This may be the most urgent email that I have ever sent. Barack Hussein Obama's Defense Department will throw 9 year veteran U. S. Marine Corps Sergeant Gary Stein out of the military, this Thursday, unless the U.S. Justice Foundation can mount an emergency, last ditch, legal defense. Sergeant Stein's crime?  On his own time, off duty, posting on his Facebook page critical comments about Barack Obama!

Stephen, please make an emergency contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000, or even $5,000 to help save this brave Marine's career. This is truly an urgent situation.  The Marine Corps is moving at blistering speed to make an example of Sergeant Stein.  They will throw him out of the Marines this Thursday, unless we can persuade a U. S. District Court Judge to intervene.  AND, they want to remove him from the Corps under "less than honorable” circumstances, a finding normally reserved for criminals!

All that Sergeant Stein did was write, on his personal "Armed Forces Tea Party” Facebook page, that he would never follow an illegal order from his superiors, and he cited being ordered to confiscate guns from U.S. citizens as an example. He wasn't acting in his official capacity as a Marine.  He wasn't advocating violating a lawful order.  He was just chatting online with his Facebook friends! However, I imagine that one of the Obama campaign's "AttackWatch” staff members, using the high-tech computer monitoring systems that the Obama Administration employs to track criticism of Barack Obama on the social media, came across the website and reported back to the White House. Barack Hussein Obama then probably flew into a rage and personally ordered the Defense Department bureaucrats to crack down on this brave young Marine for "disrespecting the Commander in Chief.” And that is exactly what they are doing. On Thursday, Sergeant Stein will be drummed out of his beloved Marine Corps. Please help save this hero's career.  We need to get in front of a federal judge right away to stop this political witch hunt.  USJF has already retained the services of a former military prosecutor, and we have to fly him in to represent Sergeant Stein. And, of course, none of these expenses were anticipated when USJF's board approved our current litigation budget.

Galactic Codex

Planet Earth is the last planet in this universe under the occupation of the Dark Forces, the last relic of galactic wars that raged throughout the galaxy for millions of years.

As the Galaxy was being liberated form the grip of the Dark Forces, the Forces of Light have been evolving from a military force created in the urgent need to defend basic liberties of sentient beings towards a harmonious galactic and cosmic society. As beings within the Galactic Confederation have evolved spiritually and made their alignment and union with the Ascended Masters, they have discovered an inner codex that regulates all inter-relationships between beings of Light and their relation towards the Dark Forces and occupied planets. This codex is called the Galactic Codex and represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation in this and other galaxies. This Codex is not a rigid set of external laws but a systematized code of inner ethics of all souls of Light that all beings of Light accept with their free will because it reflects their inner truth.

We will now state the Galactic Codex in a form that is understandable to an average awakened being in a human society.

Section  I: The Law of Divine Grace

Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to positive life experience

To explain Section I we need to understand that suffering and pain have no value in enlightened Galactic society liberated from the influence of Dark Forces and other aspects of cosmic anomaly. To value pain, suffering and sacrifice as a part of the growth experience was a part of the programming from the Dark Forces in order to enslave the population of the occupied planets more easily.

Unconditional positive life experience of every sentient being in the liberated universe is guaranteed from the inner connection of every living being with the Source and strengthened by the power of Ascended Masters over matter which allows them to assist all living beings in their aspirations towards the Source and provide them with necessities of life.  Life was never meant to be hard work and struggle but rather a journey of joy and creativity.   Different subsections of Section I regulate all life in a liberated universe and all relationships between beings of Light so that conflicts never need to occur.  Let us explain the subsections:

Section I/1: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to physical and spiritual abundance

This subsection guarantees a positive life experience for every being in the liberated universe. The Ascended Masters provide for all necessities of living and for physical and spiritual richness and beauty using the power they have over redeemed matter of the liberated universe.

Section I/2: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to Ascension

This subsection explains how the Ascended Masters use their advanced understanding of spiritual technology of Ascension and by utilizing the Electric Fire of redemption assist all beings that free-willingly choose Ascension.

Section I/3: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to merge with other beings in proportion with his/her position in the Soul Family Mandala

This subsection is an instrument of regulation of all relationships inside a Soul Family. It guarantees the merging of beings of opposite polarity (twin souls, soulmates) and alignment of all other beings regardless of their state of development and outer conditions.

Section I/4: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to all information

This subsection is a guarantee that all beings receive all pieces of information they need to understand their role in the universe, greater perspective of evolution and all other pieces they need for their decisions, growth and well being. All this data is provided by Ascended Masters or other beings that supervise the evolutions of various races and civilizations.

Section I/5: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to freedom

This subsection provides that every being has an unlimited potential of growth and life experience. Since all beings in the liberated universe create only positivism, their freedom never opposes the freedom of other beings.

Section II: The Law of Dividing the Conflicting Parties

Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to be divided and protected from the negative actions of other sentient beings

This section regulates the conditions in those sections of the universe that have just been liberated from the influence of the Dark Forces but that have not yet been accepted in the Confederation. It requires that the Forces of Light always divide the parties in conflict to protect them from producing mutual harm to each other. Then the Light Forces mediate the conflict until it is resolved. This section is often used to end wars and other armed conflicts.

 

Section III: The Law of Balance

Each sentient being that has chosen to live and act against the principles of Galactic Codex and refuses to, or is not able to, accept them now and balance the consequences of the past actions will be taken to the Central Sun, restructured into the basic elemental essence and begin a new cycle of evolution afresh

This section regulates the relations between the Forces of Light and the Forces of Darkness. When defeated, beings that belong to the Forces of Darkness are given the opportunity to accept the Galactic Codex, do the best they can to correct the mistakes they made and to live positively afterwards. If they accept, they are forgiven and join the Confederation. If they are unable or unwilling to accept, they are taken to the Central Sun, their personalities and soul essences are restructured with the Electric Fire and their divine spark begin a new cycle of evolution.

Section IV: The Law of Intervention

The Galactic Confederation has an inalienable and unconditional right to the intervention in all situations where the Galactic Codex is violated, regardless of the local laws

This section describes the policy of the Light Forces regarding occupied planets. The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in all areas, civilizations, planets or solar systems where the Galactic Codex is violated. It has the right to do so regardless of the position of the local civilizations about this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation. If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation of the Dark Forces.  The Dark Forces usually take the local population hostage to hinder the progress of the Forces of Light.  On Earth they have threatened with nuclear war if the Light Forces would intervene.  This is the main reason why the Light Forces have not yet liberated this planet (and not the so called we-will-not-intervene-because-we-respect-free-will, we-will-just-watch-as-the-suffering-goes-on nonsense). As in any hostage situation, this requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approach. This situation is now being resolved and planet Earth will be liberated soon.

Section IV/1: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right of calling upon the Galactic Confederation in need and the Galactic Confederation has the right to assist, regardless of local laws

This subsection gives a legal basis for intervention and assistance to all hostages of the Dark Forces.  The Forces of Light always do the best they can to assist and improve the living conditions of all sentient beings, even on Earth.  The situation on planet Earth just indicates how much more power  darkness had over  Light on this planet. Fortunately, this is changing now.

Section IV/2: The Galactic Confederation has an inalienable and unconditional right to the implementation of the Galactic Codex and of conquering the areas of Galactic Codex violation with military force if necessary

This subsection gives a legal basis for the liberation of the occupied planets with military force.  The military forces of the Confederation remove or give assistance in removal of the representatives of the Dark Forces and set the hostages free.  Then other Confederation forces guide the process of acceptance of the planet into the Confederation by instructing the local population.

Perhaps some humans feel that the Confederation has no right to intervene and that humanity has the right to solve its problems by itself. This is simply not true. Many wars all over the planet and constant abuse of basic human rights have proven that humanity is not capable of handling its own situation.  So it is much better that it receives wise guardians to guide it. The Confederation will give assistance in replacing  current masters of the puppets (Dark Forces) that humanity has invited long ago in Atlantis. Then the Galactic Codex will finally become the universal code of ethics throughout the universe and darkness will be no more.

They believe it is a smear campaign aimed to tarnish the image of their hero of change. But they may be shocked to learn that the Birther Movement was actually started by former President Bill Clinton and Hillary back in 2008. Bettina Viviano was a vice president with Amblin Enterntainment, Steven Spielberg’s company, before launching her own film production company in 1990. In 2008, Viviano was asked to produce a documentary about voter fraud within the Democratic Party. At the time, she says she was not a Democrat or a Republican and in fact had never voted in an election. She went into the project with the sole purpose of producing the best and most accurate documentary possible. During the documentary process, Viviano says that she quickly became aware of just how dangerous and insidious the Obama campaign was. A number of the Democrats she interviewed refused to appear on camera and told her that their lives and property had been threatened by people working with the Obama campaign. She also heard former President Bill Clinton say that Obama was not eligible to be president because of his lack of birth records. In fact, she said it was common knowledge around many top Democrats. Bill Clinton has often said that he would go public with the information when the time was right. Before that could happen, his close friend and head of the Arkansas Democratic Party, Bill Gwatney was murdered in his office and then someone told Bill that he was next if he said anything about Obama’s eligibility. In the video below, she said that Clinton was not intimidated until someone associated with the Obama campaign told him that his daughter Chelsea would be next if he opened his mouth. From that point on, the Clinton’s remained silent about Obama’s birth certificate or lack thereof. A Marine speaks about 911

A US Marine Corps veteran and author asserts that Israel masterminded the 9/11 attacks, saying if Americans were informed of this, they would exterminate the Zionist regime.

“I have had long conversations over the past two weeks with contacts at the Army War College, at the Headquarters Marine Corps, and I have made it absolutely clear in both cases that it is 100 percent certain that 9/11 was a Mossad operation. Period,” Alan Sabrosky, writer and consultant specializing in national and international security affairs, said in a clip appearing on the public video-sharing website You Tube.

Sabrosky said his colleagues who are still serving in uniform initially react with incredulity to his assertions but upon his explanations regarding the controlled demolition of the buildings their disbelief gives way to rage.

Meet  Maine's New Governor --- In case you haven't heard about this guy before, his  name will stick in your mind!

   

 

The  new Maine Governor, Paul LePage is making New Jersey 's Chris Christie look  like an enabler. He isn't afraid to say what he thinks. Judging by the  comments, every time he opens his mouth, his popularity goes  up.

He  brought down the house at his inauguration when he shook his fist toward the  media box and said, "You're on notice! I've inherited a financially troubled  State to run. Observe...cover what we do...but don't whine if I don't waste  time responding to your every whim just for your  amusement."

 

 

During  his campaign for Governor, he was talking to commercial fishermen who are  struggling because of federal fisheries rules. They complained that 0bama  brought his family to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park for a long Labor  Day holiday and found time to meet with union leaders, but wouldn't talk to  the fishermen. LePage replied, "I'd tell him to go to hell and get out of my  State." The Lame Stream Media crucified LePage, but he jumped 6 points in  the pre-election poll.

The  Martin Luther King incident was a political sandbag, which brought him  National exposure. The 'lame stream' media crucified him, but word on the  street is very positive. The NAACP specifically asked LePage to spend MLK  Day visiting black inmates at the Maine State Prison. He told them that he  would meet with ALL inmates, regardless of race, if he were to visit the  prison. The NAACP balked and then put out a news release claiming falsely  that he refused to participate in any MLK events. He read it in the paper  for the 1st time the next morning while being driven to an event and went  ballistic because none of the reporters had called him for comment before  running the NAACP release.

 

 

He  arrived at that event & said in front of a TV camera, "If they want to  play the race card on me they can kiss my ass", and he reminded them that he  has an adopted black son from Jamaica and that he attended the local MLK  Breakfast every year that he was mayor of Waterville. (He started his  morning there on MLK Day.)

 

He  then stated that there's a right way and a wrong way to meet with the  Governor, and he put all special interests on notice that press releases,  media leaks, and all demonstrations would prove to be the wrong way. He said  any other group, which acted like the NAACP could expect to be at the bottom  of the Governor's priority list!

 

 

He  then did the following, and judging from local radio talk show callers, his  popularity increased even more: The State employees union complained because  he waited until 3 P.M. before closing State offices and facilities and  sending non-emergency personnel home during the last blizzard. The prior  Governor would often close offices for the day with just a forecast before  the first flakes. (Each time the State closes for snow, it costs the  taxpayers about $1 million in wages for no work in  return.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

LePage  was CEO of the Marden's chain of discount family bargain retail stores  before election as governor. He noted that State employees getting off work  early could still find lots of retail stores open to shop. So, he put the  State employees on notice by announcing: "If Marden's is open, Maine is  open!"

He  told State employees: "We live in Maine in the winter, for heaven's sake,  and should know how to drive in it. Otherwise, apply for a State job in  Florida!"

Governor  LePage symbolizes what America needs; Refreshing politicians who aren't  self-serving and who exhibit common sense.

THE  LAW IS THE LAW So "if" the U S government determines that it is against the  law for the words "under God" to be on our money, then, so be  it.

And  "if" that same government decides that the "Ten Commandments" are not to be  used in or on a government installation, then, so be  it.

I  say, "so be it," because I would like to be a law abiding US  citizen.

I  say, "so be it," because I would like to think that smarter people than I  are in positions to make good decisions.

I  would like to think that those people have the American public's best  interests at heart.

Since  we can't pray to God, can't Trust in God and cannot post His Commandments in  Government buildings, I don't believe Government (Federal, State and Local)  and its employees should participate in Easter and Christmas celebrations  which honor the God that our government is eliminating from many facets of  American life.

I'd  like my mail delivered on Christmas, Good Friday, Thanksgiving & Easter.  After all, it's just another day.

I'd  like the" US Supreme Court to be in session on Christmas, Good Friday,  Thanksgiving & Easter as well as Sundays." After all, it's just another  day.

I'd  like the Senate and the House of Representatives to not have to worry about  getting home for the "Christmas Break." After all it's just another  day.

 

I'm  thinking a lot of my taxpayer dollars could be saved, if all government  offices & services would work on Christmas, Good Friday & Easter. It  shouldn't cost any overtime since those would be just like any other day of  the week to a government that is trying to be "politically  correct."

In  fact....I think our government should work on Sundays (initially set aside  for worshipping God....) because, after all, our government says that it  should be just another day....

What  do you all think???? If this idea gets to enough people, maybe our elected  officials will stop giving in to the "minority opinions" and begin, once  again, to represent the "majority" of ALL of the American  people.

 

SO  BE IT...........Please Dear Lord, Give us the help needed to keep you in our  country! 'Amen' and 'Amen' Touché!

These  are definitely things I never thought about but from now on, I will be sure  to question those in government who support these  changes.
