Your Ascended Grid Awaits. The Ancient One

It is of welcome that I stand on this plane of reality. 

I come from the finer dimensions to bring messages through the beings that have held their light in truth and right action. The beings that speak through compassion are with you. The beings that speak through love are with you. The beings that speak through peace are with you.  The beings that speak through harmony are with you. These beings speak through an activation of the awareness of the truth of their own beings and an understanding of the wholeness of life. Through this light of their own being they stand to bring voice to this crucial cosmic alignment, new Stargates and to the Divine Plan.  

There are many that speak of other things, of conspiracy, of demise, of deceit, these my dear ones are part of a whole picture of a current reality on your earth plane. Two separate energies have emerged amongst you. One with a  “bliss ” energy and one with a  “conspiracy”  energy.  These two create a whole picture. Shall you see it in its entirety? Do you see duality here? All possible realities are being expressed to you at this most important time for Terra.  The many beings speaking of the many things in their entirety are a wholeness, for you cannot stand in just one energy or the other. You must stand as one sovereign being and see the biggest of pictures. That all possible realities are images projected from you and that if you choose, you can step out of the holographic memory systems and into a creator reality.  

If you choose.

There are the beings that will call to you, and say “come see the conspiracies and injustice in this world, empathize with me, can’t you feel the pain? – and you can join them and step to their side to be bound by an energy of demise, death and locked into the mass consciousness grid called “victim”. Or choose .

Then you step to other side to the beings calling you that are only of bliss. They say, “come live as One, in peace and love, doesn’t it feel good? – and you can join them and step to their side to be bound by an energy of denial , and locked into the mass consciousness grid called “bliss”.  

Or choose.

Is there a higher place to stand?

Be as the tallest of trees. Stand as an elder, accepting the breeze, just as it comes. Know your complete strength and purpose here. Climb high this tree, be in full knowing that the view from the top will be a true reality.

Dare you climb?

Step away from the bliss pond. Step away from the apocalypse  stream. Go back to the tree that holds the majesty of your own. As you climb each limb higher, you find the angst falls away, the fear falls away, the lightheaded bliss falls away, all that was never for you just falls away tumbling to the ground. You are lighter, freer than you have ever been. The being that is you is coming forth as you climb. The shedding of the beliefs you have been told, of who you are, of what you have been set up for. The holographic images that once clinged to you can no longer, as you climb even higher to the top of this tree. As you climb simply in your truth, you feel no judgement from the pond or the stream. As the river that runs through this tree is truth. The limbs lift you now so it is easier for you to see the golden light, the wholeness of this light.

 Look at the beings below, the ones that stand in their denial of their truths. Denying the manipulation of humanity and that our bodies were created to live in a magnetic world, denying that we can choose our resonance.  You say, I would like to choose joy, then bring joy to yourself and say I choose to embody joy, I bring the ponds to myself. I do not have to join the waters of others, choosing to step out of the mass consciousness pond. I can stay in my sovereignty of the tree of the majesty of my own being.  In standing in the grids of mass consciousness, we are aiding the holding back of Terra. Standing in the grid we are standing in the concrete pond of structure and society. Its essence and purpose is not in alignment with the majesty of your being or any truth of your own. As the being standing at the top of your own existence, knowing full well that the visions you hold, the sights you see will be your reality. 

This makes your existence an important function of your human capacity at this important time. Create these visions from the clear sight at the top of this tree. For these visions and ideas and the emotional quotients in your frequency ranges are what will create your immediate realities. This is turn, achieved by many, all standing at the very top of their own majestic trees on the earth plane will lighten Terra. Beaming the light of their own beings, the brilliant light, the light quotient of the entire earth shall rise, rise above the realities below, of those in the ponds and the streams. As we transmute our own light through these beautiful trees, through the root systems of love and peace and harmony, down through the roots into the core of the earth, bringing the divine nature of pure golden light to the core of our Terra. We have stepped into our brilliance believing in Terra and understanding our  power and the visions we see on both sides are not you. Choose wholeness.

 The images you hold in your mind at this time are extremely important for Terra’s progress. She is to become a star, with or without you. The cosmic alignment is aiding you now with intensity and ecstacy.

For those of you in the ponds, it is my hope that you find your nearest tree and climb with all your strength to the highest vantage of your being and out of the grids that have been laid upon the earth to hold you back from brilliance.  The pond feels good because there are others there to tell you so. You are already these things they tell you. You are love. You are peace. You are you. Being only as one keeps you on the grid, to keep you feeling good, holding you in a lower reality, a lower brain function of oneness. 

Your Ascended Grid has been set firmly, of easier access now. Step out of lower mind function, stand next to that tree. Get to know this being. They stand in pure reverence of you. They have waited eons for your existence, they have waited to travel with your spirit. Climb to the top of the majestic tree, hold yourself in brilliant light, the light of your own brilliant being, shining forth as divine golden light. This is where your vision must be held while your Terra goes through its grandest of shifts. The many doors have been opened through many Stargates leading up to these current days. It is now for those that know how to climb, to do their climbing and for those still in the ponds and streams, muster the courage, the self confidence, the self love, the self worth to know you are more than that pond of bliss, you are more than that stream of death and destruction. The tree will help you, the bark with hold you, the veins will travel for you - this light of brilliance. As you climb - your lighted being becomes brighter and brighter, and at the top of this tree there is vastness, and wholeness waiting you there.

A vantage point of brilliance.

You can see the other beings all across the land, shining their brilliance, all holding their own light. Be this light as Terra needs you. The magnetic resonance must be removed and how this is to be is through your own brilliant light, not through a mass consciousness grid of duality. Step out of the bliss and out of the deceit, and come through to pure light, pure love and pure peace.  The sovereignty of your own being awaits you. Create the reality that Terra so wants you to create. Do it for yourself and you do it for many.

These grievances concern alleged illegal operations of the federal income tax system and the IRS. The Remonstrance was signed by thousands of citizens, and was delivered as part of an event sponsored by We The People Foundation for Constitutional Education, a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to research and education in matters of taxation & governance. THE MAIN PROPOSITIONS OF THE REMONSTRANCE ARE: 1) The 16th amendment to the U.S. Constitution (the "income tax amendment") was fraudulently and illegally proclaimed to be ratified in 1913. Exhaustive legal research from both state and national archives documented conclusively that the amendment did not even come close to being legally approved by the required number of states. The Courts have refused to hear this issue. "[Defendant] Stahl's claim that ratification of the 16th Amendment was fraudulently certified constitutes a political question because we could not undertake independent resolution of this issue without expressing lack of respect due coordinate branches of government...." U.S. v Stahl (1986), 792 F2d 1438 2) Filing a federal income tax return is, in fact, voluntary, because there is no statute or regulation that requires the vast majority of U.S. citizens to file and pay income taxes -- or to have taxes withheld from the money they earn. Neither the IRS nor the Congress can cite an authorizing law or regulation. 3) Citizens cannot "voluntarily" file a federal income tax return without surrendering their 5th amendment right not to bear witness against themselves. You can be criminally prosecuted for your "voluntary" return. Robert Schulz, chairman of the Foundation, and Joseph Banister, a former special agent of the Criminal Investigation Division of the IRS (accompanied by a videographer) delivered copies of the Remonstrance to designated officials of the three branches. At the White House and the Capitol, the delegates had the opportunity to explain and discuss the contents of the Remonstrance, and to ask that the government send experts representing the three branches to a conference to be held in June, where those experts could debate the tax issues with a group of researchers invited by the Foundation. The officials agreed to the idea of having such a conference, and the Foundation scheduled the meeting for June 29th. The officials the delegates delivered the Remonstrance to were: At the White House-Jason Furman, Senior Director and Senior Economic Advisor of the National Economic Council; at the Capitol-Dr. William Koetzle, Legislative Director for Speaker Hastert, and Keith Hennessey, Policy Director for Senate Majority Leader Lotte. However, on June 2nd the White House reneged on the promises it made during the April 13th meeting. As with three previous conferences, the government has again refused to debate the grievances. Jason Furman told Robert Schulz, "The legality of the income tax is not a high priority item at the White House, and we will not participate in any conference on the subject." WE HAVE NOW REACHED THE POINT WHERE THE GOVERNMENT'S EVASION MUST BE REGARDED AS AN ADMISSION. If the government had valid counter-arguments to the Remonstrance, it should be a simple matter to clarify the law, provide the appropriate regulatory references and promptly settle the matter.Our government's repeated avoidance of these debates should speak volumes. Legal Facts & Did You Know Re: Proposition #1 The issue of the fraudulent ratification of the 16th amendment has never been decided by a court of law. The courts have instead tossed the issue into the lap of Congress as a "political question," even though fraud is a clear issue for judicial review, not a political question. A brief report printed by the Congressional Research Service in 1985 states up front that, "The report does not attempt to rebut specific factual allegations?." It then goes on to make the astonishing assertion that the actions of a government official must be presumed to be correct and cannot be judged or overturned by the courts! (John Ripy, "Ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment." CRS, 1985.) An attorney speaking for Senator Orin Hatch in 1984 offered to pay former tax investigator William Benson a fortune not to publish his research proving that the 16th amendment did not even come close to being legally ratified by the required number of states in 1913. Philander Knox, Secretary of State from 1909 to 1913 during the Taft administration, proclaimed the 16th amendment to be ratified just a few days before he left office in 1913, to make way for the Wilson administration, even though he knew it had not been legally ratified. Philander Knox had for many years been the primary attorney for the richest men in America, including Carnegie, Rockefeller, Morgan and the Vanderbilts. He had created for them the largest cartel in the world, then was appointed, at their request, as Attorney General in the McKinley/Roosevelt administrations, where he refused to enforce the Sherman anti-trust laws against the cartel he had just created. The income tax amendment was pushed through Congress in 1909 by Sen. Nelson Aldrich, father-in-law of John D. Rockefeller, Jr. and grandfather and namesake of Nelson A. Rockefeller, and would not have been ratified if Knox had not fraudulently proclaimed it so. Example: Kentucky's legislature rejected the amendment, but Knox counted Kentucky as having approved it. Example: Oklahoma's legislature changed the amendment's wording so that it meant just the opposite of what was submitted to the states by Congress, but Knox counted Oklahoma as approving the amendment. Example: Minnesota did not submit any results or copy of their vote to Knox, yet he counted Minnesota as approving the amendment. Legal scholars have agreed that if any state violated provisions of its own state constitution in the ratification process, its approval would be null and void. At least 20 states were guilty of serious violations of their constitutions. For example, Tennessee's constitution provided that the state legislature could not act upon any proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution submitted by Congress until after the next state legislative elections. Yet the Tennessee legislature acted on the proposed 16th amendment the same month it was received and before any elections. Judges have been extraordinarily unwilling to allow defendants in "failure to file" cases to present evidence or testimony of expert researchers regarding the constitutionality of the 16th amendment. Re: Proposition #2 Juries have been acquitting defendants in failure-to-file income tax return cases due to lack of demonstrable evidence that there is any law or regulation that requires it. An increasing number of employers have stopped withholding taxes from their workers, and stopped filing W-2s and 1099s for the same reason. Unless one is a foreigner working in the U.S., or a U.S. citizen earning money abroad, one is not liable for the federal income tax. The OMB Number on Form 1040 is cross-referenced in the Code of Federal Regulations to the section covering taxes by resident aliens, which, therefore, doesn't apply to most Americans. Responding to an inquiry by a constituent who was a tax consultant, Sen. Daniel Inouye told him that based on research performed by the Congressional Research Service, no provision of the Internal Revenue Code requires an individual to pay income taxes. He then went on to warn that Section 7201 sets forth numerous penalties for not paying income taxes owed. However - The failure-to-file law applies to alcohol-tobacco-firearms taxes, (Section 7201), not to income taxes, and convictions are based on the mis-application of the alcohol-tobacco- firearm regulations. No law requires employees to provide a Social Security Number to an employer, nor for an employer to demand one from an employee. Re: Proposition #3 The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the filing of an income tax return (Form 1040) and the information on the 1040 is not compelled, and, therefore, the principle that no one may be forced to waive their 5th amendment rights in order to comply with a law is not applicable to federal income tax returns. "The [5th Amendment] privilege protects against compelled testimonial communications?." U.S. v Conklin (1994), WL 504211 (10th Cir. Colo.) Brown personally came and appeared before me of Martinsburg, WV, known, and known to me, who after being duly sworn, deposes and says: I Richard T. Brown, affirm the following: 1. The IRS does not lawfully exist as an agency of the federal government, as it was never created by an act of congress. This has been verified by Congressman Pat Danner, of the 6th District of Missouri and others. 2. 31 USC, Chapter 3, Subchapter 1, shows the organization of the Department of the Treasury. Nowhere does it mention either the “IRS” or “Internal Revenue Service”. 3. The IRS is a Private Corporation, based in Puerto Rico. You can easily verify this athttp://smallbusiness.dnb.com. 4. The Constitution Of The United States, states in Article 1, section 9; “No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration hereinbefore directed to be taken.” 5. Nowhere in the law is “income” defined, but the courts have ruled that “income” is corporate profit or profit from an investment, and not salary or wages. In the case of Lucas v Earl, 281 US 111 (1930), the U.S. Supreme Court stated unambiguously that; “The claim that salaries, wages, and compensation for personal services are to be taxed as an entirety and therefore must be returned by the individual who has performed the services which produced the gain is without support either in the language of the Act or in the decisions of the courts construing it. Not only this, but it is directly opposed to provisions of the Act and to regulations of the U.S. Treasury Dept. which either prescribe or permit that compensation for personal services be not taxed as an entirety and be not returned by the individual performing the services. It is to be noted that by the language of the Act it is not salaries, wages, or compensation for personal servises that are to be included in gross income. That which is to be included is gains, profits, and income DERIVED from salaries, wages or compensation for personal services. The Court ruled similarly in Goodrich v Edwards, 255 U.S. 527 (1921) and in 1969, the Court ruled in Connor v U.S. 303 F supp 1187, that, “Whatever may constitute income, therefore must have the essential feature of gain to the recipient. This was true when the 16th Amendment became effective, it was true at the time of Eisner v Macomber supra, it was true under sect 22 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1938, and it is likewise true under sect 61 (a) of the I.R.S. Code of 1954. If there is not gain there is not income ... Congress has taxed INCOME and not compensation.” “Statutes levying taxes should be construed in case of doubt, against the government and in favor of the citizen.” (Miller v Gearing 258 F 225). 6. I have in my possession, a copy of my “IMF” (individual master file), which I obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request on Sept. 5, 2003. My “IMF” reveals a (TC150) or a “Transaction Code” which indicates a Virgin Islands transcript, indicating a liability, payment, or other action relevant to a Virgin Islands liability. Three diplomats who knew Milinkovic said he did not appear distraught in the hours leading up to his death Tuesday night. He seemed to be going about his regular business, they said, picking up an arriving delegation of six Serbian officials who were to hold talks with Nato, the alliance that went to war with his country just 13 years ago. Belgian authorities confirmed that the ambassador had killed himself. "It was indeed a suicide," said Ine Van Wymersch of the Brussels prosecutor's office. She said no further investigation was planned. A former author and activist opposed to the authoritarian regime of Serbia's former strongman Slobodan Milosevic, Milinkovic was outgoing, had a warm sense of humor and worked to keep good ties with ambassadors from other ex-Yugoslav countries, according to diplomats and acquaintances. The diplomats, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to release details, said they knew of no circumstances — private or professional — that would have prompted him to take his own life. But Milinkovic, 52, had mentioned to colleagues at diplomatic functions that he was unhappy about living apart from his wife, a Serbian diplomat based in Vienna, and their 17-year-old son. One of the diplomats described his death to The Associated Press, saying she had spoken to a member of the delegation who had witnessed the leap from the 8- to 10-meter-high (26- to 33-foot-high) platform. The diplomats all spoke on condition of anonymity because they are not permitted by foreign service regulations to speak publicly to the press. The death cast a pall on the second day of a meeting of Nato foreign ministers. Officials said they were shocked by the news of the death of a very popular and well-liked man. Nato's Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said he was "deeply saddened by the tragic death of the Serbian ambassador." "As Serbian ambassador to Nato he earned the respect and admiration of his fellow ambassadors," he said. When Yugoslavia was a united country, Milinkovic worked for a prominent Yugoslav foreign policy think-tank. Of course there is always the possibility of some type of large catastrophic occurrence which the USG would have great difficulty covering up, such as a highly visible low altitude plasma cannon shootout between anti-gravity craft over a large urban area in the early evening with thousands of witnesses and cameras rolling, followed by a crash of a large alien craft with ET bodies seen and photographed by numerous eyewitnesses. This kind of unexpected catastrophic disclosure would most likely blow the whole matter open and bring about a cataclysmic reorganization of government and society at all levels. Even if high officials running the Secret Shadow Government (SSG) turned and took a massive amount of internal documents, photos and evidence to the major mass media, the media would quickly suppress it. THE ROSWELL CRASH STARTED THE COMPLETE SECRECY LOCKDOWN OVER UFOS, ET’S AND ANTI-GRAVITY CRAFT AND THIS RESULTED IN A USG NATIONAL SECURITY STATE RUN BY A HIDDEN AND SECRET SHADOW GOVERNMENT (SSG) The Roswell crash and the recovered anti-gravity craft and ET bodies sent shock waves through the US Army Air Corps high command and the top leaders of American Government. The first reaction of the base commander was to release the truth to the American people, but this was quickly reversed by the high command of the US Army Air Corps and General Ramey. A special study committee was quickly set up to plan a system of dealing with this without allowing government power to be destroyed and while still responding effectively. This decision to cut the American people out of the equation was not unilateral and there was a split among leaders with those favoring complete secrecy winning out. Actually Roswell was not the first knowledge the USG had about anti-gravity craft. Before VE Day in Europe, a secret agreement was reached between American and British Intel, and Nazi Intel. And there have also been numerous other well founded rumors that the Russians have been building massive underground bases for many years too. After WW2 ended it was discovered that the Nazis built numerous underground factories where they developed anti-gravity and high technology rocketry and research on nuclear weapons. There have been numerous rumors from solid sources over many years that President Eisenhower signed a Secret Treaty with Aliens at Holloman Air Force Base in 1954 (some experts claim 1953, some 1956 and some claim the first treaty with aliens was in 1947). This particular treaty has been alleged to have been called the Grenada Treaty. As the rumors go, the USG was approached by benevolent ET’s and offered anti-gravity and other high technology to be able to fight effectively against a larger sinister alien force which was capturing and using humans for food and which planned to invade the earth in mass and eventually destroy all the human inhabitants. Allegedly these evil aliens were threatening the good ones too and the good ones needed human help to reconstruct their impaired genetics. The treaty provided for a transfer of anti-gravity, plasma cannon, and mindkontrol technology to the SSG in exchange for allowing these aliens to grab and take genetic samples from certain selected human subjects. The required conditions were that these abductions must be done in a low key fashion with no pain, the subjects could not be harmed and that their memories had to be erased. After a couple years it became clear that the supposed “good aliens” were not exactly abiding by the treaty. What happened on 911 is probably a good example of what happens when a large scale cold war intel effort gets corrupted and hijacked by Neocons operating under an Alien Agenda. So we have the SSG instituting a major false flag attack on the continental United States in order to hoodwink the people into supporting Mideast wars against countries that never attacked us and were not planning to do so. The whole 911 affair and what has followed has been a cascade of lies, mass murder and illegal wars for war profiteering. But most of all it has likely been part of a required Alien Agenda enacted by highly compromised individuals or entities that have hijacked the USG via the SSG. ADDITIONAL POSSIBILITIES FOR THE ORIGIN OF THESE ALIENS AND THEIR AGENDA These acts are really not human and thus suggest that those behind them are probably not 100% human either. So we have a most serious situation where the SSG becomes a hungry out of control monster addicted to illegal drug money, weapon sales and war profiteering, a USG that has now run out of control and has become an all consuming hungry monster specializing in every sort of evil imaginable, followed by corruption at every level of government and institution of a full spectrum soft and hard kill eugenics plan to reduce the world’s population by at least 80%. There are alternative interpretations to all this by other reasonable and well informed individuals. One alternative belief is that these alleged alien beings are really Nephilim or Anakem as mentioned in the old Testament of the Bible, that is fallen angels that have bred with earth women to produce evil hybrid bloodlines that have been anointed by Lucifer to run the world in order to test mankind. Others think these beings are demons with physical manifestations and UFOs are their technology. What does seem apparent is that at least a good portion of these alien entities are evil to the core and want the imposition of a totalitarian Globalist NWO fascist system that would make Lenin, Hitler, Stalin, Mao and Idi Amin proud. It is interesting that all these rulers looked weird physically and were obsessed with murdering humans by the millions. Were each of these creatures by-products of the evil influence of these alien entities whatever they are. UP UNTIL NOW IT APPEARS THAT THE SECRET SPACE WAR HAS BEEN MOSTLY BASED ON WAR BETWEEN DIFFERENT ALIEN FACTIONS WITH THE SSG ALLIED WITH THE LESS EVIL ALIENS, AND WITH MAJOR COMPROMISES HAVE BEEN MADE IN ORDER TO SURVIVE It seems as if the SSG has walked with the devil for awhile in order to attain certain advanced technologies and superiorities. But if so what is the cost of compromising with evil? Has this compromise brought in an evil Alien Agenda and if so is the USG becoming just as evil as the Aliens it is now fighting in this Secret Space War? And have most of the top leaders become permanent fixtures of the Alien Agenda, addicted to the power and completely mindkontrolled and corrupted, perhaps genetically corrupted and no longer human themselves? NOW THAT THE SSG GOVERNMENT APPEARS TO HAVE DEVELOPED PARITY OR NEAR PARITY BETWEEN OUR WEAPON SYSTEMS AND THEIRS, IS THE SECRET SPACE WAR WAR SHIFTING MAINLY TO US (HUMANS) VERSUS THEM (ALIENS) AND WHERE WILL THIS EVENTUALLY END UP ? If our top SSG controllers have sold out to the value system of the Aliens for whatever reasons (genetic manipulation, mindkontrol, responding to evil temptations for power, etc.) will they continue the Globalization NWO process just for their own benefit and for the benefit of their own families? Is this their big chance to become feudal Lords of the Manor? And with all the Hollywood movies on Space War and science fiction, is it possible that the SSG controllers are planning to release the truth in successive phases? IN ANY EVENT, THE COMPLETE NATIONAL SECURITY LOCKDOWN MAKES IT EXCEEDINGLY DIFFICULT TO COME TO REASONABLE BELIEFS ABOUT THE SECRET SPACE WAR AND WHO IS ACTUALLY PULLING THE STRINGS OF THE SSG CONTROLLERS.
