chinese and even the Canadians who have agreed to help in times of insurrection in America. These events have dire consequences for our troops overseas and this is something that I will directly address in the next part of this series. Narrowly Averted Cataclysmic False Flag Events As I have reported, Obama is between a rock and a hard place. He was unable to launch the Petrodollar rescue mission by invading Syria and then Iran as our amateur President was outmaneuvered by Putin. His five impeachable offenses (e.g. Benghazi, Fast and Furious) will not go away. The military is in near mutiny against Obama as evidenced by General Hamm’s, former head of AFRICOM, attempted rescue mission of Ambassador Stevens in Libya. The assassination of Stevens has proven to be a turning point in the relationship that Obama has with his military. Obama knows he cannot count on the majority of his military to carry out his domestication of the American people. The military is disgusted by him, so much so, that a coup attempt is likely in the works. This, too, will be revealed in two days. There are many sources, not just mine, which are saying that Obama has already tried to unleash two major and horrific false flag attacks, in the past few months, designed to cripple this country, both physically and financially. The first attempt at a false flag was the detonation of multiple of nuclear weapons. This failed because the military thwarted the attempt. Several key members of the military paid for their insolence with their careers as the entire command structure of our nuclear weapons program have been fired. Fired for things like the unauthorized use of fake poker chips in a poker game among friends. Give me a break, Obama has time to worry about poker chips? And despite all the military purges, Obama is still unable to gain control of the nuclear launch codes and he is de0nied access to nuclear weapons and the submarine commanders remain largely independent of Obama’s authority. This past fall, during the Grid EX II drill, my voice joined with several of my colleagues warning America about the false flag potential of taking down the power grid. As it turned out, we were correct about Obama’s intentions. The second event involved Obama’s attempt to detonate two high altitude nuclear bombs over the mid-continental United States. The resulting EMP would have crippled our power grid and would have provided Obama with the authority to lock the country down and eliminate all domestic threats. As a result, his presidency would survive and the globalists would achieve one of their goals, the destruction of America. Again, the military was able to block this attempted false flag event as well. The military is in possession of the missing nukes. As you have probably read in multiple venues, the Russians have acknowledged the detonation of a nuke 500 miles off the cost of South Carolina. The US military detonated the nuke along with the intended message that the subjugation, occupation and destruction of this country is far from complete. This would explain why Senator Lindsay Graham looked like a proverbial deer in the headlights as he incoherently proclaimed that if we did not go to war with Syria, a nuclear bomb would be exploded in Charleston Harbor, SC. Clearly, Graham found out what was unfolding and was shaken to his core. The True Nature of the Martial Law Being Unfolded Is there a third false flag event planned for this country? The answer is that there is a third, a fourth and a fifth false flag set of events planned for in this country and they all have to do with earthquakes and resulting catastrophic weather events. As I have previously reported, I have information from three highly credible sources that an electromagnetic event will be initiated, using the technology I have referenced before in the “Air Force Owning the Weather 2025” which also accounts for the two decade old earthquake weapons that will be employed to start an earthquake along the Southern end of the New Madrid. As I documented this past week, the New Madrid tectonic plates are connected to the tectonic plates on the floor of the Gulf. If a major earthquake is initiated a major earthquake will be take place in the Gulf. This will create a tsunami which will devastate the Gulf Coast. This will be strike one. The same technology is being planned for across the Atlantic on any number of Islands. A series of seismic events would unleash a mammoth 1500 foot wall of water which would devastate the East Coast. Of course, climate change will be blamed for the severe weather. When our mothers told us that bad things coming in threes, we should have paid closer attention. The effects of Fukushima are becoming known even to the sheep in the public. Rates of thyroid cancer, deformed and dead sea life and rising radiation levels are being widely reported. There is also a future event being planned to exacerbate the situation the situation at Fukushima with another major earthquake. I was told that this technology was successfully tested in Malaysia, Haiti and then in Chile. In each case, the loss of life was horrific. Consequences If the United States gets hit by this three-sided monster, the country will obviously be crippled and placed under martial law. The Obama administration needs martial law to survive. The accompanying martial law will be used to destroy this country and to greatly reduce any potential civilian uprisings as to what is coming. Martial law will provide the backdrop necessary to entirely eliminate the military leadership which opposes the destruction of this country. Martial law will be used to reduce the population and to herd the survivors into the stack and pack settlements in the inner cities. Conclusion Heretofore, most of the sources providing this information to a number of journalists have been covert and necessarily so for their own protection. However, on the day following Christmas, I will be unveiling two sources of information which will confirm much of what is written here. Their identities are known to some already and will soon be well-known to all.
