6  IMPLIED THREATS  OF  THE  IDES  OF  MARCH  

In recent days there have been several hints/threats implied by anonymous writers on the internet to be concerned about 'the Ides of March', March 15th, and what it may mean for our nation.

These anonymous implied threats may indicate a copy cat scenario of the story of Julius Caesar and/or for our nation.  

Please PRAY for the protection of our President and his family and staff more than ever during this time.

This is what most of us know about the death of Julius Caesar, half-remembered from movies and plays:

• Some soothsayer said, "Beware the Ides of March."
• A few idealistic Romans decided to win back Rome for the people.
• Caesar got stabbed by Brutus with a big sword, said "Et tu, Brute?" and died nobly.

All of that is wrong.

In major and minor ways, a lot of us misunderstand the death of Julius Caesar on March 15, 44 BC. That's why I talked to Barry Strauss, a Cornell classics and history professor. He's the author of The Death of Caesar, a new book that chronicles one of history's most infamous assassinations and dispels a lot of half-remembered myths.

A lot of those myths come from Shakespeare who relied exclusively on Plutarch to paint his picture of Rome. But Strauss uses Plutarch in concert with other ancient sources like Nicolaus of Damascus, Suetonius, Appian, and Cassius Dio, as well as the work of other scholars. Weighed against one another, together they form a more complete picture of Rome at the time — and one that happens to bust a lot of myths.

 

Myth 1: A soothsayer told Caesar, "Beware the Ides of March"

The Ides of March comes from the ides, a term the Romans used to note the middle of a month. Every month has an ides around the middle (as well as a calends at the beginning of the month and nones eight days before the ides). The Ides of March feels special for a couple of reasons: it's the day Caesar was murdered, and it's the subject of a soothsayer's spooky prophecy in William Shakespeare's Julius Caesar.
The truth is actually more interesting.
For one, we know who the soothsayer was and what he really said: he was named Spurinna, and he was from Etruria. That's important, because Etruscans were known to specialize in divination. Cicero's letters , Plutarch, and Suetonius all confirm his high status. As notably, Spurinna's warning to Caesar was more complex — and more accurate — than the type of prophecy most modern skeptics would dismiss.
"They have a lot of contacts," Strauss says, "and they're people who know what's going on." That would have made Spurinna's prophecy a more frightening bellwether of the anti-Caesar sentiment in Rome. Soothsayers could poll the elites, and the elites did not like Caesar.

On February 15, Spurinna said he found a bad omen: a bull without a heart (it's unclear if the bull was a genetic abnormality, a shocking sign, or a soothsayer's poetic license). After that, Spurinna told Caesar to beware for the next 30 days, not just on the Ides of March. It wasn't a lucky prediction but rather a calculated assessment of Rome's political climate.
The end date of the prophecy wasn't a coincidence, either — on March 18, Caesar was going to embark on a multiyear military campaign that would take him away from Rome. The assassins had to kill him before he left.

 

Myth 2: All the conspirators were idealists who wanted to restore Rome to the people

 

There was idealism involved: Caesar was turning the Roman republic into a dictatorship and making himself a king. But there were also deeply personal motives.

"I think politicians don't have a firewall between ideals and practical benefits," Strauss says. "They think what's good for the country is also good for themselves. The senators who joined the conspiracy against Caesar can sincerely say he was a threat to the republic and to them and their way of life."
Before Caesar, Roman nobility and military were free to plunder the provinces they ruled. But under Caesar, Rome controlled the process and sent inspectors to check up on everything, so they could only exploit their provinces under Caesar's supervision.
That slight was compounded by Caesar's rebranding of political real estate in his name — he built statues in his image and renamed monuments for himself. He brought power to his family by giving them political appointments and honorifics, and drew allies outside the charmed circle of Roman nobility, like his soldiers and leaders in the provinces.
"People in the old nobility feel cut out," Strauss says. In addition to concern for the average Roman, self-interest drove the conspirators to kill Caesar.
There weren't just political and financial grudges, either. Brutus' mother, Servilia, had once had an affair with Caesar, and there were even rumors that Brutus was Caesar's son (for the record, Strauss thinks that's highly unlikely). Servilia was also co-conspirator Cassius' mother-in-law.

 

Myth 3: Brutus was the assassins' ringleader and Caesar's best buddy

As far as epic betrayals go, we tend to imagine Brutus in the same league as Judas. In reality, that infamy should be reserved for someone called Decimus.
Caesar trusted Decimus much more than he trusted Brutus — and that made his betrayal more shocking. Misspelled in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar as "Decius," Decimus was much more important than most of us realize. "There were three leaders of the assassins' conspiracy," Strauss says. "Brutus, Cassius, and Decimus."
Shakespeare made Decimus a minor character because he mostly used Plutarch as a source, who gave Decimus short shrift. But all the other ancient sources think Decimus was key, and, according to Strauss, "he's the only assassin that could really be called close to Caesar."
Decimus dined with Caesar the night before his assassination and convinced Caesar to leave his house the next morning (he was staying home because his wife, Calpurnia, was worried). Decimus' betrayal followed an adult life spent at Caesar's side. Brutus, however, had often fought against Caesar, like when he took Pompey's side against Caesar in the Civil War that lasted from 49 to 45 BC. He only came over to Caesar's side after a handsome cash award and profitable political appointment.

 

Myth 4: Caesar was killed with swords in a grand Senate room

Thanks to epic paintings like Jean-Léon Gérôme's The Death of Caesar, we imagine a grand scene for a grand death. But the painting gets some things seriously wrong.
In reality, the assassination happened in the Portico of Pompey, a Senate house with a statue of Pompey (Caesar's enemy) inside. "It would have been a nicely decorated room," Strauss says, "it's just not cavernous." Imagine the British House of Commons instead of the grand room in Gérôme's painting.
And the assassins almost certainly didn't have giant swords — after all, it was a surprise attack. They probably snuck in daggers to kill Caesar.

 

Myth 5: Caesar got stabbed and died nobly, saying "Et tu, Brute"

This might be the most powerful myth of all. And it shortchanges Caesar. This wasn't a noble death — it was probably a scrappy fight for his life.

"Caesar is a soldier," Strauss says. "If you stab this guy, he's going to try to fight back."
He may have stabbed one of the attackers with a stylus, and most of the sources say he tried to get up and escape. Unfortunately for Caesar, the conspirators were trained soldiers, so they'd formed a tight perimeter. "They know how you carry out an ambush," Strauss says. "I believe some of the senators were assigned the job of crowd control."
As far as what Caesar said when he died, "Et tu, Brute" is a Renaissance invention. But Caesar did perform a few resonant gestures. He tried to escape, like any soldier would, but when death was near, he covered his face before he died. It may have been an attempt to preserve his dignity.

 

Myth 6: The assassins failed to win the hearts of the Roman people

Without getting into the politics of the Second Triumvirate and imperial rule that followed Caesar's death, the assassins ultimately failed to restore a meaningful republic to Rome. But it's not because they failed to win over the people — they failed to win over the soldiers.
The assassins had prepared for the military consequences of the assassination — they had gladiators stationed nearby to help protect them after the fallout from the murder. Led by Decimus, they even stationed gladiators outside the Senate House to protect themselves. But the conspirators miscalculated the political fallout of the assassination.
In his will, Caesar had the ancient equivalent of a poison pill — a massive payout to Roman citizens and soldiers, which fractured support for the conspirators. The Roman republic had been in trouble for nearly a century, ripped apart by civil wars and ruled by armies. Caesar used cash to consolidate power even after death.
"Rome is a military city," Strauss says. "On the outskirts of the city, Caesar has a legion ... and at various places around the city, Caesar's veterans have gathered to begin a three-year war against the Persian empire at the east. Some are there to show their support, but others are there because Caesar is there to lead them to new lands."
Those soldiers wanted a significant payout from whoever was going to rule Rome, and Brutus and Cassius didn't pull it off in time to secure support. That led Rome to eventually fall back in the hands of emperor Octavian (later called Augustus) instead of reverting to a republic.
In a way, that may be the biggest myth about the Ides of March and the assassination of Caesar. Yes, Caesar was killed. But his influence lived on — through him and through the Caesarism that prospered for centuries after his death.

I am tired of arguing with ill-informed, well-intentioned Americans who have been lied to and deliberately confused for so many years they don’t know which end is up and can’t even read well. So I have boiled the Big Picture down to little couplets and sound bites.

Each one of these is critical to grasping both who we are and where we are in the current time.

So let’s begin:

The United States is a paid foreign subcontractor of the United States of America and always has been. 

The United States provides nineteen enumerated “essential government services” for the United States of America.

United States Citizens and citizens of the United States are your employees and they are foreign employees.

The word “people” means “militia”.

The only “people” being referenced as “We, the People” in the Preamble of the Constitution are members of the victorious state militias that won the Revolutionary War. _________________________________________________________________________

You are born as a State National --- a Virginian, Wisconsinite, New Yorker, etc. – with the option to serve as a State Citizen by accepting your duty to serve and support the county and state jural assemblies and the state militia or to serve in a public land jurisdiction office.

We, the People---State Citizens--- are citizens of the United States of America.   Notice the “of America” part of the name?

“We, the People” are NOT and have never been “United States Citizens” nor “citizens of the United States”.

United States Citizens are citizens of the United States, not the United States of America.     

United States Citizens are not owed any of the guarantees of the Constitution.  They are foreigners on our shores merely “residing” among us to provide “essential government services”, so they are not heirs of our land or our resources.  

Only United States Citizens or citizens of the United States may vote in US elections. 

You have been fooled into thinking that their elections are all your elections.  They aren’t. 

All the offices being filled and occupied ---apart from those vacant public offices that are now being filled by returning American State Citizens--- are private corporate offices, not public offices at all.

Your natural birthright standing as a State National was unlawfully converted when you were just a baby via a process of undisclosed and fraudulent contract with your Mother.

She was confused and induced to agree that you were a “United States Citizen”.

This created a legal presumption was then used to create a false claim against your name and estate.

To overcome this presumption you have to rebut and repudiate it in the public record via an Act of Expatriation and other appropriate paperwork extricating yourself from the clutches of the United States. 

Most importantly, you must “surrender” the US PERSON by signing over an authenticated Birth Certificate to the Secretary of the Treasury, appointing him your Fiduciary using an IRS Form 56, and directing him to convert the US ACCOUNT to the United States of America U.S. Treasury, without recourse. 

That action proves beyond any doubt that you are not consenting and not desiring to act as a United States Citizen nor as a citizen of the United States.  At the same time, you must establish a Private Registered Indemnity Bond, which you issue to cover your rump from any claims--- past, present, or future--- related to this ACCOUNT. 

Recent reaction against this crime and fraud against the people of the United States of America has resulted in rallying international outrage against the United States, and much effort in the international jurisdiction to bring an end to the practices that have been used by the United States to press-gang and enslave Americans via undisclosed and purposefully deceitful adhesion contracts.

These are international crimes being carried out by employees against their employers. 

The perpetrators of these crimes have been at it since 1860.

They have tried to claim that they are engaged in a perpetual war against the United States of America and therefore justified in practicing genocide on paper.

Recent research has revealed that the American Civil War was not a war, but an illegal mercenary action carried out on our shores.  There is no Declaration of War by a land jurisdiction Congress. There is no actual Peace Treaty ending any such “war”.

Additional research has shown that the United States has attempted to overthrow the United States of America via the deliberate use of fraudulent grammar, deceptively similar names, and purposefully deceptive bookkeeping practices.

By literally using two sets of books and not disclosing large income streams by segregating them as “non-budgeted funds” and other improper bookkeeping conventions, the United States has amassed huge fortunes in public employee pension funds which are then used to invest in and control major sectors of the economy.

They have also accumulated a bogus “National Debt” of over $20 trillion dollars.

They have accumulated this debt in preparation for declaring the United States bankrupt. 

They have named their United States Citizens and citizens of the United States and their State of State franchises as the sureties for the parent corporation’s debts---- intending to saddle the mischaracterized and misidentified American people with their own odious debts now, just as they did in the 1930’s.

Only this time, we caught them and have openly repudiated the odious debt.

This past week the US State Department and Department of Commerce were informed of certain mathematically inescapable facts.  They and other departments and agency subcontractors have to account for the National Credit that is “missing” and which has not been applied to the so-called National Debt.

 Oddly enough, and counter-intuitively, the Internal Revenue Service is our best friend. 

The vermin responsible for this circumstance, primarily members of the American Bar Association, have sucked up trillions of dollars-worth of our National Credit and assets owed to Americans and have not paid a dime in income tax.

Everyone who has lost a home through foreclosure, everyone who has been victimized by court cases brought against US PERSONS, needs to claim the mortgage accounts and the case numbers via issuance of an IRS Form 1099A and report the courts, the judges, and the attorneys involved to the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigations Division.

They will gladly extract the taxes from the criminals and boot them off the bench. 

The states that are members of the United States of America union are all land jurisdiction states with actual land and actual borders.  They operate under names like this: Wisconsin State, California State, and Nebraska State.

The “States of States”, such as the State of Wisconsin and State of California and State of Nebraska are all run by the United States as “Territorial States” that are franchises of the United States of America (Minor)—a union of 57 inchoate “states” including the fifty franchises, the insular states, and the State of New Columbia--- aka, District of Columbia. 

The “STATES OF STATES” such as the STATE OF WISCONSIN and STATE OF CALIFORNIA and STATE OF NEBRASKA are all run as “Municipal States” that are franchises of the DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.

The State and State of States Legislatures typically wear two hats.  

When these elected bodies enact legislation pertaining to the actual land jurisdiction states, the results are Session Laws.  These are Public Laws.  They are not copyrighted. They appear with names like, “Louisiana State Session Laws”. 

When these bodies switch hats, they enact legislation pertaining to the inchoate “State of State” and its employees, and the results are State Statutes. These are Private Laws. They are copyrighted and appear with names like “State of Alaska Statutes”.

This is possible because the United States allows for Dual Citizenship and lets its citizens hold both United States Citizenship and their native State Citizenship at the same time.

However, the actual States do not allow Dual Citizenship.   You must choose and clearly declare your political status as a State Citizen in order to claim any valid granted authority related to the actual states and the United States of America.  

This leads to the fact that there are a few actual State Citizens elected to serve in the various State of State Legislatures and in the Congress, too, who are the only ones able to elect, vote, enact, enroll, or appropriate funds in behalf of the actual states and the United States of America----but they have been elected by United States Citizens. 

No members of the Bar can participate in this elite mini-State Legislature and mini-Congress, whose members are often only a dozen or so in the House of Representatives, and less than that in the United States Senate.

It is upon the votes and honor of these very few men and women that the validity of the Session Laws and the Enrolled Acts of the States in Congress Assembled depend.

Because there are so few of them, it is impossible to conduct business that requires a majority of the states to participate.

They cannot even establish the quorum necessary to recall and reseat a land jurisdiction Continental Congress.   Thus the actual Congress we are owed remains adjourned.

The character of the “laws” being passed, either public or private, and the outcome of all the legislation depends on the undisclosed political status of those being elected to office.

If you elect “United States Citizens” the bulk of what gets done favors the United States and results in statutory law.

If you elect State Citizens, the bulk of what gets done favors the United States of America and results in Public Law.

Since we are kept studiously ignorant and the political status of the candidates is not advertised, we cannot make a valid choice. 

This silence is self-interested on both sides. 

The United States is benefited by having United States Citizens elected to office, because they then appropriate funds and take other actions beneficial for the United States. 

The United States of America consolidates power in just a few individuals and is therefore enabled to more readily control them.

Since United States Citizens can only produce statutory law and State Citizens can only produce Public Law, both activities go on in tandem within the halls of what appears to be one “State” Legislature and one “United States” Congress.

By presuming that all Americans are Dual Citizens the United States ups its portion of the legislatures and the Congress, because this legal presumption requires determined action and rebuttal by individuals who know who they are and know what their proper political status is.

You have to actively reclaim your birth right political status.  You have to knowingly choose to create and participate in your county and state jural assemblies and to join your state militia.

This leads to only the “cream of the crop” of knowledgeable and studious Americans wielding the real power of the United States of America and enjoying the wealth of our nation.

It also leads to the situation so aptly described by the Prophet Amos, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”

Between the Blue-Blood Elitists who have betrayed the overall Public Good to feather their own nests and increase their own power, and the Renegade Employees on the other, the American people have been driven pillar to post, rightfully confused, dimly aware that something awful is going on and not able to account for it, not able to identify rank and file American State Citizens to elect to office and not even aware that there is a need to do so.

The land jurisdiction states still exist.  The American People still exist.  But our state offices are largely standing vacant because of the ignorance that pervades every corner of our nation.  Our state militias have been stupidly given over to the control of State of State franchise Governors who are employees of the foreign United States, and who are predominately United States Citizens instead of State Citizens.

This ignorance and apathy and lack of open declaration of political status must end.

Though considered a private matter, political status is the ultimate determining factor in our elections, the quality of our representation, the honoring of our contracts, the protection of our rights, and the recognition of our standing in our own courts. 

If you want to take America back, you have to start by reclaiming your own political status as an American State National----firmly rebutting and expatriating from and surrendering the US PERSON(S) that identify you as a “United States Citizen”.  

Then you have to take the next step, and become an American State Citizen by serving as a member of your county and state jural assemblies and either creating or joining the actual state militia operated by American State Citizens---- the People at last.

In this way, or by serving in an elected or appointed public State office, you can finally restore your political status and become one of “We, the People”.

How do you start?

1. Get your own affairs in order and repudiate any claim that you are a “United States Citizen”.  Record your objection in public forums and records.

4. Set up your own county jural assembly.
5. Establish a protocol for people to renounce “United States Citizen” status and a County Recorder’s Office to record their Acts of Expatriation and surrender of US PERSONS.
6. Conduct and run your own elections to fill the vacant public offices including the members of your unincorporated Common Law County Court: land jurisdiction Sheriff, Justices of the Peace, Clerks, Bailiff, Coroners, Recorders.
7. Set up means to identify the State Citizens.
8. Organize your states.
9. Organize your state militias.
10. Give Notice to the United States --- and to the rest of the world.  Let everyone know that the Americans are home again.

Project Destiny - the Human Genome Project

This morning on KTVB Channel 7 Local News, there was a story about a new transmittable virus that effects babies but the babies show no symptoms.  The name of the virus is Cytomegalovirus (CMV) (Another man/alien made lab virus for genetics and DNA manipulation?  https://www.cdc.gov/cmv/overview.html ). The reason for the use of the word new is because it is something that few people have heard of before now. 

There is a couple in Idaho who have a daughter who allegedly has this virus.  Her parents started a Foundation to educate people and the health care community about it.

The Idaho legislature passed a bill recognizing the virus and they appropriated money for educational materials to distribute around the state.   Apply some logic and common sense to that and it doesn’t compute.

This is my worst nightmare come true since 2007 when I

began writing about the Human Genome Project in conjunction with the redesign of our health care system – the emergence of a new unheard of disease that shows no symptoms but is preventable and treatable and supposedly a significant percentage of the population has it (Dropped on us via chemtrailsl Put in our water? And in vaccines?).  It’s the perfect diagnosis for applied genetics research on an unsuspecting population and the redesign of our health care system with nationalized medical records was designed to accommodate it.   

In 2009 when I heard the name Project Destiny and I researched it and found that it had to do with the pharmaceutical profession, it was simply further confirmation that my instincts in 2007 and my subsequent research to find the elements of the system design that would enable it were correct.

Project Destiny was a strategic plan to add a new role in health care for your local pharmacist.  On August 15, 2007, Medical News Today reported that the Pharmaceutical Industry Supports Visionary Project Destiny Initiative, USA.  Project Destiny required a new specialty be approved by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties.   It was announced in March of 2008 in an article titled Pharmacy Groups Unveil Findings, Future of “Project Destiny”.

The stated objective of Project Destiny is to develop a replicable, scalable, measurable, and economically viable future model for community pharmacy. The project seeks to identify ways that patients and the healthcare system can benefit from community pharmacy’s medication expertise, in a way that is economically viable for all parties.

One key concept that emerged from the first phase of the project is that of a “primary care pharmacist,” who would work collaboratively with the healthcare delivery and financing systems and focus on managing medications, positively impacting health outcomes, reducing overall healthcare system costs and empowering consumers to actively manage their health. Putting this concept into practice would require the development of pharmacy based Patient Care Management Services that are consistent nationwide while maintaining the autonomy of individual pharmacies.

A petition for the new specialty was submitted to the Board in November of 2008 along with a supporting report – Project Destiny Executive Summary.

A pharmacist as medication manager and front line health care provider fits into the agenda of applied genetics research because in order to personalize medications for a person’s DNA requires customized drugs which means a compounding pharmacist (maker of drugs) and access to the medical record and a say in the patient’s care.  Project Destiny fulfills that requirement.

Reciprocal Licensing

This morning when I was looking on the Idaho Legislature website for the legislation to support the education initiative for this unknown, symptomless viral disease called Cytomegalovirus, I found a couple of other related health care bills:

(1) The “Idaho Conrad J-1 Visa Waiver Program” authorizes the Idaho department of health and welfare to recommend up to thirty (30) foreign trained physicians per federal fiscal year to locate in communities that are federally designated as having a health workforce shortage…

(3) The “National Interest Waiver Program” allows the Idaho department of health and welfare to testify that it is in the public’s interest that a waiver be granted to a foreign trained physician who commits to locating in a community that is federally determined as having a health workforce shortage. Final approval of the national interest waiver request is made by the United States bureau of citizenship and immigration services.

(10) “J-1 visa” means an entrance permit into the United States for a foreign trained physician who is a nonimmigrant admitted under section 101(a)(15)(J) of the United States information and education exchange act or who acquired such status or who acquired exchange visitor status under the act.

(11) “J-1 visa waiver” means a federal action that waives the requirement for a foreign physician, in the United States on a J-1 visa, to return to his home country for a two (2) year period following medical residency training.

(12) “National interest waiver” means an exemption from the labor certification process administered by the United States department of labor for foreign physicians whose will to stay in the United States and work in an area of underservice in Idaho is determined to be in the public interest by the Idaho department of health and welfare.

SECTION 18. An emergency existing therefor, which emergency is hereby declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after its passage and approval.

The nature of this so-called emergency is found in the resolution the Idaho Legislature passed that recognized this unknown disease Cytomegalovirus (CMV) that nobody ever heard of before now.  Lines 16 and 17 of House Concurrent Resolution 9 links together the agenda:
