Al Carone's daughter, Dee Ferdinand, told Daniel Hopsicker that her father was a CIA paymaster and a Colonel in Army Intelligence, had been sent to Dallas to pay off Jack Ruby before the Kennedy assassination. Se also claimed that 33 years later Carone performed the same function for the killing of Barry Seal. According to FAA investigator, Rod Stich, Carone was Oliver North's bagman.

At that time, I was unaware that the CIA contact was supposedly George DeM. This of course, suggests it was the wife and NOT the mother of Mike as I had previously thought.
That being the case, I think the whole Carone story is pure poppycock. To be plausibly Michael's wife, Carone would have to have named her as Ruth Hyde - the name she had at the time of the alleged approach.

This is so. But the existenece of such a doc with this error is revealing, (and also not necessarily poppycock in toto). Perhaps Casey (carelessly) tutored Carone? If so, why would he have done it at all? A red herring? Why? Because there IS indeed a conspiracy to deal(/cover) with? Where does this, if accepted as truth, lead one AWAY from (in time context)?

We know for certain that Paine didn't meet DeMohrenschildt until 1962 (unless they knew each other from Philaldelphia through DeMohrenschildt's second wife Dr. Sharpes), and we know for certain that DeMohrenschildt's CIA contact officer was G. Walton Moore (from 57-63). We also know that Ruth Paine's role was not that of a spotter or recruiter (that was one of Moore's jobs), and that Ruth Forbes Paine Young's connections to Allen Dulles are more direct, via Mary Bancroft, so Casey isn't necessary to the equation either.

I was assigned to the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) in London, England, during World War II.
During that time I befriended a young German soldier named Gunther [Russbacher, who later became one of the key covert operatives of the CIA-US secret criminal government]. I used Gunther and several other anti-Nazi German prisoners of war in OSS operations within Nazi Germany.

Colby candidly informed me that he had prepositioned more than one million pounds of cocaine in Panama between December 1, 1975 and April 1, 1976. This was done with the aid of our gallant ally, General Manuel Noriega. The cocaine was transported into El Salvador, Costa Rica and Honduras between 1976 and 1981. Colby now sat in front of me with hat in hand and requested my help in the delivery of the cocaine to the american [sic] market.
I was told that Colby was using a mutual friend of ours, Colonel Albert Vincent Carone, United States Army, Military Intelligence, to field A-6 and A-7. Al Carone is a charismatic patriot that General Joseph W. Stilwell introduced us to in late 1945. Beside the usual qualifications, Al Carone brought to the anti-communist effort a direct connection to his longtime friend, Vito Genovese. Genovese was the head of the gambling and narcotics for the controlling mafia family in New York to [sic] which Al Carone was made a member. Carone is a friend of international fugitive Robert Vesco. Carone has several anti-communist intelligence sources that include Maurita Lorenz, a friend of Fidel Castro.
Al Carone is the younger brother of Dr Pasquale Carone. Dr Carone worked for Central Intelligence on other matters.

Doesn't this sound a lot like Gregory Douglas' prelude to Operation ZIPPER, in which Nazi Gestapo officer Heinrich Muller didn't die at the end of WWII and was relocated to USA where he lived into the 70s and exposed by Douglas?

This story was a disinformation ploy promulgated by the Abwehr itself, as it prepared to go underground, with the collapse of the Third Reich. Far from ceasing to exist, Canaris later surfaced with a large number of his fellow Nazis in Oklahoma.

Doesn't this sound a lot like Gregory Douglas' prelude to Operation ZIPPER, in which Nazi Gestapo officer Heinrich Muller didn't die at the end of WWII and was relocated to USA where he lived into the 70s and exposed by Douglas?
One ex-Nazi associate of Canaris who did survived the post Hitler Assassination purge, and did come to USA and lived with Dulles' deputy Tom Braden - Hans B. Gisevius

94. Wild rumors about Canaris persist as a testament to his lasting fascination. The most extreme may be that he was smuggled to the United States by a secret team of the Knights Templar and resettled near Canaris, Oklahoma, where he died in 1973 - but not before using funds from the Knights Templar treasury to finance the assassinaiton of John F. Kennedy. Other funds from this treasury were later used to finance the crash of TWA 800 off New York's Long lsland.

Nazi disinformation legend, the head of the Abwehr, Admiral Canaris, was hanged in the nude at Flossenburg on 9th April 1945. This story was a disinformation ploy promulgated by the Abwehr itself, as it prepared to go underground, with the collapse of the Third Reich. Far from ceasing to exist, Canaris later surfaced with a large number of his fellow Nazis in Oklahoma.
Canaris, now calling himself Samuel Randall Pittmann, continued to direct the Abwehr/DVD, in part from Oklahoma City. The immigration records of these Nazis, including Canaris, were stored in the Murrah Building, and were destroyed in the Oklahoma Bombing.

When America's official intelligence agency was formed and placed outside the State Department's control, Hull created a secret intelligence and covert operations unit within the State Department. This unit still exists. It is called Consular Operations (ConsOps). Members of this unit sought out the survivors of the conspiracy to assassinate Hitler. The survivors and their families were smuggled out of Europe starting before the end of the war. They were brought into the United States. Out of the survivors of the Canaris Conspiracy, Faction Two was started.
Admiral Canaris Was Resettled in Oklahoma
After the assassination attempt failed to kill Hitler, many of Admiral Canaris' closest allies fled to the United States. The rest were horribly tortured and murdered. According to history books, Admiral Canaris was jailed and was about to be tortured to reveal the truth of the conspiracy when he swallowed cyanide and died. According to sources who are sons of the men of the Abwehr, however, Admiral Canaris escaped to the United States and lived in Oklahoma under the name of Samuel Randall Pittman, a lawyer. The men who told me the story of Admiral Canaris say he died in 1973, in Oklahoma.
The men who survived Hitler's purge and came to the United States were the ones who formed the CIG. When the CIG was replaced by the CIA, these men retreated to the shadow World where their Templar ancestors have lived for hundreds of years. In modern day parlance, they formed a covert spy network and continued to work against their age-old enemy, the men who make up the New World Order.

NARA does not appear to have a listing under last name Carone.
Personally, I know Carone and Dee Ferdinand are mentioned in one of the Volumes of Rodney Stich's Derauding America.

This article mentions not only Al Carone, but also Carone’s brother Pasquale Carone, whom Weston describes as a CIA Mind Control Expert associated with Harold Abramson.
In a rather more controversial passage the article asserts that Al Carone was one of the “unofficial shooters” in Dealey Plaza on the day of the assassination.
