an objection, since Tues. way up in the air, are they really released
from CH 7 and are they a member of the WTO- in the air, and initial attempt to
say hey we have to check on this, and falling on deaf ears and dealing w/ other
things - so a big giant ? mark, on where we are w/ the UN, WTO and Iraq has
done it, and some countries accepted it and some didn't - no one has a firm
answer and talk to ppl that should.
