Income Tax is the Second plank of the Communist Manifesto. Income tax IS communism. People thought Communism would never happen in America. The slaves under Pharaoh only had a 20% tax on income ------------------------- In 1799 Thomas Jefferson, while he was Vice-President, in the Kentucky Resolves, reassured them that there are only three federal laws that apply to a state citizen. The three mentioned in the Constitution: piracy, treason and counterfeiting. How about you? A right cannot be taxed. If your wages are taxed, then either: You do not have a right to earn wages, or you waived your right to earn wages. Let's try to find out which one. Many people insist that the 16th Amendment authorizes a tax on everyone's wages. But does it? Note: Government employees have had their wages taxed since 1862, long before the 16th amendment. The comments here do not apply to government wages. Direct taxes must be Constitutionally apportioned to your State by the proportion of your State's representation (Art.1, Sect.2, Clause3 & Art1, Sect.9, Clause4). -- And, NO. The 16th amendment did not change this, the 16th amendment did not alter, add or remove any words from the original constitution, and the US Supreme Court confirmed in Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co. 240 US 103 (1915) that "… the 16th amendment conferred no new powers of taxation" - That's right! There is no such thing as an unapportioned tax on the wages of state citizens. If state citizens' wages were not taxed before the 16th Amendment, then the 16th amendment did not confer a new power of taxation. AMENDMENT XVI. The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration. This is very different from the original proposed amendment in Senate Joint Resolution 39 as published in Congressional Record June 11, 1909 page 3377."The Congress shall have power to lay and collect direct taxes on incomes without apportionment among the several states according to population" [highlight added so you can spot the changes] The Senate Finance Committee revised it as Senate Joint Resolution 40, to what we have today. (published on Page 3900 of the Congressional Record of June 28, 1909) The word "direct" was removed from the original proposed amendment The words "from whatever source derived" were added. Nothing was changed by the 16th Amendment. There is no new taxing authority. The amendment DID NOT eliminate apportionment, nor convert direct taxes into indirect taxes. The tax is still on the income, not on the source. Since the word direct was deleted, it can never be argued that there is a direct tax on incomes. There is not now, nor can there ever be a direct tax on incomes. (except for federal employees who are already subject to fed jurisdiction) The Senators who swore oaths to uphold and perpetuate the Constitution did not circumvent it. Since tax collectors could always seize assets without regard to their source, no new taxing authority was created. The income tax was to be a tax on the profits earned from savings accounts. When the States ratified the 16th Amendment, they did so only upon the assurance, over and over again, that salaries would not be taxed. Only profit from savings was to be taxed, and only then as an indirect tax. Not as a direct tax on people. Here are proofs that the 16th Amendment was never intended to tax wages: New York Times August 3, 1909 front page. Excerpt. "The only interruption to his speech was a query by Representative Glover… - who wanted to know if the amendment would affect salaries." If you have the same question, then read the response. Congressional debates, Congressional Record, August 28 1913 Senator Lawrence Y. Sherman on page 3843 debating the income tax amendment, insisted that the word "income" referred only to earnings on savings accounts: "The savings from the income by professional effort or by any form of skilled labor or unskilled hand becomes property. At the end of any given period that saving is a principal, and any income derived from it is an income from property, not an income from the earning capacity or the personal ability of the taxpayer in question… Those investments that produce an income from a property I think are properly to be distinguished from those arising from the earning capacity of the individual." Also on page 3843 Senator Cummins :"I assume that every lawyer will agree with me that we cannot legislatively interpret the meaning of the word 'income'. That is purely a judicial matter. We cannot enlarge the meaning of the word 'income'. The word 'income' had a well-defined meaning before the amendment … If we could call anything income that we pleased, we could obliterate all the distinction between income and principal…. Congress can not affect the meaning of the word 'income' by any legislation whatsoever…. obviously the people of this country did not intend to give to Congress the power to levy a direct tax upon all the property of this country without apportionment." “None are so hopelessly enslaved, as those who falsely believe that they are free.” ~ Goethe And the courts agree: U.S. v. Ballard 400 F2d 404: "The general term 'income' is not defined in the Internal Revenue Code." Wilby v. Mississippi, 47 S 465: "It certainly was not the intention of the legislature to levy a tax upon honest toil and labor." Edwards v. Keith, 231 Fed 1: "One does not derive income by rendering services and charging for them.... IRS cannot enlarge the scope of the statute" US Supreme Court in Evens v. Gore, 253 US 245 concerning a tax on salary: “After further consideration, we adhere to that view and accordingly hold that the Sixteenth Amendment does not authorize or support the tax in question”. US Supreme Court in Lucas v. Earl 281 US 111: "The claim that salaries, wages, and compensation for personal services are to be taxed as an entirety… is without support either in the language of the Act or in the decisions of the courts construing it. Not only this but it is directly opposed to provisions of the Act and to regulations of the Treasury Department… It is to be noted that by the language of the Act it is not 'salaries, wages or compensation for personal services' that are to be included in gross income. That which is to be included is 'gains, profits and income derived' from salaries… " US Supreme Court in M.E. Blatt Co. v. U.S. 59 SCt190: "Treasury regulations can add nothing to income as defined by Congress." Oliver v. Halstead 86 SE 2d 859: "Compensation for labor cannot be regarded as profit within the meaning of the law." Olk v. United States, Fed 18 (1975): "Tips are gifts and therefore are not taxable." United States v. Snider, Fed 645 (1974): "Listing three billion dependents on his W-4 was ruled as proper. His refusal to stand for judge was held legal by Fourth U.S. Court of Appeals. Original action and conviction was under 26 USC 7205." Penn Mutual Indemnity Co. v. Commissioner (32 Tax Court page 681): "that which is not income in fact manifestly cannot be made such by the legislative expedient of calling it income …" Spring Valley Water Works v. Barber 33 P 735: "A right common in every citizen such as the right to own property or to engage in business of a character not requiring regulation CANNOT, however, be taxed as a special franchise by first prohibiting its exercise and then permitting its enjoyment upon the payment of a certain sum of money.” Tennessee Supreme Court in Jack Cole v. Commissioner MacFarland 337 SW2d 453 (1960): "The right to receive income or earnings is a right belonging to every person, and realization and receipt of income is therefore not a "privilege that can be taxed." [from:Taxation West Key 933] In this 1960 case, the Tennessee Supreme Court also quoted prior decisions that defined the term `privilege' in contradistinction to a right: "Legislature ... cannot name something to be a taxable privilege unless it is first a privilege." Long v. Ramussen, 281 F 236, 238 (1922):"The revenue laws are a code or system in regulation of tax assessment and collection. They relate to taxpayers, and not to non-taxpayers. The later are without their scope. No procedure is prescribed for non-taxpayers, and no attempt is made to annul any of their rights and remedies in due course of law. With them Congress does not assume to deal, and they are neither of the subject nor of the object of the revenue law." Reaffirmed in Gerth v. US, 132 F Supp 894 (1955) and in Economy Heating Co. v. US, 470 F2d 585 (1972) Regal Drug Co v. Wardell, 260 US 386: ”Congress may not, under the taxing power, assert a power not delegated to it by the Constitution." US Supreme Court in Hurtado v. California 110 US 516: "The state cannot diminish the rights of the people." Sherar v. Cullen, 481 F2d 946(1973) "... there can be no sanction or penalty imposed upon one because of his exercise of constitutional rights" Miller v. US, 230 F2d 489 "The claim and exercise of a Constitutional right cannot be converted into a crime." The current income tax law has been amended over the years, but it all started with one sentence written by congress to implement the Income Tax Amendment. This is the first paragraph of the 1913 Income Tax law 38 Stat 166. This is the ONLY law that the government says applies to federal citizens. It is only one sentence. The rest of the 37 pages are for income tax of corporations. As you study this sentence, remember that Congressmen cannot and do not impose direct taxation contrary to the Constitution Article 1, Section 9 -- which did not change with the 16th Amendment -- "… the 16th amendment conferred no new powers of taxation" Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co. 240 US 103 (1915). " That there shall be levied, assessed, collected and paid annually upon the entire net income arising or accruing from all sources in the preceding calendar year to every citizen of the United States , whether residing at home or abroad, and to every person residing in the United States , though not a citizen thereof , a tax of 1 per centum per annum upon such income, EXCEPT as herein after provided; and a like tax shall be assessed, levied, collected, and paid annually upon the entire net income from all property owned and of every business, trade or profession carried on in the United States by persons residing elsewhere." The obstacles to a new financial system and the start of a massive campaign to end poverty, stop environmental destruction and free humanity have been identified as a very few old men, some of whom claim to work for off-world entities.

In specific, blockages have been linked to the pope, President Obama, and a series of occult organizations linked to the worship of an entity variously known as Ba’al, Lucifer, Molech and Satan among other names. It sounds too strange to be true but the fact is that such occultists have seized the power to create money in the West and have been using it to exploit the people of the world.

The frustration with the ongoing rape of America and the turning of the EU into a new Soviet Union has reached a crisis point and many angry people are starting to point the finger of blame on the Jews. “Is it time to go after the Jews?” is what many very powerful and dangerous people are asking.

In answer, the White Dragon Society presented a Hollywood version of the biblical Book of Ruth to some of these dangerous groups in order to provide some historical background to the difference between Jews and devil worshippers. In this story, likely based on a true historical incident, a woman by the name of Ruth from the tribe of Moab converts to the Judaism of their arch enemies, the tribe of Benjamin.

Ruth admitted to participating in the sacrifice of children as part of the worship of Molech. She is forgiven, however, because she made a full confession, converted and appeared to sincerely regret the role she played in child sacrifice.

For most decent, law abiding people, the thought of child sacrifice going on in this day and age is so horrific that the mind enters a state of denial. Any yet the evidence is overwhelming that a large portion of the Western elite not only worships Molech, or Satan, but that they actually carry out mass sacrifices.

The recent Sandy Hook murder of children is one glaring example starting us in our faces. The official account is such a mess of contradictions that only the aspartame stoned couch potatoes actually believe that a single autistic child could have carried out all those murders. Early news reports quote a principle who is later listed as “killed,” describe multiple gun-men etc. The dead children are never shown and the bodies vanish to God knows where. There has been so much good research done on this false flag killing by others that this murderous incident is not going to be buried.

This is where real Jews need to get involved. They need to renounce the child murderers who have been hiding in their midst or else risk being prosecuted as accomplices to mass murder. In the tale of Ruth the Jews did not hesitate to kill Moabites, even as they forgave Ruth. This is what needs to be done. Otherwise, prepare for the pogrom to end all pogroms.

Meanwhile, as far as the new financial system is concerned, there were frantic efforts to close a deal before the end of 2012 but last minute cabal interference has postponed the launch of the new system supposedly until min-January. Those of us who have been following this sort of news are sick and tired of hearing that the “check is in the mail,” and that good times are “around the corner.”

The sudden death of General “Stormin’ Norman” Schwarzkopf, the rumored death of 8 other generals, the multiple ailments of Hillary Clinton and other signs all point to a severe ongoing struggle. Both the Navy Intelligence Office information/disinformation site Sorcha Faal and the Mossad site Debka, both say Clinton and some military were involved in a mysterious plane crash. Both sites mention the same things and certainly something unusual is going on with Hillary.

In other signs of high level disarray in the West’s power pinnacle, the Bushes remain hiding in the hospital, the pope has survived yet another poisoning attempt (according to P2 sources) and Obama admits in public he might be removed from office.

By contrast in Asia, former Bush cabal “rogue country” North Korea’s leader Kim Jon-un calls for peace. This call is welcomed by the newly elected South Korean president. In Japan, meanwhile, a firmly anti-cabal government has seized the reins of power with the full backing of the military, and is also calling for peace.

The question still is, however, when the war-criminals will finally be removed from power in the West.

But buried in the fine print of the 150-page deal are also some lesser-known New Year’s gifts to some of Washington’s favorite industries. Under the plan, the federal government would eat nearly $100 billion in forgone tax revenue over the next two years by extending special tax credits for select businesses that had been set to expire. While the provisions themselves are not new, and are often extended as part of major bills, their inclusion amidst a tumultuous year-end debate over deficits and debt did raise a few eyebrows. The nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget listed the so-called “tax extenders” as a “bad” part of the fiscal cliff deal because their cost is not offset, “setting a bad precedent for future extensions.” The mix of tax perks covering the next year, but with budget implications for the next two years includes everything from incentives for employers to hire veterans to incentives for employers to invest in mine safety. But it also includes these: $430 million for Hollywood through “special expensing rules” to encourage TV and film production in the United States. By 1978 Iran had become the world’s fourth largest oil producer, supplying 18% of both Japan’s and West Germany’s oil, 50% of Israel’s and 100% of the South African apartheid regime’s. [2]  Yet the average Iranian worker languished in poverty.
Other Western banks behaved in similar fashion. This did not go unnoticed by Iran’s Central Bank Governor Al-Reza Nobari, who watched as his country sank deeper into debt while the Shah and his American bankers got filthy rich.
Nobari declared, “All the banks knew that the Bank Omran was the Shah’s personal repository for his pocket money.  But they went on lending to Bank Omran. 
Citibank lent, for example, $55 million to (the Shah’s sister) Princess Ashraf for a housing project.  On the site of the housing project she built a palace.”
The Shah bought a share in Krupps, the huge German arms manufacturer.  He owned numerous hotels in Tehran, houses in Beverly Hills, Manhattan, Acapulco and the Swiss Alps.  He bought entire islands in the Seychelles and owned a race horse stud on a farm in Surrey, England.  The standard of living of the average Iranian continued to head south.
In late 1978 the same Tudeh Party that launched the 1951 strikes in the British Petroleum oilfields of Khuzistan, initiated an occupation of the offices of Oil Services Company of Iran (OSCO) in the city of Ahwaz.  OSCO was a tentacle of the Four Horsemen-controlled Iranian Consortium.
Soon afterwards, oilfield workers went out on strike.  SAVAK agents were set into motion by the Shah to quell the resistance.  Their brutality only inflamed the situation.  The workers began to target Four Horsemen executives.  Paul Grimm, Texaco’s Assistant General Manager, was gunned down in his car.  George Link, Exxon’s General Manager, was nearly killed by a car bomb. [3]
Ironically, the strike began at the very site where the Anglo-Persian Oil Company (now BP) had first struck oil back in 1908.  The strikes gained momentum, driving oil production down dramatically.  Iran’s urban centers became embroiled in mass protests organized by Fedayeen and Mujahadeen revolutionary groups, which had sprung up in response to two decades of SAVAK (the Shah’s brutal CIA-trained secret police) annihilation of any loyal opposition party critical of the Shah.
In this political vacuum the Iranian Revolution was beginning to play out.

Under orders from William Sullivan, who succeeded former CIA director Richard Helms as US Ambassador to Iran, the Shah installed a military government headed by General Azhari.  Sullivan was another CIA “old hand” from Laos.
There he had ordered US carpet bombing of Laotian cities even as a Pathet Lao victory became imminent.  He had also been instrumental in the CIA effort to prop up the dictatorship of Ferdinand Marcos in the Philippines. [4]
On September 8th, 1978, 3,000 protesters were massacred when Iranian troops under orders from General Azhari opened fire in the streets of Tehran in a macabre scene that became known as Black Friday.
Two days later US President Jimmy Carter called the Shah to reaffirm his support.  On Christmas Day 1978 Iranian oil exports ground to a halt.  On New Year’s Eve, the Shah resigned.  The “official story” was that his health was failing.
Oil prices shot up in Western nations, despite the fact that the Saudis had dramatically stepped up production, allowing the Four Horsemen to further stockpile crude.  While most of the world’s governments were scrambling to contain wild oil price increases, Carter deregulated oil prices, allowing Big Oil and their investment banker partners to bid up the spot price of crude to record levels. [5]
Later it became known that despite the induced panic, oil supplies actually increased 6.6% in 1979.  US consumers were overcharged $2 billion, while Big Oil penciled in more record profits.
As the leftist Committee of 60 took control of Iranian oil fields, the Shah was granted exile in Panama.  David Rockefeller, along with Chase International Advisory Board Director Henry Kissinger and former Chase Chairman and Warren Commission insider turned Saudi ARAMCO attorney John McCloy, ushered the Shah out of power.  They first brought the Shah to the US, where he was “treated” at Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, where David’s brother Lawrence Rockefeller was Chairman.
Iran’s interim Prime Minister Mehdi Bazargan had attempted to get an independent doctor to examine the Shah, saying the monarch’s health seemed fine. He hinted at a coup orchestrated by Chase.  The Shah later said the CIA overthrew him.  Few will ever know what type of “medical assistance” the Shah received at Sloan-Kettering, but he died shortly thereafter.
In 1978 General Robert Huyser, Deputy Commander of American Forces in Europe, had been dispatched to Tehran.  Huyser presided over a council of Iranian generals on the top floor of the Tehran Hilton where a plan was hatched to ease the Shah out and seize power before either the Tudeh/National Front populists could seize power.
The CIA also had a backup plan whereby General Oveisi, one of the Shah’s closest commanders, would seize the Khuzistan oilfields and declare independence. [6]  The USS Constellation battle group set sail from Subic Bay in the Philippines, arriving in the Arabian Sea to join other naval vessels.
In the end, the best-laid US military schemes failed and Ayatollah Khomeini and his mullahs filled the power vacuum before the CIA could.  But to the CIA’s mind it could have been much worse.  The Company far preferred Islamic fundamentalists to the Arab nationalists represented by the Tudeh, Fedayeen and Mujahadeen Parties in Iran.
Within a few years of the Iranian Revolution, the CIA was helping Ayatollah Khomeini identify nationalist leaders so he could target leftists who had formed the Committee of 60, which led the Iranian revolution.  In 1983 the CIA and British MI6 supplied a long list of Tudeh Party members to Khomeini.  The Ayatollah unleashed a reign of terror against the left; assassinating, torturing and imprisoning over 10,000 Tudeh members and supporters.  In 1989 many of those imprisoned were sentenced to death. [7]
The Israelis courted the mullahs as well.  Throughout the 1980’s Israeli pilots trained their Iranian counterparts on F-4 Phantom fighter planes at secret bases in Germany.  Mossad continued to fund and arm Mustafa Barzani’s PUK Kurd faction in their covert war against Iraq.  As recently as 2002 German Customs officials seized an Israeli shipment of weapons bound for Iran.
As the mullahs took power, Chase Manhattan called in a $500 million loan to Iran, claiming the country had defaulted. Interim Prime Minister Mehdi Bazargan had offered to repay the loan. He met with Carter NSA Zbigniew Brzezinski seeking a rapprochement.  But Brzezinski – a Rockefeller protégé – had other plans for Iran.
US Ambassador to Iran William Sullivan accused Brzezinski of trying to sabotage US/Iran relations following the Shah’s departure.  Sullivan complained, “By November 1978, Brzezinski began to make his own policy and establish his own embassy in Iran.”[8]
While President Carter tried to calm the situation, Chase froze $10 billion in Iranian assets, so Iran could not repay the $500 million loan. In addition, according to Iran’s Central Bank Markazi Governor Ali Nobari, Chase whisked all of the Shah’s assets out of Iran.
Nobari later found that Chase had swindled Iran on interest payments for years. [9]  Chase later seized the $10 billion it froze, while Swiss authorities refused to return $25 billion, which the Shah had stolen from the Iranian Treasury over the years.
To add insult to injury the Shah departed the country with an additional $4 billion in Iranian Treasury assets.
Wealthy Shah-loyalists converted their rials into heroin before fleeing the 1979 Iranian Revolution.  The US State Department confirmed this fact after the 1980 trial of SAVAK agent Sharokh Bakhtiar, whose father had founded the Shah’s brutal secret police.
Bakhtiar spilled the beans on this scheme and revealed SAVAK’s use of heroin money to later finance counter-revolution in Iran.  He said the CIA allowed wealthy Iranians to smuggle their heroin into the US using diplomatic pouches. [10]  Iranian revolutionaries cracked down on the heroin trade, which had thrived under the Shah.
In 1978 the IMF bailed out the neighboring Turkish government where the Gray Wolves, the terrorist arm of the Turkish fascist movement, had long curried Iranian heroin to Europe through Yugoslavia and Bulgaria, and to the Middle East through Syria and Lebanon.
The Milan, Italy-based Stibam Corporation played a big role in the weapons for smack trade from its headquarters in the Banco Ambrosiano building.  Stibam worked closely with the CIA and sent Company arms to Somalia, Taiwan and the Philippines.  Both Stibam and Banco Ambrosianoare connected to the Italian P-2 Freemason Lodge which funds fascist terror networks worldwide. [11]
The Gray Wolves also worked with Sikh separatists in India who grew poppies in Khalistan to fund their CIA-backed war on the socialist Indian government of Jawaharlal Nehru, whose spiritual adviser was Mahatma Ghandi.  Sikh leader Jagjit Singh Chanhan was a British intelligence asset and a member of the Lausanne, Switzerland-based Nazi International, which Allen Dulles helped bolster through his Saudi-backed Banque Commercial Arabe.  It was Chanhan who assassinated Mahatma Ghandi. [12]
Banco Ambrosiano was headed by Michele Sindona, who was close to the Gambino crime family and offered $1 million for President Nixon’s re-election campaign.  The Vatican Bank owned a big chunk of Banco Ambosiano and held a large stake in Nixon Treasury Secretary David Kennedy’s Continental Bank of Illinois.
Kennedy and Sindona were good friends and Kennedy served as director at Sindona’s Luxemborg-based FASCO International, which was a conduit for CIA aid to P-2 and the Italian far right.  In 1974 the US Ambassador to Italy awarded Michelle Sindona with “Man of the Year” honors at a Rome ceremony. [13]
Another of Sindona’s close confidants was Robert Armao, who was President of the Vatican Foundation of St. Benedict, Cyril and Methodius.  Armao was a long-time Rockefeller lieutenant. He served as Chief of Protocol for Chase Manhattan’s most important depositor, the Shah of Iran.
In 1978 Kennedy’s well-looted Continental Bank went under, costing US taxpayers billions. Bank of America bought its remains for a pittance.   When Banco Ambrosiano failed in 1982 Armao organized a rescue of the shady bank.
The financial deceptions of Rockefeller’s Chase Manhattan combined with Carter’s refusal to return the Shah to Iran to face justice precipitated the Iranian hostage crisis at the US Embassy in Tehran, which lasted a year and a half.
It was Stibam Corporation that facilitated the secret arms-for-oil deal between Israel and Iran that, along with the agreement by a Chase-led consortium of banks to unfreeze Iranian assets, ended the hostage crisis.
Royal Dutch/Shell and BP delivered oil to Israel, the CIA delivered arms to the Ayatollah and Banco Amrosiano financed the transaction. [14]  In November 2001, the Iranian government reopened the mothballed US Embassy that once housed Richard Helms & Company  The new tenant is a history museum aptly named Den of Spies.

Our sacred secret allies, with the assistance of your Ascended Masters, have put into position a new financial system and begun to instruct various key individuals in the distribution of the hard-backed currencies associated with this new banking system. Meanwhile, those who are to take up positions to replace old-order officials in the present de facto regimes are preparing the announcements which will transform your world 'in the twinkling of an eye.' Further, the Light-oriented military and militia groups are poised to complete a legal putsch that will put a series of new, de jure governments into power. Once done, the announcements will be broadcast and the six major components of NESARA will become the law of the land. Initially these acts will: restore the Constitution; ensure the establishment of common law; and institute the use of a set of new hard-backed currencies worldwide. These will be the monies activating the new banking system and establishing global prosperity.

Banks will be rechartered and corporations dissolved and replaced with socially responsible partnerships. Large banks and corporations are to be broken up. We intend to assist you by giving you technology which takes your interactive capabilities to a new level and which permits your communities to move away from corporate agriculture and any other 'traditional' industries that can harm Gaia and her diverse and fragile ecosystems.

Your first priority is to enrich your community life and demonstrate your Love for your home world. We of the Galactic Federation acknowledge both the Spirit and the material aspects of our living land. Each aspect, whether ocean, sky, or landmass, is most precious to us. Your fully conscious ancestors exercised this Love every day and even the so-called primitives of your world hold her essences sacred. This viewpoint is to become yours. This is why we have come, knowing that you need answers to these queries. Our role is to provide them, by using our abilities to move you, with Heaven's assistance, into full consciousness.

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! We come now to act as sacred mentors to all humanity. We come to manifest, in sacred time, a new reality filled with many wonders. Long ago, each of us began a grand quest to fully realize our potential and, with the immense blessing of the Creator, to rediscover our path to full consciousness. This journey was long and arduous and filled with generations of misdirection; then finally, a grand moment of utter glory! In discovering who we are, we learn about what has been taken from us. Then we began a mission to bring humanity swiftly to the wonders that took us so many lifetimes to reach. We asked Heaven to find a way for this to happen, and discovered that such a plan already existed! What is presently happening all over your realm is the start of something truly exceptional: you are meeting your many families, and they are to guide your shortly to your own mass enlightenment.

Full consciousness is a monumental blessing! It enables you to experience and express every sacred emotion, and to explore fully every action in physicality. This is a huge responsibility and is not to be taken lightly, as it can overwhelm your physical Soul if you are not properly prepared for it. This is why this metamorphosis requires a qualified mentor as well as specific technologies. Heaven knows this, and has sent us those who possess these most magnificent qualities. We graciously bless this opportunity to realize these wonderful goals for humanity. The time draws near, and now you have just passed a most pivotal test! The rest is simply timing. A divine time schedule exists, and you as a people are very shortly to become not only capable of welcoming your many families to this world but also, joyously, to become one of them!

These great blessings from Heaven are just the beginning of something wonderful! We are honored to be designated to guide you through these wonderlands and intend to start our formal mentoring once your unlawful governance is replaced. In the new, more spiritual environment, disclosure can take place and we can appear before you. You will be reintroduced to many sacred truths as they form part of your divine path to enlightenment. Ascension, or 'donning the cape of full consciousness,' requires carefully choreographed instruction. You will learn to become the dance that is the magnificent realms of Creation. This is something we are familiar with and can easily teach you. Once you begin, you will quickly acquire a certain level of proficiency, which you can then build upon as you watch your world shift, your consciousness expand, and your interaction with the divine realms dramatically increase!

Today, we continued our discussion about what is happening around your world. Each day brings you closer to your divine destiny. GLEN DOHERTY AND TYRONE WOODS: U-T’S 2012 PERSONS OF THE YEAR

“It is difficult to adequately convey how much we owe these men and others in the SEAL community who have died in service to country.”

Navy SEALs – resourceful, courageous, devoted and disciplined — represent the best qualities of our community and our nation. Whether in high-profile operations like tracking down and killing Osama bin Laden or strategic efforts like seizing and preserving power plants in the opening days of the Iraq War in 2003, Navy SEALs are the silent professionals whose sacrifices protect our values and our nation. It is our privilege that so many of these special forces are trained at the Naval Amphibious Base Coronado.

When something goes horribly wrong — as it did in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11-12 — and SEALs die as a result, it leaves us with a deep sense of remorse and an obligation to honor their sacrifices.

That was our reaction to the deaths of Glen Doherty, 42, of Encinitas, and Tyrone Woods, 41, of Imperial Beach, former SEALs turned CIA contractors who were killed after hours fighting heavily armed terrorists who had already succeeded in killing U.S. Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens and information officer Sean Smith, who also had roots in San Diego.

It is why U-T San Diego has chosen to honor Doherty and Woods as our Persons of the Year for 2012.

Their deaths came as they defended their fellow Americans at a U.S. building after the main U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi had been attacked and set afire. An official account released by the State Department says they died shortly after 6 a.m. Sept. 12 when three mortar rounds struck the roof of the building, where the men were in defensive positions.

But the story that has been told to the men’s families since soon after that terrible event — coming from both government and unofficial sources — is far more dramatic and wrenching.

On Sept. 11, aware that it was the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, Ambassador Stevens held all his scheduled meetings at the fortified compound that housed the U.S. consulate. An uneventful evening came to an abrupt end when dozens of heavily armed men broke through the front gate and began lighting buildings in the compound on fire. Officials notified Washington and called Doherty, Woods and other members of a quick-response team at a U.S. facility a little more than a mile away.

Security agents already at the compound took Stevens and Smith to a safe room inside a residence building in the compound. Attackers managed to get into the building but couldn’t breach the safe room, so they lit the building on fire.

While the quick-response team was still making its way to the consulate, agents pulled Smith — dead from smoke inhalation — out of the residence. Stevens could not be found. His body was later identified at a hospital where he had been taken by good Samaritans.

When Doherty and Young reached the smoky compound, they worked to quickly evacuate the surviving Americans to the second U.S. facility. It was there, early the following morning, that the terrorists launched their second coordinated attack – the one that killed the ex-SEALs.

Glen Doherty’s brother, Greg, a Marin County teacher, told us, “His actions were heroic from the start. We knew very early on he had rushed in to help that night, that he got 20 to 30 people out of the consulate.”

Tyrone Woods was found “slumped over his machine gun, which was caked with blood. He had continued to fire until he had no blood left and was unable to fire anymore,” Charles Woods, the former SEAL’s father, told The Washington Times.

Doherty’s family has no time for those who see the attack in a political context and who demand that heads roll in the Obama administration. His sister, Kate Quigley, of Marblehead, Mass., urges those who care about her brother to visit a website created in his honor, www.glendohertyfoundation.org. This reflects the family’s wish that the focus be on the victims.

“It’s clear that we could have been more prepared, but hindsight is 20/20. The primary responsibility is on the terrorists, not the American defense,” said Greg Doherty.

Tyrone Woods’ father is far more critical of the U.S. government. His son, stuck in Benghazi, died many hours after the initial attack. Charles Woods told a U-T reporter that there had been an official cover-up. “When a mission is compromised, within minutes — not hours — they extract them. Seven and a half hours, and they still have not extracted him. ... I have correspondence from people who are in the military, and they tell me extraordinary measures are always taken to rescue. And they didn’t do that with Ty, and there’s a reason why. We’re not getting the truth from anyone.”

It is U-T San Diego’s view that the truth needs to come out about what happened at Benghazi.

Today, our focus is on the victims, their good works, their lives of public service, their love for their families and devotion to their friends. These were individuals who inspired those around them.

“Glen believed in what he was doing. He really wanted to make a difference in the world. He liked the people he was with and believed in the mission he was on,” Greg Doherty told us. “But he was more than his job.”

In his 42 years, Doherty found time to become an accomplished pilot, skier, cook, white-water rafting guide and triathlete. After serving as a SEAL for 10 years, he co-authored “21st-Century Sniper: A Complete Practical Guide.”

“Glen was a super fun and caring person,” his brother said. “He spent a lot of time cultivating friends [and had] an ever-widening circle of interesting, talented, good people around him.”

Tyrone Woods was more low-key, and nearly all his family has kept a low profile in the aftermath of the tragedy. He was a SEAL for two decades before going to work as a CIA contractor in 2010. Woods was beloved by those who knew him as a devoted family man, a friendly and reassuring presence in his Imperial Beach neighborhood — and as a great patriot.

“He had the hands of a healer as well as the arms of a warrior, earning distinction as a registered nurse and certified paramedic,” Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said in an official tribute to Woods on Sept. 14.

It is difficult to adequately convey how much we owe these men and others in the SEAL community who have died in service to country. As Abraham Lincoln said at Gettysburg, in dedicating the site of a Civil War battle, “The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here have consecrated it far above our poor power to add or detract.”

So we will simply state that Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods are heroes who died in defense of America’s ideals after saving the lives of many of their countrymen.

Whatever one’s politics or larger views about the Benghazi scandal, no one should forget this central fact. Doherty and Woods are U-T San Diego’s Persons of the Year for 2012.

San Diego Union-Tribune Refuses to Let the Benghazi Victims be Forgotten

BENGHAZI’S STILL-UNANSWERED QUESTIONS

Our front-page editorial today naming Glen Doherty of Encinitas and Tyrone Woods of Imperial Beach as U-T San Diego’s Persons of the Year notes that the truth needs to come out about the events in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11-12 that led to the deaths of the former Navy SEALs turned CIA contractors. Unfortunately, at first President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign seemed to get in the way. Now media-enabled obstinance seems to be keeping the lid on.

For more than two weeks after the attack, the Obama administration deceived the public about the nature of the assaults on a U.S. diplomatic compound and another U.S. building in Benghazi. The CIA had quickly confirmed the attacks were coordinated efforts carried out by heavily armed terrorists. Yet in a Sept. 25 speech to the United Nations, the president strongly implied they were the result of a spontaneous protest over an anti-Islam YouTube video – not once but six times. His U.N. ambassador, Susan Rice, made the claim in five interviews on Sept. 16 alone, relying on what we’re told were “edited” versions of talking points from U.S. intelligence agencies.

On Monday, a bipartisan Senate committee report confirmed anew the spuriousness of the White House narrative. Yet the administration, many Democratic lawmakers and much of the media continue to not only deny that the public was deceived, but to treat talk of a Benghazi cover-up as a fabricated controversy, a partisan hullabaloo about nothing.

But just imagine what these people would be saying if the following had happened on a Republican president’s watch: A U.S. ambassador and three other Americans are killed in a terrorist attack that is knowingly mischaracterized as a spontaneous protest that got out of hand, with the president even telling the U.N. that “there is no video that justifies an attack on an embassy” long after he knew the video wasn’t to blame. There is vast evidence that U.S. security was lax, inviting the tragedy. There is also a White House in re-election mode trying to promote the narrative that the terrorist threat had receded on the incumbent’s watch – a White House that refuses to release key information until after the election.

Anyone who believes that Democrats and their media allies wouldn’t have concluded this had the makings of a cover-up is kidding himself.

After all this time, we still don’t have an answer to this question:

What did the president know and when did he know it?

Or this one: Where is the paper trail showing who edited the truth out of Susan Rice’s talking points?

Or this one: Where is the paper trail showing what options national security officials thought they had in the many hours between when the terrorist attacks began on the night of Sept. 11 and when the surviving Americans in Benghazi were evacuated the morning of Sept. 12?

We need these three questions answered – at the very least.

For there is a much fuller story behind the deaths of Glen Doherty, Tyrone Woods, Chris Stevens and Sean Smith than has been revealed.
