Tim Turner is currently employed by FEMA His task was to gather a large
group of individuals who would resist the NWO.

Turner filed a lawsuit against the corporation (see attached) naming himself
and "et all, and" the Sovereign People of the Republic for the United States
of America."

note Cause; 42:1983 Civil Rights Act; this makes you a
14th amendment citizen - chattel of the corporation

Therefore he has named all of his database (et all, and) as 14th
amendment citizens/chattel in an action against the corporation
Since his name is an alias and an alias can not file a claim, he is
safe and not a plaintiff, only "et all, and" are the plaintiff's

Turner's only part of the lawsuit is to provide the list of "et all, and" to
the Feds. Hence, the datebase. Whether you signed under RAP and/or RuSA you
are "et all, and". You may have only shown interest or asked questions but
if they have your contact info you must assume you will be included as "et
all".
Turner must give FEMA the largest list he can because his mission was such a
flop. He only has 22 states left with a handful of people each holding
multiple offices. Whether he receives a flat rate or gets paid by the head
he will certainly pump his list whatever way he can for accolades and cash.
That is why Tim Pledger laughed with affirmation and glee at sending Turner
dissenters to FEMA camps.

Since his lawsuit is nothing more than another long diatribe which states no
claim upon which relief can be granted it will be dismissed as "frivolous"
and the plaintiff's will be liable for filing a false claim including but
not limited to attorney fees, there could be charges or not (NDAA). It was
written deliberately to dupe the people into thinking it is something of
significance when it's true and only purpose is to legally hand over the
database to the Feds.

Do not panick, do not dispair ... it's all a learning lesson and we are
learning.

All of us entered into the contracts we did in belief there was a meeting of
the minds to live as flesh and blood men and woman; the trinity of body,
mind and spirit ... in honor - peaceful, of our creator under common law ;
honor all your contracts * do not harm your neighbor

You entered the contract in honor, Turner and henchmen didn't.
That makes the contract null and void, to vacate your connection and keep
yourself safe make a public declaration. Write your own or use the attached
Let It Be Known document.
You can take it one step further and have it notarized, then get a
Certificate of Authority from either Superior Court or the Secretary of
State on the Notary because then it has two seals and that makes it a public
document. (You don't need it witnessed if you have it notarized and get the
certificate.)

I recently received a message from Mathew Hart, in which he tells me about a vision/message he received on December 31. Events quickly snowballed surrounded this vision/message and he has created not only a video of the message, but others have joined him to sponsor a worldwide meditation based on the message.
It’s a wonderful story and I’ll let Mathew tell you in his own words below.

Hi Pat,
I have a little story I’d like to share about a video I very recently created. On December 31, 2011, I awoke at 3:00 AM with a beautiful vision/message in my head for 2012 and beyond. I tried to go back to sleep but the message kept repeating in my head until I finally got out of bed and wrote it down. As I did this, I saw myself presenting the message in a video, and I somehow knew the video was in support of an event that was to take place within a month’s time. But that’s all I ”knew.”
Two days later, as I reread the vision/message, I decided that the idea for the video was silly, as whatever the mysterious event was supposed to be, I doubted such a thing could come together within a month’s time. Nevertheless, I felt compelled to post the vision/message on a Facebook Group that I belonged to — although, truth be told, even the idea of sharing the message in writing brought up doubt and anxiety.
But I did so in spite of myself! And I was soon very happy that I did.
Almost immediately, I began to receive responses from people around the world who were touched by the vision/message, including one woman, an artist from Jerusalem, who asked if she could organize a worldwide visualization/meditation with my vision/message as the basis for the event.
Of course, I responded with a resounding YES, to which she responded by giving me the event date she had in mind – January 21, 2012. Furthermore, she asked if perhaps I would consider making a video in support of the event. Needless to say, I said YES again, made the video, and uploaded it to YouTube the very next night.
Two and a half days later, as I sit here writing out this story, the feedback has been steady and amazing as the video and its associated visualization/meditation event spreads across the internet. Zingdad just endorsed the video/event today and has been inspired to create a guided meditation video in support of the event.

On December 31, 2011, I woke in the middle of the night with the message in this video. When I posted this message two days later on an FB group, I was invited by Pearl Lee-Ora Landsman to use it as the basis for a world-wide visualization/meditation that she had in mind — thus, I went ahead and created this video to spread the message and to promote this event.
Regarding the January 21st visualization/meditation, assuming you have some experience with this kind of activity, you will begin with your regular grounding preparations. If you are new to visualization/meditation, we recommend that you begin by asking Source/the Universe/God for protection, healing and guidance. Then, you might wish to read the vision statement from this video (see below) to focus and align your energy.
Once you have done that, Pearl has suggested that you imagine a boardroom — a room for executives in heaven — and you invite into this boardroom experts in the particular field that you would like assistance with. If at any time during your visualization/meditation, you hear the names of experts, either those who have gone before or those who are alive in the world with us today, welcome them, thank them for joining us, explain the issues that concern you, whether personal or global, and ask for advice. Of course, be prepared for a response — whether that response is visual, emotional or auditory, though, please know that having no response is perfectly okay too.
Your participation is more important than getting/sensing immediate results! The Lucis (Lucifer) Trust and Brainwashing Propaganda

The Lucis Trustis the Publishing House which prints and disseminates United Nations material. It is a devastating indictment of the New Age and Pagan nature of the UN. Lucis Trust was established in 1922 as "Lucifer Trust" by Alice Bailey as the publishing company to disseminate the books of Bailey and Blavatsky and the Theosophical Society. The title page of Alice Bailey's book, 'Initiation, Human and Solar' was originally printed in 1922, and clearly shows the publishing house as 'Lucifer Publishing CoIn 1923.'

Bailey changed the name to Lucis Trust, because Lucifer Trust revealed the true nature of the New Age Movement too clearly. (Constance Cumbey, The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow, p. 49). A quick trip to any New Age bookstore will reveal that many of the hard-core New Age books are published by Lucis Trust.

In an Alice Bailey book called "Education for a New Age"; she suggests that in the new age "World Citizenship should be the goal of the enlightened, with a world federation and a world brain." To this end, the Lucis Trust, under the leadership of Foster and Alice Bailey, started a group called 'World Goodwill' - an official non-governmental organization within the United Nations. The stated aim of this group is,

"to cooperate in the world of preparation for the reappearance of the Christ"

But the esoteric work inside the UN does not stop with such recognized occult groupings. Much of the impetus for this process was initiated through the officership of two Secretary-Generals of the UN, Dag Hammarskjöld (held office: 1953-1961) and U Thant (held office: 1961-1971) who succeeded him, and one Assistant Secretary-general, Dr. Robert Muller. In a book written to celebrate the philosophy of Teilhard de Chardin (and edited by Robert Muller), it is revealed,

U.N. plans to bring together 1,000 world religious leaders

A global summit bringing 1,000 religious leaders to the United Nations will disclose some participants next week, good news to U.N. officials eager to plan security and protocol for the unprecedented Aug. 28-29 event. The "working list" to be issued Tuesday will not include personages such as Pope John Paul II and probably not the Dalai Lama, who reports no invitation. But the Vatican's Cardinal Francis Arinze, a Nigerian, will make the trek to New York City as will spiritual leaders from countries such as Peru who have never before left their native soils.
"The leaders we've met in Africa, and Europe and Asia and Russia understand the opportunity," said Dena Merriam, a vice chairman of the summit. "The challenge is to have so many top leaders, and they all have something to say," she said. Miss Merriam, who has traveled with the summit's Secretary-General Bawa Jain to enlist participants, noted that even heads of state are given no more than five minutes to make remarks at the United Nations.
The Millennium World Peace Summit of Religious and Spiritual Leaders is organized by an "independent coalition" of interfaith leaders, and is being held in a year when nongovernmental organizations, or NGOs, are seeking use of the General Assembly chamber more than usual.
"We're hoping in the next two weeks that their program will begin to gel," a U.N. official said.
"Any event that takes place in the General Assembly room requires major concern for security, protocol, the political [aspects], and making sure the program is compatible with the work of the United Nations," he said.
NGO use of the chamber averages about four times a year, but this year it will be roughly 10 times.
The Millennium World Peace Summit of Religious and Spiritual Leaders opens Aug. 28 with an afternoon procession into the General Assembly and sessions all the next day. It moves for two more days to the nearby Waldorf Astoria hotel. The summit was announced last October after "conversations" between media mogul Ted Turner and U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan, who will address the session of "the world's pre-eminent" spiritual leaders.
One casualty of the inevitable political delicacies may be the Dalai Lama, spiritual leader of Tibet. China holds one of five permanent seats on the U.N. Security Council and long has opposed his speaking at the United Nations. "His Holiness has not been invited to the summit," an Office of Tibet spokeswoman in New York said Thursday.
The religious leaders are expected to issue a Declaration for World Peace and agree to some form of a permanent International Advisory Council of Religious and Spiritual Leaders. Mr. Turner, the summit's honorary chairman, has promised full live coverage by CNN. The chairman of the top advisory board is Canadian businessman Maurice Strong, who ran the U.N. Earth Summit in 1992, and a vice president of the summit's executive counsel is former Sen. Timothy Wirth, Colorado Democrat, who now heads Mr. Turner's grant-giving United Nations Foundation.
Other vice presidents are Gillian Sorenson, assistant to Mr. Annan, and the Rev. James Morton, an Episcopal priest with the Interfaith Center of New York. A midtown Manhattan office near the United Nations has been the hub of the yearlong effort inviting notable people from 12 world traditions, from the monotheistic faiths to Zoroastrianism, indigenous religions and Confucianism. Funding comes from 11 sponsors, which include the Better World Fund of Mr. Turner and the Templeton, Carnegie and Rockefeller Brothers foundations. Summit organizers would not yet disclose a budget.

There is now a national discussion going on in the media about whether police used excessive force in the incident, and there is, in Brownsville and at Gonzalez’s school, and of course in the Gonzalez family, both anger and mourning. The boy had reportedly been a victim of bullying. Let me say unequivocally from the outset that, yes, whatever police authorities may say about "justified use of force," the cops in this instance used excessive force (American cops these days are in military mode, and justify just about any firing of an officer's weapon). Unless there were other children who were being held hostage by Gonzalez (there were not), or who were near him and being threatened (there were not), the police had no reason to kill him. For one thing, a pellet gun has such a tiny muzzle opening it would be pretty hard to mistake it for the muzzle of a Glock, as police are claiming, unless Brownsville police have very low vision standards. Furthermore, there is the question of why three shots were fired, why they were fired at the chest of a child with clear intent to kill, and of course, there’s that shot to the back of the head, which is simply unjustifiable under any circumstances. But having said that, I want to call attention to another point, that gets beyond this one case of overkill by police: the double standard of concern when it is an American kid and when it is foreign kids who are killed.
