Rand Paul has a message for President Obama…come clean and take responsibility for the Libya debacle caused by the administration’s incompetence in securing our diplomats abroad, and subsequent cover-up by the administration.

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) October 24, 2012 The first and most pressing question for Mr. Obama remains: Where the hell were the Marines? Two of the most potentially vulnerable or dangerous American embassies are in Iraq and Libya. In Iraq, we have roughly 17,000 people guarding our ambassador. Not all of them are Marines, but some several hundred are, and they guard our ambassador behind a 10-foot-high walled fortress. In Iraq, we cannot afford to take any unnecessary risks with our diplomats and go to great lengths to ensure that there are plenty of armed personnel between our representatives and any potential threats. In Libya, there were no uniformed Marines guarding our ambassador. Originally, there was a 16-person security team led by Col. Andrew Wood, who had requested to stay in Libya. In July, Stevens sent memos to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee requesting an “extension of tour of duty (TDY) personnel.” Stevens was referring to Col. Wood’s 16-man team, which was scheduled to leave in August. Stevens requested on Aug. 2 – just six weeks before his murder – to keep security personnel in Libya “through mid-September,” calling the conditions there “unpredictable, volatile and violent.” Col. Woods has also said that he repeatedly requested to remain in Libya because he felt both the environment and the ambassador were unsafe. Now, after the tragic fact, no one knows what happened to Stevens’ original request. Why was the security team that both Stevens and Col. Woods requested sent home? Who made this decision? …The president now says, “The buck stops here.” It’s time for him to prove it, and if he won’t, it is time for Congress to do its job and get to the bottom of it. For two weeks the administration refused to acknowledge what everyone else could plainly see, because admitting that the terrorists were still out there, still plotting against America, was also admitting that all of Obama’s rhetoric about repairing our relationships in the Middle East is a big fat failure. ⁞ Have you had enough of Obama’s lies yet? CNN, Weather Channel Falsely Report NYSE Flooding During Hurricane Sandy

CNN and The Weather Channel ran into trouble on Monday night when they falsely reported that the New York Stock Exchange was flooding with water.

At around the same time, CNN meteorologist Chad Myers and The Weather Channel’s Bryan Norcross reported that there was up to three feet of water flooding the building, which has been closed due to Hurricane Sandy. Myers cited “the National Weather Service, through broadcast media,” presumably referring to The Weather Channel.

CNN then brought in Ali Velshi to weigh in. He was already in the center of danger, knee-deep in water on a flooded Atlantic City block. But, as one of CNN’s top financial journalists, he commented on Meyers’ report.

“This will have an influence worldwide on people’s wealth,” he said ominously.

Erin Burnett also reacted, saying that it was an “incredible thing” and a “record-making moment” and adding, “It’s a wooden floor, and it’s a historic building, the damage it could do would be amazing.”

Unfortunately, the report started to unravel almost immediately. Politico’s Ben White tweeted that a Stock Exchange official had categorically denied the story to him. NY1′s Pat Kiernan then tweeted what he said was a photo of what the Stock Exchange actually looked like (very dry). A spokesperson for the NYSE then told ABC that the Weather Channel had issued an “egregiously false” report.

CNN started walking the news back. Myers ultimately said that the story had come from a message board (transcript via Poynter):

Myers: Oh is that right? You know, I got that from the National Weather Service Chat bulletin board. It was right on there, it said three feet of water on the floor. I don’t know if there’s conflicting reports or not.
Piers Morgan: It’s a lot of chaos out there, a lot of reports flying around –
Myers: Of course, power’s out, lights are out; phones are probably not working. I don’t know. I will clear it up though, I will figure it out whether that happened or not.
In the end, both networks were forced to declare the story false:

Obama Ordered DHS to Control Hurricanes

While the debate rages regarding whether or not the U.S. government uses weather manipulation technology to steer storms like Hurricane Sandy, further evidence shows the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been engaged in research to do just that for years.

In 2008, an article in New Scientist discussed a new DHS project that funded research into guiding and directing the intensity of hurricanes.

Citing Hurricane Katrina as the basis for the project, the Hurricane Aerosol and Microphysics Program (HAMP) worked with Project Stormfury veteran Joe Golden and a panel of other experts “to test the effects of aerosols on the structure and intensity of hurricanes.” HAMP was funded under contract HSHQDC-09-C-00064 at a taxpayer price tag of $64.1 million.

In 2009, Richard Spinrad, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) assistant administrator for the Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR), sent then DHS Program Manager for Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA) William Laska an official memorandum regarding OAR’s review of a “Statement for Work” for HAMP.

“While OAR recognizes that weather modification, in general, is occurring through the funding of private enterprises, NOAA does not support research that entails efforts to modify hurricanes,” Spinrad wrote.
He then went on to list all the reasons Project Stormfury was discontinued, including the inability to separate the difference in hurricane behavior when human intervention is present versus nature’s inherent unpredictability overall. Spinrad also noted that any collaboration with DHS must occur within NOAA’s mission (which Spinrad and NOAA obviously felt HAMP did not do).
NOAA houses the National Hurricane Center, the primary U.S. organization responsible for tracking and predicting hurricanes.

Recent budget cuts are expected to hit NOAA’s satellite program, the heart of the organization’s weather forecasting system, by $182 million.

Note that even Spinrad admits the existence of weather modification programs as if its general, accepted knowledge.

Although DHS was turned down, the agency moved ahead with their research without NOAA’s participation.

A paper co-written by several participants in the HAMP project including Joe Golden entitled, “Aerosol Effects and Microstructure on the Intensity of Tropical Cyclones,” was released in the July 2012 Bulletin of the American Meteorological Society.

In conclusion, the authors wrote, “We recommend that hurricane reconnaissance and research airplanes are equipped with aerosol and cloud physics instruments and fly patterns that will allow such measurements.” Drone use in “areas where safety concerns preclude aircraft measurements” was also called for.

The spraying of aerosols into the air, otherwise known by the monicker “chemtrails,” is promoted under the guise of geoengineering with a surface excuse to halt global warming.

The practice has been openly called for more and more recently, although the chemtrail phenomenon has already been reported across the globe for years now.
In the Environmental Research Letters journal, scientists’ most recent geoengineering proposal detailed an “affordable” $5 billion project wherein airplanes will spray sulfur particles in the atmosphere to cool the planet.

In HAMP’s final report, authors concluded, “Pollution aerosols reduced the cloud drop size and suppressed the warm rain forming processes in the external spiral cloud bands of the storms.”

It was also mentioned, “During the past decade it was found that aerosols (including anthropogenic ones) substantially affect cloud microphysics,” proving deliberate chemtrailing has been occurring for at least the past ten years.
Though the paper was labeled “final report,” further journal articles regarding HAMP have been released, and the HAMP project was reportedly not scheduled to end until 2016.
The question remains: With its bizarre combination of elements, was deliberate manipulation through HAMP research at play in Hurricane Sandy?

Battery maker A123 Systems vowed thousands of new jobs when it received a nearly quarter-billion-dollar stimulus grant in late 2009, but federal job-tracking figures show only a few hundred positions were created before the company joined a growing list of federally backed energy businesses that ended in bankruptcy.

The latest quarterly report on file with a federal stimulus tracking database shows just seven positions created through the grant from April to June this year. Previous quarters’ job reports contained anywhere from a handful of positions created to more than 100 new jobs.

But even when the quarterly reports are combined, a total of 408 new positions were reported under the stimulus program since 2009, amounting to more than $300,000 spent for each new job reported.

“A123 has been struggling for some time. Was the company struggling when the Energy Department decided to award it a federal grant? Did the Energy Department perform enough due diligence before making this award?” Republican Sens. Chuck Grassley of Iowa and John Thuneof South Dakota said when they recently pressed Energy Departmentofficials to explain the selection process.

The company’s bankruptcy has spawned renewed scrutiny on theEnergy Department after it backed several other businesses now involved in high-profile bankruptcies, including Solyndra LLC, the California-based solar panel manufacturer that went broke after burning through a half-billion dollars in federal money.

Energy Department officials say the job creation numbers are misleading, noting that the jobs verified by The Washington Times through the government database don’t include many other positions that were created but not reported on the federal Recovery.gov tracking website.

“Recovery.gov reflects a small portion of the total employees working on our projects — serving as a quarterly snapshot of only those workers paid directly with Energy Department funds,” department spokeswomanJen Stutsman wrote in an email.

“A123’s manufacturing facilities are employing hundreds of workers on site in Michigan — plus workers up and down the supply chain — building advanced batteries here in the U.S.”

The Massachusetts-based battery maker received a $249 million grant in December 2009 through President Obama’s stimulus program, of which the company received about $129 million before it went bankrupt this month. Like all other recipients of stimulus loans or grants, A123 Systems was required to report job creation statistics to Recovery.gov.

Officials also say the grant was used for manufacturing equipment, so the jobs reported included workers responsible for installing the factory equipment, but not those who would later use that equipment during the assembly process.

The company declined to discuss how it reported jobs through the stimulus program.

The last quarterly report on file, from March to June 2012, lists seven jobs created, but it also hinted at other challenges, with the company acknowledging “operational challenges and quality assurance issues.”

In a quarterly report released months earlier, the company cited a weakening market and other factors for “negatively impacted” production levels.

The language contained in the stimulus reports stands in sharp contrast to the optimistic talk of company officials less than two years earlier.

“Over the next several years, we expect to create thousands of jobs in Greater Detroit and plan to continue our expansion in the area as we do our part in helping the U.S. emerge as a global leader in the production of advanced lithium ion batteries,” company President David Vieau said after the company opened a factory in Livonia, Mich., in the fall of 2010.

A rare and beautiful sight! These are beautiful birds & our national symbol... January of this year 2012, the weather stayed so cold in St. Louis, Missouri and Alton, Illinois that the bald eagles were cruising over houses in hopes of a quick meal. They could not access fish that were at the bottom of the river and had gathered together. Some kind souls decided to feed the eagles so they would survive the cold spell. They gathered fish and started feeding the group of eagles huddled on the shore. The photos below show what happened. A retired teacher took these photos in front of his home. Incredible! Feeding the Eagles! A beautiful morning feeding the eagles, Jan. 2012 Once the fish were thrown, the eagles did not seem to fear the good Samaritans and word spread fast!  Eagles vying for the fish, January, 2012  No zoom lens used here!  The photographer was this close!  Here are the men who were feeding them. So close!! As you know, it was not too long ago that the American Bald Eagle was an endangered species. Something akin to Canada Geese. If we dump BHO, America can come back! WARSAW (Reuters) - Polish investigators found traces of explosives on the wreckage of the government jet that crashed in Russia two years ago, killing Poland's president and 95 others, daily Rzeczpospolita reported on Tuesday.

Without citing sources, the newspaper said prosecutors and explosive experts who examined the remains of the plane in Russia found signs of TNT and nitroglycerin on the wings and in the cabin, including on 30 seats.
Traces of explosives were also found in the area where the Tu-154 crashed during its approach to a small airport near the Russian city of Smolensk on April 10, 2010, the daily reported.
Poland's military prosecutor's office plans to respond to the report later on Tuesday, its spokesman said.
Russian investigators had blamed the Polish crew for trying to land in heavy fog, while their Polish counterparts also said the airport controllers should not have allowed the plane to attempt an approach.
Some rightist groups in Poland, including main opposition party Law and Justice, had rejected the findings and suggested the crash could have been an assassination of President Lech Kaczynski and political and military leaders who flew with him.
In their official reports, investigators said they found no proof of the involvement of third parties.
The investigators have not ruled out the possibility that the traces of explosives come from unexploded bombs dating back to World War Two that could have remained in the area where the aircraft came down, the newspaper said.

Terminology Definitions in Video Description.

Atmospheric Scientists in aircraft take information from hurricanes for DHS Operation H.A.M.P. (HURRICANE AEROSOL AND MICROPHYSICS PROGRAM). DHS funds it. One of the functions of those planes is deploying aerosols. In 2010 the American Meteorological Society (AMS) presented discussion on how these aerosols were effective at decreasing and increasing the intensity of Hurricane KATRINA under DHS Operation H.A.M.P.

"Singular Polarity" -- simply a magnet with 1 pole rather than a north and south pole.

"Perpetual Motion Generator" -- using 2 same pole magnetic unit - singular polarities against each other to create force away from each other continuously.

"Contrail vs chemtrail" -- (As Congress refers to them.) --
Contrails dissipate to invisibility within seconds or minutes of being laid down because they are simply steam from the jet wash.
Chemtrails are mixtures of aerosols that are sprayed in the ionosphere with metals and chemicals such as aluminum and barium in tiny particulates. 1 reason being to create a mirror effect to bounce frequency off of, to pass frequency as far as 1/4 of the globe away. HAARP website explains this process.

"Infrasonic Undulation" -- Looks like frequency on a spectrograph. If you Google images - spectrograph, you will find pictures of frequency. You'll see sound waves in consistent patterns obviously man-made, electro-mechanically emitted. Chemtrail (already magneto-dynamic) becomes more dynamic when frequency is added to the mix to undulate (stir up) the system. "Infrasonic Undulation" through chemtrail is ELF waves stirring air deployed aerosols up. Hitting the metals etc... with high powered - low frequency disperses the metals throughout the storm, the moisture in the storm clings to those metals, Object 1 - move the metals, and you move the storm. Object 2 - decreasing and increasing the storm's intensity. DHS Documented during KATRINA.

Which is why the new cloud name "Undulatus Asperatus." "Undulated (Stirred Up) Breathing Vapors" Stirred up by TTA frequency. Kind of reminds you of the NAZI's who insisted to their victims, "Now breath the vapors in deeply!!!" As they were locking them in the 'showers' to be gassed to death, doesn't it! I get the feeling that when they came up with that name, they were laughing at their many victims whom they dub the "sheeple."


TTA = Tesla Tech Array -- HTA = HAARP Type Array -- (They use frequency to manipulate.) There are ground based TTA's (like HAARP n Arecibo) multi-million watt frequency emitters around the world along with countless Low Orbit SAC (AEHF) Satellites, booster antenna arrays, oceanic echo buoys, military, commercial and privately owned sea going vessels with TTA units (BTW ...ever heard of mass ocean animal deaths - burned bodies and the necropsy reports stating cause of death to be "Acoustic Trauma?"), in field military and mobile units, are all a part of the SAME Global TTA Network, under the auspices of the UN and NATO and are thereby complicit.

Decency dictates that having this technology we should use it to save lives and property but...UN Agenda 21 - population reduction from 7 Billion to 500 Million. It means the wholesale slaughter of 6.5 Billion people. 'The Great Culling' they call it. Impossible to believe, until you do the research as to why. If you step into their economic shoes, you understand their rationale. The PTB n UN want Obama in office. UN is overseeing our election. May need Martial Law to suspend elections.

If our country's TTA is involved (and with FrankenStorm it is, because UN Treaty requires WE be the nation responsible under the UN "weather weapons" agreement) then our leader is at the helm of our TTA network. Working along side other countries' TTA's - this is a semi-global effort.
The reason???
UN Agenda 21 -- (Population Reduction) and attempt to suspend elections. With no electricity, floods, population displacement, damage etc... state of emergency - possibly even martial law.

We have several methods of changing things like this. 1. Prayer - the most powerful weapon in our arsenal. 2. Knowledge - researching and sharing. 3. Lobbying US and UN law makers to create laws to govern these technologies. 4. Our vote.
Right now this is the best list I can come up with.

Dear Friends, I apologize for being silent for such a long time as I have been working on producing the third item of the IPI Package which helps demonstrate that my earning potential is such that I can fulfill my obligations to each of you, barring interference and left alone and allowed to do my work.

The core of this third item will be revealed on Friday which will show what I have been doing, in order to insure that the promises made can also be kept.  I hope you find as much excitement as I do at the prospect of the completion of these endeavors.

Please note that I have not given up but rather I am proceeding in a manner that I believe will allow us to get this accomplished.  It is my goal to provide you another, more detailed, update on Thursday, with photos and visual aids to follow on Friday.
