Wells Fargo Bank Foreclosure commentary

Hi John ,    Regarding the WFB foreclosure on a paid ahead mortgage . It may be that they re-contracted the borrower's loan, forecasting a real estate bubble, or planning on an upcoming  financial crisis, wherein the mortgagor could very likely be expected by the bank to default, within the planned , or projected crisis period. Remember that the are very skilled in ' setting up' clients, to default.    If you are not familiar with the Banker's Manifestoes of 1892 and 1933, therein, the  Banksters state, " that the common people are not worthy to own homes , or private real estate ".  So their plan is to manipulate  the financial climate , to  foreclose on these folks.    So they create these financial crises , and that results in a ' harvest of foreclosures'.   That is how corporations do these things, loans , or hiring by age cycles designed in a  computer algorithms, these days , make it much more easy to  " set up their targeted clients  " .   Ben Shalom Bernake stated on a MSM clip that the Federal Reserve Bank , 'probably', orchestrated the 1929 Depression.   AND , The same thing with the housing bubble  collapse that  started in 2008 , and continues.  In fact , it has been reported that there is  financial crisis coming, as we well know, but ,the MSM is reporting an increase in  home sales, encouraging people to buy , or buy bigger .       The bank told Eyewitness News Syldor didn’t follow the modification guidelinesbecause he paid early and sometimes his payments were sent one on top of the other Oh the absurdist world of MBS. Because Wells Fargo sold Mr. Syldor one of these chopped up and reassembled frankenloans it didn’t matter that the bank was getting paid – usually the goal of loaning money – what mattered was that the arcane calculus of the derivative was not being complied with. And since Syldor was so happy to have a home for his family and was able to cobble together the cash from working multiple jobs he rushed to pay his mortgage to keep his home. His reward? Foreclosure proceedings that would have put him and his family on the street. It’s 2013 and we are still dealing with this nonsense.

This is a new paradigm legal document that anyone may file and use to help stop the war crime of geoengineering/chemtrails on earth. So, it is Good News Tuesday in Thrivesville! What I’d really like to share today are just a whole bunch of good news stories, partly because it’s great to hear some good news stories, but also just because they have been flooding into me in the last week at an unprecedented rate — some of them with huge implications.
The first one is some of you may be familiar with Elizabeth Warren. She’s a consumer protection advocate and she was one of the first people to really stand up to the bankers after the self-created collapse in 2008. She’s now the Senator from Massachusetts and she’s just filed her first piece of legislation. She calls it the “Bank On Students Loan Fairness Act”. Basically, what she’s doing is requiring that student loans be at the same rate that the big banks pay to borrow from the Federal government, which is about 0.75%. This is what Goldman Sachs and Citigroup and so forth get. She has this beautiful statement where she says, “We shouldn’t be profiting from our students who are drowning in debt while giving a great deal to the banks. That’s just wrong.” She’s a feisty lady and a real fighter for justice. Student loans are currently at about 3.4% and, this summer, they’re scheduled to double, to go up to 6.8%. Just as the economy and the dollar are collapsing, they’re going to double the student loan rate! And the average student loan that most people graduate with now is about $26,000, which is an unprecedented high. So this could be huge and, speaking of publicity, for the bankers to fight against this when all these young people are voters, I think it’s a very bold move and I’m proud of her for doing it.
Another great one is that the Colorado House of Representatives has voted unanimously to nullify the Federal farming ban against hemp. Colorado legalized the growth of marijuana, but the Federal government has been trying to shut them down based on the hemp ban. So there’s this whole thing, if you don’t know about nullification, it’s this process that the States are supposed to be able to override the Federal government if they claim that the Federal statutes are unconstitutional. So, Colorado is doing that.
More on the States, the Missouri legislature has just voted to ban the U.N. Agenda 21. I don’t know how familiar you are with Agenda 21, but it is a sneaky and creepy plan that’s across the U.S. It’s in hundreds of cities already. Most people have never even heard of it, but it basically is a Rothschild-Rockefeller-U.N.-run program to take over resources and centralize people’s living and further control people in cities all across the country, basically to reclaim all the natural resources for the government and then put people into high-rise apartment buildings and so forth. Alabama has already done it and Missouri is joining in. So these State initiatives, when they’re successful (whether it’s gay marriage or legalizing marijuana or whatever it is), they’re starting to cascade across the country. As you know, I’m not a big government fan anyway, but while we’ve got one, this is a great stage one of our three-stage business plan. It’s a great stage one strategy to restore as much integrity as possible to the existing institutions.
Then, in Australia, in New South Wales, there is a citizen who really resented the intrusion of privacy of CCTV surveillance cameras that are growing in Australia (the same way they are in the U.K. and the U.S. and virtually everywhere else). So, he filed suit against his city council and ended up winning and the Administrative Decisions Tribunal for the State of New South Wales ruled that “the Council is to refrain from any conduct or action in contravention of an information protection principal or a privacy code of practice and that the Council is to render a written apology to the applicant for the breaches and advise him of the steps to be taken by the Council to remove the possibility of similar breaches in the future”. Once again, it’s a precedent that I think is going to be very popular as people start to realize that some individuals are winning these things, that there are successful Solutionaries out there. That’s what will start the cascade, particularly as the money situation begins to change.
I’ve talked a lot about all the different things that are going on that are collapsing — the current banking system and the various currencies and so forth — and some of our advisors and associates at high levels around the world have been advising us that there’s been this major conflict going on not only between the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers (because the Rockefellers have been running the Federal Reserve and they’ve been running it into the ground, so the Rothschilds have been battling with them for control), but then the whole Eastern Bloc (what they call the BRIC’s countries — China, Brazil, Russia, and India) have all been moving more and more toward the purchase of gold and advocating for a gold standard. There’s a woman name Karen Hudes, who’s a former Senior Council member at the World Bank now turned whistleblower and she just did an interview basically describing this whole pending currency transition, which will favor precious metals. Many countries are already allowing (and set to start to allow) precious metals to serve as currencies, but are also shifting to a backing of paper currencies with gold — basically going back to the gold standards. That’s not going to fix the banking problem, but it’s probably the most important single first step, to ban this fiat currency where a few individuals get to make up money whenever they want and then set their own interest rates. As Mayer Amschel Rothschild said, “give me control over the currency and I care not who makes the laws.” So this is starting to change big time. We’re going to see more and more humanitarian money moving around the planet because of the collapse of the Federal Reserve and Rothschild central banking system and the move back to gold, silver, and other commodities backing them.
One more is that there is a woman named Rebecca Campbell who is one of my heroes. Whether she’s got the funding and support or not, she just keeps going relentlessly on telling the truth and goes up practically single-handedly against the banks and the governments and so forth up in Washington State. She has become a big fan also of the One People’s Public Trust and has studied it very deeply. She has just created aPublic Interest Courtesy Notice for the chemtrail issue and she has filed this Notice against the Department of Ecology in the State of Washington. It’s a very official, legal document that she’s filed with many “whereas” clauses and, basically, she’s saying “whereas the Department of Ecology must give public notice in advance of permitting weather modification in Washington State” and then, “whereas no public notices for contract bids department acceptances of such bids for weather modification contracts can be found”. She is basically calling them out for allowing weather modification to go forward in the form of chemtrails and then goes on to cite the UCC codes that have been filed against the corporations posing as state governments and national governments that have been officially foreclosed on by the One People’s Public Trust. None of the governments have been willing or able to rebut the claims so basically these claims are now on the record and what she ends her filing with is that since none of these organizations, literally or legally, since they no longer exist after these UCC filings that are un-rebutted, it means that none of the alleged state agency employees have immunity from legal action taken against them for crimes being perpetrated against the people and environment of, in this case, Washington State. So she says, “I respectfully request as one human to another that you cease and desist from your heretofore continuous public denials that this bio-chemical weapons program of persistent toxic chemtrails masquerading as weather modification actually exists”. So, she’s saying if this is not done (the exposing and elimination of these crimes), then the employees of this department, if they refuse to investigate an act, “you and other employees”, she says, “of your alleged state agency will be personally receiving sizable invoices against your private assets under the UCC-based Code of Laws from individual citizens such as myself”.
So, she sent this to me for posting to our network because people can use this in states across the country and then it can also serve as a model for other nations around the world. This is exactly the type of thing that when one person has the guts and the knowledge to actually manifest it and file it, then through theSolutions Hub, we can get it out to where hundreds of thousands of people can use it very quickly. So, YAY, Rebecca!
I want to mention two more. One is that in Guatemala, they have just finished a court case, I don’t know if you’ve been following this, but this is (as far as I can tell in the press) an unprecedented event where a nation-state has tried its own former leader. (Imagine having a Federal Tribunal with Bush and Cheney and the rest of the usual suspects, Kissinger, on trial for what they have done.) The case just ended and the former leader, General Efrain Rios Montt, has been sentenced to 80 years in prison for generating and then managing a program of extermination of indigenous people in the northwest highlands of Guatemala who were resistant to being ruled by the military and by the oligarchy. Not only is he now in jail for this, but thifliers with each other. They’re sharing information, so people are getting empowered very quickly and, frankly, it’s virtually unprecedented in my experience. There were marches against the Vietnam War. There were student protests to get their universities to divest from the corporations that were supporting the corporations that were bought into the racist structures in South Africa with apartheid, when that was happening. But, I have never seen people taking to the streets at his scale to go against the destructive acts of a single corporation. So, I have the sense that that whole Monsanto Protection Act has taken things over a tipping point. And the fact that Tom Vilsack, a former Monsanto lobbyist, is the head of Agriculture for Obama. I think it’s to be extremely protected), once again, it’s setting a precedent for trying high-level military and government officials within one’s own country for not only war crimes, but for just crimes against humanity.
The last one, we’ve already talked about before, but this March Against Monsanto, which is coming up the weekend of the 25^th, already has 250 different cities involved. It’s growing really rapidly on the Internet. And, once again, people are sharing fliers with each other. They’re sharing information, so people are getting empowered very quickly and, frankly, it’s virtually unprecedented in my experience. There were marches against the Vietnam War. There were student protests to get their universities to divest from the corporations that were supporting the corporations that were bought into the racist structures in South Africa with apartheid, when that was happening. But, I have never seen people taking to the streets at his scale to go against the destructive acts of a single corporation. So, I have the sense that that whole Monsanto Protection Act has taken things over a tipping point. And the fact that Tom Vilsack, a former Monsanto lobbyist, is the head of Agriculture for Obama. I think it’s crossed a threshold now where people are waking up and this is just going to continue to grow. A similar instance on a smaller scale was in Hungary, where they have banned GMO crops and somebody found a covert field of a thousand acres of GMO beets. The people, literally, took to the fields and burned the entire thousand acres, making very clear that they were serious about banning GMOs. So it’s getting to the level now where people are just saying, “No, you don’t get to poison us anymore.” I know we’re posting about it on Thrive Movement, but I encourage you to keep spreading the word on the Monsanto March.
I guess, in summary (and this is just the tip of the iceberg), I’m seeing all over the world that the corruption is getting exposed, that the banking scheme is getting exposed, that the old regimes are crumbling, and as we’ve all talked about many times, what’s necessary is as it crumbles, rather than people just running around afraid and buying into some one world government, if we have the alternative systems — whole systems: agriculture, currencies, media, and all that type of thing — already viable and working in various places, then the default can be to help grow those systems in a healthy, whole-systems way. Trucks with loudspeakers have been used to spread the message that America is in Iraq to liberate, not to occupy the nation.” What if the same techniques that the Army used to weaken the insurgency in Iraq and Afghanistan are being used by the gas industry to intimidate U.S. citizens in Pennsylvania? This is amazing info. Doesn't it remind us of all those reports from those on the beaches of the Gulf Coast after the British Petroleum Oil Spill disaster? We heard and read of workers getting orders not to dig beyond just so deep, etc. in the sand, etc.. Other orders on where to work and not to work when cleaning up. Then there were the stories on how they managed and directed interested investigators and others away from the affected areas, etc.. Some persons disappeared, others run over and killed, and I think a doctor was killed or disappeared over there in that mess, etc.. It's like a propaganda machine all around us, always attempting to keep us brainwashed, etc., with their help from a mostly bought-off mainslime media. Yes, I think it's illegal as you said, for them to operate against U.S. citizens, but the puky Army has, reportedly, been doing it for years like the C.I.A.. The explanation for initiating the foreclosure proceedings by Wells Fargo is nothing short of amazing and offers a sad commentary on how little has changed despite the 2008 financial crisis and supposed reforms like Dodd-Frank. Etienne Syldor said he’s worked his whole life for a home in Orlando for his wife and three children. Syldor is an immigrant from Haiti and a bus driver at Walt Disney World. At times, he said he has worked multiple jobs to make sure he never missed a mortgage payment. Last year, Wells Fargo offered him mortgage modification, and he was told if he made four monthly payments during a trial period, the modification would be permanent. So far so good. Many were roundly criticized for daring to say that the Cyprus thefts could visit our shores. If Treasury Secretary Jack Lew gets his way, Cyprus will look like a walk in the park compared to what’s coming because Cyprus was a beta test for the massive theft of private wealth which is on the horizon. In fact, I would say to my fellow countrymen who don’t think the government would ever perpetrate a fraud against the American people in which the government would oversee the outright theft of personal assets of American citizens, you might want to jog your memory and look about to a period of time going back four to five years in this country. Short Term Memory Loss I, too, was roundly criticized three months ago when I said the Cyprus scenario is coming here. I was told there would be a revolution if this happened and the government would be to afraid to try such a thing. I marvel at people who hold to such naive beliefs. Listening to these people is like listening to a country song played backwards. You know the wife does not leave, the truck still runs and the guy stops drinking. Ask yourself, if almost five years later and three bailouts later, are Americans better off having sacrificed the bailout money in lieu of maintaining roads, improving schools as well as running the national debt through the ceiling and destroying the financial heritage of our children? History has spoken and our economy is spark away from a total melt down. Well at least, our dumbed down neighbors are right about one thing, there will be a revolution, but it will not be on our terms. It will take the form of a purge and a boot stomping on the collective necks of America. What the hell do all of you think the Boston martial law event was about? They wanted to see how all of you would respond to total tyranny. Who are the bullets for? Who are the bullets for? Besides having a few cameras pointed at them by a few Bostonians, DHS completed shut down and intimidated a major American city. Remember, that is why our Stasi friends over at DHS have bought 2.2 billion rounds of ammunition and 2700 armored personnel carriers. And while America is recovering from its collective short term memory issues, let me ask the readers if anyone else remembers MERS and the millions of homes they have stolen through mortgage fraud and nobody, despite being caught in city after city, has gone to jail? Do you remember hearing the stories where Mr. and Mrs. America would pay cash for their home and own clearly own the title only to have the bank show up with a fraudulent title and seize the home?Has ANYONE gone to jail for these crimes? Who could ever forget, John “the Don” Corzine and his former company, MF Global? MF Global, a shell corporation beholding to Goldman Sachs, was led to the slaughter by the former Goldman Sachs executive and former New Jersey Governor and senator, John Corzine. Corzine’s criminal actions have directly victimized 150,000 Americans by stealing an estimated $900 million dollars of his clients’ money from their supposedly secure private account. There is also another $600 million missing dollars from MF Global. Meanwhile, Corzine avoids sharing a prison cell with Bernie Madoff by purchasing a “get-out-of-jail card” through the sponsorship of a $35,000 per plate fundraiser for that great Wall Street puppet and Criminal-In-Chief, Barack Hussein Obama. What are the government watch dogs doing to protect our money from this new generation of robber barons? The short answer is that the feds are partners with Goldman Sachs in this monumental violation of the public trust. In fact, Goldman Sachs and friends have taken over the government. Take Gary Gensler, a former Goldman Sachs executive partner, who like so many other Goldman Sachs gangsters, have been placed into key governmental oversight positions in order to protect the Goldman Sachs co-conspirators, from prosecution, as they continue their reign of terror upon the global economy. Gary “the gangster” Gensler is the former Undersecretary of the Treasury (1999-2001) and Assistant Secretary of the Treasury (1997-1999) and the current director of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. In his present position, Gensler had the authority to go after Corzine for his role in the MF Global debacle and order restitution. However, Gensler has decided to protect a fellow member of the Goldman Sachs Mafia by not looking into the massive fraud and theft by Corzine and his cronies. Your tax dollars, paying the salary of federal officials who are overseeing the most massive illegal private transfer of wealth, in the history of the planet, payable to Goldman Sachs and their criminal enterprise partners on Wall Street. You may not be one of the 150,000 Goldman Sachs/MF Global victims. However, this Robin Hood-in-reverse-scenario, in which the criminal super rich are plundering what’s left of the middle class, will soon be visited upon your bank account , your home mortgages and your pensions. These criminal banksters are in the process of stealing it all and what are you going to do about it? Our nation of entrenched sheeple will do nothing as most have not even heard about it. And the fun is just beginning. The Latest In Stealing From the American People The Treasury Department once again is taking federal retirement programs to buy the government more time to increase the nation’s debt ceiling. And why does the government need to raise the debt ceiling? The debt ceiling must be raised for two reasons, (1) in order to fund the banker-inspired wars of occupation and, (2) to continue to fund the largest wealth transfer in history, the bailouts. And just who is behind this nonsense? The very close friends of Goldman Sachs over at Citigroup and they have their henchman in charge of the continuing rape of America by Wall Street, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew. Let me be clear, and Lew you can sue me if this not true, that it is a fact that Obama appointed one of the criminals who had a major hand in bringing down the economy to run the country’s finances. While at Citigroup, Lew oversaw 113 tax evading accounts in Cayman Island banks. Based upon Lew’s resume, hedge funds for Citigroup where he lost almost 600 million dollars, one can only assume that is why Obama has appointed Lew to finish the job which will leave you and I with nothing. Oh, I know there would be a revolution if the government ever dared take our retirements. At least the citizens of Greece rioted because they understand what happened. Our sheeple still hide behind the security blanket belief that “they would never do that,” just like they did in Boston and just investors tolerated theft by MF Global on behalf of JP Morgan. Jack’s Very Lewd Background Lew, from Citigroup, as I stated, was an overseer of hedge funds. You know, the hedge funds originating from the actual criminals that collapsed the economy in 2008. This is who Obama selected to run the economy. So, why does this bear repeating? Last Friday, Lew announced that the government was taking the unprecedented action of avoiding governmental default through this summer by including tapping into and suspending investments into the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund and halting the daily reinvestment of the government securities (G) fund, the most stable offering in the Thrift Savings Plan‘s portfolio. We have long heard that bankers that have hijacked the government would commence stealing our private wealth through the pension funds and this is exactly what the chief bankster, Jack Lew, is implementing. The next step will be to seize bank accounts, like they did in Cyprus and then step up the MERS mortgage fraud as as the Federal Reserve continues to purchase $40 billion dollars in Mortgage Backed Securities every month. The G Fund is invested in interest-bearing Treasury securities (i.e. bonds) that make up the public debt. The Civil Service Retirement Fund finances benefit payments under the Civil Service Retirement System and the basic retirement annuity of the Federal Employees’ Retirement System, and those investments are made up of securities also considered part of the public debt. In other words, for you people who have cushy federal government jobs, Lew is telling you that the government controls your retirement. They own it and they own you. And you people who thought serving the New World Order was a such a good idea, are you reconsidering your loyalties now? Military and law enforcement personnel take note on how you will be treated for your subjugation of the American people, followed by the total obliteration of the Constitution. 2 big 2 failThe government says they are just borrowing the money. How much of the bailout money has been paid back by the banks? Is MERS still in existence? Does Corzine occupy a cell next to Bernie “Madoff with all of your money”? Iceland Had a Better Idea Iceland had the right idea when they threw bankers like Gensler, Corzine and Lew in prison for their crimes against their fellow citizens. Iceland struggled for five years and is back stronger than ever. We should have told Wall Street to go to hell in 2008. We should have already arrested the CEO’s of the six megabanks which created MERS. The aforementioned bankers should already be in prison. However, people in Iceland have a better awareness of how the world works. America knows how American Idol works. Martial Law Will Commence When the Banksters Are Done Stealing There are two parallel paths which are predictive as to when martial law will commence in the United States. First, the right political climate must exist and this administration obviously feels that the use of false flags is the most efficient method of achieving the proper pretext for martial law. I.R.S. Official Wants Her 'Rights' - 'We The Peons' When I.R.S. official, Lois Lerner, evoked the 5th Amendment in claiming her rights I thought it strange that a person whose legal status is probably 'public servant', 'civil official', or some such designation could do that. As I understand it, a person who is a private citizen may have such privilege, but I'm not so sure about a public servant. These may be two distinct classifications of legal statuses. In addition, sources state she gave an opening statement of testimony, in which case in a regular court proceeding a respondent or defendant may be compelled to continue answering questions or be held in contempt of court. Although it was/is not necessarily a trial by jury here, the principle is similar. The submission of an opening statement, in some cases, may be considered a waiver of one's Fifth Amendment right, although in this case it was a general statement. Now we are bogged down in courtroom intrigue where it may require many taxpayer dollars for government lawyers on behalf of those who unlawfully rob us at the I.R.S.. It is interesting how some in government suddenly decide they are above the regular citizens, invoke their so-called rights, while 'We, The Peons' are often discarded into jail cell dungeons and assigned uncaring so-called public defenders who tell us "that doesn't matter" when we try to explain our cases and situations. The I.R.S. is not a true government agency, was not properly ratified, and is an Un-Constitutional, therefore unlawful creation, yet those vampires seek to ride herd high above, "We, The Forgotten People".
