Which supplements should you take
Hi John
Before I begin today’s email I would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who came to hear me speak and visited our booth at the Fit Expo in Los Angeles this past weekend.  It’s always so nice to meet my readers, clients and new friends face to face!
I especially want to thank Santiago for stopping by—you keep spreading the word about natural health and so will I!
I also want to thank the wonderful people at Fitness-X magazine for interviewing me--I’ll pass along the details of that to all of you as soon as I can.

As you can probably surmise, at a health event like the Fit Expo, there are a whole lot of nutritional supplement products on display…the Los Angeles Convention Center was a sea of supplement vendors!
So understandably, I wasn’t surprised to have several people ask me what supplements, if any, are the best ones to take.
Here is what I told my audience:
Supplement means supplement
First and foremost, a supplement is a supplement.
Meaning they are meant to be taken in addition to a healthy diet—NOT used as a replacement for a healthy diet or worse yet, taken to magically undo the effects of a continuing bad diet!
Your primary source of nutrients should be FOOD—your body truly does know the difference.
Your body is designed to use nutrients in their natural states from whole foods—it breaks down the whole food and in addition to assimilating the nutrients, your body also uses the fiber, water, enzymes and antioxidants in that food.
Let’s take a look at an example of an orange versus Vitamin C capsules.
When you eat an orange not only are you getting Vitamin C, but also folate, Vitamin B1 (thiamin), potassium, Vitamin A, calcium and carotenoids (antioxidant compounds).
Plus the fiber in the orange will help encourage regular bowel movements which will help keep your immune system healthy, it will bind to old worn out hormones and cholesterol and help them to be eliminated with your feces (instead of being reabsorbed and increasing your risk of hormone-related cancers and cholesterol problems), it will help prevent intestinal problems like chronic constipation and diverticulosis, and help you maintain a healthy bodyweight by making you feel and stay fuller longer.
And the enzymes and water in the orange help to sweep away wastes from your cells and keep your pH alkaline which in turn helps all of your organs and systems work better.
You won’t even come close to any of THAT action by merely popping Vitamin C capsules and ditching the orange!
See the difference it makes?
Which ones are best?
As far as which supplements are best, well, there’s no easy answer to that because everyone’s needs are different.  Here are just a few of the factors that may affect what supplements someone might need:

• Biochemical individuality (meaning your body’s unique requirements and DNA programming)
• What medications someone may be on
• Underlying medical history
• Stress levels
• Exercise habits
• Congenital conditions and abnormalities
• Past surgeries
• Lifestyle habits (like smoking, alcohol use and drug use)
• Exposure to toxins and chemicals in the environment or the workplace
• Enzyme deficiencies that may affect your nutrient absorption

However, there are six nutrients that are SO universally beneficial that there are serious health consequences to pay if you have a deficiency in any of them.
The problem is, thanks to bioengineering of crops, nutrient-depleted soils and contaminated bodies of water, they aren't always plentiful in our diets (or able to be manufactured by our bodies like Vitamin D) so supplementation many times may be needed.
I'll tell you what they are in just a moment, but first I want to point out that four of these six nutrients are key antioxidants. 
And to truly appreciate what an impact they can have on your health, it’s important to understand…
The anatomy of a free radical
A brief but simple chemistry lesson is needed to understand free radicals.
Your body is made up of cells.  Each cell is comprised of smaller units called molecules, and each molecule is created by one or more tiny atoms.
Atoms are made up of a nucleus (center), protons (positively charged particles in the nucleus) and electrons (negatively charged particles surrounding the atom).  The number of protons in an atom determines the number of electrons the atom needs.
Electrons "orbit" around the atom in one or more shells--they look like the rings around Saturn. 
Atoms are always trying to fill their rings with the proper number of electrons.  Sometimes atoms will "share" an electron to achieve the right number - these are called bonded atoms.
Free radicals are created when a bonded atom splits away from its partner atom and ends up short one electron.  The free radical is very unstable and "attacks" other atoms to "steal" the needed electron. 
When an "attacked" atom has one of its electrons stolen, it becomes a free radical and attacks another atom.  A chain reaction results with atoms attacking each other to get their missing electron.
This chain reaction is very destructive and can lead to inflammation, cell damage, DNA damage and chronic degeneration of healthy tissues.
If it goes on long enough, a free radical cascade can eventually manifest itself as:

• Heart disease
• Accelerated aging
• Alzheimer’s disease
• Parkinson’s disease
• Cancer
• Neurological disorders
• Cataracts
• Lung diseases
• Autoimmune diseases

Antioxidants come to the rescue by fighting free radicals and minimizing or preventing the damage to your cells that they cause.
They do this by surrounding and engulfing free radicals.  At this point the antioxidant itself becomes a free radical; however, it is a very weak one that is far less likely to do harm to your body.
Plus the engulfed free radical can be turned back into an antioxidant with the help of another antioxidant--so it gets "recycled" back into a good guy.
Current estimates show that over 70% of Americans will die from diseases caused or contributed to by deficiencies of certain antioxidants.  So antioxidants are not something to take lightly--your life just may depend on them.
The top 6 nutrients to consider supplementing
Here are the top 6 nutrients that have been shown to be beneficial to the majority of people…and if you feel you are not able to get enough in your diet, supplementation may be wise:
1.  Vitamin C
Food sources:  Citrus fruits, tomatoes, red peppers, broccoli, cranberries, cabbage, potatoes, guava, strawberries, kiwi.
Vitamin C cannot be produced by the human body and therefore must be obtained through food and if needed, supplementation.  It's a key antioxidant. 
Its health benefits include:

• Cancer prevention by protecting DNA from free radical damage
• Strengthens immune function, thereby helping to reduce the length and severity of colds
• Protects sperm from free radical damage
• Fights the development of wrinkles by enhancing the production of collagen in the skin cells
• Works with Vitamin E to prevent atherosclerosis and heart disease
• Cataract prevention

2.  Vitamin E
Food sources:  Wheat germ oil, sunflower seeds, vegetable oils, turnip greens, nuts, nut butters, rice bran oil, barley and avocado.
Like vitamin C, vitamin E is also a key antioxidant and cannot be produced by the human body.  It too must be obtained through food and supplements if needed.
Here are some of Vitamin E's health benefits:

• Relieves symptoms of arthritis and inflammatory conditions
• Reduces the risk of prostate cancer and can stop the growth of breast cancer cells

3.  Lipoic acid (also known as alpha lipoic acid)
Food sources:  Potatoes, spinach and red meat, but it is mainly synthesized by your body.
Lipoic acid is very versatile and able to track down free radicals wherever they lurk.  It's is also the only antioxidant that can recycle other antioxidants like I mentioned above. 
It also helps your cells produce ATP, which is your body's main form of energy.
Some of lipoic acid's impressive benefits are:

• Protects against stroke, heart disease and cataracts

• Shuts down genes that can accelerate aging and cause cancer

Food sources:  Oily fish (such as salmon and tuna), organ meats (such as liver), and whole grains.  CoQ10 is also synthesized by your body.

Hello Sherry,
After having a major surgery about 12 years ago I have suffered with constipation, out of mind stomach pain, visits to the ER with no resolutions. Doctors thought it was all in my head, that I was just an "emotional woman".

Sadly, most Americans are not even aware of most of these things............................... and what it implies for us 20 Early Warning Signs That We Are Approaching A Global Economic Meltdown                              January 26, 2014                         Michael Snyder The Economic Collapse Have you been paying attention to what has been happening in Argentina, Venezuela, Brazil, Ukraine, Turkey and China?  If you are like most Americans, you have not been.  Most Americans don’t seem to really care too much about what is happening in the rest of the world, but they should.  In major cities all over the globe right now there is looting, violence, shortages of basic supplies and runs on the banks.  We are not at a “global crisis” stage yet, but things are getting worse with each passing day.  For a while, I have felt that 2014 would turn out to be a major “turning point” for the global economy, and so far that is exactly what it is turning out to be.  The following are 20 early warning signs that we are rapidly approaching a global economic meltdown... #1 The looting, violence and economic chaos that is happening in Argentina right now is a perfect example of what can happen when you print too much money... For Dominga Kanaza, it wasn’t just the soaring inflation or the weeklong blackouts or even the looting that frayed her nerves. It was all of them combined. At one point last month, the 37-year-old shop owner refused to open the metal shutters protecting her corner grocery in downtown Buenos Aires more than a few inches — just enough to sell soda to passersby on a sweltering summer day. #2 The value of the Argentine Peso is absolutely collapsing. #3 Widespread shortages, looting and accelerating inflation are also causing huge problems in Venezuela... Economic mismanagement in Venezuela has reached such a level that it risks inciting a violent popular reaction. Venezuela is experiencing declining export revenues, accelerating inflation and widespread shortages of basic consumer goods. At the same time, the Maduro administration has foreclosed peaceful options for Venezuelans to bring about a change in its current policies. President Maduro, who came to power in a highly-contested election last April, has reacted to the economic crisis with interventionist and increasingly authoritarian measures. His recent orders to slash prices of goods sold in private businesses resulted in episodes of looting, which suggests a latent potential for violence. He has put the armed forces on the street to enforce his economic decrees, exposing them to popular discontent. #4 In a stunning decision, the Venezuelan government has just announced that it has devalued the Bolivar by more than 40 percent. #5 Brazilian stocks declined sharply on Thursday.  There is a tremendous amount of concern that the economic meltdown that is happening in Argentina is going to spill over into Brazil. #6 Ukraine is rapidly coming apart at the seams... A tense ceasefire was announced in Kiev on the fifth day of violence, with radical protesters and riot police holding their position. Opposition leaders are negotiating with the government, but doubts remain that they will be able to stop the rioters. #7 It appears that a bank run has begun in China... As China’s CNR reports, depositors in some of Yancheng City’s largest farmers’ co-operative mutual fund societies (“banks”) have been unable to withdraw “hundreds of millions” in deposits in the last few weeks. “Everyone wants to borrow and no one wants to save,” warned one ‘salesperson’, “and loan repayments are difficult to recover.” There is “no money” and the doors are locked. #8 Art Cashin of UBS is warning that credit markets in China “may be broken“.  For much more on this, please see my recent article entitled “The $23 Trillion Credit Bubble In China Is Starting To Collapse – Global Financial Crisis Next?“ #9 News that China’s manufacturing sector is contracting shook up financial markets on Thursday... Wall Street was rattled by a key reading on China’s manufacturing which dropped below the key 50 level in January, according to HSBC. A reading below 50 on the HSBC flash manufacturing PMI suggests economic contraction. #10 Japanese stocks experienced their biggest drop in 7 months on Thursday. #11 The value of the Turkish Lira is absolutely collapsing. #12 The unemployment rate in France has risen for 9 quarters in a row and recently soared to a new 16 year high. #13 In Italy, the unemployment rate has soared to a brand new all-time record high of 12.7 percent. #14 The unemployment rate in Spain is sitting at an all-time record high of 26.7 percent. #15 This year, the Baltic Dry Index experienced the largest two week post-holiday decline that we have ever seen. #16 Chipmaker Intel recently announced that it plans to eliminate 5,000 jobs over the coming year. #17 CNBC is reporting that U.S. retailers just experienced “the worst holiday season since 2008“. #18 A recent CNBC article stated that U.S. consumers should expect a “tsunami” of store closings in the retail industry... Get ready for the next era in retail—one that will be characterized by far fewer shops and smaller stores. On Tuesday, Sears said that it will shutter its flagship store in downtown Chicago in April. It’s the latest of about 300 store closures in the U.S. that Sears has made since 2010. The news follows announcements earlier this month of multiple store closings from major department stores J.C. Penney and Macy’s. Further signs of cuts in the industry came Wednesday, when Target said that it will eliminate 475 jobs worldwide, including some at its Minnesota headquarters, and not fill 700 empty positions. #19 The U.S. Congress is facing another deadline to raise the debt ceiling in February. #20 The Dow fell by more than 170 points on Thursday.  It is becoming increasingly likely that “the peak of the market” is now in the rear view mirror. And I have not even mentioned the extreme drought that has caused the U.S. cattle herd to drop to a 61 year low or the nuclear radiation from Fukushima that is washing up on the west coast. In light of everything above, is there anyone out there that still wants to claim that “everything is going to be okay” for the global economy? Sadly, most Americans are not even aware of most of these things. All over the country today, the number one news headline is about Justin Bieber.  The mainstream media is absolutely obsessed with celebrity scandals, and so is a very large percentage of the U.S. population. A great economic storm is rapidly approaching, and most people don’t even seem to notice the storm clouds that are gathering on the horizon. In the end, perhaps we will get what we deserve as a nation.

The Federal Housing Administration Elects to use the Department of Veter...

The Federal Housing Administration has elected to use the Department of Veterans Affairs' residual income test as a new compensating factor to qualify borrowers with high debt-to-income ratios.

Under the new manual underwriting guidelines that go into effect April 21, applicants that pass the VA residual income test can have DTI ratios of up to 37% on the front end and 47% on the back end. The standard DTI limit is 31/43 with no compensating factors.

FHA currently allows borrowers to exceed the standard 31/43 DTI ratio if they make a downpayment of 10% or more.

But that compensating factor and others will be eliminated when the new FHA manual underwriting guidelines go into effect in April. FHA eliminated most of the traditional compensating factors. There will be four compensating factors going forward, including the VA residual income test.

FHA officials contend it will expand access to credit for borrowers with 620 to 680 credit scores.

Lenders are concerned the changes will tighten underwriting and reduce the pool of eligible FHA borrowers.

Super Bowl Warning

America’s falling from God’s Grace

I seen the day of the Super Bowl this year … it was half time … bands 

were playing … then …

an earthquake erupted through the complex and area … mass 

destruction was evident …

the ocean will be agitated … people were killed, many injured, 

mangled in the debris … 

The Holy Spirit said … many, many, many will be killed …

I remembered years ago the Lord pointing out to me when Belshazzar 

was evaluated by Him and found wanting (Daniel 5:1-28). Belshazzar’s

shameful actions of using God’s Holy Vessels showed his pride, his

arrogance in disregarding that which God had sanctified. This showed

his failure in seeing God’s power and authority or His Lordship

reigning over Babylon. At that time I saw this same man’s hand

appear writing on the wall of America. I had seen many American 

cities appear before me and God’s Holy Vessels lain and scattered

about. These sanctified vessels represented what America used to

stand for … acknowledging and representing God … now disrespecting

or throwing away The Godhead and all His Majesty. 

The Holy Spirit said that early in the morning He will come moving 

across the Land of America after this destruction and the coming

judgment looking for those seeking Him early and to those He will 

record and help …

 Hi guys.  I got on Batman's call tonight, it's the first time I've been on it.  I took notes as best as I could and hope I didn't mess anything up.  I could pick out Batman's voice and got to know a couple others, but I couldn't always tell unless someone identified the person speaking.  Anyway here you go.  I learned a few things.  I also cut out a few minutes before the end, but I think they were done.  Blessings, ~z

Batman:  Time for Dinarland to rise above being divided.  It’s designed that way for a reason.  If you understand the ideologies and principles, concepts and methods used to run and manage and rule people, you always want to turn folks against each other.

 You always want to create a battle or war because it keeps people totally off balance, keeps them asking questions like “Are the banks honest?”  It’s in the news, we send out emails, posts, current news events, and it’s public information, currency manipulation is for real.  

  Market manipulation is for real, but some folks are just so caught up in wanting to believe this la-la-land fairytale story that folks really have the best interests in Dinarland but as we told you over the last three years, we told folks this was a bait and switch but people didn’t want to hear that at this time.

At that time people took it for granted and now that people are watching news, Bloomberg, Reuters, CNN, watching China make moves, etc., global summit, watching an army of over 200,000 people focused on potentially saying we’ve had enough, people now finally waking up.  It’s time for people to start putting more emphasis on you and your family. 

You don’t even need any more intel.  Read the news.  Watch CNN, watch the markets, MSNBC, find out what’s going on in the world. Find out what China is doing, central bank liquidity, how the IMF website operates, what CL said at the meeting, focus on the real info and then you’ll eliminate yourself from being caught up in the guru wars in intel and ride that emotional roller coaster. 

We look at what’s reality and what’s taking place.  We understand what’s taking place with bonds.  The more you can educate yourself, you will arm yourself and your family and prepare yourself for what’s coming with that transition shift.

Batman:  What we’d like to do is as best we can bring everybody up to speed as to where you think and the panel thinks where we are now in the GCR and RV, the rates that we’re looking for from the various currencies, would anyone like to voice their opinion. 

Give our folks an entire global perspective as well as a banking perspective without going too far, just let them know what’s going on in the banking, finance, global money markets, structures of futures, stocks, bonds, gold market, give them the real life update.

Midwest - Right now I can tell you that all the futures across the board, bloomberg.com they have a chart and the futures is a sea of red.  It’s a serious downward trend, and the NIKKEI just busted through 15,000, they’re down 480 now, the Hang Seng is down 234, and this little thing about HSBC restricting people to $3,000 and under withdrawals, they had such a backlash.

That may not appear to be a real big deal to those not in on what’s going on.  But this is one of the big markers we have really been looking for. 

Why would China halt bank cash transfers and they are also stopping exchange of renminbi and I don’t know maybe I should pull up the article.  What they’re saying and even now CNBC is picking it up to say it’s really bad timing for China to do this.

 What China has just announced will take place for 9 days starting tomorrow, you’re not going to be able to get any cash out and the ATMs are not going to work.  This is their new year where everybody sends a bunch of money, like our holiday Christmas season.

 There’s even a lot of talk on CNBC about why in the world they would be doing this.  Speculation is either because they have serious liquidity problems because you havethat weird named bank that is going to be defaulting tomorrow over there in China and

 then of course you have eight co-op farmers banks that have shuttered their doors and so they are really in fear that it’s going to cause massive protests in China unless this is a big push through that we’ve been waiting for.

 What’s interesting is that they don’t want any foreign currency exchanges w/the renminbi in the next 9 days.

Did you know that Venezuela actually devaluated their currency on Friday.  For 3 hours you couldn’t buy airline tickets until they changed to the higher int’l rate ticket prices.  So isn’t that interesting?  That’s one of them. 

So you have Argentina that their currency crashed, you have Venezuela, you’ve got Turkey and even the ruble was pretty volatile trading on the ruble also on Friday.  Then there was the S.A. Rand too that went down.

China is saying this is for system maintenance (9 days, really?).  Their explanation is that the country’s banking system is running dry.

New Zealand banks shut down for over 10 days and when they reopened they said they had fiscal liquidity issues.  That was in New Zealand.  These are all things that really make you scratch your head and say, “Maybe we know why!”

The republic, the crashing of the old system is in the process as we speak tonight.  You’re going to see a lot of volatility if you’re in the stock market.  You’re going to get hit. 

The big boys have already made their way out of the market.  Rogers, Soros, and all those guys.  We’ve already started hearing the government is taking federal 401Ks and retirement funds and they are moving them over into treasury bonds w/o the people knowing it.

 They haven’t started doing it to active fed workers yet, but those people who did work for the federal government at some point but don’t anymore, they are moving them w/o their knowledge and w/o their permission.  They are out of cash liquidity to at the fed and treasury.

 What do you think the American people’s reaction is going to be to this? 

Lloyds ATMs have stopped working in Europe.  I’m just going to kind of hang back and monitor the different markets and I guess I will come in if I see things go down or whatever.

(Diane?):  Comment about Venezuela - that happens very frequently b/c they keep devaluing the currency.  That’s not news for us.  It was very inflated and then they cut all the zeros and then it was $4 and started going up and up and up...

I’ve been asking my friend about what’s going on, the first thing he said was very soon 4-10 going to be the RV, 4 is gonna be the lowest end but not the street end, and 10 the higher end.  4 to 10 are going to need an NDA. 

Then I asked him why 4 and his answer was any rate over $3.44 is a contract rate.  NDA hides you, got better than the street Forex.  The guys who got $6 on Tony’s intel is BS.  They had to sign an NDA.

 They say Tony is not confirming his intel anymore, just marking time and telling rumors.  I don’t want to bash anybody but that’s what I’m reading.

Batman:  Those rates were for the Dinar.

(Diane?):  Yes, from 4-10, anything above 3.44 will require an NDA.  That’s the most important part.

Batman:  Anything above the CBI rate.

 
???Exogen?:  This is an investment designed for folks who don’t understand arbitrage or how it works, how hedging works, and how you can leverage yourself to win regardless of what the rate is.

 So if you’ve been on the calls, if you put a plan in case and figure out what you want to net off the transaction, rates are irrelevant, NDAs are irrelevant, and timelines are irrelevant.

Some things about the exchange process:

(With NDA?) Your exchange will be structured like an annuity, comparable to a lottery payout.

 It converts your transaction from an exchange to an investment, it immediately turns it into a contractual investment and not a currency exchange. 

It also puts you under certain rules, regulations, and guidelines due to the fact that you are now signing a contract.  You’re doing a contractual investment.

There are things in there that violation of the NDA they can have your assets.  So essentially if you take the NDA you can potentially lose your assets.

Investors in the know are leveraging other entities from LLCs, trusts, foundations, so and so forth almost like folks are leveraging IQD dealers and taking the reserves and leveraging the reserves or don’t even take the NDA, figure out what you want to net, and you still win.

Who cares about rates, NDAs, if you understand arbitration and leveraging and thinking like a hedge person you could care less about what a rate is.

 Once you set your goal and plan...you can still net what you need to net w/o even needing an NDA. 

Those are some of the things that we kind of understand and wanted to get out and let people know.  We understand how the whole misconception was designed telling them not to call bank whereas on our side we gave people scripts and told them to meet personal bankers. interview these folks professionally. 

Several folks on our board have already built relationships.  There’s never a 1-800 # really even needed now. 

On the flip side we’ve always said if you have a wealth mgr or banker you don’t need that.  Many gurus had no intention of doing that either.

But from a business banking standpoint and understand how the dashboards are structured....when you introduce a new product you will have to have some type of platform in place which would consist of 1-800 #s.  

Batman:  There’s still a lot of unknowns in Dinarland when it comes to the rates coming out and everything.  I would caution everyone as I always do, just sit tight, wait for the rates to show up. 

Wait for the rates to be released, and when they are everything else will be released, all the info you will need and you will find that a lot of the things you were worrying about there will be no need to.

Are we looking for rates to show up sometime in the A.M. or in the afternoon tomorrow?

Pat:  It’s been very quiet.  We had always been told, years and years ago, before the end there would be a lot of confusion, misinformation, disinformation and then it would go silent.  From my end it’s been very quiet today.  I’m taking that as good news.

Batman:  She’s always been told before this GCR takes place there will be a lot of misinformation coming out and everybody would be confused and it appears we must be right upon it because everybody is confused, weighing in with their opinion as to what is going on and how it will go down.

 The intel I read earlier today some of the gurus are saying we should see this sometime within the next 24 hours.  Some were expecting the rate to show up this afternoon when the Forex came up.

Question:  Can anybody tell me w/o a doubt is there anywhere in writing that says that once they release this currency that we are 100% in the republic or are we still in the midst of getting to the republic?

Batman:  As far as I know there has nothing been officially released.  At this time it’s all rumors and I guess will stay rumor until it actually happens.  Unless there’s someone else out there that can point to something official.

Pat:  Two weeks ago tomorrow, I had been getting little letters from the bank saying they didn’t love me anymore and that I had to make deposits to keep the accounts open.  I have bank accounts with $25 in them at Chase, at BOA, and WF.  And in one day I got a friend to drive me to all three. 

This is a tiny, tiny town and I’m gonna sum it up, I’m not gonna go bank by bank, all of a sudden this little town has wealth managers at every bank, we’ve never had that before, and when I went to the manager of Chase, we have a new mgr over there, and I said I’d like to speak with your WM person and you said you just missed him he’s in a special training. 

I said that’s interesting, I didn’t know we had one here.  And she said oh yes.  She was sitting down.  I said I’m going to have a change in my finances and I believe I will need his services.  She said to me, “Are you talking currency?”  I said, “Well yes I am.”

She said very quietly, got up and came around her desk and was standing right next to me and said, “Dong or Dinar?”  I said a little of each.  She said “Can I just touch you?  You’re going to be a wealthy lady soon.” 

I started to laugh b/c if she had looked into my bank account when I walked in there the woman wouldn’t have been talking to me.  I had that repeated at all three banks. 

All along we’ve been told don’t talk to bankers, don’t do this, don’t do that.  This is a tiny town and I’ve been talking to bankers all along. 

One of the young bankers wrote me a note and let me know that she owns currency and asked if she could call me privately.  Yeah of course!  We’re here to educate and help.  I believe we’re right there, guys.  I walked out of that bank wanting to hoop and holler.

We do have a very interesting situation in Dinarland.  I know all of you know what Tony has been saying, all of you have no doubt been following Tony’s calls and it is interesting to see which way this will go.  Will it spill into the streets?  Will the match be struck?  And will the forest fire blaze?

There are ppl who have completed exchanges for their currency for cash.  You have also got another group of ppl who have done SKRs (large group), safe-keeping receipt. 

What these folks have done at these big 4 banks as these banks constantly lie and tell them the dinar is a scam they are taking in trillions of currency and issuing ppl documentation. 

What these ppl do in turn is take these receipts issued by the bank and can use them to get lines of credit, letters of credits, verifications of deposits for transactions, proof of funds for transactions, and the bank is leveraging these for instruments on a daily basis, lending money to corporations, earning revenue daily, and the bottom line is how are they able to issue lines and letters of credit on a piece of paper if the currency is a scam.  That right there gives you an understanding.

The other way is there are some accounts had algorithms set up in the structure where their bank accounts showed X amount of funds and a certain amount they couldn’t touch.

The fourth way is through certain time intervals w/what you heard about markets that crashed and had glitches. 

During these time issues...whether it’s live, testing, what they can do during these intervals they can manipulate the markets, turn on and off, and banks can trade, transactions can be done and people can wake up the next morning and they can say we’re not doing anything.

 This is how they are cutting things on and off and how the elite and certain folks, wealthy folks, people looking for political favor and gain are actually doing these transactions behind the scenes.

Another thing that ties into them, when they open these windows, cut these things off from testing, production, into live.  This is where dark liquidity pools come into play.

 If you google them, these are the ways that markets are manipulated from metals to currency or whatever. 

Traders on the inside can make market moves, make adjustments, make sales and arrangements structured contracts, options, or what have you before the general public finds out about these things, and they will leverage them into position to make money before the general public even knows or finds out about them.

 It makes you ask questions like how can JP Morgan pay their CEO bonuses yet they’re raking up billions in fines for breaking the law and doing illegal transactions. 

The time is close to an end, things are being exposed.  We know for a fact something came out in LA times that no bank is too big to indict.  Took place at the Vatican...there’s a lot going on with this banking system, rigged for certain people to win.

 Never realized the currency would be used as a vehicle to expedite this.  There’s a twofold model to this..is this a sting to take a lot of these bad folks down?

Midwest:  China for the last 18 months has been removing over 1,000 tons of gold from the banks in London, England and moving them over to China.  So that is the equivalent of 18,000 tons of gold that has been taken out of London. 

Now how much more gold does everybody think London has left?  I’d have to speculate not much.

 They did a foreclosure on JPMorgan b/c of a little contract deal that they put up the collateral of the US tax returns to get some gold on loan from China.  When China called in the contract 2000, 2008, they sent them over tungsten bars with gold painted on them. 

When they got an inkling that something might not be right they had their metallurgists drill in and found out it was tungsten.  They came back to JP and said we’re going to take back your HQ which is the Rockefeller Plaza there in NYC. 

China foreclosed on JPM and that also happens to be the largest gold vault in the world and has a tunnel from there straight over to the NY Fed. 

When they talk about China buying the fed, we speculate that they already have the Fed, they foreclosed on them because JPMorgan is the operating arm for the Fed.  I think that’s already a done deal. 

Whatever you see this week coming up and all these bad things coming out about China, just remember how much gold China has.  China has been buying gold warehouses all over the world in preparation for this new GCR.

 I can tell you tonight that’s coming down very soon.  Very soon.  In lieu of all we’re watching that I’ve always been told to watch for and I’m seeing it all line up.

There will be a lot of volatility across the board.

The best thing you can do to keep your wits about you, protect yourself is get discernment from God, make sure you have some cash at home, food, water, full tank of gas in your car b/c...and I don’t mean to scare anybody.

If they take the whole thing down, hopefully we don’t want the chaos factor to come into this but it could.  If that happens, with all this cold weather and everything, I’d much rater see this happen in the spring.

We can’t kick the can down the road anymore.  The interesting timing of this is the whole meeting in Davos, they’re all flying back home today.  They’re gonna roll into their offices tomorrow and you’re going to see the fur fly.

Batman:  There is some intel out there, some ppl don’t think we will see the RV before certain things happen, but the gurus are saying it’s still any day, hour, anytime now.  We have scheduled speeches this coming week, President is scheduled to do the State of the Union Address on Tuesday.

 Maybe he will give us some indication as to the real state of the union.  Some ppl don’t think the union is doing so good right now so we will see what he has to say. 

Some say no doubt he will probably let the rates go before his address so he can really give us an address and everybody will be happy.  We don’t know.  We will see.

What is going on in Iraq we know they have been said to have turned this loose to the IMF and UST some time ago.  We have been told that it’s in the hands of the banks now from certain intel providers, but we don’t know.  We will see soon, I know that.

CURRENT MESSAGES Part 196  The Galactic Council Speaks Through Harolan  Transcribed by Kathryn E May January 25 2014 We are the Galactic Council.  We are overseeing the coordination of all the processes of Ascension in the Milky Way Galaxy.  It is our duty to observe the progress of each planet and to maintain communication throughout the Galaxy.  We have been carefully monitoring Earth as she moves toward the coming events of revaluation of currencies, Disclosure of our presence, and the landings.  We keep all parties, including the Intergalactic Council, informed of the events on the ground, and we are responsible for the final decisions that are made concerning the unfolding of important events. We do not make the decisions alone; we consult with all the major parties.  For instance, we are now intensely involved in meetings between Prime Creator, Mother/Father God, St. Germain and many of the other Ascended Masters of Planet Earth.  We help them to coordinate their efforts with the Galactic teams who are helping at this time, and with those who are preparing to bring their expertise to Earth, at the request of  the overseers of the current projects. We have also heard the prayers and pleas of those on the ground, on Mother Earth and throughout the Galaxy.  We defer always to the final decision of Prime Creator, but it is our role to insure that all parties involved in decision making are fully informed and are included in the flow of information and decision making.  You see, we are a completely democratic system.  No decision is ever taken without the Greater Good having been thoroughly considered and carefully weighed. My name is Harolan.  I come to speak to you today as a representative of the Council, to inform you of our considerations and the issues we are currently debating on your behalf.  More and more of you are listening to the channelings, asking questions about why things are being done as they are, and begging for a voice in the decision making process.  We hear your pleas, and we send you our response now through your trusted channel, Kathryn.  There are also others who will be hearing from us; we encourage you to read the channelings with what we say here as your guide. At the present moment, January 23, 2014 in Earthtime, we are closely following the unfolding of what you call the "sting operation" which will culminate in massive arrests, trials and the removal of the greedy financial operatives from your midst.  It has become an enormously successful endeavor, brilliantly timed and executed by all the parties involved.  You can possibly imagine how many are taking part, on the ground and in higher dimensions - our numbers are in the millions. You have been told that Lightworkers on the ground are an integral part of this endeavor.  We would like to give you an overview of how your efforts have paid off.  The  announcement of the Prosperity program involving the purchase of currency was made first by Father God and St. Germain to the spiritual community.  It was expected that it would take time for the comprehension of how enormous this program is to take hold among those who have not made it their life's work to understand investments of this nature.  Of course, those who have lived that life would be completely unable to grasp the importance or the logic of it, since it has never happened before in the financial arena, and the promised payouts defy all logic, from their point of view. You see how perfect this design is:  only those of genuine Faith would even give it a second thought, because the information came from Higher Sources.  For the same reason, the financial community would scoff and call it a scam.  And so the program began.  Lightworkers, now called the Dinarians of Dinarland, became the central energy  vortex which would fuel the entire plan, like the engine which drives the locomotive.  It was to be the driver which would lift the entire planet, by empowering and inspiring those who have been living under the pall of oppression and want.  It has had this effect, with mixed results.  Those who are able to tolerate the long wait with patience and growing Faith - their Light increases day by day, in spite of the delays, for they know in their hearts that all is in Divine order, and that the ending will be glorious, whenever it comes. Those who have focused on the monetary gains which have been promised are having difficulty understanding the bigger picture, are becoming impatient, frustrated and angry.  They feel they have been "had" or "used" or mistreated in some way because they do not understand what an important role they are playing in the larger picture, and how integral each part of the plan is to the success of the greater project. The revaluation of currency and the enormous benefits it will bring across the globe is but one cog in the wheel of change.  It is the spark that will ignite the great shift, but it is much more.  You have been told that the word is out, that the Powers That Be are trying to scoop up all the resources for themselves, to leave nothing for the patient and faithful Dinarians.  This of course is their intention, but it was also the important variable which would allow for their arrests.  You see, we must calibrate our movements carefully, taking into account the elements of human nature - yours and theirs. We had hoped that the powerful energies from the Central Sun would lift the hearts of many in the financial community, making it possible to proceed with the arrests and the next element, the release of the RV.  Unfortunately, the higher energies did not "hold" - many of those in the financial community who were leaning toward greater Love and Compassion began succumbing to the temptation of massive wealth, which they have always seen as Power.  The seduction of being able to impress their friends, benefit those in positions of influence, and the idea of being known as the one "in the know" became too much for bank executives and wealth managers. A flood of currency orders from the wealthy created a situation which could not be allowed to go unaddressed, for they then helped themselves to the high rates which were supposed to have been released for all, while the head bankers blocked the door for the less powerful Dinarians.  They have trapped themselves in a bottomless pit of selfishness and greed, by convincing themselves they were "sharing the wealth" - a ridiculous concept, since those they shared with were already wealthy in the extreme. It is unfortunate that enormous numbers of second tier financial people have involved themselves in the greed and selfishness.  It is testimony to the ability of great wealth and power to corrupt its custodians, especially in a civilization that values wealth above all.  The unfortunate attitude, that they are entitled to the wealth, while poorer folks cannot be trusted with it, is an example of the level of arrogance that has become commonplace in the upper echelons. Although this thinking has existed for thousands of years, the number of those who subscribe to this attitude has increased 10-fold to include even lower class folks who aspire to be equally powerful and equally selfish one day. As you can see, the rift between Lightworkers and everyone else has widened day by day.  The outrage expressed by those of you on the ground who are responding from your hearts is a reasonable response to what you can see happening.  We want to assure you that not only will greed not win the day, but we are fully aware of what is happening, and it is just a natural unfolding of the plan which was designed to trap the worst offenders.  We are disappointed that the net is as full as it is, but we did make provisions for this possibility. We remind you - you all have had free will, and this travesty was the latest example of the misuse of that responsibility.  It created additional time and some rather elaborate technological interventions to identify and track the thousands of perpetrators, but we have captured the data very successfully. This latest part of the sting operation has dovetailed with simultaneous programs which have identified generations of humanitarian abuses, war crimes, sexual abuses, child trafficking and sex trafficking and other organized crime activities.  You are now hearing cases of fraud, corruption and political scandal which are generally the first to hit the public airways in spite of the editorial tendency to downplay the worst of it (unless it can be slanted to reflect badly on your current U.S. President).  This theme will continue and increase by the day as investigative reporters overcome their fears and gather steam and inspiration to bring the Truth to the public. You see, this is a global, all-encompassing, massive shift in consciousness.  Lift your hearts and your sights, Beloved Lightworkers.  You are an integral part of the whole process, not just the Prosperity packages.  See yourselves in the context of this WHOLE Earth Revolution, embedded in the WHOLE Universe of change. This is not a change which will involve only the economic state of the Earth, but it will encompass every element of life and the quality of human consciousness.  Social, political, psychological and emotional reality is changing. Understand, Beloved Earth Ones, that even your Ascended Masters, who are brilliant strategists and experts in the human psyche, could not have predicted the extent of criminality which would be indulged in during the past weeks.  We of the Galactic Council make our predictions based on known parameters, the exercise of which will create varying timelines depending upon the free will actions of all the players - all 7 billion of them. The wholesale participation in the old familiar Dark Hat behaviors has not been a surprise to us, although we had hoped for a more orderly release of the RV, for your sakes.  We do sympathize with the difficulties you are experiencing, and the frustration you feel at learning that your Faith led you to make decisions which now put your financial well-being in jeopardy.  The temporary pain of knowing this will be minute, we assure you, compared with the great joy and relief you will feel upon learning what an important role you have played in the complete reorganization of life on Planet Earth. We are now managing the details of many programs at once, while we await the enormous Shift that is just around the corner.  All roads lead to Ascension, of course, so this is the major focus of our work - the great reward at the end of thousands of years of hard work.  We will all feel the enormous waves of joy and relief when the Darkness on Planet Earth becomes a thing of the past.  Do not fear, Beloved Humankind, we are with you in complete solidarity, and we are coordinating the efforts of the entire Galaxy in your behalf. Soon a group of you will cross over the line to higher dimensions, and another phase of the great adventure of Planet Earth will begin.  Keep your vibrations high and your face to the wind.  You will be lifted out of the morass you have experienced for so many generations.  We look forward to your successes with great anticipation and joy.
