ETs/EDs Involved In The “Plan” “Drake’s” Talking About–Paying Off A Karmic Debt

ETs/EDs who owe humankind a great karmic debt are apparently an integral part of “The Plan” being publicly discussed by “Drake” and widely reported on the Internet. ETs/EDs’ involvement may explain how the security lid has been kept on–for decades–on a secret supposedly now known by 90% percent of the Pentagon officers, yet unknown to the writer’s highly cleared contacts.

After reading the “Drake” interview with David Wilcock, though, one did opine “It seems like a reasonable approach.” The contacts aren’t necessarily buying the scenario; it strains both credulity and brains.  Granted, the nature of the military mind is to have contingency plans for everything, but knowing that a five inch thick binder holding an operational plan to save the country was already in existence in ~1979 and has been expanded since, yet not leaked in the three decades plus makes the head hurt, given the ever growing numbers who know it exists/plan to use it. Hiding something of this magnitude from old pros in intelligence and veteran field operatives “would take a lot of work,” in their opinion. Somebody’s lying here somewhere!  But the ETs/EDs are in the loop, to the point they’re mystified sensitive terrestrial contacts don’t know. A brief telepathic discussion with the ETs/EDs confirmed that whoppers are indeed being told.

ETs/EDs Confirm Involvement With & Protection For “The Plan”

ETs/EDs and ground units are protecting “Drake,” whose frenetic networking activities would seem to make him the world’s easiest surveillance/assassination target. Should that protection fail, the ETs/EDs have said that if he’s killed, “Pearl Harbor” files will be released which will destroy the NWO (New World Order) Cabal, but either way, the Cabal is “screwed” and doomed to destruction. Should any Cabal members attempt to flee once the planned major arrests begin, the ETs/EDs can and will blow their planes and helicopters out of the sky and vessels out of the water. As was plainly stated before: “Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide!” The ETs/EDs are also well aware that Bahama Island is a planned Cabal refuge and have big plans for it. Ruinous ones! The ETs/EDs know of similar hidey holes elsewhere, too.

The other thing that makes this whole “Drake” business so hard to swallow, even with the ETs/EDs involved, is this “tiny” problem:

Theses “representatives” work ceaselessly to set people at each other’s throats, undermine plans and above all, torpedo any action which would undermine the NWO Cabal’s power, and well do the ETs/EDs know it. Since the writer’s personally talked to a former undercover cop who was in the front row of the organizing meeting for the radical SDS (Students for a Democratic Society) when “Let’s kill the pigs!” was chanted, and has been to meetings of the Granada Forum where government agents recorded license plates in the parking lot and were denounced before the speaker was introduced, the Mullens quote seems right on target. Given the ubiquitousness of surveillance, especially on the military, let alone commanders of powerful formations, how do you plot and scheme for decades and never once let an agent provocateur of the government somehow slip in?  This is why sensitive contacts find the “Drake” scenario so hard to accept, not to mention counterintuitive. Who talks about such things? When you’ve operated in denied areas all over the world, you know how easy it is to penetrate even the most secure organizations, so why should this one be any different? The ETs/EDs disagree, pointing out a range of things which were successfully hidden, such as China’s gigantic underground missile complexes, their own bases here in the States and ETs/EDs‘ involvement with a bunch of countries down through history right to today.

"People are more relaxed and satisfied when they know they have someone from the outside, like the DOJ who have no ties to the community to try and relax the emotions," Clayton said We have previously reported that in 2006, then Senator Barack Obama was involved in a Florida case with Martin’s attorney Benjamin Crump and Rev. Sharpton that acted as the publicity blueprint for the Martin case. That connection has still not been reported in the mainstream media, and itself raises serious questions about the level of coordination between the Obama administration, Mr. Crump and Rev. Sharpton.

About the FOMC

The term "monetary policy" refers to the actions undertaken by a central bank, such as the Federal Reserve, to influence the availability and cost of money and credit to help promote national economic goals. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 gave the Federal Reserve responsibility for setting monetary policy.

The Federal Reserve controls the three tools of monetary policy--open market operations, the discount rate, and reserve requirements. The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System is responsible for the discount rate and reserve requirements, and the Federal Open Market Committee is responsible for open market operations. Using the three tools, the Federal Reserve influences the demand for, and supply of, balances that depository institutions hold at Federal Reserve Banks and in this way alters the federal funds rate. The federal funds rate is the interest rate at which depository institutions lend balances at the Federal Reserve to other depository institutions overnight.

Changes in the federal funds rate trigger a chain of events that affect other short-term interest rates, foreign exchange rates, long-term interest rates, the amount of money and credit, and, ultimately, a range of economic variables, including employment, output, and prices of goods and services.

Structure of the FOMC

The Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) consists of twelve members--the seven members of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; and four of the remaining eleven Reserve Bank presidents, who serve one-year terms on a rotating basis. The rotating seats are filled from the following four groups of Banks, one Bank president from each group: Boston, Philadelphia, and Richmond; Cleveland and Chicago; Atlanta, St. Louis, and Dallas; and Minneapolis, Kansas City, and San Francisco. Nonvoting Reserve Bank presidents attend the meetings of the Committee, participate in the discussions, and contribute to the Committee's assessment of the economy and policy options.

The FOMC holds eight regularly scheduled meetings per year. At these meetings, the Committee reviews economic and financial conditions, determines the appropriate stance of monetary policy, and assesses the risks to its long-run goals of price stability and sustainable economic growth.

Romney – Ron Paul in brutal battle !

The war over delegates at the district level last weekend descended into a brutal battle,  more like a scene from the plains of the Serengeti than a political convention.  Romney Hawks, now in complete control of his campaign (See Romney Hawks) are using strong arm tactics to shut out the Ron Paul forces.  A county chairman in New York has commissioned robo calls declaring that all other candidates have dropped out of the race except Mitt Romney.
“If Mitt Romney has won the nomination,” says one of the Ron Paul state directors, “Why are they so threatening and running so scared?  Why would they risk breaking the law or openly lying to people on phone calls?”
I reported to you yesterday on the Ron Paul success in Minnesota and  Iowa.  But only partially.  I held back the full extent of the good news.  The Des Moines Register reported that Ron Paul had won six members on the state committee.  Ahem.  There is much more to say but it is not wise to share.  But since Dr. Paul, himself, let one of the cats out of the bag on CNBC today, I will reiterate his announcement that we took 15 out of 17 members of the Iowa state GOP steering committee.
But don’t cry for Mitt Argentina.  Romneyites are using every trick in the book and then some. In one instance they literally locked the door to keep Ron Paul young people from participating.
From scattered reports of district conventions in numerous states, the Rick Santorum forces are scattered, like sheep without a shepherd.  In many places his campaign is being picked clean by the Romney forces with their “unity” slates, which are anti-prolife and anti-everything else for which Rick Santorum stood.
BTW, if you are Santorum delegate, don’t sell yourself cheap.   The Romney people are making big promises to your colleagues, don’t give away your vote for nothing.  And if you happen to still believe in something, come over to us.
In Missouri, where a Santorum-Ron Paul coalition could have split the delegation, the Santorum people flipped and moved to Mitt Romney, instead.  Depending on how one interprets the final tally, it looks like Ron Paul will get 20 of the delegates, and Romney will get most of the rest, giving only a token to Santorum.  Ironically, the socially conservative, Rick Santorum had asked his people in Missouri to cooperate with Ron Paul, a pro lifer and an evangelical Christian.  But in the end most of the delegates were Santorum supporters in name only and did their own thing, cutting a deal with Mitt Romney.
In Washington State, where Ron Paul and Santorum people are openly cooperating in some districts, the modus operandi of the Romney establishment was especially curt.  The 37th legislative district of King County is a case in point. Borrowing successful tactics used by the Romney Gestapo in Alaska, a determined King County Chairwoman, Lori Sotelo, instituted a last minute “poll tax” of ten dollars.   The Ron Paul people were not deterred.  They meekly submitted to this surprise “rule” and paid her the money.  The meeting began, late but the duly elected delegates were committed to see it through.
When the delegates in attendance, overwhelmingly Ron Paul supporters, duly elected their own Tamra Smilanich as the permanent chair of the caucus, Sotelo watched for a few minutes and then began what can only be described as a continuous assault on democracy at work.  First she interrupted the proceedings to announce that the caucus was adjourned.  She declared that Smilanich was an “operative” of the Ron Paul campaign and had turned the event into a Ron Paul campaign meeting.  Since the insurance was paid for by the King County GOP, she determined it did not cover a Ron Paul event, thus the meeting was closed.
No reason was cited to substantiate the accusation and videos now abound on the internet giving viewers a blow by blow account of events as they unfolded.  Participants insist that Smilanich operated within the Robert’s Rules of Order and her election was legitimate.  Her only fault was she hailed from the Ron Paul camp.
After Smilanich allowed for speeches and just before the body could vote, Lori Sotelo made another attempt to end the proceeding and prevent any vote from taking place.  Once more she contended that the premises had to be vacated because chairman Smilanich was acting as a Ron Paul campaign surrogate.  A few minutes later she announced that the premises had to be vacated because the place had been rented for a limited amount of time and that time was now ended.
With this ugly tug of war ongoing, the meeting dragged on for hours, relocating to different places, but, miraculously, a quorum was maintained and delegates were elected to the next round.

Of course, the establishment GOP and the Romney campaign continue to make every effort to stop or discourage the Ron Paul involvement on the grounds that Mitt Romney has won the nomination and the party should unite.
Vincent Reda, the Rockland County, New York chairman had robo phones call to all Republicans in the county declaring that all other candidates had dropped out of the race except Mitt Romney.  Where the calls made with Republican money?  If so, it was illegal.

One wonders why the Romney forces are so nervous.  Why would they misrepresent the facts?  Why would their shills in the main stream media keep beating the drums,  saying to the Ron Paul supporters, “Get out, get out, get out.”
No one stops to ask the question that if Mitt Romney has the nomination won, why should all of these people have to get out?  Why wouldn’t the Romney organizers be saying, “Get in, get in, get in?”

Maryhrt -------------------- A news report has been quietly making its way around the alternative media, under the radar screen, concerning a Delaware legal decision to strip county sheriffs of their arrest powers in the state. The mainstream media has not reported the story, but the son of Vice President Joe Biden, who serves as Attorney General for the state of Delaware, has issued a mandate to county commissioners informing them that sheriffs in the state's three counties no longer have arrest powers. When the information reached this reporter late yesterday evening, further investigation revealed that there is a nationwide effort to strip local sheriffs of most of their enumerated powers that are mandated in the state constitutions of the various states. Such a move would have the net effect of abolishing local sheriffs departments and strengthening the power of federal law enforcement agencies. And this is not the first time such an effort has been launched. In the 1970s an initiative was launched by county supervisors in California to eliminate the office of sheriff, but one supervisor instead was able to persuade two state legislators to get a question placed on the California ballot as to whether or not the office of the sheriff should be an elected office. The measure passed overwhelmingly, and the mandate for elected sheriffs was placed in the state constitution. And in 1935 President Franklin D. Roosevelt was set to eliminate all of the 48 states in order to implement nine regional governments that would operate as extensions of the federal government. All local law enforcement would be eliminated. The plan failed, but the fact that it was attempted points to an ever present, insidious stealth plan on the part of some within the federal government to take away the right of the people and the states to elect their own local law enforcement and to vastly strengthen the hand of the numerous federal law enforcement agencies that currently operate throughout America. Proponents of such unconstitutional measures desire to forge a world government of sorts under the control of the United Nations. Various methods are used to expedite this plan, including the infamous 'Agenda 21' that has raised the alarm among some citizens. The key to the success of the implementation of such plans is enforcement. How would the federal government insure compliance among the states and their citizens? Dozens of federal agencies have their own law enforcement divisions, and those divisions are growing quickly under the Obama Administration. Homeland Security is purchasing 450 million rounds of hollow point bullets. The IRS will need roughly 16,500 new employees to implement ObamaCare. The White House has just sent $500 million to the IRS to enforce the new healthcare law. The EPA's recent penchant for using heavy handed tactics outside the authority given to it by Congress has placed businesses under the gun and stymied economic recovery. Citizens complain that the agency regularly violates private property rights. And then there are such agencies as the FBI, ATF, DEA, ICE, and others that are under suspicion for widespread corruption in the Fast and Furious scandal, a fact that has not hampered Congressional Democrats from calling for massive new funding and expanded powers for these agencies. The move to weaken and dismantle sheriffs offices around the country is viewed by Constitutional watchdogs as an ominous signal in a broader attempt to usurp the rights of citizens on the local level in lieu of an expanded nationalized police force under the control of a federal bureaucracy. A strange object flying close to the sun looks unnervingly like a huge, metallic 'mothership' familiar from Hollywood blockbusters.

The picture was released by Nasa's sun-watching Solar and Heliospheric Observatory, known as SOHO - and has become an immediate cult hit on the internet.

UFO fan site Gather News said: ‘An unusually shaped, gigantic UFO was spotted on the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) and posted in a video on YouTube.

An enlargement of the object makes the enormously large UFO look like a ship straight out of a Hollywood movie

‘The unidentified flying object, which bears no resemblance to anything ever spotted near the Sun, somehow manages to withstand the blazing heat thrown off by solar flare activity and the incredibly high temperatures emanating from nuclear fusion generated on the surface of the star. What is it?' asked the site.

UFO fans on YouTube have been highly enthusiastic about the object, with many claiming it as a definite 'spot'.

SOHO, the Solar & Heliospheric Observatory, is a satellite built to study the Sun from its deep core to the outer corona and the solar wind.

SOHO was launched on December 2, 1995.

The twelve instruments on board SOHO communicate with large radio dishes around the world which form NASA's Deep Space Network are used for data downlink and commanding. 

‘The video shows what looks like a metallic, jointed spaceship with a gigantic extension, perhaps a boom arm, anchored off its lower end.

I took a screenshot and added light to it and you can see another part of the ship. It has another third arm that goes down. So strange. Keep up the great work,' says one UFO fan.

Others are more sceptical, claiming such artefacts are often the product of distortion hitting SOHO's sensors.

‘There is no way this object is merely vapour, as the shape of it is rigidly straight and grooved and appears to be manufactured in some way,' says the UFO fan site. 'Also, there seems to be some intelligent design involved. It's beyond human engineering to create.'
