A Special Announcement from Sheriff Mack

For the past few years I have been teaching high school government and history classes. The students have taught me so much! Besides the essential principles of good government and liberty, I have learned that the validity of these subjects is not in the "knowing," but rather in the "DOING." I enjoy teaching immensely and it is a very worthwhile endeavor. But to "know" and never "do" is just the opposite of what I teach my "scholars."

 

So, with the encouragement of many of my students and the support of my bride of 42 years, I am officially announcing my run for the United States House of Representatives, Arizona District 8. This is a special election to fill the recently vacated seat held by Congressman Trent Franks.

 

I enter this race humbly and with no visions of grandeur. However, I plan to win and give the campaign my very best. Our work to restore freedom to America and to stand for the "little guy" will continue whether I win or lose. However, as many of you already know, I am so frustrated with DC politicians of both parties who have completely destroyed the Rule of Law and our Constitution. I have to do more and I have to try.

 

My candidacy will be dedicated to freeing the many Americans who have been victimized by our own government. I will stand against the abuses of the IRS, FDA, BLM, FBI, DEA, FDA, and the out of control spending by our "leaders" of both parties. I will also fight to put an end to the Dept of Education using SWAT teams to collect unpaid students loans! In fine, my run for Congress will be for the Amish farmer who sits in prison for making an herbal salve, all American victims of Gun Control, the Ranchers who sit in prison for trying to keep their lands, and for the people who just want to be left alone. I will be their advocate!

 

The primary is in February and the general is in April. As I said, this is a special election. Time and money are both tight. But we can do this. The time is right and I am ready. I've been ready for a long time.

The Simple Solution and the Simplest Solution: Notice to Pontiff and United Nations

Repeatedly during the recent wildfire dramas in California the name "Santa Rosa" came up in the national news.  Santa Rosa was particularly hard hit.  Those who are still asleep might not know why.  They will want to watch this video:

This is by far one of the best "from 1933 to today" summations of the secretive realities of Corporate Feudalism attempting to sink its fangs in us.  It is one of the best presentations I have ever seen on these topics.  It's succinct, logically presented, and very quickly reveals the nature of the Beast. 

My two complaints are: (1) the video never delivers  on the promise to discuss solutions made early in the presentation and (2) they didn't go far enough back in history to grasp the fundamental fraud that all this is based upon --- the mistaking of the Territorial Government as the actual government of this country, which was promulgated under conditions of fraud and deceit in the wake of an illegal commercial mercenary action mis-named "The American Civil War" which was fought on our shores by rival governmental services providers seeking control of our resources and population 150 years ago. 

These crooks have been playing name games and practicing identity theft and making false commercial claims ever since.  Once you grasp the fact that all these corporations are chartered under our authority and can and should be liquidated as crime syndicates, the world snaps back into view.  You understand that the "federal government" has always been foreign and has always been functioning on purely delegated authority----and that its debts and its bankruptcies and its criminality --- are not our responsibility. 

There is one simple answer to all of this.  Correct the falsified public records that they created by registering your name as one of their franchises. Notify the Adjutant General and the Port Authority.  Come home and clean house.  We aren't the "Enemy".  We are the heirs, owners, landlords, and employers.  

Then set up your county jural assemblies.  Bring your jural assemblies together and "populate" your states.  

Please bear in mind that when a government sinks to the level of an incorporated entity, it has no "state immunity" and has no granted authority over anyone but its own employees.  It's a for-profit corporation like any other corporation, except that---if you allow it to boss you around--- it has the ability to write its own paychecks. And that is what these rats have been doing.  

The "federal government" corporations have been racketeering against the American states and people, and then giving kick-backs to local governments that collude with them in the form of "federal grants".  All these supposed units of 

government are private, for-profit, incorporated entities listed on the stock markets and Dunn and Bradstreet and they have no more granted authority over you and your private assets than J.C. PENNY.

They ceased to function as actual government entities a long time ago, and have continued to function "as" government in name only.  They are in fact merely corporations in the business of providing "governmental services", and increasingly, they have functioned as crime syndicates on our shores and have set up camp as armed pirates acting under color of law.  

According to the agreements we have with the Holy See, a condition of allowing incorporated entities to exist is that they function lawfully.  Not "legally"-----lawfully.  They have failed to do so and need to be liquidated.  The UNITED STATES, INC. has been liquidated for cause and unless it gets its act together, the USA, Inc. must follow.  However, that does not change the fact that we are the actual Paramount Security Interest Holders and Priority Creditors of both and all these legal fiction entities that have been chartered in our names and under our delegated authority.  

Remember that all these incorporated entities have no natural right to exist and that the Pope in his Office as the Roman Pontiff has the authority to disband them. So now you know for sure who is responsible for allowing all this corporate criminality to get out of hand---- the Roman Curia and the Roman Pontiff. 

Closer to home, you also now know that the "US Army" is responsible for overseeing the functioning of the "federal" --- that is, "corporate" courts and also the functioning of the "federated state of state" franchise courts.  They are the ones falling down on the job and allowing these predators to seize upon innocent Americans and plunder public trusts created in our names without our knowledge or consent.  

Obviously, this all requires banging your dishes on the floor like angry dogs -- once you have repudiated all their claims against you and seized back your Common Law copyright to your name(s) and political identity--- complain to the Church, to the CEO's in charge of these corporations, to the derelicts who are supposed to be serving their communities as "representatives" and aren't, to the military leaders who are not doing their duty by the American states and people, either. 

All these corporations are acting as Middle Men.  They are stealing from us and sating themselves and paying our employees as their enforcers.  The banks are especially guilty of subverting lawful government in this manner, and so are first on the list for liquidation and our favorite word --- "nationalization".  

"Nationalization" is the process by which lawless corporations are brought down and dissolved, with their assets going back to the Paramount Security Interest Holders and Priority Creditors that chartered them in the first place.  

Nationalization is by far the simplest and fastest way to put an end to all the evils created by these legal fiction entities.  Pope Francis and the Roman Curia could save us all a lot of time and bother simply by admitting the facts and nationalizing all the central banks and returning control of the assets to the lawful owners. 

To us, in other words.  The living people. 

We have no interest in ill-gotten gains.  We seek no control over any other nation. We do not wish to interfere in the exercise of free will --- so long as it doesn't trespass on the free will of others.  We are able and willing to forgive the debts of others.  We are sympathetic to Mankind as a whole, and respectful of all people who embrace honesty and good will. 

We can dispose of this Mess in short order, and in fact, have given the correct instructions to the Holy See and the banks to eradicate the old debt system and put aside the blasphemous "Doctrine of Scarcity".  It's very simple and it doesn't hurt anyone.  

Not even the Ugly Step-Sister banks.  

And what was their response?  They laughed.   They re-doubled their efforts to create scarcity and debt and misery.  They puffed up like Puff Adders and refused to humble themselves and follow simple directions from the Fiduciary of Iaeosus 

So it's time to ask yourselves --- if Jesus paid for the debts of the whole world, once and forever on the Cross, all debts in all jurisdictions worldwide --- why is Satan still here with his hand out?  

I asked this question once before and received an interesting answer from Gaia, also known as Mars---- the day of the Crucifixion is the day that the world acquired its debt to Iaeosus, and that is true.

And what is the summation of that debt in all respects?  

The debt we owe is love and gratitude and generosity toward others.  

The debt THEY owe is the complete and total erasure of all debts and all scarcity forever afterward.  I am here, as the Fiduciary of Iaeosus, to collect. 

I have told them so.  I have presented the private Payment Bond and Bill of Lading.  And as of January 7, 2018 --- a year and a day since the True Bill was presented --- none of THEM have any excuse.  Full payment and settlement of all debt worldwide is due.  

And so is a Thousand Years of Peace. 

They may not like it, but what is true is true.  

So we have the Simple Solution --- nationalization of all the Municipal and Territorial corporations, including the central banks.   And we have the Simplest Solution ---  the conversion of Satan's Kingdom to Truth --- the end of debt, scarcity, fraud, and blasphemy.  

The United Nations is hereby put on Notice that the United States has no known population and no "domestic population" to experiment upon other than the Seven

Insular States of the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. and that any deployment of weather modification weaponry by the USAF against any other target including SANTA ROSA otherwise known as Santa Rosa, California, is a violation of the ENMOD Treaty and the Genocide Treaty.  

The United Nations is also hereby put on Notice that the United States Army is a sub-part of the American Armed Forces that has been functioning under delegated authority which it has abused.  We are undertaking our own corrective action to ensure that it resumes its proper duties and do not  allow any presumptions regarding our national sovereignty by the United Nations or any employment of UN Corporation troops on our soil.

Putin Thanks Trump For CIA Tip-Off Which Helped Russia Prevent Terror Attack

Data provided by US was enough to track down and detain members of the extremist cell, says Putin

 

The Russian President Vladimir Putin has thanked his US counterpart Donald Trump for help in preventing a terrorist attack in St. Petersburg. Data provided by the CIA enabled Russian security services to find and detain terrorists.

The Russian leader expressed his gratitude in a telephone call, adding that the Russian security services would also always share information with their US colleagues, were they to obtain data on any planned attacks on US soil.
Putin also asked Trump to convey his compliments to the CIA director, Mike Pompeo, as well as to the operatives that gathered the information about the terrorists. He said that the data provided by the US was enough to track down and detain the members of the extremist cell.

Earlier, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) arrested the members of a terrorist cell linked to Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) in the Russian city of St. Petersburg. The extremists were planning a series of attacks on public places, including a suicide bombing and an explosion in Kazan’s Cathedral in the center of the city.

During the raid, conducted overnight from Wednesday to Thursday, the FSB seized a large amount of explosives, weapons and ammunition and dismantled a bomb-making workshop. The members of the cell that coordinated their plans with IS masterminds abroad were plotting an attack on the Kazan Cathedral in St. Petersburg – one of the most iconic landmarks of the city.

Earlier this week, FSB head Aleksandr Bortnikov reported foiling a terrorist plot which would have involved bombings during the New Year celebrations and the upcoming presidential election campaign. The schemes also involved a cell with links to IS.

Commercial Feudalism

Some time ago I used the term “Commercial Feudalism” to describe the new face of the old evil in our midst.  It’s very simple.  We have allowed corporations to act as kings, and they are now doing what kings do to subjects.  They are doing this in the name of profits instead of bloodlines, but it is the same system and has the same results.

Think:

A fan recently sent me an article about Karen Hudes and 188 national leaders all getting together and making more agreements for us.  A new “Treaty of Versailles”---or so they call it.   

I felt a grim and evil wave of sarcasm wash over me: as if we hadn’t had more than enough Treaties of Versailles already?  As if any of them were ever honored?

The words of crooks are never worth the paper they are printed on, not two hundred years ago, not now, not ever.  And calling it a “treaty” doesn’t make it one.  In case Karen forgot, actual sovereign governments make treaties.  Corporations do not.

Now ask yourselves what does “national leader” mean?

It turns out that all these “national leaders” are representing corporations--- not nations of people and not countries.  They are deciding the future of CANADA (INC.) and CHINA (INC.), for example, not Canada and China--- but they will willingly pretend that they have granted authority to make decisions for the people and the sovereign governments---when in fact they do not.

  

Picture the situation: you have a 188 Robber Barons all getting together with the Pirate Queen and foisting off their activities as the lawful process of actual sovereign governments --- and the victims are too dumbed down and complacent to realize that they are being cheated out of everything by these corporate suits and charlatans.

  

The UNITED STATES (INC.) is not our government, and neither is the USA (INC.) and neither is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (INC.) and neither is THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT (INC.) and so on and on.  Our actual government is not and has never been and can never be incorporated. Period.

So how can this be happening?

Pretend that you are an alien from outer space and you are confused.  You look around and you see all these huge American corporations so you assume that they represent America, right? 

In a sense, they do, but in the sense of being our rightful government, they do not.  Therein lies the rub.

In a feudal system there is a King who extracts labor and money from his subjects to run the kingdom.  In the realm of commercial feudalism, the parent corporation extracts money and labor from its franchisees to run the operation.  There is no practical difference.

The various Presidents and CEOs are elected instead of inheriting their office, but so what?  Once in office they act as kings and queens: name their nobles as senior vice-presidents, secretaries of this and that, district managers, and partners, establish corporate “policies” as laws, form alliances with some companies, declare “war” on others, and most importantly for this discussion --- tax, traffic, obligate, and parasitize their employees to gain their objectives.

This may somewhat be condoned as it applies to actual employees, as the actual employees have knowingly and voluntarily agreed to exchange their rights for benefits and have sold their time on Earth for a price---but what about the serfs?  ---people who don’t get a paycheck from the corporation and who are simply bullied into giving time and money to the corporation as a result of racketeering and extortion by bands of paid thugs?

IRS Agents or Inquisitors.  Flip a coin.

It’s the same system.  It functions in exactly the same way.

The same unbridled, lawless, uncontrolled lusts for power and money that drove the European Monarchies have been carried forward globally by corporations today, to create their own form of feudalism.

And we, the people and actual governments that charter these organizations are being enslaved, just as the serfs were enslaved--- only worse.

The most abused serfs in Europe during the Middle Ages gave up 25% of the value of their labor and time to the King.  Today, it is not uncommon for people to be taxed over 60% of their labor and time to support various levels and layers of incorporated government--- and the perpetrators who benefit from this system tell us that this is “voluntary” while they put their boots to our throats, press-gang us into military service, steal our identities and traffic our children as industrial products of sweat labor contracts.

  

They have even gone so far as to proclaim that we have no rights at all.  And no ability to own property. And that we are incompetent.  Behind our backs, they call us “livestock” and treat us as such--- all while taking their sustenance from our pockets and reducing the quality of our lives for their own enrichment.

By any rational standard, these people are criminals.  Al Capone would blush.

But hey, if you are content to be a mindless serf in a feudal system, the modern corporations are well on their way to creating a seamless program of indoctrination and “life-cycle harvesting” ---their exact words---  designed to make false commercial claims against you and your natural assets from the moment of your conception.

Let’s give you just one simple and old (circa 1700) example of this organized criminality and the reason they want to kill billions of people now.

Once they have glommed onto your Given Name and created a franchise for themselves named after you, they issue bonds based on the estimated value of your lifetime labor and estate.  Let’s just say that this amount is $600,000.00 USD per baby.  They deposit these bonds with the Depository Trust Corporation which then issues the credit to the perpetrators.  At the same time, they take out million dollar life insurance policies on their new chattel.

See the schtick now?

They just pledged your lifetime earnings and the value of whatever assets you might own to investors--- $600,000.00 worth---and got paid for selling an interest in “YOU”--- and then they turned around and set up a life insurance policy on “YOU” worth $1,000,000.00. 

Talk about a safe bet, no?

When you die, they are guaranteed to make back the bond amount plus a tidy profit.

And if you die sooner, they turn their profit sooner.  That’s why the emphasis on infanticide and baby killing.

Not only that, if they kill their Priority Creditors they don’t have to pay back what they already owe to them, get to claim all the “abandoned” assets left behind by the victims of whatever Holocaust they unleash, and, they get to charge all their expenses off onto the survivors – as payment owed for the service of killing everyone.

Of course, according to them, there is always some noble purpose involved in this filthy business, and just as predictably, there never is. 

Now the criminals responsible for these vile practices and evil circumstances are throwing fits and making threats, as their plans have failed and all their aims have gone astray.  They are going to destroy the world, they brag, as if this were something notable and good---or even anything different from all that they’ve ever done.

No matter what they say, the horrors of Corporate Feudalism will not be allowed: the Lion of Judah stands in their way and the Kingdom of Heaven has come, so they must flee like empty shadows and soon they will be gone.

Please Note -- The State Chartered Credit Unions Are Ours

The State Chartered Credit Unions are held under the charter of The United States of America (Unincorporated).   They are specifically designed to serve living people and unincorporated businesses.  

As such, they don't offer all the services of commercial banks, but they do offer all the advantages of private banking---- meaning security from bail-outs and bail-ins, relative freedom from government snooping, the ability to deal in actual assets and money, and many other advantages.

By the time we realized this most of the state chartered credit unions were long dead and gone, but since we realized it there has been a remarkable resurgence and proliferation of groups getting organized under state charters and, more importantly, established "federal credit unions"  converting their federal and "state of state" charters over to actual state charters.  

Here in Alaska we were down to just one state chartered credit union, Credit Union One, a small, down-at-heels institution for sure, with nothing very impressive to recommend it, except that it is private and safe and secure in a way that other institutions are not.  Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder, and according to one's purposes.  

If you want a safer, more private, more people-oriented banking experience and the ability to deal in actual assets and lawful money, look for a state chartered credit union.  It may take a little research to find one and you will need to ask questions to make sure that what you are dealing with is not "state of state" or federal credit union simply using the word "state" or a state's name as part of their business name. 

The people at our local state credit union were pleasantly surprised that we knew the difference and had come looking for them. It was almost like Old Home Week, with smiles and knowing nods and evident gratification on their faces that somebody, somewhere, finally woke up and realized that living people need to do their banking with institutions specifically chartered to serve and protect them and their assets. 

Among all the other things that you never knew and which nobody told you and which you are learning here, write this one down:  state chartered credit unions have the correct charter to serve the living people and their unincorporated businesses.  Such credit unions can interface with the commercial banking world and be "in it, but not of it" --- certainly an important point for Christians and anyone else who doesn't care to be part of the current commercial system. 

So--- look around and start making changes and conscious decisions.  One bank isn't just like another.  Seriously review the services that a state chartered credit union provides and see if those services are sufficient for your needs.  In most cases, the answer will be yes, and you will be better off in terms of privacy, security, and service to make the switch to a state chartered credit union.

The Crux of Non-Representation

Following the so-called Civil War --- never forget that it wasn't actually a war because it was never declared by our Congress and never ended by peace treaty --- place holder "States" were established in the Territorial Government system.  

These "States" were predicated on the theory that everyone would now be considered "Dual Citizens" owing obligations to both the actual state of the union and the federal government.  No such authorization or agreement on the part of the American states and people exists.  No act by our Continental Congress allows it. This was simply presumed as an administrative action on the part of the Territorial Government as a part of "reconstruction" and it was excused as an "emergency measure"---for which there is no provision in our law, either. 

The people then-serving in the State Legislatures of the late 1860's and onward, were  presumed to adopt the new Dual Citizenship and to wear two hats --- when wearing one hat, they took on the character and duty of American state nationals and acted "for" the "absent" actual land jurisdiction state government and created "Session Laws", and when wearing the other hat, they operated as "federal state" citizens and passed "State Statutes" governing the "State of State" organizations.  

But no man can serve two masters..... as time passed, the people elected to serve in these offices lost track of the situation.  Occasions when Session Laws were passed were few and far between, because all the day to day operations and issues were being handled by the "State of State"--- like the "State of Washington" organizations which are all federal corporation franchises having nothing much to do with our actual government at all. 

One of the peculiarities of this situation is that members of the Bar Associations were allowed to hold office in these placeholder State Legislatures, in direct opposition to the actual Constitutional Amendment that prohibits people who hold foreign titles of nobility like "Esquire" from holding any office in our government.

The same thing has occurred in the "United States Congress".  

There are exceptions where they did it right and excluded Bar Association members from voting on Session Laws directly impacting the land jurisdiction and the living people, but over time things got sloppy and confused, and fewer and fewer members of both the Congress and the "State" legislatures were able to act in unincorporated sovereign capacity because more Bar Members ran for office and the non-Bar members of both Congress and the "State" Legislatures were (and are) placed in the minority as a result.  

I haven't looked at the statistics for some time, but at one time in the 1990's --if memory serves me-- only seven out of a hundred US Senators were non-Bar. 

This leads to a situation where we, the actual states and people, are grossly under-represented both in Congress and in "State Legislatures"----and leads to other unanticipated and unwanted evils, too. 

For example, when it comes to real brass-tacks issues impacting the living people and the actual land and soil of our country, power is concentrated in the hands of a very, very few members of Congress who are not Bar Association Members.  And there is no guarantee that these individuals will be fair-minded with respect to the entire country's needs and no guarantee that they will have the correct information, brain power, and skill set needed to make good decisions for the country as a whole.  

We have a hundred United States Senators, two from each state, for a reason.  What happens when you suddenly only have seven Senators able to vote on an issue that impacts everyone in the country? 

Over ninety percent of the people are not being represented at all---and this is happening in a country that is supposed to be the flag-ship of representative government worldwide. 

The same exact thing happens in the "State" Legislatures throughout the country. 

Either they prohibit the Bar Members from voting on these all-important issues

as required by the actual Constitution and thereby grossly under-represent and marginalize the constituents the Bar Members are supposed to be representing, or they allow the Bar Members to vote and taint the results, because Bar Members are prohibited from holding office in the actual land jurisdiction government. 

Damned if you do and damned if you don't.  

Clearly, our system is broken and sputtering and it has been for a long, long time. 

The further consequence of this ongoing situation which is an unresolved hold-over from the Reconstruction Era, is that the Bar Members take their revenge by marginalizing and isolating the few non-Bar members serving in the Congress and the "State" Legislatures.  

Look how they treated Ron Paul?  Even he didn't appear to know why he was the Ugly Step-Child, but it is easy enough to see why.  He wasn't a Bar Member.  He was one of the special few who would hold the disproportionate share of power if and when any truly important action was required, but in the same token, he was by definition cut out of the Bar Association Good Ole Boys Club. 

I am reminded of a friend from my college days.  "Bob" was drop-dead gorgeous.  As a result, none of the girls would even speak to him, except for me--- because then as now, I didn't give a fig for appearances good or bad.  He was lonely and perplexed.  Why didn't anyone like him?  Well, as I explained, the girls were afraid to speak to him and the boys were jealous and hated his guts.  

That's the situation that a non-Bar member of Congress faces.  The other non-Bar members are a mixed bag of misfits jealous of their peculiar power once they discover that they have it, and the Bar Members hate all of them by definition.  To a greater or lesser extent, the same things go on in the "State" Legislatures across the country.  

All of this and more is the result of unfinished business left over from the Civil War.  Even our friends are left shaking their heads. How could such a thing be?  How stupid and lazy are the American people?  To leave their sovereign government compromised and in limbo for six generations? 

Yet, this is what has gone on here. 

Ask the Congressional Research Service.  Most of the Reconstruction Acts have never been repealed, and our country has been left functioning on two cylinders ever since. 

So if the interests of the people and the actual land jurisdiction states of the union are 90% or more unrepresented in Congress and to a greater or lesser extent also disenfranchised from being represented in the "State" Legislatures, who or what is being represented?  

Public employees are being represented, so well represented that they now own and control the Fortune 500 Companies via their pension plan managers.  Banks and insurance companies and other large corporations are being represented and given Big Slices of the national pie.  And of course, the Bar Association Members who dominate everything day to day are licking up all the juice and leftovers. 

Joe Average gets the bill.  Why?  Because he isn't being represented by this "representative" government.  

The few people who aren't Bar Members occupying offices in the "State" Legislatures and Congress are mostly clueless, inept, and haven't studied history or law.  They are like sheep guarded by dogs (the military) in a pen full of sheep-eating snakes. 

They may survive like Ron Paul, but also like Ron Paul, they won't get anything done. They won't figure out how to exercise their unique powers.  They won't be able to bring our country back from the edge of oblivion ---- until and unless the rest of us wake up.  

Rule One: never vote a Bar Member into any office.  Never.  Not even Dog Catcher. 

Rule Two: learn to identify, support, and make use of the few representatives you have.  

Rule Three: push the military to do its actual job and support the actual Constitution owed to this country and its people. 

Rule Four: educate yourselves and others so that you can identify the problems and take effective action to restore your lawful government at every level. 

The problem with this country is that we, the actual states and people, are being grossly under-represented in the "State" Legislatures and in the Congress, for the reasons just described.  The further problem is that public employees and corporate interests, especially corporate banking and insurance interests, are being grossly over-represented.  

The best and quickest way out of this conundrum is to organize your local jural assemblies at the county level (see Michigan General Jural Assembly for help) and begin the process of educating your family, friends, and neighbors.  

America has been running on two cylinders for far too long.  It's time to reconstruct the "Reconstruction".

BLM and FBI Criminality Exposed, Exposed, Exposed....

After you watch it, and in full view of all that it implies---- get moving and shaking.  

The "Shadow Government" is purely and simply all the federal agencies taken together.  These Agencies came into existence between 1900 and 1940 for the most part, with a few being added over the years since then.  We call them the "alphabet soup" agencies because of the acronyms used to name these entities: FBI, FEMA, IRS, BATF, BLM, DHS, etc.

None of these entities are authorized by our government to exist, much less are they authorized to exercise governmental authority of any kind in our behalf. They are not specifically authorized to operate on our soil. but have only been allowed to do so as subcontractors of the federal government corporations which have farmed out their responsibilities to subsidiaries.  

I repeat--- these entities are not part of the actual government at all and never have been.  They are subcontractors and/or franchises and/or subsidiaries working for parent corporations, in the same way that Dairy Queen, Inc. might own its own dairies or contract for services from a paper products company to make all its cardboard lunch boxes and paper cups. 

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC.---which is a private, foreign corporation -- owns and operates both the BLM and FBI.  These entities are in the business of providing "governmental services" ---they are not the government.  

The BLM is supposed to be acting as a property manager in behalf of the people of this country, taking care of our public lands in a proprietary capacity, that is, not as an owner but as a caretaker-for-hire.

So imagine the situation?  

You hire these yahoos to take care of your land and they do rotten illegal things with it, they deprive you of your use of it, they lord it over you and act as if they own it ---- and when you protest this bad behavior and call them on it, they pretend that they don't know who you are or what your interest is, and they draw guns on you and trespass on your private property and arrest you under false pretenses and color of law.  

And they sit around and plot and conspire against you as if you were the "enemy" instead of the actual heir and owner of the land, and they tell ugly jokes and threaten your family and rustle your cattle--- all while taking their paychecks out of your pocket and making money off their misadministration of your assets.

In the case of the Bundys, the BLM and FBI are "sister organizations" run under the auspices of the same federal parent corporation doing business as THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC. --- which is not our government, but merely a foreign for-profit corporation operating under a deliberately deceptive name.

This is a situation where a whole "family" of commercial corporations was involved and had conflicts of interest that were not apparent to the public---  the FBI was called in to protect the interests of the BLM because both organizations are owned and run by the same parent corporation---  and so the FBI had a decided, non-disclosed,and self-interested motive to back up every claim the BLM made.   

In other words, the FBI and BLM colluded and conspired against the Bundys, like two families working for the same Mafia Don.   

And, bear in mind, these are gangs with guns acting under color of law pretending to "represent" our government, when in fact they are just for-profit corporate contractors hired as subcontractors to do work for us, acting as armed thugs.  

So they have abused the actual property owners, violated their constitutional guarantees, physically abused them, stolen their property, trespassed on their land, used guns paid for with the Bundy's own money to threaten them, and continued to take their paychecks from the Bundy's taxes and from rents and fees coming in from the Bundy's public land assets, kept them under false arrest and cost them unknown thousands of dollars and years in jail----all under color of law. 

How's that for "service"?  

What has followed is a three year nightmare of abuse of power, false arrest, conspiracy against the actual Constitution and against the actual land owners---- all done to them by their own run amok and misdirected and ignorant employees.  

The unlawful prosecution --- and persecution --- of the Bundys is coming to an end.  

I can hardly wait for the prosecution of the actual criminals to begin. 

For starters, I think the Bundys and their friends should have the pleasure of firing every man and woman employed by the BLM and FBI and State of Nevada court system, who took any part in any of this.

Get out your Easy Rider Soundtracks and your grainy old audio files of Thunderclap Newman singing "Something in the Air", sit back on your heels and howl:  "We've got to get together sooner or later, because the Revolution is here.....and you know that it's right!" 

This is our country.  We are the employers.  We aren't going to sit here like sheep.  We aren't going to let our employees feed on us like parasites and run extortion rackets against us under color of law. We won't let them embezzle us blind at the behest of foreign banking interests, either.    

We aren't going to be silent.  We aren't going to be afraid in our own houses anymore.  We aren't going to listen to biased foreign-owned media anymore.  We aren't going to let our enemies educate our children anymore.  We aren't going to be ear-tagged and vaccinated like cattle anymore.  We aren't going to be "registered". 

We are not accepting any "title"----Mister, Miss, Missus, Esquire--- none of it.  

We are not residents, not citizens, not "Withholding Agents", not "persons", and we are not putting up with this crap anymore. 

If the "United States Army" wants to eat, it had better start doing its job and ride herd on the operations of the Bar Associations.  It better honor its actual duty to protect us, our assets, our money, and our borders.  

Or guess what? There isn't going to be a "United States Army" anymore.  No misnamed "Department of Defense" either.  

We will roll it all over--- every jeep, every tank, every airfield, hammer, and drum of oil-- to the the "American Armed Forces" and tell the vermin among us to do what damage they may with the Puerto Rican Navy and the Home Guard on Guam. 

It's our Army. Our money. Our sons and daughters.  Nobody else's.  

Any banks don't like it?  Nationalize them and their assets.  Now.  Every penny and franc goes back to the rightful owners.  All the stock portfolios and bonds, too. 

Congress? Wants to run its little Municipal Government as a Ponzi Scheme against us? Run up all sorts of unauthorized expenses,claim bankruptcy for themselves, and leave us holding the bag?  Oh, yeah?  

Quarantine the rats to their ten square miles. After a couple of months of embargo, all the people left in Washington, DC will take a democratic 51% vote and eat each other; the rest of us will be rid of them and all the things they have done "for" us and to us and "in our names" at last.  

Nationalize all 185,000 municipal corporations that have been chartered under our delegated authority.  Nationalize all territorial corporations that have been chartered under our delegated authority. Nationalize every corporate patent, trademark, service mark, font, style, land description and time marker created under our delegated authority. 

Fly your United States Civil Flag and stand there and smile--- because guess what?  You are an American civilian and you are owed the Law of Peace and this really is your country and you are the only reason any government exists at all. 

You are the ones that the government--at all levels--is supposed to serve.
