The White Hats Call For Joint International Criminal Investigation: America Demands Its $15 Trillion Dollars Back!

If you have been following the news, The White Hats have called for Leadership in America to stand up and be counted.  In fact, we would have expected our current President to stand up for America.  We only asked for one person to stand up for America, for 308 millions Americans, the ole’ girl in the New York harbor, the tattered ole’ flag and the fine men and women that serve or have served our Country proudly - just one person that has the Heart of a Lion, willing to walk with a genuine swagger and the intestinal fortitude to deal with very corrupt people and very corrupt situations.

Amazingly, no one person has had the guts to answer the call, to call it like it is, to recognize and to expose the criminality and stand steadfast for truth, honesty and integrity as a human being and for America’s moral fiber to have a significant voice in the rapidly changing world we live in.

The mockery Americans have had to endure for several decades is abysmal.  We used to stand for all that was fair, moral and just.  Due to the growth of the corruption that is out of control, the once good guys have been threatened, mocked, made fools of and bribed to the point of not caring about America and her values ... just barely willing to do their jobs, getting a paycheck and bribe money, without harassment.  Not one person has had the ability to stand above the fray and say ”I know about this and here is the truth as ugly and nasty as it is”.  NOT ONE PERSON!

The White Hats have been scoffed at by the biggest in politics starting with George H. W. Bush, Sr.  His son Dubya scoffs, and his brothers Neal and Jeb scoff.  (We have the evidence on all of them too!)  Mitt Romney scoffs in tune with Sr. because he committed fraudulent financial acts with Sr. in the theft of $700 Million of Falcone’s money.  (We have the evidence on all of them too!)  Both Clintons scoff with Sr., Obama scoffs with Sr. and in a remarkable admittance, Geithner scoffed while stating he works for Bush and not Obama.  Really?  Did he just say what we reported?  He works for Bush?  We are sorry, we thought Obama appointed him.  We must have missed all of the appointment stuff in high school government class, and then in college and then in law school.  Maybe this is what the problem has been all along … the White Hats have been under the impression, along with the rest of America and the world, that the current President appoints people to his cabinet and other appointed positions.  Maybe that is the problem … we misunderstood.  Nah, not for a minute.  We have the evidence on all of them and it’s coming to America.

So with George Sr. lurking in the background playing puppet master, Obama really has no control of the finances of America, which truly explains a lot.  It would seem that if Obama did have his fingers on America’s checkbook, he would still have no control over the American economy, since Bush Sr. has total control.  This is the exact reason why Obama himself, when personally requesting the $15 Trillion be returned from the London bankers, was outright laughed at and summarily rejected.  He came home with zip, zero … nada, which is why all of this has become so painfully obvious.

OVER TO THE UNITED KINGDOM

Within the United Kingdom, the greatest ally America has ever had, there is a remarkably courageous and extraordinary man named Lord James of Blackheath.  We have all viewed the message Lord Blackheath provided to his fellow Lords last Thursday, February 16, 2012, a day now referred to in the American inner circles as “White Thursday”.  Most of us have viewed Lord Blackheath’s address, which has been copied and pasted all over the Internet with millions of views to date.  We have all viewed his request for specific inquiries as directed by the Lords to commence an immediate investigation into the ugly findings of two years' worth of analysis, complete with the delivery of gigabytes of documents to support his position, which is just the tip of the iceberg.  Released from the House of Lords were further examples, which have protected certain dynamics, even sensitive papers, the sickening betrayal of not only the British and American nations, but the world’s banking system by this secretive Cabal.  Always, we balance the moral dichotomy with regard to consequences.  We have made a formal request to Her Majesty’s Government (HMG), the United Kingdom’s Revenue Commissioners and MI 6 to start investigating this forthwith.

Embarrassingly, the United Kingdom Intelligence Agencies don’t know what’s going on in their own backyard and on their watch.  It’s time for Great Britain to question their own intelligence agencies and ask how a rogue group of Americans in leadership positions have circumvented virtually all of the established banking rules and regulations in the United Kingdom, the largest financial center in the world.  The British now have the very difficult job of figuring out just how this fraud has been conducted and what it means for the British and the EU markets.

What we have difficulty with is that Obama does not control the finances of America, yet an outsider has the ability to heist $15T from America and take it to another country surreptitiously, to hide it away?

Attached as part of this White Hat Report is an internal document from the United Kingdom, which is circulated to key parties integral to the investigation and to the governing agencies.  We have specifically not discussed all of the merits of the case as the document speaks for itself with exacting details of the fraud.  In short, we don’t have egos.  Why believe us when you can get it from the source.   Notwithstanding,  we know each exacting detail but we want you, the readership, to understand the intricacy of this matter … the very sophistication required to defraud a whole world banking system … unless, of course, the system was purposefully part of it.  If that is the case, this whole matter just grew exponentially as the conspiracy is global and centers within, by and through, the United States Government.  Of course, where else would the conspirators get the $15 Trillion and how would they get it out without Congressional oversight approval?  Someone needs to ask these very tough questions.  Take your pick of the Committees … there are dozens to choose from that need to be involved in sorting all of this out.

BACK TO THE UNITED STATES

We understand this is difficult to understand and is far above the pay grade of most, so let’s simplify the matter.  This is one thousand times the size of Watergate!  Why?  Simple.  A group has stolen $15 Trillion from the United States Department of Treasury and the citizens of the United States of America and has gone to extreme lengths to hide the transaction from the public and the American government, including Congressional oversight committees, the Government of Great Britain and the respective governments contained in the EU.  As the investigation progresses, numerous countries will be asking the same question.  What has occurred?  What laws and regulations have been broken?   What are we harboring?  Banks will be questioned about all of the internal bank documents we possess and have turned over to the House of Lords.  Auditors will be questioned about the quality of their work product.  We understand that insurance companies will have to pay out trillions of dollars in claims (if they can afford it and don’t file for bankruptcy protection first).  Again, just like the derivatives problem, America is at the helm of financially destroying the world. Yet, no one has the guts to stand up and ask the tough questions.

We have heard from several American agencies, which have viewed the same YouTube video of Lord Blackheath.  All are very concerned about what is going to happen.  Most have made statements to the effect that they know about certain things and they need help.  Some have requested to come to our “side” to expose what they know.  In every case, all are very concerned about the repercussions for them and their families, just like we are careful to watch our backs.  In the real world, if the White Hats can get information, so can the parties that do not want these folks to speak  … and frankly, they cannot be hidden away in some small town in America with a different identity. 

America wants its $15 Trillion back in the coffers of the United States Department of Treasury! 

We have included for your review a copy of the actual Federal Reserve Bank S.W.I.F.T. Transmission sheet wherein the first $5 Trillion was transferred to JP Morgan/Chase, for FURTHER CREDIT TO: PureHeart Investments, LTD.  Please review the total document, but what is very interesting is that in the same box containing the “FURTHER CREDIT TO:”, the third line states UN PERMIT NO. and a HOMELAND Reference.  This means that the transfer was an approved transfer by people within the United Nations and the Department of Homeland Security.  This means there was a pre-approved authorization for the transfer of the funds.  If this is true, then the conspiracy is far reaching and the perpetrators have significant experience in the Federal Reserve Systems.  There are only a few who have the authority in each of these organizations that have the ability to execute the instruction sets regarding the transfer of large amounts of funds.  It’s sort of like launching a nuclear missile in the movies, one guy has the key and one guy hits the button.  Very few people have the credentials and/or authority.  The net is going to get very small and tight.

In the case of the transfer going through JP Morgan/Chase, Jamie Dimon, President and Chief Execute Officer, would have to have had personal knowledge and signatory control over the transfer.

Therefore, we The White Hats demand the following:

• We call for the immediate resignation of the Secretary of the United States Department of Treasury, Mr. Timothy Geithner, who has acted with complicity while at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and as the Secretary of the Treasury including this and numerous other transactions involved with illegally transferred or stolen funds. 
• Further, we demand the members of the United States Congress to immediately and forthrightly direct its own body along with the applicable oversight and other directed committees, to immediately and independently investigate any and all activities regarding the  persons comprising the conspiracy of the theft of $15 Trillion by and through the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
• Further, we demand the members of the United States Congress to immediately and forthrightly direct its own body along with the applicable oversight and other directed committees, to immediately and independently investigate any and all activities regarding J.P. Morgan/Chase Bank, Mr. Jamie Dimon, and any and all persons comprising the conspiracy of the theft of $15 Trillion by and through the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
• Further, we demand the members of the United States Congress to immediately and forthrightly direct its own body along with the applicable oversight and other directed committees, to immediately and independently  investigate the operations of the United States Department of Treasury and its relationship to the Federal Reserve System wherein funds from the Department of Treasury and the use of the Federal Reserve System have colluded to act in a fraudulent manner.
• Further, we request the members of the United States Congress to immediately and forthrightly seek out an independent person of the highest possible caliber, credentials, integrity and credibility to be appointed and specifically directed to lead the United States of America in the investigation, recovery and subsequent prosecution of any conspirator in the theft of $15 Trillion belonging to the citizens of the United States of America.  Since the leadership to date has not been able to find a person to accept this responsibility, we The White Hats will be glad to interview and recommend applicable parties for this endeavor.

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

We, the combined multi-national White Hats, hereby demand the calling and assemblage of a Joint International Task Force including the United Kingdom and other Independent affected countries, along with “Clean and Untainted” World Court representatives, to investigate the evidentiary materials submitted, to investigate the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, amongst other persons and entities including former and current elected leadership of the United States of America, due to the conspiracy and fraudulent transfer of $15 Trillion to the United Kingdom without oversight or approval.

A NOTE OF IMPORTANCE TO OUR READERSHIP!

As we move through the process of rooting out the growing cancer that threatens to enslave all of humanity, we must stay vigilant to the task.  In doing so, the more that is revealed, the more our information, reports and release of documents will become prevalent.  At some point critical mass will be so strong and our disclosures will become such common knowledge all over the world, the World will be forced to clean up this mess without the Americans.  The unfortunate concept is:  America will not be in a moral position to be a significant voice in any of the World’s leadership positions.  Until that time, many will step forward to claim possession of knowledge and/or information we have released in order to further their own reputations … reports, blogs, gurus, prognosticators and/or weekly Internet contributors.  Still others will weave stories and tales in an attempt to fill in blanks in the sequence of events that have been unfolding to fulfill their own “prophetic storylines”.

Some of these pundits and so called “journalists” may be well meaning where others are not. This will all be revealed in the next few weeks and months.  If anyone releases information and attributes it to “The White Hats”, beware.  If it is not posted on our site, then it’s not coming from us and should be discarded.

Yet another group, with more dark and nefarious objectives, will attempt to confuse, obfuscate, distort and distract. They will attempt to accomplish this by printing articles and likely producing “documents” to either discredit our work or lead the public on a false trail to nowhere.  The process lends itself to distortion as long as the mainstream media is controlled, owned and operated by the cabal. They too will be exposed during this process. If you ever question whether it is ours, all roads lead back to our site. If it's not there, it's not from The White Hats.

For example, this past week, an Internet article alleged the $15T referenced in a House of Lords speech was Leo Wanta's money. The same article referencing Lord James' courageous speech stated that the $27.5T stolen from Wanta somehow included the $15T. This is totally inaccurate. Further, rumors are circulating that a party to a 2011 Federal lawsuit is somehow laying claim to the $15T. This as well is not accurate either. Expect this type of disinformation to increase over the coming weeks and months.

We have recently been deluged with feedback from readers inquiring how they can help and what they can do to further support our efforts. We have some suggestions to offer:

• Call your congressional representatives and inquire if they have heard Lord James’ speech in the House of Lords on February 16, 2012. This is the address for the YouTube video”: 
• If they haven’t, get an email address and send them the YouTube with the corresponding transcript.
• Inquire as to whether they have a Vatican bank account.
• Remind them that you are an American citizens and they work for you, and you pay their salaries and benefits.
• Remind them this is an election year if they are running for re-election.

The masks will fall and you will see things and people as they really are, not as they appeared to be. Those who have almost destroyed your planet will not be able to hold their shape as the energy changes. Life will become extremely difficult for them. Bankers are running in all directions, trying to establish safe havens for themselves. Like rats, they are leaving the sinking ship. It will be interesting to see how your governments will handle the lies regarding the wars they still hope to start. We have managed to block so much. We will continue to do so. As people wake up and refuse to cooperate with the excessive demands being made on them as costs rise, the fear of homelessness is spread to distract you from looking clearly at how the banks tricked you into such situations. AIR powers Tata Motors

It is an auto engine that runs on air.  That's right; air not gas or diesel or electric but just the air around us.  Take a look.

Tata Motors of India has scheduled the Air Car to hit Indian streets by August 2012

The Air Car, developed by ex-Formula One engineer Guy N. For Luxembourg-based MDI, uses compressed air to push its engine's pistons and make the car go. 
 
The Air Car, called the "Mini CAT" could cost around 365,757 rupees in India or $8,177 US.

The Mini CAT which is a simple, light urban car, with a tubular chassis, a body of fiberglass that is glued not welded and powered by compressed air.  A Microprocessor is used to control all electrical functions of the car.  One tiny radio transmitter sends instructions to the lights, turn signals and every other electrical device on the car.  Which are not many.

The temperature of the clean air expelled by the exhaust pipe is between 0-15 degrees below zero, which makes it suitable for use by the internal air conditioning system with no need for gases or loss of power.

There are no keys, just an access card which can be read by the car from your pocket.  According to the designers, it costs less than 50 rupees (approx. $1.12 US) per 100 KM, that's about a tenth the cost of a car running on gas.  It's mileage is about double that of the most advanced electric car, a factor which makes it a perfect choice for city motorists.  The car has a top speed of 105 KM per hour or 60 mph and would have a range of around 300 km or 185 miles between refuels.  Refilling the car will take place at adapted gas stations with special air compressors.  A fill up will only take two to three minutes and costs approximately 100 rupees and the car will be ready to go another 300 kilometers.

This car can also be filled at home with it's on board compressor.  It will take 3-4 hours to refill the tank, but it can be done while you sleep.  

Because there is no combustion engine, changing the 1 liter of vegetable oil is only necessary every 50,000 KM or 30,000 miles.  Due to its simplicity, there is very little maintenance to be done on this car.

This Air Car almost sounds too good to be true.  We'll see in August. 2012

 Yes, it's high time we went, much work to get done out here. Credit must go to those due it. The rvs got done and are currently checking the 'system' repetitively to make sure these computers are 'talking' to each other. A problem that had to get rectified a couple of days ago. It's All new folks and once you fire it all up and start paying people, oops, is not a good answer. The clean up has already started and you're learning more about that day to day. This banker resigning, that banker quitting, this high muckty muck arrested, some folks that aren't even listed yet. They are cutting off the escape routes....giving the bad guys no room to move. Even doing 'hacks' themselves to check for weaknesses and open doors to anyone prowling around looking for a way in, so they can steal. Gates left a lot of ways (ports) 'in' with his software, they'll shut them down. A few things were explained to mr Gates during his trips to china, 'it'll be a new world mr gates'. The Nwo will not be running the world, get used to it. It's called freedom and not the drivel coming out of politicians mouths.


 Things will show publicly when they are satisfied the system is solid. There are many platforms by which things get funded, so the job is huge. It covers the entire world, even that little piddly bank in Silt, Colorado. If know anything about cockroaches you know how comprehensive you must be to exterminate them from your dwelling. This is bigger than just one house. When you 'see' the rvs know that they are satisfied and then the world flips on it's head. So, hold your powder. It's known of the emotional involvement people have in all this being done, but don't jump until you see the 'whites of their eyes'. The internet is much like cb radios, people talk crap from the safety of being only a disembodied voice but remaining invisible. Don't believe everything you hear. The world is right at the gate so, it's time to be 'cool' and let things be done, so they are 'right'. You don't want to cross rivers when they are at flood stage and there's a whole lot of 'melting' going on right now.


 I don't have much to say, they are busy up in the rafters which has all the workers busy and paying attention to their orders, which means they have got socks stuck in a lot of people's mouths as they wrap all these years up. Learn to respect on another, you never know who'll you'll be meeting that could represent opportunity to you. Be aware but not paranoid, going to have to start using more of your senses now. God didn't make junk!!! The master implied that 2000 years ago....trust that. Just because you've been told you're just a 'sinner' understand, that just means you've missed the mark. That can be rectified when you get ALL the information not the spoon fed stuff you may get from the pulpit. Saturday, February 25, 2012 Yes, the title of this article sounds like science fiction. Nevertheless, declassified American and Soviet government documents confirm that UFOs flew near and even hovered over large numbers of nuclear weapons sites during the Cold War era, including bomb and missile warhead storage depots. A number of those incidents have been publicly discussed in recent years by ex-military personnel who witnessed the mysterious incursions at various bases. In one such case, a UFO apparently directed laser-like beams of light down onto the U.S. Air Force’s largest nuclear Weapons Storage Area (WSA) in Europe. That event was mentioned during my September 27, 2010 “UFOs and Nukes” press conference, which CNN streamed live: The shocking incident occurred at the American-operated RAF Bentwaters base in Suffolk, England in December 1980. In the video above, Bentwaters’ former Deputy Base Commander, retired USAF Col. Charles Halt, tells the assembled reporters that he personally observed the UFO, as well as the light beams emanating from it. Although Halt’s remarks were necessarily brief during the press conference—six other USAF veterans presented testimony as well—his description of the sighting has been more detailed in previous interviews. As I write in my book UFOs and Nukes: During a May 13, 1997 interview with journalist A.J.S. Rayl, Halt said, “[After leaving the woods, our search team] crossed the farmer’s field past his house and across the road, stumbled through a small stream, and went out into a large plowed field...About that same time, somebody noticed a [UFO in the southern sky]. It was round—did not change shape—and at one point it appeared to come toward us at a very high speed. It stopped overhead and sent down a small pencil-like beam, sort of like a laser beam...It illuminated the ground about ten feet from us and we just stood there in awe wondering whether it was a signal, a warning, or what it was. We really didn’t know. It clicked-off as though someone threw a switch, and the object receded, back up into the sky. Then it moved back toward Bentwaters, and continued to send down beams of light, at one point near the weapons storage facility. We knew that because we could hear the chatter on the [two-way] radio.” Halt further discussed the incident at the WSA during a Sci Fi Channel television program, UFO Invasion at Rendlesham, which first aired in December 2003. After some prodding by the show’s host, Bryant Gumble, a reluctant Halt stated, “The object to the south was actually sending some beams down near, or into, the Weapons Storage Area. That caused me a great deal of concern. You know, what was it doing there? Was it searching for something, was it trying to—who knows what it was trying to do?” For a split second, it seemed as if Halt would say something like, “Was it trying to zap the nukes?” but caught himself before the words left his lips. Given these public statements, I decided to approach Halt, in the hope that he would elaborate on the nuclear weapons aspect of the sightings at Bentwaters. My telephone interview with him took place on February 7, 2006. Among other things, Halt told me, “[While we were in the forest and, later, in the farmer’s field] we heard radio conversations on the Law Enforcement frequency, the Security Police frequency, and the Command Network. Now, we were having a lot of problems with the radios. They were really acting up. We were getting a lot of interference and static, but we could hear talk about one of the objects [being] in the vicinity of the Bentwaters WSA. I heard that some of the beams, or whatever they were, came down into the WSA. As I recall, the guard in the tower at the WSA made that report.” During the telephone interview, I asked Halt, “Were you ever concerned that the UFO was attempting to disable or otherwise compromise the integrity of the nuclear weapons?” He replied, “I can’t comment on that, the way you worded it.” He then paused a moment and said, “I did have great concern about the purpose of the beams.” I then said, “So you wouldn’t rule out the possibility that the object was trying to disable some of the weapons?” After another pause, Halt replied softly, “I can’t comment about the weapons.” Pressing on, I asked a follow-up question, “Did you ever hear any rumors about some of the weapons being removed from the WSA and being shipped back to the United States for inspection?” Halt replied, “I have no comment on that.” As I discuss in my book, in 1994, another retired USAF officer who had been very high up in the NATO nuclear weapons security organization, told me that shortly after the incident two tactical nuclear bombs had been removed from one of the bunkers at the Bentwaters WSA and shipped to Kirtland AFB, New Mexico for inspection. This individual, who I am not at liberty to identify, claimed not to know the results of that analysis. Over the years, other ex-USAF personnel have told me about UFOs directing beams of light—some of them laser-like; others appearing to be searchlights—down onto nuclear missile silos. Several examples are referenced in my book, which is available at my website. The “Soviet Bentwaters” Incident In July 1989, an intriguing UFO incident occurred at the Soviet missile test complex known as Kapustin Yar, located south of the city of Volgograd, in southwestern Russia. At the time, a group of 12 intermediate-range missiles, RT-14s, were operational at Kapustin Yar and spare nuclear warheads were stored in a nearby weapons depot. The information about the UFO sighting comes directly from declassified KGB documents, secured by Western researchers and journalists following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. Don Berliner, of the Fund for UFO Research, notes that the KGB file contained the depositions of seven Soviet military personnel, drawings of the UFO made by some of the observers, and a case summary written by an unnamed KBG officer, from which Berliner excerpted the following passage: Military personnel of the signal center observed UFOs in the period from 22:12 hrs. to 23:55 hrs. on 28 July 1989. According to the witnesses’ reports, they observed three objects simultaneously, at a distance of 3-5 km. After questioning the witnesses, it was determined that the reported characteristics of the observed UFOs are: disc 4-5 m. diameter, with a half-sphere on top, which is lit brightly. It moved sometimes abruptly, but noiselessly, at times coming down and hovering over ground at an altitude of 20-60 m. The command of [censored] called for a fighter... but it was not able to see it in detail, because the UFO did not let the aircraft come near it, evading it. Atmospheric conditions were suitable for visual observations. Berliner writes, “The most detailed communication was submitted by the Officer-on-Duty, Ensign Valery N. Voloshin. A captain from the telegraph center informed him at 23:20 hrs. that ‘an unidentified flying object, which he called a flying saucer, was hovering over the military unit for over an hour.’ After confirming the sighting with the operation signal officer on duty, Ensign Voloshin and Private Tishchayev climbed the first part of an antenna tower.” According to [Voloshin’s] deposition: One could clearly see a powerful blinking signal which resembled a camera flash in the night sky. The object flew over the unit’s logistics yard and moved in the direction of the rocket weapons (nuclear warhead) depot, 300 meters away. It hovered over the depot at a height of 20 meters. The UFO’s hull shone with a dim green light which looked like phosphorous. It was a disc, 4 or 5 m. in diameter, with a semispherical top.While the object was hovering over the depot, a bright beam appeared from the bottom of the disc, where the flash had been before, and made two or three circles, lighting the corner of one of the buildings...The movement of the beam lasted for several seconds, then the beam disappeared and the object, still flashing, moved in the direction of the railway station. After that, I observed the object hovering over the logistics yard, railway station and cement factory. Then it returned to the rocket weapons depot, and hovered over it at an altitude of 60-70 m. The object was observed from that time on, by the first guard-shift and its commander. At 1:30 hrs., the object flew in the direction of the city of Akhtubinsk and disappeared from sight... The remarkable UFO incident at Kapustin Yar’s nuclear warhead depot, as summarized by the KGB, has obvious parallels with the sighting at the USAF Weapons Storage Area at RAF Bentwaters in December 1980. In each case, a disc-shaped object hovered at low altitude over (or near) a nuclear weapons storage site and released beams of light down into it for unknown reasons. United States Bankruptcy Judge Robert Grossman has ruled that MERS's business practices are unlawful.   He explicitly acknowledged that this ruling sets a precedent that has far-reaching implications for half of the mortgages in this country. MERS is dead. The banks are in big trouble. And all foreclosures should be stopped immediately while the legislative branch comes up with a solution.

For some weeks I have been arguing that MERS is perpetrating foreclosure fraud all across the nation. Its business model makes it impossible to legally foreclose on any mortgaged property registered within its system -- which includes half of the outstanding mortgages in the US. MERS was a fraud from day one, whose purpose was to evade property recording fees & to subvert 5 centuries of property law. Its chickens have come home to roost.

Wall St. wanted to transform America's housing sector into the world's biggest casino and needed to undermine property rights to make it easier to run the scam. The payoffs were bigger for lenders who could induce homeowners to take mortgages they could not possibly afford. The mortgages were packaged into securities sold-on to patsy investors who were defrauded by the "reps and warranties" falsely certifying the securities as backed by top grade loans. In fact the securities were not backed by mortgages, and in any case the mortgages were sure to go bad. Given that homeowners would default, the Wall St. banks that serviced the mortgages needed a foreclosure steamroller to quickly and cheaply throw families out of the homes so that they could be resold to serve as purported collateral for yet more gambling bets. MERS -- the industry's creation -- stepped up to the plate to facilitate the fraud.

The judge has ruled that its practices are illegal. MERS and the banks lose; investors and homeowners win.

Here's MERS's business model in brief. Real estate property sales and mortgages are supposed to be recorded in local recording offices, with fees paid. With the rise of securitization, each mortgage might be sold a dozen times before it came to rest as the collateral behind a mortgage backed security (MBS), and each of those sales would need to be recorded. MERS was created to bypass public recording; it would be listed in the county records as the "mortgagee of record" and the "nominee" of the holder of mortgage. Members of MERS could then transfer the mortgage from one to another without all the trouble of changing the local records, simply by (voluntarily) recording transactions on MERS's registry.

A mortgage has 2 parts, the "note" and the "security" (not to be confused with the MBS) or "deed of trust" that is usually just called the "mortgage". The idea behind MERS was that the "note" would be transferred from seller to purchaser, but the "mortgage" would be held by MERS. In fact, MERS recommended that the "note" be held by the mortgage servicer to facilitate foreclosures, but in practice it seems that the notes were often lost or destroyed (which is why all those Burger King Kids were hired to Robo-sign "lost note affidavits").

At each transfer, the note & mortgage are supposed to be "assigned" to the new owner; MERS claimed that because it was the "mortgagee of record" and the "nominee" of both parties to every transaction, there was no need to assign the "mortgage" until foreclosure. And it argued that since the old adage is that the "mortgage follows the note" and that both parties intended to assign the notes (even if they did not get around to doing it), then the Bankruptcy Court should rule that the assignments did take place in some sort of "virtual reality" so that there is a clear chain of title that allows the servicers to foreclose.

The Judge rejected every aspect of MERS's argument. The Court rejected the claim that MERS could be both holder of the mortgage as well as nominee of the "true" owner. It also found that "mortgagee of record" is a vague term that does not give one legal standing as mortgagee. Hence, at best, MERS is only a nominee. It rejected MERS's claim that as nominee it can assign notes or mortgages -- a nominee has limited rights and those most certainly do not include the right to transfer ownership unless there is specific written instruction to do so. In scarcely veiled anger, the Judge wrote:

"According to MERS, the principal/agent relationship among itself and its members is created by the MERS rules of membership and terms and conditions, as well as the Mortgage itself. However, none of the documents expressly creates an agency relationship or even mentions the word "agency." MERS would have this Court cobble together the documents and draw inferences from the words contained in those documents."

Judge Grossman rejected MERS's arguments, saying that mere membership in MERS does not provide "agency" rights to MERS, and agreeing with the Supreme Court of Kansas that ruled "The parties appear to have defined the word [nominee] in much the same way that the blind men of Indian legend described an elephant -- their description depended on which part they were touching at any given time."

He went on to disparage MERS's claim that since in legal theory the "mortgage follows the note", the Court should overlook the fact that MERS separated them. He stopped just short of saying that by separating them, MERS has irretrievably destroyed the clear chain of title, although he hinted that a future ruling could come to that conclusion:

"MERS argues that notes and mortgages processed through the MERS System are never "separated" b/c beneficial ownership of the notes and mortgages are always held by the same entity. The Court will not address that issue in this Decision, but leaves open the issue as to whether mortgages processed through the MERS system are properly perfected and valid liens. See Carpenter v. Longan, 83 U.S. at 274 (finding that an assignment of the mortgage without the note is a nullity); Landmark Nat'l Bank v. Kesler, 216 P.3d 158, 166-67 (Kan. 2009)   ("[I]n  the event that a mortgage loan somehow separates interests of the note & the deed of trust, with the deed of trust lying with some independent entity, the mortgage may become unenforceable")."

That would mean not only the end of MERS, but also the end of the banks holding unenforceable mortgages because they were not, & cannot be, "perfected". MERS & the banks screwed up big time, and there is no "do over" -- there is no valid lien on the property, so owners have got their homes free and clear.

There have been numerous court rulings against MERS -- including decisions made by state supreme courts. What is significant about the US Bankruptcy Court of New York's ruling is that the judge specifically set out to examine the legality of MERS's business model. As the judge argued in the decision, "The Court believes this analysis is necessary for the precedential effect it will have on other cases pending before this Court". In the scathing opinion, Judge Grossman variously labeled MERS's positions as "stunningly inconsistent" with the facts, "absurd, at best", and "not supported by the law". The ruling is a complete repudiation of every argument MERS has made about the legality of its procedures.

What is particularly ironic is that MERS actually forced the judge to undertake the examination of its business model. The case before the judge involved a foreclosed homeowner who had already lost in state court. The homeowner then approached the US Bankruptcy Court to argue that the foreclosing bank did not have legal standing because of MERS's business practices. However, by the "Rooker-Feldman" doctrine (or res judicata), the US Bankruptcy Court is prohibited from "looking behind" the state court's decision to determine the issue of legal standing. Hence, Judge Grossman ruled in the bank's favor on that particular issue.

Yet, MERS's high priced lawyers wanted to push the issue and asked for the Judge to rule in favor of MERS's practices, too. So while MERS won the little battle over one foreclosed home, it lost the war against the nation's homeowners. The Judge ruled against MERS on every single issue of importance. And it was MERS's stupid arrogance that brought it down.

As I predicted 2 weeks. ago, MERS would be dead within weeks. Judge Grossman has driven the final stake through its black heart. The half of America's homeowners whose mortgages are registered at MERS have been handed a "get out of jail free" card. Wall St. has no right to foreclose on their property. The tide has turned. It won't be easy, but homeowners in those states with judicial foreclosures now have Judge Grossman on their side. Those in the other states (just over half) will have a tougher time because they can lose their home before they ever get to court. But the law is still on their side -- foreclosure by members of MERS is theft -- so class action lawsuits may be the way to go.

MERS is dead, but can the banks survive? There are two separate issues. First, there are the "reps and warranties" given by the mortgage securitizers (Wall St. investment banks) to the investors (pension funds, GSEs, PIMCO, and so on). We now know that a quarter to a third of the mortgages bundled to serve as backing for the securities did not meet stated quality. Worse, we also know that the banks knew this -- they hired third parties to undertake "due diligence" to check quality. This was not done to protect the investors, rather, the purpose was to strengthen the bargaining position of the securitizers, who were able to reduce the prices paid for the mortgages. Now, the investors are suing the banks for restitution--forcing them to cover the losses and buy-back the bad mortgages at original price. To add insult to injury, even the NYFed is suing them. That is a lot like having your parents sue you for their inadequate parental oversight of your behavior.

The second issue is that the mortgages backing the securities were supposed to be placed in Trusts (affiliates of the securitizing banks), with the Trustee certifying not only that the mortgages met the reps and warranties but also that the documents were up to snuff and safely locked away. We know they were not. As mentioned above, MERS told the servicers to hold the notes, and many or most of them were destroyed or lost. Further, the notes were separated from the mortgages -- making them null and void. In any case, they are not at the Trusts. This means the MBSs are not backed by mortgages, meaning the MBSs are unsecured debt. MERS's business model ensures that. So, again, the banks must take back the fraudulent securities -- paying off the investors.

What can Wall St. do? Well, I suppose the "help wanted" signs are already up at MERS and Wall St. banks: "Needed: Burger King Kids to Robo-sign forged quasi-professional-looking docs". The problem is that even with tens of thousands of Robo-Kids, Wall St. will not be able to pull off a vast criminal conspiracy on the necessary scale. Think about it: 60M mortgages, each sold ten times, means 600 million transactions and assignments that have to be forged. MERS's documentation was notoriously sloppy, relying on voluntary recording by members. The Robo-Kids would have to go back through a decade of records to manufacture a paper trail that would convince now-skeptical judges that there is a clear chain of title from the first recording in the public record through to the foreclosure. It ain't going to happen.

The only other hope is that Wall St. can call in its campaign contribution chips and get Congress to retroactively legalize fraud. That is what they do in those dictatorships that protestors are now bringing down in the Middle East. Is Washington willing to take that risk, just to please its Wall St. benefactors?

Each reported to have seen a “silver colored object high up approaching the mountains at Sardine Canyon” which then “appeared to explode in a rash of fire.” The memo further explained “several residents [reported] seeing what appeared to be two aerial explosions, followed by falling object.” The memo is one of thousands of formerly classified files which have bow been made public in a new online resource called The Vault, an online database run by the FBI. Another document in The Vault is a statement from special agent Guy Hottel which described events which seem to present evidence in support of the Roswell alien theories. In a memo Hottel explained three flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico, he described them as “being circular in shape with raised centers, approximately 50 feet in diameter." He said there was life found inside the crafts, resembling humans. "Each one was occupied by three bodies of human shape but only 3 feet tall," he wrote.“[The bodies were] dressed in a metallic cloth of a very fine texture. Each body was bandaged in a manner similar to the blackout suits used by speed flyers and test pilots." The release of the files is reigniting an old and ongoing debate surrounding alien life in Roswell. Alien theorists who believe the US government covered-up alien landings in New Mexico have now gained new confidence. Greetings,

Dear Ones!

We are so pleased and honored to be with you today. We are dancing with joyful energy for the reunions that are happening within the energy of the group today, and of course, when we mean group we mean not only the people in the room at this moment but also those who will enjoy this transmission on your internet at a later time. Please know without a doubt that you are all loved beyond measure. You are always guided, you are always assisted and you are divinely perfect exactly as you are in your now moment.

Never forget that, Dear Ones.

That is an important aspect of yourselves that we wish to encourage you to remember at all times as you move forward through the year of

2012 and beyond. If you can remember that fundamental piece of information, you will find it so much easier to keep your balance as the energies begin to move forward in earnest. Today’s group is a wonderful example of how souls can frequently move off on their own separate paths and yet loop back around for joyful reunions. That is what we experience with you frequently as well. Every time you remember to tap back in it is always a joyful reunion although we stay with you at all times, if you can understand this. It is the aspect of your remembering that we are here that brings the joyful reunion, if that makes sense.

Do you see? We don’t have a specific topic for today’s channel, rather we have several points that we feel should be addressed to explain what many of you may be experiencing in the energies of today. There are many points that we would like to cover as we move forward through today’s transmission. Many of you are experiencing the sensation of accelerated forward movement. If you have not experienced it in your life expression as yet, know that you will experience it this year at some point or another. Our Dear One jokes frequently about how she feels like her hair should be flowing straight back in the wind and her skin stretched tight, she feels like she is moving forward that quickly.

Many of you will be having these sensations. Now for those of you who are practicing your skills, who remember to ground, who remember to, with their intention, shift with the energies, you will be navigating this with much more ease than those who will be afraid of movement and decide to practice resistance. Resistance to flow and movement only creates discomfort. We say to you that if you are in fear and discomfort you are in resistance. Surrender. Surrender is key to moving forward in these unprecedented and accelerated energies.

Know that these are the moments your soul has been waiting for. This is a joyful time. But many of you are finding it difficult to switch gears as quickly as what is required. Many of you had worked so diligently that you had been in a holding or a waiting pattern, waiting for these energies, some of you for well more than a year of your earthly time. It is like being stuck in a waiting room for so very, very long, waiting for your number to be called. You’ve waited for so long you feel cramped and uncomfortable. You’re dehydrated, your neck hurts, and you’ve fallen into a slumber because there is nothing else to do and then suddenly the doors get whipped wide open and people expect you to instantly jump up and sprint forward.

If you could imagine how that would feel, it would be most disorienting, wouldn’t it? You would need the time to get the kinks out of your body, to give your body what it needs to awaken enough to remember where you are and who you are and what you wish to accomplish. This is very much what the energies of 2012 feel like.

You’ve had the first couple of weeks in January to try to get your bearings and now you are in your sprint trying to remember what you are here to create.

Do you see? It can be most disconcerting, indeed, but please know, again, this is what you are here to experience. And if you approach it with the joy and excitement of forward movement you will be embodying exactly the energies that you need in order to move forward and have this be a year of delight to you.

So this is the first thing that we wished to share with you. We wish to remind you of our constant teaching that all movement is forward movement. We love when we watch humans on their spiritual path, so mindfully moving forward. We love what your intention is but what we want you to know is you can’t make a mistake. Being in accelerated movement can be terrifying if you believe that you can make a mistake.

Correct? You cannot. You cannot make a mistake. Even if you fell flat on your face, it only makes us love you all the more. You cannot disappoint us! If you moved in the wrong direction you would get uncomfortable and very quickly right your course. It is a self-adjusting flow, Dear Ones, that only moves you one way and that is forward.

Have you ever seen a stream move backwards? It doesn’t happen. You are all moving forward. You have worked on yourselves to the point where you don’t need to have the hard knocks in order to wake up and pay attention. Let that fear go. This is a joyous time! Do not take away from the joy and the excitement of where you are by all this old fear based thinking. So, imagine if you will, the front car of a roller coaster. Do you wish to be the one with the smile of delight on your face with your arms up in the air screeching with the joy of being alive or do you wish to be the one that is curled in a fetal position in the back that is going to land up in the same place anyways.

The difference is, those who have embraced the experience will jump out of the car when they arrive exhilarated and ready to embrace the next great adventure, exactly the attitude required for the creation of the New Earth. Those who have resisted mightily will be arriving in the new space quite battered and worn. The ascension process is assured. How much you enjoy the ride is up to you. The next point we would like to address is this. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again. Honor your bodies. Your body will have very different requirements as you move forward throughout this year. You may start to crave things that you think are not good for your body.

Dear Ones, listen to what your body wants. For example, you could very well experience yourself craving a substance like salt and you would say I don’t want to eat that salt. They say too much salt is bad for you, so I’m not going to listen to my body and I’m going to deny my craving. We encourage you to listen to what your body needs. These are unprecedented times, and many of the guidebooks or rule books are going to have to be thrown out the window. You are the experts on what you need. Give yourself permission to listen to what your body wants.

Your sleep is going to be hugely affected as we move through this shift.

You will swing wildly between needing vast amounts of deep slumber and having other nights where you barely sleep at all. Give yourselves permission to nap, Dear Ones. If you are meditators, use that skill.

Many of you have these tools in preparation for the times that we are in now. Use them! If you feel like you need sun on your skin, please give yourself permission to do that rather than cower inside because you do not have sunblock because someone said it would be bad for you.

Do you understand? Things are going to shift so much that you are not going to stay in one activity long enough for it to be harmful to you.

Do you see? Listen to what you need and give yourself whatever it is that you are asking for and do it with love not guilt.

This is so important. Honor and cherish yourself and again, remember these energies are about unconditional love. We cannot say it enough times, you must start to demonstrate that to yourself first. In order to be a fully functioning vessel of the Christed energies, you must be able to hold the energies of unconditional love for yourselves first, because loving yourself is loving the whole and vice versa. You cannot omit one and consider yourselves to be moving forward in your highest potential.

We understand that you have been taught and conditioned that this is not a good thing to do. Those old ways of being were put out by people who were simply not qualified to tell you how to behave in these unprecedented times. You must love yourselves first and by doing so you will be the example for those who are going to be looking to you for guidance as these times move forward. The lightworkers, the energy workers, the enlightening beings on the planet are just getting their feet underneath them now.

You are just starting to become accustomed to the energies of 2012.

There will be a huge wave of people who will be coming mid year after you and there will a lot of last minute crammers trying to get on the boat at the last moment. They will be looking to you for guidance.

Honor yourselves and understand your role here, please, Dear Ones. It is most important. At this stage of the game it should not be that difficult for you to feel the love for who you really are. It is what you are here to experience. It is safe for you to do so.

You will not be chastised for it. Again, being chastised for such things, energetically, is just not being supported anymore. You are safe. Please love yourselves. The next thing that we would like to talk about besides our usual unconditional love, is surrender, faith, flow and trust. Do you see? The message stays the same. We repeat it because we understand that through repetition, people learn.

We understand that in the human condition it is easy to forget. All that is required to move forward with grace and ease into what you are here to experience (which is far more glorious than what you could ever imagine) is surrender, faith, flow and trust.

It is simple. Do not allow other people’s ideas to complicate it or muddy it in your mind. Do not make it more complicated than it needs to be. The next thing that we wish to discuss with you is the importance of letting go of attachment. Someone said to our dear partner in transmission this week, “I have everything I have ever wanted. Why am I not happy?”

There will be a chorus of people saying the same thing this year. The teachings of the law of attraction reached so many souls several years ago in preparation for the times that you are in now. It was a very pivotal piece, teaching those of the human condition how to be mindful with your thoughts and to get you to understand that you are all creators. This was preparation for you to step forward and start mindfully creating the New Earth. It has become fairly mainstream. The idea has caught on and many people accept that your thoughts can create your experiences. Of course, in order to have such a broad appeal it was initially used for the accumulation of things.

What many people are finding now that the energies are so accelerated and they are recognizing that they can manifest in record time, is that having all the things in the world is not filling the emptiness that sits within them. And this is a glorious experience for them because it is recognizing that happiness and wholeness must come from within.

It is wonderful that people are landing in this place because it’s forcing them to ask the next question, why? And what do I do about it?

People who have received everything that they want and are still not happy had an attachment to the idea, if I just get this thing I’ll be ok. I’ll feel great. This attachment thinking keeps you away from your authentic power. That is why it does not work.

The joy and the happiness you seek, everything that you need to support your soul’s blooming, all of that occurs in the now moment and all of it comes from you. So, if you release your attachment to external circumstances making you happy, surrender to the guides and the flow that is here to assist you in getting exactly where you need to be, if you count your blessings, if you practice gratitude and hold your highest intention, you will be experiencing joy within yourselves that you didn’t even believe was possible. And it will be authentic because it is not dependant upon anything else but yourself and your connection to Source.

We would say to you that regardless of what your situation may be, you can always tap into that quiet joy that is yours, that is unshakeable.

It is your birthright and it is what you are here to embrace. You have heard many say that the illusion is dropping away now, and that is why people are not able to find happiness in the accumulation of things and certain circumstances. That was the illusion. It is now all about authenticity. People say to us, “Gabriel, how do I know what my purpose is?” It is the same for each and every one of you. Does that surprise you? You all have the same purpose, Dear Ones. It is to step into your authentic power and to assist others to do the same.

Of course, it will have many different flavors and variations. You are here to experience being in joy and to be your highest expression of Creator Self. Of course, that will be different for each and every one of you but the sole (soul) purpose is the same. You do not like to hear this because it is too simple for you. Those of the human condition like to complicate things. You are here to remember who you really are, to embrace your authentic self, and to assist others to remember who they really are. If you all do that you will be experiencing heaven on earth.

It has been a marvelous session today and we have enjoyed ourselves immensely. We honor you for being here, we honor you for your courage and your love and your sensitivity. You are so loved. Allow that knowingness to enter into your heart and carry it with you for all of your days.
