Japan's government formally agrees to set up 1000 trillion yen fund but worries about geopoltical ramifications

This week’s newsletter was delayed for a day because of sensitive ongoing negotiations involving the Japanese, Chinese, Russian and US governments among others. The negotiations are still going on as of this writing and there is much we still cannot report. However, we can confirm that the Japanese government has agreed in principle to set up a 1000 trillion yen (12 trillion dollar) fund to be used to end poverty, stop environmental destruction and roll out previously forbidden technology in a responsible manner. The problem now is how to sort out the massive geopolitical repercussions this fund will create.

In what may be a related development, there appears to have been a regime change in China because Xi Xinping, the man widely assumed to be the next president of China has not appeared on the official Chinese Xinhua news site since March 31st, while his erstwhile rival, Li Keqiang, is being given massive coverage. This is only one of many signs of massive changes in planetary governance.

In the US, the Pentagon has begun asking citizens to stock up with 72 hours’ worth of food because of possible disruptions associated with the imminent replacement of the US dollar with a new Treasury dollar, according to CIA sources in California. This move is also expected to be accompanied by a massive clean up operation aimed at draining the corruption out of Wall Street and Washington D.C. in order to restore the US to its former moral and economic greatness.

Any new treasury dollar will initially have much lower international purchasing power than the US dollar now being used. This will make Americans buy made in USA products and will make US exports competitive again. It might be a good time now to go out and buy Chinese stuff at Wal-Mart before it suddenly becomes more expensive. Also, do take the Pentagon’s advice and stock up on food to tide you over the transition.

Another sign that something big is about to happen is that a European CIA source asked the White Dragon Society for the names and addresses of members of the following organizations: the committee of 300, the Bilderberg group, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Club of Rome, the Trilateral Commission and the European Commission. In any case, the most concrete and detailed intelligence available to this writer comes from Japan where government officials say that for technical administrative reasons, it will take a couple of weeks to set up the 1000 trillion yen fund. These reasons include maintaining payrolls, pensions, tax revenues and other administrative nitty gritty. However, there are no goons available now the [to(?)] Kissinger, Nakasone, Bush, Rockefeller, Rothschild, Koizumi old world order people so their removal from power in Japan is a given.

The big question to be solved now is how to set up mechanisms to handle the disbursement of the 1000 trillion yen to the countries of the world. The only thing decided for sure on this issue is that it must no longer be a secret, centralized system held in private hands. There is also an agreement in principle that the Japanese government will administer 500 trillion yen while the new international economic planning agency will get the other 500 trillion.

This agency, tentatively named LIFE (Long Term Investments for Everyone) will finance European and US economic restructuring as well as promote massive development projects in the rest of the world. However, before it can be started, a small planning staff will begin the process of selecting international talent to run the agency. Exactly when this will happen is subject to ongoing negotiations but hopefully the first usable cash will be delivered as early as the middle of this month.

The BRICs nations will, for their part, set up their own, independent fund as announced at the BRICs summit last week. This fund will be run by China, Russia, India, Brazil and South Africa and will presumably use a basket of currencies dominated by the Renminbi and the Ruble. This group will work in close tandem with the G20 nations, according to their declaration:

We also know from various sources that the Chongqing party boss Bo Xilai was backed by Henry Kissinger and the old world order cabal he represents. No doubt he was promised the job of dictator of China and the world in exchange for his cooperation. Memo to Kissinger and the committee of 300: the world does not want a dictator.

The dark Ones are overwhelmed at the speed that our allies have moved, and it has taken them by surprise. In their arrogance they thought they were invincible and now in a state of panic. We have cut off their escape routes, and they face having to answer for their crimes against you. The net has closed in on the Illuminati top members, and for once they cannot corrupt people into letting them go. Such developments can hardly be kept out of the main media for much longer, and the fears of repercussions for printing the truth are losing their power. So you may rest assured that a series of events are fast lining up for disclosure, and once it commences there will be no holding back any longer. All we ask of you is further patience which most of you have exhibited for many years now, as we put the final touches to our work. Then you shall see an explosion of events that will be hard to keep up with. However, for those who have little prior knowledge of what has been happening, we hope to be able to make broadcasts that will be enlightening. Certainly they will be arranged once disclosure has been made, and all of our activities will be carried out as openly as possible. The flyovers will be spectacular and lift your spirits, as we are to accompany you for the rest of your journey to Ascension. However, that will come when we join you and use our technology to ensure that once an agreement has been reached, that all countries obey it. The Galactic Federation are a mighty force for good within the Universe. There are other organizations of a very similar nature, but ours is of an immense size to which more civilizations are being added. Outside of your Universe there are other forms of life, that travel through the wormholes to enter other Universes, mainly for expeditionary reasons. They are checked out by us and only allowed to stay as long as they present no threat to other life. Many times advanced civilizations from within your own Universe, have set out to conquer other planets, but you have been protected by us as the Earth has been quarantined and out of bounds to them. Otherwise you would not have had any means of preventing a takeover, and being enslaved. Life in the lower vibrations has been quite an experience fraught with all kind of dangers, which is why you learnt very quickly how to survive. In the future other civilizations will call upon you to help them with their own experiences. What you know from first hand experience is invaluable, and you will be sought after for that reason. That is how all progress by sharing and helping each other, as all are on the same journey back to the Source from whence all life originated. So from experiencing the depths of separation you are going to move into Oneness with all other ascended life forms. It is for example going from individualism where the emphasis was on Self, to Oneness where all serve each other. When the Masters return you shall learn a lot more about the higher dimensions, and how you will need to adapt to the requirements necessary to live within them. Mother Earth continues to take her own actions to cleanse the planet, and we are active on her behalf. It is fortunate that you have raised the vibrations, so that the levels of negativity have been substantially reduced. It has meant that the dark energies have been cleansed from many areas, making Mother Earth's work less liable to cause any major problems to the population. Also, we have the means to accurately predict when events may endanger you, and can act accordingly. You will not be left to cope with such happenings by yourselves. Living Trusts Protect Financial Privacy by Bill Rounds We Are All Going To Die!…Someday When we die the court system will take control of our financial lives and make one of the most private aspects of our lives public. This loss of financial privacy will happen unless we take one simple step to protect ourselves, our assets and our families with a living trust. Probate is the Problem With Financial Privacy When people die they leave behind some stuff (hopefully). Most people have a will, if they have anything at all, to determine who gets all of their neat stuff. To administer this process, for people who do or do not have a will, the courts take control of all the assets, make sure all the money goes to the right people, and make your will a part of the public record. This is called probate. Anyone particularly interested in learning what your kids got will be able to find out very easily. Some courts even make the information available online. This is a huge blow to financial privacy. Living Trust The only way to avoid having so much of your private financial life displayed for the public is to prepare a living trust. A living trust allows you to maintain control over your assets while you are alive, avoids the public probate process to distribute assets when you die and maintains your financial privacy. There are some other great benefits as well. Compared to the cost of administering a living trust, probate is expensive. The cost is based on the value of the assets that the probate court deals with, so the more money you have, the more it will cost you. Probate is also slower. Don’t Get Hit By A Bus What happens in the unfortunate event that you are hit by a bus and turned into a vegetable? Whether or not you have a will, your assets are going to sit around and can’t be touched. They can’t be used to pay your medical expenses, they can’t be used to pay your mortgage, they can’t be used to pay for the groceries of your stalwart spouse. This can pose a very bad problem when assets exist to pay those costs, but you are incapacitated, covered in bandages and unable to get at those assets. With a living trust, the unfortunate bus incident will not leave your assets untouchable until you die. The trustee can use the assets to pay for expenses while you are still alive but unable to manage your own affairs. This makes sure that the family members who are diligently at your hospital bed side can pay for the things they need, hopefully balloons and get well cards. Living Trusts Are Common The cost of having a basic living trust prepared is relative to its complexity. If your financial situation is simple, they can be quite inexpensive. If your financial situation is more complex, it will be worth the cost and effort to draft an adequate living trust. Many attorneys are able to prepare them and make sure they are properly funded. Conclusion The legal system still contains several tools that help ordinary individuals protect their financial privacy. Having a living will is one of the great ways to take advantage of that system. Living wills provide a private alternative, to public indignity. A peer-reviewed scientific study published in the Plasma Journal of Physics confirms that a New Jersey laboratory has just made a major breakthrough in the field of nuclear fusion that could lead to commercial grade garage size fusion generators within the next 5 years. The scientist have recorded the highest ever magnetic confinement of a fusion fuel burning furnace reaching a temperature of at 1.8 billion degrees in their plasma fusion furnace. The temperature is high enough to power nuclear fusion of fuels like hydrogen and boron which are called “aneutronic” because the produce now neutrons and can be converted directly into electricity. According to the lab, the paper, titled “Fusion reactions from >150 keV ions in a dense plasma focus (DPF) plasmoid,” also lays to rest a long-standing scientific controversy with major implications for whether the DPF is a viable source of useful fusion energy. The team says they have shown conclusively that the majority of fusion reactions in DPF technology comes from confined, circulating ions, and not from a beam of ions just passing through once. This major breakthrough will allow the team to focus on the next step into making plasma fusion reactors a reality which is the density of the hot regions required to create net energy output. The team plans to demonstrate the full scientific feasibility on the density issue by the end of the year. RT reports: RT – Scientists in a New Jersey laboratory say they are close to a major breakthrough in the field of fusion that they predict will soon allow for an unlimited source of the cheapest, cleanest and safest energy ever. Plasma Nuclear Fusion Becomes A Reality? Researchers at Lawrenceville Plasma Physics in Middlesex, NJ have published the results of their recent work in the Physics of Plasmas journal last week, and expect one of their next rounds of testing to finally tackle an issue of energy procurement that would rival anything already available. In their latest breakthrough, fusion researchers at the lab say that they’ve successfully heated and confined an ionized gas at record temperatures which would be high enough to allow for the nuclear fusion of certain elements, including hydrogen and boron. Those elements double as aneutronic fuels — that is, they produce no neutrons during the fusion process — and could thus be quickly converted to electricity without using the expensive and dangerous conversion measures currently available. Scientists say they believe they are close to a breakthrough that will allow them to harness energy from the elements and thus work with an energy source more marketable than anything now available. According to the scientists, they have identified and emulated two of the three conditions necessary to show energy production with aneutronic fuels. Eric Lerner, a chief scientist for Lawrenceville Plasma Physics, says that figuring out the temperature and confinement necessary for the fusion have been established in their research, and that once the team can determine the necessary conditions for the third variable — density — they will be able to harness energy from plasma. “We are still far from having sufficient density in the tiny hot regions to get net energy, but that is our next goal,” Lerner says in a press release on the research. To RT, fellow Lawrenceville researcher Derek Shannon adds, “We are working on the third criterion, density, now, with the goal of demonstrating full scientific feasibility this year.” Shannon also predicts that the research coming out of the New Jersey lab could put the groups as far as decade ahead of competing projects that aim to introduce manageable fusion fuels. Shannon also believes that by successfully harnessing aneutronic fuels into energy, dangerous and dirty nuclear energy could soon be a thing of the past. Lawrenceville is also in the midst of a Fusion for Peace campaign, and claim that “aneutronic nuclear energy itself could be the path to nuclear disarmament.” The Lab’s press release: Physics of Plasmas publishes LPP’s latest fusion advance New Jersey Start-up Publishes 1.8 BILLION Degree Fusion Energy Advance in Leading Physics Journal Lawrenceville Plasma Physics has published peer-reviewed results in Physics of Plasmas confirming that the firm’s Focus Fusion-1 machine has achieved the highest energy magnetic confinement of a fusion fuel ever, for any device, representing two of three criteria for net fusion energy. Translation: Garage-sized fusion generators could be possible in as few as five years. Fusion researchers at a small NJ research company report heating and confining an ionized gas at record temperatures equivalent to over 1.8 billion degrees C, as described in a paper published March 23rd in Physics of Plasmas, the most highly cited journal devoted to plasma physics. The temperatures observed are high enough to ignite the nuclear fusion of “aneutronic” fuels like hydrogen and boron. Such aneutronic fuels, which produce no neutrons, could generate energy that can be converted directly into electricity, without going through the expensive cycle of generating steam and putting it through turbines. This would make LPP’s “Focus Fusion” technology potentially cheaper, cleaner and safer than any energy source now available. “The research reported in this paper shows that we have achieved two of the three conditions needed to scientifically demonstrate net energy production with aneutronic fuels,” explains Eric Lerner, Chief Scientist at Lawrenceville Plasma Physics, Inc. “We have demonstrated the extremely high ion energies needed to ignite this fuel, and the confinement time of tens of nanoseconds that we need to burn it. They will be a people who have been called to speak into regions, governments, famine and Kings, and My prophets shall declare “What thus says the Lord,” in this hour, with great power.”

“I am raising up an Apostolic & Prophetic company who restore order in everything that pertains to Me in the church, in sound doctrine, and in kingdom administration. They will father many who have been orphaned, and those who have given up will receive a new surge of Faith being revived into their hearts. This company of people will not be afraid to confront the evil that is being unleashed in this hour. They will look into darkness and command light. They will declare my righteous judgments that will occur saith the Lord. They will help the people to understand how these things line up with the events that are spoken in my word. I will also open doors of opportunity for them to minister in regions where are being called.”

“I will breathe life upon my Pastors, Evangelists and Teachers so that they may be filled with purpose and lead others into the light. They will be carriers of light and they will speak words of light into the hearts and minds of many and many will awake from their place of slumber and sleep.”

“You will see a release of miracles, healing, and manifestations of My anointing in this hour. Know that I, as your great High Priest, will carry you as my ephod into the Holy of Holies as My own. You will see with My eyes and hear with My ears, and understand with my heart, what is happening in this hour and what must be done.”

Prophetic Insights
The Lord spoke about this being a month of “passing through” and “awakening.” It is a time of passing through all the barriers and hindrances that have kept many off focus and even lead many captive. When I observed the biblical reference to this word, (passing through) Luke 4:30 says, “But he passing through the midst of them went his way.” This was Jesus when those who were about to thrust Him out of the city-He was in the midst of a dangerous situation—He passed through—this was a breaking through by way of divine intervention.

The other scriptural reference was Acts 8:39-40 Philip’s encounter as he ministered to the Ethiopian eunuch---they both went down in the water and Philip passed through to another region and went on to preach the gospel. The Lord said that people who can’t seem to break through the obstacles to get where they need to be will pass through. His assurance was that by His own Hand, He will cause His people to pass through and they will overcome that which has kept them back. Whether it be demonic, real or imagined. He will allow them to overcome and they will pass through.

April will be known for passing through, a transition but from a totally different perspective. It’s about moving forth into a better place. This is a realization that it’s time to change because it’s time to move into a different place on many levels. It’s about advancement, a moving forward because where we are---will no longer sustain us. We must learn how to progress into a more mature state through the realization of this kingdom awakening. (Many will see and say, wow, this is where I am, but now I’ve got to move on–it’s a coming out of spiritual slumber and having to act right away.) The Lord said, “This is why as you prepare, prepare for others because some will be just waking up.”

When the Lord began to share with me concerning about this season of “awakening” He spoke to me about it from several levels:

1. He spoke about those who are coming out of a state of denial after seeing various situations such as; (present trouble in government, financial outlook, social upheaval and possible perils of war/ terrorism going on in the land). They are now coming into an awareness about what is going on around them. They are beginning to see how this relates to the spiritual and moral crisis of our day. These challenges are now being looked upon as being very serious. There is an awareness concerning those who are living in a way that has been void of a true personal relationship with Him. These situations are causing many to make serious decisions in their life about their true need for spiritual direction, protection, and change in their current lifestyles. It is almost as if they have come out of a sleep/slumber to move out of the stagnant areas of their lives into more productive pathway of life. He also spoke of those who were a rebellious people and will unfortunately refuse to hear the word in this hour.

2. He said that during time that His remnant will advance in this hour and the awareness of His people will be at a heighten level. There will be strong confirmations within the hearts of His people that have been called before the foundations of the earth and they are about to walk in a place of power and dominion. The Lord said, This will be a sovereign work of His divine providence and a fulfillment of what He spoken in His word. This is just the beginning but we are about to see an acceleration of His divine plan.

He said that, “The trump is being sounded!!” There is a calling unto His people and they will come forth--He also spoke about those who have been tried, tested but have not forsaken the work of God and are willing to go forth to complete the assignments that are being placed in their hands.

He went on to say:
“I am holding accountable present leadership and I am holding responsible ministers who have not prepared My people. They have instead gotten caught up in a type of politics within their pulpits by jockeying for position and power. Those who aren’t living out the purpose for which I called them, will be removed, released and brought down from their self-exalted positions of pride. I am looking for true hearts, yielded hearts, and hearts of compassion that will run the distance and not come up short. I will remove them from their place. I will take away the robes that once represented My righteousness and strip them from their duties and responsibilities. I am setting things in order, and surely My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations and as it is enlarged upon the earth, it will dispel areas of darkness.”

The word for those awaking out of a place of denial:
“I am extending My hand of salvation and righteousness upon those of you who want it and need it in this hour. And I will establish that which has been severed by sin and the strongholds of religion. True relationship with me is the sure way to operate in a closer place; where I can administer my healing and restoration in righteousness that you so need right now. Your life with me can’t be established on your own terms, nor maintained by your own standards. These standards must be based on the truth and understanding of My word.”

“For I desire to place within you: new hearts, new minds, and a spirit that has not been embittered with discouragements, frustrations and disappointments. These are the seeds that will hinder you from seeing and understanding what I am about to do. I am circumcising hearts so that my kingdom work will be directed towards my purposes and principles and not just based on your own plans. This is a time to walk circumspectly, wisely, keeping in mind that so much is at stake. Reach out to me. . . .Where I will pour out my grace and glory—it will touch you, change you and even transform you as you receive my presence and you will become more and more aware of where you will need to be to overcome the great challenges ahead.”

More shakings to come
“There will be more shakings to come and many will begin to fear that these things will never pass. These are just prophetic signs of the events that will take place in the midst of a rebellious house. A people who refuse to change, repent, nor hear My voice. They have refused to heed my warnings and are about to see the consequences of their actions which will not yield any remedies. I have been long suffering but they are about to see that there lies greater evil and greater trouble that will come because of what was in their hearts and imaginations.”

“Now is a time of great reckoning and it will be an ultimate test of one’s character as to who you are and what is your real purpose. What you must do based on where you need to go is very important now. It is a time of coming out of a denial and a refusing to see the signs that are before you. So hear now, understand and acknowledge that the future of this nation and other nations are hanging in the balance. The garments that are being worn by those who refuse to mature in this season though they may have an outward appearance of being clean, know that now I am requiring a greater cleansing process.”

“Systems will continue to fail and even give way. Some to new and better ones but you must not faint and give up. PERSISTENT PRAYER is your road to preservation. It will provide the answers that you will need in a moments’ notice. Know that the enemy has not retreated but is lying in wait. Watch terrorism in your nation as well as London, and other European nations. The enemy is looking to strike now without warning or notice. They are already in various countries waiting and preparing to strike. Stay sober minded and vigilant.”

“There will be more and more uncovering between now and May 2012. Politically, and economically, and other government back door deals will be involved.”

VISIONS and Special Intercession:
The Lord told me to pray for Canada. He said, There was about to be a great shaking in that region and that they were in a valley of decisions. This was concerning who they will follow—whether they will be a sheep nation or goat nation. This is a crucial time to pray so that their alliances will be carried out in the right hands.

Vision--I saw a region where appeared to be in desolation and in need of much help. I saw much water covering certain areas, the Lord said the place was Bangladesh—I discerned famine. I prayed into a deep intercession.

Prepare for Passover—The Lord said that during Passover to pray for Israel that His canopy of Righteousness and Light would spread over the land and the people. During that time He will visit His people with great Light.

Watch for “suddenlies” throughout this month.

Vision--I saw a large meeting with men---but in the midst of it there was an attack and some who attended were injured. (The location of this was not made known to me). It appeared to be a bombing.

While in intercession:
1. The Lord said, “War is looming over the nations now and it carries a spirit of fear and a plan to destroy those who are in its’ path.

2. The Lord said, “The spirit of racism has been a hidden but deadly enemy, if there is no change then our country will find itself in a serious encounter and caught off guard by a possible more serious attack. There are those who are looking for an opportunity to strike.” PRAY

The Lord said to look up the scriptures that contain HOLD FAST!! (Job 27:6, Jeremiah 8:5, I Thessalonians 5:21, 2 Timothy 1:13, Hebrews 3:6.) All of them were powerful scriptures.

The Word of Wisdom---Cast your nets on the right side of the boat.

John 21:6 And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.

Cast your nets on right side of the boat----the Lord said, “This is only one of many revelations of this word. The word is multi-dimensional. I will direct you on how to obtain the things that you will need through my word of instruction that would provide you with information to obtain what you need. The instructions may be perceived by man as unconventional but that very word will the right word that you need to hear to obtain what you need. When the obedience to my word is followed--miraculous results take place.”

“The right side/the other side—in order to receive this kind of miracle one’s thinking needs to change. People have been focused upon doing things their way or the traditional old way without seeking me for my instructions. On too many occasions people look to man’s formula for resolutions to dilemmas instead of following My word. This has called many to err. This has limited their ability to achieving and overcoming things. When there is a dilemma—Seek me for fresh instructions and you will see the miraculous.”
