Note: regarding the video posted by Tolec for reference, the
comments made by the people on the video IMO seem to be in a fear
consciousness, so be aware of that. You might just take in the
information for consideration but I'd suggest you don't go into the fear.
There is another video posted by Alexandra on her blog a little while back
which has no comments other than "It is massive" and some music in
the background that also might get the emotions going. Maybe turn the
volume off? But I think there is value in watching this very short video
on her blog, just so you get a look at it and be aware of it, send Light to it
for the highest good, be aware of how our governments aren't informing us of
these things and turn to the Light and Loving in your heart, understanding that
all that comes to us is a gift from God, our loving Creator, and is intended
for our upliftment, learning and growth. After reading Tolec's comments
I'm actually intrigued (:

Tuesday what he called a questionable U.S. criminal investigation into the
screening of Tea Party groups by the Internal Revenue Service, saying that
anonymous leaks had harmed the inquiry.
Issa, a California Republican who has led congressional probes into the matter, criticized Attorney General Eric Holder and the Justice Department after a media report that federal authorities didn’t plan to pursue criminal charges in the case.

“These revelations further undermine the credibility of the Attorney General Holder and the Justice Department under his leadership,” Issa and Representative Jim Jordan, an Ohio Republican, said in a statement released late Monday night. “Given the circumstances, there is little reason for the American people to have confidence in this investigation.”
The IRS said in May that it had given extra scrutiny to Tea Party groups applying for nonprofit status, unleashing a scandal that led to the ouster of the agency’s acting chief and several other senior officials.
Congressional committees, including the House Oversight panel led by Issa, have begun investigations and the Justice Department has been conducting a criminal probe.
Issa was responding to a report in the Wall Street Journal Tuesday that the Federal Bureau of Investigation didn’t plan to seek charges.
Spokesmen with the Justice Department and the FBI either declined to comment or didn’t respond to requests for comment.
As the federal investigation unfolded, Republicans have criticized the slow release of documents from the IRS and emphasized the involvement of IRS lawyers in Washington. Democrats have focused on the lack of clear rules governing the tax agency’s oversight of political groups.
The IRS gave extra attention to some small-government Tea Party groups starting in 2010 solely because of their names. Those groups, and others, encountered delays and were asked questions that the agency’s inspector general deemed inappropriate.
Since May, congressional investigators have found that some Democratic-leaning groups also received extra scrutiny, though it remains unknown whether and how they differed from Republican-leaning organizations.
Those investigations and an internal review of Lois Lerner, the agency’s former head of exempt organizations, have found no evidence of political bias or involvement from outside the IRS, Representative Sander Levin of Michigan, the top Democrat on the House Ways and Means Committee, said in September.

Lerner "basically took her own version of the Fifth at hearings, telling Congress she'd done nothing wrong but wasn't planning on saying anything else," the Post said.
"Maybe the FBI is right, that it's just all a big misunderstanding" but the U.S. Constitution "doesn't leave accountability to the judgment of the FBI," the Post argued.
Even if the "threat of criminal charges" have been removed, "there's no more excuse for Lois Lerner not to tell us, under oath, what she was apparently afraid to say in May."
The Wall Street Journal, which broke the story that FBI investigators found only bureaucratic mismanagement not criminal intent at the IRS, editorialized: "We'd be willing to credit that conclusion if there were more evidence that anyone did much of an investigation."
The FBI hasn't interviewed some of the conservative groups targeted by the IRS. "That's like investigating a burglary without interviewing the burgled," said the Journal.
The paper acknowledged that "Not every scandal is a crime, but if the report is right it means no one will be held accountable in any meaningful way for the misuse of the taxing power of the state. This is why Americans don't trust government."
Conservative groups also questioned the impartiality of the Justice Department prosecutor overseeing the case, Barbara Bosserman, because she has been a contributor to the Obama campaign and other Democratic causes.
IRS officials acknowledged that their grilling of conservative groups was inappropriate and in May 2013 apologized for their behavior.

The
president’s marriage has been hanging by a thread since Michelle met with
divorce lawyers not once but THREE times and even had them draw up legal papers
to make the split official, say sources.
“Barack and Michelle put
on a good show when they’re out in public, but as soon as the cameras are off
they are at each other’s throats,” revealed a Washington insider.“They make a lot of political capital about how close they are and how important their marriage is to them – but the reality is that it’s been a sham for a long time.”
Their relationship deteriorated so badly while they were living in Chicago that a distraught Michelle prepared divorce papers in 2000 following her husband’s failed attempt to win a House seat.
In his book “The Amateur,” best-selling author Ed Klein wrote that Michelle was furious the future commander-in-chief had entered the race against her wishes and accused him of putting at risk their “stable and secure future.”
One of the first lady’s friends told Klein that Barack, 51, was so depressed his pals feared the worst.
Although she never served the legal papers, The ENQUIRER has learned that Michelle, 48, also consulted divorce lawyers before her husband launched his successful 2008 bid for the presidency.
“Michelle didn’t want all the attention and she didn’t want to raise their children under such magnified scrutiny,” explained the insider. “But she was eventually persuaded to go along with Barack and support the campaign.”
But just last year, Michelle had a secret consultation with a divorce lawyer because she was at her wits’ end over the marriage.
Insiders say that despite what she says in public, Michelle wanted to return to Chicago to give their daughters Malia, 14 and Sasha, 11, a normal life.
“She was also under public attack for wasting taxpayer dollars on her lavish vacation and spending sprees – and she just couldn’t take another minute living in the fishbowl,” a Washington, D.C., source told The ENQUIRER.
“She didn’t want Barack to seek re-election at the time. She’d had it with everything and that’s when the never-before-disclosed second conference with the divorce attorney took place.
“She was told, however, that it would destroy the White House if she took things further, and she was advised that if it helped, she should move into a guest bedroom or seek therapy.”
Another source claims Michelle blew up just days after the couple’s 20th wedding anniversary, which fell the same day as the president’s disastrous performance in the first debate against Mitt Romney on Oct. 3.
When she heard Barack was heading to Hollywood on a fundraising trip, she demanded that he stay away from “Scandal” beauty Kerry Washington – who’s become one of the most familiar faces on Team Obama – or their marriage was definitely over!
“First Mitt Romney cleaned his clock on the debate floor then Michelle kicked him in the head over her fears of him cheating with Kerry,” said an insider.
“The guy just couldn’t get a break!”
The dispute continued as the couple celebrated a tense anniversary dinner in Georgetown on Oct. 6.
“On the ride home their marriage exploded again because Michelle is jealous of Kerry being around Barack,” said a source. “She warned him, ‘If I hear you’re seeing her behind my back, we’re through!’”
In
a recent report, sources revealed that the president had a meltdown and blasted
Michelle, saying it would be her fault if he loses the election on Nov. 6.
Body language expert Dr.
Lillian Glass reviewed recent pictures of the couple together
and told The ENQUIRER the tension in the relationship was clear. “In one
picture, Michelle really looks on edge and Barack looks like he resents her,”
said Dr. Glass.One of the major causes of their ugly confrontations is the millions in taxpayer dollars Michelle spends holidaying with daughters to escape from Washington.
“Close aides say their screaming fights behind closed doors are so loud they can clearly hear the shouting,” said a source.
Added the insider: “If the election goes badly for Obama, his job might not be all he loses. His marriage may be over as well.”

Obama administration official: Iraq’s Nouri al-Maliki ready to reach out to Sunnis
After years of failing to heed U.S. advice to broaden his outreach to Iraq’s Sunni minority and to accept more U.S. counterterrorism assistance, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki now appears ready to listen, according to senior Obama administration officials.
As an incipient sectarian war between Maliki’s Shiite-led government and al-Qaeda-linked Sunni extremists has boiled over in recent weeks, the administration has moved to rush additional arms and intelligence to Iraq, much of which Maliki had previously rejected.
“We had to get to zero in order to build back up a real security relationship,” said one senior official, who described a new level of cooperation following the wilderness years after U.S. troops left Iraq in 2011. Iraqis “didn’t really believe they would get their sovereignty back. . . . They had to test it, and then figure out [they] actually need” the assistance.
But senior Republican lawmakers, along with some Democrats and outside Iraq experts, say the problem was not that Maliki wasn’t listening, but that President Obama wasn’t speaking loudly enough to get his attention. They charge that Obama dropped the ball on Iraq long ago, when he failed to negotiate a long-term security agreement that would have left a residual American force behind, and that he paid too little mind to the developing crisis.
The absence of the U.S. military, and the lack of close political attention that would have accompanied those troops, allowed Maliki to discriminate against the Sunni population and created fertile ground for revolt, critics charge. Although Iraqi Sunnis have little love for al-Qaeda, they appear to dislike Maliki even more.
“I do blame Prime Minister Maliki,” Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said in a vituperative speech on the Senate floor Thursday. “But we were not there to influence him.”
If the troops had stayed, Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.) said, “this would have been a very different outcome. The absence of a follow-on force allowed security to fall down and the vacuum was filled . . . by al-Qaeda.” Obama, Graham said, “had absolutely no desire to leave one person on the ground in Iraq. . . . Now, he wants to tell the world that it was the Iraqis” who wanted American troops to depart.
“I know different,” Graham said.
Administration officials describe such charges as revisionist history. They note that the withdrawal of troops from Iraq was negotiated by the George W. Bush administration and that any residual force in Iraq would have been small in number, with limited tasks.
Late last week, White House press secretary Jay Carney congratulated Maliki for “conducting internal outreach to Iraqi local, tribal, and national leaders, including Sunnis and Kurds,” and formally inviting Sunni tribal leaders to join the fight against al-Qaeda. Maliki’s council of ministers, Carney noted approvingly, decided to extend state benefits to tribal forces killed or injured in the fighting and to rush humanitarian aid to other Sunnis in need.
Over the weekend, Brett McGurk, the State Department’s deputy assistant secretary for Near Eastern affairs, traveled to Iraq to meet with Maliki.
Whether Maliki’s reform effort is enough and “whether he sustains it or not, I don’t know,” said the administration official. “He needs to convince the Sunnis to stand with him against the extremists. That requires some engagement with them on legitimate political grievances, not just counterterrorism with more U.S. support.”
Obama has long hailed the end of America’s war in Iraq as one of his major foreign-policy accomplishments. But at the time, the administration was eager to leave some troops behind for training, weapons sales and counterterrorism if a deal could have been struck with Maliki’s government, officials said.
The administration was ready to move ahead with the accord “if we could get from the Iraqis the necessary protection for our troops,” the senior official said. Agreement to give U.S. forces immunity from Iraqi prosecution “had to be passed by the Iraqi parliament,” the official said, and the “politics of Iraq were such that, after a decade of what was perceived by them across the board to be an occupation, they could not get there.”
Beyond the troop issue, critics charge that it is only in recent weeks that Obama has shown a sense of urgency about Iraq’s protracted unraveling.
In an October letter to Obama, Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) and Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Carl Levin (D-Mich.) joined McCain, Graham and other Republicans in urging a more comprehensive Iraq policy, including a tougher line with Maliki over treatment of the Sunnis and increased U.S. military support.
The administration first asked Congress last spring to approve the sale of sophisticated Apache attack helicopters to the Iraqis. But Menendez, who has put a congressional hold on the package, said that only in the past few weeks has Obama begun to respond to long-standing questions about how the aircraft would be monitored to ensure they are not used against Sunni civilians and what the Iraqis were doing to stop overflights of Iranian arms shipments to the Syrian government of Bashar al-Assad.
“The administration is now addressing concerns first raised in July that required responses before this sale could proceed,” said Senate Foreign Relations Committee spokesman Adam Sharon. “Provided these issues are sufficiently addressed, Chairman Menendez will be ready to move forward.”
Many Iraq experts, and some officials, have come to see Iraq’s political stalemate, the failed security agreement and the road to the current crisis as beginning with the disputed 2010 parliamentary elections.
Maliki’s Shiite coalition, which rose to power after the U.S. ouster of Sunni dictator Saddam Hussein, was bested by a Sunni-backed band of political parties. But after failing to broker a lasting power-sharing deal in a nation still reeling from the sectarian war that peaked in 2007, U.S. officials backed the incumbent Maliki’s bid to remain in office.
That was perhaps Washington’s most consequential mistake during the final years of the war, said Emma Sky, an expert on Middle East politics at Yale University who worked as an adviser to the U.S. military in Baghdad at the time and says a deal could have been struck.
“This outcome was not inevitable,” Sky said. “Iraq was on a good trajectory” after President George W. Bush sent an additional 30,000 troops there in 2007 and U.S. commanders persuaded Sunni tribal leaders in western Anbar province to join the fight against al-Qaeda.
According to the senior Obama administration official, who was closely involved in U.S. negotiating efforts at the time, “there was no way at that stage of Iraq’s history that Ayad Allawi,” the Sunni bloc’s leader, “was going to be allowed to form a majority government.” Maliki made some deft political moves that allowed him to form a larger coalition in parliament and retain his job as prime minister, “and we were totally fine with it,” the official said.
“We pushed [the Shiites] to carve out a space for the Sunnis,” the official said, and for a time succeeded.
The official added: “There were periodic crises, stalemates and paralysis. But the system didn’t fall apart.”
In one of those crisis, as the last American troops were leaving in December 2011, Maliki’s government slapped terrorism charges on the country’s top Sunni politician, Tariq al-Hashimi. He fled and was sentenced to death in absentia.
In December 2012, Maliki went after another powerful Sunni he perceived as a rival, then-Finance Minister Rafi al-Issawi, by arresting several of his bodyguards. The case became a catalyst for popular demonstrations that were partly inspired by revolutions in North Africa. Sunnis in Anbar province began holding protests on Fridays calling for the release of prisoners and a greater share of political power.
U.S. officials in Baghdad grew alarmed by the inflamed sectarian tensions and privately warned Maliki to back off. They said little in public, though, as sectarian tensions and violence rose.
“I wish we had done more,” said Judith S. Yaphe, an Iraq expert who worked as a senior analyst at the CIA and the National Defense University. “I don’t think we did it very loudly. We certainly didn’t do that in public.”
Maliki’s government moved on the demonstrators with force and blocked access to Sunni areas in Baghdad to prevent similar protests from taking root in the capital. The crackdown coincided with the resurgence of Sunni extremist movements, as Iraqis who had once taken up arms against the U.S. military again banded into militant cells to fight a government they saw as despotic and authoritarian.
Administration officials sharply dispute charges of inattention and say that their engagement with Iraq has been near constant over the years, including regular calls and visits by Vice President Biden and senior aides. When Maliki visited Washington in October, Obama “could not have been more clear” in urging Maliki to reach out to Sunnis, the senior official said.

Agreement to give U.S. forces immunity from Iraqi prosecution “had to be passed by the Iraqi parliament,” the official said, and the “politics of Iraq were such that, after a decade of what was perceived by them across the board to be an occupation, they could not get there.”
Beyond the troop issue, critics charge that it is only in recent weeks that Obama has shown a sense of urgency about Iraq’s protracted unraveling.
In an October letter to Obama, Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) and Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman Carl Levin (D-Mich.) joined McCain, Graham and other Republicans in urging a more comprehensive Iraq policy, including a tougher line with Maliki over treatment of the Sunnis and increased U.S. military support.
The administration first asked Congress last spring to approve the sale of sophisticated Apache attack helicopters to the Iraqis. But Menendez, who has put a congressional hold on the package, said that only in the past few weeks has Obama begun to respond to long-standing questions about how the aircraft would be monitored to ensure they are not used against Sunni civilians and what the Iraqis were doing to stop overflights of Iranian arms shipments to the Syrian government of Bashar al-Assad.
“The administration is now addressing concerns first raised in July that required responses before this sale could proceed,” said Senate Foreign Relations Committee spokesman Adam Sharon. “Provided these issues are sufficiently addressed, Chairman Menendez will be ready to move forward.”
Many Iraq experts, and some officials, have come to see Iraq’s political stalemate, the failed security agreement and the road to the current crisis as beginning with the disputed 2010 parliamentary elections.
Maliki’s Shiite coalition, which rose to power after the U.S. ouster of Sunni dictator Saddam Hussein, was bested by a Sunni-backed band of political parties. But after failing to broker a lasting power-sharing deal in a nation still reeling from the sectarian war that peaked in 2007, U.S. officials backed the incumbent Maliki’s bid to remain in office.
That was perhaps Washington’s most consequential mistake during the final years of the war, said Emma Sky, an expert on Middle East politics at Yale University who worked as an adviser to the U.S. military in Baghdad at the time and says a deal could have been struck.
“This outcome was not inevitable,” Sky said. “Iraq was on a good trajectory” after President George W. Bush sent an additional 30,000 troops there in 2007 and U.S. commanders persuaded Sunni tribal leaders in western Anbar province to join the fight against al-Qaeda.
According to the senior Obama administration official, who was closely involved in U.S. negotiating efforts at the time, “there was no way at that stage of Iraq’s history that Ayad Allawi,” the Sunni bloc’s leader, “was going to be allowed to form a majority government.” Maliki made some deft political moves that allowed him to form a larger coalition in parliament and retain his job as prime minister, “and we were totally fine with it,” the official said.
“We pushed [the Shiites] to carve out a space for the Sunnis,” the official said, and for a time succeeded.
The official added: “There were periodic crises, stalemates and paralysis. But the system didn’t fall apart.”
In one of those crisis, as the last American troops were leaving in December 2011, Maliki’s government slapped terrorism charges on the country’s top Sunni politician, Tariq al-Hashimi. He fled and was sentenced to death in absentia.
In December 2012, Maliki went after another powerful Sunni he perceived as a rival, then-Finance Minister Rafi al-Issawi, by arresting several of his bodyguards. The case became a catalyst for popular demonstrations that were partly inspired by revolutions in North Africa. Sunnis in Anbar province began holding protests on Fridays calling for the release of prisoners and a greater share of political power.
U.S. officials in Baghdad grew alarmed by the inflamed sectarian tensions and privately warned Maliki to back off. They said little in public, though, as sectarian tensions and violence rose.
“I wish we had done more,” said Judith S. Yaphe, an Iraq expert who worked as a senior analyst at the CIA and the National Defense University. “I don’t think we did it very loudly. We certainly didn’t do that in public.”
Maliki’s government moved on the demonstrators with force and blocked access to Sunni areas in Baghdad to prevent similar protests from taking root in the capital. The crackdown coincided with the resurgence of Sunni extremist movements, as Iraqis who had once taken up arms against the U.S. military again banded into militant cells to fight a government they saw as despotic and authoritarian.
Administration officials sharply dispute charges of inattention and say that their engagement with Iraq has been near constant over the years, including regular calls and visits by Vice President Biden and senior aides. When Maliki visited Washington in October, Obama “could not have been more clear” in urging Maliki to reach out to Sunnis, the senior official said.
