Your world is engulfed in a tide of ever-mounting debt that is the result of these self-serving activities, and it is for this and many other reasons that the dark ones have reached the end of their protracted rule upon your world. They have long withheld from you a wide range of advanced technologies and related appliances, and our Earth allies have insisted that one of the first acts of the new governance is to bring these discoveries into the limelight. These technologies can vault your societies forward to a point where first contact makes more sense. Added to our own technology, your now-suppressed devices can reveal to you how best to serve your planet and your fellow humanity. This shift in consciousness by its very nature is tied to divine service. We humans are physical Angels whose primary purpose is to serve the multitudes of living stars and planets that make up our Milky Way Galaxy. We come from faraway worlds to set the stage for a first contact with you, which will be complete once you have transformed back into your fully conscious Selves. Only then can you begin to understand why you fell into limited consciousness in the first place, and how the wisdom garnered there can assist you to create Light Bodies for the denizens of the formerly dark empires of Anchara. This is a venerable task which requires your unique wisdom and your infinite reservoirs of Love. The Agarthans realize that once you return to full consciousness there is much you can teach them, and they look forward to coming together with you to form a great star-nation. This new entity is to secure a galactic peace and make it possible to move nearly half the galaxy into the Light. It will be a time for carrying out divine prophecy! These present moments lead up to a series of events which will change your world forever. Those who are to arrest certain individuals in your society are being prepared by various procedures that are reaching their formal conclusion. The heads of state of several western nations are being made aware that their resignations will shortly be expected and we are poised to use our technology to ensure that these detentions proceed exactly as planned. The purpose of these detentions is to separate the dark cabal members from their positions of power and thus create an opportunity for corrupt banking and financial institutions to be reformed. This will be accompanied by across-the-board debt forgiveness. The ever-mounting debt of most nations is the result of massive spending, brought on by the political and fiscal policies of the cabal. What is needed is a means to rectify this, and debt forgiveness accomplishes this. It also sets the stage for the universal abundance that will quickly follow. This belief is to be replaced by a new one. There is no need to be poor, or to accept lack and limitation as a given. Rather, you need to see that the wealth and freedom being provided is only a stepping-stone to a new level of Being. Higher levels of consciousness understand how to create and use money, and abundance ushers in this capability for all. Wealth ends poverty, but not poverty-thinking. Hence, we are to ensure that your new governance impresses upon you the need to rethink your perceptions about wealth and prosperity, and the fact that money is merely a transitional tool between your present existence and the new one that is ready to manifest. You will see that money per se is soon to disappear, as new technologies make it possible for all to obtain the basics for a comfortable life. Further, you will move from being job-oriented to passion-oriented. Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! We come to you with a progress report. It is essential that the dark cabal and its myriad henchmen be isolated from you. Until this is accomplished, it is almost impossible to deliver your prosperity without dire consequences. For eons the dark has fostered a group of disembodied dark energies that have inhabited the Earth realm and caused all manner of mischief. These energies are concentrated in particular spots around your globe and our galactic friends are removing this negativity, which is clearing the way for all to move into the Light. Feds: Georgia banker missing, so is $17 million

Atlanta (CNN) -- A Georgia banker who went missing last month is being sought by federal authorities for allegedly embezzling millions of dollars from a south Georgia bank.

Aubrey "Lee" Price, 46, is charged with wire fraud, and is suspected of defrauding more than 100 investors of at least $17 million over the course of two years, a criminal complaint from the U.S. attorney's office in the Eastern District of New York, said.

In late 2010, Price was celebrated by his peers and written up in newspaper articles after a company he controlled bought a controlling portion of the troubled Montgomery Bank & Trust in Ailey, Georgia. He was supposed to invest the bank's capital. Instead, prosecutors say Price used a New York-based "clearing firm" -- a dummy company set up to hide money -- to cover up fraudulent wire transfers and investments.

Montgomery Bank & Trust in Ailey -- about 170 miles southeast of Atlanta -- had been in operation for nearly 90 years when it was closed Friday by the state of Georgia, with the U.S. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation named as receiver. The FDIC said Ameris Bank in Moultrie, Georgia, would take over operations of Montgomery's accounts and its two branches.

Price disappeared about two weeks ago after telling his friends he had lost "a large sum of money through his trading activities," the complaint said. The complaint quoted a letter purportedly written by Price in June to acquaintances and business associates. Price indicated he planned to commit suicide off the Florida coast by "jumping off a ferry boat," the complaint said.

But federal investigators, including the FBI, believe Price, who owns property in Venezuela and Guatemala, may be on the run. FBI Special Agent Michael Howard said in the complaint that investigators believe Price "may own a boat that would be large enough to travel to Venezuela from Florida."

Price was last seen in Key West, Florida, in mid-June, and "despite a recent search by the (U.S.) Coast Guard, Price's body has not been recovered," the complaint said.

Prosecutors say airline records indicate Price had returned to the United States from a trip to Venezuela on June 2.

"Certainly we are receiving any information that arrives locally, but any updates or comments would have to come from the U.S. attorney's office in New York," Stephen Emmett with the FBI Atlanta Field Office told CNN on Sunday.

There was no one available for comment in the New York U.S. attorney's office Sunday.

If tried and convicted, Price could face up to 30 years in prison.

The founder of the US broker PFGBest is said to have attempted suicide as it emerged that more than $200m (£130m) appeared to be missing from clients' accounts.

Russell Wasendorf Sr, a 40-year veteran of futures markets, was found in his car near the company's Iowa headquarters and is in a critical condition at the University of Iowa Hospitals, according to local news reports.

The apparent suicide attempt came hours before the National Futures Association (NFA), an industry group that also plays a regulatory role, said it had issued an emergency order to in effect freeze PFGBest's operations after finding that a US bank account the broker said contained $225m in customer funds actually held only $5m. "It appears that PFG does not have sufficient assets to meet its obligations to its customers," the NFA said.

One PFGBest broker told Reuters that Wasendorf's son, Russ Wasendorf Jr, had informed employees about the events earlier in the day, saying a suicide note had been found alluding to financial troubles with the company. The younger Wasendorf "sounded like he was in another world", he said.

"Everybody here is obviously in shock," said the broker, adding that some employees had begun packing up shortly after the announcements. "Pretty much everybody around here said we're doomed."

The news is likely to renew anxiety over the stability of the brokerage industry less than a year after the collapse of the much larger MF Global. PFGBest, which has brokered trades in US commodity and forex futures and options for 20 years, told customers their funds had been frozen and clients would be allowed to close open trading positions, but would not be able to withdraw funds or make new trades until further notice.

The company told clients: "Some accounting irregularities are being investigated regarding company accounts … Until further notice, PFGBest is not authorised to release any funds."

Local law enforcement officials said the investigation would be likely to pass soon to the US attorney's office.

PFGBest is thought to be less than a 10th of the size of MF Global when it filed for bankruptcy last year, so the impact should be less severe. However, many traders are still missing money from that collapse, so the news will still be felt keenly in the industry.

Peregrine Financial Group brokerage said to be $220 million short in customer funds

(AP) A regulatory group ordered accounts frozen at Iowa-based brokerage Peregrine Financial Group late Monday, saying it hasn't been able to account for $220 million in customer funds, following what the company said was a suicide attempt by its founder and chairman.

The National Futures Association said it received information that PFG may have falsified bank records, and that the company only had about $5 million of $225 million it had claimed to have in a deposit account. The association, an industry group that serves as a self-regulatory role, said PFG could not demonstrate that it meets capital requirements and rules requiring it to segregate customer funds.

A PGF spokeswoman didn't return phone messages and emails from The Associated Press, and several messages left at PFG's offices in Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Chicago were not returned.

But in a statement to its clients, the company said its founder and chairman, Russell R. Wasendorf Sr., attempted suicide earlier Monday, though it provided no information on his condition. The company said the attempt prompted investigation of "some accounting irregularities."

Lauren Nelson, spokeswoman for PFG customer Attain Capital, said her company has a "substantial amount" of business with PFG and is still assessing how badly its accounts were affected. Nelson provided a copy of the PFG client statement to the AP.

The futures association's action bars PFG from most trading, except as needed to liquidate customer accounts. The company also can't accept any new customer money except to cover existing accounts.

It was unclear late Monday if the government would get involved. Pete Deegan, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Iowa, said he could neither confirm nor deny any investigations handled by the office.

But the move is likely to increase scrutiny on an industry still smarting from the implosion of futures firm MF Global last October.

MF Global, a brokerage headed by former New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine, filed for bankruptcy protection, crippled by disastrous bets on European debt, less than two years after Corzine became CEO.

A bankruptcy trustee is still trying to recover $1.6 billion in money missing from MF Global's client accounts. That case prompted calls for increased regulation of the futures industry.

A message left at a phone listing in Cedar Falls for Wasendorf wasn't returned Monday. The local sheriff's office said it had no information on the suicide attempt, and the local hospital said it didn't have a patient listed under his name.

That incident was also a practice run intended to see if Americans could be forced into concentration camps by a “natural disaster.” This was a test run for the Gulf of Mexico oil spill that was supposed to generate millions of refugees from US States bordering on the gulf. This also ended in failure for the cabal. The original plans also called for a series of floods and nuclear disasters along the Mississippi river but these also ended in failure. So, we can guess and hope that their plans to hit London and then Rome with nuclear weapons will also end in failure. The cabalists are still threatening mayhem if any attempt is made to remove them from control of the process of creating and distributing money.
