However, before actual proceedings began, defence counsel team leader Jason Kay Kit Leon raised two preliminary objections. The first objection was a supposed lack of jurisdiction by the tribunal to try the former leaders. The other was on grounds of apparent bias by one of the judges, due to previous involvement in other international tribunals for war crimes. Judge Nilourfer Bhagwat was requested to recluse herself from the tribunal as she had previously served as a judge with the Tokyo International Tribunal for War Crimes in Afghanistan as well as a prosecutor in a different tribunal against Bush. The defence counsel said Bhagwat would not be able to be fair at the KL war crime proceedings. After a 20-minute adjournment to discuss the defence counsel's objection of apparent bias, Bhagwat decided to recluse herself and left the chambers. Retired Federal Court judge Datuk Abdul Kadir Sulaiman, heading the tribunal, along with five other judges, proceeded to hear the defence counsel's first objection. Defence counsel argued that the tribunal lacked the jurisdiction to try the former leaders as it did not have the mandate of the UN Security Council. Kay cited several international criminal tribunal cases which had the authorisation of the UN, including the international criminal tribunal for Rwanda. "The mandate for the UN is necessary when we wish to indict war criminals," he said, adding that the tribunal would be usurping the UN's power of authority by carrying out its own trial. "Verdicts which have no legal effect are purposeless in upholding justice or maintaining international peace." Chief prosecutor Professor Gurdial S. Nijar and his team countered this argument by saying that the tribunal was a trial of conscience. "War crimes have universal jurisdiction in that anyone can bring war criminals to account for their actions." He also said the KL tribunal was complementary to the UN in trying to establish a body of law in relation to war crimes. The tribunal overruled the second defence objection and proceeded with the trial. The hearing will end on Nov 22. Bush and Tony Blair, charging the former officials for the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan, Press TV reports. The tribunal will determine whether the former US president and British prime minister committed war crimes and violated international law during the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq. The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal is an initiative by Malaysia's former Premier Mahathir Mohamad, who staunchly opposes US-led military adventures in various troubled regions. The hearing comes after two years of in-depth investigation, including testimonials from Iraqi war victims by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission. According to the Kuala Lumpur War Commission, both Bush and Blair had participated in the formulation of executive orders and directives to exclude the applicability of all international conventions and laws. One complainant told the commission in 2009 that he was mistakenly detained and kept for six years in Guantanamo Bay under harsh conditions. A notification of the trial was served to known addresses of the two, and to the US Embassy and the UK High Commission in Kuala Lumpur on September 19, 2011. This comes at a time when the Perdana Global Peace Foundation has mounted a war crimes exhibition in the Malaysian capital. The exhibition put on display gory images of decapitated bodies, to educate the public about the inhumane effects of war. The exhibition also featured the infamous Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq along with life-sized mannequins to show the abuse and torture of prisoners by the US army. Message from SaLuSa by Mike Quinsey - November 21, 2011 Once you have made up your mind where you are going, let no one divert you from your goal and know that you have been preparing for this period for a long time. You have come this far and should by now know exactly what you have been working towards. Your karma should to all intents and purposes almost be at an end, and in this lifetime many of you have elected to clear it away completely. Do not concern yourself if you know that there is still work to be done, as whatever remains at the time of Ascension can be covered by the Law of Grace and is not therefore carried forward. Because of karma, many relationships have suffered but please remember that once you have left this dimension you can easily come together again. You will accept that your Earth family were put in place for the outworking of the collective karma of you all, and once you drop your roles that puts an end to the matter. Families often incarnate together many times over, and as you can imagine play different roles even moving from one sex to another, and often reversing their roles. This is one reason why you should refrain from judging others, as until you return to the higher dimensions you will not have a complete picture explaining the "whys" and "wherefores" of your experiences. Be assured that of necessity you will at times have played a role as one of the dark Ones. This does not necessarily mean anything other than that you have had lives with negative attitudes. Everything around you works perfectly in accordance with Universal Law, and of that you should be pleased. Otherwise you would experience real chaos with little possibility of escaping the consequences. The unenlightened amongst you largely believe that to be the case now, and without your faith in the future see no way out of the world problems. This is why we urge our allies to conclude their activities, so that we can arrange disclosure and move it on to contact with you. It is essential that all of those souls who have little or no understanding of who they really are get help. We believe that once we have been officially recognized and invited to land on Earth, our presence will be seen as friendly and our plan to raise you up as acceptable to you. Part of the preparations for it will of course involve removing the dark Ones from every position of authority, as once we commence the cleansing we want to be able to speed ahead without delays. Isn't the dream now coming true for you, that one day peace would descend upon Earth, and war would be permanently ended. Peace has already commenced and for sometime we have kept the peace on your behalf. Not once, but many times over the last half century, we have stopped deliberate actions that were intended to start another World War. It even goes on now, but we have stepped in and prevented nuclear devices being used. There are some dark groups that flourish when wars are taking place, and for example have no qualms in supplying arms to both sides in conflict. That has been going on for quite a long time, and has proved very profitable. The dealers in death are being closed down, and their weapons and equipment will soon become defunct. There were times some thousands of years ago when you did not know any better, and the Human Race was very much inclined to see strangers as a threat to their existence. Now you are coming together, having recognized that you are All One, and that your progress would be best served by co-operation. After all, you are all ultimately going to be heading for the same goal, as you seek to return to the Source of All That Is. Every soul by some means or another will see us very soon, and we will enlighten you where stumbling blocks prevent you from accepting the truth as will be given by us. At present you are finding it difficult to even consider that your beliefs could be called into question, yet without letting go you will be unable to move on. Do we not say that you should trust your intuition, and that advice is never going to be more important than it is now. This way your Higher Self will move you into situations that will supply the answers that you need. On top of that you do of course have your Guides and Angelic Beings, and you can turn to them if you need advice. You are never alone but your Guides cannot release you from all experiences, as some are necessary for your evolution and for you to go through. Live your talk now, as that is very important at a time when events can appear very confusing to many people. You can then help others with your knowledge and it will be particularly useful where disinformation is concerned. Sorting the truth from the lies is not for the uninformed, but it can be a powerful challenge even for the Lightworkers. The fact that the media is still very much restrained and subject to censorship does not help, but the fear of contradicting falsities is not as great as it was and more openness is taking place. Bribery and corruption are almost endemic within many countries of the world, and that will have to change very soon. These matters are all under our consideration, so that we can find ways to assist you. The media must earn the respect of the people, and this equally applies to politics that have been rife with charlatans and criminals. It must change, and change very quickly so that trust is restored. The calls for change from you, supported by the demonstrations that are still active are on going, and the authorities cannot stop them spreading. The energy has so to say a life of its own, and is attracted to like energy which receives a boost from it. That this time should have arrived is not surprising, as you have been building up the impetus for many years. Now you are about to reap the reward of your persistence in the face of much resistance, that has been severely weakened by the incoming Light energy. Regardless of the ups and downs along the way, you were always destined to win the battle with the dark Ones so there is nothing to worry about - you are the victorious ones. In the not too distant future we shall be celebrating it together, and what a time we shall have. We do not think you have yet fully grasped what a magnificent achievement it will be, and how far reaching it will be. There you were, face to face with someone whose views and belief system should have been opposed to all that you and I stand for. Instead, you found a scholar of great renown whose extensive research fits entirely with what I have disclosed since my passing. This meeting did not happen by chance. It needed someone to come forward whose beginnings were similar to my own, and who, like me, had the vision and intellect to know that we had to free ourselves from the chains of control, both mental as well as physical, so as to engage fully with the research we were driven to do. How interesting for you that we both found the truth. I lived by it as he now lives by it. As you know, my dear, it is not an easy path. It was not easy for me, and I may say that it is even worse for Gilad, as the control system that they believed to be invincible is falling apart, so they attack mercilessly, those who dare to question it. He chose, like me, to be born into it: it is only then that you understand fully the mind control involved. They are a people totally driven by material values, who are not allowed to question, whose only purpose is to own and control, to manipulate all around them. They use FEAR to do this. At last, mankind has opened his mind to all that is. People are remembering who they are. One race cannot, and will not, rule Planet Earth. Many of them are victims also. They failed to question or research what they were given to believe. They followed like sheep. Will they all fall together or will some have the courage to seek the real truth. But you are not ready to receive it, as yet. You have too many other important things to deal with, just now. You need to protect your planet and your fellow humans. Love, yes, love, is always the answer. Where there is love, there is light. Where there is light, the darkness cannot penetrate. Please, please, take this on board. Live by it ! When attacked, do not retaliate: smile, do not buy into the attack. You know better. The truth is all around you. Do not allow yourselves to be fooled again. Say NO to war. Together, you are strong. Look into the innocent faces of your children. Promise them that you will help to create a better world for them, where they will live in peace and harmony with all nations. The reason that there is so much disharmony is because the people who are in control of your governments are not visible to you. If they were, you would fully understand what you are up against. We work alongside you, but you do not see us, as we are on another level of consciousness. Most of you are still on the third level and so cannot see or hear us. But it does not mean for one moment that we are not there. All this will change when you rise to the fifth dimension. There will be no hiding place for them, then. This is why they do all in their power to delay the inevitable rise to the fifth dimension. We promise that it will be everything you could hope it to be. We are busy, putting things in place. We are also removing certain people from your planet in preparation for the big transition. We are not bound by time. They’re trying to intimidate you.” Saint John Hunt knows how badly “they” can f** with you. He helped his CIA-agent father Howard conceal money and documents during the Watergate scandal, and suffered the pain of having his mother, Dorothy Hunt, blown out of the sky under circumstances that are far beyond suspicious. So Saint John Hunt gets my vote as one America’s greatest living heroes, for having the guts to stand up and tell the truth about his father’s confession to participating in the LBJ-approved, CIA-orchestrated assassination of John F. Kennedy. His family didn’t want him to do it, the lawyers didn’t want him to do it, and of course the CIA didn’t want him to do it. But Saint John Hunt chose to live up to his arrangement with his dying father, who apparently felt some ambivalent remorse about his participation in “The Big Event” and, at the end of his life, asked his son to help expose the truth. Remember, not only did you contribute to Social Security but your employer did too. It totaled 15% of your income before taxes. If you averaged only $30K over your working life, that's close to $220,500. 

If you calculate the future value of $4,500 per year (yours & your employer's contribution) at a simple 5% (less than what the govt. pays on the money that it borrows), after 49 years of working you'd have $892,919.98. 

If you took out only 3% per year, you'd receive $26,787.60 per year and it would last better than 30 years (until you're 95 if you retire at age 65) and that's with no interest paid on that final amount on deposit! If you bought an annuity and it paid 4% per year, you'd have a lifetime income of $2,976.40 per month. 

The folks in Washington have pulled off a bigger Ponzi scheme than Bernie Madhoff ever had. 

Entitlement my ass, I paid cash for my social security insurance!!!! Just because they borrowed the money, doesn't make my benefits some kind of charity or handout!! 

Congressional benefits ---- free healthcare, outrageous retirement packages, 67 paid holidays, three weeks paid vacation, unlimited paid sick days, now that's welfare, and they have the nerve to call my social security retirement entitlements? 

We're "broke" and can't help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Home less. 

In the last months we have provided aid to Haiti, Chile, and Turkey. And now Pakistan ......home of bin Laden. Literally, BILLIONS of DOLLARS!!! 

Our retired seniors living on a 'fixed income' receive no aid nor do they get any breaks while our government and religious organizations pour Hundreds of Billions of $$$$$$'s and Tons of Food to Foreign Countries! 

They call Social Security and Medicare an entitlement even though most of us have been paying for it all our working lives and now when it’s time for us to collect, the government is running out of money. Why did the government borrow from it in the first place? Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT* gave 'US' the same support they give to other countries. 

Sad isn't it? 

99% of people won't have the guts to forward this.  I'm one of the 1% -- I Just Did.

Obama Removes American Flag from His Plane

Barack Obama recently finished a $500,000 total overhaul of his Boeing 757. And as part of the new design, he decided to remove the American flag from the tail.

What American running for President of the United States would remove the symbol of his country? And worse, he replaced the flag with a symbol of himself.
