NFA-PFG Gate Update

UNITED States of America - It can now be reported that the totally corrupt National Futures Association (NFA)  (312) 781-1300, along with the former broker dealer PFG (Peregrine Financial Group), Harris Bank, PFG bankruptcy trustee Ira Bodenstein, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group (CME Group) and the New York-based, totally corrupt Vision Financial Markets (212) 859-0200 along with their Santa Monica, California affiliate (310) 575-9330, and the crooked NFA itself, continue to be involved in a six prong ponzi scheme involving the illegally liquidated insured customer segregated accounts that were illegally wiped out by the crooked NFA and Chicago based Harris Bank.

Note: PFG bankruptcy trustee Ira Bodenstein has now delayed until December 14th the re-crediting of PFG customers' accounts who had their accounts illegally LOOTED by Harris Bank.
At this hour, attorneys representing former PFG customers are ready to file a class action lawsuit against the crooked NFA and CME Group for not properly disclosing that the CME Group had allowed crooked banks like Harris Bank of Chicago to become counter parties to the margins that were deposited by customers at the exchanges under the CME Group jurisdiction.

Item: We can now report that New York-based crooked Vision Financial Markets is conspiring with Chicago-based Harris Bank and the NFA to hold on to the PFG insured, illegally liquidated customer segregated accounts for the purpose of derivative holdings linked to JP Morgan Chase and New York-based Citibank.

P.S. We can now divulge that sources close to the U.S. Provost Marshal have evidence fingering the crooked NFA and insiders at various broker dealers in falsifying customers' segregated accounts.

We can now also reveal that customers' segregated accounts at PFG were falsified for over 15 years with the assistance of former NFA member and PFG Compliance Officer Susan Mary Omeara of Downers Grove, Illinois.

What is shocking is that Omeara was assisted in this felony fraud and a violation of the Commodities Exchange Act by current alleged NFA investigator and former University of Iowa graduate Veronica K.

P.P.S. Veronica K., a personal friend of neo-Nazi former PFG CEO Russell Wasendorf, directly conspired with Omeara to create falsified account statements involving customers who were trading at PFG.

The corrupt NFA and the corrupt CFTC continue to cover this up.

Word of the Lord for November 2012

The Lord began to share what I believe to be keen wisdom that we need to follow in this hour. The stage is set for much upheaval with emotions running wild, and the enemy will attempt to set up scenarios that will lead people into a greater state of confusion and chaos. It is so important for us to walk in the Spirit and not allow our fleshly desires to dictate to us how to react in order to deal with the temptations of the world. The scripture that came to mind says:

Luke 21:34-36 “And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be over charged with surfeiting and drunkenness and cares of this life and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye, therefore and pray always; that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass and to stand before the son of man.”

I saw a vision of a battlefield where men were fighting with each other—many of them had looks of hatred. There was much violence like I have never seen. Then I saw the same battlefield but now there were multitudes of people praying with strong intercession crying great tears, supplication and travail. In that group some would stand and decree and I would see the wind of change blow and things would shift and the ground would shake. As I stayed in prayer, I begin to understand what the Lord was saying to us his people about this hour that we are living in. We must be careful not to allow the enemy to set up confrontations to get the people to react out of their frustrations and emotions. Also if we are not prayerful in this season it could lead to serious consequences. I somehow knew that the situations were being staged to cause a reaction.
The Lord further showed me that the battlefield filled with the prayers of the saints was the answer for this hour and it was the way to overcome the circumstances that would be presented.

The Lord said: The Battle is waged

“You are engaged in a battle in this hour. It is a kingdom battle that is being waged in the heavenlies and has everything to do with what is going to occur in the earthly realm. It’s a battle between the kingdom of heaven and the kingdom of darkness. It is being waged for righteousness sake to retain and hold the ground that has been given to my people. A great price was paid for it. But this is not about land but about the work of the kingdom. For glory, honor, majesty and the beauty of Holiness reigning upon this earth as it is in the heavens. I have given you what needs to be done according to my word and how you shall rely on what I have placed in your hands. It is my written word to overcome the work of darkness that is being waged in this hour.”

“Know I have given you power over all the power of the enemy. I have placed in you my principles for life which are clearly expressed in my word. And I have already placed a firm foundation established by my apostles and prophets in which I am the chief corner stone. Do not get disheartened nor be dismayed. It is important that you are clear concerning what is about to occur. But know in your heart as the darkness rises to try to cover situations and circumstances, my light will continue to shine to guide and show you the way to help remedy and to answer that which you will need for this time. You must not let the distractions of the day to take over your heart and mind. Fear will try to get you to react but don’t let vain imaginations rise up and keep you from being in my presence. Don’t allow presumptuous ideas to get you to react in haste. Keep your mind clear, reading over the word—praying in the Spirit so that I can speak to you and allow you to understand what is going on around you. Study my word, read and learn from the words that were spoken to help you fight, defend and protect that which is yours. I have placed many keys to assist you to victory in the days ahead.”

Understanding Babylon’s Mysteries

“There are mysteries that are being unlocked now in Genesis, Isaiah, Daniel and in the book of Revelations and many more. Learn to know about the times you live in. The importance of this knowledge will soon uncover great keys that are necessary for you to know how to overcome. You must study to know about the system of Babylon in the past, present and what is to come. Understand that Babylon was a system made up by man to build, achieve and excel without me. My word will help you understand that a system without God (me) is a mere reflection of the world system today. When I am removed from that process then destruction is inevitable and its’ future progress is only temporal. Also know that every work of evil has an appointed time to end.”

“This is a time when you will see where man’s allegiances are and with whom will they stand, whether they will be sheep nations or goat nations. It will also be a time when the people of God will see persecution and blame coming against the body of Christ. There will be those in the heat of this hour that will turn their backs in fear of what will happen to them. They will even hold alliances that they feel will protect their position but it will not. So know that in the future you will see battles on several levels.”

The Economy will give way right before 2013

“Our economy will face its most serious battle of trying to keep the nation afloat. However ever since February 2012 this country as well as many others were in its’ gravest danger of total collapse. Up to now it has appeared like many other situations to run well but it has been tittering on a serious downturn. It didn’t happen overnight but like everything else, the people will be the last to know. Right towards the end of this year you will see the economy barely hanging and it will give way before 2013 sets in.”

Those that were praying in the battlefield will see victory

Your faith is the most important thing that you have now—you have asked questions as to why do things seem delayed? Why do you seem so tested now? Why do circumstances seem so hard now? When you study your word—you will see that when the people of God persevered and prevailed because they refused to give up, they refused to give in and that they rose up with faith and the faith they possessed brought them through. These hardships were not put upon you by me but have everything to do with times you are living in. I have been there by your side encouraging you, giving you the hope to apply with your faith along with my love---know that which has kept you is able to keep you from falling.”

“The question to answer is: Are you prepared to meet the demands that these times hold in store for you? Are you ready to overcome?—Are you ready to be the army that I have prepared you to be, before the foundation of this earth. Are you ready to help others, and stand in the gap for them? So that not only you will overcome, but so many others will as well.”

Barry has an acquaintance whose car was damaged in a multi-car accident. The person that hit him had insurance that owed him for the damage. More than six months had passed and my acquaintance had not received his settlement and he needed the money. I told him, “That is the result of a lack of resolve on your part.” Most of the people that receive this that have IRS liens have no success story about getting the liens released or withdrawn, and there is a difference, because like my acquaintance,they have not resolved to make an educated and diligent effort to get them released or withdrawn. These “notices” of lien are against your property, and against your credit report, and the only place the resolve is going to come from is you; because you are the one that it matters too! Join Barry on the call tonight and let’s get the “educated” part taken care of and let’s see if we can increase your resolve so in the end you have a positive story to tell. One of Barry’s Students filed a 26 U.S.C. § 7433 suit alleging that the IRS refused to process amended returns and issue refunds. The answer filed by the  United States  reflects that as I have predicted, the IRS immediately took action to moot the suit by saying in their answer to the suit [Emphasis added]: “The Internal Revenue Service has processed the amended returns filed by the taxpayer for the 2005 and 2006 income tax years and refunds have been issued for both years. Therefore, claims for refund alleged in the complaint are now moot.” “The amended tax returns for the 2006 tax year have beenprocessed and a refund of $16,430.18 was issued to the taxpayer – which is in excess of the $16,390 alleged as owed in claim 1. Therefore, the refund demanded in claim 1 is now paid and the issue is moot.” “The amended tax returns for the 2005 tax year have been processed and a refund of $24,664.03 was issued to the taxpayer – which is in excess of the $20,036.04 alleged as owed in claim 2. Therefore, the refund demanded is claim 2 is now paid and the issue is moot.” “As part of its overall review of the taxpayer’s accounts for this litigation, the Internal Revenue Service re-considered her defense and decided to abate all penalties subject to a reasonable cause defense. Therefore, any claim for refund based on the denial of reasonable cause is now moot.” So, according to the answer from the  United States , the filing of a § 7433 suit resulted in refunds of $16,430.18, $24,664.03, and the abatement of all penalties. Previously, the IRS had stubbornly, and bureaucratically, refused to process those refunds. That is a nice result as far as it goes. The customer is still looking to move the suit forward looking for damages promised in that section. I am unaware of anyone having filed suit with respect to unlawful liens under similar sections 7432 and 6323(j). Maybe you would like to be the first? I would rather not post a reply, but this is just a great opportunity to nail the disinfo people such as JJ (Smith) Outlaw. The document you are looking at is one big joke. I am
going to take it with me when I visit with Edy Seno. Everyone who knows Edy realizes this is a big gaff, and of course we know who photoshopped this from a similar document put out in August that was discredited. No, it is not Scott this time, and it is time to stop kicking him. He looks like hell and needs a break, and if anything I was too tough on him, but he is the expert in such situations, and I am sure he will have lots to say as well on his own behalf.

Whoever put this together is a Clown, a Prankster, a Silly Fool, and I will try to share only a little of what is wrong here. First of all, Ray Dam is not affiliated with Edy Seno in any way.  Beyu Soekarno is not involved with Edy in any way. It is the OITC not IOTC. Flashing back in time to the ‘Scott War’, it was clear to me that they (Scott and Wagoner) after getting caught by me had to scurry to cover their tracks, so that no one would know what they were up to. They then ran to Beyu Soekarno telling him that I screwed up their Trade. In fact, however, it was those actually working with Beyu, wishing to use him, as well as my connections—without my knowledge and behind my back—who, when they weren’t allowed to do so, got him to sign a Cease and Desist Order, blaming me for everything. Then the Wagoner bunch ran to Edy Seno, who was in the hospital and lied and used Nelu’s name to get in to talk to him. They then proceeded to tell him that the case would not be refiled, so he should issue a Cease and Desist Order, which they just happened to have in their pockets at the time.
Seno did sign it.
Of course, you would think that left me standing without my pants, but to the contrary! I was in the position of strength: You see, Seno’s mandate expired in 1998! What this means is that none of the 2.5% Family Heritance Guarantee was issued to the Soekarno Trust at all. During the years the Mandate was valid the West never gave them a dime, yet the Indonesian Elders did continue to protect all the assets as though they were their own. Indonesia, gatekeepers and holders were wonderful to the actual owners over the years, even though they were beaten as well. In case you haven’t realized it, the system had been hijacked. No—in case you haven’t realize it—the system was set up initially so it could be hijacked. Thank God the Elders, who live on a different spiritual plane, not one of greed but one of integrity, stood strong and defended the assets and humankind from a potential disaster.
So how was the Soekarno Trust to get paid after the expiration of the Mandate?
By attaching it to my lawsuit. By making it valid. By making it part of the settlement!!!!
Let me say here, also, that Beyu is still out in the cold, and my connections might help him verify his assets. As a matter of fact, Bonsu Soekarno, Beyu’s borther, is possibly the most learned person in the history of the Collateral Accounts, and he would be most welcome to participate in the legal actions of the suit itself. He is remarkably brilliant in his understandings of the Collateral Books.
The publicity alone was driving the Cabal mad—even though it was only on the internet. If they separated themselves from me they had nothing. What could Wagoner do? He wanted Alex Lee Ling Soon, a highly respected Singaporean businessman, to pay his expenses so he could go on a fact-finding mission. Alex said, “NO!” He knows when he smells a Rat. He understood that Wagoner, a man who falsely identifies himself as the son of David Rockefeller’s sister, could do nothing. On the other hand, Wagoner told Seno and Alex that he would deal with the BIS and the World Bank—and every other damned place, too, including the Monaco Group, which he had no chance of ever getting close to.
What I am trying to say is that the scam or plan to remove me was on, but they had no weapons to fight with. You cannot go to a war with a Pop Gun, and this is what they had. Our friend Drake received phone calls from them crying hysterically in the middle of the night that I was ruining their reputations, but what sort of reputations do they think they had? Then Drake told them he was going to do his own due diligence, and when he did, what he learned and came back with stunned them so much they never bothered calling again. Sorry buddy, no one home!!!
This kept on for a while, and now we have this photoshopped document we saw months ago, which at that time was vetted as a fraud. It re-surfaces now and gives me a chance to actually respond to it. So I will make it short and sweet. This piece of crap has nothing to do with Edy Seno. Edy Seno is more than a business associate; he is my friend! The document is phony from top to bottom. There are so many holes in it you can drive a truck through it.
For instance, you do realize that the Soekarno Trust has nothing to do with the UBS, don’t you? And you understand that Edy Seno never signs anything without putting his thumbprint on it, right? If so, then you know something the composer of this piece of garbage did not know, and if you did not know, you know now.
I could easily go tit for tat with JJ Smith, who posted this on his site, but let’s let him live for another day. He is a disinfo agent—and most probably gets paid for doing it. At one time I spoke with him, but was told to stay far away from him, so I did.  There is so much more to tell you, but let’s cut it short because I’m very busy. Not my style, I know, but I am in Indonesia composing this response and meeting with the infamous Dr. Seno in a couple of days. As I have said, he is a friend, and we probably will have many laughs over this. As for JJ, he can role this phony Cease and Desist document into tubular form, and I’m sure he will then know what to do with it.
You know, though, it really is not funny that people who hope that someone, somewhere is being straight with them actually find out they are being nothing of the kind. For this reason I’ve taken the time to state the above—and remember if I do not win there will be no funds for anyone, because the mandate in this document has expired, and they have nothing to hang their hats on. There is no way for them to recover their losses, there is no way for them to recover a dime. Let me repeat in closing that the plan is to include Edy Seno, who is the real representative of the now-expired Soekarno Trust Mandate, in the final Settlement.
Do not worry, I am doing my best for all, and please do not believe such nonsense coming from those that really just wish to use us people without putting in the time, effort, and hard work.
I wish you all the best and pray that someday we all just might share a celebratory drink together once we raise our arms in victory.

As far as I know, nobody has investigated the 9/11 Truther movement as deeply as I have over the past 7 years. My archives were damaged, but I will do the best I can to briefly recap this complicated conspiracy.

The 9/11 Truther movement blames George Bush and Israel for the 9/11 attacks of 2001 for many deceptive purposes. These Truthers are propagandists that are aiding Communists and Muslims that were really behind the 9/11 attacks.

The Iranians know that Obama is really a hard core leftist that despises Israel and they want to stir the pot. The Communists and the Muslims united on 9/11, because they wanted to kick off the final assault against Capitalism.

George Bush refused to abandon Capitalism and the wars began. Obama has agreed to suppress Capitalism and this is why wars are allowed to end under his Administration. Obama is in bed with the enemy…that is why they handed him Bin Laden’s head on a silver platter.

In the summer of 2001, George Bush announced in Europe that he was seeking to add former Soviet Republics Georgia and the Ukraine to NATO. This news infuriated the Kremlin and 9/11 happened several months later.

Pravda, the Russian state run media organization, did an article in July 2001 warning Russians to abandon all Americaninvestments due to an attack that was coming at the heart of it’s financial center by ‘Shadow Forces’. That heart was the WTC.

• Many Truthers are Leftists, Muslims and Libertarians; it is no coincidence that they blamed George Bush to protect the Communist link to the attacks (Russia and China) via Iran.

• One question: Why go through the trouble of hijacking planes to fly them into buildings that are wired to implode anyway?

• Leftists always blame the opposition for something that has their fingerprints on it.

• The leader of Hezbollah escorted the 9/11 hijackers to Afghanistan via Iran. Hezbollah is an Iranian backed terrorist organization.

• 9/11 Truthers hide under many different labels. I have seen them call themselves Libertarians, Constitutionalists, Socialists, Ron Paul followers, Anarchists and Leftists.

• Leftists claim that Israel conspired 9/11 so the USA could wage wars against Muslim nations, but they seem to forget that Iran and Iraq were a threat to the Saudi’s as well.

• Former KGB Agent Alexander Litvinenko was allegedly poisoned by the Kremlin while he was living in London. Litvinenko warned that Russia was fighting the USA with an “invisible hand” before his death. The former KGB Agent also claimed that Al Qaeda’s new #1 man Ayman Zawahiri was trained by the Russian FSB in the late 90′s.

Radical American Leftists understand the importance of using Muslim terrorists as a proxy to bankrupt the USA. It is working like a charm.

Agenda 21, the Population Bomb, and the Georgia Guide Stones

For many years one of the staple principles in the conspiracy lexicon was the massive depopulation by the powers that be.

The principle was that the Earth was deemed, by someone, to only adequitly support about 500 million people and through attrition (ie starvation, war, and genocide) the powers that be would target that population for an ongoing rate.
As defined in modern conspiracy literature it effectively meant that around 6.5 billion (with a B) people would have to be exterminated by some means.
This motif was perpetuated by the Georgia Guide Stones which clearly outline that the population needs to be at 500 million to co-exist with nature, or something to that effect.
Now what’s the importance of that?
Well the Georgia Guide Stones have long been seen as a sort of handbook, carved into stone, as to the near future plans of the power that be. But there is a problem and that is the crux of my article.
No one in the conspiracy meme will argue you with you that a depopulation program exists, in the west.We look out towards Agenda 21, a UN sponsored initiative to create sustainable populations.
The Georgia Guide Stones address it as well, and we’ve had the provocative statements made by Prince Phillip, who apparently would like to return and be reincarnated as a virus to further snuff out a large population.
Even Bill Gates took the provocative stance of releasing tainted mosquitos in a conference to drive the point home. But in all the literature, at least what I’ve seen, it seems to discuss “humanity” or human populations and I think we need to actually understand what that means. I know it sounds simple, but I think the truth is far darker then Agenda 21, or any of the conventional machinations of depopulation conspiracy.
See the issue here is that Agenda 21, and the depopulation meme are already at work here in the west. Forbes published an article in April, 2012 called “Warning Bell for Developed Countries: Declining Birth Rates” with a subtitle of “There will be a shift in power unless birth rates increase in the developed world.”
The gist of the article is that in most western developed countries our population rates are now almost static with total fertility rates of 2.1 or 2.0 which apparently is effectively replacement rate.
Why birthrates in the west are declining is also an interesting discussion, and branches off into the fact that birth control drugs have been found to taint most of the water supplies in the developed countries, along with anti-depressants and a host of other interesting drugs. Which seems like the depopulation program is underway and is being done via attrition, meaning we make less children then people who die.
So if total fertility rates are declining in the west, where is this massive depopulation going to occur? The answer is the third world, or is it?
So I was giving this a lot of thought, and if you look at the population growth maps most of the population growth now occurring in the world is occurring in Sub-Sahara Africa and South America. Now this is interesting because of their proximity to developed country zones of North America, Europe, and Asia. If you look at the map it becomes really obvious.

So what’s the game plan here? The developed world is self-attriting while the less developed countries are exploding? And it got me to thinking…
When I was younger there was a game many of us used to play called Cyberpunk. It was the 1990’s and Cyberpunk was all the rage.
So R. Talsorian games came out with a rather interesting dystopian game to answer the demand. Cyberpunk was set in a future a little further then our own, where the network was alive with virtual reality and weapons had become very interesting.
It had a kind of Blade Runner motif. But more importantly (if my memory holds out) large portions of the third world and less developed nations had been taken over, litterly, by corporations.
So the Ivory Coast for example was no longer the Ivory Coast but instead it was owned by conglomerate XYZ and the citizens of that nation served as production slaves working in vast manufacturing complexes and lived at near starvation level in slums surrounding the plant. Think Soilent Green, and do remember it is people.
So it really got me thinking about who is this 500 million? And the answer I came up with is that all those agendas and plans are really targeted towards reducing the overall population of the west or developed countries to 500 million, and leaving the less developed nations alone to produce billions of worker drones who live in squalid conditions and work for pennies to produce the cultural artifacts for the well developed countries cheaply.
We can already see it in places like China where prison labor produces shoes for pennies on the dollar, which in turn are transported to shops here and we pay $60.00 for. Just think about the markup there. You have a shoe, produced by a prisoner which probably cost $1.00 to make and you are paying $60.00 for it. But that’s the only strategy which makes sense because the reality is that most of that 6.9 billion population exists in less developed countries. They are under-educated and will work effectively for food and shelter.
Now that doesn’t mean that the more developed countries are not targets, but it appears the de-population program is taking the long view and waiting for the population to naturally correct and if you think about it that is the prudent strategy because it creates a silent war, there is no revolution or angry mobs just less people which is the penultimate goal.
I know it sounds far fetched but if you look at the numbers and the cold logic of it, there is a strategy there. As I said look at the map and it will begin to become clear, and as nation states are compromised by the IMF in the third world it will become more obvious but it is also the long view and that seems to be the option the powers that be take. Put the frog in the water and slowly heat it until you boil the frog.
